화장품 용기
본 발명은 화장품 용기에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 사용 편의성이 증대될 수 있는 화장품 용기에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 화장품 용기는 메이크업에 사용되는 파우더나 크림 등 각종 화장품들을 포장하는데 사용되는 것으로서, 화장품의 용도에 따라 다양한 형태와 크기를 가진다.
화장품 용기 중 콤팩트는 화장품이 수납되는 용기본체와 용기본체의 일측에서 힌지를 중심으로 회전하면서 개폐되는 뚜껑으로 이루어진다. 이때, 용기본체는 화장품을 수납하며, 뚜껑 내측면에 거울이 부착되는 것이 대부분이다. 이와 같이 거울이 구비된 화장품 용기는 사용자가 자신의 얼굴을 가꾸거나 또는 얼굴에 묻은 이물질을 수시로 확인하기 위하여 휴대하고 다닌다.
이러한 화장품 용기의 뚜껑의 내측면에는 통상 실제 크기와 동일한 배율로 볼 수 있는 거울만 부착되어 있다. 이에 따라, 얼굴의 일부분을 크게 확대시켜 보고자 할 경우에는 별도로 확대거울을 소지해야 하므로, 휴대가 불편하다는 문제점이 있다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 종래기술의 문제점을 해결하고자 창출된 것으로서, 본 발명의 목적은 화장품 용기에 일반거울 및 확대거울이 함께 구비됨에 의해 필요에 따라 상이한 배율의 거울을 용이하게 사용할 수 있는 화장품 용기를 제공하기 위한 것이다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기는, 화장품을 수납하는 용기본체; 및 상기 용기본체를 개폐하는 외뚜껑;을 포함하고, 상기 외뚜껑 측에 제1 거울 및 제2 거울이 함께 구비되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
구체적으로, 상기 제1 거울 및 제2 거울은 배율이 상이할 수 있다.

본 발명에 따른 화장품 용기는, 화장품 용기에 일반거울과 확대거울이 함께 구비됨으로써, 별도로 확대거울을 소지하지 않아도 됨에 따라 화장품 용기의 휴대 및 사용 편의성이 증대될 수 있다.

이하, 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 상세히 설명하기로 한다.
도 1은 본 발명의 제1 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기를 나타내는 사시도이고, 도 2는 본 발명의 제1 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기의 외뚜껑이 개방된 상태를 나타내는 사시도이다. 그리고, 도 3a 및 도 3b는 본 발명의 제1 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기의 거울부착판이 펼쳐진 상태를 나타내는 사시도이며, 도 4는 본 발명의 제1 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기의 외뚜껑과 거울부착판이 분리된 상태를 나타내는 저면사시도이다.
도 1 내지 도 4를 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기(100)는 원형 타입으로 이루어질 수 있다. 이때, 화장품 용기(100)의 형상은 원형에 한정되지 않으며, 다양한 형태로 디자인될 수 있음은 물론이다.
이러한 화장품 용기(100)는 용기본체(110), 외뚜껑(120) 및 내뚜껑(130)을 포함할 수 있다. 그리고, 외뚜껑(120)의 외측에는 거울부착판(150)을 더 포함할 수 있다. 이와 같은 화장품 용기(100)는 외뚜껑(120) 측에 배율이 상이한 제1 거울 및 제2 거울이 함께 구비될 수 있다. 여기서, 제1 거울은 일반거울(141)일 수 있으며, 제2 거울은 일반거울(141)보다 배율이 높은 확대거울(151)일 수 있다.
거울부착판(150)은 외뚜껑(120)과 동일한 크기로 형성될 수 있으며, 외뚜껑(120)의 일 영역에 외뚜껑(120)과 수직한 축을 갖는 힌지부재(152)에 의해 회전될 수 있다. 보다 상세하게, 외뚜껑(120)과 거울부착판(150)의 마주하는 면의 일 영역에는 각각 체결홈(142)과 힌지부재(152)가 구비될 수 있다.
이때, 체결홈(142)은 외뚜껑(120)의 덮개면 가장자리에 인접한 영역에 형성될 수 있다. 이에 의해 체결홈(142)에 체결된 힌지부재(152)는 외뚜껑(120)의 외면과 수직한 방향을 축으로 하여 거울부착판(150)을 회전시킬 수 있다. 즉, 거울부착판(150)은 힌지부재(152)의 회전에 의해 외뚜껑(120)과 겹쳐진 상태에서 점차적으로 외뚜껑(120) 외측으로 벗어난 상태로 위치될 수 있다.
여기서, 외뚜껑(120)의 내측면에는 일반거울(141)이 부착될 수 있으며, 외뚜껑(120)과 마주하는 거울부착판(150)의 일면에는 확대거울(151)이 부착될 수 있다. 이와 같이, 본 발명의 제1 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기(100)는 필요에 따라 확대거울(151)을 회전시켜서 사용할 수 있다. 즉, 확대거울(151)을 사용하지 않을 때에는 외뚜껑(120)과 겹친 상태를 유지하여 확대거울(151)이 외부로 노출되지 않음으로써, 확대거울(151)을 항상 청결한 상태로 유지할 수 있다.
이때, 확대거울(151)의 사용을 보다 편리하게 하기 위하여, 확대거울(151)의 회전을 제한하는 스토퍼(미도시)가 외뚜껑(120)의 외면에 형성될 수 있다. 여기서, 스토퍼는 외뚜껑(120)의 외면으로부터 일정 길이로 돌출된 돌기일 수 있다.
또한, 도면에는 도시되지 않았으나, 마주하는 외뚜껑(120) 및 거울부착판(150)의 일 영역에는 각각 결합홈 및 결합돌기가 형성되어, 결합돌기가 결합홈에 억지끼움됨에 의해 힘을 가함에 따라 거울부착판(150)이 외뚜껑(120)에 대하여 회전되는 구성일 수도 있다.
이하에서는 본 발명의 제1 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기(100)의 용기본체(110), 외뚜껑(120) 및 내뚜껑(130)에 대하여 간략하게 설명한다.
먼저, 용기본체(110)는 내부에 화장품을 수납하도록 오목한 공간이 형성될 수 있다. 그리고, 외뚜껑(120)은 일측이 용기본체(110)와 힌지핀으로 연결 구성되어, 힌지핀을 축으로 용기본체(110)에 대하여 타측이 개폐 조작 가능하도록 구성될 수 있다. 이때, 외뚜껑(120)을 개폐 조작하는 버튼(111)은 용기본체(110)의 일 영역에 형성되어, 버튼(111)을 누름에 의해 버튼(111)과 연결된 후크 형상의 걸림돌기가 외뚜껑(120)의 걸림홈으로부터 이탈되며 외뚜껑(120)이 개방될 수 있다.
또한, 내뚜껑(130)은 상부면에 퍼프를 수납하는 동시에 하부에 위치된 화장품이 외부로 누출되지 않도록 용기본체(110)의 상부면을 밀폐시킬 수 있다. 이러한 내뚜껑(130)은 용기본체(110)에 힌지 결합되어 용기본체(110) 상부면으로부터 개폐 가능하게 형성될 수 있다. 여기서, 내뚜껑(130)의 개폐는 용기본체(110)에 힌지 결합된 영역과 대향하는 위치에 형성된 손잡이를 이용하여 할 수 있다.
도 5는 본 발명의 제2 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기에서 외뚜껑이 개방된 상태를 나타내는 사시도이고, 도 6은 도 5에서 거울부착판이 완전히 펼쳐진 상태를 나타내는 사시도이다.
본 발명의 제2 실시예를 비롯한 제3 실시예 내지 제8 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기에 대하여, 앞서 설명한 제1 실시예의 화장품 용기와 동일한 구성에 대한 설명은 생략하기로 한다.
도 5 및 도 6을 참조하면, 본 발명의 제2 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기(200)는 용기본체(210)에 힌지 결합되어 개폐되는 외뚜껑(220)을 포함할 수 있다. 그리고, 외뚜껑(220)의 내측에는 거울부착판(240)을 더 포함할 수 있다.
이러한 거울부착판(240)의 둘레 일 영역에는 힌지부재(242)가 형성될 수 있으며, 힌지부재(242)는 외뚜껑(220) 내측의 체결홈(222)에 연결됨에 의해 거울부착판(240)이 외뚜껑(220)의 내측면과 일정 각도를 이루도록 회동될 수 있다. 이때, 외뚜껑(220)이 개방된 상태에서 거울부착판(240)이 외뚜껑(220)에 대하여 가로 방향으로 회동될 수 있도록 힌지부재(242)는 용기본체(210)와 외뚜껑(220)이 힌지 결합된 영역과 수직한 위치에 형성될 수 있다.
그리고, 힌지부재(242)와 대향하는 거울부착판(240)의 둘레 일 영역에는 손잡이(243)가 형성될 수 있다. 또한, 손잡이(243)와 대응하는 외뚜껑(220)의 일 영역이 제거되며, 외뚜껑(220)에 손잡이(243)가 안착되는 손잡이 수용부(221)가 형성될 수 있다.
이때, 외뚜껑(220)과 마주하는 거울부착판(240)의 반대면에 일반거울(241)이 부착되고, 외뚜껑(220)의 내측면에 확대거울(251)이 부착될 수 있다. 이에 의해 화장을 위하여 외뚜껑(220)을 개방 시 일반거울(241)이 먼저 보이게 되고, 필요 시 거울부착판(240)을 회동시켜서 확대거울(251)을 사용할 수 있다.
도 7은 본 발명의 제3 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기를 나타내는 사시도이고, 도 8은 본 발명의 제3 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기의 외뚜껑이 개방된 상태를 나타내는 사시도이며, 도 9는 도 8에서 거울부착판이 회전되는 상태를 나타내는 사시도이다.
도 7 내지 도 9를 참조하면, 본 발명의 제3 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기(300)는 외뚜껑(320)의 내측에 거울부착판(340)을 포함할 수 있다. 이때, 거울부착판(340)은 거울부착판(340)의 둘레 일 영역에 형성된 힌지부재(342)에 의해 360도 회전될 수 있다. 이러한 힌지부재(342)는 용기본체(310)와 외뚜껑(320)이 힌지 결합되어 연결된 측에 위치될 수 있으며, 힌지부재(342)와 대응하는 용기본체(310)의 일 영역에는 힌지부재(342)를 수용하는 체결홈(312)이 형성될 수 있다.
또한, 거울부착판(340)은 힌지부재(342)와 대향하는 거울부착판(340)의 둘레 일 영역에 손잡이(343)가 형성될 수 있다. 이러한 손잡이(343)는 외뚜껑(320)과 용기본체(310)가 닫힌 상태에서 외부로 돌출될 수 있으며, 손잡이(343)와 대응하는 외뚜껑(320)에는 손잡이 수용부(321)가 형성될 수 있다.
이에 의해 화장품 용기(300)가 닫힌 상태에서 거울부착판(340)의 손잡이(343)를 잡고 들어올림으로써, 용기본체(310)로부터 외뚜껑(320)을 개방할 수 있다. 본 발명의 제3 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기(300)는 용기본체(310)로부터 외뚜껑(320)을 개폐하기 위한 별도의 개폐 버튼이 없으며, 도면에 도시되지는 않았지만, 자석 등에 의하여 폐쇄된 상태를 유지할 수 있다.
또한, 거울부착판(340)은 일면에 일반거울(341)이 부착되고, 타면에 확대거울(351)이 부착될 수 있다. 이에 따라, 거울부착판(340)을 360도 회전시킴에 의해 원하는 배율의 거울을 선택하여 사용할 수 있다.
도 10은 본 발명의 제4 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기의 외뚜껑이 개방된 상태를 나타내는 사시도이고, 도 11은 도 10의 화장품 용기로부터 분리된 거울부착판을 나타내는 사시도이며, 도 12는 도 10의 거울부착판이 180도 회전되어 외뚜껑 내측에 부착되는 상태를 나타내는 사시도이다.
도 10 내지 도 12를 참조하면, 본 발명의 제4 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기(400)는 외뚜껑(420)의 내측에 탈착 가능한 거울부착판(440)을 포함할 수 있다. 이러한 거울부착판(440)은 앞, 뒷면의 둘레에 각각 적어도 하나의 자석(442a, 442b)을 구비할 수 있으며, 이에 의해 외뚜껑(420)의 내측에 양면이 자유롭게 탈착될 수 있다. 이때, 외뚜껑(420)은 금속 재질로 형성되어 거울부착판(440) 둘레에 형성된 자석(442a, 442b)이 용이하게 탈착 가능하도록 할 수 있다.
그리고, 거울부착판(440)은 둘레에 마주하는 영역에 한 쌍의 손잡이(443)이 형성될 수 있으며, 이러한 손잡이(443)와 대응하는 외뚜껑(420)에는 손잡이 수용부(421)가 형성될 수 있다. 이에 의해 손잡이(443)가 손잡이 수용부(421)에 수용되며, 외부로 노출됨으로써, 외뚜껑(420)으로부터 거울부착판(440)을 탈착하는 것이 보다 용이해질 수 있다.
이러한 거울부착판(440)의 일면에는 일반거울(441)이 부착되고, 타면에는 확대거울(451)이 부착될 수 있다. 그리고, 일반거울(441)의 둘레를 따라 일정 간격을 두고 자석(442a)이 구비될 수 있으며, 확대거울(451)의 둘레를 따라 일정 간격을 두고 자석(442b)이 구비될 수 있다. 이에 따라 사용자가 원하는 거울 배율을 자유롭게 선택하여 거울부착판(440)을 외뚜껑(420)의 내면에 부착 가능하며, 선택된 거울면이 앞으로 배치되도록 하여 화장품 용기(400)를 이용할 수 있다.
도 13은 본 발명의 제5 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기의 외뚜껑이 개방된 상태를 나타내는 사시도이고, 도 14 및 도 15는 도 13의 화장품 용기의 거울부착판이 회전되는 상태를 나타내는 사시도이다.
도 13 내지 도 15를 참조하면, 본 발명의 제5 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기(500)는 외뚜껑(520)의 내측에 거울부착판(540)을 더 포함할 수 있다. 이때, 외뚜껑(520)은 덮개면(521)과 측면(522)으로 이루어질 수 있으며, 덮개면(521)과 측면(522)은 분리될 수 있다. 이러한 덮개면(521)과 측면(522)은 각각 용기본체(510)에 힌지 결합될 수 있다.
그리고, 거울부착판(540)은 외뚜껑(520)의 측면(522) 내측의 마주하는 위치에 체결홀(523)이 형성되고, 체결홀(523)에 연결된 한 쌍의 힌지부재(542)에 의해 거울부착판(540)이 360도 회전될 수 있다. 여기서, 외뚜껑(520)의 덮개면(521)이 측면(522)과 별도로 분리되어 있으므로, 거울부착판(540)의 회전 시 덮개면(521)에 의해 간섭 받지 않을 수 있다.
이때, 거울부착판(540)은 일면에 일반거울(541)이 부착되고, 타면에 확대거울(542)이 부착될 수 있다. 이에 의해 사용자가 필요에 따라 거울부착판(540)을 회전시켜서 원하는 거울이 앞면에 위치되도록 하여 사용할 수 있다.
도 16은 본 발명의 제6 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기를 나타내는 사시도이고, 도 17은 본 발명의 제6 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기의 외뚜껑이 개방된 상태를 나타내는 사시도이며, 도 18은 도 17에서 거울부착판이 슬라이드된 상태를 나타내는 사시도이다.
도 16 내지 도 18을 참조하면, 본 발명의 제6 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기(600)는 용기본체(610) 및 외뚜껑(620)이 사각 형상으로 형성될 수 있다. 그리고, 외뚜껑(620) 내측에는 거울부착판(640)을 더 포함할 수 있다. 거울부착판(640)은 외뚜껑(620)의 일측으로부터 내측에 슬라이드되어 삽입될 수 있도록 외뚜껑(620)과 동일한 형상을 띨 수 있다.
이때, 외뚜껑(620)의 일측면이 제거되어, 제거된 일측면을 통하여 거울부착판(640)이 외뚜껑(620)의 내외측을 향하여 슬라이드될 수 있다. 그리고, 거울부착판(640)이 외뚜껑(620)의 내측에 위치된 상태에서 외뚜껑(620)의 일측면에 해당되는 영역에는 거울부착판(640)으로부터 절곡 연장된 손잡이(642)가 형성될 수 있다. 이에 의해 용기본체(610)에 외뚜껑(620)이 닫힌 상태에서 외뚜껑(620)의 제거된 일측면에는 거울부착판(640)의 손잡이(642)가 위치될 수 있다.
그리고, 외뚜껑(620)의 제거된 일측면과 인접한 외뚜껑(620)의 마주하는 한 쌍의 측면 내측에는 거울부착판(640)을 가이드하는 레일홈(621)이 형성될 수 있다. 이에 의해 거울부착판(640)이 레일홈(621)을 따라 좌우로 슬라이드될 수 있다.
이때, 외뚜껑(620)과 마주하는 거울부착판(640)의 반대면에는 일반거울(641)이 부착되고, 외뚜껑(620)의 내측면에는 확대거울(651)이 부착될 수 있다. 즉, 용기본체(610)로부터 외뚜껑(620)을 개방 시, 먼저 일반거울(641)이 보이게 되며, 확대거울(651)이 필요한 경우 일반거울(641)이 부착된 거울부착판(640)을 외뚜껑(620) 외측으로 슬라이드하여 확대거울(651)이 나타나도록 할 수 있다.
도 19는 본 발명의 제7 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기를 나타내는 사시도이고, 도 20은 본 발명의 제7 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기의 외뚜껑이 개방된 상태를 나타내는 사시도이며, 도 21 및 도 22는 도 20에서 거울부착판이 슬라이드된 상태를 나타내는 사시도이다.
도 19 내지 도 22를 참조하면, 본 발명의 제7 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기(700)는 용기본체(710) 및 외뚜껑(720)이 원 형상으로 형성될 수 있으며, 외뚜껑(720) 내측에는 거울부착판(750)을 더 포함할 수 있다. 이때, 거울부착판(750)은 외뚜껑(720)의 내외측을 향하여 슬라이드될 수 있다.
여기서, 외뚜껑(720)은 덮개면(723)과 측면(722)으로 이루어질 수 있으며, 측면(722)의 일부가 제거되어, 제거된 측면(722)을 통하여 거울부착판(750)이 외뚜껑(720)의 내외측을 향하여 슬라이드됨에 의해 외뚜껑(720)으로부터 탈착될 수 있다. 그리고, 거울부착판(750)이 외뚜껑(720)의 내측에 위치된 상태에서 외뚜껑(720)의 제거된 측면(722)에 해당되는 영역에는 거울부착판(750)으로부터 절곡 연장된 손잡이(752)가 형성될 수 있다. 이에 의해 용기본체(710)에 외뚜껑(720)이 닫힌 상태에서 외뚜껑(720)의 제거된 일측면에는 거울부착판(750)의 손잡이(742)가 위치될 수 있다.
또한, 외뚜껑(720)의 내측면에는 일반거울(741)이 부착되고, 외뚜껑(720)과 마주하는 거울부착판(750)의 반대면에는 확대거울(751)이 부착될 수 있다. 이에 따라, 일반거울(741)을 보고자 할 경우에는 거울부착판(750)을 분리한 상태로 사용하고, 확대거울(751)을 보고자 할 경우에는 거울부착판(750)을 외뚜껑(720) 내측에 부착하여 사용할 수 있다.
도 23은 본 발명의 제8 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기의 외뚜껑이 개방된 상태를 나타내는 사시도이고, 도 24는 도 23에서 거울부착판이 회전되는 상태를 나타내는 사시도이다.
도 23 및 도 24를 참조하면, 본 발명의 제8 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기(800)는 외뚜껑(820)의 내측에 거울부착판(840)을 더 포함할 수 있다. 이때, 거울부착판(840)은 거울부착판(840)의 둘레 일 영역에 형성된 힌지부재(842)에 의해 360도 회전될 수 있다. 이러한 힌지부재(842)는 용기본체(810)와 외뚜껑(820)이 연결된 측과 수직하게 위치될 수 있으며, 힌지부재(842)와 대응하는 용기본체(810)의 일 영역에는 힌지부재(842)가 체결되는 체결홈(821)이 형성될 수 있다.
또한, 거울부착판(840)은 일면에 일반거울(841)이 부착되고, 타면에 확대거울(851)이 부착될 수 있다. 이에 따라, 거울부착판(840)을 360도 회전시킴에 의해 원하는 배율의 거울을 선택하여 사용할 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기는 스폰지 쿠션 제품, 메탈 쿠션 제품, 또는 색조 제품 등에 적용될 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명에서 일반거울 및 확대거울의 형성 위치는 실시예에 한정되지 않으며, 다양한 위치에 형성될 수 있음은 물론이다.
이상 본 발명을 구체적인 실시예를 통하여 상세히 설명하였으나, 이는 본 발명을 구체적으로 설명하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명은 이에 한정되지 않으며, 본 발명의 기술적 사상 내에서 당해 분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의해 그 변형이나 개량이 가능함은 명백하다고 할 것이다.
본 발명의 단순한 변형 내지 변경은 모두 본 발명의 영역에 속하는 것으로 본 발명의 구체적인 보호 범위는 첨부된 특허청구범위에 의하여 명확해질 것이다.

Claims (25)

  1. 화장품을 수납하는 용기본체; 및
    상기 용기본체를 개폐하는 외뚜껑;을 포함하고,
    상기 외뚜껑 측에 제1 거울 및 제2 거울이 함께 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 거울 및 제2 거울은 서로 상이한 배율을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 거울은 일반거울이며, 상기 제2 거울은 확대거울인 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외뚜껑의 외측에는,
    거울부착판을 더 포함하며, 상기 거울부착판은 상기 외뚜껑의 일 영역에 상기 외뚜껑과 수직한 축을 갖는 힌지부재에 의해 회전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  5. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 외뚜껑의 내측면에 제1 거울이 부착되고, 상기 외뚜껑과 마주하는 상기 거울부착판의 일면에 제2 거울이 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외뚜껑의 내측에는,
    거울부착판을 더 포함하며, 상기 거울부착판의 둘레 일 영역에 형성된 힌지부재에 의해 상기 거울부착판이 상기 외뚜껑의 내측면과 일정 각도를 이루도록 회동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 거울부착판은,
    상기 외뚜껑이 개방된 상태에서 상기 외뚜껑에 대하여 가로 방향으로 회동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  8. 제6항에 있어서,
    상기 외뚜껑과 마주하는 상기 거울부착판의 반대면에 제1 거울이 부착되고, 상기 외뚜껑의 내측면에 제2 거울이 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외뚜껑의 내측에는,
    거울부착판을 더 포함하며, 상기 거울부착판의 둘레 일 영역에 형성된 힌지부재에 의해 상기 거울부착판이 360도 회전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 거울부착판은,
    일면에 제1 거울이 부착되고, 타면에 제2 거울이 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 힌지부재는,
    상기 용기본체와 상기 외뚜껑이 연결된 측에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 거울부착판은,
    상기 힌지부재와 대향하는 위치에 손잡이가 형성되며, 상기 외뚜껑에는 상기 손잡이 수용부가 형성되어 상기 손잡이가 외부로 노출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  13. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 힌지부재는,
    상기 용기본체와 상기 외뚜껑이 연결된 측과 수직하게 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외뚜껑 내측에는,
    거울부착판을 더 포함하며, 상기 거울부착판은 둘레에 적어도 하나의 자석을 구비하여 상기 외뚜껑 내측에 탈착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 외뚜껑은,
    금속 재질로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  16. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 거울부착판은,
    둘레에 마주하는 한 쌍의 손잡이가 형성되며, 상기 한 쌍의 손잡이와 대응하는 상기 외뚜껑에는 상기 손잡이 수용부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  17. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 거울부착판은,
    일면에 제1 거울이 부착되고, 타면에 제2 거울이 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  18. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외뚜껑 내측에는,
    거울부착판을 더 포함하며, 상기 외뚜껑은 덮개면과 측면이 분리 형성되고, 상기 외뚜껑의 측면 내측의 마주하는 위치에 형성된 한 쌍의 힌지부재에 의해 상기 거울부착판이 360도 회전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 거울부착판은,
    일면에 제1 거울이 부착되고, 타면에 제2 거울이 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  20. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외뚜껑 내측에는,
    거울부착판을 더 포함하며, 상기 거울부착판은 상기 외뚜껑의 레일홈을 따라 슬라이드 방식으로 이동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  21. 제20항에 있어서,
    상기 외뚜껑과 마주하는 상기 거울부착판의 반대면에 제1 거울이 부착되고, 상기 외뚜껑의 내측면에 제2 거울이 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  22. 제20항에 있어서, 상기 화장품 용기는,
    사각 형상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  23. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외뚜껑 내측에는,
    거울부착판을 더 포함하며, 상기 외뚜껑은 덮개면과 일부가 제거된 측면으로 이루어지고, 상기 외뚜껑의 일부가 제거된 측면을 통하여 상기 거울부착판이 슬라이드 방식에 의해 상기 외뚜껑으로부터 탈착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  24. 제23항에 있어서,
    상기 외뚜껑의 내측면에 제1 거울이 부착되고, 상기 외뚜껑과 마주하는 상기 거울부착판의 반대면에 제2 거울이 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  25. 제23항에 있어서, 상기 거울부착판은,
    손잡이를 더 포함하며, 상기 손잡이는 상기 외뚜껑의 일부가 제거된 측면에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
