Description

밀폐 기능을 구비한 화장품 케이스
본 발명은 밀폐 기능을 구비한 화장품 케이스에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 본체와 뚜껑 사이에 틈이 발생되지 않도록 하여, 유통 과정에서 화장품이 변질되지 않도록 하는 밀폐 기능을 구비한 화장품 케이스에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 화장은 피부를 보호하고, 아름다움을 유지할 수 있도록 하는 것으로, 대부분의 성인 여성은 매일 화장을 하고 있다. 화장을 하기 위해서는 파우더, 파운데이션 등과 같은 화장품과, 솔 등의 화장도구를 사용하는데, 화장품의 경우, 국내등록실용신안공보 제20-0367726호에 제시된 바와 같이, 별도의 화장품 케이스에 수납되어 보관된다.
도 1은 종래 화장품 케이스를 도시한 도면이다. 도 1을 참조하면, 종래 화장품 케이스는 내부에 파우더 분말(P), 크림 등의 화장품이 수납되는 제 1 본체와, 제 1 본체의 개방된 주입구를 개폐하는 뚜껑(20)을 포함한다. 그리고 제 1 본체의 상측에 테두리가 안착되고 중앙에 다수개의 파우더 배출공(32)이 형성된 보호구(30)가 마련되어 있다. 이는 파우더 분말(P)이 한꺼번에 쏟아지는 것을 방지하고 일정량의 분말을 외부로 배출시키는 기능을 한다. 그리고 보호구(30)의 상측에는 퍼프(40)가 수용되도록 단턱진 수용공간이 형성되어 있다. 여기서 제 1 본체의 외측에는 수나사산(12)이 형성되고, 뚜껑(20)의 내측에는 암나사산(22)이 형성되어, 뚜껑(20)이 제 1 본체에 회전되면서 나사 결합된다.
한편, 화장품 케이스는 유통과정에서 파우더 분말 등의 화장품이 세균 등에 기인하여 변질되는 것을 방지하기 위하여, 제 1 본체와 뚜껑(20) 사이는 진공상태로 포장되곤 한다. 그런데 공장에서 출하되는 화장품 케이스의 내부가 진공 상태로 출하된다 하더라도, 몇몇 화장품 케이스는 유통 과정에서 가해지는 충격 등에 의하여 제 1 본체와 뚜껑(20) 사이에 틈이 발생되어, 그 내부로 공기가 유입된다. 이에 따라 유통 과정에서 파우더 분말이 포도상구균, 대장균 등의 각종 세균에 오염되고, 산소에 의하여 산화되는 등 개봉하지도 않은 화장품이 변질되는 문제점이 있었다. 또한, 제 1 본체와 뚜껑(20) 사이에 발생되는 틈 사이로 공기가 유동되면서, 제 1 본체에 수납된 화장품 일부가 외부로 유출되어, 화장품의 전체 중량이 감소되는 문제점이 있었다.
상기와 같은 종래기술의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 본 발명의 목적은 본체와 뚜껑 사이에 틈이 발생되지 않도록 하여, 유통 과정에서 화장품이 변질되지 않도록 하고, 화장품의 중량이 그대로 유지되도록 하는 화장품 케이스를 제공하도록 하는 데 있다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은 내부에 수용부가 형성되고, 상기 수용부의 상부에 개방부가 구비되며, 상기 수용부의 측방 내주연을 따라 상기 개방부를 바라보도록 지지측부가 형성되는 본체; 상기 수용부에 삽입되되 내면 테두리가 상기 지지측부의 상면에 흡착되어 상기 개방부를 폐쇄시키는 흡착부를 포함하는 흡착부재; 및 일측은 상기 본체의 측방 외주연에 노출되도록 위치되고, 타측은 상기 본체의 측방 내부에 구비되는 공간에 위치되는 버튼부와, 상기 본체의 측방 내부에 상기 버튼부의 타측과 마주보도록 위치되되 상기 버튼부의 가압에 의하여 상하 이동되면서 그 상단부가 상기 지지측부를 관통하여 상기 흡착부를 상부로 가압하는 흡착상쇄부를 포함하는 흡착상쇄부재를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐 기능을 구비한 화장품 케이스를 제공한다.
또한, 상기 버튼부의 타측은 상기 지지측부보다 하부에 위치되되, 상기 본체의 측방 내주연 방향으로 경사부가 구비되고, 상기 경사부는 하방으로 갈수록 상기 본체의 측방 내주연 방향으로 경사지도록 가압경사면을 구비하고, 상기 흡착상쇄부는, 그 상단부가 상기 지지측부에 관통 위치되는 안내돌기와, 상기 안내돌기에서 상기 가압경사면 방향으로 형성되는 이동가이드부를 포함하고, 상기 버튼부의 가압에 의하여 상기 가압경사면이 상기 본체의 측방 내주연 방향으로 이동될 때, 상기 이동가이드부와 맞닿는 상기 가압경사면의 높이가 상승되면서 상기 안내돌기가 상부로 이동되어, 상기 안내돌기의 상단부가 상기 흡착부를 상부로 가압하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐 기능을 구비한 화장품 케이스를 제공한다.
또한, 상기 개방부를 커버하는 뚜껑을 더 포함하고, 상기 버튼부의 타측에는 상기 본체의 상부 방향으로 버튼삽입부가 형성되고, 상기 버튼삽입부의 내부에는 상기 본체의 내주연 방향으로 걸림부가 형성되고, 상기 뚜껑의 일측은 상기 본체의 일측에 회전되도록 결합되고, 상기 뚜껑의 타측은 고정부가 형성되되, 상기 고정부는 상기 본체의 측방을 관통하여 상기 버튼삽입부에 삽입되어 상기 걸림부에 걸림 위치되고, 상기 버튼부의 가압에 의하여, 상기 걸림부가 이동되면서, 상기 고정부와 상기 걸림부 간의 걸림 결합이 해제되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐 기능을 구비한 화장품 케이스를 제공한다.
또한, 상기 본체는 이중으로 구성되어, 제 1 본체와, 상기 제 1 본체의 내부에 삽입되는 제 2 본체를 포함하고, 상기 제 1 본체의 측부와 상기 제 2 본체의 측부 사이에 형성되는 공간에 상기 흡착상쇄부재가 구비되되, 상기 제 1 본체의 측부의 내주연 또는, 상기 제 2 본체의 측부의 외주연에는 상기 버튼부의 이동을 가이드하거나, 상기 흡착상쇄부의 이동을 가이드하도록 가이드부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐 기능을 구비한 화장품 케이스를 제공한다.
또한, 상기 버튼부의 타측에는 제 1 본체의 내주연을 따라 탄성돌기가 형성되고, 상기 버튼부가 상기 제 2 본체 방향으로 가압되면, 상기 탄성돌기의 탄성에 의하여 역방향으로 이동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐 기능을 구비한 화장품 케이스를 제공한다.
또한, 상기 흡착부재는, 상기 흡착부의 상면에 구비되는 소품수용부를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐 기능을 구비한 화장품 케이스를 제공한다.
또한, 상기 흡착부재의 일측은 상기 본체에 회전되도록 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐 기능을 구비한 화장품 케이스를 제공한다.
또한, 상기 흡착부의 하면은 그 중앙으로 갈수록 상부로 만곡지게 형성되며, 탄성력과 흡착력을 가진 연질 재질로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐 기능을 구비한 화장품 케이스를 제공한다.
또한, 상기 본체의 상기 수용부에는 내용물이 수용되도록 트레이가 더 삽입되되, 상기 트레이의 상단은 상기 지지측부보다 낮은 위치에 구비되도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐 기능을 구비한 화장품 케이스를 제공한다.
본 발명은 흡착부가 본체에 견고하게 흡착되므로, 개폐부와 본체 사이에 틈이 발생되지 않으며, 이에 따라 유통 과정에서 본체에 수용된 화장품이 변질되지 않게 되고, 화장품의 중량이 그대로 유지되는 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 사용자가 버튼부를 가압하게 되면, 뚜껑이 오픈됨과 동시에 흡착부의 흡착력이 상쇄되므로, 사용자는 뚜껑과 흡착부재를 간단하게 오픈시킬 수 있게 되는 효과가 있다.

도 2 내지 도 4를 참조하면, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 밀폐 기능을 구비한 화장품 케이스는 본체(100), 흡착부재(200), 흡착상쇄부재(300) 및 뚜껑(400)을 포함한다.
본체(100)는 내부에 화장품 등의 내용물이 수용되는 것으로, 이중으로 구성되어, 제 1 본체(110)와, 상기 제 1 본체(110)의 내부에 수용되는 제 2 본체(120)를 포함할 수 있다.
제 1 본체(110)는 후술하는 제 2 본체(120)가 수용되도록 내부에 빈 공간이 형성되며, 그 상측에 제 1 개방부(110a)가 구비된다.
제 2 본체(120)는 제 1 개방부(110a)를 통하여 제 1 본체(110)에 삽입되는 것으로, 내부에 내용물이 수용되도록 공간이 형성되며, 그 상측에 제 2 개방부(120a)가 구비된다. 상기 내용물은 트레이(150), 트레이(150)에 수용되는 화장품, 흡착부재(200), 퍼프(230) 등을 포함하며, 상기 화장품은 파우더 분말, 파운데이션, 크림 등을 포함할 수 있다. 그리고 제 2 본체(120)의 측방 내주연은 원기둥 형상으로 형성되는 하부측부(121a)와, 상기 하부측부(121a)보다 큰 내주연을 갖도록 형성되며 상기 하부측부(121a)의 상부에 위치되는 상부측부(121b)와, 상기 하부측부(121a)와 상기 상부측부(121b)의 단부를 상호 연결시키는 지지측부(126)를 포함한다. 여기서 상기 지지측부(126)는 그 상면이 제 2 개방부(120a)를 바라보도록 형성된다.
그리고 제 2 본체(120)가 제 1 본체(110)에 삽입될 때, 제 2 본체(120)의 측방 외주연과 제 1 본체(110)의 측방 내주연은 상호 이격되어, 그 사이에 측방공간부(130: 도 11 도시)가 구비된다. 그리고 제 2 본체(120)의 상측 테두리에는 측방공간부의 크기 즉, 제 1 본체의 측방과 제 2 본체의 측방 간의 이격 거리만큼 제 1 본체의 상측 방향으로 테두리부(129)가 형성된다.

흡착부재(200)는 원형으로 형성되되 그 외주연이 지지측부(126)의 상면에 흡착되어 제 2 본체(120)를 폐쇄시키는 흡착부(210)와, 흡착부(210)의 상면에 구비되는 소품수용부(220)를 구비한다. 흡착부(210)는 지지측부(126)의 상면에 진공흡착되며, 후술하는 흡착상쇄부재(300)에 의하여 흡착부(210)가 지지측부(126)의 상면에서 용이하게 떨어지게 된다. 흡착부재(200)는 하기 도 5를 참조하여 다시 설명하기로 한다.
흡착상쇄부재(300)는 버튼부(310)와, 흡착상쇄부(330)를 포함한다. 버튼부(310)는 일측은 제 1 본체(110) 측방 외주연에 노출되도록 위치되고, 타측은 제 1 본체(110)와 제 2 본체(120) 사이의 측방공간부(130)에 구비된다. 흡착상쇄부(330)는 흡착부(210)의 흡착력을 용이하게 상쇄시키기 위한 것으로, 흡착부(210)는 한번 흡착되면, 진공압력에 의하여 이를 다시 떼어내기가 어려운 문제점이 있다. 이를 해결하기 위하여 본 발명은 흡착상쇄부(330)를 구비하여 흡착부(210)의 흡착력을 용이하게 상쇄시킨다. 이러한 흡착상쇄부(330)는 측방공간부(130)에 구비되되 하단부는 버튼부(310)의 타측과 맞닿도록 위치되고, 상단부는 지지측부(126)를 관통하여 흡착부(210)의 저면 방향에 위치된다. 그리고 흡착상쇄부(330)는 버튼부(310)의 가압에 의하여 상하 이동되면서 흡착부(210)의 저면을 상부로 가압하여, 흡착부(210)의 저면이 지지측부(126)의 상면에서 떨어지도록 한다. 이는, 하기 도면을 참조하여 다시 설명하기로 한다.
뚜껑(400)은 제 1 본체(110)와 힌지결합되며 제 1 본체(110)에 삽입되어, 제 1 본체(110)의 제 1 개방부(110a)를 커버한다. 이를 위하여 뚜껑(400)의 일측에는 회전결합부(420)가 형성되고, 제 1 본체(110)의 측방에는 상기 회전결합부(420)가 안내되도록 회전안내부(118)가 형성된다. 그리고 회전결합부(420)가 회전안내부(118)에 안내된 후, 힌지핀(422)에 의하여 힌지 결합되어, 뚜껑(400)이 제 1 본체(110)에 회전되도록 구성된다. 그리고 뚜껑(400)의 내측에는 화장을 할 때, 얼굴 등을 용이하게 볼 수 있도록 거울(430)이 부착될 수 있다.
도 5는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 밀폐 기능을 구비한 화장품 케이스의 흡착부재가 제 2 본체에 결합되는 상태를 도시한 도면이다.
도 5를 참조하면, 흡착부재(200)는 소품수용부(220)와 흡착부(210)를 포함한다. 소품수용부(220)는 제 2 본체(120)에 삽입되도록 형성되되, 그 하측은 흡착부(210)와 결합되도록 제 2 결합부(222)가 형성되고, 그 상측은 퍼프(230) 또는 화장을 위한 각종 도구가 수용되도록 형성된다. 상기 퍼프(230)는 예를 들면 파우더 등을 찍어 바르기 위한 것이다. 그리고 소품수용부(220)의 측방에는 힌지결합부(226)가 형성되며, 상기 힌지결합부(226)가 제 2 본체(120)의 상측에 형성된 결합안내부(128)에 힌지결합되어, 소품수용부(220)가 제 2 본체(120)에 회전되도록 구성된다. 한편, 상기 소품수용부(220)는 단순 끼움 결합으로 제 2 본체(120)의 상측에 삽입되어 결합될 수도 있다.
흡착부(210)는 원형으로 형성되며 그 상면 중앙에 제 2 결합부(222)와 결합되도록 제 1 결합부(212)가 형성된다. 그리고 흡착부(210)의 외주연은 제 2 본체(120)의 지지측부(126)의 상면에 진공흡착되며, 흡착부(210)가 지지측부(126)의 상면에 용이하게 흡착되기 위하여, 흡착부(210)의 하면은 그 중앙으로 갈수록 상부로 만곡지게 형성되고, 고무 등 탄성력과 흡착력이 우수한 연질 재질로 형성될 수도 있다. 그리고 흡착부(210)의 하면은 그 중앙보다 테두리가 하부에 위치되도록 하기 위하여, 흡착부(210)의 상면 테두리에는 소품수용부(220) 방향으로 제 1 지지부(214)가 돌출 형성되고, 소품수용부(220)의 테두리에는 제 1 지지부(214)의 측방에 위치되도록 제 2 지지부(224)가 돌출 형성된다. 이때, 제 1 지지부(214)와 제 2 지지부(224)의 길이는 제 1 결합부(212)와 제 2 결합부(222)의 길이보다 길게 형성되어, 흡착부(210)의 하면은 그 테두리가 그 중앙보다 하방에 위치된다.
그리고 소품수용부(220)가 제 2 본체(120)의 제 2 개방부(120a)를 커버할 때, 소품수용부(220)와 연결된 흡착부(210)가 제 2 본체(120)의 지지측부(126) 상면에 견고하게 진공 흡착되며, 이에 따라 제 2 본체(120) 내부가 긴밀하게 밀폐되도록 구성된다. 이처럼 제 2 본체(120) 내부가 흡착부(210)에 의하여 긴밀하게 밀폐되므로, 제 2 본체(120)와 흡착부(210) 사이에 틈이 발생되지 않으며, 유통 과정에서 제 2 본체(120)에 수용된 화장품이 변질되지 않게 되고, 화장품의 중량이 그대로 유지되는 효과가 있다.
한편, 흡착부(210)는 한번 흡착되면, 이를 다시 떼어내기가 어려운 문제점이 있다. 이를 해결하기 위하여 본 발명은 흡착상쇄부재(300)를 구비하여 흡착부(210)의 흡착력을 용이하게 상쇄시킨다. 이들은 하기 도면을 통하여 설명하기로 한다.
도 6은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 밀폐 기능을 구비한 화장품 케이스의 흡착상쇄부재의 버튼부가 제 1 본체에 결합되는 상태를 도시한 도면이고, 도 7은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 밀폐 기능을 구비한 화장품 케이스의 흡착상쇄부재의 버튼부가 제 1 본체와 제 2 본체 사이에 위치되는 상태를 단면으로 도시한 도면이다.
도 6 및 도 7을 참조하면, 제 1 본체(110)와 제 2 본체(120)의 측방 사이에는 측방공간부(130)가 구비된다. 그리고 제 1 본체(110)의 측방 상측에는 후술하는 버튼부(310)가 노출되도록 버튼노출부(114)가 형성된다. 그리고 제 1 본체(110)의 측방 내주연의 버튼노출부(114)에서 그 하측으로 버튼가이드부(116)가 형성되어, 후술하는 버튼부(310)의 이동이 가이드된다.
흡착상쇄부재(300)는 버튼부(310)와 흡착상쇄부(330)를 포함한다. 버튼부(310)는 사용자의 가압에 의하여 측방공간부(130)에서 전후로 이동되는 것으로, 전측은 제 1 본체(110)의 버튼가이드부(116)를 통하여 외부로 노출되도록 위치되고, 후측은 제 1 본체(110)와 제 2 본체(120) 사이의 측방공간부(130)에 위치된다. 그리고 버튼부(310)의 후측에는 지지측부(126)의 하부 방향으로 한 쌍의 연장부(320)가 형성되고, 각 연장부(320)의 하단에 제 2 본체(120)의 측방 방향으로 경사부(322)가 구비된다. 상기 경사부(322)는 하방으로 갈수록 제 2 본체(120)의 측방 방향으로 경사지도록 가압경사면(323)을 구비한다. 그리고 상기 가압경사면(323)에 흡착상쇄부(330)가 구비되며, 상기 흡착상쇄부(330)는 하기 도면을 참조하여 설명하기로 한다.
그리고 버튼부(310)의 후측에는 그 양측 방향으로 탄성돌기(316)가 더 형성될 수 있다. 상기 탄성돌기(316)는 버튼부(310)의 후측에서 제 1 본체(110)의 내주연을 따라 형성되어, 제 1 본체(110)의 내주연에 지지되도록 구성된다. 그리고 탄성돌기(316)는 탄성을 갖도록 구성되어, 버튼부(310)의 전측이 외부 압력에 의하여 제 2 본체(120) 방향 즉, 후측으로 가압되면, 탄성돌기(316)의 탄성에 의하여 역방향, 즉, 전측 방향으로 원위치 된다. 이때, 버튼부(310)가 위치된 측방공간부(130)의 너비는 버튼부(310)가 전후로 이동가능한 길이로 구성되고, 탄성돌기(316)의 단부가 위치된 측방공간부(130)의 너비는 탄성돌기(316)의 단부가 이동되지 않도록 구성된다. 이에 따라 탄성돌기(316)의 단부가 고정된 상태에서 후방으로 이동된 버튼부(310)는 탄성돌기(316)의 탄성에 의하여 전방으로 용이하게 이동된다. 이에 따라 별도의 스프링 없이도 일 방향으로 이동된 버튼부(310)가 타 방향으로 용이하게 원위치되는 효과가 있다.
한편, 버튼부(310)의 후측 상부에는 버튼삽입부(312)가 형성되고, 상기 버튼삽입부(312)의 내주연에는 걸림부(314)가 형성되어, 뚜껑(400)이 걸림부(314)에 걸림 위치되도록 구성된다. 이는 하기 도 11에서 상세하게 설명하기로 한다.
도 8은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 밀폐 기능을 구비한 화장품 케이스의 흡착상쇄부재의 흡착상쇄부가 제 2 본체에 결합되는 상태를 도시한 도면이고, 도 9는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 밀폐 기능을 구비한 화장품 케이스의 흡착상쇄부재의 흡착상쇄부를 도시한 도면이며, 도 10은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 밀폐 기능을 구비한 화장품 케이스의 버튼부와 흡착상쇄부의 결합구조를 설명하기 위하여 도시한 도면이다.
도 8 내지 도 10을 참조하면, 제 1 본체(110)와 제 2 본체(120) 사이로 버튼부(310)가 삽입될 때, 제 2 본체(120)의 버튼부(310)와 대향되는 위치, 상세하게는 제 2 본체(120)의 하부측부(121a)의 외주연에는 흡착상쇄부(330)가 구비된다. 그리고 제 2 본체(120)의 하부측부(121a)의 외주연에서 흡착상쇄부(330)의 양측에는 흡착상쇄부(330)의 상하 이동을 가이드하도록 돌기가이드부(124)가 형성된다.
흡착상쇄부(330)는 버튼부(310)의 후측에 위치되어 상하 이동되는 것으로, 안내돌기(332)와, 지지부(334)를 포함한다. 안내돌기(332)는 제 1 본체(110)와 제 2 본체(120)의 측방공간부(130)에 위치되되, 제 2 본체(120)의 하부측부(121a)의 외주연에 위치된다. 이러한 안내돌기(332)는 길이방향으로 길게 형성되어, 그 상단부가 상기 지지측부(126)에 관통 형성되는 관통공(127)을 관통하여 지지측부(126)의 상면에 위치된 흡착부(210)와 마주보도록 위치된다. 그리고 안내돌기(332)의 하단부는 버튼부(310)의 한 쌍의 연장부(320) 사이에 위치된다. 그리고 안내돌기(332)와 마주보는 제 2 본체(120)의 하부측부(121a)의 외주연에는 안내돌기(332)가 용이하게 상하이동되도록 안내레일(123)이 형성되고, 상기 안내레일(123)의 상부는 관통공(127)과 연결된다.
지지부(334)는 안내돌기(332)와 후술하는 이동가이드부(338)를 상호 연결시키는 것으로, 안내돌기(332)의 길이방향 중앙에서 안내돌기(332)와 수직하게 양측으로 연장 형성된다. 그리고 지지부(334)의 양 단부에는 제 2 본체(120)의 돌기가이드부(124)에 안내되어 상하 이동되도록 상하안내부(336)가 형성된다. 상하안내부(336)는 제 1 안내부(336a)와 제 2 안내부(336b)를 포함하는데, 제 1 안내부(336a)와 제 2 안내부(336b)는 지지부(334)의 양 단부에서 상호 이격되면서 돌출 형성된다. 그리고 제 1 안내부(336a)와 제 2 안내부(336b) 사이에 제 2 본체(120)의 돌기가이드부(124)가 삽입되어, 상하안내부(336)가 돌기가이드부(124)를 따라 상하 방향으로 이동된다.
그리고 지지부(334)의 양 단부와 안내돌기(332) 사이에는 이동가이드부(338)가 하방으로 연장되며, 이동가이드부(338)의 하단부는 버튼부(310)의 가압경사면(323)과 맞닿도록 위치된다. 이때 이동가이드부(338)의 하단부에는 가압경사면(323)과 밀착되도록 상쇄경사면(339)이 형성된다. 그리고 버튼부(310)의 이동에 의하여 버튼부(310)의 가압경사면(323)이 후방으로 이동되면, 상기 가압경사면(323)의 높이변화에 따라 상쇄경사면(339)이 상하 방향으로 이동되고, 이에 따라 안내돌기(332)가 상하 방향으로 이동되어, 안내돌기(332)의 상단부가 흡착부(210)를 상부로 가압하여, 흡착부(210)의 흡착력이 상쇄된다. 이는 하기 도면에서 다시 설명하기로 한다.
도 11은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 밀폐 기능을 구비한 화장품 케이스의 뚜껑이 버튼부에 결합되는 상태를 설명하기 위하여 도시한 도면이다.
도 11을 참조하면, 뚜껑(400)의 일측은 제 1 본체(110)와 힌지결합되어 회전되도록 구성된다. 그리고 뚜껑(400)이 본체(100)의 제 1 본체(110)와 제 2 본체(120)를 커버하도록 위치될 때, 뚜껑(400)의 타측에 형성되는 고정부(410)가 버튼부(310)의 걸림부(314)에 걸림 결합된다. 이를 위하여 제 2 본체(120)의 테두리부(129)에는 버튼부(310)와 대향되는 위치에 고정안내공(129a)이 형성된다. 그리고 측방공간부(130)에 위치되는 버튼부(310)의 후측에는 그 상부에 고정안내공(129a)과 마주보도록 버튼삽입부(312)가 형성되고, 상기 버튼삽입부(312)의 내주연에는 제 2 본체(120) 방향으로 걸림부(314)가 형성된다. 그리고 뚜껑(400)이 본체(100)를 커버하도록 위치될 때, 뚜껑(400)의 고정부(410)가 제 2 본체(120)의 고정안내공(129a)과, 버튼부(310)의 버튼삽입부(312)에 일체로 삽입된 후, 버튼부(310)의 걸림부(314)에 걸림 위치된다.
그 후, 사용자가 버튼부(310)의 전측을 가압하면, 버튼부(310)의 후측이 후방으로 이동되면서, 버튼부(310)에 구비된 걸림부(314) 또한 후방 즉, 제 2 본체(120) 방향으로 이동된다. 이때, 걸림부(314)에 걸림 결합된 뚜껑(400)의 고정부(410)가 걸림부(314)에서 탈거되어, 뚜껑(400)이 용이하게 외측으로 오픈되게 된다. 또한, 이와 동시에, 버튼부(310)를 따라 이동되는 가압경사면(323)의 높이 변화에 따라, 흡착상쇄부(330)의 안내돌기(332)가 상부 방향으로 이동되어, 흡착상쇄부(330)가 흡착부(210)를 상부로 들어올리게 되어, 흡착부(210)의 흡착력이 상쇄된다. 이는 하기 도면을 통하여 상세하게 설명하기로 한다.
한편, 본 발명의 실시예에서는 뚜껑(400)이 본체(100)에 힌지 결합되며, 버튼부(310)의 걸림부(314)에 걸림 위치되도록 구성되나, 이를 한정하는 것은 아니고, 경우에 따라, 제 1 본체(110)의 외측에 제 1 나사산(미도시)이 형성되고, 뚜껑(400)에 제 2 나사산(미도시)이 형성되어, 상호 나사 결합되도록 구성될 수도 있다.
도 12와 도 13은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 밀폐 기능을 구비한 화장품 케이스의 흡착부가 흡착상쇄부에 의하여 흡착력이 상쇄되는 상태를 설명하기 위하여 도시한 도면이다.
먼저, 도 12를 참조하면, 흡착부재(200)의 소품수용부(220)가 회전되면서 제 2 본체(120)를 커버하도록 위치되며, 이때, 흡착부재(200)의 흡착부(210)가 제 2 본체(120)의 지지측부(126) 상면에 견고하게 진공 흡착되며, 이에 따라 제 2 본체(120) 내부가 긴밀하게 밀폐되도록 구성된다. 그리고 뚜껑(400)은 제 1 본체(110)를 커버하도록 위치되며, 이때, 뚜껑(400)의 고정부(410)가 버튼부(310)의 걸림부(314)에 걸림 결합되어, 뚜껑(400)이 외부로 이탈되지 않도록 구성된다.
이어서, 도 13을 참조하면, 사용자가 버튼부(310)의 외부로 노출된 전측을 후방으로 가압하여, 버튼부(310)의 후측이 후방으로 이동되면, 버튼부(310)의 걸림부(314)가 후방으로 이동되면서 상기 걸림부(314)와 걸림 위치된 뚜껑(400)의 고정부(410)가 걸림부(314)에서 이탈되어, 뚜껑(400)이 오픈되도록 구성된다.
이와 동시에, 버튼부(310)가 후방으로 이동되면서 버튼부(310)와 일체로 형성되는 가압경사면(323)이 후방으로 이동된다. 이때, 흡착상쇄부(330)의 상쇄경사면(339)과 맞닿는 가압경사면(323)은 경사지도록 구성되므로, 그 높이가 버튼부(310)가 이동되기 전보다 높아지도록 구성되며, 이에 따라 흡착상쇄부(330)의 상쇄경사면(339)의 높이 또한, 가압경사면(323)의 경사진 면을 따라 상부로 이동하게 된다. 그러면 흡착상쇄부(330)의 상쇄경사면(339)과 일체로 형성되는 안내돌기(332) 또한, 상부로 이동되어, 안내돌기(332)의 상단부가 제 2 본체(120)의 지지측부(126) 상면에 흡착된 흡착부(210)를 상부로 들어올리게 되어, 지지측부(126)와 흡착부(210) 사이에 틈이 생기게 되며, 상기 틈 사이로 공기가 유입되어 흡착부(210)의 흡착력이 상쇄된다.
이처럼 본 발명은 사용자가 버튼부(310)를 가압하게 되면, 뚜껑(400)이 오픈됨과 동시에 흡착부(210)의 흡착력이 상쇄되므로, 사용자는 뚜껑(400)과 흡착부재(200)를 간단하게 오픈시킬 수 있게 되는 효과가 있다.
본 발명은 상기 실시예에서 상세히 설명되었지만, 본 발명의 기술사상 범위 내에서 다양한 변형 및 수정이 가능함은 당업자에게 있어서 명백한 것이며, 이러한 변형 및 수정이 첨부된 특허청구범위에 속함은 당연한 것이다.
본 발명은 본체와 뚜껑 사이에 틈이 발생되지 않도록 하여, 유통 과정에서 화장품이 변질되지 않도록 하여 화장품 케이스 산업 분야에 널리 적용될 수 있다.

Claims (9)

  1. 내부에 수용부가 형성되고, 상기 수용부의 상부에 개방부가 구비되며, 상기 수용부의 측방 내주연을 따라 상기 개방부를 바라보도록 지지측부가 형성되는 본체;
    상기 수용부에 삽입되되 내면 테두리가 상기 지지측부의 상면에 흡착되어 상기 개방부를 폐쇄시키는 흡착부를 포함하는 흡착부재; 및
    일측은 상기 본체의 측방 외주연에 노출되도록 위치되고, 타측은 상기 본체의 측방 내부에 구비되는 공간에 위치되는 버튼부와, 상기 본체의 측방 내부에 상기 버튼부의 타측과 마주보도록 위치되되 상기 버튼부의 가압에 의하여 상하 이동되면서 그 상단부가 상기 지지측부를 관통하여 상기 흡착부를 상부로 가압하는 흡착상쇄부를 포함하는 흡착상쇄부재를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐 기능을 구비한 화장품 케이스.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 버튼부의 타측은 상기 지지측부보다 하부에 위치되되, 상기 본체의 측방 내주연 방향으로 경사부가 구비되고, 상기 경사부는 하방으로 갈수록 상기 본체의 측방 내주연 방향으로 경사지도록 가압경사면을 구비하고,
    상기 흡착상쇄부는, 그 상단부가 상기 지지측부에 관통 위치되는 안내돌기와, 상기 안내돌기에서 상기 가압경사면 방향으로 형성되는 이동가이드부를 포함하고,
    상기 버튼부의 가압에 의하여 상기 가압경사면이 상기 본체의 측방 내주연 방향으로 이동될 때, 상기 이동가이드부와 맞닿는 상기 가압경사면의 높이가 상승되면서 상기 안내돌기가 상부로 이동되어, 상기 안내돌기의 상단부가 상기 흡착부를 상부로 가압하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐 기능을 구비한 화장품 케이스.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 개방부를 커버하는 뚜껑을 더 포함하고,
    상기 버튼부의 타측에는 상기 본체의 상부 방향으로 버튼삽입부가 형성되고, 상기 버튼삽입부의 내부에는 상기 본체의 내주연 방향으로 걸림부가 형성되고,
    상기 뚜껑의 일측은 상기 본체의 일측에 회전되도록 결합되고, 상기 뚜껑의 타측은 고정부가 형성되되, 상기 고정부는 상기 본체의 측방을 관통하여 상기 버튼삽입부에 삽입되어 상기 걸림부에 걸림 위치되고,
    상기 버튼부의 가압에 의하여, 상기 걸림부가 이동되면서, 상기 고정부와 상기 걸림부 간의 걸림 결합이 해제되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐 기능을 구비한 화장품 케이스.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 본체는 이중으로 구성되어, 제 1 본체와, 상기 제 1 본체의 내부에 삽입되는 제 2 본체를 포함하고,
    상기 제 1 본체의 측부와 상기 제 2 본체의 측부 사이에 형성되는 공간에 상기 흡착상쇄부재가 구비되되, 상기 제 1 본체의 측부의 내주연 또는, 상기 제 2 본체의 측부의 외주연에는 상기 버튼부의 이동을 가이드하거나, 상기 흡착상쇄부의 이동을 가이드하도록 가이드부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐 기능을 구비한 화장품 케이스.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서,
    상기 버튼부의 타측에는 제 1 본체의 내주연을 따라 탄성돌기가 형성되고,
    상기 버튼부가 상기 제 2 본체 방향으로 가압되면, 상기 탄성돌기의 탄성에 의하여 역방향으로 이동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐 기능을 구비한 화장품 케이스.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 흡착부재는, 상기 흡착부의 상면에 구비되는 소품수용부를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐 기능을 구비한 화장품 케이스.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 흡착부재의 일측은 상기 본체에 회전되도록 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐 기능을 구비한 화장품 케이스.
  8. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 흡착부의 하면은 그 중앙으로 갈수록 상부로 만곡지게 형성되며, 탄성력과 흡착력을 가진 연질 재질로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐 기능을 구비한 화장품 케이스.
  9. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 본체의 상기 수용부에는 내용물이 수용되도록 트레이가 더 삽입되되, 상기 트레이의 상단은 상기 지지측부보다 낮은 위치에 구비되도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐 기능을 구비한 화장품 케이스.
