- 화장재료인 파우더(P)가 담겨지는 수용공간(112)이 일 방으로 개방되게 형성된 용기본체(110)와;상기 용기본체의 상단에 안착 지지 되고 동시에 화장도구(120)를 이용하여 파우더를 묻히기 위한 파우도 도포공간(131)이 마련되고, 바닥으로는 용기본체의 수용공간에 저장된 파우더를 배출시키기 위한 신축성 망사(132a) 타입 또는 다수개의 구멍(132b) 타입으로 이루어지는 파우더 배출수단(132)이 구비되고, 상기 파우더 배출수단(132)이 밀봉 단차부(133)에 의해 바닥 상면으로부터 일정 깊이만큼 단차지게 형성된 중간 캡(130)과;상기 중간 캡(130)을 밀폐시키기 위하여 용기본체(110)의 상부에 개폐 가능하게 결합되고 동시에 내주면으로 상기 중간 캡의 상면에 밀착 지지되는 링형 밀폐 돌기(141)가 돌출 형성된 뚜껑(140)과;상기 뚜껑의 내부로 형성된 결합리브(142)에 일체로 조립 구성되고, 또 바닥 하면으로는 상기 뚜껑의 닫음 조작시 중간 캡(130)에 형성된 파우더 배출수단(132)의 외곽 상면에 밀착 지지되는 링형 밀폐돌기(151)가 형성되고, 이 링형 밀폐돌기의 내측의 하부로는 밀봉 단차부(133)에 끼워져 상기 파우더 배출수단(132)을 차단하기 위한 밀봉단부(152)가 일체로 구비된 밀봉 캡(150); 을 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 화장용 파우더 용기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 뚜껑(140)의 결합리브(142)에 결합되는 밀봉 캡(150)은, 밀봉단부(152)의 상단으로 결합리브(153)을 연장 형성하고, 이를 상기 뚜껑(140)의 결합리브(142)의 내측 또는 외측에 언더컷 방식으로 결합지지 되도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 화장용 파우더 용기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 밀봉 캡(150)의 밀봉단부(152) 측벽은, 중간 캡(140)으로 형성되는 밀봉 단차부(133)의 수직 측벽(134)과 상호 수직적으로 밀착 지지 되는 수직 측벽(152a)형태로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 화장용 파우더 용기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 밀봉 캡(150)의 밀봉단부(152) 측벽은, 중간 캡(130)으로 형성되는 밀봉 단차부(133)의 수직 측벽(134) 상단 모서리부(134a)와 상호 경사상으로 밀착 지지 되는 경사 측벽(152b) 형태로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 화장용 파우더 용기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 뚜껑(140)에 구비되는 밀봉 캡(150)의 밀봉단부(152) 저면 바닥으로는 화장도구에 묻은 파우더를 고루 분포시키기 위한 파우더 분포 요홈부(154)가 더 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 화장용 파우더 용기.
- 화장재료인 파우더(P)가 담겨지는 수용공간(112)이 일 방으로 개방되게 형성된 용기본체(110)와;상기 용기본체의 상단에 안착 지지 되고 동시에 화장도구(120)를 이용하여 파우더를 묻히기 위한 파우더 도포공간(131)이 마련되고, 바닥으로는 용기본체의 수용공간에 저장된 파우더를 배출시키기 위한 신축성 망사(132a) 타입 또는 다수 개의 구멍(132b) 타입으로 이루어지는 파우더 배출수단(132)이 구비되고, 상기 파우더 배출수단(132)이 밀봉 단차부(133)에 의해 바닥 상면으로부터 일정 깊이만큼 단차지게 형성된 중간 캡(130)과;상기 중간 캡(130)을 밀폐시키기 위하여 용기본체(110)의 상부에 개폐 가능하게 결합되고 동시에 내주면으로 상기 중간 캡의 상면에 밀착 지지되는 링형 밀폐 돌기(141)가 돌출 형성된 뚜껑(140)과;상기 뚜껑의 내부로 형성된 결합리브(142)에 일체로 조립 구성되고, 또 바닥 하면으로는 상기 뚜껑의 닫음 조작시 중간 캡(130)에 형성된 파우더 배출수단(132)의 외곽 상면에 밀착 지지되는 링형 밀폐돌기(151)가 형성되고, 이 링형 밀폐돌기 내측의 하부로는 밀봉 단차부(133)에 끼워져 상기 파우더 배출수단(132)을 차단하기 위한 밀봉단부(152)가 일체로 구비된 밀봉 캡(150); 및상기 용기본체(110)의 바닥(111)으로 충전공(111a)이 형성되고, 상기 충전공은 파우더 충전 후 충전 캡(160)에 의해 밀봉 결합 됨을 특징으로 하는 화장용 파우더 용기.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 뚜껑(140)의 결합리브(142)에 결합되는 밀봉 캡(150)은, 밀봉단부(152)의 상단으로 결합리브(153)을 연장 형성하고, 이를 상기 뚜껑(140)의 결합리브(142)의 내측 또는 외측에 언더컷 방식으로 결합지지 되도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 화장용 파우더 용기.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 밀봉 캡(150)의 밀봉단부(152) 측벽은, 중간 캡(140)으로 형성되는 밀봉 단차부(133)의 수직 측벽(134)과 상호 수직적으로 밀착 지지 되는 수직 측벽(152a)형태로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 화장용 파우더 용기.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 밀봉 캡(150)의 밀봉단부(152) 측벽은, 중간 캡(130)으로 형성되는 밀봉 단차부(133)의 수직 측벽(134) 상단 모서리부(134a)와 상호 경사상으로 밀착 지지 되는 경사 측벽(152b) 형태로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 화장용 파우더 용기.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 뚜껑(140)에 구비되는 밀봉 캡(150)의 밀봉단부(152) 저면 바닥으로는 화장도구에 묻은 파우더를 고루 분포시키기 위한 파우더 분포 요홈부(154)가 더 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 화장용 파우더 용기.
- 내부 수용공간(112)에 화장재료인 파우더(P)가 수납되는 용기본체(110)와;상기 용기본체 상부에 내 삽입되는 형태로 안착 결합되되 중앙의 밀봉 단차 부(134)에 단지게 구비되는 신축성 망사(132a) 타입의 파우더 배출수단(132)이 결합되어 브러쉬와 같은 화장도구(120)로 상기한 신축성 망사(132a)를 눌러 수용공간의 파우더를 묻혀 사용하도록 하는 중간 캡(130)과;상기 용기본체 상부에 개폐 결합되는 뚜껑(140)으로 구성되고,상기 뚜껑(140)의 하부 중앙에 결합리브(142)를 형성하고 이에 밀봉단부(152)를 갖는 밀봉캡(150)을 구비하여, 상기 뚜껑의 개폐 조작시 밀봉 캡에 의해 상기 중간 캡의 파우더 배출수단이 차단 또는 개방되도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 화장용 파우더 용기.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 뚜껑의 결합리브(142)에 결합되는 밀봉 캡(150)은, 밀봉단부의 상단으로 형성되는 링형 요홈(155)에 의해 상기 결합리브에 끼워지고, 상기 단차 밀봉부(134)의 외측 원주상으로는 중간 캡(130)의 상단에 밀착되어 파우더 배출수단(132)을 밀폐하는 링형 밀폐돌기(151)가 돌출 형성되어 짐을 특징으로 하는 화장용 파우더 용기.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 밀봉 캡(150)의 저면 중앙에는 브러쉬와 같은 화장도구(120)에 묻은 화장용 파우더를 고르게 분포시키도록 화장도구를 대고 돌려주기 위한 파우더 분포 요홈부(154)가 더 형성되어 짐을 특징으로 하는 화장용 파우더 용기.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 용기본체(110)의 수용부(112) 바닥(111)은 중앙을 향해 오목해지는 만곡면(15)으로 형성되어 짐을 특징으로 하는 화장용 파우더 용기.
