본 발명은 상기 내용기의 화장품 공급공으로 설치되는 상하 신축성을 갖는 그물망에 의해 화장도구에 화장품을 묻혀 사용하는 작동이 간편함은 물론 상기 화장품 하부에 설치되는 상하 텐션을 갖는 텐션판에 의해 화장도구로 화장품을 눌러 사용시 화장품이 뭉치는 것을 방지하여 사용 신뢰성을 우수하게 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
이러한 본 발명은 분말 또는 분말 압축형 화장품을 수납하는 본체 상부의 개폐캡을 회전시켜 개폐 작동함에 따라 본체 내부의 내용기에 형성된 화장품 공급공을 차단판이 개폐하여 화장도구로 화장품을 묻혀 사용할 수 있도록 제공하므로 사용 편리성이 우수함은 물론 개폐캡이 폐쇄 상태에서 화장품이 내용기 상부로 유출되거나 이로 인해 화장품 용기가 화장품으로 오염되는 종래 문제를 방지하고, 상기 내용기의 화장품 공급공으로 상하 신축성을 갖는 그물망을 설치하여 화장도구에 의해 화장품을 묻혀 사용하는 작동이 간편함은 물론 상기 화장품 하부에 상하 텐션을 갖는 텐션판을 설치하여 화장도구에 의해 화장품을 눌러 사용하면서 상기 화장품이 뭉치는 것을 방지하여 사용 신뢰성을 우수하게 제공하는 효과를 갖는 것이다.

이러한 본 발명은 분말 또는 분말 압축형 화장품을 수납 사용하는 화장품 용기에 있어서, 내부에 화장품이 수납되는 공간부를 형성하는 본체와; 상기 본체의 수납 공간부 하부 위치로 결합됨과 동시에 상하 텐션작용을 통해 화장품이 뭉쳐지는 것이 방지되도록 화장품을 수납 지지하는 텐션판과; 상기 공간부 상부 위치로 결합되고, 일 측에 화장도구로 화장품을 묻혀 사용할 수 있도록 상하 관통 형성된 반원형의 공급공에 상하 신축성을 갖는 그물망으로 차단 설치하는 내용기와; 상기 내용기의 상부 중앙에 회전 가능케 축 결합되어 내용기의 공급공을 개폐 작동하도록 반원형의 개폐공을 갖는 차단판 및; 상기 본체 상부에 나사 결합되는 개폐캡으로 구성하되, 상기 개폐캡과 차단판이 걸림 작동부에 의해 상호 연동 작동하도록 구성하여 개폐캡의 개폐 작동에 따라 차단판이 내용기의 공급공을 개폐 작동하도록 함에 그 특징이 있다.
본 발명에 따르면, 상기 본체는 하부에 단차홈을 형성하여 상하로 텐션 가능하게 화장품을 수납 지지하는 텐션판과 마감캡을 삽입하고, 상기 본체의 단차홈과 마감캡에 대응 형성되는 언더컷 돌기에 의해 이탈방지되게 결합 마감하되, 상기 마감캡의 상부는 중앙의 지지돌부 외측에 요부를 형성하여 상기 텐션판이 상하 텐션 가능한 공간을 확보하도록 함에 그 특징이 있다.
본 발명에 따르면, 상기 개폐캡과 차단판에 마련되는 걸림작동부는 차단판의 내주연에 등각 위치로 적어도 하나 이상의 삽입요홈을 상하로 형성하고, 개폐캡에 상기 차단판의 삽입요홈 대응 위치로 삽입요홈에 삽입 결합되는 삽입돌기를 상하로 형성하여 개폐캡의 개폐 작동에 따라 차단판이 내용기의 공급공을 개폐 작동하도록 함에 그 특징이 있다.
본 발명에 따르면, 상기 개폐캡과 차단판에 마련되는 걸림작동부는 차단판의 내주연에 등각 위치로 적어도 하나 이상의 연동돌기를 상하로 형성하고, 개폐캡에 상기 차단판의 연동돌기에 대응 위치로 연동돌기와 맞물려 함께 회전 작동하는 회전돌기를 상하로 형성하여 개폐캡의 개폐 작동에 따라 차단판이 내용기의 공급공을 개폐 작동하도록 함에 그 특징이 있다.
본 발명에 따르면, 상기 내용기의 상부면과, 상기 차단판의 하부면에는 차단판이 내용기의 공급공 개폐 범위(180°정도) 내에서 회전 작동하도록 스톱돌기와 상기 스톱돌기에 걸려 공급공의 개폐 위치에서 스톱 작동하는 좌우 걸림돌기를 대응 형성함에 그 특징이 있다.
본 발명에 따르면, 상기 내용기는 상부 외주연을 따라 안착홈부를 형성하여 본체 상단에 삽입되게 결합하되, 상기 안착홈부의 언더컷돌기가 본체 상단 외주연의 요홈에 삽입되어 회전 방지되게 상호 결합함에 그 특징이 있다.
이하, 상기한 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예를 첨부도면을 참조하여 구체적으로 살펴보기로 한다.
본 발명은 분말 또는 분말 압축형 화장품을 수납 사용하는 화장품 용기로서, 도 2a, 2b, 도 3, 도 4, 도 5a, 5b 및 도 8에 도시된 바와 같이, 내부에 화장품이 수납되는 공간부(12)를 형성하는 본체(10)와; 상기 본체의 수납 공간부(12) 하부 위치로 결합됨과 동시에 상하 텐션작용을 통해 화장품이 뭉쳐지는 것이 방지되도록 화장품을 수납 지지하는 텐션판(20)과; 상기 공간부 상부 위치로 결합되고 일측에 화장도구로 화장품을 묻혀 사용할 수 있도록 상하 관통 형성된 반원형의 공급공(31)에 상하 신축성을 갖는 그물망(35)으로 차단 설치하는 내용기(30)와; 상기 내용기의 상부 중앙에 회전 가능케 축 결합되어 내용기의 공급공을 개폐 작동하도록 반원형의 개폐공(45)을 갖는 차단판(40) 및; 상기 본체 상부에 나사 결합되는 개폐캡(50)으로 구성하되, 상기 개폐캡(50)과 차단판(40)이 걸림작동부(60)에 의해 상호 연동 작동하도록 구성하여 개폐캡의 개폐 작동에 따라 차단판이 내용기의 공급공을 개폐 작동하도록 이루어지는 것이다.
즉, 상기 본체(10)는 하부에 단차홈(13)을 형성하여 상하로 텐션 가능하게 화장품을 수납 지지하는 텐션판(20)과 마감캡(25)을 삽입하고, 상기 본체의 단차홈과 마감캡에 대응 형성되는 언더컷 돌기(8)(8')에 의해 이탈방지되게 결합 마감하되, 상기 마감캡(25)의 상부는 중앙의 지지돌부(26) 외측에 요부(27)를 형성하여 상기 텐션판(20)이 상하 텐션 가능한 공간을 확보하도록 구성된다.
그리고, 상기 텐션판(20)은 나일론 소재로 형성하여 본체와 초음파 융착으로 상호 고정할 수 있음은 물론이다.
또한, 상기 개폐캡(50)과 차단판(40)에 마련되는 걸림작동부(60)는 도 5a, 5b 및 도 6a, 6b에 도시된 바와 같이 차단판(40)의 내주연에 등각 위치로 적어도 하나 이상의 삽입요홈(41)을 상하로 형성하고, 개폐캡(50)에 상기 차단판의 삽입요홈 대응 위치로 삽입요홈에 삽입 결합되는 삽입돌기(51)를 상하로 형성하도록 구성된다.
이때, 상기 삽입요홈(41)과 삽입돌기(51)는 도면에서와 같이 차단판(40)과 개폐캡(50)의 등각 위치에 2곳으로 설치하여 작동할 수 있으나, 3,4,5곳 이상의 복수 위치로 설치함에 따라 조립 작동이 더욱 간편하게 된다.
상기 삽입요홈(41)과 삽입돌기(51)는 서로 위치를 바꾸어 형성될 수도 있음은 물론이다.
또한, 상기 개폐캡(50)과 차단판(40)에 마련되는 걸림 작동부(60)는 도 7a, 도 7b에 도시된 바와 같이 달리 실시할 수도 있는데, 이는 차단판(40)의 내주연에 등각 위치로 적어도 하나 이상의 연동돌기(42)를 상하로 형성하고, 개폐캡(50)에 상기 차단판의 연동돌기에 대응 위치로 연동돌기와 맞물려 함께 회전 작동하는 회전돌기(52)를 상하로 형성하도록 구성한 것이다.
그리고, 상기 내용기(30)의 상부면과, 상기 차단판(40)의 하부면에는 차단판이 내용기의 공급공(31) 개폐 범위(180°정도) 내에서 회전 작동하도록 스톱돌기(33)와 상기 스톱돌기에 걸려 공급공(31)의 개폐 위치에서 스톱 작동하는 좌우 걸림돌기(43a)(43b)를 대응 형성하도록 구성된다.
또한, 상기 내용기(30)는 상부 외주연을 따라 안착홈부(32)를 형성하여 본체(10) 상단에 삽입되게 결합하되, 상기 안착홈부(32)의 언더컷 돌기(9)가 본체 상단 외주연의 요홈(9')에 삽입되어 회전 방지되게 상호 결합함이 바람직하다.
또한, 상기 내용기(30)의 안착홈부(32)가 본체(10) 상단에서 언더컷 돌기를 배제하여 내용기(30)가 회전 가능하도록 삽입 결합할 수도 있는데, 이는 상기 개폐캡의 회전 반경보다 차단판의 회전 반경이 더 크게 되는 경우에 상기 차단판(40)과 함께 내용기(30)의 회전이 가능하도록 하여 이를 보상하기 위함이다.
그리고 상기 내용기(30)의 내부에는 화장도구(70)를 보관하기 위한 공간을 확보하되, 상기 화장도구는 화장품의 종류, 주로 분말 또는 압축 분말형태의 화장품의 경우에 브러쉬나 퍼프를 휴대 사용하도록 구성된다.
또한, 상기 내용기(30)의 공급공(31)을 차단하는 그물망(35)은 상하 신축성을 갖는 나일론 소재로 초음파 융착에 의해 내용기에 일체로 결합 구성된다.
또한, 상기 본체(10)와 개폐캡(50)의 나사 결합구조는 개폐캡(50)이 차단판(40)을 회전시켜 내용기(30)의 공급공(31)을 개폐 작동시키는 180°회전 범위로 개폐 작동하도록 나사 구성함이 바람직하다.
미설명부호로서, 46은 내용기 중앙의 축공에 삽입 결합되는 차단판의 언더컷 형태 회전축을 나타내는 것이다.
다음은 상기와 같이 구성되는 본 발명의 작동 및 작용에 대해 살펴보기로 한다.
본 발명의 화장품 용기는 본체(10)의 내부 공간부(12)에 분말 또는 분말 압축형 화장품을 수납하여 사용하는 것이다.
먼저, 본체(10)의 상부 개폐캡(50)을 개방하여 화장품을 사용하는 과정을 설명하기로 한다.
상기 개폐캡(50)을 나사 회전으로 개방하면, 상기 개폐캡(50)과 내부 차단판(40)이 걸림작동부(60)에 의해 상호 연동하여 함께 회전하게 된다.
즉, 상기 차단판(40)의 내주연에 등각 위치로 형성된 삽입요홈(41)으로 개폐캡(50)의 삽입돌기(51)가 삽입되어 있기 때문에 상기 개폐캡(50)의 회전에 연동 작동하여 차단판(40)이 함께 회전하게 되는 것이다.
물론, 도 7a, 7b에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 차단판(40)의 내주연에 등각 위치로 형성되는 연동돌기(42)와 개폐캡(50)의 회전돌기(52)를 회전방향으로 상호 맞물리게 형성하여도 상기 개폐캡(50)의 회전에 연동 작동하여 차단판(40)이 함께 회전하게 되는 것이다.
이와 같이 상기 개폐캡(50)의 회전에 연동 작동하여 차단판(40)이 180°정도로 회전 작동하면서, 상기 차단판이 내용기(30) 상부 일 측의 반원형 공급공(31)을 차단한 상태에서 차단판의 개폐공(45)이 반원형의 공급공(31)에 일치하면서 개방 상태로 전환하게 되는 것이다.
특히, 상기 내용기(30)의 상부면과 상기 차단판(40)의 하부면에 대응 형성되는 스톱돌기(33)가 좌우 걸림돌기(43a)(43b)에 걸림 작동하면서 차단판이 내용기의 공급공 개폐 범위(180°정도) 내에서 회전 작동하게 되는 것이다.
즉, 상기 개폐캡(50)을 개방 분리함에 의해 내용기(30)의 공급공(31)을 차단하고 있던 차단판(40)이 회전하여 개방하므로 화장품을 사용할 수 있는 상태가 되는 것이다.
이와 같은 상태에서 상기 내용기(30)에 수납된 화장도구(70)를 파지하고 내용기(30)의 공급공(31)을 통해 분말 또는 분말 압축형 화장품을 묻혀 사용하게 된다.
이때, 상기 내용기(30)의 공급공(31)을 차단하고 있는 그물망(35)은 상하 신축성을 갖는 나일론 소재로 되어 있기 때문에 화장도구에 의해 상하 신축하면서 수납부의 화장품을 효과적으로 묻혀 사용하게 되는 것이다.
또한, 상기 화장도구에 의해 화장품을 묻혀 사용시, 상기 화장품 하부에 텐션판(40)이 화장품을 누르는 힘에 의해 상하 텐션 작동하면서 분말 또는 분말 압축형 화장품이 뭉치는 것을 방지하여 화장품을 지속적으로 화장도구에 묻혀 사용할 수 있는 것이다.
이와 같이 화장품을 사용한 후, 다시 개폐캡(50)을 본체(10)에 결합하여 휴대하고자 하는 경우에는 상기 개폐캡(50)과 차단판(40)이 전술한 바와 같이 걸림작동부(60)가 연동 작동하도록 결합된다.
즉, 상기 개폐캡(50)을 역방향 나사 회전으로 폐쇄하면, 상기 개폐캡(50)과 내부 차단판(40)이 걸림 작동부(60)에 의해 상호 연동하여 함께 역방향 회전하면서 상기 차단판(40)의 개폐공(45)과 내용기(30)의 공급공(31)이 어긋나면서 상기 공급공을 다시 차단하게 되는 것이다.
이때, 상기 내용기(30)의 상부면과 상기 차단판(40)의 하부면에 대응 형성되는 스톱돌기(33)가 좌우 걸림돌기(43a)(43b)에 걸림 작동하면서 차단판이 내용기의 공급공(31) 개폐 범위(180°정도) 내에서 역 회전 작동하여 스톱하므로 내용기(30)의 공급공(31)을 차단하게 되는 것이다.
이와 같이하여 본체(10)에 상부 개폐캡(50)을 다시 결합함에 의해 차단판(40)이 내용기의 공급공(31)을 차단하므로 화장품이 공급공을 통해 유출되어 손실되거나 화장품 용기의 내부를 오염시키는 종래 문제를 간단하게 해결하게 되는 것이다.
따라서 발명은 분말 또는 분말 압축형 화장품을 수납하는 본체 상부의 개폐캡을 회전시켜 개폐 작동함에 따라 본체 내부의 내용기에 형성된 화장품 공급공을 차단판이 개폐하여 화장도구로 화장품을 묻혀 사용할 수 있어, 사용 편리성이 우수하고, 화장품이 유출되어 손실되거나 화장품 용기를 오염시키는 종래 문제를 해결하고, 상기 내용기의 화장품 공급공으로 설치된 상하 신축성을 갖는 그물망에 의해 화장도구에 화장품을 묻혀 사용함이 간편하고, 상기 화장품 하부의 상하 텐션을 갖는 텐션판에 의해 화장도구에 의해 화장품을 눌러 사용시 화장품이 뭉치는 것을 방지하는 이점을 제공하게 되는 것이다.
비록 본 발명이 첨부된 도면들을 참조하여 설명하였으나, 본 발명은 이에 한정되는 것이 아니고, 하기의 특허청구범위 내에서 많은 수정 및 변경이 있을 수 있음은 물론이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 분말 또는 분말 압축형 화장품을 수납 사용하는 화장품 용기에 있어서,
    내부에 화장품이 수납되는 공간부(12)를 형성하는 본체(10)와;
    상기 본체의 수납 공간부(12) 하부 위치로 결합됨과 동시에 상하 텐션작용을 통해 화장품이 뭉쳐지는 것이 방지되도록 화장품을 수납 지지하는 텐션판(20)과;
    상기 공간부 상부 위치로 결합되고, 일 측에 화장도구로 화장품을 묻혀 사용할 수 있도록 상하 관통 형성된 반원형의 공급공(31)에 상하 신축성을 갖는 그물망(35)으로 차단 설치하는 내용기(30)와;
    상기 내용기의 상부 중앙에 회전 가능케 축 결합되어 내용기의 공급공을 개폐 작동하도록 반원형의 개폐공(45)을 갖는 차단판(40) 및;
    상기 본체 상부에 나사 결합되는 개폐캡(50)으로 구성하되, 상기 개폐캡(50)과 차단판(40)이 걸림 작동부(60)에 의해 상호 연동 작동하도록 구성하여 개폐캡의 개폐 작동에 따라 차단판이 내용기의 공급공을 개폐 작동하도록 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 본체(10)는 하부에 단차홈(13)을 형성하여 상하로 텐션 가능하게 화장품을 수납 지지하는 텐션판(20)과 마감캡(25)을 삽입하고, 상기 본체의 단차홈과 마감캡에 대응 형성되는 언더컷 돌기(8)(8')에 의해 이탈방지되게 결합 마감하되, 상기 마감캡(25)의 상부는 중앙의 지지돌부(26) 외측에 요부(27)를 형성하여 상기 텐션판(20)이 상하 텐션 가능한 공간을 확보하도록 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 개폐캡(50)과 차단판(40)에 마련되는 걸림 작동부(60)는 차단판(40)의 내주연에 등각 위치로 적어도 하나 이상의 삽입요홈(41)을 상하로 형성하고, 개폐캡(50)에 상기 차단판의 삽입요홈 대응 위치로 삽입요홈에 삽입 결합되는 삽입돌기(51)를 상하로 형성하여 개폐캡의 개폐 작동에 따라 차단판이 내용기의 공급공을 개폐 작동하도록 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 개폐캡(50)과 차단판(40)에 마련되는 걸림 작동부(60)는 차단판(40)의 내주연에 등각 위치로 적어도 하나 이상의 연동돌기(42)를 상하로 형성하고, 개폐캡(50)에 상기 차단판의 연동돌기에 대응 위치로 연동돌기와 맞물려 함께 회전 작동하는 회전돌기(52)를 상하로 형성하여 개폐캡의 개폐 작동에 따라 차단판이 내용기의 공급공을 개폐 작동하도록 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  5. 제1항 또는 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 내용기(30)의 상부면과, 상기 차단판(40)의 하부면에는 차단판이 내용기(30)의 공급공(31) 개폐 범위(180°정도) 내에서 회전 작동하도록 스톱돌기(33)와 상기 스톱돌기에 걸려 공급공(31)의 개폐 위치에서 스톱 작동하는 좌우 걸림돌기(43a)(43b)를 대응 형성하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  6. 제1항 또는 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 내용기(30)는 상부 외주연을 따라 안착홈부(32)를 형성하여 본체(10) 상단에 삽입되게 결합하되, 상기 안착홈부(32)의 언더컷돌기(9)가 본체 상단 외주연의 요홈(9')에 삽입되어 회전 방지되게 상호 고정 결합하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
