일반적으로 콤팩트 용기는 여성들이 휴대하면서 얼굴화장에 사용되는 색조화장품이나 백분을 수납하여 간편하게 휴대할 수 있는 것을 말한다.
이러한 종래의 "콤팩트 용기"가 등록실용신안 제20-0372923호(이하, '등록실용신안'이라 함.)에 개시되어 있다.
상기 등록실용신안은 화장품이 수납되는 내용기(10)와, 상기 내용기(10)가 장착되는 용기본체(20)와, 상부에 분첩 수납홈(31)이 형성되어 상기 용기본체의 일측에 힌지결합된 내부뚜껑(30)과, 상기 용기본체(20)의 상면 일측과 힌지결합되고 그 대향측으로 잠금 및 해지가 가능한 로크부를 구비한 외부뚜껑(40)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
종래의 콤팩트 용기는 상기 등록실용안과 같이 천편일률적으로 내용기(10)에 색조화장품이나 백분의 내용물을 수납 보관하고 있으며, 사용시에는 용기본체(20)의 일측에 힌지결합된 외부뚜껑(40)을 용기본체(20)에서 힌지 회동에 의해 열고 내부에 수용된 퍼프나 솔 등의 화장용구를 이용하여 화장품을 묻혀 얼굴화장에 사용하도록 구성되는데, 용기본체(20)와 외부뚜껑(40)의 힌지 구조에 의해 조립시간이 증가하게 되는 결과를 초래하게 되며, 인로 인하여, 생산성이 저하되는 문제점이 있었다.
한편, 최근 들어, 콤팩트 용기 내부에 액상의 내용물이 저장되거나, 액상의 내용물이 함침된 발포우레탄 폼을 수용하는 경우가 증가하고 있는 가운데, 내용물의 증발을 최소화하고 누액을 차단하기 위한 다양한 씰링 구조가 요구 되고 있으나, 상기 등록실용신안과 같이, 용기본체(20)와 외부뚜껑(40)이 힌지 구조로 이루어질 경우, 내용기(10) 내부의 효율적인 씰링이 이루어지는 것이 용이하지 않은 문제점이 있었다.
본 발명은 상술한 문제점을 해결하고자 안출된 것으로서, 본 발명의 목적은 중간케이스와 상부케이스가 나사결합을 통하여 회전식으로 결합됨으로써 내부 기밀성을 향상시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 상부케이스와 중간케이스의 나사결합 해체시 상부케이스가 자석을 매개로 중간케이스와 90도 이상의 각도를 형성하며 중간케이스의 상단에 고정되도록 구성됨으로써, 천편일률적인 힌지구조를 탈피하여 조립시간 단축에 따른 생산성을 향상시키는 것이 가능한 자석을 이용한 콤팩트 용기를 제공하는 것이다.
상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 본 발명에 따른 자석을 이용한 콤팩트 용기는, 내용물이 저장되도록 내용물 저장부가 구비되는 하부케이스; 상기 하부케이스에 결합되되, 그 상부 내주면에 제1나사산이 형성되는 중간케이스; 상기 내용물 저장부의 상단 개방부를 개폐하도록 상기 중간케이스에 힌지결합되며, 그 상부에 내용물 도포부재가 수납되는 것이 가능하도록 수납홈이 형성되는 밀폐부재; 및 상기 중간케이스의 상부를 덮는 덮개부와, 상기 덮개부의 내측에 결합되며 상기 중간케이스의 제1나사산과 나사결합되도록 제2나사산이 형성되는 결합부를 포함하여 상기 중간케이스에 탈착 가능하도록 나사결합되는 상부케이스;를 포함하되,
상기 상부케이스는 상기 중간케이스와 나사결합이 해체되어 중간케이스로부터 탈리된 상태에서 자석을 매개로 상기 중간케이스와 90도 이상의 각도를 형성하며 중간케이스의 상단에 고정되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 중간케이스의 상단은 내측에서 외측 방향으로 하향 경사를 이루며 곡면을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 상부케이스의 측면 일측에는 상기 곡면에 대응되도록 함몰 형성되는 안착부가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 상부케이스에는 상기 안착부의 내측에 고정설치되는 상부자석이 구비되며, 상기 중간케이스에는 상기 상부자석과의 인력에 의해 상기 상부케이스의 안착부를 상기 중간케이스의 곡면에 고정시키는 하부자석이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 상부케이스에는 상기 안착부의 내측에 고정설치되는 상부자석이 구비되며, 상기 중간케이스의 상단 곡면은 금속 재질로 이루어져, 상기 상부자석의 자력에 의해 상기 상부케이스의 안착부가 금속 재질로 이루어진 상기 중간케이스의 곡면에 고정되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 중간케이스에는 상기 곡면의 내측에 고정설치되는 하부자석이 구비되며, 상기 상부케이스의 안착부는 금속 재질로 이루어져, 상기 하부자석의 자력에 의해 금속 재질로 이루어진 상기 상부케이스의 안착부가 상기 중간케이스의 곡면에 고정되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 상부케이스의 내측에는 상기 상부자석이 삽입되는 공간을 형성하며 상기 상부자석의 양측에 각각 접촉되어 상기 상부자석을 상기 안착부의 내측에 고정시키는 한 쌍의 고정돌기가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 결합부의 상면에는 상기 덮개부의 회전에 의해 함께 회전하도록 일정 간격 이격된 다수의 돌출부가 구비되며, 상기 덮개부의 하면에는 상기 다수의 돌출부와 맞물리도록 위치하는 다수의 회전가이드돌기가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 하부케이스에는 상기 내용물 저장부를 둘러싸며 내용물 저장부로부터 이격 형성되어 상기 하부자석의 하단을 지지하는 지지부가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이상 상술한 바와 같이 본 발명에 따르면 중간케이스와 상부케이스가 나사결합을 통하여 회전식으로 결합됨으로써 내부 기밀성을 향상시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 상부케이스와 중간케이스의 나사결합 해체시 상부케이스가 자석을 매개로 중간케이스와 90도 이상의 각도를 형성하며 중간케이스의 상단에 고정되도록 구성됨으로써, 천편일률적인 힌지구조를 탈피하여 조립시간 단축에 따른 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다.

이하, 도면을 참조하여 본 발명을 상세히 설명하기로 한다. 각 도면에 제시된 동일한 참조부호는 동일한 부재를 나타낸다.
도 1은 본 발명의 제1실시예에 따른 자석을 이용한 콤팩트 용기의 구성을 보인 분해사시도이고, 도 2는 본 발명의 제1실시예에 따른 자석을 이용한 콤팩트 용기의 구성을 보인 결합사시도이며, 도 3은 본 발명의 제1실시예에 따른 자석을 이용한 콤팩트 용기의 구성을 보인 결합단면도이다.
도 1 내지 3을 참조하면, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 자석을 이용한 콤팩트 용기는 하부케이스(100), 중간케이스(200), 밀폐부재(300), 상부케이스(400)가 포함된다.
상기 하부케이스(100)는 내용물이 저장되도록 내용물 저장부가 구비되는 것으로서, 상기 내용물 저장부(110)에 저장되는 내용물은 고형 팩트 타입 또는 액상의 내용물이 함침된 내용물 흡수부재(500)로 이루어질 수 있는데, 내용물 흡수부재(500)는 액상의 내용물이 함침될 수 있는 퍼프, 스펀지, 폼(foam), 브러쉬 등 다양한 종류로 구성될 수 있으며, 바람직하게는 내용물의 흡수가 용이한 다공성 제품으로 이루어지는 것이 좋다.
또한, 상기 내용물 저장부(110)의 외주면에는 중간케이스(200)와의 결합이 가능하도록 그 외주면에 결합돌기(111)가 구비된다.
한편, 상기 하부케이스(100)에는 상기 내용물 저장부(110)를 둘러싸며 내용물 저장부(110)로부터 이격 형성되어 후술할 하부자석(240)의 하단을 지지하는 지지부(120)가 구비된다.
상기 중간케이스(200)는 상기 하부케이스(100)의 상부에 결합되는 것으로서, 되, 하부자석(240)이 설치되는 공간을 형성하며 하부로 연장 형성되어 하부케이스(100)의 내용물 저장부(110)에 결합되는 연장부(210)가 구비된다.
본 발명에 있어서, 상기 중간케이스(200)의 상부 내주면에는 상부케이스(400)의 결합부(420)와 나사결합되는 것이 가능하도록 제1나사산(220)이 형성되는 것이 특징으로서, 제1나사산(220)과 결합부(420)의 제2나사산(423)의 나사결합을 통해 상부케이스(400)의 탈착이 이루어지도록 구성됨으로써, 천편일률적인 힌지결합에 따른 중간케이스(200)와 상부케이스(400)의 결합구조를 탈피하는 것이 가능하게 되어 제품생산 과정에서 조립시간의 단축을 통해 생산성을 향상시키는 것이 가능하게 된다.
또한, 제1나사산(220)과 결합부(420)의 제2나사산(423)의 나사결합 과정에서 결합부(420)의 하단이 밀폐부재(300)의 상단을 가압하여 내용물 저장부(110)의 상단 개방부 씰링처리가 이루어지게 되므로, 내용물 저장부(110)에 저장된 내용물의 누액을 효율적으로 방지할 수 있게 된다.
한편, 본 발명에 있어서, 상기 중간케이스(200)의 상단은 내측에서 외측 방향으로 하향 경사를 이루며 곡면(230)을 형성하며, 상기 곡면(230)의 내측에는 후술할 상부자석(413)과의 인력에 의해 상부케이스(400)의 안착부(412)를 중간케이스의 곡면(230)에 고정시키는 하부자석(240)이 구비되는 것이 특징으로서, 상기 하부자석(240)은 곡면(230)의 내측에서 곡면(230) 전체에 걸쳐 위치하도록 구성되는데, 이로 인하여, 상부케이스(400)를 중간케이스(200)로부터 탈리시킨 후, 곡면(230) 어느 곳에나 상부케이스(400)의 안착부(412)를 접촉시키기만 하면 상부케이스(400)의 고정이 이루어지게 된다.
상기 곡면(230)은 상부케이스(400)가 고정되는 각도를 형성하게 되는데, 사용자가 상부케이스(400)의 거울(411)을 보며 화장을 하는 것이 용이하도록 상부케이스(400)가 90도 이상 기울어진 상태로 중간케이스(200)의 상단에 고정될 수 있는 곡면(230)을 형성하는 것이 바람직하다.
한편, 중간케이스(200)의 상단이 곡면(230)이 아닌 평면으로 이루어질 경우, 상부케이스(400)가 중간케이스(200)와 90도를 이루도록 고정되는 것이 가능할 것이다.
상기 밀폐부재(300)는 상기 내용물 저장부(110)의 상단 개방부를 개폐하도록 상기 중간케이스(200)에 힌지결합되는 것으로서, 그 전면부에는 힌지결합에 따른 상하 회동시 조작이 용이하도록 손잡이부(310)가 형성되며, 그 상부에는 퍼프와 같은 내용물 도포부재(600)가 수납되는 것이 가능하도록 수납홈(320)이 형성된다.
상기 상부케이스(400)는 상기 내용물 도포부재(600)를 감싸며 상기 중간케이스(200)에 탈착 가능하도록 나사결합되는 것으로서, 덮개부(410), 결합부(420)를 포함한다.
상기 덮개부(410)는 상기 중간케이스(200)의 상부를 덮으며 위치하는 것으로서, 그 내측에는 사용자가 화장시 화장부위를 확인하는 것이 가능하도록 거울(411)이 설치된다.
본 발명에 있어서, 상기 덮개부(410)의 측면 일측에는 상기 곡면(230)에 대응되도록 함몰 형성되는 안착부(412)가 구비되며, 상기 안착부(412)의 내측에는 상기 하부자석(240)과의 인력에 의해 안착부(412)를 중간케이스의 곡면(230)에 고정시키는 상부자석(413)이 구비되는 것이 특징으로서, 상기 상부자석(413)은 안착부(412)의 내측에 위치함으로써, 상부케이스(400)를 중간케이스(200)로부터 탈리시킨 후, 안착부(412)를 곡면(230)에 접촉시킴에 따라 상부케이스(400)가 90도 이상 기울어진 상태로 중간케이스(200)의 곡면(230)에 고정이 이루어지는 것을 가능하게 한다.
상기 안착부(412)는 상기 중간케이스(200)의 곡면(230)에 대응되는 형상으로 이루어져 곡면(230)과의 접촉시 상부케이스(400)의 움직임이 발생하지 않고 안정적으로 고정되는 것을 가능하게 한다.
한편, 상기 덮개부(410)의 내측에는 상기 상부자석(413)이 삽입되는 공간을 형성하며 상부자석(413)의 양측에 각각 접촉되어 상부자석(413)을 상기 안착부(412)의 내측에 고정시키는 한 쌍의 고정돌기(414)가 구비되는데, 본 발명에서는 한 쌍의 고정돌기(414)를 통해 상부자석(413)을 고정시키는 것으로 설명하였으나, 다양한 고정수단을 통해 덮개부(410)의 내측에 상부자석(413)을 고정시키는 것이 가능할 것이다.
또한, 상기 덮개부(410)의 하면에는 후술할 결합부(420)의 다수의 돌출부(422)와 맞물리도록 위치하는 다수의 회전가이드돌기(415)가 구비되는데, 회전가이드돌기(415)와 돌출부(422)가 맞물린 상태로 위치하게 되므로, 사용자가 덮개부(410)를 파지하여 회전시 덮개부(410)의 회전과 함께 결합부(420)의 회전이 이루어지게 된다.
상기 결합부(420)는 상기 덮개부(410)의 내측에 결합되는 것으로서, 거울(411)이 관통 설치되는 것이 가능하도록 관통홀(421)이 형성되며, 그 상면에는 상기 덮개부(410)의 회전에 의해 함께 회전하는 것이 가능하도록 상기 회전가이드돌기(415)와 맞물리는 다수의 돌출부(422)가 구비된다.
본 발명에 있어서, 상기 결합부(420)에는 상기 중간케이스(200)의 제1나사산(220)과 나사결합되도록 제2나사산(423)이 형성되는 것이 특징으로서, 덮개부(410)를 회전시 덮개부(410)의 회전과 함께 결합부(420)가 회전하게 되는데, 이로 인하여, 상기 제1나사산(220)과 제2나사산(423)의 결합 또는 결합 해체가 이루어짐에 따라 중간케이스(200)로부터 상부케이스(400)의 탈착이 가능하게 된다.
상기 결합부(420)는 중간케이스(200)에 나사결합되는 과정에서 그 하단이 밀폐부재(300)의 상단을 가압하게 되는데, 이로 인하여, 내용물 저장부(110)의 상단 개방부 씰링처리가 이루어지게 되므로, 내용물 저장부(110)에 저장된 내용물의 누액을 효율적으로 방지할 수 있게 된다.
이하에서는 도 4 및 5를 참조하여 본 발명의 제1실시예에 따른 자석을 이용한 콤팩트 용기의 사용방법을 설명하기로 한다. 도 4 및 5를 참조하면,
중간케이스(200)의 제1나사산(220)과 결합부(420)의 제2나사산(423)이 나사결합된 상태에서 한 손으로 중간케이스(200)를 파지하고 덮개부(410)를 회전하게 되면, 덮개부(410)의 내측에 결합된 결합부(420)가 함께 회전하게 되는데, 이로 인하여, 결합부(420)의 제2나사산(423)과 중간케이스(200)의 제1나사산(220)의 나사 결합이 해체되며 중간케이스(200)로부터 상부케이스(400)의 탈리가 이루어지게 된다.
상기와 같이, 중간케이스(200)로부터 상부케이스(400)를 탈리시킨 후, 중간케이스(200)의 상단 곡면(230)에 안착부(412)가 맞닿도록 위치시키게 되면, 안착부(412)의 내측에 구비된 상부자석(413)과 곡면(230)의 내측에 구비된 하부자석(240) 간의 인력에 의해 중간케이스(200)의 상단 곡면(230)에 상부케이스(400)의 고정이 이루어지게 되는데, 이때, 중간케이스(200)의 상단 내측에서 외측 방향으로 하향 경사를 이루는 곡면(230) 구조로 인하여 중간케이스(200)에 대해 상부케이스(400)가 90도 이상 기울어진 상태로 고정이 이루어지게 된다.
다음으로, 내용물 도포부재(600)를 수납홈(320)으로부터 빼낸 후, 밀폐부재(300)를 개방시키고, 내용물 도포부재(600)를 이용하여 내용물 흡수부재(500)에 흡수된 내용물을 묻힌 다음, 거울(411)을 보며 화장을 진행하게 된다.
즉, 본 발명은 상부케이스(400)와 중간케이스(200)의 나사결합 해체시 상부케이스(400)가 자석을 매개로 중간케이스(200)와 90도 이상의 각도를 형성하며 중간케이스(200)의 상단에 고정되도록 구성됨으로써, 천편일률적인 힌지구조를 탈피하여 새로운 콤팩트 용기의 구조를 제공할 수 있게 된다.
한편, 도 6을 참조하면, 본 발명의 제2실시예에 따른 자석을 이용한 콤팩트 용기는, 상부케이스(400)에는 안착부(412)의 내측에 고정설치되는 상부자석(413)이 구비되며, 중간케이스(200)의 상단 곡면(230)이 금속 재질로 구성되는 것이 특징으로서, 상기 상부자석(413)의 자력에 의해 상기 상부케이스(400)의 안착부가 상기 중간케이스(200)의 곡면(230)에 고정이 이루어지게 된다.
또한, 도 7을 참조하면, 본 발명의 제3실시예에 따른 자석을 이용한 콤팩트 용기는, 중간케이스(200)에는 곡면(230)의 내측에 고정설치되는 하부자석(240)이 구비되며, 상부케이스(400)의 안착부(412)가 금속 재질로 구성되는 것이 특징으로서, 상기 하부자석(240)의 자력에 의해 상기 상부케이스(400)의 안착부(412)가 상기 중간케이스(200)의 곡면(230)에 고정이 이루어지게 된다.
본 발명의 제2,3실시예와 같이, 중간케이스(200) 또는 상부케이스(400)의 어느 한 쪽에만 자석을 설치할 경우에는 다른 한 쪽을 금속 재질을 포함한 자석에 붙을 수 있는 다양한 재질로 구성함으로써, 중간케이스(200)의 상단에 상부케이스(400)를 고정시킬 수 있다.
도면과 명세서에서 최적 실시 예들이 개시되었다. 여기서 특정한 용어들이 사용되었으나, 이는 단지 본 발명을 설명하기 위한 목적에서 사용된 것이지 의미한정이나 특허청구범위에 기재된 본 발명의 범위를 제한하기 위하여 사용된 것은 아니다. 그러므로 본 기술 분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이로부터 다양한 변형 및 균등한 타 실시 예가 가능하다는 점을 이해할 것이다. 따라서 본 발명의 진정한 기술적 보호범위는 첨부된 특허청구범위의 기술적 사상에 의해 정해져야 할 것이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 내용물이 저장되도록 내용물 저장부가 구비되는 하부케이스;
    상기 하부케이스에 결합되되, 그 상부 내주면에 제1나사산이 형성되는 중간케이스;
    상기 내용물 저장부의 상단 개방부를 개폐하도록 상기 중간케이스에 힌지결합되며, 그 상부에 내용물 도포부재가 수납되는 것이 가능하도록 수납홈이 형성되는 밀폐부재; 및
    상기 중간케이스의 상부를 덮는 덮개부와, 상기 덮개부의 내측에 결합되며 상기 중간케이스의 제1나사산과 나사결합되도록 제2나사산이 형성되는 결합부를 포함하여 상기 중간케이스에 탈착 가능하도록 나사결합되는 상부케이스;를 포함하되,
    상기 상부케이스는 상기 중간케이스와 나사결합이 해체되어 중간케이스로부터 탈리된 상태에서 자석을 매개로 상기 중간케이스와 90도 이상의 각도를 형성하며 중간케이스의 상단에 고정되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자석을 이용한 콤팩트 용기.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 중간케이스의 상단은 내측에서 외측 방향으로 하향 경사를 이루며 곡면을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자석을 이용한 콤팩트 용기.
  3. 청구항 2에 있어서,
    상기 상부케이스의 측면 일측에는 상기 곡면에 대응되도록 함몰 형성되는 안착부가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자석을 이용한 콤팩트 용기.
  4. 청구항 3에 있어서,
    상기 상부케이스에는 상기 안착부의 내측에 고정설치되는 상부자석이 구비되며, 상기 중간케이스에는 상기 상부자석과의 인력에 의해 상기 상부케이스의 안착부를 상기 중간케이스의 곡면에 고정시키는 하부자석이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자석을 이용한 콤팩트 용기.
  5. 청구항 3에 있어서,
    상기 상부케이스에는 상기 안착부의 내측에 고정설치되는 상부자석이 구비되며, 상기 중간케이스의 상단 곡면은 금속 재질로 이루어져, 상기 상부자석의 자력에 의해 상기 상부케이스의 안착부가 금속 재질로 이루어진 상기 중간케이스의 곡면에 고정되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자석을 이용한 콤팩트 용기.
  6. 청구항 3에 있어서,
    상기 중간케이스에는 상기 곡면의 내측에 고정설치되는 하부자석이 구비되며, 상기 상부케이스의 안착부는 금속 재질로 이루어져, 상기 하부자석의 자력에 의해 금속 재질로 이루어진 상기 상부케이스의 안착부가 상기 중간케이스의 곡면에 고정되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자석을 이용한 콤팩트 용기.
  7. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 상부케이스의 내측에는 상기 상부자석이 삽입되는 공간을 형성하며 상기 상부자석의 양측에 각각 접촉되어 상기 상부자석을 상기 안착부의 내측에 고정시키는 한 쌍의 고정돌기가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자석을 이용한 콤팩트 용기.
  8. 청구항 1에 있어서,
