본 발명은 내용물 용기가 회전되어 잔량을 방지하는 콤팩트 용기에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 용기본체 내부에 지지체를 힌지 결합하고, 상기 지지체 내측에 회전프레임을 회전 가능하게 결합하며, 상기 회전프레임 내측에 내용물 용기를 고정 결합하고, 상기 내용물 용기 내부에 화장료가 함침된 함침부재를 내장하되, 상기 지지체 내주연에 회전축을 형성하고, 상기 회전프레임 외주연에 회전홈을 형성하여 상호 결합함으로써, 상기 함침부재를 사용하다가 함침부재의 상부 표면이 건조되어 굳어버리면 용기본체로부터 지지체를 들어올린 후, 상기 지지체로부터 회전프레임을 회전시켜 내용물 용기를 뒤집은 다음 지지체를 다시 용기본체에 결합하여 사용할 수 있도록 한 내용물 용기가 회전되어 잔량을 방지하는 콤팩트 용기에 관한 것이다.
또한, 용기본체의 전면 내측에 지지체를 힌지 결합하고, 상기 지지체의 힌지 결합부 반대편에 지지체 손잡이를 형성함으로써, 용기뚜껑 또는 지지체가 회전될 때 서로 영향을 주지 않도록 하고, 사용자가 상기 지지체 손잡이를 잡고 용기본체로부터 용이하게 지지체를 들어올릴 수 있도록 하여 사용이 편리한 내용물 용기가 회전되어 잔량을 방지하는 콤팩트 용기에 관한 것이다.
색조화장품은 피부에 영양분을 공급하는 기초화장품과는 달리 안료가 포함되어 피부의 톤(tone)을 조정해주어 심미성을 향상시키는 화장품이다.
상기 색조화장품은 피부색을 균일하게 하고 결점을 커버하기 위하여 사용되는 베이스 메이크업과 입술, 눈, 손톱 등 부분적으로 입체감을 높이는 포인트 메이크업으로 구분되며, 일반적으로 상기 베이스 메이크업은 메이크업베이스, 파운데이션, 파우더 등으로 나뉘고, 포인트 메이크업에는 립스틱, 아이라이너, 마스카라 등으로 나뉜다.
상기 파운데이션은 화장료의 형태에 따라 고형 파운데이션, 액상 파운데이션, 겔상 파운데이션으로 구분되며, 고형 파운데이션의 경우 커버력은 높지만 수정 화장 시 뭉치는 단점이 있고, 액상 파운데이션의 경우 밀착감은 좋으나 지속력이 약한 단점이 있다. 이에 따라 최근 들어 상당한 지속력을 가지며 또한 피부에 도포 시 밀착감이 좋은 겔상 파운데이션을 선호하는 소비자들이 많아졌다.
상기 겔상 파운데이션은 일반적으로 겔상 파운데이션을 유리 용기나, 튜브 용기에 충전하여 사용 시에 사용자가 손에 덜거나, 짜내어 퍼프나 손을 이용하여 피부에 도포하는 방식으로 사용되었다.
하지만, 종래 기술은 사용자가 사용 시마다 손에 화장료를 묻히게 됨으로써 매번 손을 씻어야 하는 사용상 불편한 문제점이 있었고, 상기와 같이 화장료가 묻은 손을 씻음에 따라 화장료가 손실되는 문제점이 있었다.
상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 도 1에서 보는 바와 같이 대한민국등록특허 제10-1257628호가 개시되었는데, 상기 종래기술은 콤팩트 케이스 내부에 발포우레탄 폼을 내장하고, 상기 발포우레탄 폼에 겔상 파운데이션을 함침시킨 형태의 콤팩트 용기이다.
상기 종래기술의 콤팩트 용기를 사용할 때에는 퍼프로 발포우레탄 폼에 함침된 겔상 파운데이션을 찍어 피부에 바르는 것인데, 상기 발포우레탄 폼에 함침된 겔상 파운데이션을 사용하다보면 발포우레탄 폼의 아랫부분에 함침된 겔상 파운데이션은 아직 남아 있음에도 불구하고 발포우레탄 폼의 윗부분에 있던 겔상 파운데이션이 줄어들면서 발포우레탄 폼의 표면이 건조하게 되어 끝내는 딱딱하게 굳어버려 더 이상 겔상파운데이션 내용물을 찍어서 바를 수 없게 되는 문제점이 있었다.
이에 따라, 사용자들은 표면이 굳어버린 발포우레탄 폼을 콤팩트 케이스로부터 빼낸 후, 뒤집어서 콤팩트 케이스에 다시 끼워 넣어 발포우레탄 폼의 아랫부분에 남아있는 겔상 파운데이션을 사용해야하는 불편함이 있었다.
상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 도 2에서 보는 바와 같이 본 출원인은 대한민국 등록특허 제20-0476245호로 화장품용 콤팩트 케이스를 출원한 바 있다.
상기 종래기술은 케이스 본체(1)와 뚜껑(2)이 힌지(h)로 결합되고, 화장품내용물수용체(3)가 상기 힌지(h)에 결합되며, 상기 화장품내용물수용체(3)는 프레임(4)과 상기 프레임(4) 내측에서 회전될 수 있도록 결합된 회전유닛(5)으로 구성되되, 상기 회전유닛(5)의 상, 하부에는 제1, 2뚜껑(6)(7)이 힌지 결합되고, 내부에는 겔상 파운데이션이 함침된 발포우레탄 폼이 내장된다.
상기 종래기술은 발포우레탄 폼의 아래쪽에 남아있는 겔상 파운데이션이 발포우레탄 폼의 위쪽으로 위치되도록 회전유닛(5)을 돌려서 화장품내용물수용체(3)에 장착한 후, 상기 발포우레탄 폼에 남아있는 겔상 파운데이션의 잔량을 사용하는 것이다.
하지만, 상기 종래기술은 화장품내용물수용체(3)가 케이스본체(1)와 뚜껑(2)과 함께 힌지(h)로 결합되어 있기 때문에 사용자가 상기 뚜껑(2)을 회전시켜 열 때 화장품내용물수용체(3)도 함께 회전되어 들리거나 화장품내용물수용체(3)를 들어올릴 때 뚜껑(2)이 더 젖혀지는 등 서로 회전에 영향을 주는 문제점이 있었다.
또한, 상기 종래기술은 회전유닛(5)의 상, 하부에 결합된 제1, 2 뚜껑(6)(7) 일측에 각각 손잡이가 돌출 형성되어 있어 케이스 본체(1)와 회전유닛(5) 사이에 빈 공간이 형성되고, 이로 인해 케이스본체(1)의 내부 공간 활용에 있어 비효율적인 문제가 있었다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 안출된 것으로, 용기본체 내부에 지지체를 힌지 결합하고, 상기 지지체 내측에 회전프레임을 회전 가능하게 결합하며, 상기 회전프레임 내측에 내용물 용기를 고정 결합하고, 상기 내용물 용기 내부에 화장료가 함침된 함침부재를 내장하되, 상기 지지체 내주연에 회전축을 형성하고, 상기 회전프레임 외주연에 회전홈을 형성하여 상호 결합함으로써, 상기 함침부재를 사용하다가 함침부재의 상부 표면이 건조되어 굳어버리면 용기본체로부터 지지체를 들어올린 후, 상기 지지체로부터 회전프레임을 회전시켜 내용물 용기를 뒤집은 다음 지지체를 다시 용기본체에 결합하여 사용할 수 있도록 한 내용물 용기가 회전되어 잔량을 방지하는 콤팩트 용기를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.
또한, 용기본체의 전면 내측에 지지체를 힌지 결합하고, 상기 지지체의 힌지 결합부 반대편에 지지체 손잡이를 형성함으로써, 용기뚜껑 또는 지지체가 회전될 때 서로 영향을 주지 않도록 하고, 사용자가 상기 지지체 손잡이를 잡고 용기본체로부터 용이하게 지지체를 들어올릴 수 있도록 하여 사용이 편리한 내용물 용기가 회전되어 잔량을 방지하는 콤팩트 용기를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.
또한, 회전프레임의 상부와 하부에 제1 내용물 뚜껑과 제2 내용물 뚜껑을 결합하고, 상기 제1, 2 내용물 뚜껑 일측에 손잡이를 형성하며, 용기본체의 바닥면에 손잡이 삽입홀을 형성하여 상기 제1, 2 내용물 뚜껑의 손잡이가 삽입되도록 함으로써, 용기본체와 제1, 2 내용물 뚜껑 사이에 빈 공간이 생기는 것을 방지하고, 이에 따라 용기본체 내부의 공간을 효율적으로 사용할 수 있는 내용물 용기가 회전되어 잔량을 방지하는 콤팩트 용기를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.
본 발명은 용기본체(10)와 상기 용기본체(10) 일측에 힌지 결합되어 개폐되는 용기뚜껑(20)으로 이루어진 콤팩트 용기에 있어서,
상기 용기본체(10) 내부에 힌지 결합되며, 내주연에 회전축(34)이 형성된 지지체(30)와;
상기 지지체(30) 내측에 회전 가능하게 결합되며, 외주연에 회전홈(44)이 형성된 회전프레임(40)과;
상기 회전프레임(40) 내측에 고정 결합되는 내용물 용기(50) 및
상기 내용물 용기(50) 내부에 수용되며, 화장료가 함침된 함침부재(60)로 구성되되,
상기 지지체(30)의 외주연 일측은 용기본체(10)의 전방 내측에 힌지 결합되고, 타측에는 지지체 손잡이(32)가 형성되어 상기 지지체(30)가 용기본체(10) 후방에서 들어 올려지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내용물 용기가 회전되어 잔량을 방지하는 콤팩트 용기를 제공한다.
또한, 상기 용기본체(10)의 전면 내측에는 힌지결합돌기(16)가 형성되고, 상기 지지체(30) 일측에는 힌지결합홈(36)이 형성되어 상호 결합되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 회전프레임(40)의 상부와 하부에는 각각 제1 내용물 뚜껑(41)과 제2 내용물 뚜껑(42)이 결합되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 제1, 2 내용물 뚜껑(41, 42) 일측에는 각각 제1 손잡이(412)와 제2 손잡이(422)가 형성되고, 용기본체(10)의 바닥면 일측에는 상기 제1 손잡이(412) 또는 제2 손잡이(422)가 삽입되는 손잡이 삽입홀(12)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 회전프레임(40)의 외주연은 회전프레임(40)이 지지체(30) 내측에서 용이하게 회전될 수 있도록 중앙부의 외경이 크고, 상단과 하단의 외경이 중앙부의 외경보다 작은 "( )" 형태의 곡면을 이루는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 내용물 용기(50) 상부에는 내용물 용기(50) 내부에 수용된 함침부재(60)가 외부로 이탈되는 것을 방지하는 고정구(70)가 더 형성될 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 내용물 용기가 회전되어 잔량을 방지하는 콤팩트 용기는 용기본체 내부에 지지체를 힌지 결합하고, 상기 지지체 내측에 회전프레임을 회전 가능하게 결합하며, 상기 회전프레임 내측에 내용물 용기를 고정 결합하고, 상기 내용물 용기 내부에 화장료가 함침된 함침부재를 내장하되, 상기 지지체 내주연에 회전축을 형성하고, 상기 회전프레임 외주연에 회전홈을 형성하여 상호 결합함으로써, 상기 함침부재를 사용하다가 함침부재의 상부 표면이 건조되어 굳어버리면 용기본체로부터 지지체를 들어올린 후, 상기 지지체로부터 회전프레임을 회전시켜 내용물 용기를 뒤집은 다음 지지체를 다시 용기본체에 결합하여 사용할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
또한, 용기본체의 전면 내측에 지지체를 힌지 결합하고, 상기 지지체의 힌지 결합부 반대편에 지지체 손잡이를 형성함으로써, 용기뚜껑 또는 지지체가 회전될 때 서로 영향을 주지 않도록 하고, 사용자가 상기 지지체 손잡이를 잡고 용기본체로부터 용이하게 지지체를 들어올릴 수 있도록 하여 사용이 편리한 효과가 있다.
또한, 회전프레임의 상부와 하부에 제1 내용물 뚜껑과 제2 내용물 뚜껑을 결합하고, 상기 제1, 2 내용물 뚜껑 일측에 손잡이를 형성하며, 용기본체의 바닥면에 손잡이 삽입홀을 형성하여 상기 제1, 2 내용물 뚜껑의 손잡이가 삽입되도록 함으로써, 용기본체와 제1, 2 내용물 뚜껑 사이에 빈 공간이 생기는 것을 방지하고, 이에 따라 용기본체 내부의 공간을 효율적으로 사용할 수 있다.

본 발명에 따른 내용물 용기가 회전되어 잔량을 방지하는 콤팩트 용기는 용기본체(10)와 상기 용기본체(10) 일측에 힌지 결합되어 개폐되는 용기뚜껑(20)으로 이루어진 콤팩트 용기에 있어서, 상기 용기본체(10) 내부에 힌지 결합되며, 내주연에 회전축(34)이 형성된 지지체(30)와; 상기 지지체(30) 내측에 회전 가능하게 결합되며, 외주연에 회전홈(44)이 형성된 회전프레임(40)과; 상기 회전프레임(40) 내측에 고정 결합되는 내용물 용기(50) 및 상기 내용물 용기(50) 내부에 수용되며, 화장료가 함침된 함침부재(60)로 구성되되,
상기 지지체(30)의 외주연 일측은 용기본체(10)의 전방 내측에 힌지 결합되고, 타측에는 지지체 손잡이(32)가 형성되어 상기 지지체(30)가 용기본체(10) 후방에서 들어 올려지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 용기본체(10) 내부 중앙에는 지지체(30)가 장착되며, 내측에는 한 쌍의 지지체 안착홈(13)이 형성된다.
상기 용기본체(10) 전면에는 버튼(14)이 형성되는데, 상기 버튼(14)의 상측에는 사용자의 누름동작에 의해 용이하게 후퇴되는 걸림돌기(15)가 일체로 돌출 형성된다.
상기 용기본체(10)의 전면 내측, 즉 버튼(14)의 뒷편에는 힌지결합돌기(16)가 형성되어 지지체(30)가 힌지 결합된다.
상기 용기본체(10)의 바닥면 일측에는 제1 손잡이(412) 또는 제2 손잡이(422)가 삽입되는 손잡이 삽입홀(12)이 형성된다.
상기 용기뚜껑(20)은 용기본체(10)와 힌지 결합되되, 상기 용기본체(10)의 힌지결합돌기(16) 맞은편에 힌지 결합되어 상기 용기본체(10)를 개폐하는 역할을 한다.
상기 용기뚜껑(20) 일측에는 용기본체(10)의 걸림돌기(15)와 대응되는 돌기 형상의 후크(25)가 형성되는데, 상기 후크(25)는 용기본체(10)의 걸림돌기(15)에 체결된다.
상기 용기뚜껑(20)의 내측에는 사용자가 용이하게 화장을 할 수 있도록 거울(22)이 구비된다.
상기 지지체(30)는 용기본체(10)의 내부에 장착되며, 링 형태로 형성된다.
상기 지지체(30) 일측에는 힌지결합홈(36)이 형성되어 용기본체(10)의 힌지결합돌기(16)와 힌지 결합된다.
상기 지지체(30)의 힌지결합홈(36) 맞은편에는 사용자가 용이하게 지지체(30)를 잡고 들어올릴 수 있도록 지지체 손잡이(32)가 형성된다.
즉, 본 발명에 따른 콤팩트 용기는 용기본체(10) 일측에 용기뚜껑(20)을 힌지 결합하고, 맞은편에 지지체(30)를 힌지 결합함으로써, 용기본체(10)로부터 용기뚜껑(20) 또는 지지체(30)를 회전시켜 열 때 서로 영향을 주지 않게 되는 것이다.
상기 지지체(30)의 내주연에는 한 쌍의 회전축(34)이 돌출 형성되는데, 상기 회전축(34)은 회전프레임(40)이 회전되기 위한 축 역할을 하게 된다.
상기 회전축(34) 상부에는 회전프레임(40)이 회전될 때 제1, 2 내용물 뚜껑(41, 42)의 제1, 2 손잡이(412, 422) 또는 힌지부(43)가 걸리는 것을 방지하는 회전걸림 방지홈(38)이 형성된다.
상기 회전프레임(40)은 지지체(30) 내측에 회전 가능하게 결합된다.
상기 회전프레임(40)의 외주연에는 한 쌍의 회전홈(44)이 형성되어 상기 지지체(30)의 회전축(34)이 삽입된다.
상기 회전프레임(40)의 내주연에는 내용물 용기(50)가 결합되는 결합돌륜(46)이 돌출 형성된다.
상기 회전프레임(40)의 상부와 하부에는 내용물 용기(50)의 상부와 하부를 밀폐시키는 제1 내용물 뚜껑(41)과 제2 내용물 뚜껑(42)이 힌지 결합된다.
상기 제1, 2 내용물 뚜껑(41, 42) 일측에는 각각 제1 손잡이(412)와 제2 손잡이(422)가 돌출 형성되고, 하부에는 제1 밀폐돌륜(414)과 제2 밀폐돌륜(424)이 하측으로 연장 형성된다.
상기 제1, 2 내용물 뚜껑(41, 42)의 제1 손잡이(412) 또는 제2 손잡이(422)는 용기본체(10)의 손잡이 삽입홀(12)에 삽입된다. 따라서, 용기본체(10)의 바닥면과 제1, 2 내용물 뚜껑(41, 42) 사이에 빈 공간이 생기는 것을 방지하게 되고, 이에 따라 용기본체(10) 내부의 공간을 효율적으로 사용할 수 있게 된다.
상기 제1, 2 내용물 뚜껑(41, 42)의 제1, 2 손잡이(412, 422)는 상부면이 곡면 형태로 형성되는데, 이는 회전프레임(40)이 지지체(30) 내측에서 회전될 때, 상기 제1, 2 손잡이(412, 422)가 지지체(30)의 회전걸림 방지홈(38) 양측면에 걸리지 않고 용이하게 회전될 수 있도록 하기 위한 것이다.
상기 회전프레임(40)의 외주연은 회전프레임(40)이 지지체(30) 내측에서 용이하게 회전될 수 있도록 중앙부의 외경이 크고, 상단과 하단의 외경이 중앙부의 외경보다 작은 "( )" 형태의 곡면을 이룬다.
상기 내용물 용기(50)는 회전프레임(40) 내측에 고정 결합되며, 내부에 함침부재(60)가 내장된다.
상기 내용물 용기(50)는 상부와 하부가 개방된 원통 형태이며, 내벽(51)과 상기 내벽(51) 외측으로 일정간격 이격되어 형성된 외벽(52) 및 상기 내벽(51)과 외벽(52)을 연결해주는 연결부(53)로 구성된다.
상기 내용물 용기(50)의 내벽(51) 하단에는 걸림턱(54)이 내측으로 연장 형성되는데, 상기 걸림턱(54)은 내용물 용기(50) 내부에 수용된 함침부재(60)가 외부로 이탈되지 않도록 하는 것이다.
상기 내용물 용기(50)의 외벽(52) 외주연에는 상부 결합돌기(55)와 하부 결합돌기(56)가 번갈아가며 형성되되, 상기 상부 결합돌기(55)와 하부 결합돌기(56) 사이에 회전프레임(40)의 결합돌륜(46)이 끼워져 내용물 용기(50)가 고정된다.
또한, 상기 내용물 용기(50)의 내벽(51) 상부에는 내용물 용기(50) 내부에 수용된 함침부재(60)가 외부로 이탈되는 것을 방지하는 고정구(70)가 더 형성된다.
상기 고정구(70)는 내벽(51) 상단에 안착되는 수평연장부(71)와, 상기 수평연장부(71) 하측으로 연장 형성되어 내벽(51)과 외벽(52) 사이에 결합되는 하부연장부(72)로 이루어진다.
상기 함침부재(60)는 내용물 용기(50) 내부에 수용되며, 겔상 파운데이션 화장료가 함침된다.
상기와 같이 구성된 내용물 용기가 회전되어 잔량을 방지하는 콤팩트 용기의 조립방법을 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 발명에 따른 내용물 용기가 회전되어 잔량을 방지하는 콤팩트 용기를 조립하기 위해서는 도 4 내지 도 6에서 보는 바와 같이 먼저 내용물 용기(50) 내측에 화장료가 함침된 함침부재(60)를 삽입하고, 고정구(70)를 내용물 용기(50)의 내벽(51) 상단에 결합하여 함침부재(60)를 고정시킨다.
이후, 상기 내용물 용기(50)를 회전프레임(40) 내측에 결합하는데, 상기 내용물 용기(50)의 상부 결합돌기(55)와 하부 결합돌기(56) 사이에 회전프레임(40)의 결합돌륜(46)을 끼워 내용물 용기(50)가 고정되도록 한다.
다음으로, 상기 회전프레임(40) 상부와 하부에 제1 내용물 뚜껑(41)과 제2 내용물 뚜껑(42)을 힌지 결합한다.
다음으로, 상기 회전프레임(40)을 지지체(30) 내측에 결합하는데, 상기 지지체(30)의 회전축(34)이 회전프레임(40)의 회전홈(44)에 끼워지도록 한다.
마지막으로, 일측에 용기뚜껑(20)이 힌지 결합된 용기본체(10) 내부에 상기와 같이 조립된 지지체(30)를 힌지 결합하되, 상기 용기본체(10)의 힌지결합돌기(16)가 지지체(30)의 힌지결합홈(36)에 힌지 결합되도록 하고, 제2 내용물 뚜껑(42)의 제2 손잡이(422)가 용기본체(10)의 손잡이 삽입홀(12)에 삽입되도록 함으로써, 본 발명에 따른 내용물 용기가 회전되어 잔량을 방지하는 콤팩트 용기의 조립을 완료한다.
상기와 같은 방법으로 조립된 내용물 용기가 회전되어 잔량을 방지하는 콤팩트 용기의 사용방법을 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 7은 본 발명에 따른 내용물 용기가 회전되어 잔량을 방지하는 콤팩트 용기의 지지체를 들어올리는 모습을 나타내는 사시도이고, 도 8은 본 발명에 따른 내용물 용기가 회전되어 잔량을 방지하는 콤팩트 용기의 지지체를 들어올리는 모습을 나타내는 C-C 단면도이며, 도 9는 본 발명에 따른 내용물 용기가 회전되어 잔량을 방지하는 콤팩트 용기의 회전프레임을 회전시키는 모습을 나타내는 사시도이고, 도 10은 본 발명에 따른 내용물 용기가 회전되어 잔량을 방지하는 콤팩트 용기의 회전프레임을 회전시키는 모습을 나타내는 D-D 단면도이다.
본 발명에 따른 내용물 용기가 회전되어 잔량을 방지하는 콤팩트 용기를 사용하기 위해서는 우선 용기본체(10) 일측에 형성된 버튼(14)을 가압하여 용기본체(10)로부터 용기뚜껑(20)을 개방한다.
이후, 내용물 용기(50) 상부에 형성된 제1 내용물 뚜껑(41)의 제1 손잡이(412)를 잡아 회동시켜 상기 내용물 용기(50)로부터 제1 내용물 뚜껑(41)을 개방한 다음, 퍼프와 같은 화장도구로 내용물 용기(50) 내부에 수용된 함침부재(60)를 찍어 피부에 골고루 바른다.
화장이 끝난 후에는 상기 제1 내용물 뚜껑(41)을 회동시켜 내용물 용기(50)를 닫은 다음, 상기 용기뚜껑(20)을 회동시켜 용기본체(10)를 닫는다.
본 발명에 따른 내용물 용기가 회전되어 잔량을 방지하는 콤팩트 용기의 함침부재(60)를 사용하다가 상기 함침부재(60)의 윗부분에 함침된 화장료가 모두 소진되어 함침부재(60)의 표면이 건조해지면서 굳어버리게 되면, 상기 함침부재(60)를 뒤집어 사용하게 되는데, 먼저 도 7과 도 8에서 보는 바와 같이 지지체(30)의 지지체 손잡이(32)를 잡고 상기 지지체(30)를 용기본체(10)의 후방으로부터 들어올려 회전프레임(40)이 회전될 수 있는 공간을 확보한다.
이때, 상기 지지체(30)는 용기본체(10)의 전면 내측에 힌지 결합되어 있고, 맞은편에 용기뚜껑(20)이 힌지 결합되어 있어 상기 지지체(30)가 회전될 때 용기뚜껑(20)에 영향을 주지 않게 된다.
이후, 도 9와 도 10에서 보는 바와 같이 회전프레임(40)을 지지체(30)의 회전축(34)을 중심으로 회전시켜 내부에 함침부재(60)가 수용된 내용물 용기(50)를 뒤집는다.
이때, 상기 회전프레임(40)의 제1, 2 내용물 뚜껑(41, 42)과 힌지부(43)는 지지체(30)의 회전걸림 방지홈(38) 내에서 회전되어 지지체(30)에 걸리지 않게 된다.
마지막으로, 상기 지지체(30)를 내려 도 3과 도 5에서 보는 바와 같이, 용기본체(10) 내부에 안착시킴으로써 본 발명에 따른 내용물 용기가 회전되어 잔량을 방지하는 콤팩트 용기의 사용을 완료한다.
이상, 본 발명에서 설명한 것은 내용물 용기가 회전되어 잔량을 방지하는 콤팩트 용기를 실시하기 위한 하나의 실시예에 불과한 것으로, 본 발명은 상기 실시예에 한정되는 것이 아니다. 첨부된 청구범위에서 청구하는 바와 같이 본 발명의 요지를 벗어남이 없이 당해 발명이 속하는 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 누구든지 다양한 변경 실시가 가능한 범위까지 본 발명의 범위에 속하는 것으로 간주 되어야 할 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 용기본체(10)와 상기 용기본체(10) 일측에 힌지 결합되어 개폐되는 용기뚜껑(20)으로 이루어진 콤팩트 용기에 있어서,
    상기 용기본체(10) 내부에 힌지 결합되며, 내주연에 회전축(34)이 형성된 지지체(30)와;
    상기 지지체(30) 내측에 회전 가능하게 결합되며, 외주연에 회전홈(44)이 형성된 회전프레임(40)과;
    상기 회전프레임(40) 내측에 고정 결합되는 내용물 용기(50) 및
    상기 내용물 용기(50) 내부에 수용되며, 화장료가 함침된 함침부재(60)로 구성되되,
    상기 지지체(30)의 외주연 일측은 용기본체(10)의 전방 내측에 힌지 결합되고, 타측에는 지지체 손잡이(32)가 형성되어 상기 지지체(30)가 용기본체(10) 후방에서 들어 올려지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내용물 용기가 회전되어 잔량을 방지하는 콤팩트 용기.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 용기본체(10)의 전면 내측에는 힌지결합돌기(16)가 형성되고, 상기 지지체(30) 일측에는 힌지결합홈(36)이 형성되어 상호 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내용물 용기가 회전되어 잔량을 방지하는 콤팩트 용기.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 회전프레임(40)의 상부와 하부에는 각각 제1 내용물 뚜껑(41)과 제2 내용물 뚜껑(42)이 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내용물 용기가 회전되어 잔량을 방지하는 콤팩트 용기.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서,
    상기 제1, 2 내용물 뚜껑(41, 42) 일측에는 각각 제1 손잡이(412)와 제2 손잡이(422)가 형성되고, 용기본체(10)의 바닥면 일측에는 상기 제1 손잡이(412) 또는 제2 손잡이(422)가 삽입되는 손잡이 삽입홀(12)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내용물 용기가 회전되어 잔량을 방지하는 콤팩트 용기.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 회전프레임(40)의 외주연은 중앙부의 외경이 크고, 상단과 하단의 외경이 중앙부의 외경보다 작은 "( )" 형태의 곡면을 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 내용물 용기가 회전되어 잔량을 방지하는 콤팩트 용기.
