화장품 용기
본 발명은 화장품 용기에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 두께를 최소화하여 슬림한 형태를 가지며, 밀폐력이 우수한 화장품 용기에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 화장품은 용모를 아름답게 변화시켜 피부를 아름답게 연출시키려는 목적으로 사용된다. 이러한 화장품을 이용한 메이크업은 피부색을 균일하게 하고 결점을 커버하기 위하여 사용되는 베이스 메이크업과 입술, 눈, 손톱 등 부분적으로 입체감을 높이는 포인트 메이크업으로 구분된다.
베이스 메이크업을 위한 화장품에는 메이크업베이스, 파운데이션, 파우더 등이 포함되며, 포인트 메이크업을 위한 화장품에는 립스틱, 아이라이너, 마스카라 등이 포함된다.
이와 같이, 다양한 화장품을 이루는 각각의 화장료는 서로 다른 제형으로 이루어질 수 있으며, 사용 목적 및 사용 부위 등에 따라 다른 제형을 이용하여 메이크업을 한다.
이처럼 화장료의 제형에 따라 화장 효과가 다르게 나타날 수 있으므로, 두 가지 제형의 화장료를 사용하여 메이크업을 하고자 하는 소비자의 니즈가 있어 왔다. 하지만, 통상의 화장품 용기는 화장료 수용 공간이 하나만 구비되어, 한 가지 화장료만 수납할 수 있기 때문에, 소비자가 두 가지 화장료를 사용하고 싶을 때에는 두 개의 화장품을 별도로 구비해야 하는 문제점이 있다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 종래기술의 문제점을 해결하고자 창출된 것으로서, 본 발명의 목적은 내부에 밀폐가 요구되는 제형을 담은 제1 내용기 및 제2 내용기가 구비됨에 의해 상이한 두 가지의 내용물을 용이하게 수납할 수 있는 화장품 용기를 제공하기 위한 것이다.
또한, 본 발명의 목적은 제1 내용기 및 제2 내용기가 이중 힌지 구조로 결합되고, 제2 내용기가 내용물을 수납하는 동시에 제2 내용기의 하부에 위치된 제1 내용기의 상부를 밀폐하기 위한 캡으로도 사용됨에 따라 화장품 용기의 두께를 최소화할 수 있는 화장품 용기를 제공하기 위한 것이다.

또한, 내뚜껑(40)의 외주면의 일 영역에는 상단힌지(43)를 더 포함할 수 있으며, 상단힌지(43)는 일정 간격 이격된 한 쌍의 제1 결합홀(43a)일 수 있다. 이러한 상단힌지(43)는 중간힌지(73) 상단의 양측에 위치될 수 있다.
더욱이, 이중 힌지부재(48)는 상단힌지(43) 및 중간힌지(73)를 연결하는 힌지핀(44)을 더 포함할 수 있다. 그리고, 상단힌지(43)와 대향하는 내뚜껑(40)의 외주면의 타 영역에는 제1 손잡이부(42)가 구비될 수 있다.
그리고, 내뚜껑(40)이 개폐되는 방향은 용기본체(10)와 외뚜껑(20)이 힌지 결합되어 개폐되는 방향과 직교하도록 형성될 수 있다. 이에 의해 내뚜껑(40)의 개폐 시 외뚜껑(20)과의 간섭을 방지할 수 있다.
이와 같이, 상단힌지(43), 중간힌지(73), 하단힌지(94) 및 힌지핀(44)을 포함하는 이중 힌지부재(48)는, 제1 내용기(90), 제2 내용기(70) 및 내뚜껑(40)이 각각 분리 가능하게 구비될 수 있다. 이에 따라, 제1 내용기(90)와 제2 내용기(70)의 화장료의 리필이 필요한 경우 각각 별도로 용이하게 교체할 수 있다.
여기서, 제1 내용기(90)와 제2 내용기(70)는 체결핀(73b)을 축으로 180도 회전됨에 의해 상호 분리될 수 있다. 이에 대하여는 추후 도 8 내지 도 9b를 참조하여 상세하게 설명하기로 한다.
본 발명에 따른 화장품 용기(100)에서 제1 내용기(90) 및 제2 내용기(70)에 각각 수납된 내용물은 메이크업을 위한 서로 다른 두 가지의 화장료일 수 있다. 가령 고경도의 밤 제형과, 저점도의 리퀴드 제형처럼 서로 타입이 다른 상이한 제형을 사용하는 경우, 자연스럽게 섞이지 않고 이질감을 줄 수 있어 화장 효과가 극대화되지 못할 수 있다. 이때, 소비자에 따라 제형의 점도는 유사하나, 커버력이나 제형 특성이 상이한 2개의 내용물을 사용하면 자연스러우면서도 저점도 제형의 특징을 살려서 밀착력 있는 화장이 가능하다. 이처럼 유사한 점도를 가지면서도 커버력이나 특징이 상이한 제형을 섞어서 사용하게 되면, 자연스럽고 밀착력 있는 화장 효과를 가질 수 있다.
또한, 제1 내용기(90) 및 제2 내용기(70)에 서로 다른 제형의 화장료가 수납되는 것 외에도 두 가지 이상의 화장료가 함께 필요한 경우가 있다.
이와 더불어, 제1 내용기(90) 및 제2 내용기(70) 모두 밀폐 구조를 갖추고 있으므로, 함침부재를 포함하지 않는 저점도의 제형 또한 담지할 수 있고, 가령 저점도 제형을 담고 상부에 원단이나 연질 플레이트를 덧대는 등의 다양한 응용예가 가능하다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 화장품 용기에서 외뚜껑이 열린 상태를 나타내는 사시도이고, 도 4는 본 발명에 따른 화장품 용기의 이중 힌지부재가 분리된 상태를 나타내는 사시도이다.
도 3 및 도 4를 참조하면, 본 발명의 화장품 용기(100)의 이중 힌지부재(48)는 내뚜껑(40), 제2 내용기(70) 및 제1 내용기(90)를 회전 가능하게 결합시킬 수 있으며, 필요 시 각각 분리 가능하다.
이러한 이중 힌지부재(48)는 내뚜껑(40)의 외주면 일 영역에 구비되는 상단힌지(43)와, 제2 내용기(70)의 외주면 일 영역에 구비되는 중간힌지(73)와, 상단힌지(43) 및 중간힌지(73)를 연결하는 힌지핀(44), 및 제1 내용기(90)의 외주면 일 영역에 구비되는 하단힌지(94)를 포함할 수 있다.
상단힌지(43)는 내뚜껑(40)의 외주면에 일정 간격 이격되어 구비되는 한 쌍의 제1 결합홀(43a)을 포함할 수 있다. 그리고, 중간힌지(73)는 전체적으로 ㅗ 형태를 가지며, 제2 내용기(70)의 외주면에 고정된 고정부재(73a)와, 고정부재(73a)에 의해 양단이 지지되는 체결핀(73b), 및 고정부재(73a)로부터 상부로 돌출된 제2 결합홀(73c)을 포함할 수 있다. 또한, 하단힌지(94)는 제1 내용기(90)의 외주면으로부터 상부를 향하여 연장되어, 상단이 절곡된 절곡부재(93)를 포함할 수 있다.
이때, 상단힌지(43)의 한 쌍의 제1 결합홀(43a) 사이에 중간힌지(73)의 상단에 위치된 제2 결합홀(73c)이 일직선으로 배치된 상태에서 힌지핀(44)이 제1 결합홀(43a) 및 제2 결합홀(73c)을 관통하여 삽입될 수 있다. 이에 의해 제2 내용기(70)와 내뚜껑(40)이 회전 가능하도록 힌지 결합될 수 있다. 그리고, 하단힌지(94)의 절곡부재(93)가 제2 내용기(70)의 체결핀(73b)에 걸리면서 제1 내용기(90)가 제2 내용기(70)에 회전 가능하도록 힌지 결합될 수 있다.
이와 같이, 제1 내용기(90), 제2 내용기(70) 및 내뚜껑(40)은 이중 힌지부재(48)에 의하여 한 세트로 구성되면서도, 제2 내용기(70) 및 내뚜껑(40)이 각각 제1 내용기(90) 및 제2 내용기(70)에 대하여 별도로 회전 가능하도록 구성될 수 있다.
도 5는 본 발명에 따른 화장품 용기의 외뚜껑 및 내뚜껑이 열린 상태를 나타내는 사시도이고, 도 6은 도 5에서 제2 내용기가 열리는 상태를 나타내는 사시도이며, 도 7은 도 6에서 제2 내용기가 완전히 열린 상태를 나타내는 사시도이다.
먼저, 도 5를 참조하면, 본 발명에 따른 화장품 용기(100)에서 외뚜껑(20) 및 내뚜껑(40)이 개방되면, 제2 내용기(70)의 상부가 외부로 노출될 수 있다. 이때, 제2 내용기(70)의 제2 공간부(71)에는 제2 화장료가 함침된 제2 함침부재(60)가 수납될 수 있다.
그리고, 제2 내용기(70)의 내주면 둘레를 따라 제2 고정링(50)이 끼워지며, 제2 고정링(50)의 상단 둘레를 따라 내측으로 절곡 연장된 제2 절곡부(51)에 의해 제2 함침부재(60)가 제2 공간부(71)로부터 이탈되지 않을 수 있다.
이와 같이, 제2 내용기(70)에 수납된 제2 화장료를 이용하고자 하는 경우, 외뚜껑(20) 및 내뚜껑(40)을 개방하고, 퍼프부재(46)를 이용하여 상부로 노출된 제2 함침부재(60)를 가압함에 의해 제2 화장료를 사용할 수 있다.
이때, 제2 내용기(70)의 하부면 둘레를 따라 제2 연장리브(72)가 돌출되어 있으며, 이러한 제2 연장리브(72)는, 제1 내용기(90)의 내주면과 제1 고정링(80)의 제1 절곡부(81) 사이에 이격된 공간에 삽입되어 제1 내용기(90)의 상부를 밀폐시킬 수 있다.
또한, 도 6 및 도 7을 참조하면, 본 발명에 따른 화장품 용기(100)에서 외뚜껑(20) 및 내뚜껑(40)이 개방된 상태에서 추가로 제2 내용기(70)가 개방되면, 제1 내용기(90)의 상부가 외부로 노출될 수 있다. 이때, 제1 내용기(90)의 제1 공간부(91)에는 제1 화장료가 함침된 제1 함침부재(85)가 수납될 수 있다.
이러한 제1 내용기(90)의 내주면 둘레를 따라 제1 고정링(80)이 끼워지며, 제1 고정링(80)의 상단 둘레를 따라 내측으로 절곡 연장된 제1 절곡부(81)에 의해 제1 함침부재(85)가 제1 공간부(91)로부터 이탈되지 않을 수 있다.
이와 같이, 제1 내용기(90)에 수납된 제1 화장료를 이용하고자 하는 경우, 외뚜껑(20), 내뚜껑(40) 및 제2 내용기(70)를 개방하고, 퍼프부재(46)를 이용하여 상부로 노출된 제1 함침부재(85)를 가압함에 의해 제1 화장료를 사용할 수 있다.
이때, 제2 내용기(70)의 상부면이 내뚜껑(40)의 하부면에 겹쳐지면서 제2 내용기(70)의 상부가 밀폐될 수 있다. 즉, 내뚜껑(40)의 하부면 둘레를 따라 제1 연장리브(45)가 돌출되어 있으며, 이러한 제1 연장리브(45)는, 제2 내용기(70)의 내주면과 제2 고정링(50)의 제2 절곡부(51) 사이에 이격된 공간에 삽입되어 제2 내용기(70)의 상부를 밀폐시킬 수 있다.
이와 같이, 내뚜껑(40)의 하부면에 제2 내용기(70)의 상부를 밀폐하기 위한 제1 연장리브(45)가 돌출되어 있고, 제2 내용기(70)의 하부면에 제1 내용기(90)의 상부를 밀폐하기 위한 제2 연장리브(72)가 돌출되어 있으므로, 제1 내용기(90) 및 제2 내용기(70) 내부에 수납된 각각의 화장료는 사용하지 않을 경우, 공기와의 접촉이 차단되면서 화장료의 변질을 방지할 수 있다.
도 8은 본 발명에 따른 화장품 용기의 제1 내용기로부터 제2 내용기가 분리된 상태를 나타내는 정면도이고, 도 9a 및 9b는 본 발명에 따른 화장품 용기의 내뚜껑 및 제2 내용기가 제1 내용기로부터 180도 회전되어 제1 내용기로부터 분리되는 과정을 나타내는 사시도이다.
도 8 내지 도 9b를 참조하면, 본 발명에 따른 이중 힌지부재(48)는, 내뚜껑(40), 제2 내용기(70) 및 제1 내용기(90)를 하나의 세트로 결합하면서 각각 회전 가능하도록 할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 각각 분리되도록 할 수도 있다.
내뚜껑(40)과 제2 내용기(70)는 힌지핀(44)이 상단힌지(43)의 제1 결합홀(43a) 및 중간힌지(73)의 제2 결합홀(73c)을 동시에 관통하여 삽입됨에 의해 결합되며, 힌지핀(44)을 제거함에 의해 분리될 수 있다.
그리고, 제1 내용기(90) 및 제2 내용기(70)는, 하단힌지(94)의 상단에 구비된 절곡부재(93)가 중간힌지(73)의 체결핀(73b)을 일부 감싸면서 결합될 수 있다. 이때, 하단힌지(94)는 제2 내용기(70)의 외주면과 접하도록 중간힌지(73)의 체결핀(73b)을 향해 연장될 수 있으며, 하단힌지(94)의 상단에 위치된 절곡부재(93)가 제2 내용기(70)의 외주면 외측을 향하여 절곡되며 체결핀(73b)을 감쌀 수 있다. 이처럼 절곡부재(93)가 체결핀(73b)에 걸림에 의해 제1 내용기(90) 및 제2 내용기(70)가 결합된 상태를 유지할 수 있다.
또한, 제1 내용기(90)와 제2 내용기(70)를 분리하고자 하는 경우, 도 9a 및 도 9b에서 보는 바와 같이, 제2 내용기(70)의 하부면이 제1 내용기(90)의 상부를 밀폐하는 상태로부터, 제2 내용기(70)가 체결핀(73b)을 축으로 180도 회전시킴에 의해 절곡부재(93)가 체결핀(73b)으로부터 분리될 수 있다.
이와 같이, 제1 내용기(90) 또는 제2 내용기(70)의 내부에 수납된 화장료를 소진하는 경우, 필요에 따라 제1 내용기(90) 또는 제2 내용기(70)를 각각 분리하여 교체할 수 있다.
도 10은 본 발명에 따른 화장품 용기의 제1 손잡이부 및 제2 손잡이부를 나타내는 사시도이다.
도 10을 참조하면, 내뚜껑(40), 제2 내용기(70) 및 제1 내용기(90)는 이중 힌지부재(48)에 의해 회전 가능하게 결합될 수 있다. 이때, 내뚜껑(40)은 이중 힌지부재(48)가 구비된 반대편 외주면의 일 영역에 제1 손잡이부(42)를 더 포함할 수 있다. 이러한 제1 손잡이부(42)는 제2 내용기(70)에 수납된 화장료를 이용하거나, 제2 내용기(70) 상부를 밀폐하기 위하여 내뚜껑(40)을 수동으로 개폐하기 위한 수단일 수 있다.
그리고, 제2 내용기(70)는 이중 힌지부재(48)가 구비된 반대편 외주면의 일 영역에 제2 손잡이부(74)를 더 포함할 수 있다. 이러한 제2 손잡이부(74)는 제1 내용기(90)에 수납된 화장료를 이용하거나, 제1 내용기(90) 상부를 밀폐하기 위하여 제2 내용기(70)를 수동으로 개폐하기 위한 수단일 수 있다.
이때, 내뚜껑(40) 또는 제2 내용기(70)의 개폐를 보다 용이하게 하기 위하여, 제1 손잡이부(42)와 제2 손잡이부(74)는 겹쳐지지 않는 위치에 구비될 수 있다. 즉, 제1 손잡이부(42)와 제2 손잡이부(74)는 각각 이중 힌지부재(48)와 상이한 각도를 이루고 있어, 사용자가 원하는 화장료를 손쉽게 사용할 수 있다.
이와 같이, 본 발명에 따른 화장품 용기(100)는, 용기본체(10)의 누름부재(12) 조작을 통해 외뚜껑(20) 및 내뚜껑(40)을 순차적으로 개방하고, 사용하고자 하는 화장료가 수납된 제1 내용기(90) 또는 제2 내용기(70)가 상부로 노출되도록 하여 퍼프부재(46)에 화장료를 묻혀서 화장할 수 있다.
이때, 제1 내용기(90)에 수납된 화장료를 이용한 화장이 완료되면, 제2 내용기(70)를 닫음에 의해 제1 내용기(90)의 상부를 밀폐시킬 수 있다. 또한, 제2 내용기(70)에 수납된 화장료를 이용한 화장이 완료되면, 내뚜껑(40)을 닫음에 의해 제2 내용기(70)의 상부를 밀폐시킬 수 있다.
이와 더불어, 제1 내용기(90) 또는 제2 내용기(70)의 화장료가 소진되는 경우, 제1 내용기(90)의 하부면을 상부 방향으로 밀어내어 용기본체(10)로부터 강제로 분리할 수 있다. 그리고 나서, 이중 힌지부재(48)를 분리하여 필요한 화장료를 교체한 후, 다시 이중 힌지부재(48)를 조립하고, 제1 내용기(90)를 용기본체(10)에 끼워서 사용할 수 있다. 이와 같이, 필요에 따라 제1 내용기(90) 또는 제2 내용기(70)를 교체하고, 나머지 화장품 용기를 반영구적으로 사용할 수 있으므로, 화장품 용기(100)의 구입 비용을 최소화할 수 있다는 경제적인 이점이 있다.
이상 본 발명을 구체적인 실시예를 통하여 상세히 설명하였으나, 이는 본 발명을 구체적으로 설명하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명은 이에 한정되지 않으며, 본 발명의 기술적 사상 내에서 당해 분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의해 그 변형이나 개량이 가능함은 명백하다고 할 것이다.
본 발명의 단순한 변형 내지 변경은 모두 본 발명의 영역에 속하는 것으로 본 발명의 구체적인 보호 범위는 첨부된 특허청구범위에 의하여 명확해질 것이다.

Claims (16)

  1. 용기본체;
    상기 용기본체를 개폐하는 외뚜껑;
    상기 용기본체의 내부에 분리 가능하게 결합되는 제1 내용기;
    상기 제1 내용기의 상부를 개폐하는 제2 내용기; 및
    상기 제2 내용기의 상부를 개폐하는 내뚜껑;을 포함하며,
    상기 제1 내용기, 상기 제2 내용기 및 상기 내뚜껑은 이중 힌지부재에 의해 각각 회전 가능하게 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이중 힌지부재는,
    상기 제1 내용기, 제2 내용기 및 내뚜껑이 각각 분리 가능하게 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이중 힌지부재는,
    상기 내뚜껑의 외주면에 구비되는 상단힌지;
    상기 제2 내용기의 외주면에 구비되는 중간힌지;
    상기 상단힌지 및 중간힌지를 연결하는 힌지핀; 및
    상기 제1 내용기의 외주면에 구비되어 상기 중간힌지의 일 영역에 연결되는 하단힌지;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  4. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 상단힌지는, 상기 내뚜껑의 외주면에 일정 간격 이격되어 구비되는 한 쌍의 제1 결합홀을 포함하고,
    상기 중간힌지는, 상기 제2 내용기의 외주면에 구비된 고정부재, 상기 고정부재에 의해 양단이 지지되는 체결핀, 및 상기 고정부재로부터 상부로 돌출된 제2 결합홀을 포함하며,
    상기 하단힌지는, 상기 제1 내용기의 외주면으로부터 상부를 향하여 연장되어, 상기 제2 내용기의 상기 체결핀에 걸리도록 상단이 절곡된 절곡부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 중간힌지는,
    ㅗ 형태를 가지며, 상단이 상기 상단힌지의 내측에 위치되고, 하단이 상기 하단힌지의 양측을 감싸도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 힌지핀은,
    상기 제1 결합홀 및 제2 결합홀이 일직선으로 배치된 상태에서 관통하여 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 절곡부재는,
    상기 제2 내용기가 상기 제1 내용기에 대하여 상기 체결핀을 축으로 180도 회전됨에 의해 상기 체결핀으로부터 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 제1 내용기는,
    내주면 둘레를 따라 결합되는 제1 고정링을 더 포함하며, 상기 제1 고정링은 상단으로부터 내측을 향하여 절곡 연장된 제1 절곡부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제2 내용기는,
    하부면으로부터 돌출된 제2 연장리브를 더 포함하며, 상기 제2 연장리브는 상기 제1 절곡부에 의해 상기 제1 내용기의 내주면과 이격된 공간에 삽입되어 상기 제1 내용기의 상부를 밀폐하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 내용기는,
    내주면 둘레를 따라 결합되는 제2 고정링을 더 포함하며, 상기 제2 고정링은 상단으로부터 내측을 향하여 절곡 연장된 제2 절곡부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 내뚜껑은,
    하부면으로부터 돌출된 제1 연장리브를 더 포함하며, 상기 제1 연장리브는 상기 제2 절곡부에 의해 상기 제2 내용기의 내주면과 이격된 공간에 삽입되어 상기 제2 내용기의 상부를 밀폐하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용기본체는,
    바닥면이 개구되며, 상기 바닥면의 개구된 둘레를 따라 내측으로 연장된 단턱부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 제1 내용기는,
    하부면의 둘레를 따라 구비된 언더컷부를 더 포함하며, 상기 언더컷부는 상기 단턱부에 끼움 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 내용기는,
    상기 이중 힌지부재가 구비된 반대편 외주면의 일 영역에 제2 손잡이를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 내뚜껑은,
    외주면의 일 영역에 제1 손잡이를 더 포함하되, 상기 제1 손잡이는 상기 제2 손잡이와 겹쳐지지 않는 위치에 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 내용기 및 제2 내용기는,
    최초 화장 시 제거되는 실링부재로 상부가 밀폐되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
