Description

화장품 용기
본 고안은 화장품 용기에 관한 고안으로서, 더 구체적으로, 상이한 화장료를 수용하는 복수의 수용 공간을 갖는 화장품 용기에 관한 고안이다.
화장을 위해서는 다양한 색상 및 질감을 갖는 화장품이 사용된다. 예를 들어, 화장품에는 아이섀도(eyeshadow), 파우더(powder), 파운데이션(foundation), 립스틱(lipstick), 립글로스(lipgloss), 아이라이너(eyeliner), 마스카라(mascara) 등이 있으며, 이러한 화장품은 브러시(화장솔)와 퍼프(puff) 등과 같이 화장품을 찍어 바르는 화장 도구 및 거울과 함께 사용되고, 상기와 같은 화장품 및 화장 도구는 화장품 용기에 저장/수납된 상태로 보관될 수 있다.
이 중에서 파운데이션 등의 화장품 용기는, 일반적으로, 화장품 및 화장 도구가 수납되는 용기 본체, 상기 용기 본체를 덮어 화장품과 화장 도구를 보호하는 뚜껑, 및 상기 용기 본체와 뚜껑의 닫힘 상태를 유지시키는 잠금장치로 구성될 수 있다.

이와 같은 화장품 용기의 특징을 고려하여 소비자를 만족시키기 위해서는 화장품 용기의 제조 업체들이 다양한 규격과 구성을 갖는 화장품 용기를 모두 제조해야 하며, 이는 많은 설비와 투자 비용을 요구한다는 문제점이 있다.
또한, 화장품 용기 내에 복수의 화장료가 수납되는 경우, 화장료의 충전 중에 이들 화장료가 서로 간섭하여 혼합됨으로써 화장품이 오염되고, 이로 인해 불량 화장품을 초래한다는 문제점이 있다.
따라서 이를 해결하기 위한 기술이 요구된다.
본 고안은 상기한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서 안출된 것으로서 상이한 화장료를 수용하는 복수의 수용 공간을 갖는 화장품 용기를 제공하는 것을 그 목적으로 한다.
본 고안의 기술적 과제들은 이상에서 언급한 기술적 과제들로 제한되지 않으며, 언급되지 않은 또 다른 기술적 과제들은 아래의 기재들로부터 당업자에게 명확하게 이해될 수 있을 것이다.
본 고안의 실시예에 따라, 화장품 용기가 제공된다. 상기 화장품 용기는, 화장품 용기로서, 내면에 수평 방향으로 제 1 수용부 및 제 2 수용부가 형성되는 용기 본체; 상기 용기 본체의 상기 내면 상에 형성되어 상기 제 1 수용부와 상기 제 2 수용부를 구획하는 분리부를 포함하고, 상기 제 1 수용부에는 제 1 화장료가 충전되고, 상기 제 2 수용부에는 상기 제 1 화장료와 상이한 제 2 화장료가 충전될 수 있다.

또한, 본 고안에 따르면, 상이한 화장료가 수용된 복수의 삽입 용기를 용기의 수용 공간에 탈착 가능하게 배치함으로써 삽입 용기의 교체를 통해 사용자의 선호에 따라 다양한 컨셉과 용도로 화장품을 활용할 수 있으며, 화장료의 재충전을 용이하게 할 수 있다.
또한, 본 고안에 따르면, 삽입 용기가 용기 본체에 배치된 이후에 용기 본체의 내면에 형성된 분리부에 의해 삽입 용기가 위치 고정됨으로써, 삽입 용기가 용기 본체로부터 쉽게 이탈하지 않도록 할 수 있다.
또한, 본 고안에 따르면, 용기 본체의 일 영역에 배치된 화장용액이 함침된 함침 부재를 삽입용기의 지지부가 지지함으로써, 함침 부재가 용기 본체 내에 안정적으로 배치되도록 할 수 있다.

또한, 삽입 용기(200)의 상부면 중 적어도 일부는 내측으로 함몰되는 제 2 결착부(240)가 형성될 수 있다. 제 2 결착부(240)는 결합부(300)의 제 2 지지부(320)와 접하는 것으로서, 삽입 용기(200)가 용기 본체(100)에 배치된 이후, 결합부(300)가 용기 본체(100)에 배치되는 경우, 결합부(300)의 제 2 지지부(320)가 삽입 용기(200)의 제 2 결착부(240)에 접하도록 하여, 제 2 지지부(320)가 삽입 용기(200)를 안정적으로 지지하도록 할 수 있다.
결합부(300)는, 용기 본체(100)의 제 1 수용부(110) 및 제 2 수용부(120) 외측으로 형성되는 수용홈(180)에 삽입되어 용기 본체(100)에 결합하는 것으로서, 제 1 수용부(110)에 배치되는 삽입 용기(200) 및/또는 제 2 수용부(120)에 배치되는 화장용액에 함침된 함침 부재가 외측으로 이탈하는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
이를 위해 결합부(300)는, 수용홈(180)에 삽입되는 테두리부(310) 및 테두리부(310)의 상단에서 용기 본체(100)의 내측으로 돌출 형성되는 제 2 지지부(320) 및 제 3 지지부(330)가 형성될 수 있다. 이때, 제 2 지지부(320)는 제 1 수용부(110)에 대응하는 영역에 형성되고, 제 3 지지부(330)는 제 2 수용부(120)에 대응하는 영역에 형성되는 것으로서, 도시되는 바와 같이, 제 2 지지부(320) 및 제 3 지지부(330)는 일체로 연속하여 형성될 수 있으나 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
제 2 지지부(320)는, 제 1 수용부(110)를 향하여 돌출 형성되고, 삽입 용기(200)에 형성되는 제 2 결착부(240)와 안정적으로 접하면서, 삽입 용기(200)를 지지하여 삽입 용기(200)가 외측(특히, 상측)으로 이탈하는 것을 방지할 수 있다. 즉, 분리부(400)가 삽입 용기(200)의 측 방향의 유동을 방지할 수 있지만, 예를 들어, 화장품 용기를 흔들거나 뒤집는 등의 동작의 경우, 제 2 지지부(320)가 삽입 용기(200)의 상측에서 지지함으로써, 삽입 용기(200)의 이탈 방지를 보완하도록 할 수 있다.
또한, 제 3 지지부(330)는, 제 2 수용부(120)를 향하여 돌출 형성됨으로써, 용기 본체(100)의 제 2 수용부(120)에 제 2 화장료(520)로서 액상 또는 겔상의 화장료가 함침되는 함침 부재가 배치되는 경우, 제 2 수용부(120)에 수용되는 함침 부재가 외측(특히, 상측)으로 이탈하지 않도록 할 수 있다. 이때, 제 3 지지부(330)는 함침 부재와 접하도록 형성될 수 있으나, 실시예에 따라, 접촉에 따른 액상 또는 겔상의 화장료의 유출을 방지하기 위해 함침 부재와의 이격하여 형성될 수도 있다.
분리부(400)는, 용기 본체(100)의 내면으로부터 돌출 형성되는 것으로서, 제 1 수용부(110)와 제 2 수용부(120)를 분리 및/또는 구획할 수 있다(점선 참조). 또한, 분리부(400)는 제 1 수용부(110)에 배치되는 삽입 용기(200)를 안정적으로 지지하여 삽입 용기(200)의 위치를 고정하고 이탈을 방지할 수 있다. 이를 위해 분리부(400)는 삽입 용기(200)가 제 1 수용부(110)가 배치되었을 때 삽입 용기(200)의 일면에 접하도록 내면으로 돌출 형성될 수 있다.
예를 들어, 분리부(400)는 두 개로 이루어지고, 분리부(400) 각각은 용기 본체(100)의 내측면으로부터 중심을 향하여 돌출 형성될 수 있으며, 이에 대응하여, 삽입 용기(200)의 일면(특히, 양 단부)에는 분리부(400)가 수용되도록 내측으로 함몰되는 제 1 결착부(220)가 형성될 수 있으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다. 실시예에 따라, 삽입 용기(200)는 분리부(400)에 의해 지지될 뿐만 아니라, 끼워맞춤 방식으로 제 1 수용부(110)에 결합될 수 있다. 이를 통해 삽입 용기(200)가 수평 방향의 외력뿐만 아니라 수직 방향의 외력에 대해서도 안정적으로 제 1 수용부(110)에 고정될 수 있다.
도 1 내지 도 4에서 도시되는 화장품 용기의 형상은 예시적인 것으로서, 본 고안이 적용되는 실시예에 따라 다양한 구성이 적용될 수 있다.
도 5는 도 1의 화장품 용기의 사용 예시를 도시한다.
도 5에서 도시되는 화장품 용기의 단면도를 참조하면, 용기 본체(100)에의 제 1 수용부(110)에는 제 1 화장료(510)가 충전된 삽입 용기(200)가 배치되고, 제 2 수용부(120)에는 제 2 화장료(520), 즉 화장용액이 함침된 함침 부재가 배치된다. 색이나 재질 등 서로 상이한 종류의 화장료가 하나의 화장품 용기 내에, 특히 용기 내측의 동일 평면 상에 배치되기 때문에, 한번에 다양한 화장료를 필요로 하는 사용자의 편의를 도모할 수 있다.
이때 삽입 용기(200)는 분리부(400)와 접하도록 배치되고, 분리부(400)에 의해 삽입 용기(200)의 이탈, 특히 수평 방향의 유동이 방지될 수 있다. 또한, 삽입 용기(200)는 분리부(400)에 끼워맞춤 방식으로 결합되기 때문에 수평 방향뿐만 아니라 수직 방향의 이탈 또한 방지될 수 있다. 또한, 삽입 용기(200)의 상부면 전단에서 제 2 수용부(120)를 향하여 돌출 형성되는 제 1 지지부(230)가 제 1 지지부(230)의 하측에 배치되는 화장용액이 함침된 함침 부재를 지지하여, 함침 부재가 상측으로 이탈하는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
제 1 수용부(110) 및 제 2 수용부(120)에 각각 제 1 화장료(510)가 충전된 삽입 용기(200) 및 제 2 화장료(520)가 배치된 이후에, 그 상부로부터 결합부(300)가 배치될 수 있다. 이때, 결합부(300)는, 테두리부(310)가 용기 본체(100)의 수용홈(180)에 삽입되어 용기 본체(100)와 결합하며, 제 2 지지부(320) 및 제 3 지지부(330)가 테두리부(310)의 상단에서 용기 본체(100)의 내측으로 돌출 형성되어, 각각 삽입 용기(200) 및 함침 부재를 지지하도록 할 수 있다.
구체적으로 제 2 지지부(320)는 제 1 수용부(110)에 대응하는 영역에 형성되는 것으로서, 삽입 용기(200)의 상측에 위치하되, 삽입 용기(200)와 이격되지 않고, 제 2 결착부(240)와 접촉함으로써, 삽입 용기(200)의 위치를 고정하고, 외측으로의 이탈(특히, 수직 방향의 이탈)을 방지할 수 있다. 또한, 제 3 지지부(330)는, 제 2 수용부(120)에 대응하는 영역에 형성되는 것으로서, 액상 또는 겔상의 화장료가 함침되는 함침 부재 상에 배치되어, 제 2 수용부(120)에 수용되는 함침 부재가 외측(특히, 상측)으로 이탈하지 않도록 할 수 있다.
도 6은 본 고안의 일 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기를 도시한다.
도 6을 참조하면, 화장품 용기의 용기 본체(100)의 내측 커버(150)에는 제 3 수용부(130)가 형성될 수 있다. 제 3 수용부(130)는, 내측 커버(150)에서 내측 용기(140)와 접하는 밀폐면의 반대면에서 내측으로 함몰되어 형성되는 것으로서, 퍼프 등의 도포부가 배치될 수 있다. 다만, 이는 예시적인 것으로서, 제 3 수용부(130)에는, 제 1 수용부(110) 및 제 2 수용부(120)와 마찬가지로, 적어도 하나의 화장료가 배치될 수 있으며, 복수의 화장료가 배치되는 경우, 제 3 수용부(130)의 내면에는 각 화장료를 구획하는 격벽이 형성될 수 있다.
도 7은 본 고안의 일 실시예에 따른 결합부를 도시한다.
도시되는 바와 같이, 결합부(300')에는 고정 돌기(340)가 형성될 수 있다. 고정 돌기(340)는 제 2 지지부(320) 및 제 3 지지부(330)의 저면에서 둘레를 따라 하향 돌출되어 형성되는 것으로서, 결합부(300')가 용기 본체(100)에 결합할 때, 고정 돌기(340)가 삽입 용기(200) 및/또는 함침 부재를 가압하여 삽입 용기(200) 및/또는 함침 부재의 이동 또는 이탈을 방지할 수 있다. 특히, 결합부(300') 저면에 함침 부재가 위치하는 경우, 고정 돌기(340)는 함침 부재를 가압 및/또는 관통하여 함침 부재를 견고하게 지지할 수 있다.
도 7에서는 제 2 지지부(320) 및 제 3 지지부(330)의 저면에 형성되는 것으로 도시되지만, 이는 예시적인 것으로서, 제 2 지지부(320) 및 제 3 지지부(330) 중 하나 또는, 상기 지지부(320, 330)의 적어도 일부에 형성될 수도 있다. 또한, 고정 돌기(340)가 결합부(300')의 둘레를 따라 형성되는 것으로 도시되나, 고정 돌기(340)는 복수 개의 돌기 또는 돌기 영역으로 구성될 수도 있다.
도 8은 본 고안의 일 실시예에 따른 결합부를 도시한다.
도시되는 바와 같이, 결합부(300'')에는 적어도 하나의 공기 통로(350)가 형성될 수 있다. 공기 통로(350)는 제 2 지지부(320)의 저면에서 테두리부(310)의 내측면으로 함몰 형성되는 공기 연통을 위한 통로로서, 결합부(300')가 용기 본체(100)에 결합할 때, 제 2 지지부(320)의 하측에 위치하는 제 1 화장료(510)의 부분적 밀폐를 경감시킬 수 있다. 즉, 공기 통로(350)를 통해 공기가 연통됨으로써, 특히, 제 1 화장료(510)를 구성하는 수분, 유분 또는 성분의 증발에 의해 발생하는 스웨팅(액적 또는 결로) 현상을 방지할 수 있다.
도 8에서는 공기 통로(350)가 테두리부(310) 및 제 2 지지부(320)에 형성되는 것으로 도시되지만, 이는 예시적인 것으로서, 제 3 지지부(330)에도 형성될 수 있으며, 공기 통로(350)의 형상 또한 관통 형성되는 등 다양하게 변형 가능할 수 있다.
도 9는 본 고안의 일 실시예에 따른 삽입 용기를 도시한다.
도 9를 참조하면, 삽입 용기(200')의 제 1 지지부(230)에는 가압 돌기(250)가 형성될 수 있다.
앞서 언급한 바와 같이, 용기 본체(100)의 제 2 수용부(120)에 제 2 화장료(520)로서 액상 또는 겔상의 화장료가 함침되는 함침 부재가 배치되는 경우, 제 1 지지부(230)는 제 2 수용부(120)에 수용되는 함침 부재가 외측(특히, 상측)으로 이탈하는 것을 방지할 수 있다. 이때, 가압 돌기(250)가 함침 부재를 가압 및/또는 관통함으로써, 함침 부재가 보다 견고하게 제 2 수용부(120)에 배치되도록 할 수 있다.
다만, 이는 예시적인 것으로서, 삽입 용기(200')의 가압 돌기(250)는 제 2 수용부(120)에 배치되는 다른 삽입 용기(200)를 가압하여 견고하게 안착시킬 수도 있다.
도 10은 본 고안의 일 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기의 분해도를 도시한다.
도시되는 바와 같이, 용기 본체(100)에는 두 개의 삽입 용기(200, 200'')가 배치될 수 있다. 삽입 용기(200)는 제 1 화장료(510)가 충전되어 제 1 수용부(110)에 배치되게 되며, 삽입 용기(200'')은 제 2 화장료(520)가 충전되어 제 2 수용부(120)에 배치되게 된다. 실시예에 따라, 제 2 화장료(520)는 액상 또는 겔상의 화장료가 충진된 함침 부재일 수 있다.
이와 같이, 각 화장료(510, 520)의 충전을 별개의 삽입 용기(200, 200'')에서 이루어지도록 한 후에, 용기 본체(100)에서 조립함으로써, 화장료(510, 520)의 충전 과정에서 화장료(510, 520) 간의 간섭이나 오염문제를 해결할 수 있다. 또한, 화장품의 사용 이후, 화장료(510, 520) 별로 리필이 용이하게 비용 경제적이다.
도 11은 본 고안의 일 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기를 도시하고, 도 12는 도 11의 화장품 용기가 분해된 상태를 도시한다.
도 11 및 도 12를 참조하면, 분리부(400')가 용기 본체(100) 상의 제 1 수용부(110)와 제 2 수용부(120)를 구획 및 분리할 수 있다. 이를 위해 분리부(400')는 용기 본체(100)의 내면으로부터 돌출 형성되되, 용기 본체(100)의 수용 공간을 가로질러 형성될 수 있다.
제 1 수용부(110) 및 제 2 수용부(120)에는 각각 제 1 화장료 및 제 2 화장료가 충진될 수 있으며, 실시예에 따라, 제 2 화장료(520)는 액상 또는 겔상의 화장료가 충진된 함침 부재일 수 있다.
또한, 도 11 내지 도 12에서는 도시되지 않으나, 제 1 수용부(110) 및/또는 제 2 수용부(120)에 배치되는 화장료(510, 520)는 삽입 용기(200, 200')에 충전된 화장료(510, 520)일 수 있다.
도 13은 본 고안의 일 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기를 도시한다.
도 13을 참조하면, 결합부(300)에 분리부(400'')가 형성되어 있다. 이와 같이, 용기 본체(100)가 아니라, 결합부(300)에 분리부(400'')가 형성됨으로써, 결합부(300)의 변경만으로 화장품 용기에 배치되는 화장료의 구성, 예를 들어, 개수나 비율을 용이하게 변경할 수 있다.
도 14는 본 고안의 일 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기를 도시한다.
도시되는 바와 같이, 제 1 수용부(110) 및 제 2 수용부(120)에 배치되는 제 1 화장료(510) 및 제 2 화장료(520)는 사용 상의 연관 관계를 갖는 화장료일 수 있다. 즉, 제 1 화장료(510)의 사용과 제 2 화장료(520)의 사용이 밀접한 관계를 갖는 것으로서, 서로 사용 상의 연관 관계를 갖는 화장료(510, 520)를 인접한 공간에 배치함으로써, 사용 상의 편의를 보다 개선할 수 있다. 구체적으로, 제 1 화장료(510) 및 제 2 화장료(520)는 기초 화장, 색조 화장 등에 연관 관계를 갖거나, 눈, 코 등과 같은 국소 부위 등에 연관 관계를 가질 수 있다. 예를 들어, 제 1 화장료(510)는 컨실러, 블러셔, 아이섀도우, 아이브로우, 립, 하이라이트, 쉐딩 등에 이용되는 고형/반고형의 화장료이고, 제 2 화장료는 함침 부재에 함침되는 액상 또는 겔상의 화장료로서 자외선차단제, 액상블러셔, 액상 섀도우, 액상 쉐딩, 액상 브로우, 비비크림, 액상 파운데이션, CC크림 등 일 수 있으며, 이에 한정되지 않는다.
이상에서와 같이 도면과 명세서에서 최적 실시예가 개시되었다. 여기서 특정한 용어들이 사용되었으나, 이는 단지 본 고안을 설명하기 위한 목적에서 사용된 것이지 의미한정이나 청구범위에 기재된 본 고안의 범위를 제한하기 위하여 사용된 것은 아니다. 그러므로 본 기술 분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이로부터 다양한 변형 및 균등한 타 실시예가 가능하다는 점을 이해할 것이다. 따라서 본 고안의 진정한 기술적 보호범위는 첨부된 청구범위의 기술적 사상에 의해 정해져야 할 것이다.

Claims (14)

  1. 화장품 용기로서,
    내면에 수평 방향으로 제 1 수용부 및 제 2 수용부가 형성되는 용기 본체;
    상기 용기 본체의 상기 내면 상에 형성되어 상기 제 1 수용부와 상기 제 2 수용부를 구획하는 분리부를 포함하고,
    상기 제 1 수용부에는 제 1 화장료가 충전되고, 상기 제 2 수용부에는 상기 제 1 화장료와 상이한 제 2 화장료가 충전되는, 화장품 용기.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 제 1 화장료는 고형 또는 반고형의 화장료이고, 상기 제 2 화장료는 액상 또는 겔상의 화장료인, 화장품 용기.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 제 2 화장료는 함침 부재에 함침된 액상 또는 겔상의 화장료인, 화장품 용기.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 제 1 수용부에 탈착 가능하게 결합하는 제 1 삽입 용기 및 상기 제 2 수용부에 탈착 가능하게 결합하는 제 2 삽입 용기 중 적어도 하나를 더 포함하는, 화장품 용기.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서,
    상기 제 1 삽입 용기는 일면에 상기 분리부가 수용되도록 내측으로 함몰되는 결착부가 형성되는, 화장품 용기.
  6. 제 4 항에 있어서,
    상기 제 1 삽입 용기의 상단에는 상기 제 2 수용부를 향하여 돌출 형성되는 제 1 지지부가 형성되는, 화장품 용기.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서,
    상기 제 1 지지부의 저면에는 하측으로 돌출하는 가압 돌기가 형성되는, 화장품 용기.
  8. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 분리부는, 상기 용기 본체의 상기 내면으로부터 돌출 형성되는, 화장품 용기.
  9. 제 5 항에 있어서,
    상기 분리부는 두 개로 이루어지고, 상기 분리부 각각은 상기 용기 본체의 내측면으로부터 중심으로 항하여 돌출 형성되며,
    상기 제 1 삽입 용기의 상기 결착부는 상기 제 1 삽입 용기의 양 단부에 형성되어 상기 분리부 각각을 수용하는, 화장품 용기.
  10. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 용기 본체에 탈착 가능하게 결합하여, 상기 제 1 화장료 및 상기 제 2 화장료 중 적어도 하나가 외측으로 이탈하는 것을 방지하는 결합부를 더 포함하는, 화장품 용기.
  11. 제 10 항에 있어서,
    상기 결합부는, 상기 용기 본체의 외측으로 형성되는 수용홈에 삽입되어 상기 용기 본체에 결합하는 테두리부, 상기 테두리부의 상단에는 내측으로 돌출 형성되는 제 2 지지부 및 제 3 지지부를 포함하고, 상기 제 2 지지부는 상기 제 1 수용부에 대응하는, 상기 제 3 지지부는 상기 제 2 수용부에 대응하는, 화장품 용기.
  12. 제 10 항에 있어서,
    상기 분리부는, 상기 결합부의 양 단부를 가로질러 형성되는, 화장품 용기.
  13. 제 11 항에 있어서,
    상기 결합부의 상기 제 2 지지부 및 상기 제 3 지지부 중 적어도 일부의 저면에는 하측으로 돌출하는 고정 돌기가 형성되는, 화장품 용기.
  14. 제 11 항에 있어서,
    상기 결합부의 상기 테두리부의 내측면, 상기 제 2 지지부의 저면 및 상기 제 3 지지부의 저면 중 적어도 일부에는 공기 통로가 형성되는, 화장품 용기.
