본 발명의 실시예는 내부에 화장품 내용물이 저장되는 저장공간(111)이 형성되고, 상부에 제1개구부(112)가 형성되고, 하부에 상기 제1개구부(112)와 연통하는 제2개구부(113)가 형성되며, 상기 제2개구부(113)를 개폐할 수 있도록 결합되는 실링캡(114)을 포함하는 케이스(110); 상기 케이스(110)의 일 측면에서 회전 가능하도록 결합되어 상기 제1개구부(112)를 개폐하는 커버부(120); 상기 케이스(110)와 커버부(120) 사이에 개재되어 상기 케이스(110) 상에서 커버부(120)를 회전 가능하도록 결합시키는 체결부(130); 상기 저장공간(111)을 밀폐시킬 수 있도록 상기 케이스(110)와 커버부(120) 사이에 결합되는 내부커버(140) 및 상기 내부커버(140) 상부에 배치되고, 내부커버(140) 상에서 회전 가능하도록 결합되며, 상부에 퍼프(10)가 보관되는 뚜껑(150); 을 포함하고, 상기 내부커버(140)는 사용자가 파지할 수 있도록 상부에 손잡이(147)가 구비되고, 상기 내부커버(140)와 일체로 형성되거나, 또는 탈착 가능하도록 결합되어 상기 저장공간(111)을 밀폐함으로써 화장품 내용물의 증발 또는 누액을 방지하는 버진씰(141)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기를 제공한다.

Description

화장품 용기
본 발명은 화장품 용기에 관한 것으로서, 화장품 내용물을 후면 또는 전면에서 충진시킬 수 있도록 구성된 화장품 용기에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 화장품 내용물은 파우더, 액체, 겔(gel) 또는 크림(cream), 고체 등의 여러 가지 형태로 이루어져 있고, 이러한 화장품 내용물들은 다양한 화장품 용기에 저장되어 사용되고 있다.
여기서, 상기 화장품 내용물은 휴대가 용이한 퍼프를 갖는 용기에 담겨져 언제 어디서든지 사용이 가능하도록 제품화되어 있고, 그 유출량은 용기 속에 있는 망사(Mesh)를 통해서 통과함과 동시에 조절하도록 되어 있다. 즉, 사용자가 퍼프를 잡고, 상기 망사에 접촉시킴과 동시에 상기 퍼프에 상기 용기의 화장품 내용물을 충진하여 사용한다. 이때, 상기 용기 내에는 화장품 내용물이 충진된 충진 스폰지가 구비된다.
상기 화장품 용기의 구조를 살펴보면, 다음과 같다, 상기 화장품 용기는 내부에 화장품 내용물을 충진한 충진 스폰지를 수용하는 용기 본체와, 상기 용기 본체의 상단 내부에 장착됨과 동시에 화장품 내용물을 배출시키기 위한 망사가 구비된 중간캡과, 상기 중간캡을 밀폐시키기 위하여 상기 용기 본체의 상단에 개폐 가능하게 체결되고, 망사를 밀봉 및 해제시키기 위한 밀봉캡이 구비된 뚜껑으로 구성된다.
여기서, 상기 중간캡은 리드와, 망사와, 상기 망사를 리드의 저면에 고정 지지하기 위한 링형상의 망사 프레임부가 조립되어 구성된다.
이러한 종래의 화장품 용기에 관한 기술은 출원번호 제10-2014-0067581호에 상세하게 기재되어 있다.
그러나, 종래의 화장품 용기는 별도로 구비된 충진 장치의 충진 노즐을 이용하여 충진 스폰지에 화장품 내용물을 충진하고, 충진된 충진 스폰지를 상기 용기 본체의 전면에 함침하는 구조이므로, 상기 충진 스폰지를 상기 용기 본체의 전면에 함침시 상기 용기 본체의 전면에 충진된 화장품 내용물이 묻고, 이로인해 화장품 용기가 더러워지는 단점이 있었다.
따라서, 화장품 내용물이 용기 본체에 묻는 것을 방지하기 위해 충진 스폰지를 용기 본체에 결합시킨 상태에서, 용기 본체의 후면을 통해 바로 충진 스폰지에 화장품 내용물을 충진시키는 장치가 요구되고 있다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로서, 화장품 용기부의 내부에 충진부를 구비함과 동시에 화장품 용기부의 후면에 구비된 개구부를 통해 충진 장치의 충진 노즐을 이용하여 화장품 내용물을 충진시킴으로써, 화장품 내용물이 충진된 기존의 충진 스폰지를 화장품 용기의 전면에 결합시 화장품 내용물이 화장품 용기에 묻던 것을 방지할 뿐만 아니라, 화장품 내용물의 충진을 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 화장품 용기를 제공하는데 있다.
더불어, 본 발명은 화장품 용기부에 충진부를 결합시킨 상태에서, 화장품 용기부의 후면을 통해 화장품 내용물을 충진시킴으로써, 제품에 화장품 내용물의 충진을 용이하게 할 뿐만 아니라, 제품의 생산성 향상 및 시간을 절감하여 제품의 제조비용을 절감할 수 있도록 한 화장품 용기를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 실시예는 내부에 화장품 내용물이 저장되는 저장공간(111)이 형성되고, 상부에 제1개구부(112)가 형성되고, 하부에 상기 제1개구부(112)와 연통하는 제2개구부(113)가 형성되며, 상기 제2개구부(113)를 개폐할 수 있도록 결합되는 실링캡(114)을 포함하는 케이스(110); 상기 케이스(110)의 일 측면에서 회전 가능하도록 결합되어 상기 제1개구부(112)를 개폐하는 커버부(120); 상기 케이스(110)와 커버부(120) 사이에 개재되어 상기 케이스(110) 상에서 커버부(120)를 회전 가능하도록 결합시키는 체결부(130); 상기 저장공간(111)을 밀폐시킬 수 있도록 상기 케이스(110)와 커버부(120) 사이에 결합되는 내부커버(140) 및 상기 내부커버(140) 상부에 배치되고, 내부커버(140) 상에서 회전 가능하도록 결합되며, 상부에 퍼프(10)가 보관되는 뚜껑(150); 을 포함하고, 상기 내부커버(140)는 사용자가 파지할 수 있도록 상부에 손잡이(147)가 구비되고, 상기 내부커버(140)와 일체로 형성되거나, 또는 탈착 가능하도록 결합되어 상기 저장공간(111)을 밀폐함으로서 화장품 내용물의 증발 또는 누액을 방지하는 버진씰(141)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기를 제공한다.
상기 체결부(130)는 상기 케이스(110) 또는 커버부(120) 중 어느 하나의 일 측에서 수직방향으로 연장되는 연장부재(132)와, 상기 연장부재(132)의 단부 양 측에 형성되어 회전축(136)에 탈착 가능하도록 결합되는 결합부재(133)와, 상기 연장부재(132)의 단부 중심에 절곡되는 간섭돌기(134)를 구비하는 회전부(131)와, 상기 케이스(110) 또는 커버부(120) 중 다른 하나에 배치되어 각 상기 결합부재 내부에 삽입되도록 돌출된 회전축(136)과, 상기 연장부재(132) 또는 결합부재(133)의 회전에 간섭되도록 돌출되는 간섭부재(137)를 구비하는 고정부(135)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 간섭부재(137)는 상기 간섭돌기(134)와 접촉하여 상기 커버부(120)의 회전 각도를 제한하도록 절곡되는 절곡부재(138)를 포함하고, 상기 간섭돌기(134) 또는 절곡부재(138)는 서로 접촉하는 단부가 탄력적으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 케이스(110)는 저면에 상기 제1개구부(112)와 대향하는 제2개구부(113)가 형성되어 상기 제1개구부(112) 또는 제2개구부(113)를 통해 화장품 내용물의 충진이 이루어지며, 상기 제2개구부(113)를 통해 화장품 내용물을 충진 시 상기 제2개구부(113)를 선택적으로 개폐하는 실링캡(114)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 케이스(110)는 상기 저장공간(111)과 케이스(110)의 내주면 사이에 형성된 단열공간(115)이 형성되고, 상기 저장공간(111)과 단열공간(115) 사이에서 각 공간을 분리하는 분리벽(116)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 내부커버(140)는 상기 분리벽(116) 상단에 결합되는 체결부재(143)와, 상기 체결부재(143)의 상단에서 외측으로 돌출되어 상기 단열공간(115)을 차폐하는 플랜지부재(144)와, 상기 플랜지부재(144) 상에서 상기 단열공간(115) 내측으로 돌출되어 상기 단열공간(115)을 밀폐시키는 밀폐부재(145)와, 상기 플랜지부재(144) 내측에 결합되어 화장품 내용물 사용 시 제거할 수 있도록 마련되는 버진씰(141)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 내부커버(140)는 상기 버진씰(141)의 제거 과정에서 사용자가 잡고 뜯어낼 수 있도록 상기 버진씰의 상면에 구비된 손잡이(147)를 포함하고, 상기 버진씰(141)이 제거되면 상기 저장공간(111)과 연통하는 제3개구부(142)가 형성되며, 상기 버진씰(141)의 하측 단부에 돌출되어 상기 제3개구부(142)의 내주면에 밀착하도록 결합되는 밀폐돌기(149)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 제3개구부(142) 내주면과 뚜껑(150)의 하측 외주면 중 어느 하나에는 돌기(151)가 형성되고, 다른 하나에는 걸림홈(146)이 형성되어 상기 버진씰(141)이 제거된 후 상기 뚜껑(150)이 제3개구부(142)를 선택적으로 차폐하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 뚜껑(150)은 상기 제3개구부(142)를 개방 또는 폐쇄할 때 사용자가 손가락을 집어넣을 수 있도록 외주면으로부터 돌출되는 걸림턱(152)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 뚜껑(150)은 상기 걸림턱(152)과 마주하도록 배치되어 상기 내부커버(140)로부터 상기 뚜껑(150)의 개방 각도를 조절할 수 있는 각도 조절수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 각도 조절수단(153)은 상기 내부커버(140)의 상면으로 돌출되고, 일 단면이 'U'자 형으로 절곡되어 내부에 요홈(155)이 형성되며, 상기 요홈(155) 내주면에 복수개의 제1기어돌기(156a)가 형성된 조절부재(154)와, 상기 뚜껑(150)의 외주면 상에서 돌출되어 상기 요홈(155) 상에서 탈착 가능하도록 구비되며, 상기 제1기어돌기(156a)와 치합하는 제2기어돌기(158)가 형성된 회전부재(157)를 포함하고, 상기 요홈(155) 내부에서 제1기어돌기(156) 주변에 인접하게 배치되어 상기 회전부재(157)가 요홈(155) 상에서 탈거되는 것을 방지하는 결합돌기(156b)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 케이스(110)는 상기 회전축(136)이 돌출되는 시작 부분이 곡면 또는 경사면으로 형성되어 상기 케이스(110) 상에서 상대 회전하는 커버부(120)가 개방되면서 간섭되어 최대 개방될 때까지 일정한 회전 감도를 제공하는 감도 조절부(139)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 의한 화장품 용기에 따르면, 첫째, 화장품 용기의 제1개구부 또는 제2개구부를 통하여 선택적으로 화장품 내용물을 충진할 수 있어 제품의 생산성이 향상되고, 둘째, 체결부를 통하여 케이스와 커버부를 용이하게 결합할 수 있으며, 셋째, 케이스와 커버부 사이에서 회전하는 각도를 제한하여 화장 시 거울을 볼 수 있는 최적의 각도를 유지할 수 있고, 넷째, 내부커버와 뚜껑이 결합되면서 버진씰을 제거한 후에도 화장품 내용물이 외부 공기에 노출되지 않도록 밀폐시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.

이하, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 첨부한 도면을 참조하여 당해 분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자가 용이하게 실시할 수 있도록 설명하기로 한다. 첨부된 도면들에서 구성에 표기된 도면번호는 다른 도면에서도 동일한 구성을 표기할 때에 가능한 한 동일한 도면번호를 사용하고 있음에 유의해야 한다. 또한, 본 발명을 설명함에 있어 관련된 공지의 기능 또는 공지의 구성에 대한 구체적인 설명이 본 발명의 요지를 불필요하게 흐릴 수 있다고 판단되는 경우에는 그 상세한 설명을 생략하기로 한다. 그리고 도면에 제시된 어떤 특징들은 설명의 용이함을 위해 확대 또는 축소 또는 단순화된 것이고, 도면 및 그 구성요소들이 반드시 적절한 비율로 도시되어 있지는 않다. 그러나 당업자라면 이러한 상세 사항들을 쉽게 이해할 것이다.

도 1 내지 도 6을 참조하면, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기(100)는 화장품 내용물이 저장되는 저장공간(111)이 형성되고, 상부에 제1개구부(112)가 형성된 케이스(110)와, 상기 케이스(110) 상에서 회전 가능하도록 결합되어 상기 제1개구부(112)를 개폐하는 커버부(120)와, 상기 케이스(110)와 커버부(120)를 결합시키는 체결부(130)와, 상기 저장공간(111)을 밀폐시킬 수 있도록 케이스 상부에 결합되는 내부커버(140)와, 상기 내부커버(140) 상부에 회전 가능하도록 결합되는 뚜껑(150)을 포함한다.
상기 케이스(110)의 저장공간(111)에 수용되는 화장품 내용물은 고형 또는 겔 상태의 화장품이 저장된다. 물론 액상 또는 분말 상태의 화장품과 이 외의 다른 형태로 제조된 화장품이 저장될 수도 있다. 화장품 내용물이 고형 또는 분말형태인 경우, 직접 상기 저장공간(111)에 수용되고, 액상 또는 겔 형태인 경우 별도의 스폰지와 같은 흡수부재(117)에 머금도록 충진하여 수용될 수 있다.
상기 케이스(110)의 상부에 형성된 제1개구부(112)에 대향하여 케이스(110)의 하부에는 선택적으로 개폐할 수 있는 제2개구부(113)가 형성된다. 상기 제2개구부(113)는 상기 케이스(110)의 저면에 결합되는 실링캡(114)에 의해 개폐되며, 상기 저장공간(111) 내부에 수용될 화장품 내용물의 충진이 완료되면 폐쇄된다. 물론 화장품 내용물의 충진은 상기 제1개구부(112) 또는 제2개구부(113)를 통하여 선택적으로 편리하게 이루어질 수 있다.
상기 저장공간(111)의 외측에는 상기 케이스(110)의 내측으로 단열공간(115)이 형성된다. 따라서 상기 저장공간(111)과 단열공간(115)을 분리하는 분리벽(116)이 구비되고, 상기 분리벽(116) 상에 상기 내부커버(140)가 결합되면서 상기 저장공간(111)과 단열공간(115)이 폐쇄됨과 동시에 밀폐된다.
상기 커버부(120)는 내부에 거울(121)이 결합되며, 상기 케이스(110) 상에 결합되는 상기 내부커버(140)와 뚜껑(150)을 동시에 수용할 수 있도록 소정의 높이를 갖도록 형성된다. 상기 커버부(120)와 케이스(110)는 도면에 도시된 바와 같이 원형 또는 원통형으로 형성된 것을 일 예로 설명하지만, 삼각형 이상의 다각형 또는 다면체의 형상으로 형성될 수 있음은 물론이다.
상기 체결부(130)는 상기 케이스(110) 상에 구비되는 회전부(131)와, 상기 커버부(120) 상에 구비되는 고정부(135)를 포함한다. 상기 체결부(130)의 상세한 설명은 후기한다.
상기 내부커버(140)의 내측에는 버진씰(141)이 구비된다. 상기 버진씰(141)은 상기 내부커버(140)와 일체로 형성되거나, 또는 탈착 가능하도록 결합되는 구조로 마련된다. 상기 버진씰(141)은 상기 내부커버(140)가 케이스(110) 상에 결합되면서 상기 저장공간(111)을 밀폐하는 기능을 제공하며, 상기 버진씰(141)이 제거되면 상기 저장공간(111) 또는 제1개구부(112)와 연통하는 제3개구부(142)가 형성된다. 상기 버진씰(141)의 상면에는 화장품 내용물 개봉 시 사용자가 손으로 잡아당길 수 있도록 손잡이(147)가 구비된다.
상기 체결부(130)는 상기 케이스(110)와 커버부(120) 사이에 형성된다. 상기 체결부(130)는 회전부(131)와 고정부(135)를 포함하되, 상기 회전부(131)와 고정부(135)는 각각 상기 커버부(120)에 하나가 구비되고, 상기 케이스(110)에 다른 하나가 구비된다. 본 발명의 실시예에서는 상기 회전부(131)가 커버부(120)에 마련되고, 상기 고정부(135)가 케이스(110)에 마련된 것을 일 예로 설명한다.
상기 회전부(131)는 상기 커버부(120)의 일 측면에서 수직방향으로 돌출되는 연장부재(132)와, 상기 연장부재(132)의 단부 양 측에 마련되어 회전축(136)에 탈착 가능하도록 결합되는 한 쌍의 결합부재(133)와, 상기 연장부재(132)의 단부 중심에서 절곡되는 간섭돌기(134)를 포함한다.
상기 연장부재(132)는 상기 케이스(110)로부터 커버부(120)가 회전하는 높이 또는 간격에 대응하여 연장된다. 상기 연장부재(132)의 단부는 중간에 간섭돌기(134)가 돌출되고, 상기 간섭돌기(134) 양 단부에 결합부재(133)가 배치된다.
상기 결합부재(133)는 일 단면이 대략 'C'형상으로 형성되고, 힌지 기능을 제공한다. 따라서 상기 회전축(136)으로부터 탈착 가능하도록 결합된다.
상기 간섭돌기(134)는 상기 고정부(135)와 간섭되어 상기 커버부(120)의 회전각도를 제어하는 기능을 제공한다.
그리고 상기 고정부(135)는 상기 케이스(110)의 일 측면에서 상기 결합부재(133)에 각각 삽입되도록 서로 마주하여 돌출되는 회전축(136)과, 상기 케이스(110)의 일 측면에서 상기 회전축(136)의 중간에 돌출되어 상기 간섭돌기(134)와 간섭되는 간섭부재(137)를 포함한다.
또한 상기 간섭부재(137)는 상기 간섭돌기(134)와 직접적으로 접촉하여 상기 커버부(120)의 회전 각도를 제한하는 절곡부재(138)를 포함한다.
상기 간섭부재(137) 또는 절곡부재(138)는 상기 간섭돌기(134)와 접촉 시, 충격을 완화할 수 있도록 탄력적으로 배치된다. 따라서 상기 케이스(110) 상에서 커버부(120)를 급격하게 열어도 상기 간섭부재(137)와 간섭돌기(134)의 탄성에 의해 부드럽게 열리는 효과가 있고, 또한 상기 절곡부재(138)와 간섭돌기(134)가 접촉하는 각도로 인하여 설정된 범위로 상기 커버부(120)가 열리는 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 상기 절곡부재(138)와 간섭돌기(134)의 접촉에 의해 상기 케이스(110)와 커버부(120)가 개방되는 설정된 범위의 회전 각도는 약 100 ~ 150ㅀ 범위로 형성된다. 이때 가장 이상적인 상기 커버부(120)의 회전 각도는 약 135ㅀ로 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.

도 7을 참조하면, 상기 내부커버(140)는 상기 분리벽(116) 상단에 결합되는 체결부재(143)와, 상기 체결부재(143)의 상단에서 외측으로 돌출되어 상기 단열공간(115)을 차폐하는 플랜지부재(144)와, 상기 플랜지부재(145) 상에서 상기 단열공간(115) 내측으로 돌출되어 상기 단열공간(115)을 밀폐시키는 밀폐부재(145)와, 상기 플랜지부재(144) 내측에 결합되어 화장품 내용물 사용 시 제거할 수 있도록 마련되는 버진씰(141)을 포함한다.
*상기 체결부재(143)는 상기 분리벽(116)의 상단 외주면에 결합된다. 상기 체결부재(143)와 분리벽(116)이 결합되는 접촉면에는 서로 간섭되는 결합수단(미도시)이 마련된다. 이때 상기 체결부재(143)는 상기 분리벽(116)의 상단 양 측에서 각각 연장되어, 한 쌍으로 형성되며, 보다 긴밀하게 결합할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 따라서 상기 저장공간(111)의 밀폐가 이루어진다.
상기 플랜지부재(144)는 상기 내부커버(140)의 상면을 형성한다. 상기 플랜지부재(144)는 상기 체결부재(143)의 상부에서 수직방향으로 절곡되어 외측으로 돌출되며, 상기 플랜지부재(144)의 하측에는 상기 단열공간(115)이 배치된다. 또한 상기 플랜지부재(144)의 내측에는 버진씰(141)이 마련되는데, 상기 버진씰(141)을 제거하는 경우 형성되는 상기 제3개구부(142)는 상기 뚜껑(150)에 의해 개폐가 이루어진다. 이때 상기 제3개구부(142)에 인접하여 상기 플랜지부재(144)의 내측에는 걸림홈(146)이 형성되고, 상기 뚜껑(150)이 닫히면서 상기 걸림홈(146)에 간섭되도록 삽입되는 돌기(151)이 형성되어, 상기 뚜껑(150)에 의해 상기 제3개구부(142)가 밀폐된다.
상기 밀폐부재(145)는 상기 체결부재(143)와 나란히 상기 플랜지부재(144) 상에서 하측으로 돌출되며, 상기 케이스(110)의 내주면에 접촉하도록 배치된다. 따라서 상기 체결부재(143), 플랜지부재(144) 및 밀폐부재(145)를 통하여 상기 단열공간(115)을 밀폐하게 된다.
상기 뚜껑(150)은 상기 내부커버(140) 상에서 힌지 결합되어 회전 가능하도록 배치된다. 상기 뚜껑(150)의 상부에는 퍼프(10)를 수용할 수 있고, 외주면에는 상기 뚜껑(150)을 개방 또는 폐쇄할 때 사용자의 손가락을 집어넣을 수 있도록 걸림턱(152)이 마련된다.
도 8은 도 1에 나타낸 화장품 용기의 각도 조절수단을 도시하는 참고도이다.
도 8을 참조하면, 상기 뚜껑(150)은 내부커버(140) 상에서 개폐하면서 개방된 각도를 조절할 수 있도록 각도 조절수단(153)을 포함한다. 상기 각도 조절수단(153)은 상기 뚜껑(150) 상에서 상기 걸림턱(152)와 마주하도록 배치되어 상기 걸림턱(152)을 사용자가 들어 올렸을 때 상기 뚜껑(150)의 개방 각도가 단계적으로 변화하도록 하는 효과를 제공한다.
상기 각도 조절수단(153)은 상기 내부커버(140) 상에 돌출되는 조절부재(154)와, 상기 뚜껑(150)의 외주면 상에 돌출되는 회전부재(157)를 포함한다.
상기 조절부재(154)는 상기 내부커버(140)의 상면으로 돌출되고, 일 단면이 'U'자 형으로 절곡되어 내부에 요홈(155)이 형성되며, 상기 요홈 내주면에 복수개의 제1기어돌기(156)가 형성된다. 그리고 상기 요홈(155) 내부에서 상기 제1기어돌기(156a) 주변에 인접하게 배치되어 상기 회전부재(157)가 요홈(155) 상에서 탈거되는 것을 방지하도록 돌출되는 결합돌기(156b)가 마련된다.
이때 상기 회전부재(157)는 상기 뚜껑(150)의 외주면 상에서 돌출되어 상기 요홈(155) 상에서 탈착 가능하도록 구비되며, 상기 제1기어돌기(156a)와 치합하는 제2기어돌기(158)가 형성된다.
따라서 상기 요홈(155) 내부에 상기 회전부재(157)가 삽입되어 회전하게 되면, 상기 제1기어돌기(156a)와 제2기어돌기(158)가 치합하여 간섭하게 되며, 이때 상기 조절부재(154)가 가지는 탄성에 의해 상기 회전부재(157)가 단계적으로 회전할 수 있게 된다.
도 9는 도 1에 나타낸 화장품 용기의 버진씰을 도시하는 참고도이다.
도 9를 참조하면, 상기 버진씰(141)의 상면에는 화장품 내용물 개봉 시 사용자가 손으로 잡아당길 수 있도록 손잡이(147)가 구비된다. 상기 손잡이(147)는 유연한 재질로 형성되어 상기 버진씰(141)의 상면에서 부드럽게 회동하며, 잡아당길 때 접힌 상태를 펴고, 반대로 폐쇄한 후에 접어서 보관하기 용이하게 형성된다.
또한 상기 버진씰(141)은 상기 손잡이(147)가 버진씰(141)의 상면으로부터 돌출되지 않도록 보관되는 보관홈(148)이 형성된다. 상기 보관홈(148)은 상기 손잡이(147)의 단면적 보다 넓게 형성되고, 손잡이(147)의 높이와 적어도 동일한 높이를 갖거나 더 깊게 형성된다. 따라서 상기 손잡이(147)가 상기 보관홈(148) 내부에 보관 중에는 외부로 돌출되지 않도록 보관된다.
그리고 상기 버진씰(141)의 하측 단부에는 상기 제3개구부(142)의 내주면에 밀착되어 상기 저장공간(111)을 밀폐하는 기능을 제공할 수 있도록 외주면을 따라서 밀폐돌기(149)가 형성된다.
상기 버진씰(141)은 상기 내부커버(140)와 일체로 형성되거나, 또는 탈착 가능하도록 결합되는 구조로 마련된다. 상기 버진씰(141)은 상기 내부커버(140)가 케이스(110) 상에 결합되면서 상기 저장공간(111)을 밀폐하는 기능을 제공하며, 상기 버진씰(141)이 제거되면 상기 저장공간(111) 또는 제1개구부(112)와 연통하는 제3개구부(142)가 형성된다. 상기 버진씰(141)의 상면에는 화장품 내용물 개봉 시 사용자가 손으로 잡아당길 수 있도록 손잡이(147)가 구비된다.
도 10은 도 1에 나타낸 체결부의 결합상태를 도시하는 참고도이다.
도 10을 참조하면, 상기 케이스(110)의 일 측에 돌출되도록 형성된 상기 회전축(136)은 상기 케이스(110)에 인접한 시작 부분이 곡면 또는 경사면으로 형성된 감도 조절부(139)가 마련된다. 상기 감도 조절부(139)는 상기 케이스(110) 상에서 상대 회전하는 커버부(120)가 개방되면서 간섭되어 최대 개방될 때 까지 일정한 회전 감도를 제공하는 기능을 갖는다.
따라서 상기 감도 조절부(139)는 상기 회전축(136)과 회전부(131)의 일부(연장부재(132) 또는 결합부재(133))가 접촉하면서 마찰이 발생하고, 사용자가 상기 커버부(120)를 개폐할 때, 부드러우면서도 소정의 회전 감도가 느껴지도록 하는 효과가 있다. 또한 이렇게 상기 커버부(120)가 회전 감도를 가짐으로써 상기 커버부(120)가 개방 도중에 회전력이 상실되더라도 어떠한 각도에서도 현 상태의 개방정도를 유지하도록 하는 효과도 기대할 수 있다.
따라서 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기(100)에 의하면 케이스(110)의 제1개구부(112) 또는 제2개구부(113)를 통하여 화장품 내용물의 충진방법 또는 방향을 선택할 수 있고, 체결부(130)를 통하여 케이스(110)와 커버부(120)를 용이하게 결합할 수 있으며, 케이스(110)와 커버부(120) 사이에서 회전하는 각도를 제한하여 화장 시 거울을 볼 수 있는 최적의 각도를 유지할 수 있고, 내부커버(140)와 뚜껑(150)이 결합되면서 버진씰(141)을 제거한 후에도 화장품 내용물이 외부 공기에 노출되지 않도록 밀폐시킬 수 있는 효과를 기대할 수 있다.
이상에서 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 예시하기 위해 구체적인 실시 예로 도면을 참고하여 설명하였으나, 본 발명은 상기와 같이 구체적인 실시 예와 동일한 구성 및 작용효과에만 국한되지 않고, 여러 가지 변형된 예가 본 발명의 범위를 벗어나지 않는 한도 내에서 실시될 수 있다. 따라서, 그와 같은 변형예도 본 발명의 범위에 속하는 것으로 간주해야 하며, 본 발명의 진정한 기술적 보호 범위는 후술하는 특허청구범위의 기술적 사상에 의해 결정되어야 할 것이다.
본 발명에 의한 화장품 용기에 따르면, 첫째, 화장품 용기의 제1개구부 또는 제2개구부를 통하여 선택적으로 화장품 내용물을 충진할 수 있어 제품의 생산성이 향상되고, 둘째, 체결부를 통하여 케이스와 커버부를 용이하게 결합할 수 있으며, 셋째, 케이스와 커버부 사이에서 회전하는 각도를 제한하여 화장 시 거울을 볼 수 있는 최적의 각도를 유지할 수 있고, 넷째, 내부커버와 뚜껑이 결합되면서 버진씰을 제거한 후에도 화장품 내용물이 외부 공기에 노출되지 않도록 밀폐시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 내부에 화장품 내용물이 저장되는 저장공간(111)과, 상부에 형성된 제1개구부(112)와, 하부에 상기 제1개구부(112)와 연통하도록 형성된 제2개구부(113)와, 저면에 상기 제2개구부(113)를 통해 화장품 내용물을 충진 시 상기 제2개구부(113)를 선택적으로 개폐할 수 있도록 결합된 실링캡(114)과, 상기 저장공간(111)과 케이스(110)의 내주면 사이에 형성된 단열공간(115)과, 상기 저장공간(111)과 단열공간(115) 사이에서 각 공간을 분리하도록 형성된 분리벽(116)으로 이루어진 케이스(110);
    상기 케이스(110)의 일 측면에서 회전 가능하도록 결합되어 상기 제1개구부(112)를 개폐하는 커버부(120);
    상기 케이스(110)와 커버부(120) 사이에 개재되어 상기 케이스(110) 상에서 커버부(120)를 회전 가능하도록 결합시키는 체결부(130);
    상기 저장공간(111)을 밀폐시킬 수 있도록 상기 케이스(110)와 커버부(120) 사이에 결합되는 내부커버(140); 및
    상기 내부커버(140) 상부에 배치되고, 내부커버(140) 상에서 회전 가능하도록 결합되며, 상부에 퍼프(10)가 보관되는 뚜껑(150); 을 포함하고,
    상기 내부커버(140)는,
    사용자가 파지할 수 있도록 상부에 구비된 손잡이(147)와, 상기 내부커버(140)와 일체로 형성되거나, 또는 탈착 가능하도록 결합되어 상기 저장공간(111)을 밀폐함으로서 화장품 내용물의 증발 또는 누액을 방지하는 버진씰(141)과, 상기 분리벽(116) 상단에 결합되는 체결부재(143)와, 상기 체결부재(143)의 상단에서 외측으로 돌출되어 상기 단열공간(115)을 차폐하는 플랜지부재(144)와, 상기 플랜지부재(144) 상에서 상기 단열공간(115) 내측으로 돌출되어 상기 단열공간(115)을 밀폐시키는 밀폐부재(145)와, 상기 버진씰(141)이 제거되면 상기 저장공간(111)과 연통하는 제3개구부(142)와, 및 상기 버진씰(141)의 하측 단부에 돌출되어 상기 제3개구부(142)의 내주면에 밀착하도록 결합되는 밀폐돌기(149)를 포함하며;
    상기 체결부(130)는,
    상기 케이스(110) 또는 커버부(120) 중 어느 하나의 일 측에서 수직방향으로 연장되는 연장부재(132)와, 상기 연장부재(132)의 단부 양 측에 형성되어 회전축(136)에 탈착 가능하도록 결합되는 결합부재(133)와, 상기 연장부재(132)의 단부 중심에 절곡되는 간섭돌기(134)를 구비하는 회전부(131)와, 상기 케이스(110) 또는 커버부(120) 중 다른 하나에 배치되어 각 상기 결합부재 내부에 삽입되도록 돌출된 회전축(136)과, 상기 연장부재(132) 또는 결합부재(133)의 회전에 간섭되도록 돌출되는 간섭부재(137)를 구비하는 고정부(135)를 포함하고,
    상기 뚜껑(150)은,
    상기 제3개구부(142)를 개방 또는 폐쇄할 때 사용자가 손가락을 집어넣을 수 있도록 외주면으로부터 돌출되는 걸림턱(152)을 구비하고;
    상기 걸림턱(152)과 마주하도록 배치되어 상기 내부커버(140)로부터 상기 뚜껑(150)의 개방 각도를 조절할 수 있는 각도 조절수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 간섭부재(137)는 상기 간섭돌기(134)와 접촉하여 상기 커버부(120)의 회전 각도를 제한하도록 절곡되는 절곡부재(138)를 포함하고, 상기 간섭돌기(134) 또는 절곡부재(138)는 서로 접촉하는 단부가 탄력적으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 각도 조절수단(153)은,
    상기 내부커버(140)의 상면으로 돌출되고, 일 단면이 ‘’자 형으로 절곡되어 내부에 요홈(155)이 형성되며, 상기 요홈(155) 내주면에 복수개의 제1기어돌기(156a)가 형성된 조절부재(154)와,
    상기 뚜껑(150)의 외주면 상에서 돌출되어 상기 요홈(155) 상에서 탈착 가능하도록 구비되며, 상기 제1기어돌기(156a)와 치합하는 제2기어돌기(158)가 형성된 회전부재(157)를 포함하고,
    상기 요홈(155) 내부에서 제1기어돌기(156) 주변에 인접하게 배치되어 상기 회전부재(157)가 요홈(155) 상에서 탈거되는 것을 방지하는 결합돌기(156b)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 케이스(110)는
    상기 회전축(136)이 돌출되는 시작 부분이 곡면 또는 경사면으로 형성되어 상기 케이스(110) 상에서 상대 회전하는 커버부(120)가 개방되면서 간섭되어 최대 개방될 때까지 일정한 회전 감도를 제공하는 감도 조절부(139)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
