색조화장품이란 용모를 아름답게 변화시켜 피부를 아름답게 연출하려는 목적으로 사용되는 것으로, 피부색을 균일하게 하고 결점을 커버하기 위하여 사용되는 베이스 메이크업과 입술, 눈, 손톱 등 부분적으로 입체감을 높이는 포인트 메이크업으로 구분되며, 베이스 메이크업에는 메이크업베이스, 파운데이션, 파우더 등으로 구성되어 있고, 포인트 메이크업에는 립스틱, 아이라이너, 마스카라 등으로 구성되어 있다.
상기 파운데이션은 피부색을 일정하게 조절하여 원하는 이미지의 피부색을 표현하는데 매우 유용하게 사용되는 화장품으로 이러한 파운데이션은 피부의 결점인 기미, 주근깨, 잡티 등을 커버해주므로 포인트 메이크업을 돋보이게 해준다.
또한 공해나 먼지, 자외선으로부터 피부를 보호해주며 얼굴 윤곽을 수정해 주고 입체감을 주기 때문에 널리 이용되고 있다.
상기와 같은 파운데이션은 주로 거울과 퍼프(puff)를 수용하는 구조로 된 파운데이션 용기에 담아 사용되는데, 파운데이션 용기에 수용된 거울은 외용기의 뚜껑 내측에 부착되는 것이 일반적이며, 퍼프는 화장품 내용물이 수용된 내부용기를 덮는 뚜껑의 상부에 놓여 지도록 하는 구조가 보편화 되어 있다.
이러한 파운데이션 용기는 함침부재 또는 겔상의 색조화장품 내용물을 수납 보관하다가 사용 시에 용기본체의 전면부에 구비된 버튼을 가압하여 외부뚜껑을 용기본체로부터 힌지 회동에 의해 열고 내부에 수용된 퍼프나 솔 등의 화장도구를 이용하여 화장품 내용물을 묻혀 얼굴을 화장하는데 사용된다.

상기와 같은 문제를 해결하기 위해 도1 에서 보는 바와 같이 대한민국등록특허 제10-1297822호가 개시되었는데, 상기 종래기술은 내부용기에 구비되며 쐐기홈이 형성된 고무패킹(1)과 내용기뚜껑에 구비되며 "ㅜ"자형 수직가압돌기가 하부로 형성된 가압리브를 형성하여, 상기 내용기뚜껑의 수직 가압돌기가 상기 고무패킹(1)의 쐐기홈에 결합되어 밀착력을 증대시킨 것이다.
하지만, 상기 종래기술은 고무패킹(1)을 사용하는 방식으로 최초에는 완벽하게 밀폐되지만 시간이 지날수록 고무패킹(1)이 경화되는 특성으로 말미암아 밀폐력이 떨어지는 단점이 있다.
상기와 같은 문제를 해결하기 위해 도2 에서 보는 바와 같이 대한민국등록특허 제10-1297824호가 개시되었는데, 상기 종래기술은 고무패킹을 사용하지 않고 내부용기에 충전된 화장품을 내부용기뚜껑의 닫음에 의해 하부에 돌출된 밀폐리브(2)가 내부용기에 내장된 패킹케이스의 패킹홈에 삽입됨과 동시에 상기 패킹홈을 형성하는 내,외측 탄성편의 내측에 대향 돌출된 내, 외측 만곡돌기부가 상기 패킹홈에 결합하는 밀폐리브(2)의 내,외측면을 동시에 밀착하여 밀폐되는 화장품용기이다.
하지만, 상기 종래기술은 내부용기뚜껑의 밀폐리브(2)와 패킹케이스의 패킹홈이 강제로 결합되는 구조로 형성되어 있어 사용자가 화장료를 사용하기 위해 내부용기뚜껑을 개폐할때 지나치게 타이트하게 결합되어 결합, 해제가 힘들어 사용상 불편한 문제점이 있었으며, 또한 반복된 강제개폐에 의해 콤팩트용기의 체결구조에 피로가 누적되게 되어 체결구조의 마모 내지는 파손됨으로써 장기간 사용하지 못하는 문제점이 있었다.
상기와 같은 문제를 해결하기 위해 도3 에서 보는 바와 같이 대한민국 등록특허 제10-1318467호가 개시되었는데, 상기 종래기술은 하부 본체 외벽 상단에 링형의 조립돌기를 갖는 조립홈부(3)를 형성하고, 상부 뚜껑 하부에 링형의 조립요홈을 갖는 조립돌부(4)를 형성하여 상호 이중으로 기밀 결합 함으로써, 리필 케이스의 리필 케이스 내부로 외부공기가 유입되거나 내부의 수분 또는 휘발 성분이 증발하는 것을 방지하게 되는 구조이다.
그러나, 상기 종래기술은 리필케이스를 밀폐시키기 위해 상부 뚜껑을 가압하여 닫을 때 밀폐로 인하여 상기 리필 케이스 내부의 압력이 높아져서 상부 뚜껑이 상부방향으로 다시 들리게 되고, 이로 인해 리필 케이스의 밀폐력이 떨어지는 문제점이 있었다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로 내용기 외벽과 중간벽 사이에 밀폐홈을 형성하고, 상기 밀폐홈의 내경보다 내용기뚜껑 하부에 형성된 밀폐돌륜의 외경을 더 크게 형성하여 상기 밀폐돌륜을 밀폐홈에 타이트하게 삽입 결합되도록 하고, 내용기 중간벽의 상면은 돌출된 산과 오목한 골로 형성되어 산부분이 내용기뚜껑의 밀폐돌륜을 내용기의 외벽 방향으로 밀어 밀착시키도록 함으로써 내용기의 밀폐력을 극대화시킬 수 있도록 한 내용기 기밀구조를 구비한 화장품 용기를 제공하는데 목적이 있다.
또한, 상기 내용기 중간벽의 산부분이 각각 독립적이고 탄력적으로 휘어져 상기 내용기뚜껑의 밀폐돌륜이 내용기의 밀폐홈에 타이트하게 삽입될 때 상기 내용기 중간벽 산부분이 내측으로 쉽게 밀려서 내용기뚜껑이 내용기에 용이하게 닫혀질 수 있도록 하며, 내용기 중간벽의 산부분이 탄력적으로 휘어질 수 있으므로 내용기뚜껑을 내용기에 수시로 열고 닫더라도 밀폐구조의 피로를 줄일 수 있어서 마모 및 파손을 방지한 내용기의 기밀구조를 구비한 화장품 용기를 제공하는데 목적이 있다.
또한, 내용기뚜껑의 밀폐돌륜을 내용기의 밀폐홈에 삽입할때 내용기의 중간벽 골 부분으로 밀폐홈 내부의 공기가 빠져나가 용이하게 내용기뚜껑이 내용기에 닫히게 되며 이때 밀폐홈에 공기가 압축되지 않아 내용기뚜껑이 압력에 의해 상부방향으로 들리는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 한 내용기의 기밀구조를 구비한 화장품 용기를 제공하는데 목적이 있다.
아울러, 내용기뚜껑의 상부로 상부연장돌륜을 형성하되 상기 상부연장돌륜의 형태를 물결 모양으로 돌출부와 함몰부를 각각 3개씩 등각으로 형성하며 상부연장돌륜에 고무패킹을 씌워 외용기뚜껑을 닫을 때 외용기뚜껑에 부착된 거울이 상기 상부연장돌륜의 3개의 돌출부 상단을 가압하여 밀폐력을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 상부연장돌륜에 씌워진 고무패킹에 의해 외용기뚜껑을 탄력적으로 개방할 수 있도록한 내용기의 기밀구조를 구비한 화장품 용기를 제공하는데 목적이 있다.
본 발명은 상부가 개방된 외용기(10)와;
상기 외용기(10) 일측에 결합되는 외용기뚜껑(20)과;
상기 외용기(10) 내측에 장착되며, 바닥면(31)과 3중 측면벽으로 형성되되, 상기 3중 측면벽은 내벽(32)과 중간벽(33)과 외벽(34)으로 형성되고 상기 중간벽(33)과 외벽(34) 사이에 밀폐홈(35)이 형성된 내용기(30)와;
상기 내용기(30) 일측에 힌지 결합되고, 하부에 밀폐돌륜(61)이 형성된 내용기뚜껑(60)으로 구성되며,
상기 밀폐돌륜(61)은 밀폐홈(35)에 끼워지되, 상기 밀폐돌륜(61)의 외경은 밀폐홈(35)의 내경보다 크게 형성되고,
상기 내용기(30)의 중간벽(33)의 상면은 돌출된 산(331)과 오목한 골(332)로 형성되며,
상기 밀폐돌륜(61)이 밀폐홈(35)에 끼워질 때, 상기 중간벽(33)의 산(331)은 내측으로 밀려서 탄력적으로 휘어져 밀폐돌륜(61)에 밀착되고 중간벽(33)의 골(332)은 밀폐홈(35) 내부의 공기가 빠져나가는 통로 역할을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내용기의 기밀구조를 구비한 화장품 용기를 제공한다.
또한, 상기 내용기(30)에는 함침부재(40)가 더 내장되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 내용기(30)는 상부에 함침부재(40)의 이탈을 방지하는 고정부재(50)가 더 결합되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 밀폐돌륜(61)은 수직면의 외측면(611)과 곡면의 내측면(612)으로 이루어지며, 상기 내측면(612)은 밀폐돌륜(61)이 내용기(30)의 밀폐홈(35)에 끼워질 때 중간벽(33)의 산(331)을 내측으로 탄력적으로 밀면서 끼워지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 밀폐돌륜(61)의 내측면(612)과 골(332) 사이에는 공기통로(AV)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 내용기뚜껑(60)의 상부에는 상부연장돌륜(62)이 형성되며, 상기 상부연장돌륜(62)의 상단에는 물결 모양으로 돌출부(621)와 함몰부(622)가 각각 3개씩 등각으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 상부연장돌륜(62)에는 고무패킹(64)이 더 씌워지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 본 발명에 따른 내용기의 기밀구조를 구비한 화장품용기는 내용기 외벽과 중간벽 사이에 밀폐홈을 형성하고, 상기 밀폐홈의 내경보다 내용기뚜껑 하부에 형성된 밀폐돌륜의 외경을 더 크게 형성하여 상기 밀폐돌륜을 밀폐홈에 타이트하게 삽입 결합되도록 하고, 내용기 중간벽의 상면은 돌출된 산과 오목한 골로 형성되어 산부분이 내용기뚜껑의 밀폐돌륜을 내용기의 외벽 방향으로 밀어 밀착시키도록 함으로써 내용기의 밀폐력을 극대화시킬 수 있도록 한 내용기의 기밀구조를 구비한 화장품 용기를 제공하는데 효과가 있다.

또한, 내용기뚜껑의 밀폐돌륜을 내용기의 밀폐홈에 삽입할때 내용기의 중간벽 골 부분으로 밀폐홈 내부의 공기가 빠져나가 용이하게 내용기뚜껑이 내용기에 닫히게 되며 이때 밀폐홈에 공기가 압축되지 않아 내용기뚜껑이 압력에 의해 상부방향으로 들리는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 한 내용기의 기밀구조를 구비한 화장품 용기를 제공하는데 효과가 있다.
아울러, 내용기뚜껑의 상부로 상부연장돌륜을 형성하되 상기 상부연장돌륜의 형태를 물결 모양으로 돌출부와 함몰부를 각각 3개씩 등각으로 형성하며 상부연장돌륜에 고무패킹을 씌워 외용기 뚜껑을 닫을때 외용기뚜껑에 부착된 거울이 상기 상부연장돌륜의 3개의 돌출부 상단을 가압하여 밀폐력을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 상부연장돌륜에 씌워진 고무패킹에 의해 외용기뚜껑을 탄력적으로 개방할 수 있도록한 내용기의 기밀구조를 구비한 화장품용기를 제공하는데 효과가 있다.

본 발명의 내용기의 기밀구조를 구비한 화장품 용기는 상부가 개방된 외용기(10)와, 상기 외용기(10) 일측에 결합되는 외용기뚜껑(20)과, 상기 외용기(10) 내측에 장착되며, 중간벽(33)과 외벽(34) 사이에 밀폐홈(35)이 형성된 내용기(30)와, 상기 내용기(30)에 내장되는 함침부재(40)와, 상기 내용기(30) 일측에 힌지 결합되며, 하부에 밀폐돌륜(61)이 형성된 내용기뚜껑(60)으로 구성된다.
상기 외용기(10)는 일측면에 잠금턱(12)을 구비한 누름버튼(11)과 상기 누름버튼(11)의 마주보는 쪽에 힌지가 형성되어 외용기뚜껑(20)과 힌지 결합되며, 내주면에는 체결환홈(13)이 형성되고, 내주연에는 힌지블라켓장착홈(14)이 형성된다.
상기 누름버튼(11)은 사용자의 누름동작에 의해 누름버튼(11)의 상부에 연장 형성된 잠금턱(12)이 용이하게 후퇴되어 외용기뚜껑(20)의 잠금돌기(21)로부터 이탈될 수 있도록 한다.
상기 체결환홈(13)은 내용기(30)의 외벽(34) 아래쪽에 형성된 체결돌륜(341)과 체결된다.
상기 힌지블라켓장착홈(14)에는 내용기(30)의 힌지블라켓(36)이 삽입 장착된다.
상기 외용기뚜껑(20)은 외용기(10)의 상부를 덮는 것으로 외용기(10)와 힌지 결합되며, 외용기(10)를 개방하거나 폐쇄하는 역할을 한다.
상기 외용기뚜껑(20)의 일측에는 잠금돌기(21)를 형성하되, 외용기(10)의 잠금턱(12)과 대응되도록 돌기 형상으로 이루어진다.
*상기 외용기뚜껑(20)의 내측에는 거울(22)이 결합되며, 상기 거울(22)은 외용기뚜껑(20)을 개방한 후, 내용기(30)에 수용된 화장료를 사용할 때 편리하게 사용할 수 있게 한다.
상기 외용기(10)의 내측에는 내용기(30)가 장착되며, 상기 내용기(30)는 바닥면(31)과 3중 측면벽으로 헝성되되, 상기 3중 측면벽은 상기 바닥면(31)으로부터 상부로 연장 형성된 내벽(32)과 상기 내벽(32) 외측으로 일정간격 이격되어 형성된 중간벽(33)과 상기 중간벽(33) 외측으로 일정간격 이격되어 형성된 외벽(34)으로 이루어진다.
상기 내벽(32)에는 고정부재(50)가 끼움 결합되어 내용기(30)에 장착된 함침부재(40)가 이탈되는 것을 방지한다.
상기 중간벽(33)의 상면은 돌출된 산(331)과 오목한 골(332)로 형성된다.
상기 산(331)은 내용기뚜껑(60)의 밀폐돌륜(61)이 밀폐홈(35)에 끼워질 때, 상기 밀폐돌륜(61)을 내용기(30)의 외벽(34) 방향으로 밀어 밀착시키도록 함으로써 내용기(30)의 밀폐력을 증대시킨다.
또한, 상기 산(331)은 각각 독립적이고 탄력적으로 휘어져 내용기뚜껑(60)의 밀폐돌륜(61)이 밀폐홈(35)에 끼워질 때, 내벽(32) 방향으로 밀려서 내용기뚜껑(60)이 내용기(30)에 용이하게 닫혀질 수 있도록 하여 내용기뚜껑(60)을 내용기(30)에 수시로 열고 닫더라도 밀폐구조의 피로를 줄일 수 있어서 마모 및 파손을 방지할 수 있다.
상기 골(332)은 내용기뚜껑(60)의 밀폐돌륜(61)이 밀폐홈(35)에 끼워질 때, 도 8과 도 9에서 보는 바와 같이 밀폐돌륜(61)의 내측면(612)과 골(332) 사이에 공기통로(AV)가 형성되어 상기 밀폐홈(35) 내부의 공기가 빠져나가서 내용기뚜껑(60)이 상부 방향으로 들리는 것을 방지한다.
상기 외벽(34)의 아래쪽에는 체결돌륜(341)이 형성되며, 상기 체결돌륜(341)은 외용기(10)의 내주면에 형성된 체결환홈(13)에 체결되어 내용기(30)가 외용기(10)에서 분리되는 것을 방지한다.
상기 외벽(33)의 외주면에는 힌지블라켓(36)이 형성되며, 상기 힌지블라켓(36)에는 내용기뚜껑(60)에 형성된 힌지블럭(63)이 힌지 결합된다.
상기 내용기(30)에는 화장료가 함침된 함침부재(40)가 내장되며, 상기 함침부재(40)는 BR(Butadiene Rubber), SBR(Styrene Butadiene Rubber), NR(Nateral Rubber), NRSBR(Nateral Rubber Styrene Butadiene Rubber), NBR(acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber), 습식우레탄, 건식우레탄, 폴리에테르, 폴리에스테르, 폴리염화비닐, 폴리에틸렌, 라텍스, 실리콘, PVA(PolyVinyl Alcohol), 니트릴고무, 부틸고무 및 네오프렌으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 재질로 이루어진다.
상기 밀폐홈(35)에는 내용기뚜껑(60)의 밀폐돌륜(61)이 끼워지되, 밀폐홈(35)의 내경은 밀폐돌륜(61)의 외경보다 작게 형성되어 상기 밀폐돌륜(61)이 끼워질 때 타이트하게 끼워져 밀폐력을 증대시킨다.
상기 내용기(30)에는 고정부재(50)가 결합되며, 상기 고정부재(50)는 내측으로 연장 형성되는 수평연장편(51)과 상기 수평연장편(51) 하측으로 연장 형성되는 하부연장편(52)으로 구성된다.
상기 수평연장편(51)은 내용기(30)의 내벽(32) 상단에 안착되어 함침부재(40)가 이탈되는 것을 방지하고, 하부연장편(52)은 내용기(30)의 내벽(32) 외주면에 끼움 결합되어 고정부재(50)가 내용기(30)에서 이탈되는 것을 방지한다.
상기 내용기(30)의 일측에는 내용기뚜껑(60)이 결합되어 내용기(30)를 개폐하는 역할을 한다.
상기 내용기뚜껑(60)은 하부에 밀폐돌륜(61)이 형성되고, 상부에는 상부연장돌륜(62)이 형성되며, 일측에는 힌지블럭(63)이 형성된다.
상기 밀폐돌륜(61)은 내용기뚜껑(60)이 내용기(30)에 닫혀질 때, 상기 내용기(30)의 밀폐홈(35)에 끼워지되, 상기 밀폐돌륜(61)의 외경은 밀폐홈(35)의 내경보다 크게 형성되어 타이트하게 끼워져 밀폐력을 증대시킨다.
상기 밀폐돌륜(61)의 외측면(611)은 수직면을 이루고, 내측면(612)은 곡면을 이룬다.
상기 외측면(611)은 수직면을 이루기 때문에 내용기(30)의 외벽(34) 내측면에 끼워질 때, 면접촉을 이루어 밀폐력이 증대된다.
상기 내측면(612)은 밀폐돌륜(61)이 내용기(30)의 밀폐홈(35)에 끼워질 때, 중간벽(33)의 산(331)을 내측으로 밀면서 부드럽게 끼워지게 되며, 밀폐돌륜(61)의 내측면(612)과 골(332) 사이에 공기통로(AV)가 형성되어 내용기뚜껑(60)이 내용기(30)에 용이하게 닫히게 된다.
상기 상부연장돌륜(62)의 상단은 물결 모양으로 돌출부(621)와 함몰부(622)가 각각 3개씩 등각으로 형성된다.
상기 돌출부(621)는 외용기뚜껑(20)을 닫을 때, 상기 외용기뚜껑(20)에 부착된 거울(22)이 돌출부(621)를 가압하여 내용기(30)의 밀폐력을 향상시킬 수 있다.
또한, 도 10에서 보는 바와 같이 상기 상부연장돌륜(62)에 고무패킹(64)을 더 씌울 수 있는데, 외용기뚜껑(20)을 외용기(10)에 닫은 후에는 상기 고무패킹(64)이 거울(22)에 눌려서 외용기뚜껑(20)을 위로 탄력지지하는 역할을 하게 된다.
따라서, 상기 고무패킹(64)에 의해 외용기뚜껑(20)을 개방할 때, 더욱 탄력적으로 개방할 수 있게 된다.
상기 힌지블럭(63)은 내용기(30)의 힌지블라켓(36)에 끼워진 후, 힌지핀(37)에 의해 고정된다.
본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 내용기의 기밀구조를 구비한 화장품 용기의 조립방법 및 사용상태를 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 발명의 내용기의 기밀구조를 구비한 화장품 용기를 조립하기 위해 누름버튼(11)이 형성된 외용기(10)에 외용기뚜껑(20)을 결합한다.
이후, 내용기(30)에 내용기뚜껑(60)을 결합하고, 상기 내용기뚜껑(70)을 결합한 내용기(30)에 화장료가 함침된 함침부재(40)를 내장한 다음, 상기 내용기(30)에 고정부재(50)를 결합한다.
이후, 상기 내용기(30)를 외용기(10)에 결합하여 조립을 완료한다.
상기의 방법으로 조립된 내용기의 기밀구조를 구비한 화장품 용기를 사용하기 위해서 도 7에서 보는 바와 같이 외용기뚜껑(20)과 내용기뚜껑(60)을 개방한 후, 퍼프(도면 미도시)로 함침부재(40)를 가압하여 상기 퍼프에 화장료를 묻혀서 화장을 한다.
화장을 완료한 후, 도 8 내지 도 10에서 보는 바와 같이 내용기뚜껑(60)을 내용기(30)에 덮을 때, 밀폐돌륜(61)의 외경은 밀폐홈(35)의 내경보다 크게 형성되어 타이트하게 끼워져 밀폐력을 증대시킨다.
또한, 상기 밀폐돌륜(61)의 내측면(612)은 곡면으로 형성되어 밀폐돌륜(61)이 내용기(30) 중간벽(33)의 산(331)을 내측으로 밀면서 밀폐홈(35)에 부드럽게 끼워져 내용기뚜껑(60)을 내용기(30)에 수시로 열고 닫더라도 밀폐구조의 피로를 줄일 수 있어서 마모 및 파손을 방지할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
상기 내용기뚜껑(60)의 밀폐돌륜(61)이 밀폐홈(35)에 끼워질 때, 도 8에서 보는 바와 같이 내용기(30) 중간벽(33)의 골(332)은 상기 밀폐홈(35) 내부의 공기가 빠져나가는 통로 역할을 하여 내용기뚜껑(60)이 상부 방향으로 들리는 것을 방지한다.
그리고, 외용기뚜껑(20)을 닫으면 내용기뚜껑(60)의 상부연장돌륜(62) 상단에 형성된 돌출부(621)를 상기 외용기뚜껑(20)에 부착된 거울(22)이 가압하여 내용기(30)의 밀폐력을 향상시킬 수 있다.
이상, 본 발명에서 설명한 것은 내용기의 기밀구조를 구비한 화장품 용기를 실시하기 위한 일실시예에 불과한 것으로, 본 발명은 상기 일실시예에 한정되는 것이 아니다. 첨부된 청구범위에서 청구하는 바와 같이 본 발명의 요지를 벗어남이 없이 당해 발명이 속하는 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 누구든지 다양한 변경 실시가 가능한 범위까지 본 발명의 범위에 속하는 것으로 간주 되어야 할 것이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 상부가 개방된 외용기(10)와;
    상기 외용기(10) 일측에 결합되는 외용기뚜껑(20)과;
    상기 외용기(10) 내측에 장착되며, 바닥면(31)과 3중 측면벽으로 형성되되, 상기 3중 측면벽은 내벽(32)과 중간벽(33)과 외벽(34)으로 형성되고 상기 중간벽(33)과 외벽(34) 사이에 밀폐홈(35)이 형성된 내용기(30)와;
    상기 내용기(30) 일측에 힌지 결합되고, 하부에 밀폐돌륜(61)이 형성된 내용기뚜껑(60)으로 구성되며,
    상기 밀폐돌륜(61)은 밀폐홈(35)에 끼워지되, 상기 밀폐돌륜(61)의 외경은 밀폐홈(35)의 내경보다 크게 형성되고,
    상기 내용기(30)의 중간벽(33)의 상면은 돌출된 산(331)과 오목한 골(332)로 형성되며,
    상기 밀폐돌륜(61)이 밀폐홈(35)에 끼워질 때, 상기 중간벽(33)의 산(331)은 내측으로 밀려서 탄력적으로 휘어져 밀폐돌륜(61)에 밀착되고 중간벽(33)의 골(332)은 밀폐홈(35) 내부의 공기가 빠져나가는 통로 역할을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내용기의 기밀구조를 구비한 화장품 용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 내용기(30)에는 함침부재(40)가 더 내장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내용기의 기밀구조를 구비한 화장품 용기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 내용기(30)는 상부에 함침부재(40)의 이탈을 방지하는 고정부재(50)가 더 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내용기의 기밀구조를 구비한 화장품 용기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 밀폐돌륜(61)은 수직면의 외측면(611)과 곡면의 내측면(612)으로 이루어지며, 상기 내측면(612)은 밀폐돌륜(61)이 내용기(30)의 밀폐홈(35)에 끼워질 때 중간벽(33)의 산(331)을 내측으로 탄력적으로 밀면서 끼워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내용기의 기밀구조를 구비한 화장품 용기.
  5. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 밀폐돌륜(61)의 내측면(612)과 골(332) 사이에는 공기통로(AV)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내용기의 기밀구조를 구비한 화장품 용기.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 내용기뚜껑(60)의 상부에는 상부연장돌륜(62)이 형성되며, 상기 상부연장돌륜(62)의 상단에는 물결 모양으로 돌출부(621)와 함몰부(622)가 각각 3개씩 등각으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내용기의 기밀구조를 구비한 화장품 용기.
  7. 제6항에 있어서,
    상기 상부연장돌륜(62)에는 고무패킹(64)이 더 씌워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내용기의 기밀구조를 구비한 화장품 용기.
