Description

밀폐뚜껑을 갖는 듀얼 화장품 용기
본 발명은 밀폐뚜껑을 갖는 듀얼 화장품 용기에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 두 개의 화장품 용기가 상하층으로 연결되어 두 개의 층을 가지도록 형성하되, 두 개의 층에 각각 제1,2내용기를 형성하여 화장품 용기 내에 두 개의 화장료 수용공간을 형성하고, 제1,2내용기에 각각 다른 화장료가 함침된 제1,2함침부재를 내장시킴으로써 사용자가 본 발명에 따른 듀얼 화장품 용기를 구비하면 두 가지 화장료를 사용할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 간편하게 두 가지 화장품을 휴대할 수 있도록 하고, 또한, 제1,2내용기 각각의 상부에 제1,2밀폐뚜껑을 형성하여 화장료가 내장되어 있는 제1,2내용기를 효과적으로 밀폐시킬 수 있도록 함으로써 화장료의 유,수분이 휘발,증발되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 하는 밀폐뚜껑을 갖는 듀얼 화장품 용기에 관한 것이다.
화장품은 인체를 청결·미화하여 매력을 더하고 용모를 밝게 변화시키거나 피부·모발의 건강을 유지 또는 증진하기 위하여 인체에 사용되는 물품으로서 인체에 대한 작용이 경미한 것을 말한다.
일반적으로 화장품은 계면활성제와 같은 유화제를 이용하여 서로 다른 제형의 화장료를 혼합하여 제조하며 유상원료와 수상원료의 결합구조에 따라 유중수형과 수중유형의 화장료로 구분할 수 있다.
상기 유중수형 화장료는 수상원료 외측에 유상원료를 결합시킨 것으로서 유분감이 많아 피부 흡수가 느리고 사용감이 무겁지만 수중유형보다 지속성이 높은 장점이 있어 지속성이 필요한 화장품의 경우 땀이나 물에 대한 내수성을 증진시키기 위하여 유중수형 화장료를 사용하여 제조한다.
상기 유중수형 화장료의 사용감이 무겁고 끈적이는 단점을 보완하기 위하여 내용물의 점도를 낮추어 제조하였는데 상기 저점도 유중수형 제품은 유통 중 용기 내에서 장기간 보관 시 내상인 수상원료와 외상인 유상원료가 서로 분리되는 경우가 있어 사용자가 용기를 흔들어서 분리된 수상원료와 유상원료를 혼합하여 사용해야하는 번거로운 문제점이 있었다.
상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 도 1에서 보는 바와 같이 본 출원인은 대한민국등록특허 제10-1257628호를 개시하였는데 이는 저점도 유중수형 내용물을 함침부재(1)에 함침시켜 콤팩트 용기에 넣은 제품이다.
그러나, 상기 종래기술은 화장료 수용공간이 하나만 형성되어 있어 한 가지 화장료만 충전할 수 있기 때문에 소비자가 두 가지 화장료를 사용하고 싶을 때에는 다른 화장품을 별도로 구비하여 사용해야 하는 문제점이 있었다.
상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 도 2에서 보는 바와 같이 대한민국등록특허 제10-1066005호가 개시되었는데 이는 수납부를 덮는 덮개(2)에 제2수납부(3)를 형성하여 화장도구 또는 화장료를 수납할 수 있도록 하여 콤팩트 용기 하나만 구비하여도 두 가지 화장료를 사용할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
그러나, 상기 종래기술은 수납부(3)가 밀폐되지 않아 상기 수납부(3) 내에 내장된 화장료의 유,수분이 대기중으로 휘발, 증발되고 이로 인해 화장료가 딱딱하게 굳어 화장료 본래의 기능을 상실하게 되는 문제가 있어 화장료의 휘발성 원료 증발을 차단하기 위한 방법이 필요한 실정이다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 안출된 것으로 두 개의 화장품 용기가 상하층으로 연결되어 두 개의 층을 가지도록 형성하되, 두 개의 층에 각각 제1,2내용기를 형성하여 화장품 용기 내에 두 개의 화장료 수용공간을 형성하고, 제1,2내용기에 각각 다른 화장료가 함침된 제1,2함침부재를 내장시킴으로써 사용자가 본 발명에 따른 듀얼 화장품 용기를 구비하면 두 가지 화장료를 사용할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 간편하게 두 가지 화장품을 휴대할 수 있도록 하는 밀폐뚜껑을 갖는 듀얼 화장품 용기를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.
또한, 제1,2내용기 각각의 상부에 제1,2밀폐뚜껑을 형성하여 화장료가 내장되어 있는 제1,2내용기를 효과적으로 밀폐시킬 수 있도록 함으로써 화장료의 유,수분이 휘발,증발되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 하는 밀폐뚜껑을 갖는 듀얼 화장품 용기를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.
또한, 제1,2내용기 상부에 제1,2뚜껑이 덮어지도록 형성하고 상기 제1,2뚜껑에 각각 제1,2가압버튼을 형성함으로써 사용할 화장료가 담긴 내용기 상부의 뚜껑을 사용자 임의대로 선택하여 개방할 수 있도록 하는 밀폐뚜껑을 갖는 듀얼 화장품 용기를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.
또한, 제1,2밀폐뚜껑 하단에 연장 형성된 제1,2하부연장돌륜이 제1,2내용기의 제1,2외벽 내측에 강제 삽입되어 상기 제1,2내용기를 첫 번째 밀폐하고, 제1,2고정구 상단에 연장 형성된 제1,2상부연장돌륜이 제1,2밀폐뚜껑 하단 내측에 밀착하여 제1,2내용기를 두 번째 밀폐함에 따라 이중으로 밀폐효과를 얻을 수 있는 밀폐뚜껑을 갖는 듀얼 화장품 용기를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.
본 발명은 외주연에 제1가압버튼장착공간(13)이 형성된 용기본체(10)와;
상기 용기본체(10)에 장착되며 내부에 제1함침부재(25)가 장착되는 제1내용기(20)와;
상기 용기본체(10) 일측에 힌지 결합되어 상기 제1내용기(20)를 밀폐시키는 제1밀폐뚜껑(30)과;
상기 용기본체(10) 일측에 힌지 결합되며 상면에 수용공간(41)이 형성되고 외주연에 제2가압버튼장착공간(44)이 형성된 제1뚜껑(40)과;
상기 제1뚜껑(40)의 수용공간(41)에 장착되며 내부에 제2함침부재(55)가 장착되는 제2내용기(50)와;
상기 제1뚜껑(40) 일측에 힌지 결합되어 상기 제2내용기(50)를 밀폐시키는 제2밀폐뚜껑(60)과;
상기 용기본체(10) 일측에 힌지 결합되는 제2뚜껑(70)과;
상기 용기본체(10)의 제1가압버튼장착공간(13)에 장착되는 제1가압버튼(80)과;
상기 제1뚜껑(40)의 제2가압버튼장착공간(44)에 장착되는 제2가압버튼(90);으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐뚜껑을 갖는 듀얼 화장품 용기를 제공한다.
또한, 상기 제1,2내용기(20,50) 상부에는 제1,2함침부재(25,55)가 이탈되는 것을 방지하는 제1,2고정구(26,56)가 각각 결합되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 제1,2고정구(26,56) 상단에는 제1,2상부연장돌륜(28,58)이 각각 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 제1,2밀폐뚜껑(30,60)의 하단에는 제1,2내용기(20,50)의 제1,2외벽(23,53) 내측에 강제 삽입되는 제1,2하부연장돌륜(31,61)이 각각 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 제1,2가압버튼(80,90) 뒷면에는 제1,2탄성부재안착홈(82,92)이 형성되며, 상기 제1,2탄성부재안착홈(82,92)에는 제1,2가압버튼(80,90)을 전방으로 탄력 지지하는 제1,2탄성부재(83,93)가 각각 설치되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 밀폐뚜껑을 갖는 듀얼 화장품 용기는 두 개의 화장품 용기가 상하층으로 연결되어 두 개의 층을 가지도록 형성하되, 두 개의 층에 각각 제1,2내용기를 형성하여 화장품 용기 내에 두 개의 화장료 수용공간을 형성하고, 제1,2내용기에 각각 다른 화장료가 함침된 제1,2함침부재를 내장시킴으로써 사용자가 본 발명에 따른 듀얼 화장품 용기를 구비하면 두 가지 화장료를 사용할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 간편하게 두 가지 화장품을 휴대할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한, 제1,2내용기 각각의 상부에 제1,2밀폐뚜껑을 형성하여 화장료가 내장되어 있는 제1,2내용기를 효과적으로 밀폐시킬 수 있도록 함으로써 화장료의 유,수분이 휘발,증발되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한, 제1,2내용기 상부에 제1,2뚜껑이 덮어지도록 형성하고 상기 제1,2뚜껑에 각각 제1,2가압버튼을 형성함으로써 사용할 화장료가 담긴 내용기 상부의 뚜껑을 사용자 임의대로 선택하여 개방할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한, 제1,2밀폐뚜껑 하단에 연장 형성된 제1,2하부연장돌륜이 제1,2내용기의 제1,2외벽 내측에 강제 삽입되어 상기 제1,2내용기를 첫 번째 밀폐하고, 제1,2고정구 상단에 연장 형성된 제1,2상부연장돌륜이 제1,2밀폐뚜껑 하단 내측에 밀착하여 제1,2내용기를 두 번째 밀폐함에 따라 이중으로 밀폐효과를 얻을 수 있는 효과가 있다.

본 발명의 밀폐뚜껑을 갖는 듀얼 화장품 용기는 외주연에 제1가압버튼장착공간(13)이 형성된 용기본체(10)와, 상기 용기본체(10)에 장착되며 내부에 제1함침부재(25)가 장착되는 제1내용기(20)와, 상기 용기본체(10) 일측에 힌지 결합되어 상기 제1내용기(20)를 밀폐시키는 제1밀폐뚜껑(30)과, 상기 용기본체(10) 일측에 힌지 결합되며 상면에 수용공간(41)이 형성되고 외주연에 제2가압버튼장착공간(44)이 형성된 제1뚜껑(40)과, 상기 제1뚜껑(40)의 수용공간(41)에 장착되며 내부에 제2함침부재(55)가 장착되는 제2내용기(50)와, 상기 제1뚜껑(40) 일측에 힌지 결합되어 상기 제2내용기(50)를 밀폐시키는 제2밀폐뚜껑(60)과, 상기 용기본체(10) 일측에 힌지 결합되는 제2뚜껑(70)과, 상기 용기본체(10)의 제1가압버튼장착공간(13)에 장착되는 제1가압버튼(80)과, 상기 제1뚜껑(40)의 제2가압버튼장착공간(44)에 장착되는 제2가압버튼(90)으로 구성된다.

상기 힌지부(11)에는 도 7에서 보는 바와 같이 제1뚜껑(40)과 제2뚜껑(70)이 동시에 힌지 결합된다.
상기 제1힌지블럭장착공간(12)에는 제1밀폐뚜껑(30)에 형성된 제1힌지블럭(32)이 장착된다.
상기 제1가압버튼장착공간(13)에는 제1가압버튼(80)이 장착된다.
상기 용기본체(10)의 내주면에는 제1체결환홈(14)이 형성되며, 상기 제1체결환홈(14)에는 제1내용기(20)에 형성된 제1체결환돌기(24)가 결합된다.
상기 용기본체(10)에는 제1내용기(20)가 장착된다.
상기 제1내용기(20)는 제1바닥면(21)과, 상기 제1바닥면(21)으로부터 상부로 연장 형성된 제1내벽(22)과, 상기 제1내벽(22)의 외측으로 일정간격 이격되어 연장 형성된 제1외벽(23)으로 이루어진다.
상기 제1내벽(22)의 외주면에는 제1고정구(26)가 끼움 결합된다.
상기 제1외벽(23)의 외주면에는 제1체결환돌기(24)가 형성되며, 상기 제1체결환돌기(24)는 용기본체(10)의 제1체결환홈(14)에 결합되어 제1내용기(20)를 상기 용기본체(10)에 고정시킨다.
상기 제1내용기(20)에는 화장료가 함침된 제1함침부재(25)가 장착되며, 상기 제1함침부재(25)는 BR(Butadiene Rubber), SBR(Styrene Butadiene Rubber), NR(Nateral Rubber), NBR(acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber), 습식우레탄, 건식우레탄, 폴리에테르, 폴리에스테르, 폴리염화비닐, 폴리에틸렌, 라텍스, 실리콘, PVA(PolyVinyl Alcohol), 니트릴고무, 부틸고무 및 네오프렌으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 재질로 이루어진다.
상기 제1내용기(20) 상부에는 제1고정구(26)가 결합되며, 상기 제1고정구(26)는 제1내용기(20)의 제1내벽(22) 외주면에 끼워져서 결합된다.
상기 제1고정구(26)는 내측으로 연장 형성되는 제1수평연장편(27)과 상단으로 연장 형성된 제1상부연장돌륜(28)으로 구성된다.
상기 제1수평연장편(27)은 제1내용기(20)의 제1내벽(22) 상단에 안착되어 제1함침부재(25)가 이탈되는 것을 방지한다.
상기 제1상부연장돌륜(28)은 도 5와 도 6에서 보는 바와 같이 제1밀폐뚜껑(30)의 아래쪽 내측에 밀착하여 제1내용기(20)의 밀폐력을 증대시키는 역할을 한다.
상기 제1밀폐뚜껑(30)은 하단에 제1하부연장돌륜(31)이 형성되고, 일측에 제1힌지블럭(32)이 형성된다.
상기 제1하부연장돌륜(31)은 도 5와 도 6에서 보는 바와 같이 제1내용기(20)의 제1외벽(23) 내측에 강제 삽입되어 상기 제1내용기(20)를 밀폐시킨다.
상기 제1힌지블럭(32)은 용기본체(10)의 제1힌지블럭장착공간(12)에 장착된 후, 제1힌지핀(33)에 의해 용기본체(10)와 힌지 결합된다.
상기 제1밀폐뚜껑(30)은 화장료가 내장되어 있는 제1내용기(20)를 밀폐시킴으로써 상기 화장료의 유,수분이 휘발,증발되는 것을 방지하여 장기간 화장료가 제 기능을 발휘할 수 있도록 한다.
상기 제1밀폐뚜껑(30)의 하단에 연장 형성된 제1하부연장돌륜(31)이 제1내용기(20)의 제1외벽(23) 내측에 강제 삽입되어 상기 제1내용기(20)를 첫 번째 밀폐하고, 제1고정구(26)의 상단에 연장 형성된 제1상부연장돌륜(28)이 제1밀폐뚜껑(30) 아래쪽 내측에 밀착하여 제1내용기(20)를 두 번째 밀폐함에 따라 이중으로 밀폐효과를 얻을 수 있다.
상기 용기본체(10) 일측에는 제1뚜껑(40)이 힌지 결합된다.
상기 제1뚜껑(40)은 상면에 수용공간(41)이 형성되고, 일측에 제1뚜껑힌지(42)가 형성되며, 외주연에 제2힌지블럭장착공간(43)과 제2가압버튼장착공간(44)이 형성된다.
상기 수용공간(41)에는 제2내용기(50)가 장착된다.
상기 제1뚜껑힌지(42)는 도 7에서 보는 바와 같이 용기본체(10)의 힌지부(11)에 제2뚜껑(70)과 동시에 힌지 결합된다.
상기 제2힌지블럭장착공간(43)에는 제2밀폐뚜껑(60)에 형성된 제2힌지블럭(62)이 장착된다.
상기 제2가압버튼장착공간(44)에는 제2가압버튼(90)이 장착된다.
상기 제1뚜껑(40)의 내주면에는 제2체결환홈(45)이 형성되며, 상기 제2체결환홈(45)에는 제2내용기(50)에 형성된 제2체결환돌기(54)가 결합된다.
상기 제1뚜껑(40)의 하면에는 제1거울(46)이 결합되고, 하부에는 제1걸림돌기(47)가 연장 형성된다.
상기 제1거울(46)은 도 12와 13에서 보는 바와 같이 본 발명의 밀폐뚜껑을 갖는 듀얼 화장품 용기의 제1뚜껑(40)과 제1밀폐뚜껑(30)을 개방한 후, 제1내용기(20)에 수용된 화장료를 사용할 때 편리하게 사용할 수 있게 한다.
상기 제1걸림돌기(47)는 용기본체(10)에 결합되는 제1가압버튼(80)의 제1걸림홈(81)에 걸림 결합되어 제1뚜껑(40)을 개폐시키는 역할을 한다.
상기 제1뚜껑(40)의 수용공간(41)에는 제2내용기(50)가 장착된다.
상기 제2내용기(50)는 제2바닥면(51)과, 상기 제2바닥면(51)으로부터 상부로 연장 형성된 제2내벽(52)과, 상기 제2내벽(52)의 외측으로 일정간격 이격되어 연장 형성된 제2외벽(53)으로 이루어진다.
상기 제2내벽(52)의 외주면에는 제2고정구(56)가 끼움 결합된다.
상기 제2외벽(53)의 외주면에는 제2체결환돌기(54)가 형성되며, 상기 제2체결환돌기(54)는 제1뚜껑(40)의 제2체결환홈(45)에 결합되어 제2내용기(50)를 상기 제1뚜껑(40)에 고정시킨다.
상기 제2내용기(50)에는 화장료가 함침된 제2함침부재(55)가 장착되며, 상기 제2함침부재(55)는 BR(Butadiene Rubber), SBR(Styrene Butadiene Rubber), NR(Nateral Rubber), NBR(acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber), 습식우레탄, 건식우레탄, 폴리에테르, 폴리에스테르, 폴리염화비닐, 폴리에틸렌, 라텍스, 실리콘, PVA(PolyVinyl Alcohol), 니트릴고무, 부틸고무 및 네오프렌으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 재질로 이루어진다.
상기 제2함침부재(55)에 함침된 화장료는 제1함침부재(25)에 함침된 화장료와 다른 것이 함침되므로 두 가지 화장료를 사용할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 간편하게 두 가지 화장품을 휴대할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
상기 제2내용기(50) 상부에는 제2고정구(56)가 결합되며, 상기 제2고정구(56)는 제2내용기(50)의 제2내벽(52) 외주면에 끼워져서 결합된다.
상기 제2고정구(56)는 내측으로 연장 형성되는 제2수평연장편(57)과 상단으로 연장 형성된 제2상부연장돌륜(58)으로 구성된다.
상기 제2수평연장편(57)은 제2내용기(50)의 제2내벽(52) 상단에 안착되어 제2함침부재(55)가 이탈되는 것을 방지한다.
상기 제2상부연장돌륜(58)은 도 5와 도 6에서 보는 바와 같이 제2밀폐뚜껑(60)의 아래쪽 내측에 밀착하여 제2내용기(50)의 밀폐력을 증대시키는 역할을 한다.
상기 제2밀폐뚜껑(60)은 하단에 제2하부연장돌륜(61)이 형성되고, 일측에 제2힌지블럭(62)이 형성된다.
상기 제2하부연장돌륜(61)은 도 5와 도 6에서 보는 바와 같이 제2내용기(50)의 제2외벽(53) 내측에 강제 삽입되어 상기 제2내용기(50)를 밀폐시킨다.
상기 제2힌지블럭(62)은 제1뚜껑(40)의 제2힌지블럭장착공간(43)에 장착된 후, 제2힌지핀(63)에 의해 제1뚜껑(40)과 힌지 결합된다.
상기 제2밀폐뚜껑(60)은 화장료가 내장되어 있는 제2내용기(50)를 밀폐시킴으로써 상기 화장료의 유,수분이 휘발,증발되는 것을 방지하여 장기간 화장료가 제 기능을 발휘할 수 있도록 한다.
상기 제2밀폐뚜껑(60)의 하단에 연장 형성된 제2하부연장돌륜(61)이 제2내용기(50)의 제2외벽(53) 내측에 강제 삽입되어 상기 제2내용기(50)를 첫 번째 밀폐하고, 제2고정구(56)의 상단에 연장 형성된 제2상부연장돌륜(58)이 제2밀폐뚜껑(60) 아래쪽 내측에 밀착하여 제2내용기(50)를 두 번째 밀폐함에 따라 이중으로 밀폐효과를 얻을 수 있다.
상기 용기본체(10) 일측에는 제2뚜껑(70)이 힌지 결합된다.
상기 제2뚜껑(70)은 일측에 제2뚜껑힌지(71)가 형성되며, 상기 제2뚜껑힌지(71)의 반대편에 제2걸림홈(72)이 형성된다.
상기 제2뚜껑힌지(71)는 도 7에서 보는 바와 같이 용기본체(10)의 힌지부(11)에 제1뚜껑(40)과 동시에 힌지 결합된다.
상기 제2걸림홈(72)은 제1뚜껑(40)에 결합되는 제2가압버튼(90)의 제2걸림돌기(91)에 걸림 결합되어 제2뚜껑(70)을 개폐시키는 역할을 한다.
상기 제2뚜껑(70)의 내측에는 제2거울(73)이 결합되며, 상기 제2거울(73)은 도 9와 10에서 보는 바와 같이 본 발명의 밀폐뚜껑을 갖는 듀얼 화장품 용기의 제2뚜껑(70)과 제2밀폐뚜껑(60)을 개방한 후, 제2내용기(50)에 수용된 화장료를 사용할 때 편리하게 사용할 수 있게 한다.
상기 용기본체(10)의 제1가압버튼장착공간(13)에는 제1가압버튼(80)이 장착된다.
상기 제1가압버튼(80)은 상부에 제1걸림홈(81)이 형성되고, 뒷면에 제1탄성부재안착홈(82)이 형성된다.
상기 제1걸림홈(81)은 제1뚜껑(40)에 형성된 제1걸림돌기(47)과 결합되어 상기 제1뚜껑(40)을 개폐하는 역할을 한다.
상기 제1탄성부재안착홈(82)에는 제1가압버튼(80)을 전방으로 탄발지지하는 제1탄성부재(83)가 설치된다.
상기 제1뚜껑(40)의 제2가압버튼장착공간(44)에는 제2가압버튼(90)이 장착된다.
상기 제2가압버튼(90)은 상부에 제2걸림돌기(91)가 형성되고, 뒷면에 제2탄성부재안착홈(92)이 형성된다.
상기 제2걸림돌기(91)는 제2뚜껑(70)에 형성된 제2걸림홈(72)과 결합되어 상기 제2뚜껑(70)을 개폐하는 역할을 한다.
상기 제2탄성부재안착홈(92)에는 제2가압버튼(90)을 전방으로 탄발지지하는 제2탄성부재(93)가 설치된다.
상기 제1,2가압버튼(80,90)을 형성하여 제1,2내용기(20,50) 상부에 덮여지는 제1,2뚜껑(40,70)을 사용자가 선택하여 개방할 수 있어서 상기 제1,2내용기(20,50)에 수용된 각각의 화장료를 선택하여 사용할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 밀폐뚜껑을 갖는 듀얼 화장품 용기의 조립방법 및 사용상태를 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 발명의 밀폐뚜껑을 갖는 듀얼 화장품 용기를 조립하기 위해 일측에 힌지부(11)가 형성되고 외주연에 제1힌지블럭장착공간(12)과 제1가압버튼장착공간(13)이 형성된 용기본체(10)의 제1가압버튼장착공간(13)에 제1가압버튼(80)을 장착하되, 상기 제1가압버튼(80)은 상부에 제1걸림홈(81)이 형성되고, 뒷면에 제1탄성부재안착홈(82)이 형성되어 있다.
이후, 상기 용기본체(10)에 제1내용기(20)를 장착한다.
그리고, 상기 제1내용기(20)에 화장료가 함침된 제1함침부재(25)를 장착한 다음, 제1고정구(26)를 제1내벽(22) 외측에 끼움 결합한다.
그리고, 용기본체(10)의 일측에 제1내용기(20)를 밀폐시키는 제1밀폐뚜껑(30)을 힌지 결합한다.
이후, 제1뚜껑(40)의 제2가압버튼장착공간(44)에 제2가압버튼(90)을 장착한다.
그리고, 상기 제1뚜껑(40)과 제2뚜껑(70)을 용기본체(10)의 힌지부(11)에 힌지 결합한다.
그 다음, 상기 제1뚜껑(40)의 수용공간(41)에 제2내용기(50)를 장착한다.
그리고, 상기 제2내용기(50)에 화장료가 함침된 제2함침부재(55)를 장착한 다음, 제2고정구(56)를 제2내벽(52) 외측에 끼움 결합한다.
그리고, 제1뚜껑(40)의 일측에 제2내용기(50)를 밀폐시키는 제2밀폐뚜껑(60)을 힌지 결합시켜 조립을 완료한다.
상기의 방법으로 조립된 밀폐뚜껑을 갖는 듀얼 화장품 용기를 사용하기 위해서 도 8에서 보는 바와 같이 제1뚜껑(40)의 일측에 결합된 제2가압버튼(90)을 가압하여 상기 제2가압버튼(90)에 걸림 결합된 제2뚜껑(70)의 결합을 해제한 후, 도 9에서 보는 바와 같이 제2뚜껑(70)을 개방한다.
이후, 도 10에서 보는 바와 같이 제2밀폐뚜껑(60)을 개방하여 제2내용기(50)에 수용된 화장료를 사용한다.
사용자가 다른 화장료를 사용하고자 한다면 도 11에서 보는 바와 같이 용기본체(10)의 일측에 결합된 제1가압버튼(80)을 가압하여 상기 제1가압버튼(80)이 결합된 제1뚜껑(40)의 결합을 해제한 후, 도 12에서 보는 바와 같이 제1뚜껑(40)을 개방한다.
이후, 도 13에서 보는 바와 같이 제1밀폐뚜껑(30)을 개방하여 제1내용기(20)에 수용된 화장료를 사용한다.
본 발명의 밀폐뚜껑을 갖는 듀얼 화장품 용기는 하나의 화장품 용기 내에 서로 다른 화장료가 함침된 제1,2내용기(20,50)를 결합함으로써 사용자가 두 가지 화장료를 사용할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 간편하게 휴대할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
이상, 본 발명에서 설명한 것은 밀폐뚜껑을 갖는 듀얼 화장품 용기를 실시하기 위한 일실시예에 불과한 것으로, 본 발명은 상기 일실시예에 한정되는 것이 아니다. 첨부된 청구범위에서 청구하는 바와 같이 본 발명의 요지를 벗어남이 없이 당해 발명이 속하는 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 누구든지 다양한 변경 실시가 가능한 범위까지 본 발명의 범위에 속하는 것으로 간주 되어야 할 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 외주연에 제1가압버튼장착공간(13)이 형성된 용기본체(10)와;
    상기 용기본체(10)에 장착되며 내부에 제1함침부재(25)가 장착되는 제1내용기(20)와;
    상기 용기본체(10) 일측에 힌지 결합되어 상기 제1내용기(20)를 밀폐시키는 제1밀폐뚜껑(30)과;
    상기 용기본체(10) 일측에 힌지 결합되며 상면에 수용공간(41)이 형성되고 외주연에 제2가압버튼장착공간(44)이 형성된 제1뚜껑(40)과;
    상기 제1뚜껑(40)의 수용공간(41)에 장착되며 내부에 제2함침부재(55)가 장착되는 제2내용기(50)와;
    상기 제1뚜껑(40) 일측에 힌지 결합되어 상기 제2내용기(50)를 밀폐시키는 제2밀폐뚜껑(60)과;
    상기 용기본체(10) 일측에 힌지 결합되는 제2뚜껑(70)과;
    상기 용기본체(10)의 제1가압버튼장착공간(13)에 장착되는 제1가압버튼(80)과;
    상기 제1뚜껑(40)의 제2가압버튼장착공간(44)에 장착되는 제2가압버튼(90);으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐뚜껑을 갖는 듀얼 화장품 용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제1,2내용기(20,50) 상부에는 제1,2함침부재(25,55)가 이탈되는 것을 방지하는 제1,2고정구(26,56)가 각각 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐뚜껑을 갖는 듀얼 화장품 용기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 제1,2고정구(26,56) 상단에는 제1,2상부연장돌륜(28,58)이 각각 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐뚜껑을 갖는 듀얼 화장품 용기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제1,2밀폐뚜껑(30,60)의 하단에는 제1,2내용기(20,50)의 제1,2외벽(23,53) 내측에 강제 삽입되는 제1,2하부연장돌륜(31,61)이 각각 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐뚜껑을 갖는 듀얼 화장품 용기.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제1,2가압버튼(80,90) 뒷면에는 제1,2탄성부재안착홈(82,92)이 형성되며, 상기 제1,2탄성부재안착홈(82,92)에는 제1,2가압버튼(80,90)을 전방으로 탄발지지하는 제1,2탄성부재(83,93)가 각각 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐뚜껑을 갖는 듀얼 화장품 용기.
