이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 본 출원인은 등록특허 제10-1159877호에서 저점도 유중수형 내용물을 함침부재에 함침시켜 콤팩트 용기에 넣은 제품을 개발하였다.
겔상 내용물을 함침한 콤팩트 용기에서 내부용기에 수용되며 겔상 내용물을 함침한 함침부재는 최초 사용시에는 겔상 내용물이 함침부재에 골고루 함침되어 있다.
그러나, 소비자가 함침부재의 겔상 내용물을 퍼프로 찍어서 사용함에 따라 함침부재의 윗부분에 있던 겔상 내용물은 고갈이 되고, 더욱이 중력에 의해 겔상 내용물이 함침부재의 상부에서 하부로 이동하여 하부에 겔상 내용물이 남아 있는데에도 불구하고 함침부재의 윗면에 퍼프를 찍어서 사용하려해도 겔상 내용물이 제대로 묻어나지 않아 콤팩트를 사용하기가 매우 어려운 문제점이 있다.
또한, 함침부재에 함침된 내용물을 퍼프를 이용하여 직접 취하여 사용하기 때문에 내용물의 배출을 제어할 수 없는 문제점이 있다.
본 고안은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 안출된 것으로, 고무배출패드의 탄성에 의해서 내용물용기의 아래쪽까지 고무배출패드가 눌려져서 내용물용기에 수용된 내용물을 잔량없이 사용할 수 있는 고무배출패드를 구비한 파운데이션 용기를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.
또한, 본 고안은 내용물용기 상단에 고무배출패드가 결합되어 상기 내용물용기에 수용된 내용물이 고무배출패드의 토출구멍을 통과하여 배출되기 때문에 고무배출패드를 누르는 힘에 따라 내용물용기에 수용된 내용물의 토출량을 조절하여 낭비를 방지할 수 있는 고무배출패드를 구비한 파운데이션 용기를 제공하는데 목적이 있다.
본 고안은 용기본체(10)와 상기 용기본체(10)에 힌지 결합하여 개폐되는 용기뚜껑(20)으로 이루어진 파운데이션 용기에 있어서,
상기 용기본체(10) 내부에 장착되며 내주면에 결합홈(32)이 형성된 내부용기(30);
상기 내부용기(30)와 결합되는 내부용기덮개(40);
상기 내부용기(30) 내측에 결합되며 측면에 탄성리브(53)가 구비된 내용물용기(50);
상기 내용물용기(50) 상단에 결합되며 토출구멍(61)이 형성된 고무배출패드(60);로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 고무배출패드를 구비한 파운데이션 용기를 제공한다.
또한, 본 고안의 토출구멍(61)의 직경은 0.01mm 내지 1.0mm의 크기로 형성됨을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 본 고안의 토출구멍(61)은 50개 내지 200개를 고무배출패드(60)에 분포시켜 형성함을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 본 고안의 내부용기(30)는 상단에 밀폐홈(31)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 본 고안의 내부용기덮개(40)는 일측면에 개폐손잡이(41)가 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 본 고안의 내부용기덮개(40)는 아래쪽에 밀폐편(42)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 본 고안의 내용물용기(50)는 상단에 걸림돌기(52)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 본 고안의 내용물용기(50)의 탄성리브(53)는 바깥쪽에 결합돌기(54)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 본 고안의 내용물용기(50) 내측에는 함침부재(70)가 더 형성될 수 있다.
또한, 본 고안의 고무배출패드(60)는 끝부분에 걸림부(62)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 고안에 따른 고무배출패드를 구비한 파운데이션 용기는 고무배출패드의 탄성에 의해서 내용물용기의 아래쪽까지 고무배출패드가 눌려져서 내용물용기에 수용된 내용물을 잔량없이 사용할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 고안에 따른 고무배출패드를 구비한 파운데이션 용기는 내용물용기 상단에 고무배출패드가 결합되어 상기 내용물용기에 수용된 내용물이 고무배출패드의 토출구멍을 통과하여 배출되기 때문에 고무배출패드를 누르는 힘에 따라 내용물용기에 수용된 내용물의 토출량을 조절하여 낭비를 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

본 고안에 따른 스크린망과 주름저장부를 구비한 파운데이션 고무배출패드를 구비한 파운데이션 용기의 일실시예를 첨부도면을 참조하여 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 1은 본 고안의 고무배출패드를 구비한 파운데이션 용기의 용기뚜껑을 개방한 상태의 사시도이며, 도 2는 본 고안의 고무배출패드를 구비한 파운데이션 용기의 분리 사시도이다. 도 3은 본 고안의 고무배출패드를 구비한 파운데이션 용기의 용기뚜껑을 개봉한 상태의 결합 단면도이고, 도 4는 본 고안의 고무배출패드를 구비한 파운데이션 용기의 고무배출패드와 내용물용기의 결합 과정을 나타내는 상태도이다. 도 5는 본 고안의 고무배출패드를 구비한 파운데이션 용기의 고무배출패드와 내용물용기가 결합된 상태를 나타내는 상태도이며, 도 6은 본 고안의 고무배출패드를 구비한 파운데이션 용기의 내용물용기를 용기본체에 결합하는 상태를 나타내는 상태도이다. 도 7은 본 고안의 고무배출패드를 구비한 파운데이션 용기의 또 다른 실시예의 결합 단면도이다.
본 고안의 일실시예에 따른 고무배출패드를 구비한 파운데이션 용기는 용기본체(10)와 상기 용기본체(10)와 힌지 결합하는 용기뚜껑(20), 상기 용기본체(10) 내부에 장착되는 내부용기(30), 상기 내부용기(30)에 결합되는 내부용기덮개(40), 상기 내부용기(30)에 결합되는 내용물용기(50), 상기 내용물용기(50) 상단에 결합되는 고무배출패드(60)로 이루어진다.
상기 용기본체(10)는 일측면에 잠금턱(12)을 구비한 누름버튼(11)과 상기 누름버튼(11)의 마주보는 쪽에 힌지가 형성되어 용기뚜껑(20)과 힌지 결합으로 이루어져 있다.
상기 용기본체(10)는 내부에 내부용기(30)가 장착되며, 상기 내부용기(30)는 용기본체(10)와 일체로 형성될 수도 있다.
상기 누름버튼(11)은 사용자의 누름 동작에 의해 누름버튼(11)의 상부에 연장 형성된 잠금턱(12)이 용이하게 후퇴되어 용기뚜껑(20)의 잠금돌기(22)로부터 이탈될 수 있도록 한다.
상기 용기뚜껑(20)은 용기본체(10)의 상부를 덮는 것으로 용기본체(10)와 힌지 결합으로 연결되며, 용기본체(10)를 개방하거나 폐쇄하는 역할을 한다.
상기 용기뚜껑(20) 일측에는 잠금돌기(22)를 형성하되 잠금턱(12)과 대응하도록 돌기 형상으로 이루어진다.
또한, 상기 용기뚜껑(20)의 내측에는 거울(21)을 구비하며, 상기 거울(21)은 파운데이션을 이용하여 화장을 할 때 손쉽게 화장을 할 수 있게 한다.
상기 내부용기(30)는 상단에 밀폐홈(31)이 형성되며, 내주면 하단에는 결합홈(32)이 형성된다.
또한, 내부용기(30)는 내부용기덮개(40)와 결합을 위한 힌지블라켓(33)과 힌지핀(34)이 형성되어 있다.
상기 내부용기(30)는 용기본체(10)와 일체로 형성될 수도 있고, 분리하여 형성될 수도 있다.
본 고안에서는 분리하여 형성된 구조를 바탕으로 설명을 한다.
상기 밀폐홈(31)은 내부용기(30)의 상단에 형성되며, 내부용기덮개(40)의 밀폐편(42)이 끼워져서 내용물용기(50)의 기밀성을 증대시키는 역할을 한다.
상기 결합홈(32)은 내용물용기(50)와 결합하여 상기 내용물용기(50)를 내부용기(30)에 고정 결합시켜준다.
상기 힌지블라켓(33)은 내부용기(30)의 측면에 형성되어 힌지핀(34)에 의해 용기본체덮개(40)와 힌지 결합한다.
상기 내부용기덮개(40)는 일측에 힌지돌기(43)를 형성하며, 내부용기(30)와 힌지 결합한다.
또한, 내부용기덮개(40)의 상면에는 화장도구인 퍼프(도면미도시)를 보관할 수 있는 퍼프내장공간(44)이 형성된다.
상기 내부용기덮개(40)의 일측에 형성된 힌지돌기(43)는 내부용기(30)의 힌지블라켓(33)에 끼워져서 힌지핀(34)에 의해 고정 설치된다.
상기 내부용기덮개(40)의 하단에는 밀폐편(42)이 형성되어 내부용기(30)의 밀폐홈(31)에 끼워져서 내용물용기(50)의 기밀성을 증대시키는 역할을 한다.
상기 내부용기덮개(40)의 일측면에는 용이한 개폐를 위해 개폐손잡이(41)가 형성된다.
상기 내용물용기(50)는 내부용기(30) 내측에 결합되며 측면에 탄성리브(53)가 형성되고 상단 외주면에는 걸림돌기(52)가 형성된다.
상기 내용물용기(50) 내부에는 내용물이 수용된다.
상기 걸림돌기(52)는 내용물용기(50) 상단 외주면에 형성되며, 고무배출패드(60)가 결합된다.
상기 탄성리브(53)는 탄성적으로 움직이며, 바깥쪽에 결합돌기(54)가 형성되어 내용물용기(50)가 내부용기(30)의 결합홈(32)에 손쉽게 결합될 수 있게 한다.
또한, 본 고안의 내용물용기(50) 내측에는 도 7에서 보는 바와 같이 함침부재(70)가 더 장착될 수 있다.
상기 함침부재(70)는 BR(Butadiene Rubber), SBR(Styrene Butadiene Rubber), NR(Nateral Rubber), 습식우레탄, 건식 우레탄, 폴리에테르, 폴리에스테르, 폴리염화 비닐, 폴리에틸렌, 라텍스, 실리콘, PVA(PolyVinyl Alcohol), 실리콘제 엘라스토머, 니트릴고무, 부틸고무 및 네오프렌으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 재질을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 고무배출패드(60)는 내용물이 배출될 수 있게 다수의 토출구멍(61)이 형성되며, 끝부분에 걸림부(62)가 형성된다.
상기 고무배출패드(60)는 탄성에 의해서 내용물용기(50)의 아래쪽까지 고무배출패드(60)가 눌려져서 내용물용기(50)에 수용된 내용물을 잔량없이 사용할 수 있으며, 상기 내용물이 고무배출패드(60)의 토출구멍(61)을 통과하여 배출되기 때문에 고무배출패드(60)를 누르는 힘에 따라 내용물용기(50)에 수용된 내용물의 토출량을 조절하여 낭비를 방지할 수 있다.
상기 고무배출패드(60)는 천연고무 또는 엘라스토머, 실리콘고무, NBR고무 또는 탄성이 우수한 합성수지재 중 하나 이상으로 이루어질 수 있다.
*상기 토출구멍(61)의 직경은 0.01mm 내지 1.0mm로 형성되며, 토출구멍(61)의 개수는 50개 내지 200개를 고무배출패드(60)에 분포시켜 형성한다.
아래 실시예 1 내지 실시예 5 의 각각의 고무배출패드에 대하여, 20대에서 30대 여성 소비자 30명을 대상으로 사용감을 알아보았다.
[실험예 1] 고무배출패드의 토출구멍의 직경에 따른 사용감 측정
고무배출패드의 토출구멍의 직경에 따른 소비자의 사용감을 측정하였다.

실험예 2] 고무배출패드의 토출구멍 갯수에 따른 사용감 측정
고무배출패드(60)의 토출구멍(61) 개수에 따른 소비자의 사용감을 측정하기 위해 고무출패드(60)의 토출구멍의 직경을 0.05mm로 한 후, 다양한 토출구멍(61) 개수의 고무배출패드(60)로 구성된 파운데이션 용기를 제공한 후 소비자의 사용감을 측정하였다.

소비자 사용감 측정 결과 토출구멍(61)의 직경이 0.01mm미만이면 내용물의 입자가 표면장력에 의해 내용물의 배출이 원할하지 않아 소비자의 사용감이 나쁘며, 1.0mm을 초과하면 내용물이 과도하게 배출되어 소비자의 사용감은 나쁘고 고무배출패드(60)가 내용물의 배출량을 조절할 수 없게 된다.
또한, 토출구멍(61)의 개수가 50개미만이면 내용물의 배출이 원할하지 않아 소비자의 사용감이 나쁘며, 200를 초과하면 내용물의 배출량이 너무 많아져서 소비자의 사용감은 나쁘고 고무배출패드(60)가 내용물의 배출량을 조절할 수 없게 된다.
즉, 내용물이 고무배출패드(60)의 토출구멍(61)을 통과하여 배출되기 때문에, 직경은 0.01mm 내지 1.0mm로 형성하고, 개수는 50개 내지 200개를 가져야 소비자의 사용감이 우수하며, 적절한 내용물의 배출량을 조절할 수 있게 된다.
상기 고무배출패드(60)는 끝부분에 걸림부(62)가 형성되며, 상기 걸림부(62)는 내용물용기(50)의 걸림돌기(52)에 결합하여 고무배출패드(60)가 내용물용기(50) 상단에 고정 결합될 수 있게 하는 역할을 한다.
본 고안의 일실시예에 따른 고무배출패드를 구비한 파운데이션 용기의 조립방법 및 사용상태를 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 고안은 힌지 결합으로 연결된 용기본체(10)와 용기뚜껑(20)으로 이루어진 파운데이션 용기에서 상기 용기본체(10)의 내측으로 내부용기(30)를 결합한다. 상기 내부용기(30)는 내부용기덮개(40)와 힌지 결합으로 연결된다.
이후, 도 4에서 보는 바와 같이 내용물용기(50)의 상단에 고무배출패드(60)를 결합하여 도 5에서 보는 바와 같이 조립한 후, 도 6에서 보는 바와 같이 용기본체(10)의 아래쪽으로부터 내용물용기(50)를 끼움 결합하여 본 고안의 고무배출패드를 구비한 파운데이션 용기의 조립을 완료한다.
상기의 방법으로 조립된 고무배출패드를 구비한 파운데이션 용기의 내용물을 사용하기 위해서는 퍼프를 이용하여 고무배출패드(60)를 가압한다.
상기 고무배출패드(60)를 가압하면 고무배출패드(60)의 탄성에 의해서 내용물용기(50)의 아래쪽까지 고무배출패드(60)가 눌려져서 상기 내용물용기(50)에 수용된 내용물이 잔량없이 위쪽으로 토출된다.
또한, 내용물용기(50) 상단에 고무배출패드(60)가 결합되어 상기 내용물용기(50)에 수용된 내용물이 고무배출패드(60)의 토출구멍(61)을 통과하여 배출되기 때문에 고무배출패드(60)를 누르는 힘에 따라 내용물용기(50)에 수용된 내용물의 토출량을 조절하여 낭비를 방지할 수 있다.
또한, 도 7에서 보는 바와 같이 내용물용기(50) 내에는 함침부재(70)를 더 포함할 수 있다. 종래 저점도 유중수형 제품은 유통 중 용기내에서 장기간 보관시 내상인 수상과 외상인 유상이 서로 분리되는 경우가 있는데 내용물을 함침부재에 함침시켜 놓으면 스펀지로 이루어진 함침부재내의 작은 셀내에 내용물이 담겨져 있게 되므로 셀내의 표면장력에 의해 수상과 유상으로 분리되지 않는 장점이 있다.
이상, 본 고안에서 설명한 것은 고무배출패드를 구비한 파운데이션 용기를 실시하기 위한 일실시예에 불과한 것으로, 본 고안은 상기 일실시예에 한정되는 것이 아니다. 첨부된 청구범위에서 청구하는 바와 같이 본 고안의 요지를 벗어남이 없이 당해 고안이 속하는 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 누구든지 다양한 변경 실시가 가능한 범위까지 본 고안의 범위에 속하는 것으로 간주 되어야 할 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 용기본체(10)와 상기 용기본체(10)에 힌지 결합하여 개폐되는 용기뚜껑(20)으로 이루어진 파운데이션 용기에 있어서,
    상기 용기본체(10) 내측에 결합되는 내용물용기(50);
    상기 내용물용기(50) 상단에 결합되며 토출구멍(61)이 형성된 고무배출패드(60);로 구성되되,
    상기 고무배출패드(60)는 끝부분에 걸림부(62)가 형성되고,
    상기 걸림부(62)는 내용물용기(50)의 걸림돌기(52)에 결합하여 고무배출패드(60)가 내용물용기(50) 상단에 고정 결합되며,
    내용물이 고무배출패드(60)의 토출구멍(61)을 통과하여 배출되기 때문에 고무배출패드(60)를 누르는 힘에 따라 내용물용기(50)에 수용된 내용물의 토출량을 조절하기 위해 상기 토출구멍(61)의 직경은 0.01mm 내지 1.0mm의 크기로 형성되고, 50개 내지 200개를 고무배출패드(60)에 분포시켜 형성되며,
    상기 용기본체(10)는 내부에 내부용기덮개(40)가 결합된 내부용기(30)를 더 형성하고,
    상기 내부용기(30)의 내주면 하단에 결합홈(32)이 형성되고,
    상기 내용물용기(50)의 측면에 탄성리브(53)가 형성되며, 탄성리브(53)의 바깥쪽에 결합돌기(54)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고무배출패드를 구비한 파운데이션 용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 내부용기(30)는 상단에 밀폐홈(31)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고무배출패드를 구비한 파운데이션 용기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 내부용기덮개(40)는 하단에 밀폐편(42)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고무배출패드를 구비한 파운데이션 용기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 내용물용기(50)는 내측에 함침부재(70)가 더 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고무배출패드를 구비한 파운데이션 용기.
  5. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 함침부재(70)는 BR(Butadiene Rubber), SBR(Styrene Butadiene Rubber), NR(Nateral Rubber), 습식우레탄, 건식 우레탄, 폴리에테르, 폴리에스테르, 폴리염화 비닐, 폴리에틸렌, 라텍스, 실리콘, PVA(PolyVinyl Alcohol), 실리콘제 엘라스토머, 니트릴고무, 부틸고무 및 네오프렌으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 재질로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고무배출패드를 구비한 파운데이션 용기.
