본 발명은 상,하부실링러버를 갖는 밀폐패킹과 결합텐션돌륜을 구비한 콤팩트 용기에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 리필용기 상부에 밀폐패킹을 결합하되, 상기 밀폐패킹은 고무재질의 상,하부실링러버와 일체로 형성하며 상부실링러버는 리필용기뚜껑과 밀착되게 하고 하부실링러버는 리필용기와 밀착되게 하여 리필용기의 화장료수용공간을 밀폐시킴으로써 화장료가 증발, 휘발되는 것을 방지하도록 하여 장기간 화장료가 제 기능을 발휘할 수 있도록 하고, 또한 종래의 중용기를 제거하고 리필용기를 용기본체에 직접 체결시킴으로써 리필용기의 화장료수용공간을 최대화시키고 이에 따라 많은 화장료를 효과적으로 충전할 수 있게 하여 잦은 화장료 리필의 불편함을 최소화시킬 수 있도록 하며, 이를 위해 용기본체 내측에 결합텐션돌륜을 형성함으로써 리필용기를 조립할 때 결합텐션돌륜이 탄성적으로 움직여서 리필용기를 용이하게 조립할 수 있게 하고 상기 결합텐션돌륜에 결합돌기를 형성하여 리필용기를 용기본체에 효과적으로 고정시킬 수 있도록 하는 상,하부실링러버를 갖는 밀폐패킹과 결합텐션돌륜을 구비한 콤팩트 용기에 관한 것이다.
화장품은 인체를 청결·미화하여 매력을 더하고 용모를 밝게 변화시키거나 피부·모발의 건강을 유지 또는 증진하기 위하여 인체에 사용되는 물품으로서 인체에 대한 작용이 경미한 것을 말한다.
일반적으로 화장품은 계면활성제와 같은 유화제를 이용하여 서로 다른 제형의 화장료를 혼합하여 제조하며 혼합방법에 따라 유상원료에 수상원료를 혼합한 유중수형과 수상원료에 유상원료를 혼합한 수중유형의 화장료로 구분할 수 있다.
*상기 유중수형 화장료는 유상원료에 수상원료를 혼합한 것으로서 유분감이 많아 피부 흡수가 느리고 사용감이 무겁지만 수중유형보다 지속성이 높은 장점이 있어 지속성이 필요한 화장품의 경우 땀이나 물에 대한 내수성을 증진시키기 위하여 유중수형 화장료를 사용하여 제조한다.
상기 유중수형 화장료의 사용감이 무겁고 끈적이는 단점을 보완하기 위하여 내용물의 점도를 낮추어 제조하였는데 상기 저점도 유중수형 제품은 유통 중 용기 내에서 장기간 보관 시 내상인 수상원료와 외상인 유상원료가 서로 분리되는 경우가 있어 사용자가 용기를 흔들어서 분리된 수상원료와 유상원료를 혼합하여 사용해야하는 번거로운 문제점이 있었다
상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 도 1에서 보는 바와 같이 본 출원인은 대한민국등록실용신안 제20-0473583호를 개시하여 저점도 유중수형 내용물을 함침부재에 함침시켜 콤팩트 용기에 넣은 제품을 개발하였다.
그러나, 상기 종래기술은 리필용기뚜껑(6)을 리필용기(3)에 덮어 밀폐시켰으나 상기 리필용기뚜껑(6)과 리필용기(3)를 합성수지 재질로 형성함에 따라 재질의 특성상 틈새가 발생하여 밀폐력이 떨어져서 화장료가 휘발 또는 증발하는 문제점이 있었다.
또한, 상기 종래기술은 리필용기(3)가 중용기(2)에 결합되어 있어 용기본체(1)에서 차지하는 공간이 많이 소요되므로 리필용기(3)에 내용물을 수용할 수 있는 화장료의 양이 줄어들어 잦은 리필을 해야하는 문제점이 있어서 내부 부품을 최소화시켜 효율적으로 많은 용량의 화장료를 충전할 수 있는 용기의 개발이 필요한 실정이었다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 안출된 것으로 리필용기 상부에 밀폐패킹을 결합하되, 상기 밀폐패킹은 고무재질의 상,하부실링러버와 일체로 형성하며 상부실링러버는 리필용기뚜껑과 밀착되게 하고 하부실링러버는 리필용기와 밀착되게 하여 리필용기의 화장료수용공간을 밀폐시킴으로써 화장료가 증발, 휘발되는 것을 방지하도록 하여 장기간 화장료가 제 기능을 발휘할 수 있도록 하는 상,하부실링러버를 갖는 밀폐패킹과 결합텐션돌륜을 구비한 콤팩트 용기를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.
또한, 종래의 중용기를 제거하고 리필용기를 용기본체에 직접 체결시킴으로써 리필용기의 화장료수용공간을 최대화시키고 이에 따라 많은 화장료를 효과적으로 충전할 수 있게 하여 잦은 화장료 리필의 불편함을 최소화시킬 수 있도록 하며, 이를 위해 용기본체 내측에 결합텐션돌륜을 형성함으로써 리필용기를 조립할 때 결합텐션돌륜이 탄성적으로 움직여서 리필용기를 용이하게 조립할 수 있게 하고 상기 결합텐션돌륜에 결합돌기를 형성하여 리필용기를 용기본체에 효과적으로 고정시킬 수 있도록 하는 상,하부실링러버를 갖는 밀폐패킹과 결합텐션돌륜을 구비한 콤팩트 용기를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.
본 발명은 내측에 결합텐션돌륜(11)이 일체로 형성된 용기본체(10)와;
상기 용기본체(10)와 개폐 가능하도록 힌지 결합되며, 일측에 개폐버튼(21)이 형성된 용기뚜껑(20)과;
상기 용기본체(10) 내부에 장착되며, 화장료수용공간(31)이 형성된 리필용기(30)와;
상기 리필용기(30) 상부에 결합되는 밀폐패킹(50)과;
상기 리필용기(30)와 개폐 가능하도록 힌지 결합되며, 하단에 실링환돌륜(63)이 형성된 리필용기뚜껑(60);으로 구성되되,
상기 밀폐패킹(50)의 상측에는 리필용기뚜껑(60)의 실링환돌륜(63)과 밀착되는 상부실링러버(51)가 일체로 형성되고, 하측에는 리필용기(30)의 상부 내측에 밀착되는 하부실링러버(52)가 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상,하부실링러버를 갖는 고정패킹과 결합텐션돌륜을 구비한 콤팩트 용기를 제공한다.
또한, 상기 결합텐션돌륜(11)은 용기본체(10) 내측으로 일정간격 이격되어 연장 형성되며, 상기 결합텐션돌륜(11)과 용기본체(10) 사이에는 결합텐션돌륜(11)이 탄성적으로 움직이도록 탄성공간(13)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
*또한, 상기 결합텐션돌륜(11)의 내측에는 결합돌기(12)가 형성되며, 상기 결합돌기(12)는 리필용기(30)의 하부 외주면에 형성된 결합홈(32)에 체결되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 리필용기(30)의 화장료수용공간(31)에는 함침부재(40)가 수용되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 리필용기(30)는 내벽(34)과 상기 내벽(34)의 외측으로 일정간격 이격되어 연장 형성된 외벽(35)으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 상부실링러버(51)와 하부실링러버(52)는 고정패킹(50)의 상부와 하부에 이중사출 또는 인서트 사출 방식으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 상부실링러버(51)와 하부실링러버(52)는 탄성이 있는 고무재질로 형성되며, 특히 천연고무, 엘라스토머, NBR(acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber)고무 및 실리콘고무 중 하나 이상의 재질로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 하부실링러버(52)의 일측에는 밀폐돌륜러버(53)가 형성되며, 상기 밀폐돌륜러버(53)는 리필용기(30)에 형성된 내벽(34) 상단에 밀착되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 밀폐패킹(50)은 하측으로 하부연장부(54)가 연장 형성되며, 상기 하부연장부(55)의 내주면에는 체결홈(55)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 내벽(34)의 외주면에는 체결돌기(36)가 형성되며, 상기 체결돌기(36)는 하부연장부(54)의 내주면에 형성된 체결홈(55)에 체결되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 본 발명에 따른 상,하부실링러버를 갖는 밀폐패킹과 결합텐션돌륜을 구비한 콤팩트 용기는 리필용기 상부에 밀폐패킹을 결합하되, 상기 밀폐패킹은 고무재질의 상,하부실링러버와 일체로 형성하며 상부실링러버는 리필용기뚜껑과 밀착되게 하고 하부실링러버는 리필용기와 밀착되게 하여 리필용기의 화장료수용공간을 밀폐시킴으로써 화장료가 증발, 휘발되는 것을 방지하도록 하여 장기간 화장료가 제 기능을 발휘할 수 있도록 하는 상,하부실링러버를 갖는 밀폐패킹과 결합텐션돌륜을 구비한 콤팩트 용기를 제공하는 효과가 있다.

본 발명에 따른 상,하부실링러버를 갖는 밀폐패킹과 결합텐션돌륜을 구비한 콤팩트 용기의 일실시예를 첨부도면을 참조하여 설명하면 다음과 같다.

본 발명의 상,하부실링러버를 갖는 밀폐패킹과 결합텐션돌륜을 구비한 콤팩트 용기는 내측에 결합텐션돌륜(11)이 일체로 형성된 용기본체(10)와, 상기 용기본체(10)와 개폐 가능하도록 힌지 결합되며, 일측에 개폐버튼(21)이 형성된 용기뚜껑(20)과, 상기 용기본체(10) 내부에 장착되며, 화장료수용공간(31)이 형성된 리필용기(30)와, 상기 리필용기(30) 상부에 결합되는 밀폐패킹(50)과, 상기 리필용기(30)와 개폐 가능하도록 힌지 결합되며, 하단에 실링환돌륜(63)이 형성된 리필용기뚜껑(60)으로 구성되되, 상기 밀폐패킹(50)의 상측에는 리필용기뚜껑(60)의 실링환돌륜(63)과 밀착되는 상부실링러버(51)가 일체로 형성되고, 하측에는 리필용기(30)의 상부 내측에 밀착되는 하부실링러버(52)가 일체로 형성된다.
상기 용기본체(10)는 가운데 리필용기(30)가 수용되고, 내측에 결합텐션돌륜(11)이 일체로 형성되며, 일측에 잠금홈(14)이 형성된다.
상기 결합텐션돌륜(11)은 용기본체(10) 내측으로 일정간격 이격되어 연장 형성되며, 상기 결합텐션돌륜(11)과 용기본체(10) 사이에는 결합텐션돌륜(11)이 탄성적으로 움직이도록 탄성공간(13)이 형성된다.
상기 결합텐션돌륜(11)의 내측에는 결합돌기(12)가 형성되며, 상기 결합돌기(12)는 도 6에서 보는 바와 같이 리필용기(30)의 하부 외주면에 형성된 결합홈(32)에 체결되어 상기 리필용기(30)가 용기본체(10)에서 분리되는 것을 방지한다.
상기 잠금홈(14)의 마주보는 쪽에 힌지가 형성되어 용기뚜껑(20)과 힌지핀(15)에 의해 힌지 결합된다.
상기 용기뚜껑(20)은 용기본체(10)의 상부를 덮는 것으로 용기본체(10)와 힌지 결합으로 연결되며, 상기 용기본체(10)를 개방하거나 폐쇄하는 역할을 한다.
상기 용기뚜껑(20)은 일측에 개폐버튼(21)이 형성되되, 상기 개폐버튼(21)은 용기본체(10)의 잠금홈(14)에 대응되는 위치에 형성된다.
상기 개폐버튼(21)은 하측 중앙에 잠금돌기(22)가 형성되며, 상기 잠금돌기(22)는 용기본체(10)의 잠금홈(14)에 걸림 결합될 수 있게 돌기 형상으로 이루어진다.
상기 용기뚜껑(20)에 형성된 개폐버튼(21)은 도 1에서 보는 바와 같이 종래에 용기본체(1)에서 차지하고 있던 개폐버튼의 수용공간을 없애고 상기 개폐버튼을 조립하기 위해 필요했던 중용기(2)를 제거하여 용기본체(1)의 화장료 수용공간을 최대화시킴으로써 많은 화장료를 효과적으로 충전할 수 있도록 하여 잦은 내용물 리필의 불편함을 최소화시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다.
상기 리필용기(30)는 용기본체(10) 내부에 장착되며, 화장료수용공간(31)이 형성된다.
상기 화장료수용공간(31)에는 화장료가 직접 수용되거나, 화장료가 함침된 함침부재(40)가 장착될 수도 있다.
상기 리필용기(30)의 하부 외주면에는 결합홈(32)이 형성되고, 상부 일측에는 힌지고리(33)가 일체로 형성되며, 내벽(34) 외측으로 일정간격 이격되어 외벽(35)이 형성된다.
상기 결합홈(32)은 도 6에서 보는 바와 같이 용기본체(10)의 결합텐션돌륜(11) 내측에 형성된 결합돌기(12)와 체결된다.
상기 힌지고리(33)는 리필용기뚜껑(60)의 외주면 일측에 형성된 힌지돌기(61)와 고리걸쇠 방식으로 체결된다.
상기 내벽(34)의 외주면에는 밀폐패킹(50)이 결합된다.
상기 밀폐패킹(50)은 상측에 상부실링러버(51)가 형성되고, 하측에는 하부실링러버(52)가 형성된다.
상기 상부실링러버(51)와 하부실링러버(52)는 도 7과 도 8에서 보는 바와 같이 밀폐패킹(50)의 상부와 하부에 이중사출 또는 인서트 사출 방식으로 형성되며, 탄성이 있는 고무재질로 형성되되, 특히 천연고무, 엘라스토머, NBR(acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber)고무 및 실리콘고무 중 하나 이상의 재질로 형성된다.
도 5에서 보는 바와 같이 상기 상부실링러버(51)는 리필용기뚜껑(60)에 형성된 실링환돌륜(63)과 밀착되고, 하부실링러버(52)는 리필용기(30)의 내벽(34) 내주면에 밀착되어 상기 리필용기(30)의 화장료수용공간(31)을 밀폐시킴으로써 화장료가 증발, 휘발되는 것을 방지하도록 하여 장기간 화장료가 제 기능을 발휘할 수 있도록 한다.
또한, 상기 하부실링러버(52)의 외측에는 밀폐돌륜러버(53)가 돌출, 형성되며, 상기 밀폐돌륜러버(53)는 리필용기의(30)에 형성된 내벽(34) 상단에 압박, 밀착되어 리필용기(30)의 밀폐를 더욱 증대시킨다.
상기 밀폐패킹(50)은 하측으로 하부연장부(54)가 연장 형성되며, 상기 하부연장부(55)의 내주면에는 체결홈(55)이 형성된다.
도 5에서 보는 바와 같이 상기 체결홈(55)은 리필용기(30)의 내벽(34) 외주면에 형성된 체결돌기(36)와 체결되어 밀폐패킹(50)이 리필용기(30)에서 분리되는 것을 방지한다.
상기 리필용기뚜껑(60)은 리필용기(30)에 결합되어 상기 리필용기(30)를 개폐하는 역할을 한다.
상기 리필용기뚜껑(60)은 외주면 일측에 힌지돌기(61)가 형성되고, 상측에는 퍼프(90)를 수용할 수 있는 퍼프수용부(62)가 형성되며, 하단에 실링환돌륜(63)이 형성된다.
상기 힌지돌기(61)는 리필용기(30)의 상부 일측에 형성된 힌지고리(33)와 고리걸쇠 방식으로 체결되어 리필용기뚜껑(60)과 리필용기(30)를 핀으로 고정하지 않고, 상기 고리걸쇠 방식으로 체결되도록 하여 제조에 필요한 부품의 수를 줄임으로써 제조비용을 절감시킬 수 있다.
상기 퍼프수용부(62)에는 퍼프(70)가 장착되어 리필용기(30)에 수용된 화장료를 용이하게 취하여 사용할 수 있다.
상기 실링환돌륜(63)은 도 5에서 보는 바와 같이 밀폐패킹(50)의 상부실링러버(51) 내측으로 억지 끼움결합되어 리필용기(30)를 밀폐시키는 역할을 한다.
본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 상,하부실링러버를 갖는 밀폐패킹과 결합텐션돌륜을 구비한 콤팩트 용기의 조립방법 및 사용상태를 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 발명의 상,하부실링러버를 갖는 밀폐패킹과 결합텐션돌륜을 구비한 콤팩트 용기를 조립하기 위해 일측에 결합텐션돌륜(11)이 일체로 형성된 용기본체(10)에 용기뚜껑(20)을 힌지 결합으로 결합한다.
이후, 상기 용기본체(10)에 리필용기(30)를 장착하되, 도 5에서 보는 바와 같이 상기 리필용기(30)의 하부 외주면에 형성된 결합홈(32)은 용기본체(10)의 결합텐션돌륜(11) 내측에 형성된 결합돌기(12)와 체결된다.
*이때, 상기 결합텐션돌륜(11)이 탄성적으로 움직여서 리필용기(30)를 용이하게 조립할 수 있게 하고, 상기 리필용기(30)를 용기본체(10)에 효과적으로 고정시킬 수 있게 한다.
이후, 리필용기(30)의 일측에 형성된 힌지고리(33)와 리필용기뚜껑(60)의 외주면 일측에 형성된 힌지돌기(61)와 고리걸쇠 방식으로 리필용기뚜껑(60)과 리필용기(30)를 체결한다.
상기 리필용기(30)에는 화장료가 직접 수용되거나, 화장료가 함침된 함침부재(40)가 장착될 수도 있다.
그리고, 상기 리필용기(30)의 내벽(34) 외주면에 상부실링러버(51)와 하부실링러버(52)가 형성된 밀폐패킹(50)을 결합하여 조립을 완료한다.
상기의 방법으로 조립된 상,하부실링러버를 갖는 밀폐패킹과 결합텐션돌륜을 구비한 콤팩트 용기를 사용하기 위해서 용기뚜껑(20)의 일측에 형성된 개폐버튼(21)을 눌러서 상기 용기뚜껑(20)을 개방한다.
이후, 퍼프(70)를 파지한 다음 리필용기뚜껑(60)을 개방하여 리필용기(30)에 수용된 화장료를 취하여 사용한다.
상기 리필용기(30)의 화장료를 사용한 후, 리필용기뚜껑(60)을 닫아서 리필용기(30)를 밀폐시킬 때, 상기 리필용기 상부에는 밀폐패킹(50)이 결합되어 있다.
상기 밀폐패킹(50)에는 상부실링러버(51)와 하부실링러버(52)가 형성되며, 상기 상부실링러버(51)는 리필용기뚜껑(60)에 형성된 실링환돌륜(63)과 밀착되고, 하부실링러버(52)는 리필용기(30)의 내벽(34) 내주면에 밀착되어 상기 리필용기(30)의 화장료수용공간(31)을 밀폐시킴으로써 화장료가 증발, 휘발되는 것을 방지하도록 하여 장기간 화장료가 제 기능을 발휘할 수 있도록 한다.
이상, 본 발명에서 설명한 것은 상,하부실링러버를 갖는 밀폐패킹과 결합텐션돌륜을 구비한 콤팩트 용기를 실시하기 위한 하나의 실시예에 불과한 것으로, 본 발명은 상기 실시예에 한정되는 것이 아니다. 첨부된 청구범위에서 청구하는 바와 같이 본 발명의 요지를 벗어남이 없이 당해 발명이 속하는 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 누구든지 다양한 변경 실시가 가능한 범위까지 본 발명의 범위에 속하는 것으로 간주 되어야 할 것이다.

    상기 용기본체(10)와 개폐 가능하도록 힌지 결합되며, 일측에 개폐버튼(21)이 형성된 용기뚜껑(20)과;
    상기 용기본체(10) 내부에 장착되며, 화장료수용공간(31)이 형성된 리필용기(30)와;
    상기 리필용기(30) 상부에 결합되는 밀폐패킹(50)과;
    상기 리필용기(30)와 개폐 가능하도록 힌지 결합되며, 하단에 실링환돌륜(63)이 형성된 리필용기뚜껑(60);으로 구성되되,

    상기 결합텐션돌륜(11)은 용기본체(10) 내측으로 일정간격 이격되어 연장 형성되며, 상기 결합텐션돌륜(11)과 용기본체(10) 사이에는 결합텐션돌륜(11)이 탄성적으로 움직이도록 탄성공간(13)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상,하부실링러버를 갖는 고정패킹과 결합텐션돌륜을 구비한 콤팩트 용기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 결합텐션돌륜(11)의 내측에는 결합돌기(12)가 형성되며, 상기 결합돌기(12)는 리필용기(30)의 하부 외주면에 형성된 결합홈(32)에 체결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상,하부실링러버를 갖는 고정패킹과 결합텐션돌륜을 구비한 콤팩트 용기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 리필용기(30)의 화장료수용공간(31)에는 함침부재(40)가 수용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상,하부실링러버를 갖는 고정패킹과 결합텐션돌륜을 구비한 콤팩트 용기.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 리필용기(30)는 내벽(34)과 상기 내벽(34)의 외측으로 일정간격 이격되어 연장 형성된 외벽(35)으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 상,하부실링러버를 갖는 고정패킹과 결합텐션돌륜을 구비한 콤팩트 용기.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 상부실링러버(51)와 하부실링러버(52)는 고정패킹(50)의 상부와 하부에 이중사출 또는 인서트 사출 방식으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상,하부실링러버를 갖는 고정패킹과 결합텐션돌륜을 구비한 콤팩트 용기.
  7. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 상부실링러버(51)와 하부실링러버(52)는 탄성이 있는 고무재질로 형성되며, 특히 천연고무, 엘라스토머, NBR(acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber)고무 및 실리콘고무 중 하나 이상의 재질로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상,하부실링러버를 갖는 고정패킹과 결합텐션돌륜을 구비한 콤팩트 용기.
  8. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 하부실링러버(52)의 외측에는 밀폐돌륜러버(53)가 돌출, 형성되며, 상기 밀폐돌륜러버(53)는 리필용기(30)에 형성된 내벽(34) 상단에 압박, 밀착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상,하부실링러버를 갖는 고정패킹과 결합텐션돌륜을 구비한 콤팩트 용기.
  9. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 밀폐패킹(50)은 하측으로 하부연장부(54)가 연장 형성되며, 상기 하부연장부(55)의 내주면에는 체결홈(55)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상,하부실링러버를 갖는 고정패킹과 결합텐션돌륜을 구비한 콤팩트 용기.
  10. 제5항에 있어서,
    상기 내벽(34)의 외주면에는 체결돌기(36)가 형성되며, 상기 체결돌기(36)는 하부연장부(54)의 내주면에 형성된 체결홈(55)에 체결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상,하부실링러버를 갖는 고정패킹과 결합텐션돌륜을 구비한 콤팩트 용기.
