화장품에는 수분이나 알코올과 같은 휘발성분이 다량 함유되어 있어서 이 수분이나 휘발성분으로 인하여 화장품 리필용기를 완전히 밀폐하지 않으면 수분이 증발하고 휘발성분이 휘발되어 화장품 량이 감량되며, 수분의 증발이나 휘발성분의 휘발로 인하여 화장품 성분 간의 배합비가 변하므로 화장품 성능이 떨어지는 문제점이 있었다.
더욱이 화장품은 수분증발이나 휘발성분이 휘발되어 버리면 건조해지게 되고 화장품 본래의 기능을 상실해 버리기 때문에 항상 화장품의 본래 성분이 유지되도록 보관하는 것이 매우 중요하다.
이에 이를 방지하기 위하여 종래 화장품 리필용기에는 수분의 증발과 휘발성분의 휘발을 방지하기 위한 기밀성이 유지되는 밀폐뚜껑을 설치하였는데, 종래 화장품 리필용기에는 일반적으로 기밀성이 유지되도록 탄성체인 패킹을 설치하여 기밀성을 확보하였다.
이러한 밀폐뚜껑이 구비된 종래의 화장품 리필용기는 도 1에서 보는 바와 같이 대한민국 실용신안등록 제20-0227336호로 리필용기의 화장재료 수분증발 방지장치가 제안되었다.

그러나, 이와 같은 종래기술에 의한 화장품 리필용기 밀폐구조는 용기본체(120)의 받침돌조(162)와 패킹(190)을 강제적으로 압박하여 용기본체(120)를 밀폐하는 것인데 패킹(190)은 주로 고무와 같은 재질로 형성하나 고무는 시간의 흐름에 따라 경화가 되고 마모되어 밀폐성이 떨어지는 문제점이 발생하였다.
이에 본 출원인은 도 2에서 보는 바와 같이 대한민국 실용신안등록 제20-0165402호로 화장재료의 수분증발이 방지되는 화장품케이스를 제안한 바 있다.
이 종래기술인 화장품 케이스의 리필용기(200)는 화장재료(180)가 담긴 용기본체(210)와 용기본체(210)를 밀폐시키기 위해 힌지(230) 결합된 덮개(220)로 이루어지는데, 상기 용기본체(210)의 내벽(240)과 외벽(250) 사이에는 패킹날개(280)를 구비한 탄성체 패킹(270)이 삽입되고, 덮개(220)에는 패킹날개(280)와 대응하여 지지돌편(260)이 형성되어, 용기본체(210)에 덮개(220)를 닫으면 덮개(220)에 형성된 지지돌편(260)이 패킹날개(280)를 옆으로 밀면서 끼워지므로 리필용기(200)에 대한 밀폐력이 향상되었다.
그러나 상기 종래기술은 탄력적인 패킹날개(280)의 역할에 의해 밀폐력이 향상되지만 화장품 내용물이 내장된 리필용기(200)를 장기간 보관할 경우 수분의 증발과 휘발성분의 휘발로 인하여 리필용기(200) 내에 압력이 높아지면 이때 오히려 탄력적인 패킹날개(280)는 압력에 의해 접히면서 수분과 휘발물질이 증발되어 버리는 문제점이 발생하였다.
이에 최근에는 도 3에서 보는 바와 같이 종래의 문제점들을 개선하여 대한민국 특허등록 제10-1271359호로 에어타이트 타입의 화장품 리필케이스가 제안된 바 있다.
이는 용기본체(310)에 뚜껑(320)을 힌지에 의해 개폐하되, 용기본체(310)의 상단 테두리에는 조립돌기(315)를 돌출 형성하고, 상기 뚜껑(320)의 하부 테두리에는 상기 조립돌기(315)가 삽입되는 요홈(325)을 형성하되 상기 요홈(325)의 내, 외측에 각각 조립부(326)를 돌출 형성하였으며, 또한, 상기 용기본체(310)의 상단 테두리에는 조립돌기(315)의 내, 외측에 방지벽(313)을 더 형성하여 용기본체(310)와 뚜껑(320)이 기밀하게 결합되도록 구성하였다.
그러나 상기 종래기술은 고무재질의 패킹을 사용하지 않고 용기본체와 뚜껑에 형성된 여러 개의 조립돌기와 요홈에 의해 서로 엇갈리게 결합되도록 하여 밀폐력을 향상시킨 것이나 용기본체와 뚜껑을 여러번 사용하게 되면 상기 조립돌기와 요홈이 마찰로 인하여 마모되어 밀폐력이 현저하게 저하되는 문제점이 있었다.
상기와 같은 문제점들로 인해 종래기술에 의한 화장품 리필용기에 밀폐력을 가중시키는 장치가 필요하게 되었으며, 또한, 상기 종래기술들은 모두 화장품 리필용기 자체의 밀폐력을 향상시키는 데에만 치중하고 있으며 화장품 리필용기에 보조하여 화장품 내용물의 증발을 방지하는 보조장치에 대한 연구는 전무한 상태이었다.
더욱이, 종래 화장품 리필용기들은 밀폐력에 차이는 있지만 모두 밀폐가 가능하도록 개발된 것인데, 이에 더하여 화장품 리필용기의 밀폐력을 강화하는 화장품 리필용기의 화장품 내용물 증발 방지장치가 개발된다면 화장품 리필용기를 사용하는 소비자나 생산자들에게 매우 유용할 것이어서 본 고안을 안출하게 되었다.
본 고안은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 안출된 것으로, 받침용기와 체결구를 구비하여 종래의 화장품 리필용기를 감싸면서 뚜껑을 압박하도록 함으로서 화장품 리필용기에 뚜껑이 견고하게 결합되게 하여 화장품 리필용기의 화장품 내용물이 증발되지 않도록 하는 방지장치를 제공하는데 목적이 있다.
또한, 화장품 리필용기의 밀폐력을 강화하여 화장품 내용물이 증발되지 않도록 하는 별도의 방지장치를 제공함으로서 장기간 화장품 리필용기를 보관하더라도 화장품 내용물이 증발되지 않도록 하는 화장품 리필용기의 화장품 내용물 증발 방지장치를 제공하는데 목적이 있다.
또한, 다수의 체결구를 형성하여 종래의 화장품 리필용기의 밀폐 패킹이 노후되더라도 뚜껑을 용기본체 쪽으로 강하게 압박하도록 하여 화장품 리필용기의 화장품 내용물이 증발되지 않도록 하는 방지장치를 제공하는데 목적이 있다.
또한, 받침용기와 체결구를 일체형 힌지로 연결 성형하여 생산함으로서 생산성을 높여 생산원가를 절감할 수 있도록 한 화장품 리필용기의 화장품 내용물 증발 방지장치를 제공하는데 목적이 있다.
또한, 받침용기와 체결구를 연결하는 힌지의 형상이 나비형상을 이루도록 함으로서 체결구의 작동이 원활하도록 한 화장품 리필용기의 화장품 내용물 증발 방지장치를 제공하는데 목적이 있다.
또한, 체결구의 상단에 체결돌출턱을 형성하여 화장품 리필용기의 뚜껑에 체결했을 때 사용자가 의도하지 않을 때에는 체결구가 해제되지 않도록 하는 화장품 리필용기의 화장품 내용물 증발 방지장치를 제공하는데 목적이 있다.
본 고안은, 중앙에 화장품 리필용기(10)를 수용하는 리필용기 수용공간(22c)이 형성된 받침용기(22)와; 상기 받침용기(22) 상단에 힌지(26)에 의해 일체로 형성된 체결구(24);로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 화장품 리필용기의 화장품 내용물 증발 방지장치를 제공한다.
상기 받침용기(22)는 받침용기 밑면(22a)과 받침용기 옆면(22b)에 의해 중앙에 화장품 리필용기(10)를 수용하는 리필용기 수용공간(22c)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 체결구(24)는 체결구 측면(24a)과 체결구 상면(24b)이 직각으로 형성되어 'ㄱ'자 형상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 체결구(24)는 2개 내지 4개로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 체결구(24)의 체결구 상면(24b) 아래쪽으로는 체결돌출턱(28)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 힌지(26)는 ')('모양과 같이 나비형상(26b)으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 고안에 따른 화장품 리필용기의 화장품 내용물 증발 방지장치는, 받침용기와 체결구를 구비하여 종래의 화장품 리필용기를 감싸면서 뚜껑을 압박하도록 함으로서 화장품 리필용기에 뚜껑이 견고하게 결합되게 하여 화장품 리필용기의 화장품 내용물이 증발되지 않도록 하는 효과가 있다.

본 고안에 따른 화장품 리필용기의 화장품 내용물 증발 방지장치의 일실시예를 첨부도면을 참조하여 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 4는 본 고안에 의한 화장품 리필용기의 화장품 내용물 증발 방지장치의 사시도이며, 도 5는 본 고안에 의한 화장품 리필용기의 화장품 내용물 증발 방지장치의 평면도 및 정면도이다.
본 고안은, 중앙에 화장품 리필용기(10)를 수용하는 리필용기 수용공간(22c)이 형성된 받침용기(22)와; 상기 받침용기(22) 상단에 힌지(26)에 의해 일체로 형성된 체결구(24);로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 화장품 리필용기의 화장품 내용물 증발 방지장치를 제공한다.
상기 받침용기(22)는 받침용기 밑면(22a)과 받침용기 옆면(22b)에 의해 중앙에 화장품 리필용기를 수용하는 수용공간(22c)이 형성된다.
받침용기 밑면(22a)에는 화장품 리필용기(10)를 리필용기 수용공간(22c)에 삽입할 때 압축공기가 형성되어 용이하게 삽입되지 않는 것을 방지하기 위해 공기가 유통될 수 있도록 구멍(22d)을 형성하는 것이 바람직하다.
받침용기 옆면(22b)에는 화장품 리필용기(10)의 리필용기힌지(16)가 끼워질 수 있도록 힌지안착공간(22e)을 형성하는 것이 바람직하며, 화장품 리필용기(10)의 형상에 대응하여 다양한 공간을 형성할 수 있다.
받침용기 옆면(22b)의 상측 단부에는 체결구(24)가 힌지(26)를 매개로 일체로 형성되는데, 상기 체결구(24)는 체결구 측면(24a)과 체결구 상면(24b)이 직각으로 형성되어 'ㄱ'자 형상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 체결구(24)는 2개 내지 4개로 형성될 수 있다. 상기 체결구(24)를 만일 1개만 형성하여 화장품 리필용기(10)에 체결한다면, 형성된 1개의 체결구 건너편 부분의 밀폐력이 저하될 것이다. 왜냐하면 화장품 리필용기(10)의 뚜껑(14)을 압박하는 힘의 균형이 전체적으로 맞지 않게 되어 뚜껑(14)을 압박하는 힘이 적은 부분으로 수분이나 휘발물질이 증발하게 된다.
따라서 2개 이상의 체결구(24)를 형성하는 것이 바람직하다. 그러나 만일 상기 체결구(24)를 5개 이상 형성한다면 필요 이상의 너무 많은 체결구(24)로 인해 체결구(24)를 화장품 리필용기에 체결하는데 소비자들은 오히려 불편함을 느끼게 된다.
그러므로 상기 체결구(24)는 사용성 및 안정성을 위해 2개 내지 4개로 형성하는 것이 바람직하다. 본 고안의 도면에서는 상기 체결구(24)를 4개 형성한 것으로 도시하였으나 이에 한정되지 않음은 물론이다.
상기 체결구(24)의 체결구 상면(24b) 아래쪽으로는 체결돌출턱(28)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 체결돌출턱(28)은 화장품 리필용기(10)의 뚜껑(14)에 체결구(24)를 체결할 때 도 10에서 보는 바와 같이 상기 뚜껑(14)의 상부 모서리에 걸려 사용자가 힘으로 주어 강제로 빼기 전에는 빠지지 않게 되어, 사용자가 의도하지 않을 때에 상기 체결구(24)가 화장품 리필용기(10)로부터 이탈되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
본 고안의 도면에서는 상기 체결돌출턱(28)을 긴 원호 형상으로 도시하고 있으나 이에 한정되지 않고 도트 형상의 돌기로 형성할 수 있음은 물론이다.
상기 체결돌출턱(28)은 화장품 리필용기(10)의 뚜껑(14)에 용이하게 체결되도록 라운드 형태의 돌출턱으로 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 힌지(26)의 한쪽은 상기 받침용기(22)의 받침용기 옆면(22b) 상측 단부에 일체로 연결 형성되고, 다른 한쪽은 상기 체결구(24)의 체결구 측면(24a)의 하측 단부에 일체로 연결 형성된다.
이때 상기 받침용기(22)와 체결구(24)에는 도 4에서 보는 바와 같이 힌지연결홈(26a)을 형성하여 상기 힌지연결홈(26a)에 힌지(26)를 일체로 연결 형성한다. 이와 같이 형성하면 도 10에서 보는 바와 같이 체결구(24)를 화장용 리필용기(10)에 체결할 때 받침용기 옆면(22b)과 힌지(26)와 체결구 측면(24a)이 일자로 정렬되어 체결구(24)가 화장용 리필용기(10)의 뚜껑(14)에 용이하게 체결될 수 있다.
그리고, 상기 힌지(26)는 용이하게 접힐 수 있도록 상기 받침용기(22)와 체결구(24)의 두께보다 얇게 형성하는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 힌지(26)는 ')('모양과 같이 나비형상(26b)으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 힌지(26)는 받침용기 옆면(22b)의 상측 단부와 체결구 측면(24a)의 하측 단부에 일체로 연결 형성되는데, 상기 받침용기 옆면(22b)과 체결구 측면(24a)은 곡면을 이루어 있기 때문에 이곳에 힌지(26)를 일체로 연결 형성하기 위해서는 ')('모양과 같이 나비형상(26b)으로 힌지(26)를 형성하여야 체결구(24)가 원활하게 접힘 작동할 수 있다.
상기 힌지(26)는 접힘 작동이 더욱 원활하도록 받침용기 옆면(22b)과 연결되는 부위(26c)와 체결구 측면(24a)과 연결되는 부위(26d)와 ')('모양과 같이 나비형상(26b)의 좌, 우측에 접히는 부위(26e)(26f)를 더욱 얇게 형성하는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 받침용기(22)와 힌지(26)와 체결구(24)는 일체로 형성되어 있으며 동일한 재질로 형성된다. 상기 힌지(26)는 굽힘성이 우수해야 하며 여러번 굽히더라도 절단되면 안되므로 상기 받침용기(22)와 힌지(26)와 체결구(24)는 모두 폴리프로필렌(polypropylene)으로 일체로 형성하는 것이 가장 바람직하다.
본 고안의 일실시예에 따른 화장품 리필용기의 화장품 내용물 증발 방지장치의 사용상태를 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 6은 본 고안에 의한 화장품 리필용기의 화장품 내용물 증발 방지장치에 화장품 리필용기를 삽입하기 전 상태의 사시도이며, 도 7은 본 고안에 의한 화장품 리필용기의 화장품 내용물 증발 방지장치에 화장품 리필용기를 삽입한 상태의 사시도이고, 도 8은 도 7의 측단면도이다. 또한, 도 9는 본 고안에 의한 화장품 리필용기의 화장품 내용물 증발 방지장치에 화장품 리필용기를 삽입한 후 체결구를 체결한 상태의 사시도이며, 도 10은 도 9의 측단면도이다.
본 고안에 따른 화장품 리필용기의 화장품 내용물 증발 방지장치를 사용할 때에는 도 6에서 보는 바와 같이 화장품 내용물 증발 방지장치(20)에 화장품 리필용기(10)를 장착해야 하는데, 우선 받침용기(22)로부터 체결구(24)를 직각으로 벌린 후 리필용기 수용공간(22c) 내에 화장품 리필용기(10)를 삽입한다.
그러면 도 7에서 보는 바와 같은 상태로 되는데, 이는 도 8에서 보는 바와 같이 받침용기(22) 내에 화장품 리필용기(10)가 수용되어 화장품 리필용기(10)의 밑면이 받침용기(22)의 받침용기 밑면(22a)에 밀착되게 되고, 화장품 리필용기(10)의 옆면은 받침용기(22)의 받침용기 옆면(22b) 내측에 밀착되게 된다.
그 후 도 9에서 보는 바와 같이 체결구(24)를 회전시켜 화장품 리필용기(10)의 뚜껑(14) 상측 단부에 결착시킨다.
그러면 도 10에서 보는 바와 같이 모든 체결구(24)가 화장품 리필용기(10)의 뚜껑(14) 상측 단부에 체결되게 되고, 체결구(24)의 체결돌출턱(28)은 화장품 리필용기(10)의 뚜껑(14) 상측 단부에 결착되어 사용자가 강제로 힘으로 가하여 벗기기 전에는 해제될 우려가 없게 된다.
이상, 본 고안에서 설명한 것은 화장품 리필용기의 화장품 내용물 증발 방지장치를 실시하기 위한 일실시 예에 불과한 것으로, 본 고안은 상기 일실시 예에 한정되는 것이 아니다. 첨부된 청구범위에서 청구하는 바와 같이 본 고안의 요지를 벗어남이 없이 당해 고안이 속하는 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 누구든지 다양한 변경 실시가 가능한 범위까지 본 고안의 범위에 속하는 것으로 간주 되어야 할 것이다.

Claims (15)

  1. 중앙에 화장품 리필용기(10)를 수용하는 리필용기 수용공간(22c)이 형성된 받침용기(22)와; 상기 받침용기(22) 상단에 힌지(26)에 의해 일체로 형성된 체결구(24);로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 리필용기의 화장품 내용물 증발 방지장치.
  2. 받침용기(22)의 리필용기 수용공간(22c) 내에 화장품 리필용기(10)를 삽입하고, 받침용기(22)에 힌지(26)로 연결될 체결구(24)를 회전시켜 화장품 리필용기(10)의 뚜껑(14) 상측 단부에 체결되어 화장품 리필용기(10)의 뚜껑(14)이 리필용기본체(12)에 압박되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 리필용기의 화장품 내용물 증발 방지장치.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 체결구(24)에 형성된 체결돌출턱(28)이 화장품 리필용기(10)의 뚜껑(14) 상측 단부에 결착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 리필용기의 화장품 내용물 증발 방지장치.
  4. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
