일반적으로 화장품은 계면활성제와 같은 유화제를 이용하여 서로 다른 제형의 화장료를 혼합하여 제조하며 유상원료와 수상원료의 결합구조에 따라 유중수형과 수중유형의 화장료로 구분할 수 있다.
상기 유중수형 화장료는 수상원료 외측에 유상원료를 결합시킨 것으로서 유분감이 많아 피부 흡수가 느리고 사용감이 무겁지만 수중유형보다 지속성이 높은 장점이 있어 지속성이 필요한 화장품의 경우 땀이나 물에 대한 내수성을 증진시키기 위하여 유중수형 화장료를 사용하여 제조한다.
상기 유중수형 화장료의 사용감이 무겁고 끈적이는 단점을 보완하기 위하여 내용물의 점도를 낮추어 제조하였는데 상기 저점도 유중수형 제품은 유통 중 용기 내에서 장기간 보관 시 내상인 수상원료와 외상인 유상원료가 서로 분리되는 경우가 있어 사용자가 용기를 흔들어서 분리된 수상원료와 유상원료를 혼합하여 사용해야하는 번거로운 문제점이 있었다.
상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 도 1에서 보는 바와 같이 본 출원인은 대한민국등록특허 제10-1159877호를 개시하여 저점도 유중수형 내용물을 함침부재에 함침시켜 내용기 넣고, 내용물을 찍어 바르는 퍼프를 내용기 뚜껑 상측에 보관하는 콤팩트 용기를 제안하였다.

본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로 겔상의 화장료를 함침시킨 함침부재가 수용되는 내용기와 상기 내용기에 힌지 결합되는 내용기뚜껑에 밀폐편을 형성하여 상기 내용기의 외벽 내주면에 밀착되도록 함으로써 화장료가 휘발되지 않도록 구성하되, 상기 내용기뚜껑 내측에 퍼프가 수용될 수 있는 퍼프수용공간을 형성하고 상기 퍼프와 퍼프수용공간에 자석과 자성체를 내장하여 퍼프를 상기 퍼프수용공간에 부착시켜서 내용기뚜껑 안에 보관함으로써, 외용기뚜껑 내측에 형성된 거울과 상기 퍼프가 분리 보관되어 상기 퍼프 사용 후 화장료가 남아 있는 퍼프가 거울에 닿아 오염되는 것을 방지한 거울 오염 방지 콤팩트 용기를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.
또한, 상기 퍼프가 밀폐력을 가진 상기 내용기뚜껑 안에 보관됨으로써 퍼프가 굳는 것을 방지한 거울 오염 방지 콤팩트 용기를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.
또한, 상기 내용기뚜껑 내측에 형성된 퍼프수용공간의 측면에 상기 퍼프를 고정시켜 보관할 수 있도록 고정돌기나 고정홈을 형성한 거울 오염 방지 콤팩트 용기를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.
아울러, 상기 퍼프수용공간의 내측 하단에 가림막을 형성하여 상기 퍼프에 형성된 손잡이가 화장료가 함침되어 있는 함침부재에 닿아 오염되는 것을 방지한 거울 오염 방지 콤팩트 용기를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.
본 발명은 상부가 개방된 외용기(10)와;
상기 외용기(10) 일측에 결합되며 내측에 거울(22)이 부착된 외용기뚜껑(20)과;
상기 외용기(10)에 장착되는 내용기(30)와;
상기 내용기(30) 일측에 결합되어 내용기(30)를 밀폐시키는 내용기뚜껑(60);으로 구성되되,
상기 내용기뚜껑(60)은 상부면(61)의 하측으로 측벽면(62)이 일체로 연장 형성되어 내측에 퍼프수용공간(63)이 형성되며,
상기 측벽면(62) 하측으로 밀폐편(66)이 연장 형성되고,
상기 퍼프수용공간(63)에는 퍼프(70)가 내장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 거울 오염 방지 콤팩트 용기를 제공한다.
또한, 상기 내용기(30)의 내측에는 함침부재(40)가 내장되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 내용기(30)의 상측에는 함침부재(40)가 외부로 이탈되지 않도록 하는 고정부재(50)가 더 결합되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 내용기뚜껑(60)의 퍼프수용공간(63) 상단에는 자석설치홈(64)이 형성되며, 상기 자석설치홈(64)에는 자석(65)이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 퍼프(70)는 내부에 자성체(75)가 내장되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 내용기뚜껑(60)의 측벽면(62) 내측에는 퍼프(70)를 고정시켜 보관할 수 있도록 고정돌기(621) 또는 고정홈(622)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 내용기뚜껑(60)의 퍼프수용공간(63) 하단에는 퍼프(70)에 형성된 손잡이(71)가 함침부재(40)에 닿아 오염되는 것을 방지하는 가림막(67)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 본 발명에 따른 거울 오염 방지 콤팩트 용기는 겔상의 화장료를 함침시킨 함침부재가 수용되는 내용기와 상기 내용기에 힌지 결합되는 내용기뚜껑에 밀폐편을 형성하여 상기 내용기의 외벽 내주면에 밀착되도록 함으로써 화장료가 휘발되지 않도록 구성하되, 상기 내용기뚜껑 내측에 퍼프가 수용될 수 있는 퍼프수용공간을 형성하고 상기 퍼프와 퍼프수용공간에 자석과 자성체를 내장하여 퍼프를 상기 퍼프수용공간에 부착시켜서 내용기뚜껑 안에 보관함으로써, 외용기뚜껑 내측에 형성된 거울과 상기 퍼프가 분리 보관되어 상기 퍼프 사용 후 화장료가 남아 있는 퍼프가 거울에 닿아 오염되는 것을 방지한 거울 오염 방지 콤팩트 용기를 제공하는 효과가 있다.
또한, 상기 퍼프가 밀폐력을 가진 상기 내용기뚜껑 안에 보관됨으로써 퍼프가 굳는 것을 방지한 거울 오염 방지 콤팩트 용기를 제공하는 효과가 있다.
또한, 상기 내용기뚜껑 내측에 형성된 퍼프수용공간의 측면에 상기 퍼프를 고정시켜 보관할 수 있도록 고정돌기나 고정홈을 형성한 거울 오염 방지 콤팩트 용기를 제공하는 효과가 있다.
아울러, 상기 퍼프수용공간의 내측 하단에 가림막을 형성하여 상기 퍼프에 형성된 손잡이가 화장료가 함침되어 있는 함침부재에 닿아 오염되는 것을 방지한 거울 오염 방지 콤팩트 용기를 제공하는 효과가 있다.

본 발명에 따른 거울 오염 방지 콤팩트 용기의 일실시예를 첨부도면을 참조하여 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 2는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 거울 오염 방지 콤팩트 용기의 뚜껑을 개방한 상태의 사시도이고, 도 3은 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 거울 오염 방지 콤팩트 용기의 분해 사시도이다. 도 4는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 거울 오염 방지 콤팩트 용기의 단면도이며, 도 5는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 거울 오염 방지 콤팩트 용기의 내용기뚜껑을 개방하는 상태의 단면도이다. 도 6은 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 거울 오염 방지 콤팩트 용기의 내용기뚜껑에서 퍼프를 분리하는 상태의 단면도이고, 도 7은 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 거울 오염 방지 콤팩트 용기의 단면도이다. 도 8은 본 발명의 또 다른 실시예에 따른 거울 오염 방지 콤팩트 용기의 단면도이며, 도 9는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 거울 오염 방지 콤팩트 용기의 내용기뚜껑 하단에 가림막이 형성된 상태의 사시도이다. 도 10은 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 거울 오염 방지 콤팩트 용기의 내용기뚜껑 하단에 가림막이 형성된 상태의 단면도이다.
본 발명의 거울 오염 방지 콤팩트 용기는 상부가 개방된 외용기(10)와, 상기 외용기(10) 일측에 결합되며 내측에 거울(22)이 부착된 외용기뚜껑(20)과, 상기 외용기(10)에 장착되는 내용기(30)와, 상기 내용기(30) 일측에 결합되어 내용기(30)를 밀폐시키는 내용기뚜껑(60)으로 구성되되, 상기 내용기뚜껑(60)은 상부면(61)의 하측으로 측벽면(62)이 일체로 연장 형성되어 내측에 퍼프수용공간(63)이 형성되며, 상기 측벽면(62) 하측으로 밀폐편(66)이 연장 형성되고, 상기 퍼프수용공간(63)에는 퍼프(70)가 내장된다.
상기 외용기(10)는 일측면에 잠금턱(12)을 구비한 누름버튼(11)과 상기 누름버튼(11)의 마주보는 쪽에 힌지가 형성되어 외용기뚜껑(20)과 힌지 결합되며, 내주연에는 힌지블라켓장착홈(13)이 형성된다.
상기 누름버튼(11)은 사용자의 누름동작에 의해 누름버튼(11)의 상부에 연장 형성된 잠금턱(12)이 용이하게 후퇴되어 외용기뚜껑(20)의 잠금돌기(21)로부터 이탈될 수 있도록 한다.
상기 힌지블라켓장착홈(13)에는 내용기(30)의 힌지블라켓(34)이 삽입 장착된다.
상기 외용기뚜껑(20)은 외용기(10)의 상부를 덮는 것으로 외용기(10)와 힌지 결합되며, 외용기(10)를 개방하거나 폐쇄하는 역할을 한다.
상기 외용기뚜껑(20)은 일측에 잠금돌기(21)를 형성하되, 외용기(10)의 잠금턱(12)과 대응되도록 돌기 형상으로 이루어진다.
상기 외용기뚜껑(20)의 내측에는 거울(22)이 결합되며, 상기 거울(22)은 외용기뚜껑(20)을 개방한 후, 내용기(30)에 수용된 화장료를 사용할 때 편리하게 사용할 수 있게 한다.
상기 외용기(10)의 내측에는 내용기(30)가 장착되며, 상기 내용기(30)는 바닥면(31)과 상기 바닥면(31)으로부터 상부로 연장 형성된 내벽(32)과 상기 내벽(32) 외측으로 일정간격 이격되어 형성된 외벽(33)으로 이루어진다.
상기 내벽(32)의 외주면에는 고정부재(50)가 끼움 결합되어 상기 고정부재(50)가 내용기(30)에서 분리되는 것을 방지한다.
상기 외벽(33)의 외주연에는 힌지블라켓(34)이 형성되며, 상기 힌지블라켓(34)에는 내용기뚜껑(60)에 형성된 힌지블럭(68)이 끼워진 후, 힌지핀(35)에 의해 고정된다.
상기 내용기(30)에는 화장료가 함침된 함침부재(40)가 내장되며, 상기 함침부재(40)는 BR(Butadiene Rubber), SBR(Styrene Butadiene Rubber), NR(Nateral Rubber), NRSBR(Nateral Rubber Styrene Butadiene Rubber), NBR(acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber), 습식우레탄, 건식우레탄, 폴리에테르, 폴리에스테르, 폴리염화비닐, 폴리에틸렌, 라텍스, 실리콘, PVA(PolyVinyl Alcohol), 니트릴고무, 부틸고무 및 네오프렌으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 재질로 이루어진다.
상기 내용기(30)에는 고정부재(50)가 더 결합되며, 상기 고정부재(50)는 내측으로 연장 형성되는 수평연장편(51)과 상기 수평연장편(51) 하측으로 연장 형성되는 하부연장편(52)으로 구성된다.
상기 수평연장편(51)은 내용기(30)의 내벽(32) 상단에 안착되어 함침부재(40)가 이탈되는 것을 방지한다.
상기 하부연장편(52)은 내용기(30)의 내벽(32) 외주면에 끼움 결합되어 고정부재(50)가 내용기(30)에서 이탈되는 것을 방지한다.
상기 내용기(30)의 일측에는 내용기뚜껑(60)이 결합되어 내용기(30)를 개폐하는 역할을 한다.
상기 내용기뚜껑(60)은 상부면(61)과 상기 상부면(61)의 하측으로 연장 형성된 측벽면(62)과 상기 측벽면(62)의 하측으로 연장 형성된 밀폐편(66)으로 형성된다.
상기 측벽면(62)의 내측에는 퍼프수용공간(63)이 형성되며, 상기 퍼프수용공간(63)에는 퍼프(70)가 내장된다.
상기 퍼프수용공간(63) 상단에는 도 4에서 보는 바와 같이 자석설치홈(64)이 형성되며, 상기 자석설치홈(64)에는 자석(65)이 설치된다.
상기 자석(65)은 퍼프(70) 내부에 내장된 자성체(75)와 결합하여 상기 퍼프(70)가 퍼프수용공간(63)에서 분리되는 것을 방지한다.
또한, 상기 내용기뚜껑(60)의 측벽면(62) 내측에는 도 7과 도 8에서 보는 바와 같이 고정돌기(621) 또는 고정홈(622)이 형성되어 퍼프(70)를 퍼프수용공간(63)에 고정시킬 수도 있다.
상기 밀폐편(66)은 내용기뚜껑(60)이 내용기(30)에 닫혀 있을 때, 상기 내용기(30)의 외벽(33) 내주면에 끼워져서 내용기(30)의 밀폐를 증대시켜 화장료가 휘발되는 것을 막아준다.
*상기 내용기뚜껑(60)의 일측에는 힌지블럭(68)이 형성되며, 상기 힌지블럭(68)은 내용기(30)의 힌지블라켓(34)에 끼워진 후, 힌지핀(35)에 의해 고정된다.
또한, 도 9와 도 10에서 보는 바와 같이 내용기뚜껑(60)의 퍼프수용공간(63) 하단에는 가림막(67)이 형성되며, 상기 가림막(67)은 퍼프(70)에 형성된 손잡이(71)가 함침부재(40)에 닿아 오염되는 것을 방지하는 역할을 한다.
상기 가림막(67)은 유연한 재질의 필름으로 형성되며, 상기 필름은 PET(Polyethylene phthalate) 수지 또는 폴리에틸렌(polyethylene), 폴리프로필렌(polypropylene), 열가소성 엘라스토머(elastomer) 중 어느 하나 이상의 재질로 형성된다.
상기 내용기뚜껑(60)의 퍼프수용공간(63)에 내장되는 퍼프(70)는 손잡이(71)가 형성되고, 내부에 자성체(75)가 내장된다.
상기 자성체(75)는 퍼프수용공간(63)의 자석설치홈(64)에 설치된 자석(65)과 결합하여 도 4에서 보는 바와 같이 퍼프(70)가 아래쪽을 향하고 있더라도 분리되는 것을 막아준다.
상기 퍼프(70)는 밀폐력을 가진 내용기뚜껑(60) 안에 내장됨으로써 사용한 후 퍼프(70)에 남아 있는 화장료가 굳는 것이 방지된다.
또한, 상기 퍼프(70)는 종래와 달리 내용기뚜껑(60)의 내측에 형성된 퍼프수용공간(63)에 내장되기 때문에 외용기뚜껑(20) 내측에 형성된 거울(22)과 분리 보관되어 상기 거울(22)이 오염되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 거울 오염 방지 콤팩트 용기의 조립방법 및 사용상태를 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 발명의 거울 오염 방지 콤팩트 용기를 조립하기 위해 누름버튼(11)이 형성된 외용기(10)에 거울(22)이 부착된 외용기뚜껑(20)을 결합한다.
그리고, 내용기(30)에 내용기뚜껑(60)을 결합하되, 상기 내용기뚜껑(60)은 내측에 퍼프수용공간(63)이 형성되어 있다.
이후, 상기 퍼프수용공간(63)에 퍼프(70)를 내장하되, 퍼프수용공간(63)에는 자석(65)이 설치되고, 상기 퍼프(70)의 내부에는 자성체(75)가 내장되어 상호 결합을 한다.
그리고, 내용기뚜껑(60)을 결합한 내용기(30)에 화장료가 함침된 함침부재(40)를 장착한다.
이후, 함침부재(40)가 장착된 내용기(30)에 고정부재(50)를 결합한 후, 상기 내용기(30)를 외용기(10)의 내측에 결합하여 조립을 완료한다.
상기의 방법으로 조립된 거울 오염 방지 콤팩트 용기를 사용하기 위해 도 5에서 보는 바와 같이 내용기뚜껑(60)을 개방한다.
상기 내용기뚜껑(60)을 개방하면 내측의 퍼프수용공간(63)에 내장된 퍼프(70)가 보이게 된다.
이후, 도 6에서 보는 바와 같이 퍼프(70)를 내용기뚜껑(60)의 퍼프수용공간(63)에서 분리시켜 사용한다.
본 발명에서처럼 사용한 퍼프(70)가 외용기뚜껑(20)의 내측에 결합된 거울(22)과 접하지 않게 내용기뚜껑(60)의 내측에 위치하게 때문에 상기 거울(22)이 오염되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 내용기뚜껑(60)의 내측은 밀폐가 되기 때문에 사용 후 퍼프(70)에 남아 있는 화장료가 굳는 것을 방지하는 장점이 있다.
이상, 본 발명에서 설명한 것은 거울 오염 방지 콤팩트 용기를 실시하기 위한 일실시예에 불과한 것으로, 본 발명은 상기 일실시예에 한정되는 것이 아니다. 첨부된 청구범위에서 청구하는 바와 같이 본 발명의 요지를 벗어남이 없이 당해 발명이 속하는 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 누구든지 다양한 변경 실시가 가능한 범위까지 본 발명의 범위에 속하는 것으로 간주 되어야 할 것이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 상부가 개방된 외용기(10)와;
    상기 외용기(10) 일측에 결합되며 내측에 거울(22)이 부착된 외용기뚜껑(20)과;
    상기 외용기(10)에 장착되는 내용기(30)와;
    상기 내용기(30) 일측에 결합되어 내용기(30)를 밀폐시키는 내용기뚜껑(60);으로 구성되되,
    상기 내용기뚜껑(60)은 상부면(61)의 하측으로 측벽면(62)이 일체로 연장 형성되어 내측에 퍼프수용공간(63)이 형성되며,
    상기 측벽면(62) 하측으로 밀폐편(66)이 연장 형성되고,
    상기 퍼프수용공간(63)에는 퍼프(70)가 내장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 거울 오염 방지 콤팩트 용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 내용기(30)의 내측에는 함침부재(40)가 내장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 거울 오염 방지 콤팩트 용기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 내용기(30)의 상측에는 함침부재(40)가 외부로 이탈되지 않도록 하는 고정부재(50)가 더 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 거울 오염 방지 콤팩트 용기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 내용기뚜껑(60)의 퍼프수용공간(63) 상단에는 자석설치홈(64)이 형성되며, 상기 자석설치홈(64)에는 자석(65)이 설치되고, 퍼프(70)는 내부에 자성체(75)가 내장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 거울 오염 방지 콤팩트 용기.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 내용기뚜껑(60)의 측벽면(62) 내측에는 퍼프(70)를 고정시켜 보관할 수 있도록 고정돌기(621) 또는 고정홈(622)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 거울 오염 방지 콤팩트 용기.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 내용기뚜껑(60)의 퍼프수용공간(63) 하단에는 퍼프(70)에 형성된 손잡이(71)가 함침부재(40)에 닿아 오염되는 것을 방지하는 가림막(67)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 거울 오염 방지 콤팩트 용기.
