Abstract

본 발명은 제1 내용기의 제1 내용기뚜껑 상부에 얹혀지면서 상기 제1 내용기뚜껑을 통해 밀폐되는 제2 내용기를 구비하여 제1 및 제2 내용기에 서로 다른 화장료를 담아 사용할 수 있는 동시에, 제2 내용기만을 개방하여 사용할 수 있고, 미사용 시에는 제1 및 제2 내용기에 담긴 화장료 간의 완전한 격리가 가능하며, 상기 제1 내용기뚜껑을 개방했을 때 팔레트 기능을 가짐에 따라 별도의 팔레트를 휴대하거나 해당 콤팩트 용기에 별도의 팔레트 구성을 추가하지 않고도 제1 및 제2 내용기의 화장료를 용이하게 혼합 사용할 수 있는 화장품용 콤팩트 용기에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 화장품용 콤팩트 용기는 개폐용 뚜껑을 포함하는 외용기와, 상기 외용기의 내측에 결합되며 내측에 화장료가 충전되는 제1 내용기와, 상기 제1 내용기를 개폐하기 위해 상기 제1 내용기에 회전 가능하게 결합되는 내용기 뚜껑과, 상기 외용기에 회전 가능하게 결합되고 화장료 수용공간이 형성되어 상기 화장료 수용공간에 화장료가 채워지며 상기 내용기 뚜껑 위에 얹혀지는 제2 내용기를 포함하며, 상기 외용기의 뚜껑은 상기 제1 내용기, 내용기 뚜껑 및 제2 내용기를 외부로부터 차단하면서 상기 외용기를 폐쇄하는 구성이다.

Description

화장품용 콤팩트 용기
본 발명은 제1 내용기의 제1 내용기뚜껑 상부에 얹혀지면서 상기 제1 내용기뚜껑을 통해 밀폐되는 제2 내용기를 구비하여 제1 및 제2 내용기에 서로 다른 화장료를 담아 사용할 수 있는 동시에, 제2 내용기만을 개방하여 사용할 수 있고, 미사용 시에는 제1 및 제2 내용기에 담긴 화장료 간의 완전한 격리가 가능하며, 상기 제1 내용기뚜껑을 개방했을 때 팔레트 기능을 가짐에 따라 별도의 팔레트를 휴대하거나 해당 콤팩트 용기에 별도의 팔레트 구성을 추가하지 않고도 제1 및 제2 내용기의 화장료를 용이하게 혼합 사용할 수 있는 화장품용 콤팩트 용기에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 색조화장품은 피부에 영양분을 공급하는 기초화장품과 달리 안료가 포함되어 피부 톤(tone)의 조정을 통해 심미감을 향상시키는 화장품을 말한다.
이러한 색조화장품은 크게 피부색을 균일하게 하고 결점 커버를 위해 사용되는 베이스 메이크업 및 입술, 눈, 손톱 등의 입체감을 부분적으로 높이는 포인트 메이크업으로 구분되며, 베이스 메이크업에는 통상 메이크업베이스, 파운데이션, 파우더 등이 포함되고, 포인트 메이크업에는 통상 립스틱, 아이라이너, 마스카라 등이 포함된다.
그리고 베이스 메이크업의 한 종류인 파운데이션은 화장료의 형태에 따라 고형 파운데이션, 액상 파운데이션, 겔상 파운데이션으로 구분되며, 고형 파운데이션의 경우 커버 기능은 우수하지만 수정 화장 시 뭉치는 경향이 있고, 액상 파운데이션의 경우 밀착감은 우수하나 지속력이 약한 경향이 있다. 이러한 이유 등으로 해서 최근에는 상당한 지속력을 가질 뿐만 아니라 피부에 도포 시 밀착감이 좋은 겔상 파운데이션의 선호도가 높아지는 추세이다.
겔상 파운데이션의 포장 및 사용 방식에 대해 간략하게 설명하면, 유리 또는 튜브 용기에 충전된 겔상 파운데이션을 사용자가 가압하여 사용자 자신의 손이나 팔레트 등의 화장도구에 토출시킨 후 이를 퍼프나 손을 이용하여 피부에 도포하는 방식이 이용되었고, 최근에는 겔상 파운데이션을 발포우레탄 폼에 함침하여 이를 콤팩트 용기 내에 내장하여 사용하는 방식이 널리 이용되고 있다.
한국 등록특허 제10-1734181호인 “두 가지 화장료가 수용되는 콤팩트 용기”에 상부가 개방된 외용기, 상기 외용기의 일측에 결합되는 외용기뚜껑, 상기 외용기 내부에 장착되며 제1수용공간이 형성된 내용기 및 상기 내용기 일측에 결합되며 하부에 제2수용공간이 형성된 내용기뚜껑으로 구성되고, 상기 제2수용공간이 제1수용공간과 마주보게 형성되며, 상기 내용기뚜껑을 내용기에 닫았을 때 상기 제2수용공간과 제1수용공간이 함께 밀폐되는 구성이 게시되고 있다.
즉, 내용기가 내용기뚜껑을 통해 닫힌 상태를 기준으로 내용기뚜껑에는 내용기의 제1수용공간과 마주보며 통하는 제2수용공간이 마련되고, 이에 따라 내용기를 내용기뚜껑으로 닫았을 때 내용기의 제1수용공간 및 내용기뚜껑의 제2수용공간이 내용기뚜껑을 통해 함께 밀폐되는 구성이다.
그러나 상술한 콤팩트 용기는 내용기뚜껑의 열림 시 내용기의 제1수용공간 및 내용기뚜껑의 제2수용공간이 함께 개방되는 방식이므로, 내용기뚜껑의 제2수용공간에 담긴 화장료 만을 사용하려는 경우에도 내용기의 제1수용공간에 담긴 화장료가 함께 외부에 노출될 수 밖에 없었다.
또한, 서로 마주보는 제1수용공간 및 제2수용공간 간의 격리를 위해 제2수용공간에는 스크린망이 설치되므로, 제2수용공간에는 고형 화장료를 사용할 수 없고, 스크린망이 있음에도 제1수용공간 및 제2수용공간 간의 완전한 격리는 불가능하여 제1수용공간의 화장료 및 제2수용공간의 화장료 간의 섞임 가능성이 상존하는 것이었다.
또한, 상기 종래기술은 제1수용공간에 겔상파운데이션을 충전하고 제2수용공간에 고형파우더를 충전한 후 내용기뚜껑을 닫아 보관하게 되면 제1수용공간의 겔상파운데이션의 수분이 급격하게 증발하여 제2수용공간의 고형파우더에 흡착되게 되므로 상기 제1수용공간의 겔상파운데이션은 굳어져서 사용할 수 없게 되므로 상기 종래기술은 겔상파운데이션과 고형파우더를 제1수용공간과 제2수용공간에 충전하여 사용할 수 없는 문제점이 있었다.
또한, 내용기의 제1수용공간 및 내용기뚜껑의 제2수용공간을 통해 두 종류 이상의 화장료를 보관 및 사용할 수 있게 할 뿐 해당 화장료들을 혼합 사용할 수 있게 하는 기능을 제공하진 못하였다.

본 발명의 실시 예는 제1 내용기를 밀폐하는 제1 내용기뚜껑을 구비하며, 상기 제1 내용기뚜껑 상부에 얹혀지면서 상기 제1 내용기뚜껑의 상부를 통해 밀폐되는 제2 내용기를 구비하여 제1 및 제2 내용기에 서로 다른 화장료를 담아 사용할 수 있는 동시에, 제2 내용기만을 개방하여 사용할 수 있는 화장품용 콤팩트 용기를 제공한다.
또한, 본 발명의 실시 예는 제1 내용기의 제1 내용기뚜껑 상부에 얹혀지면서 상기 제1 내용기뚜껑을 통해 밀폐되는 제2 내용기를 구비함에 따라, 미사용 시에는 제1 및 제2 내용기에 담긴 화장료 간의 완전한 격리와 밀폐가 가능한 화장품용 콤팩트 용기를 제공한다.
또한, 본 발명의 실시 예는 제1 내용기의 제1 내용기뚜껑 상부에 얹혀지면서 상기 제1 내용기뚜껑을 통해 밀폐되는 제2 내용기를 구비하되, 상기 제1 내용기뚜껑이 팔레트 기능을 가짐에 따라 별도의 팔레트를 휴대하거나 해당 콤팩트 용기에 별도의 팔레트 구성을 추가하지 않고도 두 내용기의 화장료를 용이하게 혼합 사용할 수 있게 하는 화장품용 콤팩트 용기를 제공한다.
본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 화장품용 콤팩트 용기는 개폐용 뚜껑을 포함하는 외용기와, 상기 외용기의 내측에 결합되며 내측에 제1 화장료가 충전되는 제1 내용기와, 상기 제1 내용기를 개폐하기 위해 상기 제1 내용기에 회전 가능하게 결합되는 제1 내용기뚜껑과, 상기 외용기에 회전 가능하게 결합되고 제2 화장료 수용공간이 형성되어 상기 제2 화장료 수용공간에 제2 화장료가 채워지며 상기 제1 내용기뚜껑 위에 얹혀지는 제2 내용기를 포함하며, 상기 외용기의 뚜껑은 상기 제1 내용기, 제1 내용기뚜껑 및 제2 내용기를 외부로부터 차단하면서 상기 외용기를 폐쇄하는 것일 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 화장품용 콤팩트 용기는 상기 제1 내용기의 내측에 삽입되며 제1 화장료가 함침되는 함침부재를 더 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 화장품용 콤팩트 용기는 상기 함침부재의 상기 제1 내용기 내의 고정을 위해 상기 제1 내용기에 결합되는 고정구를 더 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 제1 내용기뚜껑은 내측에 화장료 혼합홈이 형성되고 상기 화장료 혼합홈의 내측 바닥면에 혼합 기능을 높이기 위한 복수의 교반용 돌기가 형성될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 제1 내용기는 바닥면 및 상기 바닥면으로부터 상부로 연장 형성된 제1 외벽 그리고 상기 제1 외벽으로부터 일정간격 이격되어 형성되는 제2 외벽을 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 제1 내용기뚜껑은 하면에 제1 환형밀폐돌륜이 형성되어 상기 제1 환형밀폐돌륜이 상기 제1 내용기의 제2 외벽의 내측에 억지끼움 방식으로 삽입되어 상기 제1 내용기를 밀폐하는 것일 수 있다.
또한, 상기 제1 내용기뚜껑은 상부에 제2 환형밀폐돌륜이 형성되어 상기 제2 내용기가 제1 내용기뚜껑 상부에 얹혀지면서 닫혀졌을 때 상기 제2 내용기가 제1 내용기뚜껑의 제2 환형밀폐돌륜 내에 억지끼움 결합을 통해 상기 제2 내용기의 제2 화장료 수용공간을 밀폐하는 것일 수 있다.
또한, 상기 제2 내용기의 제2 화장료 수용공간에 채워지는 제2 화장료는 하나 또는 둘 이상의 고형 파우더일 수 있다.
또한, 상기 제2 내용기는 상면에 환상돌륜에 의한 퍼프 보관홈이 형성될 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시 예에 따르면, 제1 내용기와, 상기 제1 내용기를 밀폐하는 제1 내용기뚜껑 상부에 얹혀지면서 상기 제1 내용기뚜껑의 상부를 통해 밀폐되는 제2 내용기에 서로 다른 화장료를 담아 사용할 수 있고, 제2 내용기만을 개방하여 사용할 수도 있다.
또한, 제1 내용기 및 제1 내용기뚜껑 상부에 얹혀져 밀폐되는 제2 내용기를 통해 하나의 콤팩트 용기 내에 서로 다른 화장료를 서로 다른 용기에 각각 담아 개별 사용할 수 있는 동시에, 서로 다른 용기 간의 완전한 격리가 이루어져 해당 용기들의 화장료 간에 섞이는 현상 및 수분이 증발하는 문제점이 근본적으로 배제될 수 있다.
또한, 제1 내용기뚜껑에 구비되는 팔레트 기능을 통해 제1 내용기 및 제2 내용기에 담긴 화장료들을 제1 내용기뚜껑을 이용하여 혼합 사용할 수 있고, 따라서 별도의 팔레트 내지 해당 콤팩트 용기에 별도의 팔레트 구성을 추가하지 않고도 콤팩트 용기의 사용자가 해당 콤팩트 용기 내 서로 다른 두 종류의 화장료를 용이하게 혼합하여 사용할 수 있게 된다.

도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 화장품용 콤팩트 용기는 외용기(10), 제1 내용기(20), 제1 내용기뚜껑(30) 및 제2 내용기(40)를 포함하여 구성될 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 화장품용 콤팩트 용기는 제1 화장료(50)가 함침된 함침부재 및 고정구(60)를 더 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
외용기(10)는 개폐용 뚜껑(11)을 포함하며, 본 실시 예에서는 외용기(10)에 회전 가능하게 결합되는 뚜껑(11)이 그 회전을 통해 외용기(10)를 개폐하는 형태를 예로 하였으나, 본 발명이 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다. 즉, 외용기(10)의 뚜껑(11)은 나사 결합 방식 내지 패킹을 수반하는 억지끼움 방식을 통해 외용기(10)에 탈착 가능하게 결합되면서 외용기(10)를 개폐하는 형태일 수도 있다.
이러한 외용기(10)는 잠금턱(12)을 구비한 누름버튼(13)이 일측면에 형성되고, 누름버튼(13)과 마주보는 타측면에 힌지가 형성되어 이러한 힌지에 뚜껑(11)이 회전 가능하게 힌지 결합된다. 그리고 외용기(10)의 내주면에는 체결돌기(14)가 형성되며, 외용기(10)의 내주연에는 힌지블라켓장착홈(15)이 형성된다.
그리고 누름버튼(13)은 사용자의 누름 동작에 의해 누름버튼(13)의 상부에 연장 형성된 잠금턱(12)이 용이하게 후퇴되어 뚜껑(11)의 잠금돌기(11a)로부터 이탈될 수 있도록 한다.
체결돌기(14)는 제1 내용기(20)의 외벽 외주면에 형성되는 체결홈(24)에 체결된다.
힌지블라켓장착홈(15)에는 제1 내용기(20)의 힌지블라켓(25)이 끼워진다.
또한, 외용기(10)의 뚜껑(11) 내측에는 거울(16)이 결합되며, 이러한 거울(16)은 화장료를 이용하여 화장을 할 때 손쉽게 화장을 할 수 있게 하며, 그 밖에 거울(16)이 필요할 때 사용될 수 있다.
제1 내용기(20)는 외용기(10)의 내측에 결합되며, 내측에 제1 화장료(50)가 충전된다.
이러한 제1 내용기(20)는 바닥면(21) 및 바닥면(21)으로부터 상부로 연장 형성된 제1 외벽(22) 그리고 제1 외벽(22)의 외측으로 일정 간격 이격되어 형성되는 제2 외벽(23)을 포함하여 구성된다.
그리고 제1 외벽(22)의 외주면에는 결합홈(22a)이 형성되며, 이러한 결합홈(22a)에는 고정구(60)에 형성된 결합돌기(61)가 끼움 결합되어 고정구(60)가 제1 내용기(20)에서 분리되는 것을 방지한다.
본 발명에서는 상기 고정구(60)를 제1 내용기(20)의 제1외벽(22) 내주연에 끼우도록 서술하고 있으나 이에 한하지 않고 제1 외벽의 외주연에 결합홈을 형성시켜 상기 고정구(60)를 제1 내용기(20)의 제1 외벽(22) 외주연에 끼워서 고정시킬 수도 있다.
또한, 제1 내용기(20)의 체결홈(24)은 외용기(10)의 내주면에 형성된 체결돌기(14)와 체결되어 제1 내용기(20)가 외용기(10)로 부터 분리되는 것을 방지한다.
또한, 제2 외벽(23)의 외주연에는 힌지블라켓(25)이 형성되며, 이러한 힌지블라켓(25)에는 제1 내용기뚜껑(30)에 형성된 힌지블럭(35)이 힌지 결합된다.
제1 내용기뚜껑(30)은 제1 내용기(20)를 개폐하기 위해 제1 내용기(20)에 힌지 결합된다.
이러한 제1 내용기뚜껑(30)은 하면에 제1 환형밀폐돌륜(33)이 형성되며, 제1 환형밀폐돌륜(33)을 제1 내용기(20)의 제2 외벽(23)의 내측면에 억지끼움 방식으로 삽입시켜 제1 내용기(20)를 폐쇄 및 밀폐한다.
그리고 제1 내용기뚜껑(30)은 내측에 화장료 혼합홈(31)이 형성되고, 이러한 화장료 혼합홈(31)의 내측 바닥면에 혼합 기능을 높이기 위한 복수의 교반용 돌기(32)가 형성된다.
또한, 제1 내용기뚜껑(30)은 일측면에 용이한 개폐를 위해 개폐손잡이(36)가 형성되며, 힌지블럭(35)이 형성되어 이러한 힌지블럭(35)이 제1 내용기(20)의 힌지블라켓(25)에 끼워져 힌지핀을 통해 회전 가능하게 결합된다.
또한, 제1 내용기뚜껑(30)은 상면에 제2 환형밀폐돌륜(34)이 형성되어 이러한 제2 환형밀폐돌륜(34)을 통해 제2 내용기(40)의 화장료 수용공간(43)을 폐쇄 및 밀폐하며, 이에 대해서는 제2 내용기(40)에 대한 설명에서 더 서술키로 한다.
제2 내용기(40)는 외용기(10)에 회전 가능하게 힌지 결합되며, 이러한 제2 내용기(40)는 제2 화장료 수용공간(43)이 형성되어 상기 제2 화장료 수용공간(43)에 제2 화장료(80)가 채워진다. 그리고 제2 내용기(40)의 제2 화장료 수용공간(43)에 채워지는 제2 화장료(80)는 하나 또는 둘 이상의 고형 파우더일 수 있으나, 본 발명이 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다. 또한, 제2 내용기(40)는 제1 내용기뚜껑(30) 위에 얹혀진다.
그리고 제2 내용기(40)의 제2 화장료 수용공간(43)은 제1 내용기뚜껑(30)의 제2 환형밀폐돌륜(34)을 통해 개폐되며, 상기 제2 내용기(40)가 제1 내용기뚜껑(30) 상부에 얹혀지면서 닫혀졌을 때 상기 제2 내용기(40)가 제1 내용기뚜껑(30)의 제2 환형밀폐돌륜(34) 내에 억지끼움 방식의 결합을 통해 상기 제2 내용기(40)의 제2 화장료 수용공간(43)의 밀폐가 이루어지는 것일 수 있다. 본 실시 예를 기준으로 설명하면, 제2 내용기(40)의 하부가 그 둘레를 제2 환형밀폐돌륜(34)의 내측에 밀착하는 상태로 제2 환형밀폐돌륜(34)의 안쪽으로 끼워지고, 이에 따라 제1 내용기뚜껑(30)의 상부는 제2 내용기(40)에 탈착 가능한 결합을 하면서 제2 내용기(40)의 제2 화장료 수용공간(43)을 폐쇄 및 밀폐한다.
본 실시 예를 기준으로 부연 설명하면, 제2 내용기(40)는 미사용 시 제1 내용기뚜껑(30) 위에 얹혀지는 상태로 회전되어 제1 내용기뚜껑(30)의 제2 환형밀폐돌륜(34)을 통해 제2 화장료 수용공간(43)이 폐쇄 및 밀폐되고, 사용 시에는 상하 방향의 반전이 이루어지는 회전을 통해 제2 화장료 수용공간(43)을 개방하게 된다.
또한, 제2 내용기(40)는 상면에 환상돌륜(41)에 의한 퍼프 보관함(42)이 형성되어 이러한 퍼프 보관함(42)에 퍼프(70)가 보관된다. 여기서, 환상돌륜(41)이 형성되는 제2 내용기(40)의 상면은 제2 내용기(40)가 제1 내용기뚜껑(30)에 얹혀진 상태를 기준으로 제2 내용기(40)의 상면을 의미한다.
또한, 상기 환상돌륜(41)은 뚜껑(11)을 닫았을 때 뚜껑(11)의 거울(16) 면과 맞닿게 형성하여 뚜껑(11)에 의해 제2 내용기(40) 및 제1 내용기뚜껑(30)이 순차적으로 눌려져서 제1 내용기(20) 및 제2 내용기(40)의 밀폐를 강화시킬 수 있다.
제1 화장료(50)가 함침된 함침부재는 제1 내용기(20)의 내측에 삽입되며, 이러한 함침부재에는 제1 화장료(50)가 함침된다.
그리고 함침부재는 BR(Butadiene Rubber), SBR(Styrene Butadiene Rubber), NR(Nateral Rubber), NRSBR(Nateral Rubber Styrene Butadiene Rubber), NBR(acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber), 습식우레탄, 건식우레탄, 폴리에테르, 폴리에스테르, 폴리염화비닐, 폴리에틸렌, 라텍스, 실리콘, PVA(PolyVinyl Alcohol), 니트릴고무, 부틸고무 및 네오프렌으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 재질로 이루어질 수 있다.
고정구(60)는 제1 화장료(50)가 함침된 함침부재의 제1 내용기(20) 내 고정을 위해 제1 내용기(20)에 결합된다.
이러한 고정구(60)는 내측으로 형성되는 접착부(62) 및 접착부(62)의 하측으로 연장 형성되는 결합부(63)로 이루어질 수 있다. 그리고 접착부(62)는 제1 내용기(20)의 내벽 상단에 안착되어 함침부재(50)가 이탈되는 것을 방지하며, 결합부(63)는 외주면에 결합홈(61)이 형성되어 이러한 결합홈(61)이 제1 내용기(20)의 제1 외벽(22) 내주면에 형성된 결합돌기(22a)와 결합됨에 따라 제1 내용기(20)로 부터 고정구(60)의 이탈을 방지한다.
그리고 외용기(10)의 뚜껑(11)은 제1 내용기(20), 제1 내용기뚜껑(30) 및 제2 내용기(40)를 외부로부터 차단하면서 외용기(10)를 폐쇄한다.
도 5 내지 도 8은 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 화장품용 콤팩트 용기의 사용 상태를 예시한 도면으로써, 이를 참조하여 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 화장품용 콤팩트 용기의 사용 과정에 대해 설명한다.
먼저, 도 5 및 도 6을 참조하면, 도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 화장품용 콤팩트 용기의 외용기 뚜껑 개방 및 제2 내용기의 회전을 통한 개방을 순차적으로 예시한 사시도이고, 도 6은 도 5를 통해 개방된 제2 내용기의 제2 화장료의 사용 상태를 예시한 단면도이다.
도시된 바와 같이, 외용기(10)의 뚜껑(11)을 개방 후 제2 내용기(40)의 퍼프 보관홈(42)으로부터 퍼프(70)를 분리한다. 이어서 제2 내용기(40)를 회전시켜 제2 화장료 수용공간(43) 및 이에 수용된 제2 화장료(80)가 상측을 향해 개방되게 한 다음 제2 화장료 수용공간(34) 내의 제2 화장료(80)를 퍼프(70) 내지 기타 화장도구를 통해 사용한다.
다음은 도 7 및 도 8을 참조하면, 도 7은 도 5 및 도 6에 따른 제2 내용기의 개방 상태에서 제1 내용기뚜껑의 회전을 통한 제1 내용기의 개방 상태를 예시한 사시도이고, 도 8은 도 7을 통해 개방된 제1 내용기의 제1 화장료의 사용 상태를 예시한 단면도이다.
도시된 바와 같이, 도 5 및 도 6에서 처럼 제2 내용기(40)가 제1 내용기뚜껑(30)으로부터 상하 방향의 반전이 이루어지는 회전을 하여 그 제2 화장료 수용공간(43)을 개방한 다음 제1 내용기뚜껑(30)을 회전시켜 제1 내용기(20)를 개방한다. 이에 따라, 제1 내용기(20)의 제1 화장료(50) 및 제2 내용기(40)의 제2 화장료(80)가 외부에 노출되고, 또한 제1 내용기뚜껑(30)이 상하 방향의 반전이 이루어지는 회전을 통해 그 화장료 혼합홈(31)을 상측에 위치시키는 상태가 됨에 따라, 제1 화장료(50) 및 제2 화장료(80)를 퍼프(70)로 찍어서 사용하되 제1 내용기뚜껑(30)의 화장료 혼합홈(31)을 통해 혼합하면서 사용할 수 있게 된다.
또한, 개방이 이루어진 제1 내용기(20)의 제1 화장료(50) 및 제2 내용기(40)의 제2 화장료(80)를 개별 사용할 수 있음은 물론이다.
상술한 도 1 내지 도 8을 참조한 설명을 통하여 알 수 있는 바와 같이, 본 발명에 따른 화장품용 콤팩트 용기는, 제1 내용기 및 이러한 제1 내용기의 제1 내용기뚜껑 상부에 얹혀지면서 상기 제1 내용기뚜껑을 통해 밀폐되는 제2 내용기에 서로 다른 화장료를 담아 사용할 수 있게 하고, 또한 제2 내용기만을 개방하여 사용할 수도 있게 한다.
또한, 제1 내용기 및 이러한 제1 내용기의 제1 내용기뚜껑 상부에 얹혀지면서 상기 제1 내용기뚜껑을 통해 밀폐되는 제2 내용기를 통해 하나의 콤팩트 용기 내에 서로 다른 화장료를 서로 다른 용기에 각각 담아 개별 사용할 수 있게 하는 동시에 제1 내용기 및 제2 내용기 간의 완전한 격리가 이루어져 해당 용기들의 화장료 간에 섞이는 현상이 근본적으로 배제될 수 있게 한다.
또한, 제1 내용기뚜껑에 구비되는 팔레트 기능을 통해 제1 내용기 및 제2 내용기에 담긴 화장료들을 제1 내용기뚜껑을 이용하여 혼합 사용할 수 있게 하고, 따라서 별도의 팔레트 내지 해당 콤팩트 용기에 별도의 팔레트 구성을 추가하지 않고도 콤팩트 용기의 사용자가 해당 콤팩트 용기 내 서로 다른 두 종류의 화장료를 용이하게 혼합하여 사용할 수 있게 한다.
이상과 같이 본 설명에서는 구체적인 구성 요소 등과 같은 특정 사항들과 한정된 실시 예 및 도면에 의해 설명되었으나, 이는 본 발명의 보다 전반적인 이해를 돕기 위해서 제공된 것일 뿐, 본 발명은 상기의 실시 예에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 본 발명이 속하는 분야에서 통상적인 지식을 가진 자라면 이러한 기재로부터 다양한 수정 및 변형이 가능하다.
따라서 본 발명의 사상은 설명된 실시 예에 국한되어 정하여 저서는 안되며, 후술되는 청구범위뿐만 아니라 이 청구범위와 균등하거나 등가적인 변형이 있는 모든 것들은 본 발명 사상의 범주에 속한다고 할 것이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 뚜껑을 포함하는 외용기;
    상기 외용기의 내측에 결합되며 내측에 제1 화장료가 충전되는 제1 내용기;
    상기 제1 내용기를 개폐하는 제1 내용기뚜껑;
    상기 외용기에 회전 가능하게 결합되고 제2 화장료 수용공간이 형성되어 제2 화장료가 채워지며 상기 제1 내용기뚜껑 위에 얹혀지면서 폐쇄되는 제2 내용기를 포함하며,
    상기 외용기의 뚜껑은 상기 제1 내용기, 제1 내용기뚜껑 및 제2 내용기를 외부로부터 차단하면서 상기 외용기를 폐쇄하는 화장품용 콤팩트 용기.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 내용기의 내측에 삽입되며 제1 화장료가 함침되는 함침부재를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품용 콤팩트 용기
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 함침부재의 상기 제1 내용기 내 고정을 위해 상기 제1 내용기에 결합되는 고정구를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품용 콤팩트 용기
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 내용기뚜껑은 내측에 화장료 혼합홈이 형성되고 상기 화장료 혼합홈의 내측 바닥면에 혼합 기능을 높이기 위한 복수의 교반용 돌기가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품용 콤팩트 용기
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 내용기는 바닥면 및 상기 바닥면으로부터 상부로 연장 형성된 제1 외벽 그리고 상기 제1 외벽으로부터 일정간격 이격되어 형성되는 제2 외벽을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품용 콤팩트 용기
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 내용기뚜껑은 하면에 제1 환형밀폐돌륜이 형성되어 상기 제1 환형밀폐돌륜이 상기 제1 내용기의 제2 외벽의 내주연에 억지끼움 방식으로 삽입되어 상기 제1 내용기를 밀폐하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품용 콤팩트 용기.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 내용기뚜껑은 상면에 제2 환형밀폐돌륜이 형성되어 상기 제2 내용기의 제2 화장료 수용공간을 밀폐하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품용 콤팩트 용기.
  8. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 제2 내용기의 제2 화장료 수용공간에 채워지는 제2 화장료는 하나 또는 둘 이상의 고형 파우더인 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품용 콤팩트 용기.
  9. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 제2 내용기는 상면에 환상돌륜에 의한 퍼프 보관홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품용 콤팩트 용기.
  10. 제 9 항에 있어서,
    상기 환상돌륜은 뚜껑을 닫았을 때 뚜껑의 거울 면과 맞닿게 형성되어 뚜껑에 의해 제2 내용기 및 제1 내용기뚜껑이 순차적으로 눌려져서 제1 내용기 및 제2 내용기의 밀폐가 강화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품용 콤팩트 용기.
