Description

내부가 이중으로 밀폐되는 에어타이트 립 화장품 용기
본 발명은 내부가 이중으로 밀폐되는 에어타이트 립 화장품 용기에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 하부용기와, 상기 하부용기 상부에 회전 가능하게 결합되고 외측으로 밀폐숄더가 형성된 상부용기와, 상기 상부용기 내에서 상승되고 상측으로 립 화장품이 부착된 상승피스톤과, 상기 상승피스톤 외측에 고정 결합되는 밀폐피스톤 및 상기 하부용기에 탈부착되는 오버캡으로 이루어지되, 상기 상승피스톤 외주연에 밀폐링을 형성하여 상기 밀폐링이 상부용기 내주연에 밀착된 상태로 상승 작동되고, 상기 밀폐피스톤 외주연에 밀폐날개를 형성하여 상기 밀폐날개가 상부용기의 밀폐숄더 내주연에 밀착되도록 함으로써, 립 화장품 용기의 내부가 상승피스톤과 밀폐피스톤에 의해 이중으로 밀폐되어 밀폐력이 향상된 내부가 이중으로 밀폐되는 에어타이트 립 화장품 용기에 관한 것이다.
색조화장품은 용모를 아름답게 변화시켜 피부를 아름답게 연출시키려는 목적으로 사용된다.
상기 색조화장품은 피부색을 균일하게 하고 결점을 커버하기 위하여 사용되는 베이스 메이크업과 입술, 눈, 손톱 등 부분적으로 입체감을 높이는 포인트 메이크업으로 구분되는데, 상기 베이스 메이크업에는 메이크업베이스, 파운데이션, 파우더 등이 있고, 포인트 메이크업에는 립스틱, 아이라이너, 마스카라 등이 있다.
여성들의 색조화장에 필요한 다양한 화장품 중 상기 립스틱은 입술을 보호하고 더욱 돋보이도록 화장하기 위한 것으로, 종래의 립스틱은 다양한 색감을 갖는 화장료 조성물이 봉상으로 제조되어 립스틱 화장품용기 내측에서 승강 작동되면서 인출 또는 삽입된다.
즉, 상기와 같은 종래의 일반적인 립스틱 화장품용기의 구성은 화장품용기의 외형을 유지하는 케이스와, 이 케이스의 내부에 나사식으로 설치되어 케이스의 회전작동에 의해 나사산을 따라 승강 작동되고 스틱형 화장품이 장착되는 립스틱홀더와, 상기 케이스와 립스틱홀더의 사이에 설치되면서 그 일부가 외측으로 노출되도록 설치되고 상기 립스틱홀더의 상하 이동을 안내하면서 화장품을 보호하는 보호관과, 상기 케이스의 상부에 체결되어 보호관을 안전하게 고정하는 체결캡 및 상기 케이스를 개폐하는 오버캡 등으로 구성되어 있다.
하지만, 상기 종래의 립스틱 화장품용기는 오버캡과 케이스, 케이스와 립스틱홀더 및 케이스와 보호관의 결합이 견고하지 않아서 밀폐력이 떨어지므로, 사용 중에 외부 공기가 케이스의 내부로 유입되고, 이에 따라 립스틱 화장품이 외부 공기와 지속적으로 접촉되면서 변질(變質) 또는 경화(硬化)되는 문제점이 있었다.
상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 도 1에서 보는 바와 같이 대한민국 공개특허 제20-2015-0004424호로 립스틱 화장품 용기의 밀폐구조가 개시되었는데, 상기 종래 기술은 원통형 용기체, 체결캡에 의해 체결되는 보호관 및 화장품홀더, 화장품홀더에 구비되는 스틱형 화장품을 갖추어 용기체의 회전작동에 의해 화장품홀더가 보호관에 안내되면서 외부로 출몰되는 립스틱 화장품용기로써, 상기 보호관의 입구를 밀폐하도록 구성하여 외부 공기의 유입을 차단하는 것이다.
하지만, 상기 종래기술은 보호관과 화장품홀더 및 체결캡 사이에 밀폐 구조가 구비되어 있지 않아, 보호관과 화장품홀더 사이 또는 화장품홀더와 체결캡 사이로 외부 공기가 유입되어 립스틱 화장품용기 내부가 밀폐되지 않는 문제점이 있었다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 안출된 것으로, 하부용기와, 상기 하부용기 상부에 회전 가능하게 결합되고 외측으로 밀폐숄더가 형성된 상부용기와, 상기 상부용기 내에서 상승되고 상측으로 립 화장품이 부착된 상승피스톤과, 상기 상승피스톤 외측에 고정 결합되는 밀폐피스톤 및 상기 하부용기에 탈부착되는 오버캡으로 이루어지되, 상기 상승피스톤 외주연에 밀폐링을 형성하여 상기 밀폐링이 상부용기 내주연에 밀착된 상태로 상승 작동되고, 상기 밀폐피스톤 외주연에 밀폐날개를 형성하여 상기 밀폐날개가 상부용기의 밀폐숄더 내주연에 밀착되도록 함으로써, 립 화장품 용기의 내부가 상승피스톤과 밀폐피스톤에 의해 이중으로 밀폐되어 밀폐력이 향상된 내부가 이중으로 밀폐되는 에어타이트 립 화장품 용기를 제공한다.
또한, 밀폐피스톤을 연질의 합성수지 재질로 형성하고, 상기 밀폐피스톤의 상부 외주연으로부터 밀폐날개를 하측으로 연장 형성하되, 상기 밀폐날개가 하부로 갈수록 바깥쪽으로 기울어져 상부용기의 밀폐숄더 내주연에 탄력적으로 밀착되도록 함으로써, 외부 공기가 상부용기 내측으로 유입되지 않도록 하여 립 화장품이 외부 공기에 의해 변질 또는 경화되는 것을 방지한 내부가 이중으로 밀폐되는 에어타이트 립 화장품 용기를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.
또한, 하부용기 내측에 상하 이동 가능하게 제1작동부재를 설치하고, 상부용기 하측에 상기 제1작동부재와 톱니로 맞물리는 제2작동부재를 결합하되, 상기 제1작동부재 하측에 제1작동부재를 탄력적으로 밀어올리는 탄성부재를 설치하여 제1작동부재와 제2작동부재 및 상부용기가 상호 밀착되도록 함으로써, 립 화장품 용기의 보관 또는 휴대중에도 밀폐력이 유지되어 립 화장품이 외부 공기에 노출되지 않도록 한 내부가 이중으로 밀폐되는 에어타이트 립 화장품 용기를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.
본 발명은 하부용기를 회전함에 따라 상부용기 내의 립 화장품이 상승되면서 인출되는 립 화장품 용기에 있어서,
상기 하부용기 상부에 회전 가능하게 결합되는 상부용기와;
상기 상부용기 내에 형성되며, 상측으로 립 화장품이 부착된 상승피스톤과;
상기 상부용기의 밀폐숄더 내측에 결합되며, 밀폐날개가 형성된 밀폐피스톤 및
상기 상부용기를 개폐하는 오버캡을 포함하되,
상기 상승피스톤은 상부용기의 내주연에 밀착된 상태로 상승 작동되고, 밀폐피스톤의 밀폐날개는 상부용기의 밀폐숄더 내주연에 밀착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내부가 이중으로 밀폐되는 에어타이트 립 화장품 용기를 제공한다.
또한, 상기 하부용기 내측에는 상하 이동 가능하게 설치되는 제1작동부재와, 상기 제1작동부재 상부에 맞물리는 제2작동부재 및 상기 제1작동부재를 탄력적으로 밀어올리는 탄성부재가 더 결합되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 상부용기의 하부 외주연에 밀폐숄더가 형성되되, 상기 밀폐숄더는 상부용기의 외주연으로부터 일정간격 이격되어 하측으로 연장 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 상승피스톤 외측에 밀폐링이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 밀폐날개는 밀폐피스톤의 상부 외주연으로부터 하측으로 연장 형성되되, 하부로 갈수로 바깥쪽으로 기울어져 상부용기의 내주연에 탄력적으로 밀착되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 밀폐날개의 하부 외주연에는 밀폐돌륜이 형성되어 상부용기 내주연에 밀착되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 밀폐피스톤은 연질의 합성수지 재질로 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
본 발명에 따른 내부가 이중으로 밀폐되는 에어타이트 립 화장품 용기는 하부용기와, 상기 하부용기 상부에 회전 가능하게 결합되고 외측으로 밀폐숄더가 형성된 상부용기와, 상기 상부용기 내에서 상승되고 상측으로 립 화장품이 부착된 상승피스톤과, 상기 상승피스톤 외측에 고정 결합되는 밀폐피스톤 및 상기 하부용기에 탈부착되는 오버캡으로 이루어지되, 상기 상승피스톤 외주연에 밀폐링을 형성하여 상기 밀폐링이 상부용기 내주연에 밀착된 상태로 상승 작동되고, 상기 밀폐피스톤 외주연에 밀폐날개를 형성하여 상기 밀폐날개가 상부용기의 밀폐숄더 내주연에 밀착되도록 함으로써, 립 화장품 용기의 내부가 상승피스톤과 밀폐피스톤에 의해 이중으로 밀폐되어 밀폐력이 향상되는 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 내부가 이중으로 밀폐되는 에어타이트 립 화장품 용기는 밀폐피스톤을 연질의 합성수지 재질로 형성하고, 상기 밀폐피스톤의 상부 외주연으로부터 밀폐날개를 하측으로 연장 형성하되, 상기 밀폐날개가 하부로 갈수록 바깥쪽으로 기울어져 상부용기의 밀폐숄더 내주연에 탄력적으로 밀착되도록 함으로써, 외부 공기가 상부용기 내측으로 유입되지 않도록 하여 립 화장품이 외부 공기에 의해 변질 또는 경화되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 내부가 이중으로 밀폐되는 에어타이트 립 화장품 용기는 하부용기 내측에 상하 이동 가능하게 제1작동부재를 설치하고, 상부용기 하측에 상기 제1작동부재와 톱니로 맞물리는 제2작동부재를 결합하되, 상기 제1작동부재 하측에 제1작동부재를 탄력적으로 밀어올리는 탄성부재를 설치하여 제1작동부재와 제2작동부재 및 상부용기가 상호 밀착되도록 함으로써, 립 화장품 용기의 보관 또는 휴대중에도 밀폐력이 유지되어 립 화장품이 외부 공기에 노출되지 않도록 하는 효과가 있다.

본 발명과 본 발명의 실시에 의해 달성되는 기술적 과제는 다음에서 설명하는 바람직한 실시예들에 의해 명확해 질 것이다. 이하, 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명에 따른 내부가 이중으로 밀폐되는 에어타이트 립 화장품 용기의 일 실시예를 상세히 살펴보면 다음과 같다.

본 발명에 따른 내부가 이중으로 밀폐되는 에어타이트 립 화장품 용기는 하부용기(10)를 회전함에 따라 상부용기(20) 내의 립 화장품(35)이 상승되면서 인출되는 립 화장품 용기에 있어서, 상기 하부용기(10) 상부에 회전 가능하게 결합되는 상부용기(20)와; 상기 상부용기(20) 내에 형성되며, 상측으로 립 화장품(35)이 부착된 상승피스톤(30)과; 상기 상승피스톤(30) 외측에 결합되며, 밀폐날개(42)가 형성된 밀폐피스톤(40) 및 상기 상부용기(20)를 개폐하는 오버캡(50)을 포함하되, 상기 상승피스톤(30)은 상부용기(20)의 내주연에 밀착된 상태로 상승 작동되고, 밀폐피스톤(40)의 밀폐날개(42)는 상부용기(20)의 내주연에 밀착되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 하부용기(10)는 상부가 개방된 원통 형태이며, 하부용기(10) 중앙에는 리드축삽입홈(11)이 형성되고, 상기 리드축삽입홈(11)의 외측 상부로 리드축삽입돌륜(12)이 연장 형성된다.
상기 하부용기(10)의 내주연과 리드축삽입돌륜(12) 사이에는 본 발명에 따른 립 화장품 용기의 부품들이 설치되는 작동부재설치홈(13)이 형성된다.
상기 리드축삽입돌륜(12) 외측에는 도 4에서 보는 바와 같이 다수의 회전리브(14)가 형성되고, 상기 회전리브(14) 외측에는 탄성부재설치홈(15)이 형성된다.
상기 하부용기(10)의 상부 내주연에는 상부용기(20)가 결합되는 결합환홈(16)이 형성된다.
상기 상부용기(20)는 하부용기(10) 상부에 회전 가능하게 결합된다.
상기 상부용기(20)는 상부용기(20) 내측에 형성된 상승피스톤(30)의 수직 이동을 안내하게 된다.
상기 상부용기(20)의 하부 외주연에는 밀폐숄더(24)가 형성되는데, 상기 밀폐숄더(24)는 상부용기(20)의 외주연으로부터 일정간격 이격되어 하측으로 연장 형성된다.
상기 밀폐숄더(24)의 상부 외측은 곡면을 이루며 형성되는 것이 바람직하다. 이는 오버캡(50)이 상부용기(20)를 덮으면서 하부용기(10)에 결합될 때, 상기 오버캡(50)의 하부가 밀폐숄더(24)의 상부 외측에 부드럽게 삽입되도록 하기 위함이다.
상기 밀폐숄더(24)의 외주연에는 하부용기(10)의 상단에 안착되는 안착돌륜(242)이 돌출 형성된다.
상기 밀폐숄더(24)의 안착돌륜(242) 하측에는 결합돌륜(244)이 형성되어 하부용기(10) 내주연에 형성된 결합환홈(16)에 결합된다.
상기 밀폐숄더(24) 하부에는 도 3에서 보는 바와 같이 다수의 제2끼움부(246)가 형성된다.
상기 하부용기(10)의 작동부재설치홈(13)에는 제1작동부재(60)가 설치되는데, 상기 제1작동부재(60)는 하부용기(10)에 상하 이동 가능하게 결합되어 상기 하부용기(10)와 함께 회전된다.
상기 제1작동부재(60) 상단에는 제1톱니(62)가 형성되되, 상기 제1톱니(62)는 한쪽 방향으로만 경사지게 형성된다.
상기 제1작동부재(60) 하부에는 다수의 제1끼움부(64)가 형성되는데, 상기 제1끼움부(64)는 하부용기(10) 내측에 형성된 각각의 회전리브(14) 사이에 삽입되어 하부용기(10)가 회전될 때, 상기 제1작동부재(60)가 하부용기(10) 내측에서 헛돌지 않고 하부용기(10)와 함께 회전되도록 한다.
상기 제1작동부재(60) 하측에는 제1작동부재(60)를 탄력 지지하는 탄성부재(70)가 형성되되, 상기 탄성부재(70)는 하부용기(10)의 탄성부재설치홈(15)에 삽입된다.
상기 제1작동부재(60) 상측에는 제2작동부재(80)가 설치되는데, 상기 제2작동부재(80)는 상부용기(20)와 결합된다.
상기 제2작동부재(80) 하단에는 제2톱니(82)가 형성되되, 상기 제2톱니(82)는 제1작동부재(60)의 제1톱니(62)와 대응되도록 한쪽 방향으로만 경사면이 형성되어 상기 제1톱니(62)와 맞물리게 된다. 즉, 사용자가 한 손으로 상부용기(20)를 잡아 고정시키고 다른 손으로 하부용기(10)를 회전시키면, 제2작동부재(80)는 상부용기(20)와 함께 고정되는 반면, 제1작동부재(60)는 하부용기(10)와 함께 회전되는데, 이때 상기 제2작동부재(80) 하단에 형성된 제2톱니(82)와 제1작동부재(60) 상단에 형성된 제1톱니(62)의 경사면이 서로 맞닿아 있고, 제1작동부재(60)가 탄성부재(70)에 의해 탄력지지 되기 때문에 제1작동부재(60)의 제1톱니(62)가 제2작동부재(80)의 제2톱니(82)를 탄력적으로 타고 넘어가면서 상기 제1작동부재(60)가 제2작동부재(80)로부터 한쪽 방향으로만 회전하게 되는 것이다.
상기 제2작동부재(80) 외주연에는 다수의 끼움홈(84)이 형성되어 상부용기(20)의 제2끼움부(246)가 삽입된다. 이에 따라, 상기 하부용기(10)가 회전될 때, 제2작동부재(80)가 제1작동부재(60)를 따라 돌지 않고 상부용기(20)와 함께 고정되는 것이다.
상기 제2작동부재(80) 중앙에는 리드축관통홀(86)이 형성되고, 상기 리드축관통홀(86) 외측에는 작동나사산(862)이 형성된다.
본 발명에 따른 립 화장품 용기는 상기에서 살펴본 바와 같이, 하부용기(10) 내측에 상하 이동 가능하게 제1작동부재(60)를 설치하고, 상부용기(20) 하측에 상기 제1작동부재(60)와 맞물리는 제2작동부재(80)를 결합하되, 상기 제1작동부재(60) 하측에 제1작동부재(60)를 탄력적으로 밀어올리는 탄성부재(70)를 설치하여 제1작동부재(60)와 제2작동부재(80) 및 상부용기(20)가 상호 밀착되도록 한다.
따라서, 립 화장품 용기의 보관 또는 휴대 중에도 밀폐력이 유지되어 립 화장품이 외부 공기에 노출되지 않게 된다.
상기 하부용기(10)의 리드축삽입돌륜(12) 내측에는 제1작동부재(60)와 제2작동부재(80)를 관통하여 상승하는 리드축(90)이 결합된다.
상기 리드축(90) 상단에는 상승피스톤(40)이 결합되며, 외주연에는 리드축나사산(92)이 형성되어 제2작동부재(80)의 작동나사산(862)과 나사 결합된다.
상기 상승피스톤(30)은 상부용기(20) 내에서 상기 리드축(90)에 의해 상승되며, 상측으로 립 화장품(35)이 부착된다.
상기 상승피스톤(30) 외측에는 밀폐링(32)이 형성되는데, 상기 밀폐링(32)은 상부용기(20) 내주연에 밀착된 상태에서 상승 작동된다. 따라서, 하부용기(10)를 통해 상승피스톤(30) 하측으로 유입된 외부 공기가 립 화장품(35)에 접촉되어 상기 립 화장품(35)이 변질(變質) 또는 경화(硬化)되는 것을 방지하게 된다.
상기 고정피스톤(40)은 상부용기(20)의 밀폐숄더(24) 내측에 고정 결합되는데, 상기 고정피스톤(40)의 상단은 상부용기(20)의 하단에 밀착되고, 하단부는 제2작동부재(80) 상부에 결합되어 고정된다.
상기 고정피스톤(40)의 외주연에는 밀폐날개(42)가 형성된다.
상기 밀폐날개(42)는 밀폐피스톤(40)의 상부 외주연으로부터 하측으로 연장 형성되되, 하부로 갈수로 바깥쪽으로 기울어져 상부용기(20)의 내주연에 탄력적으로 밀착되어 립 화장품 용기의 밀폐력을 향상시킨다.
다시 말해, 본 발명에 따른 립 화장품 용기는 도 5에서 보는 바와 같이 밀폐피스톤(40) 외주연에 밀폐날개(42)가 형성되어 상기 밀폐날개(42)가 상부용기(20)의 밀폐숄더(24) 내주연에 밀착된 상태로 고정되어 있어 립 화장품 용기 내부가 1차로 밀폐되고, 상승피스톤(30) 외주연에 밀폐링(32)이 형성되어 상기 밀폐링(32)이 상부용기(20) 내주연에 밀착된 상태로 상승 작동되면서 립 화장품 용기 내부가 2차로 밀폐되는 것이다.
따라서, 립 화장품 용기의 내부가 상승피스톤(30)과 밀폐피스톤(40)에 의해 이중으로 밀폐되어 밀폐력이 향상된다.
또한, 상기 밀폐날개(42)의 하부 외주연에는 상부용기(20)의 밀폐숄더(24) 내주연에 밀착되는 밀폐돌륜(422)이 형성된다.
상기 밀폐피스톤(40)은 탄력적으로 휘어질 수 있도록 연질의 합성수지 재질로 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 오버캡(50)은 상부용기(20)를 감싸면서 하부용기(20)에 결합되어 상기 상부용기(20)를 개폐하게 된다.
상기 상부용기(20) 상측에는 립 화장품 용기의 밀폐력 향상을 위해 속캡(56)이 더 형성된다.
상기 속캡(56)은 상부용기(20) 상부를 감싸면서 결합되며, 오버캡(50)이 하부용기(10)에 결합될 때, 속캡(56)의 상단이 오버캡(50)에 의해 압박된다.
상기 속캡(56)의 상부 내측에는 차단판(562)이 형성되되, 상기 차단판(562)은 한쪽으로 기울어진 형태로 형성되어 상부용기(20) 상단에 밀착된다.
상기와 같이 구성된 내부가 이중으로 밀폐되는 에어타이트 립 화장품 용기의 조립 방법을 도면을 참조하여 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 발명에 따른 내부가 이중으로 밀폐되는 에어타이트 립 화장품 용기를 조립하기 위해 도 3 내지 도 5에서 보는 바와 같이 하부용기(10) 내측에 탄성부재(70)와 제1작동부재(60)를 설치하되, 상기 탄성부재(70)가 하부용기(10)의 탄성부재설치홈(15)에 삽입되도록 하고, 제1작동부재(60)의 제1끼움부(64)가 하부용기(10)의 회전리브(14) 사이에 삽입되도록 한다.
다음으로, 리드축(90)에 제2작동부재(80)를 나사 결합한 후, 상기 리드축(90)과 제2작동부재(80)를 하부용기(10)의 작동부재설치홈(13)에 결합하는데, 상기 리드축(90)이 하부용기(10)의 리드축삽입돌륜(12) 내측에 삽입되면서 제2작동부재(80)의 제2톱니(82)가 제1작동부재(60)의 제1톱니(62)와 맞물리도록 한다.
다음으로, 상부용기(20) 상측에 속캡(56)을 결합한 후, 상기 상부용기(20)를 뒤집어 상부용기(20) 하측으로부터 립 화장품(35) 내용물을 주입하고 상승피스톤(30)을 결합한 후, 립 화장품(35) 내용물을 응고시킨다.
다음으로, 고정피스톤(40)을 하부용기(10) 내측에 삽입하여 제2작동부재(80) 상부에 결합하고, 상기와 같이 조립된 상부용기(20)를 하부용기(10) 상부에 결합하되, 상기 상부용기(20)의 결합돌륜(244)이 하부용기(10)의 결합환홈(16)에 결합되는 동시에 상승피스톤(30)이 리드축(90) 상부에 결합되도록 한다.
이때, 상기 고정피스톤(40)의 외주연에 형성된 밀폐날개(42)가 상부용기(20)의 밀폐숄더(24) 내주연에 탄력적으로 밀착되어 립 화장품 용기 내부의 밀폐력이 향상된다.
마지막으로, 오버캡(50)을 하부용기(10) 상부에 결합함으로써, 본 발명에 따른 내부가 이중으로 밀폐되는 에어타이트 립 화장품 용기의 조립을 완료한다.
상기와 같이 조립된 내부가 이중으로 밀폐되는 에어타이트 립 화장품 용기의 사용 방법을 도면을 참조하여 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 6은 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 립 화장품 용기의 오버캡과 속캡이 분리되는 모습을 나타내는 단면도이고, 도 7은 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 립 화장품 용기의 하부용기를 회전시켜 립 화장품을 인출시키는 모습을 나타내는 단면도이며, 도 8은 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 립화장품 용기의 제1작동부재가 회전되는 모습을 나타내는 부분 사시도이고, 도 9는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 립 화장품 용기으로부터 인출된 립 화장품으로 화장을 하는 모습을 나타내는 사시도이다.
본 발명에 따른 내부가 이중으로 밀폐되는 에어타이트 립 화장품 용기를 사용하기 위해 우선 도 6에서 보는 바와 같이 하부용기(10)로부터 오버캡(50)과 속캡(56)을 순차적으로 분리한다.
이후, 도 7에서 보는 바와 같이 한 손으로 상부용기(20)를 잡아 고정시키고 다른 손으로 하부용기(10)를 한쪽 방향으로 돌려 제2작동부재(80)로부터 제1작동부재(60)를 회전시킨다.
상기 제1작동부재(60)의 회전 과정을 보다 자세히 살펴보면, 도 8에서 보는 바와 같이 제1작동부재(60) 상단에 형성된 제1톱니(62)의 경사면이 제2작동부재(80) 하단에 형성된 제2톱니(82)와 서로 맞닿아 있다가, 사용자가 하부용기(10)를 회전시키면 제2작동부재(80)는 상부용기(20)에 의해 고정되는 반면, 제1작동부재(80)는 상기 하부용기(10)와 함께 회전된다.
이때, 상기 제1작동부재(60)는 탄성부재(70)에 의해 탄력지지 되기 때문에 제1작동부재(60)의 제1톱니(62)가 제2작동부재(80)의 제2톱니(82)를 탄력적으로 타고 넘어가면서 회전된다.
이와 동시에, 하부용기(10) 내측에 설치된 리드축(90)도 함께 회전되는데, 상기 리드축(90)은 상부용기(20)에 고정되어 있는 제2작동부재(80)와 나사 결합되어 있어 회전되면서 서서히 상승하게 된다.
이에 따라, 상기 리드축(90) 상부에 결합된 상승피스톤(30)이 상부용기(20) 내주연에 밀착된 상태로 상승하게 되고, 상기 상승피스톤(30) 상부에 부착된 립 화장품(35) 역시 상승하면서 상기 립 화장품(35)의 상부가 상부용기(20) 상측으로 노출된다.
이후, 도 9에서 보는 바와 같이 외부로 노출된 립 화장품(35)을 이용하여 입술 화장을 한다.
화장이 끝난 후에는 립 화장품 용기의 보관 또는 휴대를 위해 하부용기(10)에 속캡(56)과 오버캡(50) 다시 결합한다.
이상, 본 발명에서 설명한 것은 내부가 이중으로 밀폐되는 에어타이트 립 화장품 용기를 실시하기 위한 하나의 실시예에 불과한 것으로, 본 발명은 상기 실시예에 한정되는 것이 아니다. 첨부된 청구범위에서 청구하는 바와 같이 본 발명의 요지를 벗어남이 없이 당해 발명이 속하는 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 누구든지 다양한 변경 실시가 가능한 범위까지 본 발명의 범위에 속하는 것으로 간주 되어야 할 것이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 하부용기를 회전함에 따라 상부용기 내의 립 화장품이 상승되면서 인출되는 립 화장품 용기에 있어서,
    상기 하부용기 상부에 회전 가능하게 결합되는 상부용기와;
    상기 상부용기 내에 형성되며, 상측으로 립 화장품이 부착된 상승피스톤과;
    상기 상부용기의 밀폐숄더 내측에 결합되며, 밀폐날개가 형성된 밀폐피스톤 및
    상기 상부용기를 개폐하는 오버캡을 포함하되,
    상기 상승피스톤은 상부용기의 내주연에 밀착된 상태로 상승 작동되고, 밀폐피스톤의 밀폐날개는 상부용기의 밀폐숄더 내주연에 밀착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내부가 이중으로 밀폐되는 에어타이트 립 화장품 용기.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 하부용기 내측에는 상하 이동 가능하게 설치되는 제1작동부재와, 상기 제1작동부재 상부에 맞물리는 제2작동부재 및 상기 제1작동부재를 탄력적으로 밀어올리는 탄성부재가 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내부가 이중으로 밀폐되는 에어타이트 립 화장품 용기.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 상부용기의 하부 외주연에 밀폐숄더가 형성되되, 상기 밀폐숄더는 상부용기의 외주연으로부터 일정간격 이격되어 하측으로 연장 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내부가 이중으로 밀폐되는 에어타이트 립 화장품 용기.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 상승피스톤 외측에 밀폐링이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내부가 이중으로 밀폐되는 에어타이트 립 화장품 용기.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 밀폐피스톤의 밀폐날개는 밀폐피스톤의 상부 외주연으로부터 하측으로 연장 형성되되, 하부로 갈수로 바깥쪽으로 기울어져 상부용기의 내주연에 탄력적으로 밀착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내부가 이중으로 밀폐되는 에어타이트 립 화장품 용기.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 밀폐피스톤의 밀폐날개 하부 외주연에는 밀폐돌륜이 형성되어 상부용기 내주연에 밀착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내부가 이중으로 밀폐되는 에어타이트 립 화장품 용기.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 밀폐피스톤은 연질의 합성수지 재질로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내부가 이중으로 밀폐되는 에어타이트 립 화장품 용기.
