여기서 기능성 화장품의 경우 주름완화, 미백 등의 기능이 뛰어난 비타민류나 천연추출물 등의 기능성 원료를 사용하는 경우가 많고, 이러한 원료들은 그 성질상 굉장히 불안정하기 때문에, 베이스 원료와 미리 섞어 놓으면 불안정한 상태에서 산패, 변질되기 쉬운 단점이 있었다.
특히 기능성 화장품의 경우 그 사용기간이 일반 화장품에 비하여 매우 짧은 것으로 비타민류나 천연추출물 원료를 사용하는 경우가 많은데, 이러한 천연추출물 원료의 경우 공기와 접촉되거나 또는 자외선에 노출되는 경우 산패나 변질이 발생되어 사용기간이 더 짧아지는 문제점이 있었다.

본 발명에 따른 화장품 이액용기는 제 1, 2 내용물이 서로 분리된 상태로 유지되다가, 사용 시에 제 2 내용물이 사용자의 조작을 통해 용기바디(10) 내부로 토출되어 혼합되기 때문에, 사용자가 사용하기 직전까지 외부환경에 민감한 제 2 내용물이 외부환경에 노출되는 것을 방지하는 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 화장품 이액용기는 사용자가 사용하기 전까지 와부 환경에 의해 변질이나 산패가 발생되기 쉬운 제 2 내용물이 차폐되어 피펫조립체(20) 내부에 보관되기 때문에, 사용자에게 최대한의 사용기간을 제공하는 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 화장품 이액용기는 피펫조립체(20)가 용기바디(10)와 분리될 때, 용기바디(10) 내부에서 캡(30)이 분리되고, 분리된 캡이 용기바디(10) 내부에 보관되기 때문에, 사용자가 피펫(24)에서 캡(30)을 분리시키기 위해 캡(30)만지는 동작이 요구되지 않고, 이를 통해 피펫(24)이 오염되는 것을 방지하는 효과가 있다.

다만, 본 발명을 설명함에 있어, 관련된 공지 기능 또는 구성에 대한 구체적인 설명이 본 발명의 요지를 불필요하게 흐릴 수 있다고 판단되는 경우에는 그 상세한 설명을 생략한다. 용어가 동일하더라도 표시하는 부분이 상이하면 도면 부호가 일치하지 않음을 미리 말해두는 바이다.
그리고 후술되는 용어들은 본 발명에서의 기능을 고려하여 설정된 용어들로서 이는 실험자 및 측정자와 같은 사용자의 의도 또는 관례에 따라 달라질 수 있으므로 그 정의는 본 명세서 전반에 걸친 내용을 토대로 내려져야 할 것이다.

도시된 바와 같이, 본 실시예에 따른 화장품 이액용기는 사용 전에 적어도 2종류의 내용물이 격리되어 있다가 개봉 시에 서로 다른 내용물이 혼합되도록 구성된다.
이를 위해 상기 화장품 이액용기는 제 1 내용물(11)이 저장되는 용기바디(10)와, 상기 용기바디(10)에 결합되고, 제 2 내용물(21)이 저장되는 피펫조립체(20)를 포함하여 구성된다.
상기 용기바디(10)는 상측에 개구부가 형성되고, 상측 외주면에 바디나사산(13)이 형성된다.
그리고 상기 용기바디(10) 내부에는 후술하는 캡(30)이 삽입되는 캡홈(14)과, 상기 캡(30)이 끼워져 걸림 고정되는 바디걸림부(15)가 형성된다.
상기 피펫조립체(20)는 상기 제 2 내용물(21)이 저장되는 피펫바디(22)와, 상기 피펫바디(22) 내주면에 형성된 피펫나사산(23)과, 상기 피펫바디(22)에 결합되어 상기 용기바디(10) 내부에 삽입되고, 상기 제 2 내용물(21)을 상기 용기바디(10) 내부로 안내하는 피펫(24)과, 상기 피펫바디(22)에 결합되어 상기 제 2 내용물(21)을 가압하는 피스톤(26)과, 상기 피스톤(26)에 결합되고 상기 피펫(24) 측으로 음압 또는 양압의 압력을 제공하는 압력제공부재(28)를 포함한다.
상기 피펫바디(22)는 상기 피펫나사산(23)이 형성된 이너바디(22a)와, 상기 이너바디(22a) 외측에 배치되는 아우터바디(22b)로 구성되고, 본 실시예와 달리 상기 이너바디(22a) 및 아우터바디(22b)가 일체로 형성될 수 있다.
특히 상기 이너바디(22a) 내측에는 상기 제 2 내용물(21)이 저장되는 저장공간이 형성된다.
그리고 상기 피펫바디(22)는 상기 저장공간(26a)으로 자외선과 같은 빛이 투과되지 않도록 불투명한 재질이나 빛을 반사할 수 있는 재질로 형성되는 것이 바람직하고, 이를 통해 상기 저장공간(26a)에 담긴 제 2 내용물(21)의 산패와 같은 변질을 방지한다.
상기 피펫(24)은 관형태로 형성되고, 상측단이 상기 이너바디(22a)의 저장공간(21a)과 연통되게 연결되고, 하측단이 상기 용기바디(10) 내부에 배치된다. 본 실시예에서 상기 피펫(24)의 하측단은 상기 캡홈(14)에 삽입되게 위치된다.
상기 피스톤(26)은 상기 피펫바디(22)에 결합된 상태에서 상기 저장공간(21a) 측으로 상대 이동되고, 이 과정에서 상기 저장공간(21a)의 제 2 내용물(21)을 상기 피펫(24)측으로 가압하여 토출시킨다.
여기서 상기 피스톤(26)에는 상기 압력제공부재(28)와 연통되는 압력제공유로(27)가 형성되고, 상기 압력제공부재(28)의 압력변화를 상기 피펫(24) 측으로 전달할 수 있다.
상기 압력제공부재(28)는 본 실시예에서 탄성을 갖는 고무재질로 형성되고, 사용자의 조작을 통해 상기 피펫(24)에 음압 또는 양압을 제공할 수 있다.
그리고 본 실시예에서 상기 피스톤(26)은 사용자의 조작력에 의해 상기 이너바디(22a)를 따라 상대 이동되면서 상기 제 2 내용물(21)을 상기 피펫(24) 측으로 토출시키도록 구성되었으나, 본 실시예와 달리 상기 피스톤(26)이 상기 피펫바디(22)에 대하여 상대 회전되면서 상기 제 2 내용물(21)을 상기 피펫(24) 측으로 토출시키도록 구성하여도 무방하다.
즉, 상기 이너바디(22a) 내측면을 따라 나사산을 형성하고, 상기 피스톤(26)이 상기 나사산을 따라 회전되도록 구성한 후, 상기 피스톤(26)의 회전수에 따라 상기 피펫(24)으로 제 2 내용물(21)이 토출되도록 구성할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 이너바디(22a) 내측면을 따라 소정 간격으로 걸림턱을 형성하고, 상기 피스톤(26)이 상기 걸림턱에 걸리도록 구성함으로써, 사용자가 상기 제 2 내용물(21)을 분할하여 토출시킬 수 있도록 구성하여도 무방하다.
한편, 상기 캡(30)은 상기 피펫(24)의 하단에 결합되어 상기 제 2 내용물(21)이 상기 용기바디(10) 내부로 유입되는 것을 차단시킨다.
여기서 상기 캡(30)은 피펫(24)에 결합된 상태로 상기 캡홈(14)에 삽입되고, 상기 피펫조립체(20)가 상기 용기바디(10)와 분리되는 과정에서 사기 캡(30) 및 피펫(24)이 분리된다.
이하 본 발명의 1 실시예에 따른 화장품 이액용기의 작동과정을 도면을 참조하여 보다 상세하게 설명한다.
먼저, 상기 피펫조립체(20)의 저장공간(26a)에는 제 2 내용물(21)이 저장된 상태이고, 상기 제 2 내용물(21)이 누출되는 것을 방지하기 위해 피펫(24)의 하측단에 캡(30)이 결합된다.
상기 피펫조립체(20)에 캡(30)이 결합된 상태로 상기 피펫(24)이 용기바디(10) 내부로 삽입되고, 상기 피펫조립체(20) 및 용기바디(10)가 나사 결합되어 조립된다.
이 과정에서 상기 캡(30)은 상기 캡홈(14) 내부로 삽입되고, 보다 상세하게는 상기 바디걸림부(15)를 통과하여 상기 바디걸림부(15) 하측에 위치된다.
이후 사용자가 상기 피펫조립체(20)를 회전시켜 상기 용기바디(10)에서 분리하면, 상기 피펫조립체(20)의 상측으로 이동되면서 상기 캡(30)과 바디걸림부(15)가 상호 걸림을 발생시키고, 이 과정에서 상기 캡(30)은 상기 피펫조립체(20)와 분리된다.
그래서 분리된 캡(30)은 상기 삽입홈(15)에 남겨지고, 피펫(24)의 하측이 개방된다.
이후 사용자는 피펫바디(22) 상측으로 노출된 피스톤(26)을 눌러, 저장공간(26a)으로 이동시키고, 상기 피스톤(26)의 이동에 의해 저장공간(26a)에 저장된 제 2 내용물(21)이 용기바디(10) 내부로 토출된다.
여기서 토출된 상기 제 2 내용물(21)은 상기 용기바디(10)의 내부 하측에 토출된 후, 제 1 내용물(11)과 혼합되고, 제 1, 2 내용물(11)(21)의 성질에 따라 화학반응을 일으키도록 구성할 수도 있다.
상기 제 1, 2 내용물(11)(21)이 섞인 후에, 사용자는 상기 압력제공부재(28)를 조작하여 혼합된 내용물을 상기 피펫(24) 내부로 흡입한 후, 상기 용기바디(10) 외부로 꺼내 피펫(24)에 흡입된 내용물을 원하는 양만큼 토출시켜 사용할 수 있다.
그리고 상기 피펫조립체(20)의 사용 후에, 상기 피펫조립체(20)를 용기바디(10)에 나사결합 시키면 상기 피펫(24)의 하측단이 캡홈(14)으로 삽입되지만, 상기 캡(30)과는 분리된 상태를 유지한다.
한편, 본 실시예에서는 상기 용기바디(10) 및 피펫조립체(20)가 나사결합을 통해 조립되도록 구성되었으나, 본 실시예와 달리 상하 이동을 통해 원터치로 끼움 결합 또는 걸림 결합되도록 구성하여도 무방하고, 상기 용기바디(10) 및 피펫조립체(20)의 결합방식은 당업자에 의해 다양한 형태로 구현될 수 있다.
도 11은 본 발명의 2 실시예에 따른 화장품 이액용기의 사시도이고, 도 12는 도 11의 작동 예시도이고, 도 13은 도 11의 분해 사시도이고, 도 14는 도 11의 정단면도이고, 도 15는 도 12의 정단면도이다.
본 실시예에 따른 화장품 이액용기는 1 실시예와 동일한 원리로 작동되되, 1 실시예와 다른 구성부품을 갖는다.
상기 화장품 이액용기는 제 1 내용물이 저장되는 용기바디(110)와, 상기 용기바디(110)에 결합되고, 제 2 내용물(21)이 저장되는 피펫조립체(120)를 포함하여 구성된다.
상기 용기바디(110)는 제 1 내용물이 저장되고, 상측 및 하측이 개구되어 형성되며, 상기 피펫조립체(120)와 조립되도록 바디나사산(13)이 형성된 용기하우징(112)과, 상기 용기하우징(112) 하측으로 조립되고, 상기 피펫(124)이 삽입되며, 상기 피펫(124)의 분리 시 상기 캡(30)이 분리되도록 바디걸림부(15)가 형성된 스트리퍼(114)와, 상기 스트리퍼(114) 하측에 밀착되는 용기패킹(116)과, 상기 스트리퍼(114)가 내측에 수용되고, 상기 용기하우징(112) 하측으로 결합되어 상기 용기하우징(112) 하측을 밀폐시키는 용기베이스(118)를 포함한다.
상기 용기하우징(1120 내측에 상기 스트리퍼(114)가 삽입되어 조립되고, 상기 피펫조립체(120)가 분리될 때, 상기 캡(30)이 상기 스트피퍼(114)과 상호 걸림을 형성시키며, 분리된 캡(30)은 상기 스트리퍼(114)에 잔류된다.
상기 피펫조립체(120)는 상기 제 2 내용물이 저장되고, 상기 용기바디(110)와 나사결합되는 피펫바디(130)와, 상기 피펫바디(130)에 결합되고 상기 용기바디(110) 내부에 삽입되며, 상기 제 2 내용물을 상기 용기바디(110) 내부로 안내하는 피펫(124)과, 상기 피펫바디(130)에 결합되어 상기 제 2 내용물을 상기 피펫(124) 측으로 가압하는 피스톤(140)를 포함한다.
상기 피펫바디(130)는 내주면에 나사산이 형성되고, 상기 용기바디(110)와 나사결합되는 피펫이너캡(132)과, 상기 피펫이너캡(132)을 관통하여 설치되고, 상기 피펫(124)과 결합되며 내부에 상기 제 2 내용물이 저장되는 피펫하우징(134)과, 상기 피펫이너캡(132) 및 피펫하우징(134)을 감싸 고정시키는 피펫아우터캡(136)을 포함한다.
상기 피펫하우징(134) 및 피펫아우터캡(136)은 상기 피스톤(140)이 삽입되도록 상측이 개구되어 형성된다.
상기 피스톤(140)은 상기 피펫하우징(134)을 밀폐시키도록 결합되는 피스톤부재(142)와, 상기 피스톤부재(142)와 결합되는 피스톤홀더(144)와, 상기 피스톤홀더(144)에 결합되어 상기 피펫(124) 측으로 양압 또는 음압을 제공하는 압력제공부재(148)와, 상기 피스톤홀더(144) 및 압력제공부재(148) 외측을 감싸도록 결합된 피스톤커버(146)와, 상기 압력제공부재(148)와 연통되고, 상기 피스톤홀더(144) 및 피스톤부재(142)를 관통하여 상기 피펫(124) 측으로 압력을 전달하는 압력제공유로(127)를 포함한다.
상기 피스톤부재(142)는 상기 피펫하우징(134) 내측면에 밀착되어 상하 방향으로 이동되면서 제 2 내용물을 상기 피펫(124) 측으로 가압한다.
상기 피스톤홀더(144)는 상기 압력제공부재(148) 및 피스톤부재(142)를 조립시킨다.
상기 압력제공부재(148)는 탄성재질로 형성되고, 사용자의 조작력에 의해 탄성변형 후 원상태로 복원된다.
이하 나머지 구성은 상기 1 실시예와 동일하기 때문에 상세한 설명을 생략한다.
이상 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 실시예들을 설명하였으나, 본 발명은 상기 실시예들에 한정되는 것이 아니라 서로 다른 다양한 형태로 제조될 수 있으며, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자는 본 발명의 기술적 사상이나 필수적인 특징을 변경하지 않고서 다른 구체적인 형태로 실시될 수 있다는 것을 이해할 수 있을 것이다. 그러므로 이상에서 기술한 실시예들은 모든 면에서 예시적인 것이며 한정적이 아닌 것으로 이해해야만 한다.

Claims (13)

  1. 내부에 제 1 내용물(11)이 저장된 용기바디(10);
    상기 용기바디(10)에 결합되고, 외부와 차폐되도록 제 2 내용물(21)이 저장되는 저장공간(26a)이 형성되며, 사용자의 조작에 의해 피스톤(26)이 상기 저장공간(26a)의 제 2 내용물(21)을 가압하여 상기 용기바디(10) 내부로 토출시키고, 토출된 상기 제 2 내용물(21)과 상기 제 1 내용물(11)이 상기 용기바디(10) 내부에서 섞이도록 구성된 피펫조립체(20)를 포함하는 화장품 이액용기.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 피펫조립체(20)는
    상기 저장공간(26a)과 연통되고, 상기 용기바디(10) 내부로 삽입되게 배치된 피펫(24)을 포함하고,
    상기 용기바디(10) 내부에 위치된 피펫(24)의 단측에는 상기 캡(30)이 결합된 화장품 이액용기.
  3. 청구항 2에 있어서,
    상기 피펫조립체(20)가 상기 용기바디(10)와 분리되는 과정에서 상기 캡(30)과 피펫(24)이 분리되게 배치된 화장품 이액용기.
  4. 청구항 2에 있어서,
    상기 용기바디(10) 내부에는 상기 캡(30)과 상호 걸림을 발생시키는 바디걸림부(15)가 형성된 화장품 이액용기.
  5. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 피펫조립체(20)는
    상기 제 2 내용물(21)이 저장되는 피펫바디(22);
    상기 피펫바디(22)에 결합되어 상기 용기바디(10) 내부에 삽입되고, 상기 제 2 내용물(21)을 상기 용기바디(10) 내부로 안내하는 피펫(24);
    상기 피펫바디(22)에 결합되어 상기 제 2 내용물(21)을 가압하는 피스톤(26);
    상기 피스톤(26)에 결합되고 상기 피펫(24) 측으로 음압 또는 양압의 압력을 제공하는 압력제공부재(28)를 포함하는 화장품 이액용기.
  6. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 용기바디(10) 및 피펫조립체(20)는 서로 나사 결합되도록 바디나사산(13) 및 피펫나사산(23)이 각각 형성된 화장품 이액용기.
  7. 청구항 1 내지 청구항 6 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    상기 피펫조립체(20)는 상기 피스톤(26)이 하측으로 직선 이동되면서 상기 제 2 내용물(21)을 가압하도록 구성된 화장품 이액용기.
  8. 청구항 1 내지 청구항 6 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    상기 피펫조립체(20)는 상기 피스톤(26)이 회전되면서 하측으로 이동되어, 상기 제 2 내용물(21)을 가압하도록 구성된 화장품 이액용기.
  9. 청구항 2에 있어서,
    상기 용기바디는,
    상기 제 1 내용물이 저장되고, 상측 및 하측이 개구되어 형성되며, 상기 피펫조립체와 조립되는 용기하우징;
    상기 용기하우징에 조립되고, 상기 피펫이 삽입되며, 상기 피펫의 분리 시 상기 캡이 분리되도록 바디걸림부가 형성된 스트리퍼;
    상기 스트리퍼가 내측에 수용되고, 상기 용기하우징과 결합되어 상기 용기하우징 하측을 밀폐시키는 용기베이스를 포함하는 화장품 이액용기.
  10. 청구항 2에 있어서,
    상기 피펫조립체는,
    상기 제 2 내용물이 저장되고, 상기 용기바디와 나사결합되는 피펫바디;
    상기 피펫바디에 결합되고 상기 용기바디 내부에 삽입되며, 상기 제 2 내용물을 상기 용기바디 내부로 안내하는 피펫;
    상기 피펫바디에 결합되어 상기 제 2 내용물을 상기 피펫 측으로 가압하는 피스톤;을 포함하는 화장품 이액용기.
  11. 청구항 10에 있어서,
    상기 피펫바디는,
    상기 용기바디와 나사결합되는 피펫이너캡;
    상기 피펫이너캡을 관통하여 설치되고, 상기 피펫과 결합되며 내부에 상기 제 2 내용물이 저장되는 피펫하우징;
    상기 피펫이너캡 및 피펫하우징을 감싸 고정시키는 피펫아우터캡;을 포함하는 화장품 이액용기.
  12. 청구항 10에 있어서,
    상기 피스톤은,
    상기 피펫하우징을 밀폐시키도록 결합되는 피스톤부재;
    상기 피스톤부재와 결합되는 피스톤홀더;
    상기 피스톤홀더에 결합되어 상기 피펫 측으로 양압 또는 음압을 제공하는 압력제공부재;
    상기 압력제공부재와 연통되고, 상기 피스톤홀더 및 피스톤부재를 관통하여 상기 피펫 측으로 압력을 전달하는 압력제공유로를 포함하는 화장품 이액용기.
  13. 내부에 제 1 내용물이 저장된 용기바디;
    상기 용기바디에 결합되고, 외부와 차폐되도록 제 2 내용물이 저장되는 저장공간이 형성되며, 사용자의 조작에 의해 피스톤이 상기 저장공간의 제 2 내용물을 가압하여 상기 용기바디 내부로 토출시키고, 토출된 상기 제 2 내용물과 상기 제 1 내용물이 상기 용기바디 내부에서 섞이도록 구성된 피펫조립체를 포함하고,
    상기 피펫조립체는,
