Abstract

본 발명은 이종물질혼합용기에 관한 것으로서, 화장품 내용물을 담는 외용기(10)와, 상기 외용기(10)의 상부개구부(11)의 내주연에 삽입되고, 상부개구부(11)의 상면에 그 상면플렌지(23)가 걸쳐지는 원통형상의 부재로서, 내부가 제1 및 제2펌프세트(30, 40)를 삽입할 수 있도록 그 공간이 구획된 내용기(20)와; 상하부가 개구된 원통형상의 부재로서, 상기 외용기(10)의 상부 개구부(11)에 하부가 나사 결합되고, 중간부는 상기 내용기(20)의 상면플렌지(23)를 눌러 고정함과 동시에 상기 제1 및 제2펌프세트(30, 40)를 고정하는 숄더부재(50)와; 상기 제1 및 제2펌프세트(30, 40)의 상측에 고정되어 상기 제1 및 제2펌프세트(30, 40)를 눌러 화장품 내용액을 외부로 토출시키는 누름버튼(60)과, 상기 누름버튼(60)을 커버하는 하부만 개구된 원통형상의 부재로서, 상기 숄더부재(50)의 상부 외주연에 형성된 원주형 돌기(51)에 결합되는 커버부재(70)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다. 이와 같은 본 발명은 제1펌프세트(30)가 장착되는 중앙공간부(21)와, 제2펌프세트(40)가 장착되는 외주연장착공간부(22)로 구획된 내용기(20)를 외용기(10)의 상부개구부(11) 내주연에 장착하여 구성함으로써 외용기(10)와 내용기(20)에 서로 다른 화장품 내용물을 저장하여 놓고 한 번의 펌핑으로 동시에 사용할 수 있는 효과를 가지고 있다.

Description

이종물질혼합용기
본 발명은 이종물질혼합용기에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는, 외용기 내에 내용기를 삽입 장착하고, 이 내용기에 각각 펌프세트를 장착하여 놓고, 이 외용기와 내용기에 서로 다른 화장품 내용물을 저장하여 놓고 한 번의 펌핑으로 동시에 사용할 수 있도록 한 이종물질혼합용기를 제공하는데 있다.
성분이 다른 두 가지 물질(화장품 등)을 미리 혼합하게 되면 혼합 상태에서의 화학적인 반응 등으로 인하여 변질되거나 또는 성능이 현저히 저하되는 등의 문제점이 발생될 수가 있고, 두 개의 용기를 준비하여 따로 저장한 후 사용자가 혼합하여 사용하는 경우에는 사용상의 불편을 초래한다는 문제점이 발생한다.
이러한 문제점 해결하기 위해 두 가지 물질을 하나의 용기에서 분리 저장한 후 사용자의 조작에 의해 두 가지 물질이 혼합시킬 수 있는 구조를 갖는 이종물질 혼합용기가 안출되어 사용되고 있다.
도6과 도7은 종래 이종물질혼합용기의 단면도이다.
종래의 이종물질혼합용기는, 이들 도면에 도시된 바와 같이, 내부에 용기저장공간(111a)이 형성되어 있고 상단에 용기개구(111b)가 형성되어 있는 용기바디부(111)와, 용기바디부(111)의 상단에 결합된 어깨부(113)와, 어깨부(113)에 일체로 형성된 내부캡(112)과, 어깨부(113)에 결합된 용기캡(118)과, 내부캡(112)의 상측에 배치되는 누름버튼(114)과, 누름버튼(114)의 저면에 결합된 가압관(119)과, 용기저장공간(111a)에 연통하도록 설치되는 실린더(150)와, 실린더(150)와 누름버튼(114) 사이에 개재된 펌핑부(140)와, 실린더(150)에 결합된 보조저장공간바디부(161)를 구비한 보조저장공간부(160)를 갖고 있다.
내부캡(112)은 중앙영역에 캡공(112a)이 형성되어 있다.
이러한 구성을 갖는 내부캡(112)은 캡공(112a)이 용기저장공간(111a)에 연통하도록 어깨부(113)에 결합된다.
누름버튼(114)은 저면과 측면을 연결하는 기역자 형태의 버튼유로(114a)가 형성되어 있다. 누름버튼(114)은 용기바디부(111)의 높이방향을 따라 이동할 수 있게 된다.
가압관(119)은 버튼유로(114a)와 캡공(112a)에 연통하도록 형성된다.
실린더(150)는 하부영역에 협경부(151)가 형성되어 있다.
협경부(151)는 바닥면에 통과공(151a)이 형성되어 있고, 내표면에는 실린더걸림턱(151b)이 형성되어 있다.펌핑부(140)는 실린더(150)의 내부에 설치된 고리형태의 펌핑피스톤(141)과, 펌핑피스톤(141)을 통과하여 가압관(119)의 내부로 진입하도록 설치된 작동축(145)과, 작동축(145)의 내부에 설치된 작동봉(146)과, 작동봉(146)의 하단에 형성된 개폐요홈부(147)와, 상단이 개폐요홈부(147)의 바닥면에 도달하고 하단이 통과공(151a)을 통과해서 실린더(150)의 외부로 노출되도록 설치된 빨대지지관(148)과, 빨대지지관(148)의 내부에 설치된 빨대(149)와, 누름버튼(114)과 내부캡(112)에 양단이 지지되도록 설치된 복귀스프링(144)을 갖고 있다.
펌핑피스톤(141)은 실린더(150)의 바닥면사이에 중간저장실(150a)이 형성되도록 실린더(150)의 내표면에 밀착 설치된다.
그리고 펌핑피스톤(141)은 가압관(119)의 하단으로부터 이격되도록 실린더(150)의 내부에 설치된다.
이에 따라 펌핑피스톤(141)은 누름버튼(114)을 가압조작하여 가압관(119)을 하강시킬 때 가압관(119)이 펌핑피스톤(141)과의 이격된 거리만큼 혼자서 하강한 후 가압관(119)과 함께 하강할 수 있게 된다.
작동축(145)은 직선상의 작동축바디부(145b)와, 작동축바디부(145b)의 하단에 형성된 스템(145c)을 갖고 있다.
작동축바디부(145b)의 내부공간이 작동축유로(145a)가 된다.
스템(145c)은 상승동작시 펌핑피스톤(141)을 상방향으로 가압하게 된다.
이러한 구성을 갖는 작동축(145)은 스템(145c)이 펌핑피스톤(141)을 통과하고 작동축바디부(145b)가 가압관(119)에 결합되도록 설치된다. 이에 따라 작동축(145)은 가압관(119)과 함께 승강할 수 있게 된다.
개폐요홈부(147)는 외표면 상측에 다수개의 개폐요홈유로형성돌부(147a)가 길이방향을 따라 돌출 형성되어 있다.
개폐요홈유로형성돌부(147a) 상호간은 이격되어 있어 개폐요홈유로형성돌부(147a) 사이 공간에는 개폐요홈유로가 형성된다.
빨대지지관(148)은 외표면 상측에 다수개의 지지관유로형성돌부(148a)가 길이방향을 따라 돌출 형성되어 있다.
지지관유로형성돌부(148a) 상호간은 이격되어 있어 지지관유로형성돌부(148a) 사이 공간에는 지지관유로가 형성된다. 복귀스프링(144)은 양단이 누름버튼(114)와 내부캡(112)에 지지되도록 설치된다.
보조저장공간부(160)는 보조저장공간바디부(161)에 더하여 빨대지지관(148)의 하단에 형성된 보조저장공간밀폐판부(162)를 갖고 있다.
보조저장공간밀폐판부(162)는 빨대지지관(148)의 길이방향에 수직으로 배치되도록 형성된다.
보조저장공간바디부(161)는 빨대지지관(148), 보조저장공간밀폐판부(162) 및 실린더(150)와 협조하여 밀폐공간을 형성할 수 있는 구조를 갖고 있다.
이러한 구성을 갖는 종래의 이종물질혼합용기의 동작을 도8 및 도9를 참조하여 설명하면 다음과 같다. 설명의 편의를 위해 용기바디부(111)의 내부공간 즉 용기저장공간(111a)에는 액상화장품이 저장되어 있고, 보조저장공간부(160)에는 분말형태의 화장품이 저장되어 있는 것으로 가정한다.
먼저 누름버튼(114)을 하방향으로 가압하면 가압관(119)이 펌핑피스톤(141)과의 이격된 거리만큼 혼자서 하강하고 이후에는 가압관(119)이 펌핑피스톤(141)과 함께 하강한다. 누름버튼(114)이 가압되면 복귀스프링(144)에는 탄성력이 축적된다.
가압관(119)이 하강하면 개폐요홈부(147)와 빨대지지관(148)도 하강한다. 여기서 개폐요홈부(147)의 하강은 개폐요홈유로형성돌부(147a)가 실린더걸림턱(151b)을 넘어가도록 이루어진다.
빨대지지관(148)이 하강하면 보조저장공간바디부(161)의 하단을 넘어가도록 보조저장공간밀폐판부(162)도 하강한다.
보조저장공간밀폐판부(162)가 하강하면 보조저장공간부(160)에 저장된 분말화장품과 용기저장공간(111a)에 저장된 액상화장품은 혼합된다(도8 참조).
다음에 누름버튼(114)에 대한 가압력을 해제하면 복귀스프링(144)에 축적된 탄성력에 의해 누름버튼(114)은 원위치로 상승한다.누름버튼(114)이 상승하면 작동축(145)과 펌핑피스톤(141)은 상승하고, 작동축유로(145a)는 펌핑피스톤(141)에 의해 폐쇄된다.
그리고 작동축(145)이 상승할 때 작동봉(146)과 개폐요홈부(147)도 상승한다. 여기서 작동봉(146)와 개폐요홈부(147)의 상승거리는 개폐요홈유로형성돌부(147a)와 실린더걸림턱(151b) 사이의 걸림작용에 의해 제한된다.
작동봉(146)과 개폐요홈부(147)가 상승하면 개폐요홈부(147)의 홈바닥면과 빨대(149)의 상단은 이격되고 이에 따라 용기저장공간(111a)은 빨대(149), 개폐요홈유로형성돌부(147a) 사이 공간에 형성된 개폐요홈유로와 지지관유로형성돌부(148a) 사이 공간에 형성된 지지관유로를 통해 중간저장실(150a)에 연결된다.
이와 같이 용기저장공간(111a)이 중간저장실(150a)에 연결된 상태에서 작동축(145)이 상승하여 중간저장실(150a)에 부압이 발생하고 용기저장공간(111a)의 혼합 화장품은 통해 중간저장실(150a)로 유입된다(도9 참조).
다음에 누름버튼(114)을 하방향으로 가압하면 가압관(119)이 펌핑피스톤(141)과의 이격된 거리만큼 혼자서 하강하고, 이후에는 가압관(119)이 펌핑피스톤(141)과 함께 하강한다.
가압관(119)이 펌핑피스톤(141)과의 이격된 거리만큼 혼자서 하강하는 동안 작동축유로(145a)는 중간저장실(150a)에 연통하게 된다.
작동축유로(145a)가 중간저장실(150a)에 연통하게 되면 중간저장실(150a) 내의 혼합화장품은 작동축유로(145a), 가압관(119) 및 버튼유로(114a)를 순차적으로 통과하여 외부로 배출된다.
한편 누름버튼(114)이 하강할 때 복귀스프링(144)에는 탄성력이 축적된다.
다음에 누름버튼(114)에 대한 가압력을 해제하면 복귀스프링(144)에 축적된 탄성력에 의해 누름버튼(114)은 원 위치로 상승한다.
누름버튼(114)이 상승하면 작동축(145)과 펌핑피스톤(141)은 상승하고, 작동축유로(145a)는 펌핑피스톤(141)에 의해 폐쇄된다.
작동축(145)이 상승하면 중간저장실(150a)에 부압이 발생하고 용기저장공간(111a)의 혼합 화장품은 통해중간저장실(150a)로 유입된다.
전술한 구성을 갖는 종래의 이종물질혼합용기는 2002년 실용신안등록출원 제15583호(고안의 명칭 : 혼합식 화장품 용기)에 개시되어 있다.
그런데 종래의 이종물질혼합용기에 따르면, 실린더(150)의 내부에 설치된 작동봉(146), 개폐요홈부(147) 및 빨대지지관(148)을 통해 보조저장공간밀폐판부(162)를 하강시키는 방법으로 이종물질이 혼합되기 때문에 이종물질 혼합구조가 복잡하고 제품조립이 어렵다는 문제점이 있었다.
그리고 작동봉(146), 개폐요홈부(147) 및 빨대지지관(148)가 실린더(150)의 내부에 배치되어 있기 때문에 이종물질혼합구조에 의해 중간저장실(150a)의 크기가 작아진다는 문제점이 있었다.
본 발명은 상기한 종래 기술의 요망에 부응하기 위하여 발명된 것으로서, 외용기 내에 내용기를 삽입 장착하고, 이 내용기에 각각 펌프세트를 장착하여 놓고, 이 외용기와 내용기에 서로 다른 화장품 내용물을 저장하여 놓고 한 번의 펌핑으로 동시에 사용할 수 있도록 한 이종물질혼합용기를 제공하는데 있다.
본 발명의 제1 실시예에 의한 이종물질혼합용기는, 화장품 내용물을 담는 외용기(10)와; 상기 외용기(10)의 상부개구부(11)의 내주연에 삽입되고, 상부개구부(11)의 상면에 그 상면플렌지(23)가 걸쳐지는 원통형상의 부재로서, 내부가 제1 및 제2펌프세트(30, 40)를 삽입할 수 있도록 그 공간이 구획된 내용기(20)와; 상하부가 개구된 원통형상의 부재로서, 상기 외용기(10)의 상부 개구부(11)에 하부가 나사 결합되고, 중간부는 상기 내용기(20)의 상면플렌지(23)를 눌러 고정함과 동시에 상기 제1 및 제2펌프세트(30, 40)를 고정하는 숄더부재(50)와; 상기 제1 및 제2펌프세트(30, 40)의 상측에 고정되어 상기 제1 및 제2펌프세트(30, 40)를 눌러 화장품 내용액을 외부로 토출시키는 누름버튼(60)과; 상기 누름버튼(60)을 커버하는 하부만 개구된 원통형상의 부재로서, 상기 숄더부재(50)의 상부 외주연에 형성된 원주형 돌기(51)에 결합되는 커버부재(70)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 내용기(20)는 중앙에 상하부로 관통되어 상기 제1펌프세트(30)가 삽입되어 외용기(10) 내의 화장품 내용물을 토출시키는 중앙공간부(21)와; 상기 중앙공간부(21)의 외주연의 공간으로서, 개구된 상부에 상기 제2펌프세트(40)가 삽입되고, 하부는 폐쇄되어 그 내에 담겨진 다른 화장품 내용물을 상기 제2펌프세트(40)를 통해 토출시키는 외주연장착공간부(22)로 구획된 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 외주연장착공간부(22)는 그 내부의 화장품 내용물이 한곳으로 모이도록 하부가 테이퍼진 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 이종물질혼합용기에 의하면, 중앙에 상하부로 관통되어 상기 제1펌프세트(30)가 삽입되어 외용기(10) 내의 화장품 내용물을 토출시키는 중앙공간부(21)와, 상기 중앙공간부(21)의 외주연의 공간으로서, 개구된 상부에 상기 제2펌프세트(40)가 삽입되고, 하부는 폐쇄되어 그 내에 담겨진 다른 화장품 내용물을 상기 제2펌프세트(40)를 통해 토출시키는 외주연장착공간부(22)로 구획된 내용기(20)를 외용기(10)의 상부개구부(11) 내주연에 장착하여 구성함으로써 외용기(10)와 내용기(20)에 서로 다른 화장품 내용물을 저장하여 놓고 한 번의 펌핑으로 동시에 사용할 수 있는 효과를 가지고 있다.

본 발명의 제1 실시예에 의한 이종물질혼합용기는, 화장품 내용물을 담는 외용기(10)와; 상기 외용기(10)의 상부개구부(11)의 내주연에 삽입되고, 상부개구부(11)의 상면에 그 상면플렌지(23)가 걸쳐지는 원통형상의 부재로서, 내부가 제1 및 제2펌프세트(30, 40)를 삽입할 수 있도록 그 공간이 구획된 내용기(20)와; 상하부가 개구된 원통형상의 부재로서, 상기 외용기(10)의 상부 개구부(11)에 하부가 나사 결합되고, 중간부는 상기 내용기(20)의 상면플렌지(23)를 눌러 고정함과 동시에 상기 제1 및 제2펌프세트(30, 40)를 고정하는 숄더부재(50)와; 상기 제1 및 제2펌프세트(30, 40)의 상측에 고정되어 상기 제1 및 제2펌프세트(30, 40)를 눌러 화장품 내용액을 외부로 토출시키는 누름버튼(60)과; 상기 누름버튼(60)을 커버하는 하부만 개구된 원통형상의 부재로서, 상기 숄더부재(50)의 상부 외주연에 형성된 원주형 돌기(51)에 결합되는 커버부재(70)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.

도 5와 같은 내용기(20')는 그 내부의 화장품 내용물이 한곳으로 모이도록 하부가 테이퍼진 용기이다.
상기 제1 및 제2펌프세트(30, 40)는 그 단면형상이 원형 및 타원형 중 선택된 하나이다.
여기 본 발명에서의 상기 제1펌프세트(30)는 그 단면형상이 원형이고, 상기 제2펌프세트(40)는 그 단면형상이 타원형으로 된 것에 대하여 설명하고 있다.
상기한 바와 같이 구성된 본 발명의 제1실시예에 의한 이종물질혼합용기는, 중앙에 상하부로 관통되어 상기 제1펌프세트(30)가 삽입되어 외용기(10) 내의 화장품 내용물을 토출시키는 중앙공간부(21)와, 상기 중앙공간부(21)의 외주연의 공간으로서, 개구된 상부에 상기 제2펌프세트(40)가 삽입되고, 하부는 폐쇄되어 그 내에 담겨진 다른 화장품 내용물을 상기 제2펌프세트(40)를 통해 토출시키는 외주연장착공간부(22)로 구획된 내용기(20)를 외용기(10)의 상부개구부(11) 내주연에 장착하여 구성함으로써 외용기(10)와 내용기(20)에 서로 다른 화장품 내용물을 저장하여 놓고 한 번의 펌핑으로 동시에 사용할 수 있는 것이다.
이상에서와 같이, 본 발명의 상세한 설명에서 구체적인 실시예에 관해 설명하였으나, 본 발명의 기술이 당업자에 의하여 용이하게 변형 실시될 가능성이 자명하며, 이러한 변형된 실시예들은 본 발명의 특허청구범위에 기재된 기술사상에 포함된다할 것이다.
본 발명의 이종물질혼합용기에 의하면, 중앙에 상하부로 관통되어 상기 제1펌프세트(30)가 삽입되어 외용기(10) 내의 화장품 내용물을 토출시키는 중앙공간부(21)와, 상기 중앙공간부(21)의 외주연의 공간으로서, 개구된 상부에 상기 제2펌프세트(40)가 삽입되고, 하부는 폐쇄되어 그 내에 담겨진 다른 화장품 내용물을 상기 제2펌프세트(40)를 통해 토출시키는 외주연장착공간부(22)로 구획된 내용기(20)를 외용기(10)의 상부개구부(11) 내주연에 장착하여 구성함으로써 외용기(10)와 내용기(20)에 서로 다른 화장품 내용물을 저장하여 놓고 한 번의 펌핑으로 동시에 사용할 수 있는 효과를 가지고 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 화장품 내용물을 담는 외용기(10)와;
    상기 외용기(10)의 상부개구부(11)의 내주연에 삽입되고, 상부개구부(11)의 상면에 그 상면플렌지(23)가 걸쳐지는 원통형상의 부재로서, 내부가 제1 및 제2펌프세트(30, 40)를 삽입할 수 있도록 공간이 구획된 내용기(20)와;
    상하부가 개구된 원통형상의 부재로서, 상기 외용기(10)의 상부 개구부(11)에 하부가 나사 결합되고, 중간부는 상기 내용기(20)의 상면플렌지(23)를 눌러 고정함과 동시에 상기 제1 및 제2펌프세트(30, 40)를 고정하는 숄더부재(50)와;
    상기 제1 및 제2펌프세트(30, 40)의 상측에 고정되어 상기 제1 및 제2펌프세트(30, 40)를 눌러 화장품 내용액을 외부로 토출시키는 누름버튼(60)과;
    상기 누름버튼(60)을 커버하는 하부만 개구된 원통형상의 부재로서, 상기 숄더부재(50)의 상부 외주연에 형성된 원주형 돌기(51)에 결합되는 커버부재(70)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 이종물질혼합용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 내용기(20)는 중앙에 상하부로 관통되어 상기 제1펌프세트(30)가 삽입되어 외용기(10) 내의 화장품 내용물을 토출시키는 중앙공간부(21)와;
    상기 중앙공간부(21)의 외주연의 공간으로서, 개구된 상부에 상기 제2펌프세트(40)가 삽입되고, 하부는 폐쇄되어 그 내에 담겨진 다른 화장품 내용물을 상기 제2펌프세트(40)를 통해 토출시키는 외주연장착공간부(22)로 구획된 것을 특징으로 하는 이종물질혼합용기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 외주장착공간부(22)는 그 내부의 화장품 내용물이 한곳으로 모이도록 하부가 테이퍼진 것을 특징으로 하는 이종물질혼합용기.
  4. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 및 제2펌프세트(30, 40)는 그 단면형상이 원형 및 타원형 중 선택된 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 이종물질혼합용기.
