일반적으로 시중에 유통되고 있는 화장품 용기는 하나의 화장품 내용물을 충진시켜 사용하도록 되어 있다.
이와 같이 하나의 화장품 용기의 내부에는 하나의 화장품 내용물을 충진 시켜 사용하기 때문에 복수의 화장품 내용물을 이용하여 화장을 하는 사람들은 화장품 내용물이 충진되어 있는 각각의 용기를 구입해야 한다. 따라서 구입 비용이 증가될 뿐만 아니라 각각의 화장품 내용물이 들어 있는 많은 수의 용기를 휴대하고 다녀야 하므로 불편하다.

상기 믹싱부는, 상기 제2 용기 바디에 승강 결합되는 작동 바디; 일측부는 상기 작동 바디에 연결되고 타측부는 상기 제2 용기 바디의 하단부까지 연장되는 작동 바디 포스트; 상기 제2 용기 바디의 내부에 배치되도록 상기 작동 바디 포스트에 마련되는 펌핑 피스톤; 상기 작동 바디 포스트의 단부에 마련되어 상기 제2 용기 바디의 개방된 하부를 개폐시키는 개폐 피스톤; 및 상기 제2 용기 바디에 마련되어 상기 작동 바디를 탄성 복원시키는 탄성체를 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시예들은, 제1 용기부와 제2 용기부가 독립적으로 분리되어 있고, 제1 용기부와 제2 용기부를 결합 후 믹싱부를 가압하면 제2 용기부에 저장된 제2 화장품 내용물이 제1 용기부로 들어가 제1 화장품 내용물과 제2 화장품 내용물이 서로 믹싱되므로 다른 종류의 화장품 내용물로 쉽게 교체함과 아울러 화장품 내용물의 선택 폭을 넓힐 수 있다.
도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 이종 화장품 혼합 용기를 개략적으로 도시한 도면이다.

도 7은 본 실시 예의 작동도로써 도 6에서 믹싱부를 작동시켜 제1 화장품 내용물과 제2 화장품 내용물을 서로 믹싱시키는 것을 개략적으로 도시한 도면이다.
본 발명과 본 발명의 동작상의 이점 및 본 발명의 실시에 의하여 달성되는 목적을 충분히 이해하기 위해서는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예를 예시하는 첨부 도면 및 첨부 도면에 기재된 내용을 참조하여야만 한다.
이하, 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예를 설명함으로써, 본 발명을 상세히 설명한다. 각 도면에 제시된 동일한 참조부호는 동일한 부재를 나타낸다.
도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 이종 화장품 혼합 용기를 개략적으로 도시한 도면이고, 도 2는 도 1의 정면도이고, 도 3은 도 1에 도시된 제1 용기부의 단면도이고, 도 4는 도 1에 도시된 제2 용기부의 단면도이다.
이들 도면에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 실시예에 따른 이종 화장품 혼합 용기(1)는, 제1 화장품 내용물(20)이 저장된 제1 용기부(100)와, 제1 용기부(100)에 탈착 결합되며 제2 화장품 내용물(30)이 저장된 제2 용기부(200)와, 제2 용기부(200)에 승강되게 결합되며 제2 화장품 내용물(30)을 제1 용기부(100)로 토출시켜 제1 화장품 내용물(20)과 제2 화장품 내용물(30)을 믹싱시키는 믹싱부(300)를 구비한다.
제1 용기부(100)는, 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 제2 용기부(200)보다 큰 사이즈로 마련되며 그 내부에는 제1 화장품 내용물(20)이 저장될 수 있다. 본 실시 예에서 제1 용기부(100)에 저장되는 제1 화장품 내용물(20)은 제2 용기부(200)에 저장되는 제2 화장품 내용물(30)과 서로 다른 종류일 수 있다. 예를 들어 제1 화장품 내용물(20)과 제2 화장품 내용물(30)은 같은 액상으로 서로 다른 내용물일 수 있고, 그 중 하나는 액상이고 나머지 하나는 분말이나 젤 또는 겔 상의 내용물일 수 있다.
본 실시 예에서 제1 용기부(100)는, 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 제1 용기 하부 바디(110)와, 제1 용기 하부 바디(110)의 상부에 탈착 결합되는 제1 용기 바디(120)와, 제1 용기 바디(120)의 상부에 탈착 결합되는 제1 용기캡(130)을 포함한다.
제1 용기부(100)의 제1 용기 하부 바디(110)의 내측 바닥부에는, 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 밀폐 돌기(111)가 마련되고, 이 밀폐 돌기(111)는 제1 용기 바디(120)에 마련되는 스포이드 부재(121)의 단부에 삽입되어 스포이드 부재(121)를 밀폐할 수 있다.
제1 용기부(100)의 제1 용기 바디(120)는, 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 원통형 형상을 가질 수 있고, 그 내부에는 제1 화장품 내용물(20)이 저장될 수 있다.
본 실시 예에서 제1 용기 바디(120)는 제1 용기 하부 바디(110)의 상부에 탈착 가능하게 나사 결합될 수 있다.
또한, 본 실시 예에서 제1 용기 바디(120)의 하부에는, 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 스포이드 부재(121)가 마련되고, 제1 용기 바디(120)에 저장된 제1 화장품 내용물(20)은 스포이드 부재(121)를 통해 제1 용기 바디(120)의 외부로 배출될 수 있다.
나아가, 본 실시 예에서 제1 용기 바디(120)의 상단부에는, 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 제1 나사산(122)이 마련되고, 이 제1 나사산(122)을 통해 제1 용기캡(130)이 탈착 결합될 수 있다. 그리고 제1 용기캡(130)이 분리된 제1 나사산(122)에는 제2 용기부(200)의 제2 용기 바디(210)가 제2 나사산(211)을 통해 탈착 가능하게 결합될 수 있다. 본 실시 예에서 제2 나사산(211)은, 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 제2 용기 바디(210)의 상부 외측에 마련될 수 있다.
제1 용기부(100)의 제1 용기캡(130)은, 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 제1 용기 바디(120)의 상단부에 탈착 가능하게 나사 결합될 수 있다.
본 실시 예에서 제1 용기캡(130)은 제1 용기부(100)에 제2 용기부(200)를 결합 시 제1 용기부(100)에서 분리되어 제2 용기부(200)의 결합 장소로 제공될 수 있다.
제2 용기부(200)는, 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 제1 용기부(100)와 별도로 마련되며 사용 시 제1 용기부(100)에 결합되어 믹싱부(300)의 작동에 의해 제1 용기부(100)로 제2 화장품 내용물(30)을 공급할 수 있다.
본 실시 예에서 제2 용기부(200)는, 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 제2 용기 바디(210)와, 제2 용기 바디(210)의 상부에 결합되는 제2 용기 결합 바디(220)와, 제2 용기 바디(210)와 제2 용기 결합 바디(220)의 사이 영역에 탈착 결합되어 제2 용기 바디(210)의 하부 영역을 보호하는 제2 용기 분리캡(230)을 포함한다.
제2 용기부(200)의 제2 용기 바디(210)에는, 제2 화장품 내용물(30)이 저장되고 저장된 제2 화장품 내용물(30)은 믹싱부(300)의 작동에 의해 개폐 피스톤(340)이 개방되면서 제1 용기 바디(120)로 공급되어 제1 화장품 내용물(20)과 믹싱될 수 있다.
본 실시 예에서 제2 용기 바디(210)의 상단부에는, 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 제2 나사산(211)이 마련되고. 이 제2 나사산(211)은 제2 용기부(200)를 제1 용기부(100)에 결합 시 제1 용기 바디(120)의 상단부에 마련된 제1 나사산(122)과 나사 결합될 수 있다.
또한, 본 실시 예에서 제2 용기 바디(210)의 내부에는, 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 탄성체(350)가 수용되는 수용 공간부(212)가 마련될 수 있다. 본 실시 예에서 탄성체(350)는 수용 공간부(212)의 높이 방향으로 수축되거나 팽창되면서 믹싱부(300)의 작동 바디(310)를 탄성 지지할 수 있다.
제2 용기부(200)의 제2 용기 결합 바디(220)는, 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 제2 용기 바디(210)의 상단부에 결합되어 제2 용기 분리캡(230)의 상부를 탈착 가능하게 지지할 수 있다.
본 실시 예에서 제2 용기 결합 바디(220)는 제2 용기 바디(210)의 상부에 끼워 맞춤 결합될 수 있고, 제2 용기 결합 바디(220)와 작동 바디(310)와 제2 용기 바디(210) 사이의 공간은, 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 실링 부재(40)에 의해 밀폐될 수 있다.
제2 용기부(200)의 제2 용기 분리캡(230)은, 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 상부가 제2 용기 결합 바디(220)의 내벽에 마련된 돌기에 걸림 결합되며 제2 용기부(200)를 제1 용기부(100)에 결합 시 제2 용기 바디(210)로부터 분리될 수 있다.
믹싱부(300)는, 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 제2 용기부(200)에 결합되어 제2 용기 바디(210)에 저장된 제2 화장품 내용물(30)을 제1 용기 바디(120)로 공급되도록 함과 아울러 서로 믹싱된 제1 화장품 내용물(20)과 제2 화장품 내용물(30)을 스포이드 부재(121)의 외부로 배출시킬 수 있다.
본 실시 예에서 믹싱부(300)는, 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 제2 용기 바디(210)에 승강 결합되는 작동 바디(310)와, 상단부는 작동 바디(310)에 연결되고 하단부는 제2 용기 바디(210)의 하단부까지 연장되는 작동 바디 포스트(320)와, 제2 용기 바디(210)의 내부에 배치되도록 작동 바디 포스트(320)에 마련되는 펌핑 피스톤(330)과, 작동 바디 포스트(320)의 단부에 마련되어 제2 용기 바디(210)의 개방된 하부를 개폐시키는 개폐 피스톤(340)과, 제2 용기 바디(210)에 마련되어 작동 바디(310)를 탄성 복원시키는 탄성체(350)를 포함한다.
믹싱부(300)의 작동 바디(310)의 상단부에는, 플랜지가 마련될 수 있고, 작동 바디(310)의 하부 영역은 제2 용기 바디(210)의 내부에 마련된 공간으로 삽입되며 최외각 벽부가 탄성체(350)에 지지되어 제2 용기 바디(210)의 높이 방향으로 승강될 수 있다.
믹싱부(300)의 개폐 피스톤(340)은, 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 작동 바디 포스트(320)의 단부에 결합되어 작동 바디 포스트(320)와 같이 승강되어 제2 용기 바디(210)의 하단부를 개폐할 수 있다.
본 실시 예에서 개폐 피스톤(340)은 작동 바디 포스트(320)에 고정 결합되고, 작동 바디 포스트(320)에 탈착 가능하게 끼워 맞춤 결합될 수 있다.
믹싱부(300)의 탄성체(350)는, 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 제2 용기 바디(210)의 수용 공간부(212)에 마련되어 작동 바디(310)의 최외각 벽부를 탄성 지지할 수 있다.
본 실시 예에서 탄성체(350)는 코일 스프링을 포함할 수 있다.
도 5는 본 실시 예의 작동도로써 제1 용기캡(130)과 제2 용기 분리캡(230)이 분리된 것을 개략적으로 도시한 도면이고, 도 6은 본 실시 예의 작동도로써 도 5에서 제2 용기부(200)를 제1 용기부(100)에 결합시킨 후 스토퍼 부재(10)를 제2 용기부(200)로부터 분리한 것을 개략적으로 도시한 도면이고, 도 7은 본 실시 예의 작동도로써 도 6에서 믹싱부(300)를 작동시켜 제1 화장품 내용물(20)과 제2 화장품 내용물(30)을 서로 믹싱시키는 것을 개략적으로 도시한 도면이다.
이하에서 전술한 도면을 참고하여 본 실시 예의 작동을 간략히 설명한다.
본 실시 예를 사용 시, 도 5의 (a)에 도시된 제1 용기캡(130)과 제1 용기 분리캡을 도 5의 (b)와 같이 분리한다.
이 상태에서, 도 6의 (a)에 도시된 바와 같이, 제2 용기 분리캡(230)이 분리된 제2 용기부(200)를 제1 용기캡(130)이 분리된 제1 용기부(100)에 결합시킨다.
다음으로, 도 6의 (b)에 도시된 바와 같이, 믹싱부(300)를 고정 위치시키고 있는 스토퍼 부재(10)를 분리한다.
마지막으로, 도 7의 (a)에 도시된 바와 같이, 작동 바디(310)를 하부로 가압하면 개폐 피스톤(340)이 작동 바디 포스트(320)와 같이 하강된다. 그 결과 제2 용기 바디(210)에 저장된 제2 화장품 내용물(30)은 제1 용기 바디(120)로 유입되어 제1 화장품 내용물(20)과 서로 믹싱될 수 있다. 본 실시 예에서 전술한 믹싱 작업은 제1 용기 바디(120)가 제1 용기 하부 바디(110)에 결합된 상태 또는 분리된 상태에서 선택적으로 이루어질 수 있다.
이와 같이 본 발명은 기재된 실시 예에 한정되는 것이 아니고, 본 발명의 사상 및 범위를 벗어나지 않고 다양하게 수정 및 변형할 수 있음은 이 기술의 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 자명하다. 따라서 그러한 수정 예 또는 변형 예들은 본 발명의 특허청구범위에 속한다 하여야 할 것이다.
본 발명의 실시예들은 서로 다른 종류의 화장품 내용물을 믹싱할 수 있고, 다른 종류의 화장품 내용물로 쉽게 교체함과 아울러 화장품 내용물 선택의 폭을 넓힐 수 있다.

Claims (5)

  1. 제1 화장품 내용물이 저장된 제1 용기부;
    상기 제1 용기부에 탈착 결합되며 제2 화장품 내용물이 저장된 제2 용기부; 및
    상기 제2 용기부에 승강되게 결합되며 상기 제2 화장품 내용물을 상기 제1 용기부로 토출시켜 상기 제1 화장품 내용물과 상기 제2 화장품 내용물을 믹싱시키는 믹싱부를 포함하고,
    상기 제1 용기부와 상기 제2 용기부는 독립적으로 분리되어 있고,
    상기 제1 용기부와 상기 제2 용기부를 결합 후 상기 믹싱부를 가압하면 상기 제2 용기부에 저장된 상기 제2 화장품 내용물이 상기 제1 용기부로 들어가 상기 제1 화장품 내용물과 상기 제2 화장품 내용물이 서로 믹싱되는 이종 화장품 혼합 용기.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 제1 용기부는,
    상기 제1 화장품 내용물이 저장되며 스포이드 부재가 마련된 제1 용기 바디;
    상기 제1 용기 바디의 하부에 탈착 결합되는 제1 용기 하부 바디; 및
    상기 제1 용기 바디의 상부에 탈착 결합되는 제1 용기캡을 포함하고,
    상기 제2 용기부는 상기 제1 용기캡이 분리된 영역의 상기 제1 용기 바디에 탈착 결합되는 이종 화장품 혼합 용기.
  3. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 제2 용기부는,
    상기 제2 화장품 내용물이 저장되는 제2 용기 바디;
    상기 제2 용기 바디의 상부에 결합되는 제2 용기 결합 바디; 및
    상기 제2 용기 바디와 상기 제2 용기 결합 바디의 사이 영역에 탈착 결합되어 상기 제2 용기 바디의 하부 영역을 보호하는 제2 용기 분리캡을 포함하는 이종 화장품 혼합 용기.
  4. 청구항 3에 있어서,
    상기 제2 용기부를 상기 제1 용기부에 결합 시 상기 제2 용기 분리캡과 상기 제1 용기부의 제1 용기캡은 분리되고,
    상기 제1 용기캡이 분리된 영역의 상기 제1 용기부에 상기 제2 용기 바디의 외벽이 나사 결합되는 이종 화장품 혼합 용기.
  5. 청구항 3에 있어서,
    상기 믹싱부는,
    상기 제2 용기 바디에 승강 결합되는 작동 바디;
    일측부는 상기 작동 바디에 연결되고 타측부는 상기 제2 용기 바디의 하단부까지 연장되는 작동 바디 포스트;
    상기 제2 용기 바디의 내부에 배치되도록 상기 작동 바디 포스트에 마련되는 펌핑 피스톤;
    상기 작동 바디 포스트의 단부에 마련되어 상기 제2 용기 바디의 개방된 하부를 개폐시키는 개폐 피스톤; 및
    상기 제2 용기 바디에 마련되어 상기 작동 바디를 탄성 복원시키는 탄성체를 포함하는이종 화장품 혼합 용기.
