일반적으로 화장품에는 수분이나 알코올과 같은 휘발성분이 다량 함유되어 있어서 이 수분이나 휘발성분으로 인하여 화장품 용기를 완전히 밀폐하지 않으면 수분이 증발하고 휘발성분이 휘발되어 화장품 량이 감량되며, 수분의 증발이나 휘발성분의 휘발로 인하여 화장품 성분 간의 배합비가 변하여 화장품의 성능이 떨어지는 문제점이 있었다.
더욱이 화장품은 수분증발이나 휘발성분이 휘발되어 버리면 건조해지게 되고 화장품 본래의 기능을 상실해 버리기 때문에 항상 화장품의 본래 성분이 유지되도록 보관하는 것이 매우 중요하다.
이에 이를 방지하기 위하여 종래 화장품 용기에는 수분의 증발과 휘발성분의 휘발을 방지하기 위한 기밀성이 유지되는 밀폐뚜껑을 설치하였는데, 종래 화장품 용기에는 일반적으로 화장품이 담겨져 있는 화장품 용기의 기밀성이 유지되도록 탄성체인 패킹을 설치하여 기밀성을 확보하였다.
이러한 밀폐뚜껑이 구비된 종래의 화장품 용기는 도 1에서 보는 바와 같이 통상적으로 화장재료(221)가 담겨진 화장품 용기(200)는, 화장품 용기(200)의 내벽(201)과 외벽(202) 사이의 공간에 탄성체인 패킹(220)을 설치하고 힌지(250)를 중심으로 열고 닫히도록 구성된 밀폐뚜껑(240)에 밀폐돌기(241)를 형성하여, 상기 밀폐뚜껑(240)의 밀폐돌기(241)가 화장품 용기(200)의 패킹(220)을 압박하도록 함으로서 화장품 용기를 밀폐하였다.
*그러나 이와 같은 종래의 화장품 용기(200)는 밀폐뚜껑(240)이 항상 평평하게 유지되어 밀폐돌기(241)가 화장품 용기(200)의 패킹(220)의 모든 면을 일정하게 압박하여야 밀폐력을 유지할 수 있는데, 상기 밀폐뚜껑(240)은 일반적으로 합성수지재로 형성되므로 시간의 흐름에 따라 경화로 인하여 수축현상 또는 뒤틀림현상에 의해 편평도가 변형되게 되어 밀폐력이 떨어지는 문제점이 있었다.
이에 본 출원인은 종래 화장품 용기의 문제점을 개선하여 밀폐력이 강화된 화장품 용기(100)를 제안하였는데, 이는 도 2에서 보는 바와 같이 실용신안등록 제20-0306854호로 밀폐력을 강화한 화장품 용기(100)를 제안한 바 있다.

또한, 본 고안은 밀폐뚜껑에 설치된 에어출입부재에 힌지가 구비된 손잡이를 형성하여 밀폐뚜껑을 열 때 감압현상이 일어나지 않아 진공상태에 의해 밀폐뚜껑이 열리지 않는 현상을 방지한 화장품 용기를 제공하는데 목적이 있다.

또한, 본 고안은 화장품 용기 입구부에 밀폐연장돌륜을 일체로 연장 형성하여 밀폐뚜껑의 밀폐돌륜이 타이트하게 압박하여 삽입되도록 함으로서 화장품 용기의 밀폐력을 높이도록 한 효과가 있다.

본 고안에 따른 에어출입부재를 갖는 화장품 용기의 제 1 실시 예를 첨부도면을 참조하여 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 4는 본 고안에 의한 에어출입부재를 갖는 화장품 용기의 분해사시도이고, 도 5는 본 고안에 적용된 밀폐뚜껑의 일부사시도이며, 도 6은 본 고안에 적용된 에어출입부재와 패킹의 사시도이다. 또한, 도 7은 본 고안에 적용된 에어출입부재와 패킹의 저면사시도이고, 도 8은 본 고안에 의한 에어출입부재를 갖는 화장품 용기의 단면도이다.
본 고안은 외용기(10)에 외용기뚜껑(20)이 힌지 개폐되고 상기 외용기(10) 내부에 화장품 용기(30)가 결합되되 상기 화장품 용기(30)에는 밀폐뚜껑(60)이 개폐된다.
상기 외용기(10) 일측면에는 체결돌기(14)가 돌출 형성된 버튼(12)이 설치되고, 상기 외용기뚜껑(20)에는 후크(24)가 형성되어, 상기 외용기뚜껑(20)을 외용기(10)에 힌지 결합하면 외용기뚜껑(20)의 후크(24)가 버튼(12)의 체결돌기(14)에 체결되어 외용기뚜껑(20)을 개폐할 수 있게 된다.
이후 외용기뚜껑(20)을 열려고 할 때에는 버튼(12)을 누르면 체결돌기(14)가 후퇴하면서 후크(24)로부터 체결이 해제되어 외용기뚜껑(20)을 외용기(10)로부터 열 수 있게 된다.
상기 화장품 용기(30)는 외용기(10) 내에 삽입하여 결합하는데, 화장품 용기(30) 내에는 화장품을 직접 충전할 수도 있고, 함침부재(40)에 화장품을 함침한 후 화장품 용기(30) 내에 내장할 수도 있다.
함침부재(40)를 화장품 용기(30) 내에 내장할 때에는 고정편(50)을 화장품 용기(30)의 내벽(31)과 외벽(32) 사이에 끼워서 상기 함침부재(40)의 이탈을 방지할 수 있다.
화장품 용기(30) 상부로는 밀폐뚜껑(60)을 덮어서 닫게 되는데, 상기 밀폐뚜껑(60)은 힌지없이 닫을 수도 있고, 도 4에서 도시한 것과 같이 힌지에 의해 화장품 용기(30)에 결합할 수도 있다.
밀폐뚜껑(60)을 힌지에 의해 화장품 용기(30)에 결합할 때에는 화장품 용기(30) 일측 외측면에 제1힌지블럭(33)을 형성하고 밀폐뚜껑(60)의 일측 외측면에 제2힌지블럭(69)를 형성하여 힌지핀(34)으로 결합할 수 있다.
본 고안은 외용기(10)에 외용기뚜껑(20)이 개폐되고 상기 외용기(10) 내부에는 화장품 용기(30)가 결합되되 상기 화장품 용기(30)에는 밀폐뚜껑(60)이 개폐되는 화장품 용기에 있어서,
상기 밀폐뚜껑(60)은, 상기 화장품 용기(30)를 덮는 밀폐판(62)과, 상기 밀폐판(62) 아랫면으로 형성된 밀폐돌륜(64)과, 상기 밀폐판(62)에 설치된 에어출입부재(66)로 구성된다.
상기 밀폐판(62)에는 에어출입부재(66)가 결합되는 결합구멍(621)이 형성되며, 상기 결합구멍(621) 주위로는 다수개의 리브(622)가 형성되어 상기 리브(622) 사이에는 공기가 유통되는 슬릿(623)이 형성된다.
상기 슬릿(623)은 공기가 유통되는 통로이지만 상기 결합구멍(621)을 폐쇄할 때에는 슬릿(623)이 용이하게 폐쇄되어야 하므로 상기 결합구멍(621)의 가장 아래쪽 단부(a)에는 슬릿(623)이 형성되지 않는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 결합구멍(621)은 에어출입부재(66)가 결합되는 동시에 밀폐뚜껑(60)을 화장품 용기(30)에 닫을 때 발생하는 압축공기를 빼내는 통로 역할을 하며, 또한 밀폐뚜껑(60)을 화장품 용기(30)로부터 열 때에 발생하는 진공압을 해제하는 공기 통로 역할을 한다.
상기 결합구멍(621)은 공기 통로이지만 밀폐뚜껑(60)을 화장품 용기(30)에 닫았을 때에는 완전히 밀폐가 되어야하므로 필요 이상으로 클 필요는 없기 때문에 에어출입부재(66)를 결합하고 공기 통로 역할을 하는 최소한의 크기로 형성되는 것이 바람직하므로 상기 결합구멍(621)의 직경은 3 ~ 10mm가 바람직하다.
상기 밀폐판(62) 외주면에는 보강띠(68)가 일체로 돌출 형성되며, 상기 보강띠(68) 일측에는 에어출입부재(66)의 손잡이(661)가 삽입되는 절단면(681)이 형성되고, 상기 절단면(681)에는 에어출입부재(66) 손잡이(661)의 힌지(662)를 받혀주는 힌지받침(682)이 형성되며, 상기 절단면(681)으로 인해 형성된 보강띠(68)의 양쪽 단부에는 에어출입부재(66) 손잡이(661)의 힌지(662)가 끼워지는 힌지구멍(683)이 형성된다.
상기 힌지받침(682) 윗면은 힌지(662)가 원활하게 회동할 수 있도록 원호 형상을 이루는 것이 바람직하며, 힌지받침(682)은 1개 내지 3개로 형성하는 것이 에어출입부재(66)를 안정적으로 지지하는데 바람직하다.
상기 밀폐돌륜(64)은 밀폐성을 높이기 위하여 강도와 탄성을 함께 갖춘 폴리프로필렌(PP) 또는 폴리에틸렌(PE) 재질이 바람직하며, 상기 밀폐돌륜(64)의 외경은 밀폐돌륜(64)이 끼워지는 화장품 용기(30)의 입구부 내경보다 0.1~0.3mm 크게 형성하는 것이 밀폐력을 높이기 위해 바람직하다.
상기 에어출입부재(66)는 밀폐뚜껑(60)의 결합구멍(621) 상부를 덮는 덮개판(663)과, 상기 덮개판(663) 아래로 일체로 형성되어 밀폐뚜껑(60)의 결합구멍(621)에 삽입되는 결합봉(664)과, 상기 결합봉(664) 단부에 일체로 확장 형성되어 패킹(67)의 이탈을 방지하는 패킹이탈방지돌륜(665)이 형성된다.
또한, 상기 결합봉(664) 중앙에는 밀폐뚜껑(60)의 결합구멍(621)과의 결합 시 결합이 용이하도록 결합봉(664)이 수축될 수 있도록 하는 수축구멍(666)이 형성될 수 있으며 상기 결합봉(664) 단부의 패킹이탈방지돌륜(665)은 밀폐뚜껑(60)의 결합구멍(621)으로부터 이탈되지 않게 하기 위해 패킹이탈방지돌륜(665)의 지름을 밀폐뚜껑(60)의 결합구멍(621) 지름보다 0.01 ~ 1.0mm 크도록 형성하는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 패킹이탈방지돌륜(665)을 밀폐뚜껑(60)의 결합구멍(621)에 강제로 삽입하여 결합할 때에는 상기 결합봉(664) 중앙에 형성된 수축구멍(666)이 위축되면서 패킹이탈방지돌륜(665)이 밀폐뚜껑(60)의 결합구멍(621)에 삽입되는 것이다.
상기 에어출입부재(66)의 일측에는 일체로 손잡이(661)가 형성될 수 있으며, 상기 손잡이(661)에는 밀폐뚜껑(60)의 힌지받침(682)에 얹혀지고 힌지구멍(683)에 끼워지는 힌지(662)가 형성된다.
상기 에어출입부재(66)의 결합봉(664)에는 패킹(67)이 끼워지는데 상기 패킹(67)은 결합봉(664) 단부의 패킹이탈방지돌륜(665)에 의해 결합봉(664)으로부터 이탈되지 않는다.
상기 패킹(67)은 중앙에 에어출입부재(66)의 결합봉(664)과 결합되는 결합구멍(671)이 형성되며, 하부로는 밀폐뚜껑(60)의 결합구멍(621)을 개폐하는 확장부(672)가 형성되고, 상부에는 에어출입부재(66)의 덮개판(663)을 위로 탄력지지해 상기 확장부(672)가 밀폐뚜껑(60)의 결합구멍(621) 아래쪽 단부를 폐쇄시키도록 하는 탄지부(673)가 형성된다.
상기 탄지부(673)는 패킹(67) 몸체와 상기 덮개판(663) 사이를 탄력 지지하는 역할을 하므로 상기 탄지부(673) 대신에 스프링과 같은 탄성수단으로 대체하여 사용해도 가능하다.
상기 패킹(67)은 탄성이 우수해 밀폐력이 높은 재질을 사용하여야 하며, 동시에 화장품 용기(30) 내에 내장한 화장품에서 휘발성분이 휘발하면서 상기 패킹(67)에 닿을 때 패킹(67)이 변성되지 말아야 하므로 탄성이 우수한 합성수지재 또는 엘라스토머, 실리콘고무, NBR고무 중 어느 하나를 사용하는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 화장품 용기(30)의 입구부에는 밀폐연장돌륜(35)이 일체로 연장 형성되는 것이 바람직하며, 밀폐성을 높이기 위하여 강도와 탄성을 함께 갖춘 폴리프로필렌(PP) 또는 폴리에틸렌(PE) 재질이 바람직하다.
본 고안에서는 도 8에서 보는 바와 같이 화장품 용기(30)의 측면을 내벽(31)과 외벽(32)으로 구성하여 고정편(50)을 결합하였다. 이와 같은 경우에는 외벽(32)의 상측단부에 연장하여 일체로 밀폐연장돌륜(35)을 형성하여 밀폐뚜껑(60)의 밀폐돌륜(64)이 결합되도록 하는 것이 바람직하다.
*상기 밀폐연장돌륜(35)의 내경은 여기에 끼워지는 밀폐뚜껑(60)의 밀폐돌륜(64)의 외경보다 0.1~0.3mm 작게 형성하는 것이 밀폐력을 높이기 위해 바람직하며, 밀폐돌륜(64)이 끼워질 때 용이하게 외측으로 벌어질 수 있도록 외벽(32) 또는 화장품 용기(30) 입구부의 두께보다 얇게 형성하는 것이 바람직하다.
다음은, 본 고안의 다른 실시 예에 따른 에어출입부재를 갖는 화장품 용기에 대해 설명한다.
도 9는 본 고안의 다른 실시 예에 의한 에어출입부재를 갖는 화장품 용기의 화장크림용기와 밀폐뚜껑을 결합한 사시도이고, 도 10은 본 고안의 다른 실시 예에 의한 에어출입부재를 갖는 화장품 용기의 단면도이다.
본 고안의 다른 실시 예에 의한 에어출입부재를 갖는 화장품 용기는, 깊이가 깊은 화장크림용기(70)에 밀폐뚜껑(60)을 덮어서 밀폐시킨 것을 외용기(10) 내에 삽입하여 결합한 후 외용기뚜껑(20)을 힌지 결합하여 구성한 것이다.
상기 밀폐뚜껑(60)은, 상기 화장크림용기(70)를 덮는 밀폐판(62)과, 상기 밀폐판(62) 아랫면으로 형성된 밀폐돌륜(64)과, 상기 밀폐판(62)에 삽입 설치된 에어출입부재(66)로 구성된다.
본 고안의 다른 실시 예에 의한 에어출입부재를 갖는 화장품 용기의 에어출입부재(66)는 제 1 실시예와 달리 손잡이가 형성되어 있지 않으며, 대신에 밀폐뚜껑(60)의 보강띠(68)에 손잡이(61)가 형성되어 있다. 본 고안의 다른 실시 예에 의한 화장품 용기의 각 부분들이 제 1 실시예의 각 부분들과 동일한 경우에는 동일한 부호를 사용하여 설명하며 제 1 실시예의 도면을 참조할 수 있다.
상기 밀폐판(62)에는 상기에서 설명한 제 1 실시예와 동일하게 에어출입부재(66)가 결합되는 결합구멍(621)이 형성되며, 상기 결합구멍(621) 주위로는 다수개의 리브(622)가 형성되어 상기 리브(622) 사이에는 공기가 유통되는 슬릿(623)이 형성된다.
상기 에어출입부재(66)는 밀폐뚜껑(60)의 결합구멍(621) 상부를 덮는 덮개판(663)과, 상기 덮개판(663) 아래로 일체로 형성되어 밀폐뚜껑(60)의 결합구멍(621)에 삽입되어 결합되는 결합봉(664)과, 상기 결합봉(664) 단부에 일체로 확장 형성되어 패킹(67)의 이탈을 방지하는 패킹이탈방지돌륜(665)으로 형성되며, 상기 결합봉(664) 중앙에는 밀폐뚜껑(60)의 결합구멍(621)과의 결합 시 결합이 용이하도록 하는 수축구멍(666)이 형성될 수 있다.
상기 화장크림용기(70)의 입구부에는 밀폐연장돌륜(35)이 일체로 연장 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
다음은, 본 고안의 또 다른 실시 예에 따른 에어출입부재를 갖는 화장품 용기에 대해 설명한다.
도 11은 본 고안의 또 다른 실시 예에 의한 에어출입부재를 갖는 화장품 용기의 단면도이다.
본 고안의 또 다른 실시 예에 의한 에어출입부재를 갖는 화장품 용기는, 깊이가 깊은 화장크림용기(70)에 밀폐뚜껑(60)을 덮어서 밀폐시킨 것이며, 외용기를 사용하지 않은 것이다.
상기 밀폐뚜껑(60)은, 상기 화장크림용기(70)를 덮는 밀폐판(62)과, 상기 밀폐판(62) 아랫면으로 형성된 밀폐돌륜(64)과, 상기 밀폐판(62)에 삽입 설치된 에어출입부재(66)로 구성된다.
본 고안의 또 다른 실시 예에 의한 에어출입부재를 갖는 화장품 용기의 에어출입부재(66)는 본 고안의 다른 실시예와 동일하게 밀폐뚜껑(60)의 보강띠(68)에 손잡이(61)가 형성되어 있다. 본 고안의 또 다른 실시 예에 의한 화장품 용기의 각 부분들이 제 1 실시예의 각 부분들과 동일한 경우에는 동일한 부호를 사용하여 설명하며 제 1 실시예의 도면을 참조할 수 있다.
상기 밀폐판(62)에는 상기에서 설명한 제 1 실시예와 동일하게 에어출입부재(66)가 결합되는 결합구멍(621)이 형성되며, 상기 결합구멍(621) 주위로는 다수개의 리브(622)가 형성되어 상기 리브(622) 사이에는 공기가 유통되는 슬릿(623)이 형성된다.
상기 에어출입부재(66)는 밀폐뚜껑(60)의 결합구멍(621) 상부를 덮는 덮개판(663)과, 상기 덮개판(663) 아래로 일체로 형성되어 밀폐뚜껑(60)의 결합구멍(621)에 삽입되어 결합되는 결합봉(664)과, 상기 결합봉(664) 단부에 일체로 확장 형성되어 패킹(67)의 이탈을 방지하는 패킹이탈방지돌륜(665)으로 형성되며, 상기 결합봉(664) 중앙에는 밀폐뚜껑(60)의 결합구멍(621)과의 결합 시 결합이 용이하도록 하는 수축구멍(666)이 형성될 수 있다.
상기 화장크림용기(70)의 입구부에는 밀폐연장돌륜(35)이 일체로 연장 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
다음은, 본 고안의 또 다른 실시 예에 따른 에어출입부재를 갖는 화장품 용기에 대해 설명한다.
도 12는 본 고안의 또 다른 실시 예에 의한 에어출입부재를 갖는 화장품 용기에 밀폐돌륜패킹을 더 형성한 실시 예의 단면도이다.
본 고안의 밀폐뚜껑(60)의 밀폐돌륜(64)에는 밀폐돌륜패킹(641)을 더 형성할 수 있으며, 상기 밀폐돌륜패킹(641)은 탄성이 우수한 합성수지재 또는 엘라스토머, 실리콘고무, NBR고무 중 어느 하나를 사용하는 것이 바람직하다.
다음은, 본 고안의 또 다른 실시 예에 따른 에어출입부재를 갖는 화장품 용기에 대해 설명한다.
도 13은 본 고안의 또 다른 실시 예에 의한 에어출입부재를 갖는 화장품 용기에 체착돌기를 더 형성한 실시 예의 단면도이다.
상기 밀폐뚜껑(60)의 일측면에는 체착돌기(63)를 더 형성하고, 이에 대응하는 화장품 용기(30) 또는 화장크림용기(70)에는 체착홈(36)을 더 형성하여 화장품 용기의 밀폐력을 강화할 수 있다.
상기와 같이 구성된 본 고안의 에어출입부재를 갖는 화장품 용기의 조립방법을 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 고안에서 밀폐뚜껑(60)을 제외한 나머지 부분은 종래와 동일하다. 즉, 외용기(10)에 외용기뚜껑(20)을 힌지 결합한 후, 상기 외용기(10) 내에 화장품 용기(30)를 삽입하여 결합하되, 상기 화장품 용기(30) 내에는 화장품을 직접 충전하거나 또는 함침부재(40)에 화장품을 함침하여 내장한다.
그 다음 고정편(50)을 화장품 용기(30)의 내벽(31)과 외벽(32) 사이에 결합하여 함침부재(40)가 이탈되지 않도록 고정한다. 그 후 밀폐뚜껑(60)을 힌지핀(34)으로 화장품 용기(30)에 힌지 결합한다.
그 다음은 에어출입부재(66)를 밀폐뚜껑(60)의 밀폐판(62)에 결합하는 방법을 설명한다.
우선, 에어출입부재(66)의 결합봉(664)에 패킹(67)의 결합구멍(671)을 끼워서 패킹(67)을 결합한다. 이때 상기 패킹(67)은 탄성이 우수한 재질이므로 패킹(67)의 결합구멍(671)이 결합봉(664)의 확장부(672)보다 작더라도 끼움 결합이 가능하다.
일단 결합봉(664)에 끼움 결합된 패킹(67)은 결합봉(664) 단부에 형성된 확장부(672)로 인하여 빠지지 않게 된다.
그 다음, 패킹(67)이 결합된 에어출입부재(66)의 결합봉(664)을 밀폐뚜껑(60)의 결합구멍(621)에 압입하여 결합한다. 이때 결합봉(664)의 패킹이탈방지돌륜(665)이 밀폐뚜껑(60)의 결합구멍(621)보다 직경이 크기 때문에 강제로 밀어넣어야 하는데 이 경우 결합봉(664) 중앙에 형성된 수축구멍(666)으로 인하여 결합봉(664)이 수축되면서 밀폐뚜껑(60)의 결합구멍(621) 내로 강제 삽입될 수 있게 된다.
본 고안의 다른 실시 예와 또 다른 실시 예에 따른 에어출입부재를 갖는 화장품 용기는 상기와 같은 방법으로 에어출입부재(66)를 밀폐뚜껑(60)의 결합구멍(621)에 결합하면 되지만, 본 고안의 제 1 실시 예에 따른 에어출입부재를 갖는 화장품 용기는 그 다음으로 에어출입부재(66)에 연장 형성된 손잡이(661)를 밀폐뚜껑(60)의 절단면(681)에 안착시켜 결합하여야 한다.
즉, 에어출입부재(66)의 힌지(662)를 밀폐뚜껑(60)의 힌지받침(682)에 올려놓은 후 에어출입부재(66)의 양측 단부에 형성된 힌지(662)를 보강띠(68)에 형성된 힌지구멍(683)에 끼움 결합한다.
다음은, 본 고안의 실시 예에 따른 에어출입부재를 갖는 화장품 용기의 사용상태를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 14는 본 고안에 적용된 에어출입부재의 덮개판을 눌러서 화장품 용기 내의 공기를 배출하는 상태를 나타내는 상태도이고, 도 15는 본 고안에 적용된 에어출입부재의 손잡이를 위로 들어올려서 화장품 용기 내로 공기가 들어가는 상태를 나타내는 상태도이다.
우선 도 8을 참조하여 화장품 용기(30)에 밀폐뚜껑(60)을 닫는 상태를 설명하면, 밀폐뚜껑(60)의 밀폐돌륜(64)이 화장품 용기(30)의 밀폐연장돌륜(35) 내에 타이트하게 삽입되면서 화장품 용기(30)의 밀폐가 시작된다.
이때, 화장품 용기(30)가 밀폐뚜껑(60)에 의해 밀폐되면서 밀폐돌륜(64)이 밀폐연장돌륜(35) 내에 삽입되는 만큼 공기가 압축되어 그 압축공기가 밀폐뚜껑(60)을 위로 밀어내게 되어 완전히 밀폐뚜껑(60)을 화장품 용기(30)에 닫을 수가 없게 된다.
이때, 도 14에서 보는 바와 같이 에어출입부재(66)의 덮개판(663)을 아래로 누르면서 밀폐뚜껑(60)을 닫으면, 덮개판(663)을 누르는 힘에 의해 패킹(67) 윗면에 형성된 탄지부(673)가 압축되면서 패킹(67)의 확장부(672)는 결합봉(664)과 함께 아래쪽으로 밀려 내려가게 된다.
그러면, 패킹(67)의 확장부(672)와 밀폐뚜껑(60)의 결합구멍(621)과의 사이에는 틈새가 발생되어 화장품 용기(30) 내에 발생했던 압축공기가 이 틈새로 빠져나온 후 슬릿(623)을 통해 외부로 배출되게 되어 밀폐뚜껑(60)은 화장품 용기(30)에 타이트하게 삽입되게 된다.
그 후, 에어출입부재(66)의 덮개판(663)을 눌렀던 힘을 제거하면 패킹(67)의 탄지부(673)가 원상태로 돌아가면서 덮개판(663)을 탄력지지하여 위로 밀어올리게 된다. 그러면 이에 따라 결합봉(664)과 패킹(67)의 확장부(672)가 위로 따라올라가면서 밀폐뚜껑(60)의 결합구멍(621)의 단부(a)를 폐쇄하게 된다.
이때, 결합봉(664) 단부에 형성된 패킹이탈방지돌륜(665)이 패킹(67)의 확장부(672)를 끌어올리는 역할을 하며, 패킹이탈방지돌륜(665)에 의해 패킹(67)이 결합봉(664)으로부터 빠지지 않게 되는 것이다.
상기와 같이 밀폐뚜껑((60)에 의해 밀폐 보관되는 화장품 용기(30)는 수분이 증발하거나 휘발성분이 휘발할 염려가 없게 된다.
그 다음, 화장품 용기(30) 내에 내장한 화장품을 사용하려 할 때에는 상기 밀폐뚜껑(60)을 위로 잡아당겨 열어야 하는데, 밀폐뚜껑(60)에 의해 화장품 용기(30)가 밀폐되어 있기 때문에 밀폐뚜껑(60)을 위로 잡아당겨 열려고 하면 밀폐뚜껑(60)의 밀폐돌륜(64)이 화장품 용기(30)의 밀폐연장돌륜(35)을 벗어나는 만큼 감압현상이 발생하여 화장품 용기(30) 내부에는 진공상태가 되어 밀폐뚜껑(60)이 열리지 않게 된다.
이때에는 도 15에서 보는 바와 같이 에어출입부재(66)의 손잡이(661)를 위로 들어올리면, 힌지(665)에 의해 덮개판(663)은 아래쪽으로 내려가게 되어 패킹(67) 윗면에 형성된 탄지부(673)가 압축되면서 패킹(67)의 확장부(672)는 결합봉(664)과 함께 아래쪽으로 밀려 내려가게 된다.
그러면, 패킹(67)의 확장부(672)와 밀폐뚜껑(60)의 결합구멍(621)과의 사이에는 틈새가 발생되어 외부공기가 슬릿(623)을 통해 화장품 용기(30) 내로 흡입되면서 감압현상에 의한 진공상태가 해소되게 되어 밀폐뚜껑(60)이 열리게 된다.
이상, 본 고안에서 설명한 것은 에어출입부재를 갖는 화장품 용기를 실시하기 위한 실시 예에 불과한 것으로, 본 고안은 상기 실시 예에 한정되는 것이 아니다. 첨부된 청구범위에서 청구하는 바와 같이 본 고안의 요지를 벗어남이 없이 당해 고안이 속하는 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 누구든지 다양한 변경 실시가 가능한 범위까지 본 고안의 범위에 속하는 것으로 간주 되어야 할 것이다.

Claims (27)

  1. 외용기(10)에 외용기뚜껑(20)이 개폐되고 상기 외용기(10) 내부에는 화장품 용기(30)가 결합되되 상기 화장품 용기(30)에는 밀폐뚜껑(60)이 개폐되는 화장품 용기에 있어서,
    상기 밀폐뚜껑(60)은, 상기 화장품 용기(30)를 덮는 밀폐판(62);
    상기 밀폐판(62) 아랫면으로 형성된 밀폐돌륜(64);
    상기 밀폐판(62)에 설치된 에어출입부재(66)로 구성되되,
    상기 밀폐판(62)에는 에어출입부재(66)가 결합되는 결합구멍(621)이 형성되며,
    상기 에어출입부재(66)에는 패킹(67)이 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 에어출입부재를 갖는 화장품 용기.
  2. 외용기(10)에 외용기뚜껑(20)을 힌지 결합한 후, 상기 외용기(10) 내에 화장품 용기(30)를 삽입하여 결합하되, 상기 화장품 용기(30) 내에는 화장품을 직접 충전하거나 또는 함침부재(40)에 화장품을 함침하여 내장하고, 고정편(50)을 화장품 용기(30)의 내벽(31)과 외벽(32) 사이에 결합하여 함침부재(40)가 이탈되지 않도록 고정하며, 밀폐뚜껑(60)을 화장품 용기(30)에 힌지 결합하여서 된 화장품 용기에 있어서,
    에어출입부재(66)의 결합봉(664)에 패킹(67)의 결합구멍(671)을 끼워서 패킹(67)을 결합하고, 패킹(67)이 결합된 에어출입부재(66)의 결합봉(664)을 밀폐뚜껑(60)의 결합구멍(621)에 압입하여 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 에어출입부재를 갖는 화장품 용기.
  3. 밀폐뚜껑(60)을 화장품 용기(30)에 닫아서 화장품 용기(30)를 밀폐시킬 때 밀폐뚜껑(60)의 밀폐돌륜(64)이 화장품 용기(30)의 입구부 내에 타이트하게 삽입되면서 공기가 압축되는 화장품 용기에 있어서,
    에어출입부재(66)의 덮개판(663)을 아래로 누르면 패킹(67) 윗면에 형성된 탄지부(673)가 압축되면서 패킹(67)의 확장부(672)가 결합봉(664)과 함께 아래쪽으로 밀려 내려가게 되어 패킹(67)의 확장부(672)와 밀폐뚜껑(60)의 결합구멍(621)과의 사이에 틈새가 발생되어 화장품 용기(30) 내에 발생했던 압축공기가 이 틈새로 빠져나와 밀폐뚜껑(60)이 화장품 용기(30)에 타이트하게 닫히고,
    에어출입부재(66)의 덮개판(663)을 눌렀던 힘을 제거하면 패킹(67)의 탄지부(673)가 원상태로 돌아가면서 덮개판(663)을 탄력지지하여 위로 밀어올리게 되어 결합봉(664)과 패킹(67)의 확장부(672)가 위로 따라올라가면서 밀폐뚜껑(60)의 결합구멍(621)의 단부(a)를 폐쇄하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어출입부재를 갖는 화장품 용기.
  4. 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    상기 결합구멍(621) 내에는 공기가 유통되는 슬릿(623)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어출입부재를 갖는 화장품 용기.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서,
    상기 결합구멍(621)의 가장 아래쪽 단부(a)에는 슬릿(623)이 형성되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어출입부재를 갖는 화장품 용기.
  6. 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    상기 결합구멍(621)의 직경은 3 ~ 10mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 에어출입부재를 갖는 화장품 용기.
  7. 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    상기 에어출입부재(66)의 일측에는 손잡이(661)가 형성되며, 상기 손잡이(661)에는 힌지(662)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 에어출입부재를 갖는 화장품 용기.
  8. 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 패킹(67)이 결합된 에어출입부재(66)의 결합봉(664)을 밀폐뚜껑(60)의 결합구멍(621)에 압입하여 결합하고, 상기 에어출입부재(66)의 손잡이(661)를 밀폐뚜껑(60)의 절단면(681)에 안착시키며, 상기 에어출입부재(66)의 힌지(662)를 밀폐뚜껑(60)의 힌지받침(682)에 올려놓고 에어출입부재(66)의 양측 단부에 형성된 힌지(662)를 보강띠(68)에 형성된 힌지구멍(683)에 끼움 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 에어출입부재를 갖는 화장품 용기.
  9. 화장품 용기(30)로부터 밀폐뚜껑(60)을 위로 잡아당겨서 열 때 밀폐뚜껑(60)의 밀폐돌륜(64)이 화장품 용기(30)의 입구부를 벗어나는 만큼 감압현상이 발생되어 화장품 용기(30) 내부에 진공상태가 되어 밀폐뚜껑(60)이 열리지 않게 되는 화장품 용기에 있어서,
    에어출입부재(66)의 손잡이(661)를 위로 들어올리면 힌지(665)에 의해 덮개판(663)이 아래쪽으로 내려가게 되어 패킹(67) 윗면에 형성된 탄지부(673)가 압축되면서 패킹(67)의 확장부(672)가 결합봉(664)과 함께 아래쪽으로 밀려 내려가게 되어 패킹(67)의 확장부(672)와 밀폐뚜껑(60)의 결합구멍(621)과의 사이에 틈새가 발생되어 외부공기가 슬릿(623)을 통해 화장품 용기(30) 내로 흡입되면서 감압현상에 의한 진공상태가 해소되게 되어 밀폐뚜껑(60)이 열리게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어출입부재를 갖는 화장품 용기.
  10. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 밀폐판(62) 외주에 보강띠(68)가 일체로 형성되며, 상기 보강띠(68) 일측에는 상기 에어출입부재(66)의 손잡이(661)가 삽입되는 절단면(681)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 에어출입부재를 갖는 화장품 용기.
  11. 제 10 항에 있어서,
    상기 절단면(681)에는 에어출입부재(66) 손잡이(661)의 힌지(662)를 받혀주는 힌지받침(682)이 형성되고, 상기 절단면(681)으로 인해 형성된 보강띠(68)의 양쪽 단부에는 에어출입부재(66) 손잡이(661)의 힌지(662)가 끼워지는 힌지구멍(683)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 에어출입부재를 갖는 화장품 용기.
  12. 제 11 항에 있어서,
    상기 힌지받침(682) 윗면은 상기 힌지(662)가 원활하게 회동할 수 있도록 원호 형상을 이루며, 상기 힌지받침(682)은 1개 내지 3개로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 에어출입부재를 갖는 화장품 용기.
  13. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 밀폐돌륜(64)은 폴리프로필렌(PP) 또는 폴리에틸렌(PE)으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어출입부재를 갖는 화장품 용기.
  14. 제 1 항 또는 제 13 항에 있어서,
    상기 밀폐돌륜(64)의 외경은 밀폐돌륜(64)이 끼워지는 화장품 용기(30)의 입구부 또는 밀폐연장돌륜(35)의 내경보다 0.01 ~ 0.3mm 크게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 에어출입부재를 갖는 화장품 용기.
  15. 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 또는 제 8 항, 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    상기 에어출입부재(66)는 밀폐뚜껑(60)의 결합구멍(621) 상부를 덮는 덮개판(663)과, 상기 덮개판(663) 아래로 일체로 형성되어 밀폐뚜껑(60)의 결합구멍(621)에 삽입되는 결합봉(664)과, 상기 결합봉(664) 단부에 일체로 확장 형성되어 패킹(67)의 이탈을 방지하는 패킹이탈방지돌륜(665)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 에어출입부재를 갖는 화장품 용기.
  16. 제 15 항에 있어서,
    상기 결합봉(664)에는 수축구멍(666)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 에어출입부재를 갖는 화장품 용기.
  17. 제 15 항에 있어서,
    상기 패킹이탈방지돌륜(665)의 지름은 밀폐뚜껑(60)의 결합구멍(621)의 지름보다 0.01 ~ 1.0mm 크도록 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어출입부재를 갖는 화장품 용기.
  18. 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항, 제 8 항, 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    상기 패킹(67)은 중앙에 에어출입부재(66)의 결합봉(664)과 결합되는 결합구멍(671)이 형성되며, 하부로는 밀폐뚜껑(60)의 결합구멍(621)을 개폐하는 확장부(672)가 형성되고, 상부에는 에어출입부재(66)의 덮개판(663)을 위로 탄력지지해 상기 확장부(672)가 밀폐뚜껑(60)의 결합구멍(621)을 폐쇄시키도록 하는 탄지부(673)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 에어출입부재를 갖는 화장품 용기.
  19. 제 18 항에 있어서,
    상기 탄지부(673)는 스프링으로 대체되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어출입부재를 갖는 화장품 용기.
  20. 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항, 제 8 항, 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    상기 패킹(67)은 탄성이 우수한 합성수지재 또는 엘라스토머, 실리콘고무, NBR고무 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 에어출입부재를 갖는 화장품 용기.
  21. 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 또는 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    상기 화장품 용기(30)의 입구부에는 밀폐연장돌륜(35)이 일체로 연장 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어출입부재를 갖는 화장품 용기.
  22. 제 21 항에 있어서,
    상기 밀폐연장돌륜(35)은 외벽(32) 또는 화장품 용기(30) 입구부의 두께보다 얇게 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어출입부재를 갖는 화장품 용기.
  23. 제 21 항에 있어서,
    상기 밀폐연장돌륜(35)은 폴리프로필렌(PP) 또는 폴리에틸렌(PE)로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 에어출입부재를 갖는 화장품 용기.
  24. 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 또는 제 8 항, 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    상기 밀폐뚜껑(60)에는 손잡이(61)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 에어출입부재를 갖는 화장품 용기.
  25. 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 또는 제 8 항, 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    상기 밀폐뚜껑(60)의 밀폐돌륜(64)에는 밀폐돌륜패킹(641)을 더 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 에어출입부재를 갖는 화장품 용기.
  26. 제 25 항에 있어서,
    상기 밀폐돌륜패킹(641)은 탄성이 우수한 합성수지재 또는 엘라스토머, 실리콘고무, NBR고무 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 에어출입부재를 갖는 화장품 용기.
  27. 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 또는 제 8 항, 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    상기 밀폐뚜껑(60)의 일측면에는 체착돌기(63)를 더 형성하고, 이에 대응하는 화장품 용기(30) 또는 화장크림용기(70)에는 체착홈(36)을 더 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 에어출입부재를 갖는 화장품 용기.
