일반적으로 립글로스, 마스카라, 아이라이너 및 매니큐어 등과 같은 화장품의 내용물은 별도의 팁을 이용하여 도포될 수 있다. 이러한 팁은 통상 화장품 용기의 뚜껑에 솔대를 통해 결합되어 있으며, 화장품 용기 내에 수용된 내용물을 묻혀서 사용한다. 이 경우 팁 및 솔대에 내용물이 과다하게 묻혀지므로 화장이 잘 되지 않고, 팁 및 솔대에 묻은 내용물이 흘러내리는 등 사용이 불편하게 된다.
이에 따라 화장품 용기 중 용기몸체의 개구부에 와이퍼를 가지는 패킹부를 두어 팁에 내용물이 적당히 묻어나올 수 있도록 한다. 이때, 와이퍼가 연질로 구비되는 경우, 팁에 묻은 내용물을 적당하게 훑어줄 수 있으나, 저점도의 내용물이 용기몸체와 와이퍼 사이로 누액될 우려가 있다. 또한, 와이퍼가 경질로 구비되는 경우, 용기몸체와 와이퍼 사이로 내용물이 누액되지 않으나, 팁에 묻은 내용물을 훑어주는 것에 한계가 있다는 문제점이 있다.
그리고, 용기몸체에서 뚜껑과 결합되는 스크류부는 용기몸체와 별도로 제조되어 용기몸체에 체결된다. 여기서, 내용물의 누액 방지를 위하여 용기몸체와 스크류부가 정밀하게 맞물려 체결되어야 함에 따라 이들을 각각 인젝션 사출해야 하므로, 금형 단가가 상승된다는 문제점이 있다.
이와 더불어, 와이퍼를 스크류부에 결합한 뒤 스크류부를 용기몸체에 결합해야 하므로, 두 번의 조립 과정을 거침에 따라 조립 단가가 상승되어 생산 시간이 길어지게 되고, 화장품 용기의 제조 원가가 상승된다는 문제점이 있다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 종래기술의 문제점을 해결하고자 창출된 것으로서, 본 발명의 목적은 와이퍼에서 용기몸체에 접촉되는 부분을 경질로 구비하고, 팁에 묻은 내용물을 훑어주는 부분을 연질로 구비함에 의해 내용물을 적절하게 훑어주면서도 용기몸체와 와이퍼 간의 체결력을 보다 강화할 수 있는 화장품 용기를 제공하기 위한 것이다.
또한, 본 발명의 목적은 용기몸체와 스크류부가 일체형으로 제조됨에 의해 별도로 제조되는 경우보다 금형 단가 및 조립 단가를 낮출 수 있으며, 조립 구조를 단순화할 뿐만 아니라 부품을 최소화할 수 있는 화장품 용기를 제공하기 위한 것이다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기는, 내용물이 수납되며, 상단에 개구부가 구비되는 용기몸체; 상기 용기몸체의 상기 개구부 내측에 장착되어 하부로 일정 길이 연장되며, 상하 관통된 와이퍼; 상기 용기몸체의 상기 개구부 외주면에 탈착 가능하게 결합되는 뚜껑; 상기 뚜껑의 일측으로부터 연장되는 솔대; 및 상기 솔대의 끝단에 구비되는 도포팁;을 포함하며, 상기 와이퍼는, 상기 개구부 내측과 맞닿는 적어도 일 영역에 구비되는 제1 와이퍼와, 상기 제1 와이퍼에 연결되어 하부로 일정 길이 연장되는 제2 와이퍼를 포함하며, 상기 제1 와이퍼와 상기 제2 와이퍼는 서로 상이한 재질로 구비되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
구체적으로, 상기 와이퍼는, 상기 제1 와이퍼가 경질로 구비되고, 상기 제2 와이퍼가 연질로 구비되며, 상기 제1 와이퍼 및 상기 제2 와이퍼는 이중사출에 의해 제조될 수 있다.
구체적으로, 상기 제1 와이퍼는 PE(Polyethylene), PP(Polypropylene) 및 PC(Polycarbonate) 중 선택되는 적어도 어느 하나로 구비되고, 상기 제2 와이퍼는 천연고무, 엘라스토머, 실리콘고무, NBR(Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) 및 EPDM 고무(Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer Rubber) 중 선택되는 적어도 어느 하나로 구비될 수 있다.
구체적으로, 상기 제1 와이퍼는, 상단으로부터 외부를 향하여 절곡 연장된 플랜지가 더 구비되며, 상기 플랜지는 상기 개구부의 상단에 안착될 수 있다.
구체적으로, 상기 제2 와이퍼는, 상기 개구부의 내측 하단의 일부와 맞닿도록 상기 제1 와이퍼에 연결되며, 상기 개구부와 맞닿는 영역의 외주면에 돌기부가 구비될 수 있다.
구체적으로, 상기 제2 와이퍼는, 상기 돌기부의 하단을 따라 외부를 향하여 돌출된 날개부가 더 구비되며, 상기 개구부는 상기 용기몸체의 다른 영역에 비해 둘레가 작게 구비되어, 상기 날개부의 상부면이 상기 개구부의 하단에 대응되는 상기 용기몸체의 내측면에 밀착될 수 있다.
구체적으로, 상기 개구부의 외주면에는 제1 나사산이 구비되고, 상기 제1 나사산과 대응되는 상기 뚜껑의 내주면에는 제2 나사산이 구비되어, 상기 용기몸체와 상기 뚜껑이 나사 결합에 의해 체결될 수 있다.
구체적으로, 상기 뚜껑은, 상기 제2 나사산의 상부측 내주면에 체결부가 구비될 수 있다.
구체적으로, 상기 솔대는, 상기 체결부에 고정되는 고정부와, 상기 고정부로부터 하부로 연장되되, 상기 고정부보다 둘레가 작게 구비된 연장부, 및 상기 고정부 및 상기 연장부의 중앙 영역이 상하 관통된 관통부를 포함할 수 있다.
구체적으로, 상기 고정부는, 외주면을 따라 돌기가 구비될 수 있다.
구체적으로, 상기 도포팁은, 상단에 상기 관통부의 내주면에 대응되는 외주면을 갖는 걸림부, 및 상기 걸림부로부터 하부로 연장되되, 상기 걸림부보다 둘레가 작게 구비된 도포부를 포함할 수 있다.
구체적으로, 상기 도포팁은, 상기 솔대의 상기 관통부 상단으로부터 하부를 향하여 삽입됨에 의해 상기 솔대에 결합될 수 있다.
구체적으로, 상기 도포팁에는 상기 걸림부로부터 하부로 일정 간격 이격된 외주면으로부터 돌출된 리브가 더 구비되고, 상기 관통부 내주면에는 수용부가 더 구비되어, 상기 리브가 상기 수용부에 언더컷 방식에 의해 체결될 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 화장품 용기는, 와이퍼에서 용기몸체에 접촉되는 부분을 경질로 구비하고, 팁에 묻은 내용물을 훑어주는 부분을 연질로 구비함에 의해 내용물을 적절하게 훑어주면서도 용기몸체와 와이퍼 간의 체결력을 보다 강화할 수 있음으로써, 화장 효과를 향상시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 용기몸체와 와이퍼의 사이로 내용물이 누액되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 화장품 용기는, 용기몸체와 스크류부가 일체형으로 제조됨에 의해 별도로 제조되는 경우보다 금형 단가 및 조립 단가를 낮출 수 있으며, 조립 구조를 단순화할 뿐만 아니라 부품을 최소화할 수 있음으로써, 생산 시간이 줄어들게 되어 화장품 용기의 제조 원가를 절감할 수 있다.

이하, 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 상세히 설명하기로 한다.
도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기를 나타내는 도면이고, 도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기를 나타내는 단면도이며, 도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기를 나타내는 분해 단면도이다.
도 1 내지 도 3을 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기(100)는 용기몸체(10), 뚜껑(20), 솔대(30), 도포팁(40) 및 와이퍼(50)를 포함한다.
용기몸체(10)는 원통형으로 구비되어, 내부에 내용물이 수납될 수 있으며, 상단에는 다른 영역에 비하여 둘레가 작은 개구부(11)가 구비될 수 있다. 즉, 용기몸체(10)는 상단이 개구되어, 후술하는 솔대(30) 및 도포팁(40)이 출입되는 통로로 이용될 수 있다.
여기서, 용기몸체(10)가 원통형으로 구비되는 것으로 설명하였으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 내용물을 수납할 수 있는 공간이 구비된 다양한 형상으로 구비될 수 있음은 물론이다.
뚜껑(20)은 용기몸체(10)의 개구부(11) 외주면에 탈착 가능하게 결합되며, 용기몸체(10)의 개구부(11)를 개폐하기 위한 손잡이로 이용될 수 있다. 이러한 뚜껑(20)은 하단 측이 개구되어 내부에 공간이 구비될 수 있다.
그리고, 솔대(30)는 일단이 뚜껑(20)의 내부 공간의 내주면에 고정되고, 뚜껑(20)의 하부로 일정 길이 연장되어 타단이 뚜껑(20)의 하단으로부터 돌출될 수 있다. 이때, 뚜껑(20)에 고정되는 솔대(30)의 일단 외주면의 둘레는 뚜껑(20)의 내주면의 둘레와 동일하게 구비될 수 있으며, 솔대(30)의 일단을 제외한 나머지 영역의 둘레는 일단의 둘레보다 작게 구비될 수 있다. 또한, 솔대(30)의 타단은 끝단으로 갈수록 그 둘레가 점차적으로 작아질 수 있으며, 솔대(30)는 상하 관통 형성될 수 있다.
여기서, 솔대(30)의 일단이 고정되는 뚜껑(20)의 내주면에는 체결부(22, 도 4 참조)가 구비될 수 있으며, 솔대(30)의 일단이 체결부(22)에 억지끼움됨에 의해 솔대(30)가 뚜껑(20)에 고정될 수 있다. 이러한 솔대(30)와 뚜껑(20) 간의 결합에 대하여는 도 4 내지 도 6을 참조하여 상세하게 설명하기로 한다.
또한, 솔대(30)의 끝단에는 도포팁(40)이 구비될 수 있으며, 도포팁(40)은 상하 관통된 솔대(30)의 내주면에 일단이 고정되고, 타단이 솔대(30)의 끝단으로 돌출될 수 있다. 뚜껑(20)이 용기몸체(10)의 개구부(11)에 결합된 상태에서 도포팁(40)은 용기몸체(10)에 수납된 내용물에 담지될 수 있다. 여기서, 도포팁(40)은 마스카라 또는 아이라이너로 이용될 수 있는 형상을 띨 수 있으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
와이퍼(50)는 용기몸체(10)의 개구부(11) 내측에 장착되어, 하부로 일정 길이 연장될 수 있으며, 상하 관통될 수 있다. 그리고, 상하 관통된 와이퍼(50)의 내측으로 솔대(30) 및 도포팁(40)이 삽입 또는 인출될 수 있다. 이러한 와이퍼(50)는 용기몸체(10)로부터 도포팁(40)을 인출하는 경우, 도포팁(40)에 묻어 있는 내용물을 훑어주면서 일정량을 털어내어, 적정량의 내용물을 피부에 도포 가능하게 함에 의해 화장 효과를 향상시킬 수 있다.
이때, 와이퍼(50)는 제1 와이퍼(51)와 제2 와이퍼(52)를 포함할 수 있다. 제1 와이퍼(51)는 용기몸체(10)의 개구부(11) 내측과 맞닿는 적어도 일 영역에 구비될 수 있으며, 제2 와이퍼(52)는 제1 와이퍼(51)에 연결되어 하부로 일정 길이 연장되도록 구비될 수 있다.
이러한 제1 와이퍼(51) 및 제2 와이퍼(52)는 각각 서로 상이한 재질로 구비될 수 있으며, 제1 와이퍼(51)는 경질로 구비될 수 있고, 제2 와이퍼(52)는 연질로 구비될 수 있다. 그리고, 제1 와이퍼(51)와 제2 와이퍼(52)는 이중사출에 의해 제조될 수 있다.
일반적으로 와이퍼(50) 전체가 연질로 구비되는 경우, 도포팁(40)의 내용물을 훑어주는 효과가 우수하지만, 용기몸체(10)의 개구부(11)와의 체결력이 약하여 저점도의 내용물이 누액될 수 있다. 또한, 와이퍼(50) 전체가 경질로 구비되는 경우, 용기몸체(10)의 개구부(11)와의 체결력이 상승되어 내용물이 누액되는 것을 방지할 수 있다. 하지만, 경질의 와이퍼(50)는 탄성력을 가지지 않아 도포팁(40)에 묻은 내용물을 훑어주는 것에 한계가 있어서 도포팁(40)에 내용물이 흥건하게 묻어 나옴으로써, 화장 효과가 저하될 수 있다.
이에 따라, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기(100)의 와이퍼(50)는 용기몸체(10)의 개구부(11)와 맞닿는 체결면은 경질의 제1 와이퍼(51)로 구비되고, 도포팁(40)을 훑어주는 부분은 탄성을 갖는 연질의 제2 와이퍼(52)로 구비될 수 있다. 이에 의해 저점도의 내용물을 누액 없이 보관하면서, 일정량의 내용물이 도포팁(40)에 담지되어 화장 효과를 향상시킬 수 있다.
그리고, 용기몸체(10)와 개구부(11)를 다이렉트(direct) 사출로 제조하고, 제1 와이퍼(51)와 제2 와이퍼(52)를 이중사출로 제조함에 의해 금형 제작 비용을 절감하여 원가 절감이 가능하다. 즉, 이중사출로 제조된 와이퍼(50)를 용기몸체(10)에 한 번에 조립함으로써, 조립 공정 및 단가를 줄일 수 있다.
또한, 연질로 구비된 제2 와이퍼(52)가 용기몸체(10)의 내측으로 길고 좁은 구조로 구비되어, 도포팁(40) 높이의 적어도 1/3 이상을 감쌈으로써, 내용물이 보다 효과적으로 훑어지도록 할 수 있다.
이때, 제1 와이퍼(51)는 PE(Polyethylene), PP(Polypropylene) 및 PC(Polycarbonate) 중 선택되는 적어도 어느 하나로 구비될 수 있으며, 또한 용기몸체(10)와 동일한 재질로 구비될 수도 있다. 그리고, 제2 와이퍼(52)는 천연고무, 엘라스토머, 실리콘고무, NBR(Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) 및 EPDM 고무(Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer Rubber) 중 선택되는 적어도 어느 하나로 구비될 수 있다.
다만, 제1 와이퍼(51) 및 제2 와이퍼(52)의 재질은 상기 재질에 한정되지 않으며, 상기 재질 외에 제1 와이퍼(51)는 용기몸체(10)의 개구부(11)와의 체결력을 향상시킬 수 있는 다양한 재질로 구비될 수 있으며, 제2 와이퍼(52)는 내용물을 보다 잘 훑어줄 수 있는 다양한 재질로 구비될 수 있음은 물론이다.
제1 와이퍼(51)에는 상단으로부터 외부를 향하여 수직하게 절곡 연장된 플랜지(53)가 더 구비될 수 있다. 이에 의해 플랜지(53)가 개구부(11)의 상단에 안착되고, 경질의 제1 와이퍼(51)의 외주면이 개구부(11)의 내주면에 밀착되면서 제1 와이퍼(51)와 개구부(11) 사이로 내용물이 누액되는 것이 방지될 수 있다.
그리고, 제1 와이퍼(51)와 제2 와이퍼(52)가 연결되는 영역에서, 제1 와이퍼(51)와 제2 와이퍼(52)는 각각의 끝단이 일정 길이만큼 겹쳐지며 연결될 수 있으며, 제1 와이퍼(51) 및 제2 와이퍼(52)의 두께는 다른 영역의 약 1/2 정도로 얇게 구비될 수 있다. 이때, 제1 와이퍼(51)와 제2 와이퍼(52)가 겹쳐지는 영역에서 제1 와이퍼(51)는 제2 와이퍼(52)의 외주면을 감쌀 수 있으며. 제1 와이퍼(51)와 제2 와이퍼(52)가 연결되는 영역은 다른 영역에 비하여 돌출되지 않을 수 있다.
또한, 제2 와이퍼(52)는 개구부(11)의 내측 하단의 일부와 맞닿도록 제1 와이퍼(51)에 연결될 수 있다. 즉, 제1 와이퍼(51)와 제2 와이퍼(52)가 겹쳐지는 영역의 하부에 위치된 제2 와이퍼(52)의 외주면 일부는 개구부(11)의 내주면 하단과 접촉될 수 있다. 이때, 제2 와이퍼(52)에서 개구부(11)의 내주면과 맞닿는 영역의 외주면에는 돌기부(55, 도 6 참조)가 구비될 수 있으며, 돌기부(55)에 대하여는 도 4 내지 도 6을 참조하여 후술하기로 한다.
그리고, 제2 와이퍼(52)에는 돌기부(55)의 하단을 따라 외부를 향하여 돌출된 날개부(54)가 더 구비될 수 있다. 여기서, 용기몸체(10)의 개구부(11)는 용기몸체(10)의 다른 영역에 비해 둘레가 작게 구비되어, 개구부(11)의 하단에 대응되는 용기몸체(10)에는 바닥면과 수평한 면이 구비될 수 있다. 이에 의해 날개부(54)의 상부면은 개구부(11)의 하단에 대응되는 용기몸체(10)의 내측면에 밀착될 수 있다.
이와 같이, 날개부(54)가 용기몸체(10)의 개구부(11)의 하단에 밀착됨으로써, 내용물이 외부로 누액되는 것을 방지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 도포팁(40)이 인출될 때 연질의 제2 와이퍼(52)가 상부로 이동되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
또한, 용기몸체(10)의 개구부(11)의 외주면에는 제1 나사산(12)이 구비될 수 있으며, 제1 나사산(12)과 대응되는 뚜껑(20)의 끝단 내주면에는 제2 나사산(21)이 구비될 수 있다. 이에 의해 용기몸체(10)와 뚜껑(20)이 나사 결합 방식에 의해 탈착될 수 있다.
즉, 뚜껑(20)을 일 방향으로 회전시킴에 의해 뚜껑(20)이 용기몸체(10)에 결합되면서 개구부(11)를 폐쇄시킬 수 있으며, 뚜껑(20)을 반대 방향으로 회전시킴에 의해 뚜껑(20)이 용기몸체(10)로부터 분리되면서 개구부(11)를 개방시킬 수 있다.
여기서, 용기몸체(10)와, 제1 나사산(12)이 구비된 개구부(11)가 별도로 사출 제작되는 경우, 용기몸체(10)와 개구부(11)의 체결 부위로 내용물이 누액될 수 있으며, 각각의 금형을 제작해야 하므로 금형 단가가 상승될 수 있다. 하지만, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기(100)는 용기몸체(10)와 개구부(11)가 일체형으로 구비됨으로써, 금형 제작 비용에 따른 원가 절감이 가능할 뿐만 아니라 내용물이 누액될 우려도 방지할 수 있다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기에서 뚜껑으로부터 솔대와 도포팁 및 와이퍼가 분리된 상태를 나타내는 도면이고, 도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기에서 도포팁이 체결된 솔대가 와이퍼에 안착된 상태를 나타내는 도면이며, 도 6은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기의 내부를 보여주는 도면이다.
도 4 내지 도 6을 참조하면, 용기몸체(10)에는 내용물이 수납될 수 있으며, 상단에 개구부(11)가 구비되어 뚜껑(20)이 개구부(11)에 나사 결합 방식에 의해 탈착 가능하게 결합될 수 있다.
이때, 뚜껑(20)은 하단이 개구되어 내부에 공간을 가질 수 있으며, 이러한 뚜껑(20)의 내부 공간의 끝단에는 개구부(11) 외주면의 제1 나사산(12)에 결합되는 제2 나사산(21)이 구비될 수 있다.
그리고, 뚜껑(20)의 내주면에는 솔대(30)의 상단이 고정되도록 체결부(22)가 구비될 수 있는데, 체결부(22)는 제2 나사산(21)의 상부측 내주면에 위치될 수 있다. 이때, 솔대(30)는 체결부(22)에 억지끼움되는 고정부(31)와, 고정부(31)로부터 하부로 연장되되, 고정부(31)보다 둘레가 작게 구비된 연장부(32)와, 고정부(31)와 연장부(32)의 중앙 영역이 상하 관통된 관통부(34)를 포함할 수 있다.
여기서, 고정부(31)는 외주면을 따라 돌기가 구비될 수 있으며, 체결부(22)에도 고정부(31)의 외주면에 구비된 돌기와 대응되는 형상으로 돌기가 구비되어, 고정부(31)가 체결부(22)에 끼워짐에 의해 솔대(30)가 뚜껑(20)에 고정될 수 있다.
또한, 솔대(30)의 타단은 뚜껑(20)의 하부를 향하여 연장된 연장부(32)를 더 구비하며, 연장부(32)는 뚜껑(20)의 하단으로부터 외측으로 돌출 구비될 수 있다. 이러한 솔대(30)는 상하 관통될 수 있으며, 연장부(32)의 하부 끝단 측에서 도포팁(40)이 돌출되도록 솔대(30)에 연결될 수 있다.
와이퍼(50)는 용기몸체(10)의 개구부(11) 내측에 장착될 수 있으며, 하부로 일정 길이 연장되며 상하 관통될 수 있다. 이러한 와이퍼(50)는 이중사출에 의해 이종의 재질로 제조될 수 있다. 즉, 와이퍼(50)는 개구부(11)의 내측과 맞닿는 상부 측은 경질의 제1 와이퍼(51)로 구비되고, 제1 와이퍼(51)로부터 하부로 연장되어 도포팁(40)을 훑어주는 하부 측은 연질의 제2 와이퍼(52)로 구비될 수 잇다.
이에 의해 경질의 제1 와이퍼(51)는 용기몸체(10)의 개구부(11)와의 체결력이 향상될 수 있으며, 연질의 제2 와이퍼(52)는 도포팁(40)에 묻은 내용물을 적당량으로 훑어주어 화장 효과를 보다 향상시킬 수 있다.
이때, 제1 와이퍼(51)와 제2 와이퍼(52)는 일부가 겹쳐지며 연결될 수 있으며, 겹쳐지는 영역에서 제1 와이퍼(51)는 제2 와이퍼(52)의 외주면을 감쌀 수 있다. 그리고, 제1 와이퍼(51)와 제2 와이퍼(52)가 겹쳐지는 영역의 하부에 위치된 제2 와이퍼(52)는 개구부(11)의 내주면 하단과 맞닿을 수 있다. 여기서, 개구부(11)의 내주면과 맞닿는 제2 와이퍼(52)의 외주면에 돌기부(55)가 구비될 수 있다.
돌기부(55)가 구비된 제2 와이퍼(52)의 외주면은 개구부(11)의 내주면보다 그 둘레가 더 크게 구비될 수 있으며, 제2 와이퍼(52)가 탄성을 갖는 재질로 구비되므로, 용기몸체(10)와의 체결력을 향상시킬 수 있다. 이에 의해 용기몸체(10) 내부의 내용물이 외부로 누액되는 것을 1차적으로 방지할 수 있다.
또한, 제2 와이퍼(52)는 돌기부(55)의 하단을 따라 외부를 향하여 돌출된 날개부(54)가 더 구비될 수 있다. 날개부(54)는 용기몸체(10)의 다른 영역에 비해 둘레가 작게 구비된 개구부(11)의 하단에 대응되는 용기몸체(10)의 내측면에 밀착될 수 있다.
이에 의해 용기몸체(10) 내부의 내용물이 개구부(11)로 누액되는 것을 방지할 수 있으며, 도포팁(40)이 인출되는 방향으로 제2 와이퍼(52)가 이동되지 않도록 제2 와이퍼(52)의 위치를 고정할 수 있다.
도 7은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기에서 솔대에 도포팁이 결합되는 방식을 보여주는 도면이다.
도 7을 참조하면, 솔대(30)는 상단에 구비되는 고정부(31)와, 고정부(31)로부터 하부로 연장되는 연장부(32) 및 고정부(31)와 연장부(32)의 중앙 영역이 상하 관통된 관통부(34)를 포함할 수 있다. 이때, 고정부(31)의 둘레는 연장부(32)의 둘레보다 더 크게 구비될 수 있다.
그리고, 도포팁(40)은 상단에 관통부(34)의 내주면에 대응되는 외주면을 갖는 걸림부(42)와, 걸림부(42)로부터 하부로 연장되되, 걸림부(42)보다 둘레가 작은 도포부(43)를 포함할 수 있다. 이때, 도포부(43)는 하단으로 갈수록 둘레가 점차적으로 작아지는 형상으로 구비될 수 있다.
이러한 도포팁(40)은 솔대(30)의 관통부(34) 상단으로부터 하부를 향하여 삽입될 수 있으며, 도포팁(40)의 도포부(43)가 관통부(34)의 하단으로 일정 길이만큼 노출되도록 솔대(30)에 결합될 수 있다. 여기서, 도포팁(40)은 반복적인 사용에 의한 손상을 최소화하기 위하여 탄성을 갖는 재질로 구비될 수 있다.
또한, 도포팁(40)은 걸림부(42)로부터 하부로 일정 간격 이격된 외주면으로부터 리브(41)가 돌출될 수 있다. 이러한 리브(41)는 관통부(34)의 내주면 일 영역에 구비된 수용부(33)에 언더컷 방식에 의해 체결될 수 있다.
즉, 도포팁(40)은 솔대(30)의 관통부(34)의 상단으로부터 하부를 향하여 삽입된 후, 도포팁(40)의 리브(41)가 관통부(34)의 수용부(33)에 끼워짐에 의해 도포팁(40)이 솔대(30)에 고정될 수 있다.
이상 본 발명을 구체적인 실시예를 통하여 상세히 설명하였으나, 이는 본 발명을 구체적으로 설명하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명은 이에 한정되지 않으며, 본 발명의 기술적 사상 내에서 당해 분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의해 그 변형이나 개량이 가능함은 명백하다고 할 것이다.
본 발명은 상기에서 설명한 실시예로 한정되지 않으며, 상기 실시예들의 조합 또는 상기 실시예 중 적어도 어느 하나와 공지 기술의 조합을 또 다른 실시예로서 포함할 수 있음은 물론이다.
본 발명의 단순한 변형 내지 변경은 모두 본 발명의 영역에 속하는 것으로 본 발명의 구체적인 보호 범위는 첨부된 특허청구범위에 의하여 명확해질 것이다.

Claims (13)

  1. 내용물이 수납되며, 상단에 개구부가 구비되는 용기몸체;
    상기 용기몸체의 상기 개구부 내측에 장착되어 하부로 일정 길이 연장되며, 상하 관통된 와이퍼;
    상기 용기몸체의 상기 개구부 외주면에 탈착 가능하게 결합되는 뚜껑;
    상기 뚜껑의 일측으로부터 연장되는 솔대; 및
    상기 솔대의 끝단에 구비되는 도포팁;을 포함하며,
    상기 와이퍼는, 상기 개구부 내측과 맞닿는 적어도 일 영역에 구비되는 제1 와이퍼와, 상기 제1 와이퍼에 연결되어 하부로 일정 길이 연장되는 제2 와이퍼를 포함하며, 상기 제1 와이퍼와 상기 제2 와이퍼는 서로 상이한 재질로 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 와이퍼는,
    상기 제1 와이퍼가 경질로 구비되고, 상기 제2 와이퍼가 연질로 구비되며, 상기 제1 와이퍼 및 상기 제2 와이퍼는 이중사출에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 와이퍼는 PE(Polyethylene), PP(Polypropylene) 및 PC(Polycarbonate) 중 선택되는 적어도 어느 하나로 구비되고, 상기 제2 와이퍼는 천연고무, 엘라스토머, 실리콘고무, NBR(Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) 및 EPDM 고무(Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer Rubber) 중 선택되는 적어도 어느 하나로 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 와이퍼는,
    상단으로부터 외부를 향하여 절곡 연장된 플랜지가 더 구비되며, 상기 플랜지는 상기 개구부의 상단에 안착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 와이퍼는,
    상기 개구부의 내측 하단의 일부와 맞닿도록 상기 제1 와이퍼에 연결되며, 상기 개구부와 맞닿는 영역의 외주면에 돌기부가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제2 와이퍼는,
    상기 돌기부의 하단을 따라 외부를 향하여 돌출된 날개부가 더 구비되며, 상기 개구부는 상기 용기몸체의 다른 영역에 비해 둘레가 작게 구비되어, 상기 날개부의 상부면이 상기 개구부의 하단에 대응되는 상기 용기몸체의 내측면에 밀착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  7. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 개구부의 외주면에는 제1 나사산이 구비되고, 상기 제1 나사산과 대응되는 상기 뚜껑의 내주면에는 제2 나사산이 구비되어, 상기 용기몸체와 상기 뚜껑이 나사 결합에 의해 체결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 뚜껑은,
    상기 제2 나사산의 상부측 내주면에 체결부가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 솔대는,
    상기 체결부에 고정되는 고정부와, 상기 고정부로부터 하부로 연장되되, 상기 고정부보다 둘레가 작게 구비된 연장부, 및 상기 고정부 및 상기 연장부의 중앙 영역이 상하 관통된 관통부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 고정부는,
    외주면을 따라 돌기가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 도포팁은,
    상단에 상기 관통부의 내주면에 대응되는 외주면을 갖는 걸림부, 및 상기 걸림부로부터 하부로 연장되되, 상기 걸림부보다 둘레가 작게 구비된 도포부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 도포팁은,
    상기 솔대의 상기 관통부 상단으로부터 하부를 향하여 삽입됨에 의해 상기 솔대에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  13. 제12항에 있어서,
    상기 도포팁에는 상기 걸림부로부터 하부로 일정 간격 이격된 외주면으로부터 돌출된 리브가 더 구비되고, 상기 관통부 내주면에는 수용부가 더 구비되어, 상기 리브가 상기 수용부에 언더컷 방식에 의해 체결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
