한편, 상기 내용물 저장부(300)의 측면에는 회전체(400)의 가이드홈(410)에 삽입되어 승하강되는 다수의 승하강돌기(320)가 형성되는 것이 특징으로서, 상기 승하강돌기(320)는 상기 회전돌기(310)가 상기 가이드돌기(110)의 경사면을 따라 이동시에 가이드홈(410)을 따라 수직 이동하며 내용물 저장부(300)의 승하강을 가이드하게 된다.
상기 회전체(400)는 상기 중간케이스(200)의 상부에 안착되되, 중간케이스(200)의 회전시에 맞물리며 함께 회전하며 상기 내용물 저장부(300)의 수직이동을 가이드하는 것으로서, 그 측면에 상기 내용물 저장부(300)의 수직이동을 가이드하는 다수의 가이드홈(410)이 형성된다.
상기 가이드홈(410)에는 상기 승하강돌기(320)가 삽입되는데, 상기 승하강돌기(320)의 수직 이동을 가이드함으로써, 내용물 저장부(300)가 좌우 비틀림없이 승하강되는 것을 가능하게 한다.
한편, 상기 회전체(400)의 측면에는 상부케이스(600)의 회전시에 상부케이스(600)의 차단돌기(610)가 안착되는 안착홈(420)이 형성되는데, 상기 안착홈(420)의 상부에는 차단돌기(610)의 상방향 이동을 제한하는 걸림턱(430)이 형성되어 상부케이스(600)의 일측 회전에 따른 내용물 저장부(300)의 밀폐상태에서 상부케이스(600)가 개방되는 것을 차단하게 된다.
한편, 상기 회전체(400)에는 일정간격 이격되어 하방향으로 연장형성되는 다수의 연장부(440)가 형성되는 것이 특징으로서, 상기 연장부(440)는 상기 중간케이스(200)의 삽입홀(210)에 삽입되어 중간케이스(200)의 일측 또는 타측 회전시에 삽입홀(210) 내부의 어느 일측에 맞닿으며 가압됨으로써, 중간케이스(200)의 회전에 따라 회전체(400)가 함께 회전하는 것을 가능하게 한다.
상기 밀폐부재(500)는 상기 회전체(400)의 상단을 개폐하도록 회전체(400)의 일측에 힌지결합되는 것으로서, 상기 회전체(400)의 상단을 개폐하는 덮개부(510)와, 상기 덮개부(510)의 하부에 결합되며 상기 내용물 저장부(300)의 상승시에 내용물 저장부(300)의 상단에 압착되는 씰링부(520)로 구성된다.
상기 상부케이스(600)는 상기 중간케이스(200)의 일측에 힌지 결합되며, 사용자 가압에 의해 일측 또는 타측 방향으로 회전하며 상기 중간케이스(200)를 함께 회전시키는 것으로서, 상부케이스의 내주면에는 상기 회전체(400)의 안착홈(420)에 안착되어 상부케이스(600)가 상방향으로 회동하여 개방되는 것을 차단하는 차단돌기(610)가 형성된다.
상기 차단돌기(610)는 상부케이스(600)를 일측으로 회전시에는 회전체(400)의 안착홈(420)에 안착되며, 상부케이스(600)를 타측으로 회전시에는 회전체(400)의 안착홈(420)으로부터 벗어나도록 구성되는데, 안착홈(420)에 안착된 상태에서는 안착홈(420)의 상부에 위치하는 걸림턱(430)에 의해 상방향으로의 이동이 제한됨으로써, 상부케이스(600)가 개방되는 것을 차단하게 된다.
한편, 상기 상부케이스(610)의 내측 상단에는 상기 밀폐부재(500)의 상단을 가압하는 가압부(620)가 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 가압부(620)는 내용물 저장부(300)의 밀폐과정에서 내용물 저장부(300)가 상승하여 밀폐부재(500)의 하단부를 가압할 때, 밀폐부재(500)의 상단을 가압함으로써, 밀폐부재(500)의 상방향 이동을 차단함으로써, 내용물 저장부(300)의 완벽한 밀폐를 가능하게 한다.
한편, 상기 상부케이스(600)의 내측에는 사용자가 화장부위를 확인하며 화장을 하는 것이 용이하도록 거울(M)이 구비되는 것이 좋다.
이하에서는 도 3 내지 5를 참조하여, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 콤팩트 용기의 작동상태를 설명하기로 한다. 도 3 내지 5는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 콤팩트 용기의 작동상태를 보인 설명도이다.
도 3 내지 5를 참조하면, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 콤팩트 용기는, 사용자가 한 손으로 하부케이스(100)를 파지한 상태에서 상부케이스(600)를 일측방향으로 회전시키게 되면 상부케이스(600)의 차단돌기(610)가 회전체(400)의 안착홈(420)에 안착이 이루어지게 되는데, 이때, 안착홈(420)의 상부에 위치하는 걸림턱(430)에 의해 상부케이스(600)의 개방이 불가능한 잠금상태가 된다.
상기와 같이 차단돌기(610)가 안착홈(420)에 안착된 상태에서 상부케이스(600)를 더 회전시키게 되면 상부케이스(600)와 힌지결합되어 함께 회전하는 중간케이스(200)에 의해 회전체(400)의 회전이 이루어지게 된다. 이때, 회전체(400)의 회전은 중간케이스(200)의 삽입홀(210)에 삽입된 연장부(440)에 의해 중간케이스(200)와 회전체(400)가 맞물리며 회전이 이루어지게 되는데, 회전체(400)가 회전하게 되면, 회전체(400)의 가이드홈(410)에 삽입된 내용물 저장부(300)의 승하강돌기(320)에 의해 내용물 저장부(300)가 함께 회전하게 된다.
상기와 같이, 내용물 저장부(300)가 회전하게 되면, 내용물 저장부(300)의 하단에 형성된 회전돌기(310)가 하부케이스(100)의 가이드돌기(110)의 경사면을 따라 이동하게 되며, 이로 인하여, 내용물 저장부(300)가 상승하여 내용물 저장부(300)의 상단부가 밀폐부재(500)의 씰링부(520)에 의해 밀폐가 이루어지게 되는 것이다. 이때, 상기 가이드돌기(110)의 상사점에는 회전돌기(310)가 안착되는 고정홈(111)이 형성되어 회전돌기(310)의 이동을 제한하도록 구성되는 것이 바람직하다.
상기와 같이, 내용물 저장부(300)의 밀폐가 이루어진 상태에서는 상부케이스(600)의 차단돌기(610)가 안착홈(420)에 안착된 상태이므로 안착홈(420)의 상부에 위치하는 걸림턱(430)에 의해 상부케이스(600)의 개방이 불가능한 잠금상태가 되며, 화장을 위해서는 상부케이스(600)를 타측 방향으로 회전하여 차단돌기(610)를 안착홈(420)으로부터 이탈시킨 후, 상부케이스(600)를 개방하고, 밀폐부재(500)를 개방함으로써, 내용물의 사용이 가능하게 된다.
도면과 명세서에서 최적 실시 예들이 개시되었다. 여기서 특정한 용어들이 사용되었으나, 이는 단지 본 발명을 설명하기 위한 목적에서 사용된 것이지 의미한정이나 특허청구범위에 기재된 본 발명의 범위를 제한하기 위하여 사용된 것은 아니다. 그러므로 본 기술 분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이로부터 다양한 변형 및 균등한 타 실시 예가 가능하다는 점을 이해할 것이다. 따라서 본 발명의 진정한 기술적 보호범위는 첨부된 특허청구범위의 기술적 사상에 의해 정해져야 할 것이다.

Claims (11)

  1. 내용물이 저장되는 내용물 저장부를 수용하며, 내용물 저장부를 승하강 시키도록 내측 하단에 가이드돌기가 형성되는 하부케이스;
    상기 하부케이스의 상부에 회전 가능하게 결합되는 중간케이스;
    내용물이 저장되며 상기 하부케이스에 수용되되, 상기 가이드돌기를 따라 이동하는 회전돌기가 형성되는 내용물 저장부;
    상기 중간케이스의 상부에 안착되며, 중간케이스의 회전시에 맞물리며 함께 회전하되, 상기 내용물 저장부의 수직이동을 가이드하는 회전체;
    상기 회전체의 상단을 개폐하도록 회전체의 일측에 힌지결합되는 밀폐부재;
    상기 중간케이스의 일측에 힌지 결합되며, 사용자 가압에 의해 일측 또는 타측 방향으로 회전하며 상기 중간케이스를 함께 회전시키는 상부케이스;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콤팩트 용기.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 가이드돌기는 상단부 일측에서 타측으로 경사면을 형성하되, 다수의 가이드돌기가 연속적으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 콤팩트 용기.
  3. 청구항 2에 있어서,
    상기 가이드돌기의 경사면 상사점에는 상기 내용물 저장부의 회전돌기가 안착되어 고정되는 고정홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 콤팩트 용기.
  4. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 회전체의 측면에는 상기 내용물 저장부의 수직이동을 가이드하는 다수의 가이드홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 콤팩트 용기.
  5. 청구항 4에 있어서,
    상기 내용물 저장부의 측면에는 상기 가이드홈에 삽입되어 승하강되는 다수의 승하강돌기가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 콤팩트 용기.
  6. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 상부케이스의 내주면에는 상기 회전체에 안착되어 상부케이스의 개방을 차단하는 차단돌기가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 콤팩트 용기.
  7. 청구항 6에 있어서,
    상기 회전체에는 상기 상부케이스의 회전시에 상기 차단돌기가 안착되는 안착홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 콤팩트 용기.
  8. 청구항 7에 있어서,
    상기 안착홈의 상부에는 상기 차단돌기의 상방향 이동을 제한하는 걸림턱이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 콤팩트 용기.
  9. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 회전체에는 일정간격 이격되어 하방향으로 연장형성되는 다수의 연장부가 형성되며, 상기 중간케이스에는 상기 다수의 연장부가 각각 삽입되도록 다수의 삽입홀이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 콤팩트 용기.
  10. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 밀폐부재는 상기 회전체의 상단을 개폐하는 덮개부와, 상기 덮개부의 하부에 결합되며 상기 내용물 저장부의 상승시에 내용물 저장부의 상단에 압착되는 씰링부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 콤팩트 용기.
  11. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 상부케이스의 내측 상단에는 상기 밀폐부재의 상단을 가압하는 가압부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 콤팩트 용기.
