Abstract
Description
- The present invention relates to a cosmetics container capable of replacing spent cosmetics and using the replaced one and, more specifically, to a cosmetics container having a multi-staged refillable container, in which a puff and cosmetics can be simultaneously stored or replaced, and the fixing, separation and sealing of a refillable container can be more readily carried out.
- In general, a cosmetics container includes a cosmetics case including a cosmetics material in a liquid or gel phase therein, and a cover detachably coupled at the upper portion of the cosmetics case so as to open or close the same. As the cosmetics material stored in the cosmetics case is all spent through the repetitive use of the same, a consumer discards the whole cosmetics container and purchases a new one, which is filled with a cosmetics material to be used.
- However, the prior art cosmetics containers as described above are simply produced and sold in a disposable form even though the cosmetics materials stored in the cosmetics containers are the same as each other. Therefore, the prior art cosmetics containers have problems that consumers have to bear the whole expenses of such disposable cosmetics containers themselves and the discarded cosmetics containers are not ready to be recycled and thus increase the amount of industrial waste.
- In order to solve the problems, Korean registered patent publication No. 10-1211964 discloses a refillable cosmetics container, in which only a case for storing cosmetics therein is replaced with a new one. However, this refillable cosmetics container still has problems that the configuration thereof is complicated and the method of replacing the cosmetics case with a new one is difficult, thereby decreasing the consumer use thereof.
- Accordingly, the present invention has been made in an effort to solve the above- mentioned problems occurring in the prior arts, and it is an objective of the present invention to provide a cosmetics container having a multi-staged refillable container, in which a puff and cosmetics can be simultaneously stored or replaced through a simple configuration.
- In addition, it is another objective of the present invention to provide a cosmetics container having a multi-staged refillable container, in which the fixing, separation and sealing of a refillable container can be more readily carried out.
- To achieve the above objectives, in a cosmetics container, which includes a lower body, to which a cover is coupled so as to be opened or closed, and an upper body coupled to the upper side of the lower body and having a refillable container, which can be attached to or detached from the inside of the lower body, the present invention provides a cosmetics container having a multi-staged refillable container, and the multi-staged refillable container includes a lower cap having a first storage space, which is formed at the inside thereof so as to be filled with cosmetics, and a hinge shaft, which is formed on the outside thereof, and an upper cap having a hinge part, which is formed on the outside thereof and rotatably coupled with the hinge shaft so as to open or seal the first storage space, and a second storage space, which is formed at the inside thereof such that a puff is inserted therein.
- According to the cosmetics container having a multi-staged refillable container of the present invention, the refillable container is formed of a multi-staged structure having an upper cap and a lower cap such that a puff and cosmetics can be simultaneously stored or replaced, thereby improving convenience for use.
- In addition, the fixing, separation and sealing of the refillable container can be carried out in an easier and closer way through a simple sealing structure, thereby further improving convenience for use.

FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view for showing the coupled state of the cosmetics container having a multi-staged refillable container, taken along line V-V inFIG. 1 . - Hereinafter, with reference to the attached drawings, a cosmetics container having a multi-staged refillable container according to preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail.
- Referring to
FIG. 1 , a cosmetics container having a multi-staged refillable container, according to the present invention, includes alower body 10, an upper body coupled at the upper side of thelower body 10, and acover 30 hinge-coupled with the upper side of theupper body 20 so as to open or close theupper body 20. - Referring to
FIG. 2 , thelower body 10 has apenetration part 11, which is formed at the inside thereof, and acover coupling part 12, which is formed at one side so as to be hinge-coupled with thecover 30. - The
upper body 20, which is coupled at the upper side of thelower body 10, has acontainer coupling part 21, formed at one side thereof and a plurality offirst holding protrusions 22 formed at intervals on the inner circumferential surface thereof. -
FIG. 3 shows a state, in which theupper body 20 is coupled with thelower body 10, wherein theupper body 20 communicates with thepenetration part 11 of thelower body 10 each other, since the upper body is formed in the shape of a ring such that the upper portion and the lower portion thereof are penetrated. - Further, the
upper body 20 has one pair ofsecond holding protrusions 23, which are formed at both sides of thecontainer coupling part 21 on the inner circumferential surface of theupper body 20, and a plurality ofanti-releasing parts 24, which are radially formed on the outer circumferential surface of theupper body 20. - The
cover 30 has arotation part 31, which is hinge-coupled with thecover coupling part 12 of thelower body 10, and amirror 32, which is provided on the inside thereof such that a user can conveniently use themirror 32 during make-up. - The
cover 30 is coupled and rotatable in the right and left directions at the upper side of themirror 32, which is coupled with therotation part 31, and has a plurality of blockingprotrusions 33, which are formed radially on the inner circumferential surface of the cover at positions corresponding to those of theanti-releasing parts 24. - Therefore, the
cover 30 rotates right or left by thehinge part 31 after sealing the upper side of theupper body 20 such that the blockingprotrusions 33 are fixed at the lower portions of theanti-releasing parts 24 and thus the releasing of thecover 30 is prevented. - Meanwhile, a
refillable container 100 which can be easily replaced, is detachably coupled at the upper side of theupper body 20, wherein therefillable container 100 has alower cap 40 and anupper cap 60, forming a multi-staged structure. - The
upper cap 60 has ahinge part 64 formed at one side thereof and is coupled with thelower cap 40 so as to open or close thelower cap 40, wherein atap 63 is formed at the other side of theupper cap 60 for facilitating the opening and closing. - Explaining the structure of the
refillable container 100 in more detail, as shown inFIG. 4 , afirst storage space 41 is formed in thelower cap 40 and provided with cosmetics, and a plurality ofholding grooves 42 are formed on the outer circumferential surface of thelower cap 40 at positions corresponding to those of thefirst holding protrusions 22 andsecond holding protrusions 23. - Further, a
hinge shaft 43 is formed at one side of thelower cap 40 and coupled with theupper cap 60, and a first sealingpart 44 is formed on the upper rim portion of thelower cap 40, wherein thehinge shaft 43 may be integrally formed with thelower cap 40 or separately formed from thelower cap 40 so as to be coupled with thelower cap 40. - A
packing groove 46 is formed on the outside of the first sealingpart 44 such that a ring-shaped packing member 48 is inserted into thepacking groove 46, and afixing member groove 47 is formed between thefirst storage space 41 and the first sealingpart 44 such that afixing member 50 is inserted into thefixing member groove 47. - A
sponge 49 is inserted into thefirst storage space 41, wherein thesponge 49 is used when filling liquid cosmetics into thefirst storage space 41 such that the liquid cosmetics may be prevented, by the suction force of thesponge 49, from leaking to the outside due to the flow thereof. - In addition, the
fixing member 50 for fixing thesponge 49 at the upper side of thesponge 49 is inserted into thefixing member groove 47 and coupled therewith, wherein acontact part 51 is formed at the upper rim portion of thefixing member 50 so as to come into close contact with the upper rim portion of thesponge 49, thereby preventing the separation of thesponge 49. - The
upper cap 60 has asecond storage space 61 therein and aprojection part 62 formed on the upper rim portion thereof. - A
hinge groove 65 is formed on thehinge part 64 so as to be rotatably coupled with thehinge shaft 43 of thelower cap 40, and apuff 68 is inserted into thesecond storage space 61. - The
hinge groove 65 is opened at one side so as to be easily coupled with thehinge shaft 43, which is integrally formed with thelower cap 40, wherein it is preferable to form a hole in thehinge part 64 if thehinge shaft 43 is not integrally formed with thelower cap 40 but formed separately therefrom. - As for the cosmetics container having a multi-staged refillable container structured as above according to the present invention, the
refillable container 100 is detachably coupled with the inside of theupper body 20 such that therefillable container 100 can be detached and then replaced with a new one if the cosmetics in therefillable container 100 are all spent, as shown inFIG. 5 . - The
refillable container 100 is fixed inside by pressing theupper body 20 in the downward direction, thehinge part 64 is inserted into thecontainer coupling part 21, and the bottom surface of thelower cap 40 is exposed to the outside through thepenetration part 11. - Therefore, in order to replace the
refillable container 100 with a new one, therefillable container 100 is simply detached by opening thecover 30 and pressing thelower cap 40 upwards through thepenetration part 11. - The
first holding protrusions 22 and thesecond holding protrusions 23 of theupper body 20 are inserted and fixed into theholding grooves 42 of thelower cap 40 such that therefillable container 100 is fixed in theupper body 20. - In addition, a
coupling groove 66 is formed on the rim portion of the bottom surface of theupper cap 60, as shown inFIG. 5 , such that acoupling protrusion 45 formed on the first sealingpart 44 of thelower cap 40 is inserted and fixed into thecoupling groove 66, thereby primarily sealing thefirst storage space 41. - Furthermore, a second sealing
part 67 is formed at the lower side of theupper cap 60 and comes into close contact with the upper side of the packing member, which secondarily seals thefirst storage space 41, thereby achieving more tight sealing of thefirst storage space 41. - As for the
refillable container 100 as described above, theupper cap 60 is opened using thetap 63 in a state, in which thelower cap 40 is fixed on theupper body 20 such that the cosmetics in thefirst storage space 41 can be used with thepuff 68. - Even though the
upper cap 60 and thelower cap 40 are not tightly sealed due to the carelessness of a user, themirror 32 having a spring (not shown) provided to the rear surface side thereof presses theprojection part 62, which is formed on theupper cap 60, by the elastic force of the spring when thecover 30 is closed, thereby lowering theupper cap 60 and achieving the tight sealing. - The cosmetics container according to the present invention as described above has the advantage of more convenient use in that the
puff 68 as well as the cosmetics can be stored and replaced since the refillable container is formed in a multi-staged structure with theupper cap 60 and thelower cap 40. - Furthermore, the fixing, separation and sealing of the
refillable container 100 can be carried out in an easier and close manner through the simple structure thereof, thereby improving the convenience for use. - The present invention as described above is not intended to be limited to any particular embodiments described hereinabove but can be implemented through various modification and changes applied within the range of the technical idea of the invention defined by the following claims.
