Description

화장품 용기
본 발명은 화장품 용기에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 내구성이 보다 향상되고, 하우징의 일 측에 형성된 조작부에 대한 조작을 통해 화장품의 인출을 보다 용이하게 수행할 수 있는 화장품 용기에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 화장품 용기는, 다양한 종류의 화장품을 수용하면서 화장품이 신체의 특정 부위에 전달되도록 화장품을 인출하는 구조를 갖는데, 화장품 용기의 구조는 화장품 용기에 수용되는 화장품의 성질에 따라 달라질 수 있다.
일례로 화장품이 립스틱이나 선밤 등과 같이 일정한 스틱 형태를 유지할 수 있는 고형의 화장품일 경우, 화장품 용기는 스틱 형태의 화장품을 지지하는 접시를 갖고, 접시를 승강시켜서 화장품의 인출을 구현할 수 있다. 구체적으로 종래의 화장품 용기는, 회전 가능하게 마련되는 외통 및 내통을 포함하며, 사용자가 외통을 잡고 하부로 노출된 내통을 돌리면 스틱형 화장품이 상승하면서 외부로 인출되도록 하는 구조를 가질 수 있다.
또는 종래의 화장품 용기는, 하단에 외부로 노출된 스크류와 스크류에 나사 결합된 접시를 갖고, 용기를 잡고 스크류를 돌리면 접시가 상승하면서 스틱형 화장품을 외부로 인출시키는 구조를 가질 수 있다.
그런데 이러한 구조를 갖는 종래의 화장품 용기는, 한 손으로 화장품 용기를 파지한 상태에서 다른 손으로 회전 동작을 수행하여야만 화장품이 인출될 수 있기 때문에, 화장품의 인출 시 반드시 두 손을 모두 사용해야 한다.
이 경우 사용자는 화장을 하기 전에 두 손을 이용해 화장품을 적정량만큼 미리 인출시켜야 하는데, 화장하는 과정에서 화장품의 추가 인출이 필요한 경우에는 다시 두 손을 사용해야 하므로 매우 불편하다.
즉 스틱형 화장품을 인출하는 종래의 화장품 용기들은, 한 손으로 파지와 화장품 인출을 한꺼번에 할 수 없는 구조를 갖고 있어서, 사용자의 편의성을 떨어뜨리게 된다는 문제가 있다.
본 발명은 상기 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로서, 하우징을 감싸는 캡부를 통해 내구성이 보다 향상되고, 하우징의 일 측에 형성된 조작부에 대한 조작을 통해 화장품의 인출을 보다 용이하게 수행할 수 있는 화장품 용기를 제공하는 것을 그 목적으로 한다.
본 발명의 기술적 과제들은 이상에서 언급한 기술적 과제들로 제한되지 않으며, 언급되지 않은 또 다른 기술적 과제들은 아래의 기재들로부터 당업자에게 명확하게 이해될 수 있을 것이다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라, 화장품 용기가 제공된다. 상기 화장품 용기는, 화장품이 수용되고, 일 단에 출구가 형성되는 하우징; 상기 하우징에 결합되어 상기 출구를 밀폐하는 캡부; 상기 하우징의 일 측단부에 구비되며, 적어도 일부가 외부로 노출되도록 형성되어 사용자의 조작에 따라 회전하는 조작부; 및 상측에 상기 화장품이 배치되며, 상기 조작부의 회전에 연동하여 상기 화장품을 승강시킴으로써 상기 화장품을 상기 출구로부터 인출시키는 승강부를 포함할 수 있다.
바람직하게는, 상기 캡부는 상기 하우징의 일 측단부 중 적어도 일부를 감싸도록 결합되며, 상기 조작부는 상기 캡부가 상기 하우징으로부터 분리됨에 따라 외부로 노출될 수 있다.
또한, 바람직하게는, 상기 조작부는 상기 하우징의 일 측단부의 개방된 모서리를 통해 적어도 일부가 외부로 노출될 수 있다.
또한, 바람직하게는, 상기 조작부는 상기 하우징의 일 측단부의 내측으로 배치되어, 상기 조작부의 노출 부분이 상기 하우징부의 외면으로부터 비돌출될 수 있다.
또한, 바람직하게는, 상기 승강부는, 상기 조작부의 회전에 연동하여 회전하는 구동부; 상기 화장품이 상측으로 배치되는 안착부; 및 상기 안착부의 하측으로부터 연장 형성되어 적어도 일부가 상기 구동부의 내측으로 삽입되며, 상기 구동부의 회전에 따라 상승 또는 하강하는 로드부를 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 바람직하게는, 상기 로드부의 외주면을 따라 나선형의 가이드 돌기가 소정의 길이로 형성되고, 상기 구동부의 내면 중 적어도 일 영역에 적어도 하나의 승강 돌기가 형성되며, 상기 구동부의 회전에 따라 상기 승강 돌기가 상기 가이드 돌기를 따라 회전 이동함으로써, 상기 로드부 및 상기 안착부가 상승 또는 하강될 수 있다.
또한, 바람직하게는, 상기 승강 돌기는 상기 구동부 내면의 상이한 높이에 이격 형성되는 복수의 돌기를 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 바람직하게는, 상기 조작부 및 상기 승강부가 상측에 배치되며, 하단부의 둘레를 따라 외측으로 걸림돌기가 돌출되는 지지부를 더 포함하고, 상기 하우징은 상기 캡부의 내측으로 삽입되는 상부 하우징과 상기 상부 하우징의 하측에 결합되는 하부 하우징을 포함하며, 상기 하부 하우징에는 상단부의 둘레로부터 상측으로 돌출되어 상기 상부 하우징과 결합되는 제 1 테두리부와 상기 제 1 테두리부의 내측으로 돌출되는 걸림턱이 형성되고, 상기 지지부의 걸림돌기가 상기 걸림턱에 안착할 수 있다.
또한, 바람직하게는, 상기 상부 하우징과 상기 하부 하우징의 결합에 따라, 상기 상부 하우징의 하단부 둘레로부터 하측으로 돌출된 제 2 테두리부가 상기 제 1 테두리부의 내측으로 삽입되어 상기 걸림턱에 안착된 상기 지지부의 걸림돌기를 가압할 수 있다.
또한, 바람직하게는, 상기 구동부는 외면 중 일 영역에 상기 조작부로부터 회전력을 전달받기 위한 연동 기어부가 외측으로 돌출되어 형성되고, 상기 지지부는 상기 승강부에 대응하는 위치에 수용홀이 형성되어, 상기 구동부 및 상기 로드부의 일 단이 상기 수용홀의 내측으로 삽입된 상태에서 상기 연동 기어부가 상기 지지부의 상면에 안착할 수 있다.
또한, 바람직하게는, 상기 하우징의 내부에는 상기 화장품 및 상기 안착부를 수용하기 위한 수용 공간이 형성되고, 상기 구동부의 회전에 따라, 상기 안착부 및 상기 화장품 중 적어도 하나가 상기 수용 공간의 내면에 밀착된 상태로 상측 또는 하측으로 슬라이딩될 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 화장품 용기는, 일 측단부에 형성된 조작부에 대한 회전 조작을 통해 화장품을 인출할 수 있게 함으로써, 사용자가 한 손으로 화장품의 인출 및 도포를 모두 수행할 수 있어 편의성을 대폭 향상시킬 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 화장품 용기는, 캡부가 조작부가 형성된 부분을 포함한 하우징의 일부를 감싸도록 결합되기 때문에, 화장품 용기 전체의 내구성을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 휴대 및 보관 시 외부 충격으로 인해 조작부가 훼손되는 위험을 방지할 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 화장품 용기는, 조작부를 하우징의 모서리를 통해 외부로 노출하는 방식을 적용함으로써, 조작부를 안정적으로 하우징에 결합시키면서도 노출 면적을 극대화하여 사용자의 조작 편의성을 보다 향상시킬 수 있다.

도 1a 내지 도 5를 참고하면, 화장품 용기(1)는 캡부(10), 하우징(20), 조작부(30), 승강부(40, 50) 및 지지부(60)를 포함할 수 있다.
캡부(10)는 하우징(20)의 출구(221)를 밀폐하며, 하우징(20)에 배치되는 고형 화장품(S) 및/또는 다른 구성요소를 외부로부터 보호하는 기능을 수행할 수 있다. 이때, 캡부(10)는 하우징(20)의 일부를 내측으로 수용하는 형태로 하우징(20)과 결합될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 캡부(10)의 하단부가 개방되어, 이를 통해 상부 하우징(22)이 내측으로 삽입될 수 있으며, 캡부(10)가 상부 하우징(22)을 감싸는 형태로 하우징(20)과 결합되도록 구성될 수 있다. 이러한 캡부(10)의 착탈을 위해, 상부 하우징(22) 하단부 및/또는 하부 하우징(21)의 상단부에 걸림돌기 및/또는 걸림턱(도면부호 미도시) 등이 형성될 수 있으나, 이는 예시적인 것으로서, 이외에도 캡부(10)의 탈착을 위해 사용되는 구조들이 다양하게 변형되어 적용될 수 있음은 물론이다.
도시되어 있지는 않으나, 실시예에 따라, 캡부(10)의 내면에는 실링부재가 형성될 수 있다. 이러한 실링부재는, 예를 들어, 캡부(10) 하단부의 내주면을 따라 형성되며, 캡부(10)의 결합 시, 상부 하우징(22)의 내면에 밀착되도록 구성될 수 있다. 실링부재는 고무, 실리콘, 폴리우레탄 등의 재질로 구성될 수 있으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다. 이러한 실링부재를 통해, 캡부(10)의 결합력을 보다 증대시킬 수 있으며, 외부의 이물질이 화장품 용기(1) 내측으로 유입되는 것을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있게 된다.
일 실시예에서, 화장품 용기(1)는 캡부(10)의 내부에 배치되어, 하우징(20)의 출구(221)와 결합되는 내캡부(11)를 더 포함할 수 있다. 내캡부(11)의 일 영역에는 출구(221)의 외부로 돌출된 고형 화장품(S)의 일부를 수용할 수 있는 수용 공간이 상측으로 함몰되어 형성될 수 있다. 이러한 수용 공간의 테두리가 하우징(20)의 출구(221)에 삽입 또는 안착됨으로써, 내캡부(11)는 하우징(20)에 결합될 수 있다.
하우징(20)은 내용물(고형 화장품(S) 및/또는 다른 구성(조작부(30), 승강부(40, 50) 등))을 수용할 수 있다. 여기서 고형 화장품(S)은 반고형 화장품을 포함하며, 예를 들어, 스틱형 선크림 등일 수 있으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니고, 고체형 또는 반고형 등으로 구성될 수 있는 다양한 화장품을 포함할 수 있다. 또한, 실시예에 따라, 고형 화장품(S)에 대체하여, 고형 또는 반고형의 소염 진통제 등 의약품이 적용될 수 있음은 물론이다.
하우징(20)은 하부 하우징(21)과 상부 하우징(22)을 포함할 수 있다.
하부 하우징(21)은 상부 하우징(22)의 하단부에 결합되며, 캡부(10)와 상부 하우징(22)의 결합 시, 외부로 노출되도록 구성될 수 있다. 따라서, 사용자는 하부 하우징(21)을 파지한 상태에서 캡부(10)를 상측으로 밀어 캡부(10)를 제거할 수 있다.
하부 하우징(21)은 상단부 둘레로부터 상측으로 돌출되는 제 1 테두리부(211)와 제 1 테두리부(211)의 내측으로 돌출되는 걸림턱(212)이 형성될 수 있다. 제 1 테두리부(211)는 상부 하우징(22)과의 결합을 위한 구성으로서, 내면을 따라 걸림홈(도면부호 미도시)이 함몰 형성될 수 있다. 또한, 걸림턱(212)에는, 이하 상술되는 바와 같이, 지지부(60)가 안착될 수 있다. 한편, 하부 하우징(21)의 하측 내면에는 승강부(40, 50)의 하단을 내측으로 수용하여, 승강부(40, 50)의 고정을 보조하기 위한 고정홈(213)이 형성될 수 있다.
상부 하우징(22)은 내부에 고형 화장품(S) 및 승강부(40, 50)의 일부를 수용하는 수용 공간(222)이 형성되고, 상단부에 이러한 수용 공간(222)과 연결되어 고형 화장품(S)을 인출시키기 위한 출구(221)가 형성될 수 있다. 상부 하우징(22) 및/또는 수용 공간(222)은 수평 단면의 가로 방향 너비가 세로 방향 너비보다 크도록 구성될 수 있으며, 예를 들어, 장방형, 타원형, 다각 형상 등으로 구성될 수 있으나, 이에 한정하는 것은 아니다. 한편, 수용 공간(222)의 하부에는 관통홀(223)이 형성될 수 있다. 이러한 관통홀(223)을 통해 승강부(40, 50)를 구성하는 구동부(40) 및 로드부(52)가 수용 공간(222)의 하측에 구비되는 지지부(60)로 돌출될 수 있게 된다.
상부 하우징(22)은 하단부에 둘레로부터 하측 돌출된 제 2 테두리부(224)가 형성될 수 있다. 이러한 제 2 테두리부(224)가 하부 하우징(21)의 제 1 테두리부(211) 내측으로 삽입되어 끼워 맞춤됨으로써, 상부 하우징(22)은 하부 하우징(21)과 결합할 수 있다. 이때, 제 2 테두리부(224)의 외면에는 제 1 테두리부(211)의 걸림홈에 결착되는 걸림돌기(도면부호 미도시)가 형성될 수 있다.
조작부(30)는 사용자의 조작에 따라 수평 방향으로 회전할 수 있다. 조작부(30)에서 수신된 이러한 회전력이 승강부(40, 50)에 전달됨으로써, 하우징(20)에 수용된 고형 화장품(S)을 승강시키게 된다. 조작부(30)는, 예를 들어, 상부 하우징(22)의 일 측단부에 형성될 수 있다. 보다 구체적으로, 조작부(30)는 상부 하우징(22)의 일 측단부의 내측으로 배치되고, 일 측단부의 개방 영역을 통해 적어도 일부(예를 들어, 조작휠(31))가 노출되어 사용자의 회전 조작을 수신하도록 구성될 수 있다. 일 실시예에서, 조작부(30)는 상부 하우징(22)의 일 측단부의 모서리를 통해 외부에 노출될 수 있다.
한편, 조작부(30)의 노출 부분은 상부 하우징(22)의 외면으로부터 외측으로 비돌출되거나, 국소 부분(예를 들어, 조작휠(31)의 돌기 부분)만이 돌출되도록 구성될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 상부 하우징(22) 일 측단부의 모서리가 라운드지게(즉, 곡면으로) 형성되는 경우, 조작부(30)의 노출 부분의 곡률을 상부 하우징(10)의 상기 모서리의 곡률로부터 일정한 범위 내로 제한함으로써, 조작부(30)가 상부 하우징(22)의 외면으로부터 비돌출되도록 구성될 수 있다. 이를 통해, 조작부(30)의 보다 넓은 면적을 외부로 노출시켜 사용자의 조작을 용이하게 함과 동시에 외부 충격 등으로부터 조작부(30)가 파손되는 문제를 효과적으로 방지할 수 있다.
조작부(30)는 외부에 노출되어 사용자의 회전 조작을 수신하는 조작휠(31)과 조작휠(31)의 하측에 형성되어 회전력을 승강부(40, 50)에 전달하기 위한 전달 기어부(32)를 포함할 수 있다. 조작휠(31)은, 예를 들어, 원기둥 형상으로 구성되며, 외주면을 따라 사용자의 회전 조작 편의를 위하여 마찰력을 제공하는 적어도 하나의 돌기가 형성될 수 있다. 또한, 전달 기어부(32)는 복수의 톱니를 가지도록 구성되며, 이러한 톱니가 구동부(40)의 톱니와 맞물려 회전함으로써, 조작부(30)의 회전을 전달하게 된다.
일 실시예에서, 조작부(30) 및/또는 조작휠(31)은 캡부(10)가 제거된 경우에만 외부에 노출될 수 있다. 즉, 상부 하우징(22)은, 캡부(10)와 하우징(20)의 결합 시, 캡부(10)의 내측으로 수용되기 때문에, 상부 하우징(22)의 일 측단부에 형성된 조작부(30) 및/또는 조작휠(31) 역시 캡부(10) 내측으로 수용되며, 캡부(10)가 제거되는 경우에만 외부로 노출되도록 구성될 수 있다.
승강부(40, 50)는 사용자의 조작부(30)에 대한 회전 조작과 연동하여 하우징(20) 내부에 수용된 고형 화장품(S)을 상승 또는 하강시킬 수 있다. 이를 위해, 승강부(40, 50)는 구동부(40) 및 승강동작부(50)를 포함할 수 있다.
구동부(40)는 양 단이 개방된 실린더 형상으로 구성될 수 있으며, 조작부(30)의 회전과 연동하여 시계 또는 반시계 방향으로 수평 회전할 수 있다. 이러한 구동부(40)의 내측으로 로드부(52)가 삽입되어 구동부(40)의 회전에 따라 승강 동작을 수행하게 된다. 구동부(40)의 외면 중 일 영역에는 조작부(30)로부터의 회전력을 수신하기 위한 연동 기어부(41)가 외측으로 돌출 형성될 수 있다. 연동 기어부(41)는 복수의 톱니로 구성되며, 이러한 톱니가 조작부(30)의 전달 기어부(32)와 맞물려 회전함으로써 회전력을 수신하도록 구현될 수 있다.
구동부(40)는 상단부가 수용 공간(222)의 관통홀(223)의 상측 둘레에 맞물려 결착되고, 연동 기어부(41)가 지지부(60)의 상면에 안착됨으로써, 하우징(20)의 내부에 고정될 수 있다.
승강동작부(50)는 구동부(40)의 회전에 따라 수용 공간(222)에서 상승 또는 하강함으로써, 고형 화장품(S)을 하우징(20)의 출구(221)로부터 인출시킬 수 있다. 이러한 승강동작부(50)는 고형 화장품(S)이 상측 배치되는 안착부(51)와 안착부(51)의 하측으로 소정의 길이만큼 연장 형성되어 구동부(40)의 내측으로 삽입되는 로드부(52)로 구성될 수 있다. 구동부(40)가 일 방향 또는 그 반대 방향으로 회전하면, 로드부(52)가 상승 또는 하강하게 되며, 이를 통해, 안착부(51) 및 고형 화장품(S)이 하우징(20)의 수용 공간(222)에서 상승 또는 하강할 수 있다.
안착부(51) 및/또는 고형 화장품(S)의 적어도 일부는 수용 공간(222)의 형상에 대응하는 수평 단면을 가지도록 구성될 수 있다. 따라서, 승강 또는 하강 시, 안착부(51) 및/또는 고형 화장품(S)은 수용 공간(222)의 내면에 외면이 밀착된 상태로 상, 하측으로 슬라이딩할 수 있다.
승강부(40, 50)의 보다 상세한 구성 및 동작은 이하 도 6 내지 도 8을 참조하여 상술하기로 한다.
지지부(60)는 상측에 배치된 조작부(30) 및 승강부(40, 50)를 지지할 수 있다. 지지부(60)는 하단부의 둘레를 따라 외측으로 걸림돌기(61)가 돌출 형성되고, 이러한 걸림돌기(61)의 하면이 하부 하우징(21)의 걸림턱(212)에 안착됨으로써, 하부 하우징(21)과 결합될 수 있다. 이때, 걸림돌기(61)의 상면은 상부 하우징(22)의 제 2 테두리부(224)에 의해 가압될 수 있다. 즉, 상부 하우징(22)의 제 2 테두리부(224)가 하부 하우징(21)의 제 1 테두리부(211)에 삽입되어 결합됨에 따라, 걸림턱(212)에 안착된 걸림돌기(61)의 상면을 가압하도록 구성될 수 있다.
또한, 지지부(60)는 승강부(40, 50)에 대응하는 위치에 수용홀(62)이 관통 또는 소정의 깊이로 함몰되어 형성될 수 있다. 구동부(40) 및 로드부(52)의 일 단이 수용홀(62)의 내측으로 삽입됨으로써, 구동부(40)의 연동 기어부(41)가 지지부(60)의 상면에 안착되게 된다.
도 6 및 도 7은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기에서 승강부의 사시도 및 분해 사시도를 도시하며, 도 8은 승강부의 예시적인 동작을 도시한다.
도 6 내지 도 8을 참조하면, 승강부(40, 50)는 고형 화장품(S)이 배치되는 안착부(51)의 하측으로 로드부(52)가 일정한 길이로 구비되고, 이러한 로드부(52)가 구동부(40)의 내측으로 삽입됨으로써 구성될 수 있다.
조작부(30)가 사용자에 의해 회전되면 구동부(40)는 이러한 회전력을 전달받아 회전하게 되며, 구동부(40)가 회전하면 구동부(40) 내측의 로드부(52)가 상측 또는 하측으로 이동할 수 있다. 이를 위하여, 구동부(40)의 내면과 로드부(52)의 외주면에는 승강 돌기(42)와 가이드 돌기(521)가 각각 형성될 수 있다.
구체적으로, 가이드 돌기(521)는 나선형을 이루도록 로드부(52)의 길이 방향으로 외주면을 따라 소정의 길이로 형성되며, 구동부(40) 내면으로부터 돌출되는 승강 돌기(42)가 가이드 돌기(521)에 결착될 수 있다. 구동부(40)가 일 방향으로 회전을 하면, 승강 돌기(42)가 나선형의 가이드 돌기(521)에 밀착된 상태에서 가이드 돌기(521)를 따라 회전 이동하게 되며, 이를 통해, 로드부(52)가 상승 또는 하강하게 된다.
일 실시예에서, 승강 돌기(42)는 복수로 구성될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 승강 돌기(42)는 구동부(40) 내면에 동일 또는 상이한 높이로 이격 형성되는 복수의 돌기로 구성될 수 있다. 이와 같이, 승강 돌기(42)를 복수로 구성함으로써, 승강부(40, 50)의 결합 내구성을 보다 증대할 수 있게 된다.
한편, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기(1)에서, 고형 화장품(S) 및 승강동작부(50)는 구동부(40)가 회전하더라도 이와 같이 회전하지 않고 상, 하 이동만을 하도록 구성될 수 있다. 즉, 고형 화장품(S) 및 안착부(51)가 수용되는 하우징(20)의 수용 공간(222)은 가로와 세로의 폭이 상이한 장방형 또는 타원형 등의 형상으로 구성되며, 고형 화장품(S) 및/또는 안착부(51)는 이러한 수용 공간(222)의 내면에 외면이 밀착되도록 구성되기 때문에, 구동부(40)가 회전하더라도 구동부(40)와 같이 회전하지 않고, 수용 공간(222)에서 상, 하 방향으로만 슬라이딩하도록 구현될 수 있다.
도 9는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기의 사용 예시를 도시한다.
도 9를 참조하여, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기(1)의 사용 과정을 상술하면 다음과 같다.
사용자는 먼저, 캡부(10)를 하우징(20)으로부터 분리하여 조작부(30)가 외부로 노출되게 할 수 있다. 이어서, 내캡부(11)을 제거하고, 하우징(20)을 한손으로 파지한 상태에서 일 측단부에 구비된 조작부(30)를 엄지 손가락으로 돌려 회전 조작할 수 있다. 사용자가 조작부(30)를 일 방향으로 회전시키면, 앞에서 상술한 바와 같이, 조작부(30)의 수평 회전력이 승강부(40, 50)에 전달되어 고형 화장품(S)이 하우징(20)의 출구(221)로부터 돌출되며, 사용자는 돌출된 고형 화장품(S)을 피부에 도포하게 된다. 이때, 사용자는 도포 중간에 필요에 따라 화장품 용기(1)를 한손으로 파지한 상태에서 조작부(30)를 돌려 고형 화장품(S)의 돌출 높이를 조절할 수 있다.
이어서, 도포가 완료된 이후에는, 사용자는 조작부(30)를 반대 방향으로 회전시킬 수 있다. 이에 따라, 승강부(40, 50)가 고형 화장품(S)을 하강시켜 돌출 높이를 조절하게 되며, 내캡부(11)과 캡부(10)을 차례로 결합하여 화장품 용기(1)를 휴대 또는 보관하게 된다.
이와 같이, 본 발명에 따른 화장품 용기(1)는, 화장품 용기(1)의 일 측단부에 형성된 조작부(30)에 대한 회전 조작을 통해 고형 화장품(S)을 인출할 수 있게 구현함으로써, 사용자가 한 손으로 화장품 인출 및 도포를 모두 수행할 수 있어 편의성을 대폭 향상시킬 수 있다.
이상에서와 같이 도면과 명세서에서 최적 실시예가 개시되었다. 여기서 특정한 용어들이 사용되었으나, 이는 단지 본 발명을 설명하기 위한 목적에서 사용된 것이지 의미한정이나 특허청구범위에 기재된 본 발명의 범위를 제한하기 위하여 사용된 것은 아니다. 그러므로 본 기술 분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이로부터 다양한 변형 및 균등한 타 실시예가 가능하다는 점을 이해할 것이다. 따라서 본 발명의 진정한 기술적 보호범위는 첨부된 특허청구범위의 기술적 사상에 의해 정해져야 할 것이다.

Claims (11)

  1. 화장품이 수용되고, 일 단에 출구가 형성되는 하우징;
    상기 하우징에 결합되어 상기 출구를 밀폐하는 캡부;
    상기 하우징의 일 측단부에 구비되며, 적어도 일부가 외부로 노출되도록 형성되어 사용자의 조작에 따라 회전하는 조작부; 및
    상측에 상기 화장품이 배치되며, 상기 조작부의 회전에 연동하여 상기 화장품을 승강시킴으로써 상기 화장품을 상기 출구로부터 인출시키는 승강부를 포함하는, 화장품 용기.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 캡부는 상기 하우징의 일 측단부 중 적어도 일부를 감싸도록 결합되며,
    상기 조작부는 상기 캡부가 상기 하우징으로부터 분리됨에 따라 외부로 노출되는, 화장품 용기.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 조작부는 상기 하우징의 일 측단부의 개방된 모서리를 통해 적어도 일부가 외부로 노출되는, 화장품 용기.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 조작부는 상기 하우징의 일 측단부의 내측으로 배치되어, 상기 조작부의 노출 부분이 상기 하우징부의 외면으로부터 비돌출되는, 화장품 용기.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 승강부는,
    상기 조작부의 회전에 연동하여 회전하는 구동부;
    상기 화장품이 상측으로 배치되는 안착부; 및
    상기 안착부의 하측으로부터 연장 형성되어 적어도 일부가 상기 구동부의 내측으로 삽입되며, 상기 구동부의 회전에 따라 상승 또는 하강하는 로드부를 포함하는, 화장품 용기.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서,
    상기 로드부의 외주면을 따라 나선형의 가이드 돌기가 소정의 길이로 형성되고, 상기 구동부의 내면 중 적어도 일 영역에 적어도 하나의 승강 돌기가 형성되며,
    상기 구동부의 회전에 따라 상기 승강 돌기가 상기 가이드 돌기를 따라 회전 이동함으로써, 상기 로드부 및 상기 안착부가 상승 또는 하강되는, 화장품 용기.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서,
    상기 승강 돌기는 상기 구동부 내면의 상이한 높이에 이격 형성되는 복수의 돌기를 포함하는, 화장품 용기.
  8. 제 5 항에 있어서,
    상기 조작부 및 상기 승강부가 상측에 배치되며, 하단부의 둘레를 따라 외측으로 걸림돌기가 돌출되는 지지부를 더 포함하고,
    상기 하우징은 상기 캡부의 내측으로 삽입되는 상부 하우징과 상기 상부 하우징의 하측에 결합되는 하부 하우징을 포함하며,
    상기 하부 하우징에는 상단부의 둘레로부터 상측으로 돌출되어 상기 상부 하우징과 결합되는 제 1 테두리부와 상기 제 1 테두리부의 내측으로 돌출되는 걸림턱이 형성되고, 상기 지지부의 걸림돌기가 상기 걸림턱에 안착하는, 화장품 용기.
  9. 제 8 항에 있어서,
    상기 상부 하우징과 상기 하부 하우징의 결합에 따라, 상기 상부 하우징의 하단부 둘레로부터 하측으로 돌출된 제 2 테두리부가 상기 제 1 테두리부의 내측으로 삽입되어 상기 걸림턱에 안착된 상기 지지부의 걸림돌기를 가압하는, 화장품 용기.
  10. 제 8 항에 있어서,
    상기 구동부는 외면 중 일 영역에 상기 조작부로부터 회전력을 전달받기 위한 연동 기어부가 외측으로 돌출되어 형성되고,
    상기 지지부는 상기 승강부에 대응하는 위치에 수용홀이 형성되어, 상기 구동부 및 상기 로드부의 일 단이 상기 수용홀의 내측으로 삽입된 상태에서 상기 연동 기어부가 상기 지지부의 상면에 안착되는, 화장품 용기.
  11. 제 5 항에 있어서,
    상기 하우징의 내부에는 상기 화장품 및 상기 안착부를 수용하기 위한 수용 공간이 형성되고,
    상기 구동부의 회전에 따라, 상기 안착부 및 상기 화장품 중 적어도 하나가 상기 수용 공간의 내면에 밀착된 상태로 상측 또는 하측으로 슬라이딩되는, 화장품 용기.
