When the cover part 410 is rotated, the coupling part 420 is rotated along with the rotation of the cover part 410. Due to this, the first screw thread 220 and the second screw thread 423 are coupled or released from the screw coupling, such that it is possible to attach and detach the upper case 400 from the middle case 200.
  • A lower end of the coupling part 420 pressurizes an upper end of the sealing member 300 in a process of being screw-coupled to the middle case 200. Due to this, an open upper end of the contents storage part 110 is sealed, such that it is possible to effectively prevent the contents stored in the contents storage part 110 from being leaked.
  • Hereafter, with a reference of FIGS. 4 and 5, a using method of a compact container using magnets according to the first exemplary embodiment of the present invention will be described. Referring to FIGS. 4 and 5,
  • When grabbing the middle case 200 and rotating the cover part 410 with one hand in a state of the first screw thread 220 of the middle case 200 and the second screw thread 423 of the coupling part 420 are screw-coupled, the coupling part 420 which are coupled to an inner side of the cover part 410 rotates together. Due to this, the second screw thread 423 and the first screw thread 220 of the middle case 200 are released from the screw coupling, and thereby the upper case 400 is separated from the middle case 200.
  • As in the above, after separating the upper case 400 from the middle case 200, when placing the securing part 412 at the curved surface 230 of the middle case 200 to meet each other, the upper case 400 can be fixed to the curved surface 230 of the middle case 200 by magnetic attraction between the upper magnet 413 provided at an inner side of the securing part 412 and the lower magnet 240 provided at an inner side of the curved surface 230. At this time, due to a structure of the curved surface 230 which has a downward slope to an outer side direction from an inner side of the upper end of the middle case 200, the upper case 400 can be fixed with at least 90 degrees of angle to the middle case 200.
  • Next, after taking out the contents application member 600 from the reception groove 320, opening the sealing member 300, and smearing contents absorbed in the contents absorption member 500, a user can apply contents, looking at the mirror 411.
  • Namely, the present invention is configured in that, when the upper case 400 and the middle case 200 are screw-coupled or released from screw coupling, the upper case 400 forms with at least 90 degrees of angle slanted to the middle case 200 by means of magnets and is fixed to an upper end of the middle case 200. Therefore, it is possible to avoid a traditional hinge structure and provide a new structure of a compact container.
  • Meanwhile, referring to FIG. 6, a compact container using magnets according to the second exemplary embodiment of the present invention is characterized in that at the upper case 400 is provided the upper magnet 413 fixed at an inner side of the securing part 412, and an upper end of the curved surface 230 is made of metal material, wherein the securing part 412 of the upper case 400 can be fixed to the curved surface 230 of the middle case 200 by magnetic attraction of the upper magnet 413.
  • Furthermore, referring FIG. 7, a compact container using magnets according to the third exemplary embodiment of the present invention is characterized in that at the middle case 200 is provided the lower magnet 240 fixed at an inner side of the curved surface 230, and the securing part 412 of the upper case 400 is made of metal material, wherein the securing part 412 of the upper case 400 can be fixed to the curved surface 230 of the middle case 200 by magnetic attraction of the upper magnet 413.
  • As in the second and the third exemplary embodiment of the present invention, in case of installing a magnet at only either of the middle case 200 or the upper case 400, it is possible to fix the upper case 400 to an upper end of the middle case 200 by composing the other side with various materials which contains metal to be stuck to a magnet.
