Description

다단 리필용기가 구비된 화장품용기
본 발명은 소진된 화장품을 교환하여 사용할 수 있는 화장품용기에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 퍼프와 화장품을 동시에 수납 또는 교환할 수 있으며 리필용기의 고정 및 분리, 밀폐가 더욱 용이한 다단 리필용기가 구비된 화장품용기에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 화장품 용기는 내부에 액체 또는 젤 상의 화장품 재료가 내장되는 화장품 통과, 화장품 통의 상부를 개폐할 수 있도록 탈착 가능하게 결합되는 뚜껑으로 구성된다. 이에 화장재료의 반복 사용에 따라 화장품 통에 내장된 화장재료가 모두 소진되면 소비자는 화장품 용기 전체를 버리고 화장재료가 충진된 새로운 화장품 용기를 구매하여 사용하게 된다.
그러나 이와 같은 종래의 화장품 용기는 내장된 화장재료가 동일한 경우에도 일회용으로만 생산, 판매되므로 소비자에게 화장품 용기 자체의 비용을 부담시키며 버려진 화장품 용기의 재활용이 용이하지 않음에 따라 산업 폐기물의 양이 증가하는 문제점이 있다.
이러한 문제점에 따라 최근에는 대한민국 등록 특허공보 제10-1211964호에서와 같이 화장재료가 내장된 화장품 통만을 교체하도록 마련된 리필용 화장품 용기가 개시되어 있으나 이는 그 구성이 복잡하고 화장품 통을 교체하는 방식이 까다로워 활용도가 낮은 문제점이 있다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 발명된 것으로, 단순한 구성에 의해 퍼프와 화장품을 동시에 수납하고 교환할 수 있는 다단 리필용기가 구비된 화장품 용기를 제공하는데 목적이 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 다른 목적은 리필용기의 고정 및 분리, 밀폐가 더욱 용이한 다단 리필용기가 구비된 화장품용기를 제공하는 데 있다.
본 발명에 의한 다단 리필용기가 구비된 화장품 용기는, 개폐할 수 있는 커버가 결합된 하측몸체와, 상기 하측몸체의 상측에 결합되어 내측에 착탈할 수 있는 리필용기가 구비된 상측몸체를 포함하는 화장품용기에 있어서, 상기 리필용기는 화장품이 채워지는 제1 저장공간이 내측에 형성되고 외측에는 힌지축이 형성된 하부캡과, 상기 제1 저장공간을 밀폐 또는 개방할 수 있도록 상기 힌지축에 회동할 수 있도록 결합되는 힌지부가 외측에 형성되고, 내측에는 퍼프가 삽입되는 제2 저장공간이 형성된 상부캡을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 따른 다단 리필용기가 구비된 화장품 용기에 의하면, 리필용기가 상부캡 및 하부캡의 다단으로 구성되어 있기 때문에 퍼프 및 화장품을 동시에 수납 또는 교환할 수 있어 더욱 편리한 장점이 있다.
또한, 리필용기의 고정 및 분리, 밀폐가 단순한 구성에 의해 더욱 용이하고 긴밀하게 이루어짐으로써 사용이 더욱 편리한 장점이 있다.

본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예를 첨부된 도면을 통해 상세히 설명한다.
본 발명의 다단 리필용기가 구비된 화장품 용기는 도 1에서 도시한 바와 같이 하측몸체(10)가 구비되고, 상기 하측몸체(10)의 상측에는 상측몸체(20)가 결합되며, 상기 상측몸체(20)의 상측에는 개폐할 수 있는 커버(30)가 하측몸체(10)에 힌지 결합되어 있다.
상기 하측몸체(10)의 내측에는 도 2에서 도시한 바와 같이 관통부(11)가 형성되어 있으며, 일측에는 커버(30)가 힌지 결합될 수 있도록 커버결합부(12)가 형성되어 있다.
상기 하측몸체(10)의 상측에 결합되는 상측몸체(20)는 일측에는 용기결합부(21)가 형성되어 있으며, 내주면에는 복수의 제1 걸림돌기(22)가 간격을 이루며 형성되어 있다.
도 3은 상측몸체(20)에 하측몸체(10)가 결합된 상태를 나타낸 것으로서, 상측몸체(20)는 상측과 하측이 관통된 링 형상으로 이루어져 있기 때문에 상측몸체(20)와 하측몸체(10)의 관통부(11)는 서로 연통된다.
그리고 상기 상측몸체(20)의 내주면에는 용기결합부(21)의 양측에 한 쌍의 제2 걸림돌기(23)가 형성되어 있으며, 상측몸체(20)의 외주면에는 복수의 풀림방지부(24)가 방사상으로 형성되어 있다.
상기 커버(30)에는 하측몸체(10)의 커버결합부(12)에 힌지 결합되는 회전부(31)가 형성되어 있으며, 내측에는 사용자가 화장을 할 때 편리하게 사용할 수 있도록 거울(32)이 결합되어 있다.
상기 커버(30)는 회전부(31)와 결합된 거울(32)의 상측에서 좌우로 회전할 수 있도록 결합되어 있으며, 커버(30)의 내주면에는 상기 풀림방지부(24)와 대응하는 위치에 복수의 차단돌기(33)가 방사상으로 형성되어 있다.
따라서 커버(30)는 힌지부(31)에 의해 상측몸체(20)의 상측을 밀폐한 후 좌측 또는 우측으로 회전함으로써 차단돌기(33)가 풀림방지부(24)의 하측에 고정되어 풀림이 방지되는 것이다.
한편, 상기 상측몸체(20)의 상측에는 교체가 용이한 리필용기(100)가 착탈할 수 있도록 결합되는데, 상기 리필용기(100)는 하부캡(40)과 상부캡(60)으로 구성되어 다단 구조를 이루고 있다.
상기 상부캡(60)의 일측에는 힌지부(64)가 형성되어 하부캡(40)에 개폐할 수 있도록 결합되며, 상부캡(60)의 타측에는 개폐가 용이하도록 손잡이(63)가 형성되어 있다.
상기 리필용기(100)의 구성을 더욱 자세히 설명하면 도 4에서 도시한 바와 같이 하부캡(40)의 내측에 화장품의 내용물이 채워지는 제1 저장공간(41)이 형성되어 있으며, 하부캡(40)의 외주면에는 상기 제1 걸림돌기(22) 및 제2 걸림돌기(23)와 대응하는 위치에 복수의 걸림홈(42)이 형성되어 있다.
또한, 하부캡(40)의 일측에는 상부캡(60)이 결합되는 힌지축(43)이 형성되어 있으며, 하부캡(40)의 상측 테두리 부분에는 제1 밀폐부(44)가 형성되어 있는데, 상기 힌지축(43)은 하부캡(40)과 일체로 형성할 수도 있으나, 별도로 제작하여 결합할 수도 있다.
상기 제1 밀폐부(44)의 외측에는 링 형상의 패킹부재(48)가 삽입되는 패킹홈(46)이 형성되어 있으며, 상기 제1 저장공간(41)과 제1 밀폐부(44)의 사이에는 고정구(50)가 삽입 결합되는 고정구홈(47)이 형성되어 있다.
상기 제1 저장공간(41)에는 스펀지(49)가 삽입되는데, 상기 스펀지(49)는 액상의 화장품을 제1 저장공간(41)에 채우고자 할 때 사용하는 것으로서, 스펀지(49)의 흡입력에 의해 액상의 화장품이 유동에 의해 외부로 유출되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
그리고 상기 스펀지(49)의 상측에는 스펀지(49)를 고정하는 고정구(50)가 고정구홈(47)에 삽입되어 결합되는데, 상기 고정구(50)의 상측 테두리 부분에는 스펀지(49)의 상측 테두리 부분에 밀착함으로써 스펀지(49)의 이탈을 방지하는 밀착부(51)가 형성되어 있다.

상기 힌지홈(65)은 하부캡(40)에 일체로 형성된 힌지축(43)에 용이하게 결합될 수 있도록 일측이 개방된 것으로서, 힌지축이 별도로 제작되어 결합될 때에는 힌지부(64)에 홀을 형성하는 것이 바람직하다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 발명의 다단 리필용기가 구비된 화장품 용기는 도 5에서 도시한 바와 같이 상측몸체(20)의 내측에 리필용기(100)가 착탈할 수 있도록 결합되어 화장품의 내용물이 모두 소진된 리필용기(100)를 분리하여 다시 새로운 리필용기(100)로 교환할 수 있다.
상기 리필용기(100)는 상측몸체(20)의 상측에서 하측 방향으로 압착함에 따라 내측에 고정되며, 힌지부(64)가 용기결합부(21)에 삽입되고 하부캡(40)의 저면은 관통부(11)를 통해 외부로 노출된다.
따라서 리필용기(100)를 교환하고자 할 때는 커버(30)를 개방한 후 관통부(11)를 통해 하부캡(40)을 상측 방향으로 압착하면 간단히 분리된다.
상기 하부캡(40)의 걸림홈(42)에는 상측몸체(20)의 제1 걸림돌기(22) 및 제2 걸림돌기(23)가 삽입 고정되어 리필용기(100)가 상측몸체(20)의 내측에 고정된다.

  1. 개폐할 수 있는 커버가 결합된 하측몸체와, 상기 하측몸체의 상측에 결합되어 내측에 착탈할 수 있는 리필용기가 구비된 상측몸체를 포함하는 화장품용기에 있어서,
    상기 리필용기(100)는 화장품이 채워지는 제1 저장공간(41)이 내측에 형성되고 외측에는 힌지축(43)이 형성된 하부캡(40)과;
    상기 제1 저장공간(41)을 밀폐 또는 개방할 수 있도록 상기 힌지축(43)에 회동할 수 있도록 결합되는 힌지부(64)가 외측에 형성되고, 내측에는 퍼프(68)가 삽입되는 제2 저장공간(61)이 형성된 상부캡(60);
    을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 다단 리필용기가 구비된 화장품용기.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 저장공간(41)에는 액상의 화장품을 흡수하는 스펀지(49)가 삽입되고, 상기 스펀지(49)의 상측에는 스펀지(49)의 이탈을 방지하는 밀착부(51)가 형성된 고정구(50)가 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 다단 리필용기가 구비된 화장품용기.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 하부캡(40)은 외주면에 복수의 걸림홈(42)이 형성되고, 상기 걸림홈(42)에는 상측몸체(20)의 내주면에 형성된 제1 및 제2 걸림돌기(22)(23)가 고정됨으로써 리필용기(100)가 상측몸체(20)에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다단 리필용기가 구비된 화장품용기.
  4. 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,
    상기 하부캡(40)에는 제1 밀폐부(44)가 형성되고, 상기 제1 밀폐부(44)에는 결합돌기(45)가 형성되며, 상기 결합돌기(45)는 상부캡(60)에 형성된 결합홈(66)에 고정되어 제1 저장공간(41)을 밀폐하고,
    상기 상부캡(60)에는 제2 밀폐부(67)가 형성되어 상기 제1 밀폐부(44)의 외측에 형성된 패킹홈(46)에 삽입되는 패킹부재(48)의 상측에 밀착됨으로써 제1 저장공간(41)을 밀폐하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다단 리필용기가 구비된 화장품용기.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 상부캡(60)의 상측에는 돌기부(62)가 형성되고, 상기 돌기부(62)는 커버(30)의 내측에 결합된 거울(32)의 밀착에 의해 상부캡(60)을 하측으로 압착하여 제1 저장공간(41)을 밀폐하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다단 리필용기가 구비된 화장품용기.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 하측몸체(10)에는 하부캡(40)의 저면이 외부로 노출될 수 있도록 관통부(11)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 다단 리필용기가 구비된 화장품용기.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 상측몸체(20)의 외주면에는 복수의 풀림방지부(24)가 방사상으로 형성되고, 상기 풀림방지부(24)에는 회전할 수 있도록 구성된 커버(30)의 내주면에 형성된 차단돌기(33)가 고정 또는 이탈함으로써 커버(30)가 고정 또는 해제되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다단 리필용기가 구비된 화장품용기.
