이러한 밀폐용기는 가정생활에서의 식품의 인스턴트화와 대형할인점의 등장으로 장기 보관을 위한 식품의 다량 구입이 많아지면서 그 수요가 대폭 증대되고 있는 제품으로서, 이들의 대부분은 투명 또는 반투명의 합성수지로 사출 제작되어 몸체부와 뚜껑부로 분리 구성되고, 몸체부의 상단 테두리부와 이에 삽설되는 뚜껑부에 오링 형상의 연질 패킹부재를 구비하여 기밀을 요하도록 하고 있다.
그러나 상기와 같은 종래의 밀폐용기는 몸체부 상단의 테두리부와 접속하는 뚜껑부에 팩킹수용홈을 형성하여 이곳에 팩킹을 삽설하여 기밀을 요하는 구성으로 되는 것이 일반적이나 이는 작업상 번거로우며 사용자의 부주의에 의해 팩킹이 빠지는 경우가 다발하며 음식물이 끼이거나 내용물이 흘러 넘쳐 비위생적인 측면이 있다.
또한 뚜껑부의 테두리부에 힌지기능으로 구성되는 잠금수단을 설치하여 상기 팩킹과 잠금수단을 동시에 이용하여 용기의 밀폐기능을 담당하도록 하는 구성 등도 다수 공지되어 있다.
상기와 같은 종래의 밀폐용기는 등록특허 제10-0601400호의 '상하 개폐용기'와 등록실용신안 제20-0290775호의 '식품보관용기' 및 등록실용신안 제20-0407097호의 '밀폐용기의 밀착구조' 등 다수의 용기가 공지되어 있다.
상기와 같은 종래의 밀폐용기는 근래에 이르러 구조의 복잡성을 해소하기 위해 용기 본체의 에지부에 볼록형상의 돌기부를 두고 덮개의 에지부에는 본체에 형성된 돌기부에 삽설되는 요홈을 형성하여 이들을 끼워 줌으로써 용기를 밀폐시킬 수 있도록 하는 구성이 다수 공지되어 있다.
상기와 같은 종래의 밀폐용기는 팩킹이 변질되거나 빠져나가 손실되는 경우 밀폐기능을 할 수 없어 밀폐용기로는 사용할 수 없다고 하는 문제가 있다.
또한 종래의 밀폐용기는 뚜껑(덮개)의 테두리부에 힌지 기능을 하는 잠금수단을 구성하고 이를 이용하여 용기의 밀폐기능을 수행하도록 하고 있으나 이러한 구성은 구조가 복잡하고 사용이 번거롭다고 하는 문제가 있다.
또한 잠금수단을 구성하는 종래의 밀폐용기는 잠금수단이 뚜껑의 테두리 전부에 걸쳐 구비되는 것이 아니기 때문에 부분적으로 기밀성이 떨어질 수 있다는 단점도 있다.
또한 종래의 기밀용기는 밀폐되는 부위가 다중으로 형성되지 않아 기밀성능이 현저히 떨어진다고 하는 문제가 있다.
또한 종래의 밀폐 또는 기밀용기 등은 사용한 날짜를 확인할 수 없어 그 내부에 보관되는 음식물이나 식자재의 신선도 관리가 미흡하다는 단점도 있다.

본 발명에 따른 사용일이 표기된 다중 밀폐기능을 갖는 기밀용기(100)는 도 1 내지 도 7에 도시되어 있는 바와 같이, 상부측이 개방되면서 내부에 음식물이나 식자재 등과 같은 내용물을 수용하는 공간부(111)가 형성되고 상단부는 외측으로 절곡되는 테두리부(112)로 형성되는 용기몸체부(110)와 상기 용기몸체부(110)의 개방면을 덮어 상기 공간부(111)에 수납된 내용물이 새어나가는 것을 방지하는 덮개부(120)로 구성되는 기밀용기에 있어서, 상기 테두리부(112)는 상기 용기몸체부(110)의 끝단부에서 상부측으로 돌출되어 형성되는 내측테두리부(112a)와 상기 내측테두리부(112a)의 단부에 연이어 외측으로 하향 절곡되는 외측테두리부(112b), 상기 외측테두리부(112b)의 단부에서 외측으로 절곡되는 플렌지부(112c), 및 상기 플렌지부(112c)의 단부에서 상부측으로 절곡되는 돌기부(112d)로 형성되고, 상기 덮개부(120)는 그 가장자리에 형성되면서 상기 테두리부(112)를 내측으로 삽설하여 상기 용기몸체부(110)의 내용물이 새어나가는 것을 막아주는 패킹테두리부(121,packing)가 형성되되, 상기 패킹테두리부(121)는 상기 덮개부(120)의 끝단부에서 상부측으로 돌출되어 형성되는 내측패킹부(121a)와 상기 내측패킹부(121a)의 단부에 연이어 외측으로 하향 절곡되는 외측패킹부(121b)로 형성되며, 상기 용기몸체부(110)에는 상기 내측테두리부(112a)와 상기 외측테두리부(112b) 사이에 형성되는 끼움홈(112f)에 그 일측이 삽입되고 타측은 상기 돌기부(112d)에 걸려져 상기 끼움홈(112f)을 따라 슬라이딩되는 슬라이더수단(130)이 설치되는 구성으로 되어 있다.
여기서 상기 덮개부(120)에는 일측테두리부에 일(日)이 표시되고 그 반대측 테두리부에 월(月)이 표시되도록 하는 달력기능이 구비되어 있으며, 상기 슬라이더수단(130)이 상기 용기몸체부(110)의 양측에 삽설되고 상기 끼움홈(112f)을 따라 슬라이딩하면서 그 일측은 상기 덮개부(120)의 일자를 표시하고 타측은 상기 덮개부(120)의 월을 표시할 수 있도록 되어 있다.
따라서 상기 용기몸체부(110)의 내부에 음식물이나 식재료를 저장하고 상기 덮개부(130)를 덮은 다음 상기 슬라이더수단(130)을 슬라이딩시켜 월과 일을 표시할 수가 있게 된다.
본 발명은 상기와 같이 상기 용기몸체부(110)의 내부에 저장된 음식물이나 식재료의 사용일을 확인할 수 있도록 할 수도 있으나 이들의 사용기한을 표시하도록 할 수도 있다.
물론 상기 슬라이더수단(130)이 상기 용기몸체부(110)의 내부에 저장된 음식물이나 식재료의 사용기한을 표기할 때에는 별도로 상기 덮개부(120)에 사용기한이라는 문구를 표시하는 것이 바람직하다.
여기서 상기 용기몸체부(110)에 형성되는 음식물 또는 식자재 저장 공간인 상기 공간부(111)는 수평방향을 따라 다단으로 형성 구비될 수 있다.
또한 상기 용기몸체부(110)는 외형의 모양이 사각형상으로 형성되고 상기 덮개부(120)는 상기 용기몸체부(110)에 눌러 결합하는 방식이 바람직하나 이에 한정되지는 않는다.
그리고 상기 슬라이더수단(130)은 상기 내측테두리부(112a)와 상기 외측테두리부(112b) 사이에 형성되는 상기 끼움홈(112f)에 삽입되어 상기 끼움홈(112f)을 따라 슬라이딩되는 슬라이딩지지부(131)와 상기 슬라이딩지지부(131)의 하단부 일측에 형성되면서 상기 테두리부(112)에 형성되는 상기 플랜지부(112c)의 하부면에 지지되는 외측지지부(132), 상기 외측지지부(132)에 대향되어 형성되고 상기 내측테두리부(112a)의 하부면에 지지되는 내측지지부(133), 상기 슬라이딩지지부(131)의 하부측에 형성되는 작동손잡이부(134), 및 상기 외측지지부(132)의 단부에서 상부측으로 돌출되면서 절곡되어 형성되고 상기 돌기부(112d)에 걸려져 지지될 수 있도록 하는 지지걸이부(135)로 구성되어 있다.
따라서 상기 끼움홈(112f)에 상기 슬라이딩지지부(131)를 끼우고 상기 돌기부(112d)에 상기 지지걸이부(135)를 걸어주면 상기 슬라이더수단(130)이 상기 용기몸체부(110)의 상기 테두리부(112)에 삽입 설치되어 슬라이딩이 가능하게 된다.
이로써 상기 작동손잡이부(134)를 이용하여 상기 끼움홈(112f)을 따라 상기 슬라이더수단(130)을 이동시킬 수가 있게 된다.
여기서 상기 슬라이더수단(130)을 상기 끼움홈(112f)을 따라 이동시킬 때 상기 덮개부(120)에 표시된 월일(月日)에 상기 지지걸이부(135)를 일치시키게 되면 상기 용기몸체부(110)의 내부에 수납된 내용물의 사용 날짜가 표시될 수 있게 된다.
즉, 상기 용기몸체부(110)의 일측에 설치되는 상기 슬라이더수단(130)은 상기 용기몸체부(110)를 사용하는 월에 맞추고 그 반대쪽에 설치되는 상기 슬라이더수단(130)은 상기 용기몸체부(110)를 사용하는 일자에 맞추면 된다.
그리고 상기 테두리부(112)를 구성하는, 상기 내측테두리부(112a)에는 용기 내측으로 형성되면서 상기 패킹테두리부(121)를 구성하는 상기 내측패킹부(121a)에 밀착될 수 있도록 상부측에 형성되는 내측상부볼록부(A)와 하부측에 형성되는 내측하부볼록부(B)가 구비되어 있고, 상기 외측테두리부(112b)에는 용기 외측으로 형성되면서 상기 패킹테두리부(121)를 구성하는 상기 외측패킹부(121b)에 밀착될 수 있도록 상부측에 형성되는 외측상부볼록부(C)와 하부측에 형성되는 외측하부볼록부(D)가 구비되어 있으며, 상기 패킹테부리부(121)를 구성하는, 상기 내측패킹부(121a)에는 상기 내측상부볼록부(A)와 상기 내측하부볼록부(B)에 각각 대응되는 내측상부오목부(a)와 내측하부오목부(b)가 혀성 구비되어 있고, 또 상기 외측패킹부(121b)에는 상기 외측상부볼록부(C)와 상기 외측하부볼록부(D)에 각각 대응되는 외측상부오목부(c)와 외측하부오목부(d)가 형성 구비되어 있다.
상기와 같이 구성된 사용일이 표기된 다중 밀폐기능을 갖는 기밀용기(100)는 내용물이 수용된 상기 용기몸체부(110)에 상기 덮개부(120)를 눌러 덮어주게 되면, 상기 용기몸체부(110)의 상기 내측테두리부(112a)에 형성된 이중 볼록형상의 상기 내측상하부볼록부(A,B)가 각각 상기 덮개부(120)의 상기 내측패킹부(121a)에 형성되는 상기 내측상하부오목부(a,b)에 서로 밀착되고, 동시에 상기 용기몸체부(110)의 상기 외측테두리부(112b)에 형성된 이중 볼록형상의 상기 외측상하부볼록부(C,D)가 각각 상기 덮개부(120)의 상기 외측패킹부(121b)에 형성되는 상기 외측상하부오목부(c,d)에 서로 밀착되면서 패킹되어 상기 용기몸체부(110)의 내부 공간부에 수용된 저장물이 밀봉되도록 하여 외부로 새어나오지 않게 된다.
이로써 상기 용기몸체부(110)에 상기 덮개부(120)가 덮혀질 때 상기 테두리부(112)에 상기 패킹테두리부(121)가 삽설되어 상기와 같이 상부와 하부 2중으로 밀폐가 이루어지면서 용기의 기밀성능이 획기적으로 향상될 수가 있게 된다.
그리고 상기 슬라이더수단(130)의 상기 외측지지부(132)의 상부면에는 상부측으로 돌출된 돌기(132a)가 형성 구비되어 있고, 상기 테두리부(112)의 상기 플랜지부(112c)의 하부면에는 상기 돌기(132a)가 삽설되어 슬라이딩되는 가이드요홈통로(112e)가 형성되어 있으며, 상기 가이드요홈통로(112e)에는 상기 덮개부(120)의 월(月)이나 일(日)자에 각각 대응되도록 하면서 상기 돌기(132a)가 걸려 끼워질 수 있도록 하는 다수의 요홈(112h)이 형성되어 있다.
즉, 월(月)을 표시하는 쪽의 상기 플랜지부(112c) 하부면에는 그 해당하는 월의 각 숫자에 대응되도록 12개의 상기 요홈(112h)이 형성되고, 일(日)을 표시하는 쪽의 상기 플랜지부(112c) 하부면에는 그 해당하는 일의 각 숫자에 대응되도록 31개의 상기 요홈(112h)이 형성되게 된다.
따라서 상기 슬라이더수단(130)을 슬라이딩시키게 되면 상기 돌기(132a)가 상기 가이드요홈통로(112e)를 따라 이동하면서 상기 요홈(112h)에 끼워지도록 하되 해당하는 월과 일에 이를 고정시킴으로써 상기 용기몸체부(110)의 사용 날짜를 쉽게 설정 또는 변경할 수가 있게 된다.
상기와 같이 구성된 본 발명의 사용일이 표기된 다중 밀폐기능을 갖는 기밀용기에 대한 사용방법과 기능을 살펴보면 다음과 같다.
우선 상기 용기몸체부(110)의 내부에 형성된 상기 공간부(111)에 음식물이나 식재료 등을 수용하고 상기 덮개부(120)을 덮어 밀봉시킨다.
이때 상기 용기몸체부(110)의 상기 테두리부(112)에 상기 덮개부(120)의 상기 패킹테두리부(121)이 밀착 패킹키게 된다.
즉, 상기 용기몸체부(110)의 상기 내측테두리부(112a)에 형성된 이중 볼록형상의 상기 내측상하부 볼록부(A,B)가 각각 상기 덮개부(120)의 상기 내측패킹부(121a)에 형성되는 상기 내측상하부오목부(a,b)에 서로 밀착시키고, 동시에 상기 용기몸체부(110)의 상기 외측테두리부(112b)에 형성된 이중 볼록형상의 상기 외측상하부볼록부(C,D)가 각각 상기 덮개부(120)의 상기 외측패킹부(121b)에 형성되는 상기 외측상하부오목부(c,d)에 서로 밀착시킨다.
그러면 상기 용기몸체부(110)의 상기 테두리부(112)에 상기 덮개부(120)의 상기 패킹테두리부(121)이 밀착 패킹되어 상기 용기몸체부(110)의 내부 공간부에 수용된 저장물이 밀봉되면서 외부로 새어나오지 않게 된다.
동시에, 상기 슬라이더수단(130)을 슬라이딩시켜 상술한 방법으로 상기 용기몸체부(110)의 사용 월일을 설정한다.
이와 같이 용기몸체부(110)의 사용 월일을 설정하여 냉장고 등에 보관하게 되면 다음에 이용할 때 상기 용기몸체부(110)의 사용 월일을 살펴 그 내부에 수용된 음식물 또는 식자재의 보관 및 관리를 효율적으로 할 수가 있게 된다.
이상과 같이 본 발명에 따른 사용일이 표기된 다중 밀폐기능을 갖는 기밀용기는 용기본체의 가장자리에 다중으로 볼록하게 된 본체에지부를 형성하고 덮개의 가장자리에는 다중으로 오목하게 된 덮개에지부를 형성하여, 용기본체에 덮개를 덮을 때 본체에지부의 볼록부가 덮개에지부의 오목부에 탄성적으로 압착 밀폐되어 용기의 기밀성능이 획기적으로 향상되도록 하는 동시에, 본체에지부에 슬라이더수단을 설치하고 이를 좌우 슬라이딩되도록 하되 덮개에는 월일을 표시하여 슬라이더수단에 의해 용기의 사용 월과 날짜를 알 수 있도록 함으로써, 저장 음식물의 관리가 효율적으로 이루어질 수 있게 된다.

Claims (5)

  1. 상부측이 개방되면서 내부에 음식물이나 식자재를 수용하는 공간부가 형성되고 상단부는 외측으로 절곡되는 테두리부로 형성되는 용기몸체부와 상기 용기몸체부의 개방면을 덮어 상기 공간부에 수납된 내용물이 새어나가는 것을 방지하는 덮개부로 구성되는 기밀용기에 있어서,
    상기 테두리부는 상기 용기몸체부의 끝단부에서 상부측으로 돌출되어 형성되는 내측테두리부와 상기 내측테두리부의 단부에 연이어 외측으로 하향 절곡되는 외측테두리부로 형성되고,
    상기 덮개부는 그 가장자리에 형성되면서 상기 테두리부를 내측으로 삽설하는 패킹테두리부가 형성되되, 상기 패킹테두리부는 상기 내측테두리부와 상기 외측테두리부에 각각 대향되는 내측패킹부와 외측패킹부로 형성되며,
    상기 용기몸체부에는 상기 내측테두리부와 상기 외측테두리부 사이에 형성되는 끼움홈에 삽설되면서 상기 끼움홈을 따라 슬라이딩되는 슬라이더수단이 설치 구성되는 사용일이 표기된 다중 밀폐기능을 갖는 기밀용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 테두리부의 상기 외측테두리부에는 그 단부에서 외측으로 절곡되는 플렌지부와, 상기 플렌지부의 단부에서 상부측으로 절곡되는 돌기부가 더 형성되고,
    상기 슬라이더수단은 상기 끼움홈에 그 일측이 삽입되고 타측은 상기 돌기부에 걸려져 상기 끼움홈을 따라 슬라이딩되도록 구성되는 사용일이 표기된 다중 밀폐기능을 갖는 기밀용기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 슬라이더수단은 상기 끼움홈에 삽입되어 상기 끼움홈을 따라 슬라이딩되는 슬라이딩지지부와, 상기 슬라이딩지지부의 하단부 일측에 형성되면서 상기 테두리부에 형성되는 상기 플랜지부의 하부면에 지지되는 외측지지부, 상기 외측지지부에 대향되어 형성되고 상기 내측테두리부의 하부면에 지지되는 내측지지부, 상기 슬라이딩지지부의 하부측에 형성되는 작동손잡이부, 및 상기 외측지지부의 단부에서 상부측으로 돌출되면서 절곡되어 형성되고 상기 돌기부에 걸려져 지지될 수 있도록 하는 지지걸이부로 구성되는 사용일이 표기된 다중 밀폐기능을 갖는 기밀용기.
  4. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 테두리부를 구성하는, 상기 내측테두리부에는 내측으로 형성되면서 상기 패킹테두리부의 상기 내측패킹부에 밀착될 수 있도록 상부측에 형성되는 내측상부볼록부와 하부측에 형성되는 내측하부볼록부가 이중으로 구비되고, 상기 외측테두리부에는 용기 외측으로 형성되면서 상기 패킹테두리부를 구성하는 상기 외측패킹부에 밀착될 수 있도록 상부측에 형성되는 외측상부볼록부와 하부측에 형성되는 외측하부볼록부가 이중으로 구비되며,
    상기 패킹테부리부를 구성하는, 상기 내측패킹부에는 상기 내측상부볼록부와 상기 내측하부볼록부에 각각 대응되어 밀착되는 내측상부오목부와 내측하부오목부가 형성 구비되고, 또 상기 외측패킹부에는 상기 외측상부볼록부와 상기 외측하부볼록부에 각각 대응되어 밀착되는 외측상부오목부와 외측하부오목부가 형성 구비되는 사용일이 표기된 다중 밀폐기능을 갖는 기밀용기.
  5. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 덮개부에는 일측테두리부에 일(日)이 표시되고 그 반대측 테두리부에 월(月)이 표시되도록 하는 달력기능이 구비되며,
    상기 슬라이더수단의 상기 외측지지부의 상부면에는 상부측으로 돌출된 돌기가 형성 구비되고, 상기 테두리부의 상기 플랜지부의 하부면에는 상기 돌기가 삽설되어 슬라이딩되는 가이드요홈통로가 형성 구비되며, 상기 가이드요홈통로에는 상기 덮개부의 상기 월(月)이나 일(日)자에 각각 대응되도록 하면서 상기 돌기가 끼워 걸려질 수 있도록 하는 다수의 요홈이 형성되어 이루어지는 사용일이 표기된 다중 밀폐기능을 갖는 기밀용기.
