본 발명은 러버패드의 견고한 고정이 가능한 파운데이션 용기에 관한 것으로서 더욱 상세하게는 화장품용기와 힌지 결합되어 개폐되는 용기뚜껑과, 상기 화장품용기 내측에 안착되는 내용물수용용기와, 상기 내용물수용용기 외주연과 결합되며 상부에 받침돌륜을 구비한 받침프레임과, 상기 받침프레임 상부에 안착되며 다수의 배출구를 구비하고 외주연에 고정홈을 구비한 러버패드와, 상기 받침프레임 외주연에 결합되며 다수의 걸림고리를 구비한 고정프레임으로 이루어지되, 상기 다수의 걸림고리는 고정프레임 외주연으로 꺽어진 상태로 형성되어 있다가 내용물수용용기에 상기 받침프레임과 고정프레임 및 러버패드를 결합한 후 화장품용기 내로 삽입하여 결합하면 꺽어져있던 걸림고리가 화장품용기 내주연에 의해 안쪽으로 꺽여들어와 러버패드의 고정홈을 압박하여 견고하게 고정함으로써, 내용물수용용기에 수용된 내용물의 잔량을 사용할 때 퍼프로 상기 러버패드를 강하게 가압하여도 러버패드가 견고하게 고정되어 있어서 내용물을 잔량없이 효과적으로 사용이 가능한 러버패드의 견고한 고정이 가능한 파운데이션 용기에 관한 것이다.
색조화장품이란 용모를 아름답게 변화 시켜 피부를 아름답게 연출하려는 목적으로 사용되는 것으로, 피부색을 균일하게 하고 결점을 커버하기 위하여 사용되는 베이스 메이크업과 입술, 눈, 손톱 등 부분적으로 입체감을 높이는 포인트 메이크업으로 구분되며, 베이스 메이크업에는 메이크업베이스, 파운데이션, 파우더 등으로 구성되어 있고, 포인트 메이크업에는 립스틱, 아이라이너, 마스카라 등으로 구성되어 있다.
상기 파운데이션은 화장료의 형태에 따라 고형 파운데이션, 액상 파운데이션 겔상 파운데이션으로 구분되며, 고형 파운데이션의 경우 커버력은 높지만 수정 화장 시 뭉치는 단점이 있고, 액상 파운데이션의 경우 밀착감은 좋으나 지속력이 약한 단점이 있다. 이에 따라 최근 들어 상당한 지속력을 가지며 또한 피부에 도포 시 밀착감이 좋은 겔상 파운데이션을 선호하는 소비자들이 많아졌다.
이에 따라 겔상 파운데이션에 대한 용기의 개발도 필요하게 되었는데 일반적으로 겔상 파운데이션을 유리 용기나, 튜브 용기에 충전하여 사용 시 사용자가 손에 덜거나, 짜내어 퍼프나 손을 이용하여 피부에 도포하는 방식으로 사용되었다.
하지만, 종래 기술은 사용자가 사용 시마다 손에 화장료를 묻히게 됨으로써 매번 손을 씻어야 하는 사용상 불편한 문제점이 있었고, 상기와 같이 화장료가 묻은 손을 씻음에 따라 화장료가 손실되는 문제점이 있었다.
상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 도 1에서 보는 바와 같이 대한민국 공개특허 제 10-2015-0087772호가 개시되었는데, 이는 용기본체에 다수의 토출구가 형성되어 있는 고무배출패드를 결합하고, 상기 고무배출패드와 텐션돌기가 형성되어 있는 텐션캡을 결합시켜 상기 텐션 돌기가 고무배출패드 테두리를 가압하여 고무배출패드를 팽팽하게 만들고 텐션캡이 고무배출패드를 용기본체에 견고하게 결합시킴으로써, 고무배출패드를 퍼프로 가압할 때 상기 고무배출패드가 용기본체로부터 이탈되는 것을 방지하며, 고무배출패드의 탄성에 의해 고무배출패드가 용기본체의 아래쪽까지 눌려지도록 함으로써, 용기본체에 수용된 내용물을 잔량없이 사용할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
그러나 상기 종래 기술은 고무배출패드를 용기본체 상부에 얹혀놓고 고무배출패드 상단에 텐션캡을 끼워 고정시키는 구조로써, 용기본체에 수용된 하부에 잔량의 내용물을 사용하고자할 때 고무배출패드를 강하게 가압하게 되면 고무배출패드가 텐션캡에서 빠지게 되며, 사용자는 빠진 고무배출패드를 다시 결합해야 하는 불편한 문제점이 있었다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 안출된 것으로, 화장품용기와 힌지 결합되어 개폐되는 용기뚜껑과, 상기 화장품용기 내측에 안착되는 내용물수용용기와, 상기 내용물수용용기 외주연과 결합되며 상부에 받침돌륜을 구비한 받침프레임과, 상기 받침프레임 상부에 안착되며 다수의 배출구를 구비하고 외주연에 고정홈을 구비한 러버패드와, 상기 받침프레임 외주연에 결합되며 다수의 걸림고리를 구비한 고정프레임으로 이루어지되, 상기 다수의 걸림고리는 고정프레임 외주연으로 꺽어진 상태로 형성되어 있다가 내용물수용용기에 상기 받침프레임과 고정프레임 및 러버패드를 결합한 후 화장품용기 내로 삽입하여 결합하면 꺽어져있던 걸림고리가 화장품용기 내주연에 의해 안쪽으로 꺽여들어와 러버패드의 고정홈을 압박하여 견고하게 고정함으로써, 내용물수용용기에 수용된 내용물의 잔량을 사용할 때 퍼프로 상기 러버패드를 강하게 가압하여도 러버패드가 견고하게 고정되어 있어서 내용물을 잔량없이 효과적으로 사용이 가능한 러버패드의 견고한 고정이 가능한 파운데이션 용기를 제공하는데 목적이 있다.
본 발명은 화장품용기(10)와 상기 화장품용기(10) 일측에 힌지 결합되어 개폐되는 용기뚜껑(20)으로 이루어진 파운데이션 용기에 있어서,
상기 화장품용기(10) 내측에 안착되며, 내부에 내용물이 수용되는 내용물수용용기(30)와;
상기 내용물수용용기(30) 외주연에 결합되는 받침프레임(40)과;
상기 받침프레임(40) 외주연과 화장품용기(10) 사이에 결합되는 고정프레임(50) 및
상기 받침프레임(40) 상부에 끼워지며, 다수의 배출구(64)가 구비되고, 외주연에 고정홈(62)이 형성되는 러버패드(60)로 구성되되,
상기 고정프레임(50)의 상부에는 화장품용기(10)의 내주연에 의해 안쪽으로 꺽여들어와 러버패드(60)의 고정홈(62)에 끼워지는 다수의 걸림고리(52)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 러버패드의 견고한 고정이 가능한 파운데이션 용기를 제공한다.
또한, 상기 내용물수용용기(30)의 하부 외주연에는 고정프레임안착부(32)가 외측으로 연장 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 받침프레임(40)의 상부에는 받침돌륜(46)이 외측으로 연장 형성되고, 상기 러버패드(60)의 내측에는 받침돌륜삽입홈(66)이 형성되어 받침돌륜(46)이 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 고정프레임(50)의 걸림고리(52)는 화장품용기(10)의 내주연에 의해 안쪽으로 밀려들어가도록 외측으로 기울어져 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 본 발명에 따른 러버패드의 견고한 고정이 가능한 파운데이션 용기는 화장품용기와 힌지 결합되어 개폐되는 용기뚜껑과, 상기 화장품용기 내측에 안착되는 내용물수용용기와, 상기 내용물수용용기 외주연과 결합되며 상부에 받침돌륜을 구비한 받침프레임과, 상기 받침프레임 상부에 안착되며 다수의 배출구를 구비하고 외주연에 고정홈을 구비한 러버패드와, 상기 받침프레임 외주연에 결합되며 다수의 걸림고리를 구비한 고정프레임으로 이루어지되, 상기 다수의 걸림고리는 고정프레임 외주연으로 꺽어진 상태로 형성되어 있다가 내용물수용용기에 상기 받침프레임과 고정프레임 및 러버패드를 결합한 후 화장품용기 내로 삽입하여 결합하면 꺽어져있던 걸림고리가 화장품용기 내주연에 의해 안쪽으로 꺽여들어와 러버패드의 고정홈을 압박하여 견고하게 고정함으로써, 내용물수용용기에 수용된 내용물의 잔량을 사용할 때 퍼프로 상기 러버패드를 강하게 가압하여도 러버패드가 견고하게 고정되어 있어서 내용물을 잔량없이 효과적으로 사용이 가능한 러버패드의 견고한 고정이 가능한 파운데이션 용기를 제공하는 효과가 있다.

본 발명에 따른 화장품용기(10)와 상기 화장품용기(10) 일측에 힌지 결합되어 개폐되는 용기뚜껑(20)으로 이루어진 파운데이션 용기에 있어서, 상기 화장품용기(10) 내측에 안착되며, 내부에 내용물이 수용되는 내용물수용용기(30)와; 상기 내용물수용용기(30) 외주연에 결합되는 받침프레임(40)과; 상기 받침프레임(40) 외주연과 화장품용기(10) 사이에 결합되는 고정프레임(50) 및 상기 받침프레임(40) 상부에 끼워지며, 다수의 배출구(64)가 구비되고, 외주연에 고정홈(62)이 형성되는 러버패드(60)로 구성되되,
상기 고정프레임(50)의 상부에는 화장품용기(10)의 내주연에 의해 안쪽으로 꺽여들어와 러버패드(60)의 고정홈(62)에 끼워지는 다수의 걸림고리(52)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 화장품용기(10)는 상부가 개방되어 있으며, 내부에 내용물수용용기(30)가 내장된다.
상기 화장품용기(10)는 바닥면(11)과 상기 바닥면(11)으로부터 상부로 연장 형성된 내벽(12)과, 상기 내벽(12)으로부터 외측으로 연장 형성된 수평연장편(13) 및 상기 수평연장편(13)으로부터 상부로 연장 형성된 외벽(14)으로 이루어진다.
상기 화장품용기(10)의 내벽(12) 내주연에는 체결홈(122)이 형성되어 고정프레임(50)과 결합된다.
상기 화장품용기(10)의 외벽(14) 일측에는 용기뚜껑(20)이 힌지 결합되는 용기힌지부(18)가 형성된다.
상기 용기뚜껑(20)은 화장품용기(10)의 일측에 힌지 결합되어 상기 화장품용기(10)를 밀폐시킨다.
상기 용기뚜껑(20)의 상부에는 퍼프수용공간(22)이 형성되고, 상기 퍼프수용공간(22) 외측에는 가압돌륜(24)이 상부로 연장 형성되며, 상기 가압돌륜(24) 일측에는 손잡이(25)가 형성된다.
상기 용기뚜껑(20)의 하부에는 화장품용기(10)의 외벽(14) 내주연에 밀착되어 화장품용기(10) 내부를 밀폐시키는 밀폐돌륜(26)이 하측으로 연장 형성된다.
상기 용기뚜껑(20)의 외주연 일측에는 뚜껑힌지부(28)가 형성되어 화장품용기(10)의 용기힌지부(18)와 힌지핀(17)으로 결합된다.
상기 내용물수용용기(30)는 화장품용기(10) 내측에 안착되며, 내부에 내용물이 수용된다.
상기 내용물수용용기(30)의 하부 외주연에는 고정프레임안착부(32)가 외측으로 연장 형성되는데, 상기 고정프레임안착부(32)의 하부면은 화장품용기(10)의 바닥면(11)에 밀착되고, 상부면에는 고정프레임(50)의 하측 단부가 안착된다.
상기 내용물수용용기(30)의 외주연에는 결합돌륜(34)이 돌출 형성되어 받침프레임(40)과 결합된다.
상기 받침프레임(40)은 상부와 하부가 개방된 원통 형태이며, 내용물수용용기(30)의 외주연에 결합되어 고정프레임(50)과 함께 러버패드(60)가 외부로 이탈되는 것을 방지하게 된다.
상기 받침프레임(40)의 상부에는 받침돌륜(46)이 외측으로 연장 형성되되, 상기 받침돌륜(46)에는 러버패드(60)가 끼워진다.
상기 받침프레임(40)의 내주연에는 결합홈(44)이 형성되고, 외주연에는 제1 장착돌륜(45)이 형성되는데, 상기 결합홈(44)에는 내용물수용용기(30)의 결합돌륜(34)이 결합된다.
상기 고정프레임(50)은 상부와 하부가 개방된 원통 형태이며, 받침프레임(40) 외주연과 화장품용기(10)의 내벽(12) 사이에 결합되어 상기 받침프레임(40)과 함께 러버패드(60)가 외부로 이탈되는 것을 방지하게 된다.
상기 고정프레임(50)의 하단에는 내용물수용용기안착부(54)가 내측으로 연장 형성되는데, 상기 내용물수용용기안착부(54)의 상부면에는 받침프레임(40)의 하측 단부가 안착되고, 하부면은 내용물수용용기(30)의 고정프레임안착부(32) 상부면에 안착된다.
상기 고정프레임(50)의 내주연에는 제2 장착돌륜(55)이 형성되어 받침프레임(40)의 제1 장착돌륜(45)과 언더컷 결합된다.
또한, 상기 고정프레임(50)의 외주연에는 체결돌륜(56)이 형성되어 화장품용기(10)의 체결홈(122)과 결합된다.
상기 고정프레임(50)의 상부에는 다수의 걸림고리(52)가 형성되되, 상기 걸림고리(52)는 외측으로 기울어져 형성되어 상기 고정프레임(50)을 화장품용기(10) 내측에 결합할 때 화장품용기(10)의 내주연에 의해 안쪽으로 밀려들어가게 된다.
상기 걸림고리(52)는 고정프레임(50)의 외측으로 기울어져 형성되어 있다가 화장품용기(10)와 내용물수용용기(30) 사이에 결합될 때, 화장품용기(10)의 내주연에 의해 안쪽으로 꺽여들어와 러버패드(60)의 고정홈(62)에 끼워진다.
즉, 화장품용기(10)의 내측으로 내용물수용용기(30)를 끼운 후, 받침프레임(40) 상부에 러버패드(60)를 덮어 씌우고, 상기 받침프레임(40)의 하측으로부터 받침프레임(40) 외주연에 고정프레임(50)을 조립한 다음, 상기와 같이 조립된 받침프레임(40)과 러버패드(60)와 고정프레임(50) 조립체를 화장품용기(10)의 내벽(12)과 내용물수용용기(30)의 외주연 사이에 밀어 넣으면, 상기 화장품용기(10)의 내벽(12) 상단이 외측으로 기울어져 있는 걸림고리(52)의 외주면을 밀면서 상기 걸림고리(52)가 안쪽으로 꺽여지게 되고, 이에 따라 상기 걸림고리(52)가 러버패드(60)의 고정홈(62)에 끼워져 상기 러버패드(60)를 견고하게 고정시키는 것이다.
상기 걸림고리(52)는 러버패드(60)를 견고하게 고정시키기 위해 단면의 형태가 러버패드(60)의 고정홈(62)의 단면 형태와 대응되도록 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 러버패드(60)는 받침프레임(40) 상부에 덮어 씌워진 후, 고정프레임(50)에 의해 고정되고, 다수의 배출구(64)가 구비된다.
상기 러버패드(60)는 가압에 의해 내용물수용용기(30) 내부에 수용된 내용물을 배출구(64)로 배출시키는 역할을 하게 된다.
상기 러버패드(60)의 내측에는 받침돌륜삽입홈(66)이 형성되어 받침프레임(40)의 받침돌륜(46)이 삽입된다.
상기 러버패드(60)의 외주연에는 고정프레임(50)의 걸림고리(52)가 끼워지는 고정홈(62)이 형성된다.
즉, 상기 러버패드(60)는 내주연이 받침프레임(40)의 상부에 씌워지고, 외주연이 고정프레임(50)의 걸림고리(52)에 의해 압박되어 상기 받침프레임(40)과 고정프레임(50)에 의해 견고하게 고정되는 것이다.
상기 러퍼패드(60)는 고무 재질로 형성되되, 천연고무(natural rubber), 우레탄 고무(urethane rubber), NBR(nitrile-butadiene rubber), 실리콘(silicone) 중 어느 하나 이상의 재질로 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 상기 받침프레임(40)의 받침돌륜(46) 하측에는 보조받침돌륜(48)이 더 형성되고, 상기 러버패드(60)의 받침돌륜삽입홈(66) 하측에는 보조돌륜삽입홈(68)이 더 형성되어 상기 보조받침돌기(48)가 삽입될 수 있다.
상기와 같이 구성된 러버패드의 견고한 고정이 가능한 파운데이션 용기의 조립을 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 발명에 따른 러버패드의 견고한 고정이 가능한 파운데이션 용기를 조립하기 위해서는 먼저 용기뚜껑(20)이 힌지 결합된 화장품용기(10) 내부에 내용물수용용기(30)를 안착시키고, 상기 내용물수용용기(30) 내부에 내용물을 충전한다.
다음으로, 도 5에서 보는 바와 같이 받침프레임(40)의 상부에 러버패드(60)를 결합하고, 상기 받침프레임(40)의 하부로부터 고정프레임(50)을 결합하는데, 상기 받침프레임(40)의 받침돌륜(46)이 러버패드(60)의 받침돌륜삽입홈(66)에 끼워지도록 하고, 받침프레임(40)의 제1 장착돌륜(45)과 고정프레임(50)의 제2 장착돌륜(55)이 언더컷 결합되도록 한다.
이때, 상기 고정프레임(50)의 걸림고리(52)는 외측으로 벌어진 상태이다.
다음으로, 상기와 같이 조립된 받침프레임(40)과 고정프레임(50)과 러버패드(60) 조립체를 도 6에서 보는 바와 같이 화장품용기(10)의 내벽(12)과 내용물수용용기(30)의 외주연 사이에 삽입시킨다.
이후, 상기 받침프레임(40)과 고정프레임(50)과 러버패드(60) 조립체를 도 7에서 보는 바와 같이 계속해서 화장품용기(10)의 내벽(12)과 내용물수용용기(30)의 외주연 사이에 삽입시키면, 상기 화장품용기(10)의 내벽(12) 상단이 걸림고리(52)의 외주면을 밀면서 상기 걸림고리(52)가 안쪽으로 꺽여지게 되고, 이에 따라 상기 걸림고리(52)가 러버패드(60)의 고정홈(62)에 끼워져 압박하면서 상기 러버패드(60)가 견고하게 고정된다.
마지막으로, 상기 받침프레임(40)과 고정프레임(50)과 러버패드(60) 조립체를 내용물수용용기(30)의 고정프레임안착부(32)까지 삽입하여 결합하는데, 상기 고정프레임(50)의 내용물수용용기안착부(54)가 내용물수용용기(30)의 고정프레임안착부(32)에 안착되도록 하며, 받침프레임(40)의 결합홈(44)에 내용물수용용기(30)의 결합돌륜(34)이 결합되고, 고정프레임(50)의 체결돌륜(56)이 화장품용기(10)의 체결홈(122)에 결합되도록 함으로써, 본 발명에 따른 러버패드의 견고한 고정이 가능한 파운데이션 용기의 조립을 완료한다.
상기와 같이 조립된 러버패드의 견고한 고정이 가능한 파운데이션 용기의 사용방법을 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 발명에 따른 러버패드의 견고한 고정이 가능한 파운데이션 용기를 사용하기 위해서는 우선 용기뚜껑(20)의 손잡이(25)를 잡고 회동시켜 화장품용기(10)로부터 용기뚜껑(20)을 개방한다.
이후, 도 8에서 보는 바와 같이 용기뚜껑(20)의 퍼프수용공간(22)에 수용된 퍼프(P)를 이용해 러버패드(60)의 상부면을 가압하면 상기 러버패드(60)가 아래쪽으로 눌리면서 내용물수용용기(30) 내부에 수용된 내용물이 상기 러버패드(60)의 배출구(64)로 배출되어 상기 퍼프(P)에 묻게 된다.
이때, 상기 러버패드(60)의 내주연은 받침프레임(40)의 받침돌륜(46)에 끼워져 있고, 외주연은 고정프레임(50)의 걸림고리(52)에 의해 압박되어 상기 받침프레임(40)과 고정프레임(50)에 견고하게 고정되어 있기 때문에 상기 러버패드(60)가 쉽게 빠지는 것을 방지하게 된다.
마지막으로, 상기와 같이 화장품 내용물이 묻은 퍼프(P)를 피부에 대고 두드리거나 문지르면서 화장품 내용물을 도포한다.
이상, 본 발명에서 설명한 것은 러버패드의 견고한 고정이 가능한 파운데이션 용기를 실시하기 위한 일실시예에 불과한 것으로, 본 발명은 상기 일실시예에 한정되는 것이 아니다. 첨부된 청구범위에서 청구하는 바와 같이 본 발명의 요지를 벗어남이 없이 당해 발명이 속하는 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 누구든지 다양한 변경 실시가 가능한 범위까지 본 고안의 범위에 속하는 것으로 간주 되어야 할 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 화장품용기(10)와 상기 화장품용기(10) 일측에 힌지 결합되어 개폐되는 용기뚜껑(20)으로 이루어진 파운데이션 용기에 있어서,
    상기 화장품용기(10) 내측에 안착되며, 내부에 내용물이 수용되는 내용물수용용기(30)와;
    상기 내용물수용용기(30) 외주연에 결합되는 받침프레임(40)과;
    상기 받침프레임(40) 외주연과 화장품용기(10) 사이에 결합되는 고정프레임(50) 및
    상기 받침프레임(40) 상부에 끼워지며, 다수의 배출구(64)가 구비되고, 외주연에 고정홈(62)이 형성되는 러버패드(60)로 구성되되,
    상기 고정프레임(50)의 상부에는 화장품용기(10)의 내주연에 의해 안쪽으로 꺽여들어와 러버패드(60)의 고정홈(62)에 끼워지는 다수의 걸림고리(52)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 러버패드의 견고한 고정이 가능한 파운데이션 용기.
  2. 화장품용기(10)의 내측에 내용물수용용기(30)를 끼우고, 받침프레임(40) 상부에 러버패드(60)를 덮어 씌우고, 상기 받침프레임(40)의 하부 외주연에 고정프레임(50)을 결합하고, 상기 받침프레임(40)과 러버패드(60)와 고정프레임(50) 조립체를 화장품용기(10)의 내벽(12)과 내용물수용용기(30)의 외주연 사이에 결합하되, 상기 화장품용기(10)의 내벽(12) 상단이 외측으로 기울어져 있는 걸림고리(52)의 외주면을 밀어 상기 걸림고리(52)가 안쪽으로 꺽여지고, 이에 따라 상기 걸림고리(52)가 러버패드(60)의 고정홈(62)에 끼워져 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 러버패드의 견고한 고정이 가능한 파운데이션 용기.
  3. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 내용물수용용기(30)의 하부 외주연에는 고정프레임안착부(32)가 외측으로 연장 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 러버패드의 견고한 고정이 가능한 파운데이션 용기.
  4. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 받침프레임(40)의 상부에는 받침돌륜(46)이 외측으로 연장 형성되고, 상기 러버패드(60)의 내측에는 받침돌륜삽입홈(66)이 형성되어 받침돌륜(46)이 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 러버패드의 견고한 고정이 가능한 파운데이션 용기.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 받침프레임(40)의 받침돌륜(46) 하측에는 보조받침돌륜(48)이 더 형성되고, 상기 러버패드(60)의 받침돌륜삽입홈(66) 하측에는 보조돌륜삽입홈(68)이 더 형성되어 보조받침돌기(48)가 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 러버패드의 견고한 고정이 가능한 파운데이션 용기.
