본 발명의 일실시예는 화장료 또는 화장도구를 보관할 수 있는 힌지리스 화장품 용기로서, 용기의 외형을 형성하며, 상측부 및 하측부가 연성의 접철부에 의해 일체로 연결된 외용기와, 상기 외용기의 상측부 및 하측부 중 어느 하나에 결합되는 제1 내용기와, 상기 외용기의 상측부 및 하측부 중 나머지 하나에 결합되는 제2 내용기를 포함하며, 상기 제1 내용기는, 제1 내용기 바디부와, 상기 제1 내용기 바디부의 일측에 일체로 마련되는 연결부를 구비하며, 상기 제2 내용기는 제2 내용기 바디부를 구비하며, 상기 제2 내용기 바디부의 일측에 중공부가 형성되며, 상기 연결부는 상기 중공부를 통해 상기 제2 내용기에 회동가능하게 결합되며, 화장품 용기의 개방시 상기 상측부와 하측부가 이루는 개방각도는 상기 연결부 및 접철부에 의해 일정하게 유지될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 힌지리스 화장품 용기를 제공한다.

Description

힌지리스 화장품 용기
본 발명은 힌지리스(hingeless) 화장품 용기에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 별도의 힌지 부재를 사용하지 않고도 간단하고 컴팩트한 구조로서 외용기를 개방 및 폐쇄할 수 있으며, 외용기 개방시 일정한 개방 각도를 유지해줄 수 있는 힌지리스 화장품 용기에 관한 것이다.
근래 화장품 산업에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 이는 온라인 채널 등 유통망이 다각화되고, 한류 열풍에 따라 중국, 동남아 등지에서 국내 화장품 브랜드의 판매 실적이 크게 늘어나는 현상과 맞물려 있다. 이러한 국내 화장품 산업의 부상은 K뷰티(K-Beauty)로 명명되어 주요한 시장 흐름의 하나로 주목받고 있다.
화장품 기술과 관련해서는, 천연물 소재나 기능성 소재 등을 비롯한 화장품 조성물 또는 포뮬러 부분과 함께, 기능성 및 사용성을 개선한 화장품 용기 및 그 제조방법 부분에 대해 지속적인 발전이 이루어지고 있다.
화장품 용기는 그 내부에 화장료, 또는 퍼프 등의 화장도구를 수납하는 용기로서, 그 형태와 구조는 화장품의 종류만큼이나 매우 다양하다.
화장료에는 액상의 내용물, 또는 컴팩트, 파운데이션, 리퀴드 팩트 등의 분말, 반고상, 고상 형태의 내용물이 있다. 이러한 화장료가 외부에 노출되면 먼지나 이물질에 오염되어 변질될 수 있다. 또한, 사용자의 부주의 등으로 화장료가 쏟아지거나 흘러내리거나 외부에 접하게 됨으로써, 화장료에 의해 주변이 오염되거나 더러워질 수 있다.
따라서 화장료를 보관할 수 있는 적절한 밀폐 구조의 용기가 필요하다. 통상 종래의 컴팩트 타입 화장품 용기는 바디와 캡(뚜껑)을 두고, 나사산 결합을 통해 화장품을 개폐하는 구조를 이용하였다. 이러한 구조에서는 사용시마다 사용자가 캡을 회전하여 개방하고 밀폐해야 하기 때문에 사용성이 떨어지는 문제가 있었고, 캡의 떨어뜨림이나 분실 등의 문제가 많았다.
이와 달리 힌지 구조를 채택하여 바디와 캡을 고정하는 형태의 화장품 용기도 있었다. 이러한 구조는 사용성은 우수하나 별도의 힌지 부재를 마련해야 하기 때문에 제조공정이 추가되어 경제성 부분에서 불리하였다. 그 외에 힌지 구조물이 손쉽게 파손되고, 바디와 캡의 개방시 일정한 각도가 유지되지 않으며, 사용후 분리배출이 어려워지는 등의 문제점들도 있었다.
본 발명이 이루고자 하는 기술적 과제는 별도의 힌지 부재를 사용하지 않고도 간단하고 컴팩트한 구조로서 외용기를 개방 및 폐쇄할 수 있으며, 외용기 개방시 일정한 개방 각도를 유지해줄 수 있는 힌지리스 화장품 용기를 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명이 이루고자 하는 기술적 과제는 이상에서 언급한 기술적 과제로 제한되지 않으며, 언급되지 않은 또 다른 기술적 과제들은 아래의 기재로부터 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 명확하게 이해될 수 있을 것이다.
상기 기술적 과제를 달성하기 위하여, 본 발명의 일실시예는 화장료 또는 화장도구를 보관할 수 있는 힌지리스 화장품 용기로서, 용기의 외형을 형성하며, 상측부 및 하측부가 연성의 접철부에 의해 일체로 연결된 외용기와, 상기 외용기의 상측부 및 하측부 중 어느 하나에 결합되는 제1 내용기와, 상기 외용기의 상측부 및 하측부 중 나머지 하나에 결합되는 제2 내용기를 포함하며, 상기 제1 내용기는, 제1 내용기 바디부와, 상기 제1 내용기 바디부의 일측에 일체로 마련되는 연결부를 구비하며, 상기 제2 내용기는 제2 내용기 바디부를 구비하며, 상기 제2 내용기 바디부의 일측에 중공부가 형성되며, 상기 연결부는 상기 중공부를 통해 상기 제2 내용기에 회동가능하게 결합되며, 화장품 용기의 개방시 상기 상측부와 하측부가 이루는 개방각도는 상기 연결부 및 접철부에 의해 일정하게 유지될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 힌지리스 화장품 용기를 제공한다.
본 발명의 실시예에 있어서, 상기 제1 내용기 및 제2 내용기 중 어느 하나에 분리가능하도록 끼워맞춤 결합되는 화장료 홀더를 더 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시예에 있어서, 상기 제1 내용기 및 제2 내용기 중 나머지 하나에 분리가능하도록 끼워맞춤 결합되는 화장부재를 더 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시예에 있어서, 상기 연결부의 중앙에 홈부가 마련되며, 화장품 용기의 밀폐시 상기 홈부가 접철될 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시예에 있어서, 상기 화장부재의 측단의 전부 또는 일부를 고정시키는 착탈가능한 화장부재 커버를 더 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시예에 있어서, 상기 화장부재는 거울일 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시예에 있어서, 상기 화장부재 커버에는 내측으로 돌출 형성된 파지부가 마련될 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시예에 따르면, 별도의 힌지 부재를 사용하지 않고도 간단하고 컴팩트한 구조로서 외용기를 개방 및 폐쇄할 수 있으며, 외용기 개방시 일정한 개방 각도를 유지해줄 수 있는 힌지리스 화장품 용기를 제공할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 힌지리스 화장품 용기는, 캡의 떨어뜨림이나 분실 문제가 없고, 제조공정의 추가가 없어 공정이 간단하고 경제성이 높으며, 파손 문제가 저감된다. 또한 화장품 용기의 개방시 일정한 각도가 유지되어 사용성이 향상되며, 화장료를 다 쓴 경우 분리배출이 편리하다.
본 발명의 효과는 상기한 효과로 한정되는 것은 아니며, 본 발명의 상세한 설명 또는 특허청구범위에 기재된 발명의 구성으로부터 추론 가능한 모든 효과를 포함하는 것으로 이해되어야 한다.

이하에서는 첨부한 도면을 참조하여 본 발명을 설명하기로 한다. 그러나 본 발명은 여러 가지 상이한 형태로 구현될 수 있으며, 따라서 여기에서 설명하는 실시예로 한정되는 것은 아니다. 그리고 도면에서 본 발명을 명확하게 설명하기 위해서 설명과 관계없는 부분은 생략하였으며, 명세서 전체를 통하여 유사한 부분에 대해서는 유사한 도면 부호를 붙였다.
명세서 전체에서, 어떤 부분이 다른 부분과 "연결(접속, 접촉, 결합)"되어 있다고 할 때, 이는 "직접적으로 연결"되어 있는 경우뿐 아니라, 그 중간에 다른 부재를 사이에 두고 "간접적으로 연결"되어 있는 경우도 포함한다. 또한 어떤 부분이 어떤 구성요소를 "포함"한다고 할 때, 이는 특별히 반대되는 기재가 없는 한 다른 구성요소를 제외하는 것이 아니라 다른 구성요소를 더 구비할 수 있다는 것을 의미한다.

본 발명의 실시예에 대한 설명에 있어, "외면" 또는 "외형"은 화장품 용기(1)의 클로징(밀폐, 폐쇄)시 외측을 이루는 부분이며, "내면" 또는 "내형"은 화장품 용기(1)의 외면이 아닌 내측을 의미한다. 또한, "전면"은 화장품 용기(1)의 오픈(개방)시 사용자에 대향하는 부분이며, "후면"은 그 반대 부분을 의미한다.
도 1에 도시된 바와 같이 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기(1)는 밀폐시 일체의 외용기만이 사용자에게 노출된다. 이로써 사용자에게 우수한 심미감을 제공할 수 있게 된다.
본 발명에 따른 화장품 용기(1)는 화장료 또는 화장도구를 보관할 수 있는 힌지리스(hingeless) 화장품 용기이다. 여기서 "힌지리스"라 함은 별도의 부재로 제공되는 힌지없이 화장품 용기(1)의 일측면을 기준으로 회동 동작에 의한 개방 및 폐쇄가 가능하다는 의미이다.
또한, "화장료"는 액상, 고상, 분말, 젤(gel), 졸(sol), 반고상 내용물 등 그 물성에 관계없이 모든 화장품 내용물 또는 이와 유사한 것을 포함하며, 또한, 스킨, 토너, 에센스, 로션, 크림, 파운데이션, 콤팩트, 팩트, 터치 등 그 명칭과 관계없이 모든 형태의 내용물을 포함하는 것으로 이해되어야 한다.
도 2 내지 도 7을 참조하면, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기(1)는 외용기(10), 제1 내용기(20), 및 제2 내용기(30)를 포함할 수 있다.
외용기(10)는 용기의 외형을 형성하며, 상측부(11) 및 하측부(13)가 연성의 접철부(15)에 의해 일체로 연결되어 이루어질 수 있다.
도시된 바와 같이, 제1 내용기(20)는 외용기(10)의 상측부(11)에 결합될 수 있고, 또한 제2 내용기(30)는 외용기(10)의 하측부(13)에 결합될 수 있다. 이와 달리, 제1 내용기(20)가 외용기(10)의 하측부(13)에 결합되고, 제2 내용기(30)가 외용기(10)의 상측부(11)에 결합되는 것도 가능하다. 즉, 제1 내용기(20)는 외용기(10)의 상측부(11) 및 하측부(13) 중 어느 하나에 결합될 수 있고, 제2 내용기(30)는 외용기(10)의 상측부(11) 및 하측부(13) 중 나머지 하나, 즉, 제1 내용기(20)가 결합되지 않은 다른 부재에 결합될 수 있다.
제1 내용기(20)는, 제1 내용기 바디부(21)와, 이 제1 내용기 바디부(21)의 일측에 일체로 마련되는 연결부(23)를 구비할 수 있다. 또한, 제2 내용기(30)는 제2 내용기 바디부(31)를 구비하며, 이 제2 내용기 바디부(31)의 일측에 중공부(310)가 형성될 수 있다.
제1 내용기(20)의 연결부(23)는 제2 내용기(30)의 중공부(310)를 통해 제2 내용기(30)에 회동가능하게 결합될 수 있다. 이로써, 화장품 용기(1)의 개방시(도 2 참조), 외용기(10)의 상측부(11)와 하측부(13)가 이루는 개방각도는 제1 내용기(20)의 연결부(23) 및 외용기(10)의 접철부(15)에 의해 일정하게 유지될 수 있다. 즉, 도 2 또는 도 7에 나타난 개방각도는 사용자가 화장품 용기(1)를 최대한 개방할 수 있는 각도로서, 이는 연결부(23) 및 접철부(15)에 의해 결정될 수 있다.
제1 내용기(20)의 연결부(23) 중앙에는 홈부(233)가 마련될 수 있으며, 화장품 용기(1)의 밀폐시 홈부(233)가 접철될 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기(1)는 화장부재(40) 및 화장료 홀더(50)를 더 포함할 수 있다.
화장부재(40)는 제1 내용기(20)에 분리가능하도록 끼워맞춤 결합될 수 있고, 홀더(50)는 제2 내용기(30)에 분리가능하도록 끼워맞춤 결합될 수 있다. 이와 달리, 화장부재(40)가 제2 내용기(30)에 분리가능하게 끼워맞춤 결합되고, 홀더(50)가 제1 내용기(20)에 분리가능하게 끼워맞춤 결합되는 것도 가능하다. 즉, 홀더(50)는 제1 내용기(20) 및 제2 내용기(30) 중 어느 하나에 분리가능하도록 끼워맞춤 결합될 수 있고, 화장부재(40)는 제1 내용기(20) 및 제2 내용기(30) 중 나머지 하나, 즉, 홀더(50)가 결합되지 않은 다른 부재에 결합될 수 있다.
홀더(50)에는 화장료가 수용될 수 있다. 화장부재(40)는 퍼프, 화장도구, 거울 등 화장에 필요한 부자재이거나, 이들 부자재를 수용하는 부재일 수 있다.
이하에서는 도 4 내지 도 7을 참조하여 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 구성을 더 상세히 설명하기로 한다.
도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 외용기(10)는 상측부(11), 하측부(13), 및 이들을 접철가능하게 연결하는 접철부(15)를 포함하여 이루어질 수 있다. 외용기(10)는 전체가 일체로 형성될 수 있다. 여기서 일체로 형성된다 함은 외용기(10) 전체가 하나의 소재로서 하나의 공정을 통해 제조되는 것은 물론, 이중사출 등의 방식으로 둘 이상의 소재가 둘 이상의 공정을 통해 제조되되, 제조 이후 외용기(10) 전체가 통상의 방법으로 분리가능하지 않게 만들어지는 것을 의미한다. 이는 다른 구성에서도 마찬가지로 해석될 수 있다.
한편, 본 발명의 실시예에서는 화장품 용기(1)가 납작한 원통형 형태, 즉 평면도를 기준으로 원형인 형태로 도시되어 있으나, 이러한 형상으로 한정되지 않음은 물론이다. 예컨대 화장품 용기(1)는 평면도를 기준으로 타원형, 다각형, 모서리가 라운드처리된 다각형 형상을 가질 수 있다.
상측부(11)의 중앙에는 상측부 편평부(110)가 마련되고, 이 상측부 편평부(110)의 외측으로 상측부 경사부(111)가 마련되고, 이 상측부 경사부(111)의 외측으로 상측부 수직부(112)가 마련될 수 있다.
상측부 경사부(111)에는 외주 방향으로 연장되도록 하나 또는 다수의 상측부 돌출부재(113)가 마련될 수 있다. 또한, 상측부 수직부(112)의 끝단에는 반경방향 내측으로 돌출 형성되는 상측부 상단걸림부재(114)가 마련될 수 있다.
이 상측부 돌출부재(113) 및 상측부 상단걸림부재(114)에 제1 내용기(20)의 외측면이 끼워맞춤 결합될 수 있다(도 7 참조). 이로써 제1 내용기(20)가 외용기(10)에 분리가능하게 결합될 수 있다. 이와 같이 분리가능하게 결합되는 구조로 인해, 화장료를 다 사용하고 버릴 경우 분리배출이 용이하게 이루어질 수 있다. 이는 다른 구성에서도 마찬가지이다.
상측부(11)에 있어서 접철부(15)와 연결되는 부분에는 상측부 걸림턱(115)이 마련될 수 있다. 이 상측부 걸림턱(115)은 후술하는 하측부 걸림턱(135)과 함께, 제1 내용기(20)의 연결부(23)가 위치하고 이를 지지할 수 있는 공간을 형성할 수 있다.
하측부(13)의 중앙에는 하측부 편평부(130)가 마련되고, 이 하측부 편평부(130)의 외측으로 하측부 경사부(131)가 마련되고, 이 하측부 경사부(131)의 외측으로 하측부 수직부(132)가 마련될 수 있다.
하측부 경사부(131)에는 외주 방향으로 연장되도록 하나 또는 다수의 하측부 돌출부재(133)가 마련될 수 있다. 또한, 하측부 수직부(132)의 끝단에는 반경방향 내측으로 돌출 형성되는 하측부 상단걸림부재(134)가 마련될 수 있다.
이 하측부 돌출부재(133) 및 하측부 상단걸림부재(134)에 제2 내용기(30)의 외측면이 끼워맞춤 결합될 수 있다. 이로써 제2 내용기(30)가 외용기(10)에 분리가능하게 결합될 수 있다.
또한, 하측부(13)에 있어서 접철부(15)와 연결되는 부분에는 하측부 걸림턱(135)이 마련될 수 있다.
도 5를 참조하면, 제1 내용기(20)는 제1 내용기 바디부(21)와 연결부(23)를 포함하여 이루어질 수 있다. 제1 내용기 바디부(21)와 연결부(23)는 일체로 형성될 수 있다.
제1 내용기 바디부(21)의 중앙에는 제1 편평부(210)가 마련되고, 이 제1 편평부(210)에는 상측으로 돌출 형성되는 제1 돌출부재(211)가 마련될 수 있다. 제1 편평부(210)는 짧은 양팔보 형태의 제1 결합부재(212)를 통해 제2 편평부(214)와 연결될 수 있다. 제1 편평부(210)와 제2 편평부(214)의 사이에는 제1 갭(213)이 형성될 수 있다. 이러한 구성으로 인해 외력에 의한 탄성 변형량이 커지게 된다. 즉 제1 갭(213)이 없는 경우에 비해 제1 갭(213)이 존재하는 경우, 사용자가 제1 편평부(210)를 누를 때 제2 편평부(214)를 기준으로 움직이는 양이 커지게 된다. 따라서, 화장료를 다 사용하여 화장품 용기(1)를 버릴 경우, 사용자는 제1 편평부(210)를 누름으로써, 제1 내용기 바디부(21)에 끼워맞춤 결합된 화장부재(40)를 제1 내용기(20)로부터 손쉽게 분리할 수 있고, 이로써 분리배출이 용이하게 이루어질 수 있다.
제2 편평부(214)에는 상측으로 돌출 형성되는 제2 돌출부재(215) 및 제3 돌출부재(216)가 마련될 수 있다.
제1 돌출부재(211), 제2 돌출부재(215), 및 제3 돌출부재(216)는 링 형상으로 마련될 수 있으나, 이러한 형상으로 한정되는 것은 아니다. 또한 제1 돌출부재(211), 제2 돌출부재(215), 및 제3 돌출부재(216) 중 하나 이상을 제거하거나, 또는 추가적인 돌출부재가 마련되는 것도 가능하다. 제1 돌출부재(211), 제2 돌출부재(215), 및 제3 돌출부재(216)는 제1 내용기 바디부(21)에 삽입 고정되는 화장부재(40) 또는 홀더(50)를 지지할 수 있다(도 7 참조).
제1 내용기 바디부(21)의 측면에는 외주 방향으로 연장되도록 하나 또는 다수의 제1 걸림턱(217)이 마련될 수 있다. 이 제1 걸림턱(217)에 화장부재(40) 또는 홀더(50)가 삽입 결합됨으로써, 화장부재(40) 또는 홀더(50)의 위치가 고정될 수 있다.
제1 내용기 바디부(21)의 끝단에는 하방 연장되도록 형성된 제1 플랜지부(218)가 마련될 수 있다. 이 제1 플랜지부(218)가 외용기(10)의 상측부(11)의 상측부 돌출부재(113) 및 상측부 상단걸림부재(114) 사이에 삽입 결합됨으로써, 제1 내용기(20)의 위치가 고정될 수 있다.
제1 내용기 바디부(21)의 일측면에는 연결부(23)가 일체로 마련될 수 있다. 연결부(23)는, 제1 내용기 바디부(21)와 연결되는 제1 부재(230), 제1 부재와 비슷한 형상 및 크기를 갖는 제2 부재(231), 제1 부재(230)와 제2 부재(231)의 사이에 마련되며 제1 부재(231) 및 제2 부재(231)에 비해 두께가 작거나 또는 접철라인이 마련된 제3 부재(232)를 포함하여 이루어질 수 있다. 즉, 제3 부재(232)는 홈부(233)를 포함할 수 있다. 홈부(233)는 화장품 용기(1)의 밀폐시 접철될 수 있다.
제2 부재(231)의 끝단측 하방으로 돌출부(234)가 마련되고, 이 돌출부(234)의 양측면에 각각 결합돌출부(235)가 마련될 수 있다. 이 결합돌출부(235)는 후술하는 제2 내용기(30)의 돌출턱(309)에 마련되는 결합홈(311)에 끼워맞춤 결합될 수 있다. 결합돌출부(235)와 결합홈(311)의 계합에 의해 화장품 용기(1)의 개방 및 폐쇄시 제1 내용기(20)가 연결부(23)를 개재하여 제2 내용기(30)에 대해 상대 회동이 원활히 이루어질 수 있다. 또한 화장품 용기(1)의 개방시 제1 부재(230), 제2 부재(231) 및 제3 부재(232)가 일직선 형태를 이루고, 이 상태에서 결합돌출부(235)와 결합홈(311)의 계합에 의해 제1 내용기(20)가 제2 내용기(30)의 상대 위치가 고정되므로, 일정한 개방각도를 유지할 수 있게 된다.
도 6을 참조하면, 제2 내용기(30)는 제2 내용기 바디부(31)를 포함하며, 제1 내용기(20)와 달리 연결부(23)에 대응하는 구성은 포함하지 않는다. 다만, 제1 내용기(20)와 제2 내용기(30)는 그 설치위치가 서로 변경가능하므로, 실질적으로 제2 내용기(30)에 연결부(23)가 마련되고, 제1 내용기(20)에는 연결부(23)가 마련되지 않는 것으로 보는 것도 가능하다.
연결부(23)가 마련되지 않는 것을 제외하면 제2 내용기(30)의 구성은 제1 내용기(20)의 구성과 유사하다. 제2 내용기 바디부(31)의 중앙에는 제3 편평부(300)가 마련되고, 이 제3 편평부(300)에는 상측으로 돌출 형성되는 제4 돌출부재(301)가 마련될 수 있다. 제3 편평부(300)는 짧은 양팔보 형태의 제2 결합부재(302)를 통해 제4 편평부(304)와 연결될 수 있다. 제3 편평부(300)와 제4 편평부(304)의 사이에는 제2 갭(303)이 형성될 수 있다. 이러한 구성으로 인해 외력에 의한 탄성 변형량이 커지게 된다. 즉 제2 갭(303)이 없는 경우에 비해 제2 갭(303)이 존재하는 경우, 사용자가 제3 편평부(300)를 누를 경우 제4 편평부(304)를 기준으로 움직이는 양이 커지게 된다. 따라서, 화장료를 다 사용하여 화장품 용기(1)를 버릴 경우, 사용자는 제3 편평부(300)를 누름으로써, 제2 내용기 바디부(31)에 끼워맞춤 결합된 홀더(50)를 제2 내용기(30)로부터 손쉽게 분리할 수 있고, 이로써 분리배출이 용이하게 이루어질 수 있다.
제4 편평부(304)에는 상측으로 돌출 형성되는 제5 돌출부재(305) 및 제6 돌출부재(306)가 마련될 수 있다.
제4 돌출부재(301), 제5 돌출부재(305), 및 제6 돌출부재(306)는 링 형상으로 마련될 수 있으나, 이러한 형상으로 한정되는 것은 아니다. 또한 제4 돌출부재(301), 제5 돌출부재(305), 및 제6 돌출부재(306) 중 하나 이상을 제거하거나, 또는 추가적인 돌출부재가 마련되는 것도 가능하다. 제4 돌출부재(301), 제5 돌출부재(305), 및 제6 돌출부재(306)는 제2 내용기 바디부(31)에 삽입 고정되는 화장부재(40) 또는 홀더(50)를 지지할 수 있다(도 7 참조).
제2 내용기 바디부(31)의 측면에는 외주 방향으로 연장되도록 하나 또는 다수의 제2 걸림턱(307)이 마련될 수 있다. 이 제2 걸림턱(307)에 화장부재(40) 또는 홀더(50)가 삽입 결합됨으로써, 화장부재(40) 또는 홀더(50)의 위치가 고정될 수 있다.
제2 내용기 바디부(31)의 끝단에는 하방 연장되도록 형성된 제2 플랜지부(308)가 마련될 수 있다. 이 제2 플랜지부(308)가 외용기(10)의 하측부(13)의 하측부 돌출부재(133) 및 하측부 상단걸림부재(134) 사이에 삽입 결합됨으로써, 제2 내용기(30)의 위치가 고정될 수 있다.
제2 내용기 바디부(31)의 일측면에는 서로 마주보는 형태의 한 쌍의 돌출턱(309)이 마련될 수 있다. 이에 따라 한 쌍의 돌출턱(309) 사이에 중공부(310)가 형성되고, 이 중공부(310)를 통해 제1 내용기(20)의 연결부(23)가 제2 내용기(30)에 회동가능하게 결합될 수 있다.
한 쌍의 돌출턱(309)에는 각각 결합홈(311)이 마련되고, 이 결합홈(311)에는 전술한 연결부(23)의 결합돌출부(235)가 분리가능하게, 그리고 회동가능하게 끼워맞춤 결합될 수 있다.
이와 달리, 제2 내용기(30)의 돌출턱(309)에 결합돌출부가 마련되고, 제1 내용기(20)의 연결부(23)에 결합홈이 마련되어, 이들 결합돌출부 및 결합홈이 결합되는 것도 가능하다.
다음으로, 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 대해 설명하기로 한다. 도 8은 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기를 나타낸 사시도, 도 9는 도 8의 화장품 용기의 부분 분해사시도이다. 앞의 실시예와 동일한 구성에 대해서는 동일한 도면부호를 부여하였으며, 이에 대한 중복되는 설명은 생략하기로 한다.
도 8에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기(1)는 외용기(10), 제2 내용기(30), 화장부재(40), 화장료 홀더(50)를 포함한다. 앞선 실시예의 제1 내용기(20)에 대한 설명이나 도시는 생략하기로 한다.
여기에 더해, 화장품 용기(1)는 화장부재 커버(60)를 더 포함할 수 있다. 화장부재 커버(60)는 화장부재(40)의 측단의 전부 또는 일부를 고정시킬 수 있다. 이를 위해 예컨대, 화장부재 커버(60)는 링 형상으로 마련될 수 있다(도 9 참조).
또한 화장부재 커버(60)는 착탈가능하게 마련될 수 있다. 화장부재(40)는 거울일 수 있는데, 이러한 거울이 화장품 용기(1)에 부착 또는 결합되어 있는 경우, 화장품 용기의 폐기나 재활용에 어려움이 많다. 본 실시예에서는 착탈가능한 형태의 화장부재 커버(60)가 마련되어 화장품 용기(1)로부터 화장부재(40)를 용이하게 제거할 수 있다.
도 9를 참조하면, 화장부재 커버(60)에는 내측으로 돌출 형성된 파지부(61)가 마련될 수 있다. 사용자는 파지부(61)를 이용하여 화장부재 커버(60)를 손쉽게 착탈할 수 있다.
외용기(10)의 상측부(11)의 내측에는 화장부재 커버 고정용 오목부(116)와 화장부재 고정용 돌출부(117)가 마련될 수 있다. 화장부재(40)는 상측부(11)의 화장부재 고정용 돌출부(117) 상에 안착될 수 있다. 이 상태에서 화장부재 커버(60)의 외측에 마련된 계합돌출부(62)가 상측부(11)의 화장부재 커버 고정용 오목부(116)에 결합됨으로써, 화장부재 커버(60)는 화장부재(40)를 상측부(11)에 안정적으로 고정시킬 수 있다.
한편, 화장부재 커버(60)에 대응하는 부재가 외용기(10)의 하측부(13)에 마련되는 것도 가능하다. 즉, 도 8에 도시된 바와 같이 제2 내용기(30)가 화장료 홀더(50)를 착탈가능하게 고정하는 커버, 즉 화장료 홀더 커버로서 기능할 수 있다. 이러한 화장료 홀더 커버는 전술한 화장부재 커버(60)와 그 기능이나 형상이 유사할 수 있다. 화장부재 커버(60)나 화장료 홀더 커버에는 사용자가 화장부재(40) 또는 화장료 홀더(50)를 손쉽게 착탈할 수 있도록 돌출된 형태의 파지부 또는 오목한 형태의 파지부가 구비될 수 있다.
또한, 이러한 형태의 화장료 홀더 커버는 제2 내용기(30)와 별개의 부재로서 구비되는 것도 가능하다.
이상의 설명에서 화장부재 커버(60)가 상측부(11) 측에 마련되는 것으로 설명하였으나, 이와 달리 화장부재(40) 및 화장부재 커버(60)가 하측부(13)에 마련되는 것도 가능하다.
또한 앞선 실시예들에서 도시하지는 않았으나, 화장료 홀더(50)의 상측에는 화장료를 보호하고 수분이나 유분의 증발을 맏기 위한 박막필름 또는 보호커버가 구비될 수 있다. 또한, 외용기(10)에 별도의 홀더부재가 힌지 또는 기타 결합부를 통해 결합될 수 있으며, 이 홀더부재는 보호커버 또는 화장부재의 홀더 역할을 할 수 있다. 이러한 홀더부재는 착탈가능하게 결합될 수도 있다.
이상 설명한 바와 같이, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기(1)에서는 간단하고 제조가 용이한 구조로 화장품 용기(1)의 개방시 개방각도를 일정하게 유지할 수 있게 된다. 또한 사용성이 개선되고 분리배출이 용이하다. 예컨대, 유리(거울) 소재의 화장부재(40), 금속 소재의 화장료 홀더(50) 또는 수지 소재이나 화장료 잔량이 남아 있어 별도 배출해야 하는 화장료 홀더(50), 수지 소재의 외용기(10), 제1 내용기(20), 제2 내용기(30)를 각각 별도로 분리하여 배출하는 것이 용이하다.
전술한 본 발명의 설명은 예시를 위한 것이며, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자는 본 발명의 기술적 사상이나 필수적인 특징을 변경하지 않고서 다른 구체적인 형태로 쉽게 변형이 가능하다는 것을 이해할 수 있을 것이다. 그러므로 이상에서 기술한 실시예들은 모든 면에서 예시적인 것이며 한정적이 아닌 것으로 이해해야만 한다. 예를 들어, 단일형으로 설명되어 있는 각 구성 요소는 분산되어 실시될 수도 있으며, 마찬가지로 분산된 것으로 설명되어 있는 구성 요소들도 결합된 형태로 실시될 수 있다.
본 발명의 범위는 후술하는 특허청구범위에 의하여 나타내어지며, 특허청구범위의 의미 및 범위 그리고 그 균등 개념으로부터 도출되는 모든 변경 또는 변형된 형태가 본 발명의 범위에 포함되는 것으로 해석되어야 한다.

Claims (7)

  1. 화장료 또는 화장도구를 보관할 수 있는 힌지리스 화장품 용기로서,
    용기의 외형을 형성하며, 상측부 및 하측부가 연성의 접철부에 의해 일체로 연결된 외용기와,
    상기 외용기의 상측부 및 하측부 중 어느 하나에 결합되는 제1 내용기와,
    상기 외용기의 상측부 및 하측부 중 나머지 하나에 결합되는 제2 내용기를 포함하며,
    상기 제1 내용기는, 제1 내용기 바디부와, 상기 제1 내용기 바디부의 일측에 일체로 마련되는 연결부를 구비하며,
    상기 제2 내용기는 제2 내용기 바디부를 구비하며, 상기 제2 내용기 바디부의 일측에 중공부가 형성되며,
    상기 연결부는 상기 중공부를 통해 상기 제2 내용기에 회동가능하게 결합되며, 화장품 용기의 개방시 상기 상측부와 하측부가 이루는 개방각도는 상기 연결부 및 접철부에 의해 일정하게 유지될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는,
    힌지리스 화장품 용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 내용기 및 제2 내용기 중 어느 하나에 분리가능하도록 끼워맞춤 결합되는 화장료 홀더를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
    힌지리스 화장품 용기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 내용기 및 제2 내용기 중 나머지 하나에 분리가능하도록 끼워맞춤 결합되는 화장부재를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
    힌지리스 화장품 용기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 연결부의 중앙에 홈부가 마련되며, 화장품 용기의 밀폐시 상기 홈부가 접철되는 것을 특징으로 하는,
    힌지리스 화장품 용기.
  5. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 화장부재의 측단의 전부 또는 일부를 고정시키는 착탈가능한 화장부재 커버를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
    힌지리스 화장품 용기.
  6. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 화장부재는 거울인 것을 특징으로 하는,
    힌지리스 화장품 용기.
  7. 제5항에 있어서,
    상기 화장부재 커버에는 내측으로 돌출 형성된 파지부가 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는,
    힌지리스 화장품 용기.
