- 청구항 5에 있어서,고정링에 형성된 상기 스토퍼가 용기 본체의 스토퍼에 걸린 상태에서 마개의 자유후진회전을 방지하기 위하여 용기 본체 또는 고정링 중 어느 일측의 스토퍼에 인접하여 타측 스토퍼를 임시로 잡아주는 홀더가 스토퍼에 비하여 낮게 돌출형성됨을 특징으로 하는 마개 분실 및 공회전 방지 용기.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 고정링의 하방에 용기 본체에 형성되는 걸림턱에 걸려 상향 이동이 저지되는 서브고정링이 추가 형성되며, 상기 고정링과 서브고정링 사이에 마개 개방시 절단되는 브릿지가 하나 이상 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 마개 분실 및 공회전 방지 용기.
- 용기 본체로부터 이탈이 방지되는 고정링, 용기 본체를 개폐하며 내주면에 나사부가 형성된 마개본체부. 상기 고정링과 마개본체부를 연결하는 힌지부 및 마개본체부와 고정링 사이에 형성되며 마개 개방시 절단되는 복수의 브릿지가 구비되고,상기 고정링에는 힌지부 하방을 중심으로 하는 고정링 둘레의 설정 구간에 마개 개방시 마개본체부에 대한 연결길이 연장을 위한 절개선이 형성되며,상기 힌지부는 마개본체부로부터 고정링 쪽으로 연장형성되고 고정링과 이격되며 마개 개방시 내측으로 인입되어 개방상태를 고정하기 위한 버팀대와 상기 버팀대 양측으로 버팀대와 이격형성되며 마개본체부와 고정링을 연결하는 연결자로 구성되고,상기 고정링은 내주면에 복수의 지지날개가 형성되되, 힌지부의 상기 버팀대에 인접하는 것은 연장형성되어 용기 본체에 장착시 수직방향으로 세워지고 마개 개방시 상기 버팀대를 탄력적으로 받혀 주기 위한 쿠션패드로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 마개 분실 및 공회전 방지 용기.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,상기 쿠션패드는 버팀대에 대한 받침 탄성력을 강화하기 위한 볼록굴곡부가 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 마개 분실 및 공회전 방지 용기.
