이러한 화장품의 내용물은 다양하게 제조되는데, 특히 콤팩트 내부에 수납되는 내용물은 수분이나 휘발성 물질이 함유된 고체상태의 분말로 제조된다.

하지만, 이와 같은 종래의 화장품 케이스는 사용 초기에는 내부커버(40)에 의해 내부용기(30)가 효과적으로 기밀 유지되었으나, 내부용기(30)가 내부커버(40)에 의해 지속적으로 가압됨에 따라 내부용기(30)의 탄성력이 저하되어 내부커버(40)에 의해 가압되는 부분의 형상이 영구 변형되고, 이로 인해 내부용기(30)의 기밀성이 점차 저하되는 문제가 있었다.

도 2 및 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 화장품 케이스는 내부에 화장품의 내용물(210)이 수납되는 하부케이스(200)와, 하부케이스(200)의 상면에 회전가능하게 힌지 결합된 내부커버(220)와, 하부케이스(200)에 회전가능하게 힌지 결합되어 하부케이스(200)를 개폐시키는 상부케이스(100)를 포함한다.
상기 하부케이스(200)는 그 내부에 화장품의 내용물(210)이 수납되지만, 화장품의 내용물(210)을 수납되는 수납공간을 갖는 별도의 내부용기(미도시)가 설치될 수도 있다. 이와 같이 내부용기가 설치된 경우에는 하부케이스(200)가 이중용기의 형태로 형성된다. 한편, 상기 하부케이스(200)는 그 내부가 화장품 내용물(210)을 수납하기 위해 함몰된 형태로 형성되고, 상면에는 내용물(210)을 보호하기 위한 내부커버(220)가 안착 설치되며, 상부의 내주면(201)은 내부커버(220)의 외주면(221)이 면밀착된다.
상기 내부커버(220)는 상면에 분첩(230)을 수용할 수 있도록 그 중앙부가 함몰되고, 가장자리 부위는 위로 돌출되었다가 다시 수직하게 절곡 형성된다. 이와 같은 내부커버(220)는 하부케이스(200)의 상부 내주면(201)에 힌지 결합된다. 여기서, 상기 상부 내주면(201)은 후술될 하부 내주면(202)보다 큰 직경을 갖는다. 따라서, 상기 내부커버(220)는 하부케이스(200)에서 회전되면서 하부케이스(200)를 개폐시키게 된다. 그리고, 상기 내부커버(220)의 상면에는 분첩(230)이 수납된다. 한편, 상기와 같은 내부커버(220)는 그 외주면(221)에 후술될 하기의 실시예에서와 같이 실링부재(240)가 별도로 더 구성될 수도 있다.
또한, 상기 내부커버(220)의 상부에는 상부케이스(100)가 설치되는 바, 상기 상부케이스(100)는 그 일측이 하부케이스(200)에 힌지 결합되어, 회전되면서 하부케이스(200)를 개폐시키게 된다. 그리고, 상기 내부커버(220)에 대향되는 상부케이스(100)의 내측면에는 하부케이스(200)의 내부로 삽입되는 돌출부(110)가 돌출 형성되고, 돌출부(110)의 하면에는 거울(120)이 장착되어 설치된다.
특히, 상기 돌출부(110)의 외주면(111)에는 고무재질의 O링으로 형성된 실링부재(130)가 설치된다. 따라서, 도 3에서와 같이, 상부케이스(100)를 하부케이스(200)에 닫으면 실링부재(130)가 상부케이스(100)의 돌출부(110) 외주면(111)과 하부케이스(200)의 상부 내주면(201) 사이에서 가압되어 면접촉됨으로써 화장품 케이스의 밀폐력을 극대화할 수 있게 된다.
게다가, 도 3에서와 같이, 닫힌 상부케이스(100)와 내부커버(220) 및 하부케이스(200)가 이루는 경계면(공기가 통할 수 있는 유로)은 다단의 결합구조로 형성되고, 이러한 경계면 중에서 상부케이스(100)의 돌출부(110)와 하부케이스(200)가 이루는 내,외주면(111)(201) 사이에 실링부재(130)가 구비됨으로써 완벽한 기밀성을 유지할 수 있게 된다. 특히, 이러한 기밀효과는 실링부재(130)가 설치된 상부케이스(100)의 돌출부(110)가 하부케이스(200)에 삽입되기만 하면 발휘된다.
따라서, 이와 같이 설치된 실링부재(130)에 의해서 상,하부케이스(100)(200) 사이에 기밀이 견고히 유지되므로 화장품 내용물(210)의 수분증발을 사전에 방지할 수 있고, 이로 인해 내용물(210)의 변질이나 크랙 등과 같은 변형이 방지되어 장기간 보존할 수 있게 된다.
한편, 도 4는 본 발명에 따른 화장품 케이스의 제 2 실시예로서, 본 실시예를 설명하기에 앞서, 전술한 실시예와 동일한 부분에 대해서는 동일한 부호를 부여하고, 중복되는 설명한다.
본 실시예의 화장품 케이스는 전술한 실시예와는 달리 실링부재(240)가 상부케이스(100)에 구성되지 않고 내부커버(220)에만 구성된 것을 일례로 예시하였으나, 상부케이스(100)와 내부커버(220) 양쪽 모두에 실링부재(130)(240)가 설치될 수도 있다.
즉, 본 실시예의 화장품 케이스는 하부케이스(200)의 내부로 삽입되는 내부커버(220)의 외주면(221)에 실링부재(240)가 설치되고, 상기 실링부재(240)는 전술한 실시예의 실링부재(130)와 마찬가지로 고무재질의 O링으로 형성되어, 내부커버(220)를 하부케이스(200)에 닫으면 실링부재(240)가 내부커버(220)의 외주면(221)과 하부케이스(200)의 하부 내주면(202) 사이에서 가압되어 면접촉됨으로써 밀폐력이 극대화된다.
*특히, 본 발명에서는 내부커버(220)가 외력이나 열에 의해 변형되어도 내부커버(220)를 하부케이스(200)에 닫아 내부커버(220)의 외주면(221)이 하부케이스(200)의 하부 내주면(202)에 접하게 되면 그 사이에서 실링부재(240)가 가압되어 눌림으로써 실링부재(240)의 면접촉으로 인해 내부커버(220)와 하부케이스(200) 사이의 기밀성이 견고하게 된다.
따라서, 본 실시예에서도 상기와 같이 설치된 실링부재(240)에 의해서 내부커버(220)와 하부케이스(200) 사이에 기밀이 견고히 유지되므로 화장품 내용물(210)의 수분증발을 사전에 방지할 수 있고, 이로 인해 내용물(210)의 변질이나 크랙 등과 같은 변형이 방지되어 장기간 보존할 수 있게 된다.
한편, 상기와 같이 실링부재(240)를 갖는 내부커버(220)를 전술한 실시예에서와 같이 실링부재(130)를 갖는 상부케이스(100)와 같이 구성하면, 화장품 케이스의 밀폐력을 배가시킬 수 있고, 이로 인해 화장품 케이스의 기밀성을 더욱 견고하게 향상시킬 수 있게 된다.
도 5 내지 도 8은 본 발명에 따른 화장품 케이스의 제 3 실시예로서, 전술한 실시예와 동일한 부분에 대해서는 동일한 부호를 부여하고, 중복되는 설명은 생략한다.
본 실시예의 화장품 케이스는 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 그 내부에 화장품의 내용물(210)이 수납되는 하부케이스(200)와, 하부케이스(200)에 회전가능하게 결합되어 하부케이스(200)를 개폐시킴과 아울러 후술될 내부용기(300)와 내부커버(400)를 덮는 상부케이스(100)를 포함한다.
그리고, 본 실시예에서는 전술한 실시예와는 달리 내부용기(300)와 내부커버(400)를 더 포함한다.
상기 하부케이스(200)는 전술한 실시예처럼 그 내부에 화장품의 내용물(210)이 직접 수납될 수도 있으나, 본 실시예에서는 화장품의 내용물(210)을 수납하는 별도의 내부용기(300)가 하부케이스(200) 내부에 삽입되어 설치된다.
한편, 하기에서 설명된 내부용기(300)의 구성들은 하부케이스(200)에 내부용기(300)가 구성되지 않는 경우에는 하부케이스(200)에 직접 구성될 수도 있다.
상기 내부용기(300)에는 그 상면에 회전가능하게 결합되어 힌지부(420)를 축으로 회전되면서 내부용기(300)를 개폐시키는 내부커버(400)가 구비된다.
그리고, 상기 내부용기(300)는 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이, 내주면(303) 상단부에 내부커버(400)가 안착되어 걸림되는 안착턱(301)이 단차져 형성되고, 상기 안착턱(301) 상부의 내주면(303)에는 걸림턱(302)이 내부용기(300)의 내측으로 완만하게 돌출 형성된다.
상기 내부커버(400)는 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이, 상면에 분첩(미도시)을 수용할 수 있도록 그 중앙부가 함몰된 수용부(410)가 형성되고, 상기 수용부(410)의 외주면(411)은 내부용기(300) 내부로 삽입되어 내부용기(300)의 내주면(303)과 접한다.
그리고, 상기 수용부(410)의 외주면(411) 하단부에는 후술될 실링부재(500)가 일체로 형성되고, 상기 수용부(410)의 외주면(411)에는 내부용기(300)의 걸림턱(302)과 결합되어 걸림되는 걸림턱(412)이 완만하게 돌출 형성된다.
또한, 상기 내부커버(400)의 일측에는 내부용기(300)와 회전가능하게 결합된 힌지부(420)로 형성되고, 타측에는 사용자가 내부커버(400)를 용이하게 잡아 회전시킬 수 있도록 돌출된 손잡이부(430)로 형성된다.
따라서, 상기 내부커버(400)는 내부용기(300) 상에서 회전되면서 내부용기(300)를 개폐시키게 된다.
또한, 상기 내부커버(400)의 상부에는 상부케이스(100)가 설치되는 바, 상기 상부케이스(100)는 그 일측이 하부케이스(200)에 회전가능하게 결합되어, 회전되면서 하부케이스(200)를 개폐시키게 된다.
여기서, 상기 상부케이스(100)는 내부용기(300)에 회전가능하게 결합될 수도 있으나, 하부케이스(200)에 회전가능하게 결합되는 것이 구조적으로 보다 안정적이고 바람직하다.
그리고, 상기 내부커버(400)에 대향되는 상부케이스(100)의 내측면에는 거울(120)이 설치된다.
상기 실링부재(500)는 도 6 및 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이, 내부커버(400)의 수용부(410) 외주면(411) 하단부에 원주방향을 따라 일체로 형성되고, 통상적인 고무재질로서 신축성 및 탄력을 갖는다.
따라서, 상기 실링부재(500)는 내부커버(400)와 내부용기(300) 사이에서 가압 변형되어 내부커버(400)와 내부용기(300)에 면접촉됨으로써 우수한 기밀성을 갖는다.
특히, 상기 실링부재(500)의 외측면에는 내부용기(300)의 내주면(303)과 보다 견고히 면접촉되기 위한 돌출부(510)가 완만하게 돌출 형성된다.
한편, 상기 실링부재(500)는 내부커버(400)의 성형 시 동시에 사출 성형될 수 있고, 또는 성형된 내부커버(400)에 후작업으로 사출 성형될 수도 있다.
따라서, 상기와 같이 내부커버(400)의 수용부(410) 외주면(411)에 형성된 실링부재(500)는 항상 내부커버(400)와 같이 일체로 작동됨으로써 도 7에서와 같이, 내부커버(400)의 개폐 시 내부커버(400)로부터 실링부재(500)의 분리 및 이탈을 방지할 수 있고, 실링부재(500)가 항상 내부용기(300)에 내주면(303)에 정위치로 접하므로 견고한 기밀성을 유지할 수 있게 된다.
또한, 이와 같은 실링부재(500)는 내부커버(400)와 내부용기(300) 사이에서 가압되어 면접촉된 상태로 눌림으로써 밀폐력이 극대화되어 견고한 기밀성을 유지할 수 있게 되므로 화장품 내용물(210)의 수분증발을 방지할 수 있고, 이로 인해 내용물(210)의 변질이나 크랙 등과 같은 변형이 방지되어 장기간 보존할 수 있게 된다.
한편, 도 8은 실링부재의 다른 실시예로서, 전술한 제 3 실시예와 동일한 부분에 대해서는 동일한 부호를 부여하고, 중복되는 설명은 생략한다.
따라서, 본 실시예에서는 하부케이스(200)와, 내부용기(300), 내부커버(400), 상부케이스(100)의 설명은 전술한 제 3 실시예의 설명으로 갈음하고, 제 3 실시예와 다른 실링부재(600)에 대해서만 설명키로 한다.
본 실시예의 실링부재(600)는 도 8에 도시된 바와 같이, 내부커버(400)의 외주면(411) 하단부에 경사진 형태로 일체로 형성된다. 특히, 상기 실링부재(600)는 내부커버(400)의 외주면(411)과 대응한 각도로 경사지게 형성됨이 바람직하다.
따라서, 상기와 같이 형성된 실링부재(600)는 내부커버(400)를 내부용기(300)에 닫았을 때 실링부재(600)의 외주면이 내부용기(300)의 내주면(303)에 선접촉된 상태로 접하여 기밀을 유지하게 된다.

Claims (4)

  1. 화장품 내용물이 수납되는 하부케이스와, 하부케이스에 결합되는 내부커버와, 하부케이스에 결합되어 개폐되는 상부케이스를 포함하는 화장품 케이스에 있어서,
    상기 하부케이스의 내주면과 접하는 내부커버의 외주면에 실링부재가 설치되어 상기 내부커버와 하부케이스를 실링하는 화장품 케이스.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 실링부재는 내부커버의 외주면에 착탈가능하게 설치되거나 또는 일체로 형성되고, 그 외측면에는 하부케이스와의 접촉면적을 극대화하는 돌출부가 돌출 형성되는 화장품 케이스.
  3. 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
    상기 내부커버의 외주면에는 걸림턱이 돌출 형성되고, 이에 대응한 상기 하부케이스의 내주면에는 내부커버의 걸림턱과 걸림되는 걸림턱이 돌출 형성되는 화장품 케이스.
  4. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 하부케이스의 내주면과 접하는 상부케이스의 외주면에 실링부재가 착탈가능하게 설치되거나 또는 일체로 형성되어 상기 상부케이스와 하부케이스를 실링하는 화장품 케이스.
