- 디스플레이(110);사용자의 손목에 착용되어 상기 디스플레이(110)를 사용자의 손목에 고정시키는 밴드(120);상부는 상기 디스플레이(110)의 하면과 결속되고, 하부는 상기 밴드(120) 내부의 베이스(131)에 결속되어 디스플레이(110)를 지지하는 디스플레이 지지구(130);를 구비하되,상기 밴드(120)에는 홈 형태의 디스플레이 안착부(121);가 형성되고,상기 디스플레이(110)는 플렉시블 디스플레이로서 고정수단을 통해 디스플레이(110)가 밴드(120)의 곡률과 동일한 곡률로 휜 상태로 상기 디스플레이 안착부(121)에 삽입 고정되도록 구성되되,상기 고정수단은, 상기 디스플레이 안착부(121) 양 측단에 내부로 돌출된 디스플레이 고정 걸림 턱(122); 상기 디스플레이(110)의 양 측단에 형성되어 상기 디스플레이 고정 걸림턱(122)이 삽입되는 걸림홈(111); 및 상기 디스플레이(110)의 걸림홈(111)에 삽입된 디스플레이 고정 걸림턱(122)을 탈루시키는 디스플레이 언락버튼(125);을 포함하는 손목 시계형 스마트 단말기.
- 디스플레이(110);사용자의 손목에 착용되어 상기 디스플레이(110)를 사용자의 손목에 고정시키는 밴드(120);상부는 상기 디스플레이(110)의 하면과 결속되고, 하부는 상기 밴드(120) 내부의 베이스(131)에 결속되어 디스플레이(110)를 지지하는 디스플레이 지지구(130);를 포함하되,상기 밴드(120)에는 홈 형태로 디스플레이 안착부(121)가 형성되고,상기 디스플레이(110)는 플렉시블 디스플레이로서, 저면에 하나 이상의 탄성 힌지(112)가 구비되어 소정 각도로 구부러진 채, 고정수단을 통해 상기 디스플레이 안착부(121)에 삽입 고정되게끔 구성된 손목 시계형 스마트 단말기.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 고정수단은,디스플레이 안착부(121) 양 측단에 내부로 돌출된 디스플레이 고정 걸림턱(122);디스플레이(110)의 양 측단에 형성되어 상기 디스플레이 고정 걸림턱(122)이 삽입되는 걸림홈(111); 및상기 디스플레이(110)의 걸림홈(111)에 삽입된 디스플레이 고정 걸림턱(122)을 탈루시키는 디스플레이 언락버튼(125);으로 구성된 손목 시계형 스마트 단말기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 디스플레이 지지구(130)는,원통 형태이고, 하부는 상기 베이스(131)에 결속되며, 상면에 제2홀더(135)가 승강하는 홀이 구비된 제1홀더(132);상단은 디스플레이(110)와 결속되고, 상기 제1홀더(132) 내부에 삽입되어 상기 제1홀더(132)의 상면에 형성된 홀을 통해 승강하는 제2홀더(135);상기 제2홀더(135) 하부에 위치하면서 제1홀더(132)에 지지되어 제2홀더(135)를 탄력 지지하는 스프링(139); 및상기 제2홀더(135)의 외면에 소정 간격마다 방사상으로 돌출 형성된 고정 걸림대(138);로 구성됨으로써,제2홀더(135)가 상승하였을 때 밴드(120)의 가이드부(123) 내면에 소정 간격으로 연속 형성된 삽입홈(127)에 상기 제2홀더(135)의 고정 걸림대(138)가 삽입되어 제2홀더(135) 상단과 결속된 디스플레이(110)의 운동을 구속하고,역으로 제2홀더(135)가 하강하였을 때 제2홀더(135)의 고정 걸림대(138)가 밴드(120)의 가이드부(123) 내면 좌우 양측에 소정 간격으로 연속 형성된 삽입홈(127)에서 탈루됨으로써 디스플레이(110)의 운동 구속이 해제되어 디스플레이(110)가 밴드(120)의 가이드부(123)를 따라 슬라이딩 이동되거나 회전할 수 있도록 구성된 손목 시계형 스마트 단말기.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 제2홀더(135)의 하단 외부둘레에 장착된 디스크 상면에 방사상으로 소정 간격마다 상향돌출의 제2톱니기어(137)가 구비된 제2디스크(136)가 형성되고,상기 제1홀더(132)의 상단커버 내측 가장자리 둘레에 장착된 디스크 하면에 방사상으로 소정 간격마다 하향 돌출의 제1톱니기어(134)가 구비된 제1디스크(133)가 형성되어,제2홀더(135)가 상승하였을 때 상기 제1디스크(133)와 제2디스크(136)의 체결에 따른 상호간섭동작으로 제2홀더(135)와 결속된 디스플레이(110)의 회전 운동이 구속통제되며, 역으로 제2홀더(135)가 하강하였을 때는 상기 제1디스크(133)와 제2디스크(136)가 분리되면서 제2홀더(135)와 결속된 디스플레이(110)가 회전될 수 있도록 구성된 손목 시계형 스마트 단말기.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 밴드(120)에는 로드 수납부(126)가 형성되고,단부에 이어 스피커(129)가 구비되며, 서로 내경이 다른 다단의 로드로 형성되어 한편 일 측의 로드는 인접한 상대편 타 측의 로드 내부로 삽입되면서 길이 조절이 가능한 로드(128)로 형성되어 상기 로드(128)가 로드 수납부(126)에 수납됨으로써, 사용자가 통화할 때는 로드(128)를 인출하여 이어 스피커(129)가 인체의 귀 부근에서 동작 가능하도록 구성된 손목 시계형 스마트 단말기.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 밴드(120)의 내부에는 자동 줄 감개가 형성되고, 상기 자동 줄 감개의 단부에 이어 스피커(129)와 연결된 이어폰 줄이 감기도록 구성됨으로써,통화시에는 이어 스피커를 인출하여 귀에 착용하면 밴드(120) 내부에 감긴 이어폰 줄이 풀리고, 통화종료로 이어 스피커(129)를 귀에서 탈착시키면 자동으로 이어폰 줄이 밴드(120) 내부에 다시 감기도록 구성된 손목 시계형 스마트 단말기.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 제2홀더(135) 하부에 위치한 스프링(139)의 하단은 제1홀더(132) 또는 베이스(131)에 결속되고, 스프링(139)의 상단은 제2홀더(135)에 결속됨으로써,제2홀더(135)가 상승할 때 스프링(139)의 토션에 의해 제2홀더(135)가 소정의 각도로 회전하면서 상승 되게 하여 제2홀더(135)의 상단과 결속된 디스플레이(110)도 동시에 상기의 각도로 회전되도록 구성된 손목 시계형 스마트 단말기.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 제2홀더(135)의 하단 외부둘레에 장착된 디스크 상면에 상향 돌출의 제2스토퍼(141)가 구비된 제2디스크(136)가 형성되고,상기 제1홀더(132)의 상단커버 내측 가장자리 둘레에 장착된 디스크 하면에 하향 돌출의 제1스토퍼(140)가 구비된 제1디스크(133)가 형성되어,제2홀더(135)가 상승할 때 스프링(139)의 토션에 의해 제2홀더(135)가 회전하면서 상승하여 제1디스크(133)의 제1스토퍼(140)와 제2디스크(136)의 제2스토퍼(141)의 슬라이딩 회전동작에 의한 체결로 디스플레이(110)의 회전운동이 목표된 소정의 각 변 위에서 구속되게 구성된 손목 시계형 스마트 단말기.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 베이스(131) 또는 디스플레이 지지구(130)에 인장력 작용수단의 일 측을 체결하고, 상기 인장력 작용수단의 타 측은 가이드부(123) 내부의 양 측단 중 어느 한 측에 고정시킴으로써,제2홀더(135)가 상승할 때 디스플레이 지지구(130)를 가이드부(123)를 따라 슬라이딩 동작 되도록 구성한 손목 시계형 스마트 단말기.
