이러한 휴대폰의 기능은 향후 더욱 발전할 것이 기대되어, 이제 휴대폰은 현대인에게 잠시도 손에서 떼어놓기 어려운 필수품으로 자리메김되고 있다.

본 발명의 휴대폰 안전 지지 장치는,
휴대폰 또는 휴대폰 케이스(1)의 후측면 중심부에 밴드삽입공(3)이 1개 이상 형성되고,
상기 밴드삽입공(3)에는 탄성 또는 비탄성의 직물이나 합성수지, 고무 또는 금속성의 끈이나 사슬 또는 소폭의 띠 형태로 형성된 밴드(5)(이하 밴드라 칭함)가 끼워지며,
다시 상기 밴드(5)에는 링(6) 또는 여러 형태와 색상 및 재질의 연결고리(7)와 연결줄(8) 및 각종 공예품과 외장메모리, 무선이어폰 케이스 등의 악세사리(9)가 1개 이상 선택적으로 착탈 가능하게 연결되어,
사용자가 밴드(5) 또는 링(6)에 손가락을 끼운 상태에서 휴대폰을 안전하게 휴대 및 사용할 수 있게 되어 있고,
사용자의 기호에 따라 이들 밴드(5)와 연결고리(7), 연결줄(8) 및 악세사리(9)를 임의로 교체하여 자신만의 미적 감각을 개성적으로 미려하게 연출할 수 있게 구성되어 있다.
그리고 상기 밴드삽입공(3)은 휴대폰 또는 휴대폰 케이스(1)의 후측면 중심부에 사출 성형시 동시에 형성하거나, 또는 밴드삽입공(3)을 별도의 밴드지지판(11)에 형성한 뒤, 휴대폰 또는 휴대폰 케이스(1)의 후측면 중심부에 지지판삽입공(13)을 형성하여, 그 내부에 밴드지지판(11)을 삽입한 상태로 형성할 수 있고,
이 지지판삽입공(13)과 밴드지지판(11)은 결합시, 상호 부합되는 상태의 어떠한 형태로도 가능하게 제작되어, 상호 밀착 고정되거나, 또는 분리되어 지지판삽입공(13)과 밴드지지판(11)을 원형으로 형성할 경우,
밴드지지판(11)이 지지판삽입공(13)의 내주면을 따라 회전할 수 있게 하여, 휴대폰 사용시, 밴드지지판(11)의 밴드삽입공(3)에 삽입된 밴드(5)가 감기거나 꼬임없이 보다 원활하게 작동할 수 있게 되어 있으며,
지지판삽입공(13)의 내주연부에 보조링(14)을 추가로 삽입하여, 밴드지지판(11)과의 마찰력을 감소시켜 밴드지지판(11)이 보다 원활하게 회전할 수 있게 하는 것도 가능하다.
그리고 상기 밴드지지판(11)은 밴드지지판(11) 또는 지지판삽입공(13)에 형성된 걸림턱(15)에 의하여 지지판삽입공(3)의 외부로 이탈하지 않게 장착되어 있다.
이밖에도 상기 밴드지지판(11)은 휴대폰 또는 휴대폰 케이스(1)의 후측면 중심부에 부착된 지지판케이스(17)의 지지판삽입공(13') 내부에 삽입 설치할 수도 있다.
아울러 상기 지지판삽입공(13)은 휴대폰 또는 휴대폰 케이스(1)의 사출 성형시 동시에 형성할 수 있고,
이미 성형된 휴대폰 또는 휴대폰 케이스(1)의 중심부에 프레스 또는 절삭 가공 등을 통하여 형성할 수 있어, 지지판삽입공(13)이 형성된 휴대폰 또는 휴대폰 케이스 금형을 휴대폰 기종에 따라 개별적으로 별도 제작해야 하는 부담에서 벗어날 수 있게 된다.
한편, 상기 밴드삽입공(3)을 밴드지지판(11)에 형성할 경우, 밴드지지판(11)의 외측부에 복수개로 서로 대향되게 형성할 수 있고,
상기 밴드삽입공(3)과 밴드삽입공(3) 간의 밴드지지판(11) 내측면에는 밴드 삽입 요구(17)가 형성되어, 밴드 삽입공(3)에 삽입된 끈이나 사슬 또는 소폭의 띠 형태의 밴드(5)가 밴드삽입요구(17) 내부에 안착된 상태로 삽입되어 있다.
또한 상기 밴드삽입공(3)에는 협지부(19)가 선택적으로 구비된 개구부(21)가 형성되어, 밴드삽입공(3)에 삽입되는 밴드(5)가 개구부(21)를 통하여 용이하게 삽입될 수 있게 하는 한편, 삽입된 후에는 협지부(19)에 의하여 쉽게 외부로 이탈되지 않게 되어 있다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 발명의 휴대폰 안전 지지 장치는,
도 1 에 도시된 바와 같이, 휴대폰 또는 휴대폰 케이스(1)의 후측면 중심부에 형성된 1개 또는 복수개로 형성된 밴드삽입공(3)에 탄성 또는 비탄성의 직물이나 합성수지, 고무 또는 금속성의 끈이나 사슬 또는 소폭의 띠 형태로 형성된 밴드(5)가 끼워져,
휴대폰 사용 또는 사진 촬영시, 휴대폰 또는 휴대폰 케이스(1)의 후측면 중심부에 구비된 밴드(5) 내부에 두번째 또는 세번째 손가락을 끼운 상태에서, 휴대폰 또는 휴대폰 케이스(1)를 손으로 잡거나 손바닥 위에 올려 놓으면,
밴드(5)에 의해 휴대폰 또는 휴대폰 케이스(1)가 손에서 임의로 분리되는 일이 없게 됨으로써, 한 곳에 머물러 있을 때는 물론이고, 길을 걸어가면서 휴대폰을 손에서 떨어뜨릴 염려가 전혀 없어져, 휴대폰을 보다 안심하고 사용할 수 있게 되고,
밴드(5)가 휴대폰 또는 휴대폰 케이스(1)의 후측면 중심부에 위치하고 있기 때문에, 휴대폰의 무게 중심이 대체로 수평 상태를 유지하게 됨에 따라, 휴대폰이 두번째 또는 손가락 하나만으로도 안정적으로 지지될 뿐만 아니라,
밴드에 끼운 두번째 또는 세번째 손가락을 제외한 나머지 손가락으로 휴대폰을 추가 지지함과 동시에, 엄지 손가락으로 휴대폰 화면을 조작하기가 매우 용이해져, 휴대폰을 떨어뜨릴 염려없이 한손으로 휴대폰을 보다 안심하고 안정적으로 휴대 및 사용할 수 있게 되는 효과가 있다.
그리고 본 발명의 휴대폰 안전 지지 장치는 밴드(5)에 여러 형태와 색상 및 재질의 연결고리(7)와 연결줄(8) 및 각종 공예품과 외장메모리, 무선이어폰 케이스 등의 악세사리(9)를 1개 이상 선택적으로 착탈 가능하게 연결함으로써,
사용자가 기호 또는 필요에 따라 밴드(5)와 연결고리(7), 연결줄(8) 및 악세사리(9)를 임의로 교체하여 자신만의 미적 감각을 개성적으로 미려하게 연출할 수 있게 되는 장점이 있다.
아울러 본 발명의 휴대폰 안전 지지 장치는 밴드삽입공(3)을 휴대폰 또는 휴대폰 케이스(1)의 후측면 중심부에 사출 성형시 동시에 형성하거나,
또는 도 2 에서와 같이, 밴드삽입공(3)을 별도의 밴드지지판(11)에 형성한 뒤, 밴드삽입공(3)이 형성된 밴드지지판(11)을 휴대폰 또는 휴대폰 케이스(1)의 후측면 중심부에 구비된 지지판삽입공(13)에 삽입하여, 밴드지지판(11)이 밴드지지판(11) 또는 지지판삽입공(13)에 형성된 걸림턱(15)에 의하여 지지판삽입공(3) 외부로 이탈하지 않게 한 상태로 형성하거나,
또는 도 7 에서와 같이, 휴대폰 또는 휴대폰 케이스(1)의 후측면 중심부에 부착된 지지판케이스(17)의 지지판삽입공(13') 내부에 삽입 설치할 수도 있게 함으로써,
밴드삽입공(3)을 여러 다양한 방식으로 형성할 수 있게 하여, 원가 부담을 크게 줄일 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한 휴대폰 또는 휴대폰 케이스(1)의 후측면 중심부에 형성된 상기 지지판삽입공(13) 역시 휴대폰 또는 휴대폰 케이스(1)의 사출 성형시 동시에 형성할 수 있으나,
도 2 에서와 같이, 이미 성형된 휴대폰 또는 휴대폰 케이스(1)에 프레스 가공 또는 절삭 가공 등을 통하여 기존의 휴대폰이나 휴대폰 케이스에 추가 형성함으로써,
지지판삽입공(3)의 형성을 위하여 지지판삽입공(3)이 형성된 휴대폰 또는 휴대폰 케이스 금형을 휴대폰 기종에 따라 일일이 개별적으로 별도 제작해야 하는 부담에서 벗어나, 지속적으로 다양하게 변화하는 휴대폰의 기종에 맞춰 금형을 일일이 제작하지 않고도, 휴대폰 지지 수단을 기존의 휴대폰 또는 휴대폰 케이스에 쉽게 적용할 수 있게 되는 잇점이 있다.
그리고 본 발명의 상기 지지판삽입공(13)(13')과 밴드지지판(11)은 조립시 상호 부합되는 상태의 어떠한 형태로도 가능하고,
지지판 삽입공(13)(13')과 밴드지지판(11)을 원형으로 형성할 경우, 밴드지지판(11)이 지지판삽입공(13)(13')의 내주면을 따라 회전할 수 있게 함으로써,
휴대폰 사용시, DMB 나 유투브 시청 또는 사진 촬영을 위하여 휴대폰의 방향을 바꾸고자 할 경우,
밴드(5) 내부에 손가락을 끼운 상태에서, 휴대폰을 사용자가 원하는 방향으로 돌리면,
밴드(5) 또는 밴드(5)가 장착된 밴드지지판(7)을 축으로 휴대폰 케이스(1)가 쉽게 회전하게 되어, 밴드지지판(11)의 밴드삽입공(3)에 삽입된 밴드(5)가 감기거나 꼬임없이, 휴대폰을 원하는 방향으로 보다 원활하게 작동시킬 수 있게 되는 장점이 있다.
그리고 상기 밴드삽입공(3)을 밴드지지판(11)에 형성할 경우, 도 3 에서와 같이, 밴드삽입공(3)을 밴드지지판(11)의 외측부에 복수개로 서로 대향되게 형성하여, 밴드삽입공(3)과 밴드삽입공(3) 간의 밴드지지판(11) 내측면에 형성된 밴드삽입요구(18) 내부에 밴드(5)가 안착된 상태로 작동되게 함으로써,
밴드(5)가 보다 원활하게 작동되게 할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한 본 발명은 상기 밴드삽입공(3)에 협지부(19)가 선택적으로 구비된 개구부(21)가 형성됨으로써,
밴드삽입공(3)에 삽입되는 밴드(5)가 개구부(21)를 통하여 용이하게 삽입될 수 있게 하는 한편, 삽입된 후에는 협지부(19)에 의하여 쉽게 외부로 이탈되지 않게 되어 있다.
도 8 및 도 9 는 발명에 장착된 밴드지지판의 장식적 문양의 적용 상태를 보여주는 외형도로서,
도 8 에서와 같이，상기 밴드지지판(11)이 무모양으로 형성되거나 또는 특이문양이나 사용자의 이니셜, 로고，원하는 문귀 등의 장식적 문양(23)(이하 장식적 문양이라 칭함)이 양각이나 음각 또는 관통된 상태로 조각되거나 평면 상태로 인쇄되어，장식미를 연출할 수 있게 되어 있고,
도 9 에 도시된 바와 같이，휴대폰 또는 휴대폰 케이스(1)의 지지판삽입공(13)(13')의 주위에 상기 밴드지지판(11)과 상호 연계되는 장식적 문양(23')이 부여되어, 밴드지지판(11) 또는 밴드지지판(11)의 장식적 문양(23)과 관련된 장식미를 연출할 수 있게 되어 있다.
따라서 이와 같은 본 발명의 휴대폰 안전 지지 장치에 의하면,
손가락이 삽입되어 휴대폰을 지지하는 밴드(5)에 연결고리(7)와 연결줄(8) 및 악세사리(9)를 1개 이상 선택적으로 착탈 가능하게 연결하여, 사용자가 자신만의 보다 미려하고 개성적인 장식미를 연출할 수 있게 하고,
기존의 휴대폰 또는 휴대폰 케이스(1)의 후측면 중심부에 휴대폰 지지 수단의 적용을 위한 지지판삽입공(13)을 형성하여, 밴드(5) 삽입을 위한 밴드삽입공(3)이 형성된 밴드지지판(11)을 상기 지지판삽입공(13) 또는 밴드지지판(11)에 형성된 걸림턱(15)에 의하여 삽입, 지지되게 함으로써,
지속적으로 다양하게 변화하는 휴대폰의 기종에 따라 금형을 일일이 제작하거나, 휴대폰 지지 수단으로 인하여 별도의 부착물이 외부로 돌출되어 휴대폰의 두께가 두꺼워지게 하지 않고도, 휴대폰의 두께가 얇게 유지된 상태에서, 휴대폰 지지 수단이 적용된 휴대폰을 보다 용이하게 안정적으로 지지하여 사용할 수 있게 하고,
상기 밴드삽입공(3)과 밴드삽입공(3) 사이 밴드지지판(11) 내측면에 밴드삽입요구(18)를 형성하여, 밴드삽입공(3)에 삽입된 밴드(5)가 밴드삽입요구(18) 내부에 안착되게 하며,
상기 휴대폰 또는 휴대폰 케이스(1)의 밴드지지판(11)과 지지판삽입공(13)의 주위에 장식적 문양(23)(23')을 부여하여, 보다 다양한 장식미를 연출할 수 있게 되는 장점이 있다.
이상에서는 본 발명을 특정한 실시예에 의거하여 설명하였으나,
상기 실시예는 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 설명하기 위한 하나의 예시일 뿐, 상기 실시예 만으로 본 발명의 기술적 범위가 한정되는 것은 아니며,
본 발명의 기술적 사상과 특허청구범위의 균등의 의미 및 범위에서 모든 변경을 포함한다.
본 발명의 휴대폰 안전 지지 장치는，
휴대폰이나 태블릿 PC 와 같은 휴대용 PC 기기를 손으로 잡기 용이하도록 하여, 휴대폰 등을 보다 안정적으로 휴대 및 사용할 수 있도록 하고,
상기 기기에 장식적 기능을 부여하여，소비자가 자신만의 보다 미려하고 개성적인 장식미를 연출할 수 있도록 하는데 이용 가능하다.

Claims (10)

  1. 휴대폰 또는 휴대폰 케이스(1)의 후측면 중심부에 1개 이상 형성된 밴드삽입공(3)에 링(6) 또는 연결고리와 연결줄 및 악세사리(9)가 1개 이상 선택적으로 착탈 가능하게 연결된 밴드(5)가 삽입되어, 사용자가 자신만의 개성적인 장식미를 연출할 수 있게 하고,
    상기 밴드(5) 또는 링(6)에 손가락을 끼워 휴대폰을 지지한 상태에서, 휴대폰을 안정적으로 휴대 및 사용할 수 있게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대폰 안전 지지 장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 밴드삽입공(3)이 밴드지지판(11)에 1개 이상 형성되고, 휴대폰 또는 휴대폰 케이스(1)의 후측면 중심부에 지지판삽입공(13)이 형성되어, 지지판삽입공(13)에 삽입된 밴드지지판(11)이 밴드지지판(11) 또는 지지판삽입공(13)에 형성된 걸림턱(15)에 의하여 지지되게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대폰 안전 지지 장치.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 밴드지지판(11)이 휴대폰 또는 휴대폰 케이스(1)의 후측면 중심부에 부착된 지지판케이스(17)의 지지판삽입공(13') 내부에 삽입되어 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대폰 안전 지지 장치.
  4. 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,
    상기 지지판삽입공(13)(13')과 밴드지지판(11)이 원형으로 형성되어, 밴드지지판(11)이 지지판삽입공(13)(13')의 내주면을 따라 회전하게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대폰 안전 지지 장치.
  5. 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,
    상기 밴드삽입공(3)이 밴드지지판(11)의 외측부에 복수개로 서로 대향되게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대폰 안전 지지 장치.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서,
    상기 밴드삽입공(3)과 밴드삽입공(3) 사이 밴드지지판(11) 내측면에 밴드삽입요구(18)가 형성되어, 밴드삽입공(3)에 삽입된 밴드(5)가 밴드삽입요구(18) 내부에 안착되게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대폰 안전 지지 장치.
  7. 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,
    상기 밴드삽입공(3)에 협지부(19)가 선택적으로 구비된 개구부(21)가 형성되어, 밴드(5)가 개구부(21)를 통하여 삽입되게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대폰 안전 지지 장치.
  8. 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,
    상기 밴드지지판(11)에 장식적 문양(23)이 형성되어, 장식미를 연출할 수 있게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대폰 안전 지지 장치.
  9. 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,
    상기 지지판삽입공(13)(13')의 주위에 상기 밴드지지판(11)과 상호 연계되는 장식적 문양(23')이 부여되어, 밴드지지판(11) 또는 밴드지지판(11)의 장식적 문양(23)과 관련된 장식미를 연출할 수 있게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대폰 안전 지지 장치.
  10. 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,
    상기 지지판삽입공(13)(13')의 내주연부에 보조링(14)이 추가로 삽입되어, 밴드지지판(11)과의 마찰력을 감소시켜 밴드지지판(11)이 원활하게 회전할 수 있게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대폰 안전 지지 장치.
