한편, 근래 휴대폰은 스마트폰이라 하여 PC의 기능을 거의 그대로 수행할 수 있는 정도에까지 이르렀으며 그래서 고가의 제품이기도 하다. 휴대폰은 통상 충격이나 소손 방지를 위하여 휴대폰 케이스와 함께 사용된다. 소비자의 다양한 욕구를 충족시키기 위하여 실로 다채로운 디자인의 휴대폰 케이스가 제공되기도 한다.
여러 가지 형태의 휴대폰 케이스가 제공되고 있지만, 지갑이나 다이어리의 기능을 가지는 지갑형 휴대폰 케이스의 슬라이드 장치가 널리 애용되고 있는데, 이는 신용카드 등을 함께 보관할 수 있는 등 수납효율성이 좋고, 휴대폰 케이스를 보다 안전하게 보호할 수 있으며, 나아가 고급스러운 미감을 표현하기에 유리하기 때문일 것이다.

본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 창안된 것으로, 지갑이나 다이어리와 같은 형태의 케이스에서, 휴대폰 카메라가 케이스 상측으로 노출되도록 슬라이딩 가능하도록 하여 휴대폰의 카메라 사용이 용이하도록 하는 슬라이드 장치를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
또한, 지갑형 휴대폰 케이스에서 후면에 카메라 홀을 형성하지 않고 지갑 형태의 모습을 온전하게 유지할 수 있고 그 형태에서 카메라 사용이 용이하도록 하는 슬라이드 장치를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.

본 발명에 의한 지갑형 휴대폰 케이스의 슬라이드 장치에 따르면, 지갑이나 다이어리와 같은 형태의 케이스에서 휴대폰을 상측으로 슬라이딩 가능하도록 함으로써, 케이스 후면에 휴대폰 카메라 구멍을 형성하지 않아도 되어 미관을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 휴대폰 카메라를 사용함에 있어서 휴대폰을 상측으로 이동시켜 케이스의 앞판을 뒤로 젖혀도 휴대폰의 카메라 사용이 매우 용이한 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
또한, 휴대폰을 슬라이딩시켜 케이스의 상측으로 노출되도록 함으로써, 케이스 뒷판에 카메라 구멍을 형성하지 않아도 되어 다양한 기종의 휴대폰에 사용이 가능하며 더불어 휴대폰의 기종에 따라 케이스를 바꾸지 않아도 되어 경제력이 있는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.

그러나 본 발명은 이하에서 개시되는 실시예들에 한정되는 것이 아니라 서로 다른 다양한 형태로 구현될 수 있으며, 단지 본 실시예들은 본 발명의 개시가 완전하도록 하고, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 발명의 범주를 완전하게 알려주기 위해 제공되는 것이며, 본 발명은 청구항의 범주에 의해 정의될 뿐이다. 명세서 전체에 걸쳐 동일 참조 부호는 동일 구성 요소를 지칭한다.
이하, 본 발명의 실시예들에 의하여 지갑형 휴대폰 케이스의 슬라이드 장치를 설명하기 위한 도면들을 참고하여 본 발명에 대해 설명하도록 한다.
도 1은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 지갑형 휴대폰 케이스에 결합된 슬라이드 장치의 사시도이고, 도 2는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 지갑형 휴대폰 케이스에 결합된 슬라이드 장치의 사시도이며, 도 3은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 슬라이드 장치의 분해사시도이고, 도 4는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 슬라이드 장치의 단면도이며, 도 5는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 슬라이드 장치의 정면도이고, 도 6은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 승강판의 저면도이며, 도 7은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 가이드판의 분해사시도이고, 도 8은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 승강판의 분해사시도이다.
본 발명의 지갑형 휴대폰 케이스(1)의 슬라이드 장치(10)는 휴대폰(P)이 거치되는 뒷판(5)과, 상기 뒷판(5)의 일측으로부터 연장되어 상기 휴대폰(P)을 덮거나 개방하는 앞판(4)을 포함하는 지갑형 휴대폰 케이스(1)에 있어서, 가이드판(100) 및 승강판(200)을 포함한다.
상기 지갑형 휴대폰 케이스(1)는 폴딩 형태로 반으로 접혀 포개지는 지갑이나 다이어리와 같은 형상으로 앞판(4)과 뒷판(5)으로 구분되는 덮개부(3)가 마련된다.
여기서, 상기 앞판(4)은 상기 뒷판(5)의 일측으로부터 연장되어 전면 방향으로 폴딩 됨에 따라 상기 뒷판(5)과 포개질 수 있다.
이때, 상기 앞판(4)은 개방되었을 때 앞판(4)의 전면부에 신용카드나 명함 등을 수납할 수 있는 다양한 수납수단(6)이 형성된다.
또한, 상기 뒷판(5)은 타측면 중앙에 밴드(7)가 형성되는데, 상기 밴드(7)는 상기 앞판(4)이 폴딩되어 상기 뒷판(5)을 포개고 있을 때 이를 고정하기 위한 수단이다.
이때, 상기 밴드(7)의 고정 수단으로는 벨크로(미도시)나 스냅단추(미도시) 형태로 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 가이드판(100)은 상기 뒷판(5)에 결합되는 판형의 플레이트(110)가 마련된다. 상기 플레이트(110)는 전면부에 형성되되, 상기 플레이트(110)의 테두리에서 일정거리 이격된 위치에서 삽입홈(120)이 형성되도록 내부가 관통 형성된 승강 프레임(111)이 형성되거나 결합된다.
이때, 상기 플레이트(110)는 후면이 상기 뒷판(5)의 본드나 접착제로 고정되거나, 상기 플레이트(110)의 전면에 상기 승강 프레임(111)의 외부로 돌출된 테부리 부분이 상기 뒷판(5)에 매립되어 고정될 수도 있다.
또한, 상기 승강 프레임(111)은 내주면의 양측으로 후측에 가이드홈(121)이 형성된다. 이때 상기 가이드홈(121)의 단면은 대략 'ㄱ'자 형상으로 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
여기서, 상기 승강 프레임(111)은 상기 가이드홈(121) 중 일측 가이드홈(121) 중앙부에 전면 방향으로 개방되도록 관통공(122)이 형성된다. 이때 상기 관통공(122)은 하나로 형성될 수 있지만, 도 3처럼 두개로 서로 일정거리 이격된 위치에 각각 형성될 수 있다.
물론, 이때 상기 관통공(122)은 하나, 둘 이상으로 형성될 수도 있다.
그리고, 상기 승강 프레임(111)은 내주면의 상단과 하단에는 고정홈(123)이 형성되는데, 도 3처럼 두개가 형성된다.
물론, 이때 상기 고정홈(123)의 개수는 하나 이상으로 형성될 수 있다.
여기서, 상기 고정홈(123)은 내측의 양측으로 체결홈(124)이 형성되는데, 상기 체결홈(124)은 반원 형상의 홈 형태로 형성된다.
상기 승강판(200)은 상기 가이드판(100)의 삽입홈(120)에 삽입된 상태에서 슬라이딩되며, 전면부에는 상기 휴대폰(P)이 거치되거나 고정될 수 있다.
예컨대, 상기 승강판(200)의 전면부에 상기 휴대폰(P)이 고정될 시 일반적으로 본드 등과 같은 접착제(미도시)를 통해 고정되거나, 양면테이프(미도시)를 통해 고정될 수도 있다.
한편, 상기 휴대폰(P)의 후면이 상기 승강판(200)의 전면부와 직접적으로 부착되어 고정될 수도 있지만, 도 2처럼 상기 휴대폰(P)이 측면 테두리와 후면을 감싸는 형태의 수용부(2)에 거치된 상태에서 상기 수용부(2)의 후면과 상기 승강판(200)의 전면부가 서로 고정될 수도 있다. 물론 이때 상기 수용부(2)와 상기 승강판(200)은 접착제나 양면테이프를 통해 고정될 수 있다.
이때, 상기 수용부(2)의 후면 중 상기 휴대폰(P)의 카메라와 대향되는 위치에는 카메라 홀(미도시)이 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
한편, 상기 승강판(200) 전면부의 높이는 상기 삽입홈(120)에 삽입되었을 시 상기 승강 프레임(111)의 전면부 높이와 동일하거나 더 높게 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
여기서, 상기 승강판(200)의 상하 길이는 상기 삽입홈(120)의 상하 길이의 반정도로 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
즉, 승강판(200)이 하측에서 상측으로 이동되었을 시 이동 전 상기 승강판(200)의 상단이 이동 후 상기 승강판(200)의 하단과 동일하게 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
물론, 상기 승강판(200)의 상하 길이는 상기 삽입홈(120)의 반정도 보다 크거나 작게 형성될 수 있다.
이때, 상기 승강판(200)의 양측 길이는 상기 삽입홈(120)의 양측 길이와 동일하게 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 상기 승강판(200)은 양측면에 후측으로 상기 가이드홈(121)에 삽입되는 바 형상의 가이드바(211)가 돌출 형성된다.
또한, 상기 승강판(200)은 양측면에 후측으로 상기 가이드홈(121)에 삽입되는 바 형상의 가이드바(211)가 돌출 형성된다. 상기 가이드바(211)는 상기 가이드홈(121)에 삽입된 상태에서 상기 가이드홈(121)의 길이 방향을 따라 상기 승강판(200)이 상하 슬라이딩되도록 안내한다.
여기서, 상기 가이드바(211) 중 일측 가이드바(211)에는 측면의 양측으로 분리되어 서로 일정거리 이격된 위치에 결합바(212)가 각각 형성된다.
이때, 상기 결합바(212)는 상기 일측 가이드바(211)의 양측으로 각각 형성되되 상기 가이드홈(121)의 관통공(122)과 대향하는 위치에 상기 관통공(122)에 삽입될 수 있도록 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
아울러, 상기 결합바(212)는 상기 관통공(122)에 삽입된 후 상기 승강판(200)이 상기 가이드홈(121)의 길이 방향으로 안내되도록 한다.
여기서, 상기 승강판(200)은 상기 결합바(212)가 상기 관통공(122)에 삽입됨에 따라 상기 승강판(200)이 상기 삽입홈(120)에 삽입되어 결합되거나, 상기 삽입홈(120)에서 분리되도록 할 수 있다.
물론, 이때 상기 결합바(212)의 개수는 상기 관통공(122)의 개수도 동일하게 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
그리고, 상기 승강판(200)에는 상측과 하측에 형성되되, 상기 승강판(200)이 상하 슬라이딩 이동에 따라 상기 고정홈(123)에 고정되는 고정돌기(222)가 형성된다.
여기서, 상기 승강판(200)은 저면 중앙에 상하로 절개된 절개홈(213)을 포함하는 몸체(210)가 구비되고, 상기 몸체(210)의 절개홈(213)에 삽입되고 상기 고정돌기(222)가 상측과 하측에 위치하는 고정판(220)이 형성된다.
이때, 상기 몸체(210)와 고정판(220)은 서로 접착제로 고정되는 것이 바람직하다.
물론, 상기 몸체(210)와 고정판(220)은 일체로도 형성될 수 있다.
여기서, 상기 고정판(220)의 상단과 하단에는 텐션홈(221)이 형성된다. 그리고 상기 고정돌기(222)는 상기 텐션홈(221)의 내측에서부터 외부로 돌출 형성되되, 양측으로 분리되도록 형성되는데, 상기 고정돌기(222)는 대략 "Y"자 형상으로 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
이때, 상기 고정돌기(222)의 각 단부에는 서로 외향되도록 절곡된 텐션돌기(223)가 형성된다. 상기 텐션돌기(223)는 외측이 각각 곡선처리로 형성되는 것이 바람직하다. 이때 상기 텐션돌기(223)는 대략 "q p" 형상으로 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
물론, 상기 고정돌기(222)는 상기 고정홈(123)과 대향하는 위치에 동일한 개수로 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
도 7을 참조하면, 상기 가이드판(100)의 플레이트(110)는 테두리를 제외한 중앙부분에 도 7처럼 조립판(112)이 결합될 수 있다. 이때 상기 조립판(112)은 상기 플레이트(110) 또는 상기 승강 프레임(111)의 하단에 형성된 조립돌기(미도시)에 조립되는 조립홈(113)이 형성된다.
이러한 구성으로, 도 3 및 도 5를 참조하면, 상기 승강판(200)은 상기 가이드판(100)에 결합될 때 상기 승강판(200)의 타측 가이드바(211)가 먼저 상기 승강 프레임(111)의 타측 가이드홈(121)에 결합된 후 상기 승강판(200)의 결합바(212)가 상기 승강 프레임(111)의 관통공(122)과 대향되도록 위치한 상태에서 삽입되도록 한다.
물론, 상기 승강판(200)가 상기 승강 프레임(111)에 결합된 상태에서도 상기 승강판(200)의 결합바(212)가 상기 관통공(122)과 서로 대향되는 위치일 경우 분리 가능하도록 한다.
즉, 상기 승강판(200)의 가이드바(211)와 결합바(212)는 상기 가이드홈(121)을 따라 안내되며, 상기 결합바(212)가 상기 관통공(122)과 대향되는 위치일 경우에만 상기 승강판(200)이 결합되거나 분리될 수 있다.
여기서, 상기 승강판(200)이 상기 승강 프레임(111)에 결합된 상태에서 상기 삽입홈(120)의 상하로 슬라이딩되는데, 상기 승강판(200)이 상기 삽입홈(120)의 하측에 위치할 경우, 상기 승강판(200)에 결합된 휴대폰(P)이 상기 뒷판(5)과 대향되는 위치, 즉 포개지듯이 겹쳐지도록 위치하게 된다.
이때, 상기 승강판(200)이 슬라이딩되어 상기 삽입홈(120)의 상측에 위치할 경우, 상기 승강판(200)에 결합된 휴대폰(P)이 상기 뒷판(5)의 상측으로 노출된다.
예컨대, 일반적으로 휴대폰(P)에 구비된 카메라는 휴대폰(P)의 후면 중 상측에 구비된다.
즉, 상기 휴대폰(P)이 상기 뒷판(5)의 상측으로 노출되었을 때 상기 카메라가 상기 외부로 노출될 수 있도록 하는 것이 바람직하다.
이에 따라, 상기 휴대폰(P)의 뒷면에 형성된 카메라 렌즈를 이용한 촬영시 상기 가이드판(100)에서 상기 휴대폰(P)이 결합된 상기 승강판(200)을 상승시켜 상기 고정홈(123)에 상기 고정돌기(222)를 결합시키면 상기 카메라 렌즈가 상기 뒷판(5) 상부로 노출 고정되어 촬영할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 승강판(200)이 상기 삽입홈(120)의 상측과 하측에 위치할 때 이를 상기 고정돌기(222)와 고정홈(123)을 통해 고정해주는데, 이때, 상기 고정돌기(222)가 상기 고정홈(123)에 삽입될 때 상기 외측으로 돌출된 텐션돌기(223)에 의해 내측으로 텐션작용으로 수축되었다가 상기 고정홈(123) 끝단에 삽입되면 상기 텐션돌기(223)가 상기 체결홈(124)에 삽입되면서 고정된다.
또한, 사용자가 상기 고정돌기(222)가 삽입된 고정홈(123)의 반대 방향으로 일정 힘을 가하면 다시 텐션작용에 의해 상기 고정돌기(222)가 수축되었다가 상기 고정홈(123)을 빠져 나오면 다시 이완되도록 하는 것이 바람직하다.
본 발명에 의한 지갑형 휴대폰 케이스의 슬라이드 장치에 따르면, 지갑이나 다이어리와 같은 형태의 케이스에서 휴대폰을 상측으로 슬라이딩 가능하도록 함으로써, 케이스 후면에 휴대폰 카메라 구멍을 형성하지 않아도 되어 미관을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 휴대폰 카메라를 사용함에 있어서 휴대폰을 상측으로 이동시켜 케이스의 앞판을 뒤로 젖혀도 휴대폰의 카메라 사용이 매우 용이한 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
또한, 고정돌기에 텐션홈 및 텐션돌기를 형성함으로써, 고정돌기의 내구성을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
또한, 휴대폰을 슬라이딩시켜 케이스의 상측으로 노출되도록 함으로써, 케이스 뒷판에 카메라 구멍을 형성하지 않아도 되어 다양한 기종의 휴대폰에 사용이 가능하며 더불어 휴대폰의 기종에 따라 케이스를 바꾸지 않아도 되어 경제력이 있는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
본 발명이 속하는 기술분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자는 본 발명이 그 기술적 사상이나 필수적인 특징을 변경하지 않고서 다른 구체적인 형태로 실시될 수 있다는 것을 이해할 수 있을 것이다. 그러므로 이상에서 기술한 실시예들은 모든 면에서 예시적인 것이며 한정적이 아닌 것으로 이해해야만 한다. 본 발명의 범위는 상기 상세한 설명보다는 후술하는 특허청구의 범위에 의하여 나타내어지며, 특허청구의 범위의 의미 및 범위 그리고 그 균등 개념으로부터 도출되는 모든 변경 또는 변형된 형태가 본 발명의 범위에 포함되는 것으로 해석되어야 한다.

Claims (4)

  1. 휴대폰이 거치되는 뒷판과, 상기 뒷판의 일측으로부터 연장되어 상기 휴대폰을 개폐하는 앞판을 포함하는 지갑형 휴대폰 케이스에 있어서,
    상기 뒷판에 결합되는 플레이트 및 상기 플레이트의 상면 중심에 일체로 형성되거나 결합되며, 사각 프레임 형상으로 중심에 삽입홈이 형성되고, 장축의 양변 내측 하부에 가이드홈이 형성되며, 단축의 양변 내측에 고정홈이 형성된 승강 프레임을 포함하는 가이드판; 및
    단차진 장축의 테두리 부분에 가이드바가 형성되어 상기 가이드홈에 삽입되며 상기 승강 프레임 내에서 상하로 슬라이딩되며, 상기 고정홈에 탈착 가능하게 암수 결합되도록 단축의 양면에 고정돌기가 돌출된 승강판;을 포함하여,
    상기 휴대폰의 뒷면에 형성된 카메라 렌즈를 이용한 촬영시 상기 가이드판에서 상기 휴대폰이 결합된 상기 승강판을 상승시켜 상기 고정홈에 상기 고정돌기를 결합시키면 상기 카메라 렌즈가 상기 뒷판 상부로 노출 고정되어 촬영할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 지갑형 휴대폰 케이스의 슬라이드 장치.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 승강 프레임의 장축 일변에는 상기 가이드홈이 외부로 노출되게 복수개의 관통공이 서로 이격 형성되고,
    상기 가이드바 중 적어도 일측 가이드바는 상기 관통공들에 삽입되어 상기 가이드홈 내에서 슬라이딩될 수 있는 형태로 형성되되, 상기 관통공들 사이의 이격 비율과 동일한 이격 비율로 복수개가 형성되어,
    상기 가이드판에 상기 승강판의 결합은 상기 가이드바 중 타측 가이드바를 먼저 타측 가이드홈에 삽입한 후 일측 가이드바를 관통공에 삽입하여 상하로 이동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 지갑형 휴대폰 케이스의 슬라이드 장치.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 승강판은,
    저면 중앙에 상하로 절개된 절개홈을 포함하는 몸체가 구비되고,
    상기 몸체의 절개홈에 삽입되고 상기 고정돌기가 상측과 하측에 위치하는 고정판이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 지갑형 휴대폰 케이스의 슬라이드 장치.
  4. 제 3항에 있어서,
    상기 고정홈은 내측의 양측으로 체결홈이 형성되고,
    상기 고정판에는 상단과 하단에 텐션홈이 형성되며,
    상기 고정돌기는 상기 텐션홈의 내측에서 외부로 돌출되되 양측으로 분리 형성되며, 상기 고정돌기의 각 단부는 상기 체결홈에 암수 결합되도록 텐션돌기가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 지갑형 휴대폰 케이스의 슬라이드 장치.
