본 발명은 휴대폰 거치대에 관한 것으로, 지정된 위치에 고정되는 베이스 홀더부재와, 상기 베이스 홀더부재에 분리 가능하게 장착되며 휴대폰이 거치되는 휴대폰 거치부재를 포함하여, 상기 휴대폰 거치부재를 사용자의 취향 또는 휴대폰의 형상에 따라 다양한 형상으로 교체하여 사용할 수 있는 것이다.

Description

휴대폰 거치대
본 발명은 휴대폰 거치대에 관한 것으로 더 상세하게는 다양한 형상으로 교체 가능하여 사용자의 만족감을 향상시키고, 장식미를 향상시킨 휴대폰 거치대에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 2011년 3월 25일 출원된 한국특허출원 제10-2011-0026967호의 출원일의 이익을 주장하며, 그 내용 전부는 본 명세서에 포함된다.
최근에는 개인이 휴대하고 다니면서 이동간에 상대방과 통화할 수 있는 휴대폰(휴대용 이동통신 단말기)가 널리 보급되어 있으며, 각 개인이 필수적으로 구비하고 있는 추세이다.
그리고 근래에는 휴대전화에 인터넷 통신과 정보검색 등 컴퓨터 지원 기능을 추가한 지능형 단말기인 스마트 폰의 보급율이 점차 증대되고 있다.
상기 스마트폰은 사용자가 원하는 애플리케이션을 설치하여 사용할 수 있고, 이동 중에 인터넷 통신, 팩스 전송 등이 가능한 특징이 있다.
스마트폰 등과 같이 휴대폰은 점차 기능이 다양화되어 이동 중 활용성이 점차 더 커지고 있다.
이러한 휴대폰을 자동차의 실내에서 사용할 경우 휴대폰 거치대에 거치하여 사용하고 있다.
그러나 종래의 휴대폰 거치대는 기설정된 하나의 형태에서 변화가 불가능한 구조로 되어 있어 사용자가 사용 중 쉽게 싫증이 나는 문제점이 있었던 것이다.
또, 종래의 휴대폰 거치대는 근래에 들어 휴대폰의 교체 주기가 빨라지면서 교체된 휴대폰에 따라 형태가 다른 휴대폰 거치대를 별도로 구매해서 사용해고 싶은 사용자의 욕구를 충족시키지 못하는 문제점이 있었던 것이다.
본 발명의 목적은 사용자의 취향 또는 휴대폰의 형상에 따라 다양한 형상으로 변경이 가능한 휴대폰 거치대를 제공하는 데 있다.
이러한 본 발명의 과제는 휴대폰이 거치되는 휴대폰 거치부재;
상기 휴대폰 거치부재가 분리 가능하게 장착되는 베이스 홀더부재;
상기 휴대폰 거치부재와 상기 베이스 홀더부재를 분리 가능하게 결합시키는 결합부재; 및

본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예를 첨부된 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.

상기 휴대폰 거치부재(10)는 베이스 홀더부재(20)에 분리 가능하게 장착된다. 상기 베이스 홀더부재(20)는 상기 휴대폰 거치부재(10)에 거치된 휴대폰을 고정시키는 클램핑부(21)를 구비한다. 상기 클램핑부(21)는 상기 휴대폰 거치부재(10)에 거치된 휴대폰의 위치를 고정하고, 상기 휴대폰 거치부재(10)에서 휴대폰을 자유롭게 분리할 수 있는 구조를 가진다.
상기 베이스 홀더부재(20)는 고정부재(40)에 연결되어 지정된 위치에 고정될 수 있는 것이다. 상기 베이스 홀더부재(20)는 상기 고정부재(40)에 분리 가능하게 결합되어 상기 고정부재(40)를 교체하여 사용할 수 있도록 하는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 베이스 홀더부재(20)와 상기 고정부재(40) 중 한 측에는 볼트부(40a)가 구비되고 다른 한 측에는 상기 볼트부(40a)가 너트부(40b)가 구비되는 것을 일 예로 한다.
즉, 상기 베이스 홀더부재(20)와 상기 고정부재(40)는 상기 볼트부(40a)와 상기 너트부(40b)의 체결로 분리 가능하게 결합된다.

상기 제 2 결합부(32)의 상부에는 상기 제 1 결합부(31)의 상단부가 걸려 제 1 결합부(31)의 결합 위치를 지정하는 스토퍼부(34)가 구비된다. 상기 스토퍼부(34)는 상기 제 2 결합부(32)와 상기 제 1 결합부(31)가 상, 하부 측으로 관통된 레일 홈(31a)을 따라 빠지지 않도록 걸어 지지하며, 상기 걸림 돌기(33a)가 걸림 홈(33b)에 삽입되어 상기 제 1 결합부(31)와 상기 제 2 결합부(32)의 위치를 지정한다.
즉, 상기 후면 지지판부(11)는 상기 베이스 홀더부재(20)의 상부 측으로 이동되어 분리되고, 상기 베이스 홀더부재(20)의 상부 측에서 하부 측으로 이동되어 상기 베이스 홀더부재(20)와 결합된다.
이 때 상기 제 2 결합부(32)의 레일 돌기(32a)는 상기 제 1 결합부(31)의 레일 홈(31a)에 삽입되어 슬라이딩 이동 방식으로 결합된다.
상기 탄성 결합부(33)는 전면에 상기 걸림 돌기(33a)로 인해 상기 후면 지지판부(11)의 후면에 의해 눌려 탄성적으로 휘어지며 상기 걸림 돌기(33a)가 상기 걸림 홈(33b)에 위치되면 눌렸던 힘이 해제되면서 원위치로 복귀된다. 그리고 상기 걸림 돌기(33a)는 상기 걸림 홈(33b)에 삽입된다.
상기 휴대폰 거치부재(10)는 상기 걸림 돌기(33a)가 상기 걸림 홈(33b)에 삽입되면서 상기 베이스 홀더부재(20)에 견고하게 결합된다.
그리고 상기 휴대폰 거치부재(10)는 사용자가 상기 걸림 돌기(33a)가 상기 걸림 홈(33b)에서 이탈될 수 있는 힘을 가해 상부로 이동시키면 상기 베이스 홀더부재(20)에서 간단히 분리된다.
본 발명인 휴대폰 거치대는 상기한 바와 같이 상기 휴대폰 거치부재(10)를 상기 베이스 홀더부재(20)에서 간단히 분리, 결합이 가능한 것이다.
도 6을 참고하면, 상기 휴대폰 거치부재(10)는 다양한 형상으로 제조된다.
예를 들면, 상기 휴대폰 거치부재(10)는 스마트 폰의 운영체제(OS) 종류에 따라 교체할 수 있도록 운영체제의 심벌 또는 마크의 형상으로 제조되거나, 만화 캐릭터 또는 별도로 디자인된 형상 등으로 제조된다.
즉, 상기 휴대폰 거치부재(10)는 사용자의 취향에 따라 원하는 형상으로 교체되어 다양한 형상을 표현할 수 있게 된다.
따라서, 본 발명인 휴대폰 거치대는 사용자의 취향 또는 휴대폰의 형상에 따라 다양한 형상으로 변경할 수 있어 사용자의 만족감을 향상시키고, 장식미가 우수하여 상품성이 증대된다.
한편, 도 7을 참고하면, 상기 휴대폰 거치부재(10)의 전면에는 사진을 삽입할 수 있는 포토 삽입부(13)가 구비되는 것이 바람직하다. 상기 포토 삽입부(13)는 상기 휴대폰 거치부재(10)의 전면에 형성되며 사진을 삽입하는 포토 삽입홈(13a) 및 상기 포토 삽입홈(13a)에 분리 가능하게 결합하는 투명 커버(13b)를 포함하여 상기 포토 삽입홈(13a) 내에 사진을 교체할 수 있게 한다.
본 발명은 휴대폰 거치부재(10)의 전면에 사진을 삽입할 수 있는 포토 삽입부(13)가 구비되어 휴대폰이 거치되지 않은 상태에서는 사용자가 사진을 볼 수 있어 사용자의 만족감을 더 향상시킨다.
또한 도 8에서 도시한 바와 같이 상기 클램핑부(21)의 가이드부(21b)는 전선을 파지할 수 있도록 탄성적으로 굴곡되어 상기 휴대폰에 연결되는 전선을 정리할 수 있도록 하는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 탄성 지지부(21a)의 외측면에는 상기 전선을 삽입하여 걸리게 하는 별도의 전선 정리구(21c)가 구비되어 상기 휴대폰에 연결되는 전선 및 자동차 내부에서 노출된 전선 등을 정리할 수 있도록 하는 것이 바람직하다.
본 발명은 사용자의 취향 또는 휴대폰의 형상에 따라 다양한 형상으로 변경할 수 있어 사용자의 만족감을 향상시키고, 장식미가 우수하여 상품성이 증대된다. 본 발명은 기업의 로고, 마크 등의 형상을 다양하게 적용하여 판촉물로 널리 활용이 가능하다.
본 발명은 상기한 실시 예에 한정되는 것이 아니라, 본 발명의 요지에 벗어나지 않는 범위에서 다양하게 변경하여 실시할 수 있으며 이는 본 발명의 구성에 포함됨을 밝혀둔다.

Claims (10)

  1. 휴대폰이 거치되는 휴대폰 거치부재;
    상기 휴대폰 거치부재가 분리 가능하게 장착되는 베이스 홀더부재;
    상기 휴대폰 거치부재와 상기 베이스 홀더부재를 분리 가능하게 결합시키는 결합부재; 및
    상기 베이스 홀더부재에 연결되며 상기 베이스 홀더부재를 지정된 위치에 고정시키는 고정부재를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대폰 거치대.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 휴대폰 거치부재는,
    휴대폰의 뒷면이 지지되는 후면 지지판부;
    상기 후면 지지판부의 하부에 돌출되어 휴대폰의 하단부를 지지하는 지지 돌기부를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대폰 거치대.
  3. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 베이스 홀더부재는,
    상기 고정부재에 분리 가능하게 결합하는 베이스 몸체부;
    상기 베이스 몸체부에 양 측에 각각 구비되며 상기 휴대폰 거치부재에 거치된 휴대폰을 잡아 고정하는 클램핑부를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대폰 거치대.
  4. 청구항 3에 있어서,
    상기 클램핑부는,
    상기 휴대폰의 일 측을 감싸는 원호를 가지고 굴곡되며 탄성적으로 벌어지게 형성된 탄성 지지부;
    상기 탄성 지지부의 단부에 형성되며 상기 탄성 지지부의 원호 방향과 반대 방향으로 굴곡된 가이드부를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대폰 거치대.
  5. 청구항 4에 있어서,
    상기 가이드부는 전선을 파지할 수 있도록 탄성적으로 굴곡된 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대폰 거치대.
  6. 청구항 4에 있어서,
    상기 탄성 지지부의 외측면에는 상기 전선을 삽입하여 걸리게 하는 전선 정리구가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대폰 거치대.
  7. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 결합부재는,
    상기 베이스 거치부재의 후면 또는 상기 베이스 홀더부재의 전면 중 한 측에 구비되며 양 측에 레일 홈이 형성된 제 1 결합부;
    상기 베이스 거치부재의 후면 또는 상기 베이스 홀더부재의 전면 중 다른 한 측에 구비되며 상기 제 1 결합부의 레일 홈에 각각 결합되는 레일 돌기가 구비된 제 2 결합부를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대폰 거치대.
  8. 청구항 7에 있어서,
    상기 결합부재는,
    상기 제 1 결합부와 상기 제 2 결합부 중 한 측에 일체로 연장되고 탄성 지지되며 걸림돌기가 구비된 탄성 결합부를 포함하며,
    상기 제 1 결합부와 상기 제 2 결합부 중 다른 측이 구비된 상기 휴대폰 거치부재 또는 상기 베이스 홀더부재에는 상기 걸림돌기가 삽입되는 걸림 홈이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대폰 거치대.
  9. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 휴대폰 거치부재의 전면에는 사진을 삽입할 수 있는 포토 삽입부가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대폰 거치대.
  10. 청구항 9에 있어서,
    상기 포토 삽입부는,
    상기 휴대폰 거치부재의 전면에 형성되며 사진을 삽입하는 포토 삽입 홈;
    상기 포토 삽입 홈에 분리 가능하게 결합하는 투명 커버를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대폰 거치대.
