일반적으로 이동통신수단은 PCS(Personal Communication System)방식이나, CDMA(code division multiple access)방식 또는 GSM(Global System Of Mobile Communication)방식으로 이루어져 있으며, 사용자가 휴대 가능한 이동통신 단말기(이하, '휴대폰'이라 함)를 통해서 사용자가 이동 중에도 음성통화 및 문자통신을 진행하는 것이 가능하도록 되어 있다.

본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 케이블 수납이 가능한 휴대폰 케이스는, 휴대폰이 체결 고정되고, 내부에 수납부가 구비된 케이스; 및 상기 케이스에 구비된 수납부에 끼움 고정되는 케이블을 포함하되, 상기 케이블은, 일측에 USB 포트가 구비된 외부 기기와 연결되는 USB 단자; 타측에 휴대폰 포트에 연결되는 휴대폰 단자; 및 상기 USB 단자와 상기 휴대폰 단자 사이를 연결하여 데이터를 전송시키는 데이터 케이블을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 수납부는, 상기 USB 단자가 끼움 고정되는 제 1안착부; 상기 제 1안착부와 이격되게 구비되고, 상기 휴대폰 단자가 끼움 고정되는 제 2안착부; 및 상기 제 1안착부와 상기 제 2안착부 사이에 형성되며, 상기 케이블이 외부로 노출되어 이탈될 수 있도록 관통된 형상으로 구비된 관통부를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 데이터 케이블은 일측에 형성되고, 일측 또는 타측 방향으로 굴곡질 수 있도록 하는 요철을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 데이터 케이블은 상,하 또는 좌,우 방향으로 굴곡지도록 형성되고, 길이방향으로 신축성을 갖도록 하는 주름관을 더 포함할 수 있다.
상기 데이터 케이블은 상기 케이스 외부로 노출되도록 구비된 돌기를 포함하되, 상기 돌기는 일측 방향으로 힘을 가압하면 상기 데이터 케이블이 일측 방향으로 굴곡지면서 상기 데이터 케이블이 상기 케이스에서 이탈될 수 있다.
상기 케이블은 상기 USB 단자 일측에 체결 고정되는 USB 데이터 저장부를 더 포함할 수 있다.
상기 수납부는, 상기 케이블이 끼움 고정되고, 측면과 만나는 후면부 일단에 형성되며, 상기 케이블을 외측으로 회전시킬 수 있도록 하는 힌지부를 포함하되, 상기 힌지부는, 상기 수납부의 양측에 형성된 고정 홈; 상기 고정 홈에 축 결합되고, 상기 데이터 케이블 양측에 구비된 고정 축을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 힌지부는 상기 케이블을 억지 회전시켜 회전 각도를 조절할 수 있도록 단면이 다각형으로 형성되고, 상기 케이블이 외측으로 회전 되어 상기 케이스가 휴대폰 거치대로도 사용될 수 있다.
상기 수납부는 일측에 상기 케이블의 요철과 대응되도록 형성되고, 상기 케이블이 끼움 고정될 수 있도록 하는 고정 지지부를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 케이블은 일측면에 날짜, 시간, 충전중 표시 및 데이터가 전송되는 것을 표시할 수 있도록 하는 플렉서블 디스플레이부를 포함할 수 있다.
기타 실시 예들의 구체적인 사항들은 상세한 설명 및 도면들에 포함되어 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 케이블 수납이 가능한 휴대폰 케이스는, 휴대폰 케이스에 구비된 수납부에 케이블이 장착됨으로써, 케이스의 외적 미감을 훼손하지 않고도 케이블의 휴대성이 용이하고, 케이블이 분실되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 케이블 수납이 가능한 휴대폰 케이스는, 휴대폰 거치대 및 외부 기기와 연결되는 케이블을 따로 구비할 필요 없이 사용함으로써, 사용자가 편리하게 사용할 수 있다.

도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 케이블 수납이 가능한 휴대폰 케이스의 분해 사시도이고, 도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 케이블 수납이 가능한 휴대폰 케이스의 결합 사시도이며, 도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 케이블 수납이 가능한 휴대폰 케이스의 수납부에서 케이블이 이탈되는 것을 나타낸 도면이고, 도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 케이블 수납이 가능한 휴대폰 케이스의 케이블이 휴대폰 단자에 연결된 상태를 나타낸 도면이며, 도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 케이블 수납이 가능한 휴대폰 케이스의 케이블이 외부기기와 연결된 상태를 나타낸 도면이다.
먼저, 도 1 내지 도 5를 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 케이블 수납이 가능한 휴대폰 케이스(10)는 휴대폰(1)이 탈착 가능하도록 구성된 케이스(100) 및 데이터를 저장하거나 휴대폰(1) 또는 컴퓨터(3)에 저장된 데이터를 수신 또는 저장된 데이터를 전송할 수 있도록 USB 데이터 저장부(240)가 구비된 케이블을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 USB 데이터 저장부(240)는 휴대폰(1) 또는 컴퓨터(3)로부터 받은 데이터를 저장 또는 전송시키는데 사용하는 것으로서, 그 구성 및 원리는 당해 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게는 공지의 기술인 바, 본 발명의 일 실시예에서는 구체적인 설명은 생략하기로 한다.
상기 케이블(200)은 일측에 USB 포트가 구비된 외부 기기(이하, '컴퓨터'라 함)와 연결되는 USB 단자(210); 타측에 휴대폰 포트(2)와 연결되는 휴대폰 단자(220); 상기 USB 단자(210)와 상기 휴대폰 단자(220) 사이를 연결하여 데이터를 전송시키는 데이터 케이블(230); 및 자유롭게 휘어질 수 있도록 유연성을 갖는 플렉서블 디스플레이부(250);를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 데이터 케이블(230)은 휴대폰(1)에 저장된 데이터를 컴퓨터(3)로 전송하거나 상기 컴퓨터(3)로부터 데이터를 전송받기 위하여 구비될 수 있다. 상기 데이터 케이블(230)은 얇은 판 형상으로 형성될 수 있고, 그 일측 또는 타측면에는 자유롭게 굴곡질 수 있도록 요철(231)을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 요철(231)은 상기 데이터 케이블(230)이 굴곡지게 힘을 가압한 상태에서 가압하고 있던 힘을 감압하면 상기 데이터 케이블(230)이 최초 상태로 원상복구 되도록 탄성을 갖도록 형성될 수 있다.
상기 데이터 케이블(230)은 상,하 또는 좌,우 방향으로 자유롭게 굴곡질 수 있도록 형성되고, 길이방향으로 신축성을 갖도록 하는 주름관(미도시)을 더 포함할 수 있다.
상기 주름관(미도시)은 상기 USB 단자(210)와 상기 휴대폰 단자(220) 사이를 연결하여 상기 USB 단자(210)와 상기 휴대폰 단자(220) 사이를 근접 또는 이격시키기 위하여 구비될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 상기 휴대폰 단자(220)를 휴대폰 포트(2)에 연결시킨 상태에서 상기 USB 단자(210)를 컴퓨터(3)에 연결하기 위해 상기 케이블(200) 길이가 짧을 경우 상기 주름관(미도시)을 일측방향으로 당겨 상기 케이블(200)의 길이를 연장하여 컴퓨터(3)에 연결할 수 있다.
상기 데이터 케이블(230)은 상기 케이스(100) 외부로 노출되는 돌기(233)를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 돌기(233)는 상기 케이블(200) 사용시 상기 케이스(100) 내부에 끼움 고정된 상기 케이블(200)을 용이하게 이탈시키기 위하여 구비될 수 있다.
즉, 사용자가 상기 돌기(233)를 일측방향으로 힘을 가압하여 밀게 되면, 상기 데이터 케이블(230)이 아치형상으로 굴곡지면서 상기 USB 단자(210)가 상기 제 1안착부(111)에서 이탈될 수 있다. 이러한 상태에서, 상기 USB 단자(210)를 잡은 상태로 당기면 제 2안착부(113)에 끼움 고정된 휴대폰 단자(220)가 이탈되어 상기 휴대폰 단자(220)를 핸드폰 포트에 연결시켜 사용할 수 있다.
상기 플렉서블 디스플레이부(250)는 일측면에 날짜, 시간, 충전중 표시 및 데이터가 전송되는 것을 표시할 수 있다. 상기 플렉서블 디스플레이부(250)는 상기 데이터 케이블(230)이 휘어지면 동일한 형상으로 휘어져 사용되는 것으로서, 그 구성 및 원리는 당해 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게는 공지의 기술인 바, 본 발명의 일 실시예에서는 구체적인 설명은 생략하기로 한다.
상기 케이스(100)는 휴대폰(1)의 후면과 측면 부분을 감싸 보호하는 것으로 다양한 종류의 휴대폰(1)으로 인한 크기 및 형상은 다양하게 변경될 수 있다. 상기 케이스(100)는 내구성이 강한 금속 또는 친환경 가소제의 합성수지 등의 재질로 형성될 수 있으며 반드시 이에 한정하지는 않는다. 상기 케이스(100)는 수납부(110)를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 수납부(110)는 상기 케이블(200)이 끼움 고정되며, 사용자가 별도의 케이블을 구비하지 않고 용이하게 휴대할 수 있도록 구비될 수 있다. 상기 수납부(110)는 상기 케이스(100)의 내부에 형성될 수 있고, 상기 케이블(200) 사용시 용이하게 탈착 가능하도록 구성될 수 있다.
상기 수납부(110)는 상기 케이블(200)에 구비된 USB 단자(210)가 오염되는 것을 보호하고, 상기 USB 단자(210)가 끼움 고정될 수 있도록 동일한 형상으로 형성된 제 1안착부(111); 상기 제 1안착부(111)와 이격되게 구비되고, 상기 케이블(200)에 구비된 휴대폰 단자(220)가 오염되거나 이물질이 끼는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 끼움 고정되며, 상기 휴대폰 단자(220)와 동일한 형상으로 형성된 제 2안착부(113); 및 상기 제 1안착부(111)와 상기 제 2안착부(113) 사이에 형성되며, 상기 케이블(200)이 외부로 노출되어 용이하게 이탈될 수 있도록 상기 데이터 케이블(230)과 동일한 형상으로 관통된 관통부(115)를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 수납부(110)는 상기 케이블(200)의 크기, 모양 또는 형상에 따라 동일하게 변형될 수 있으며, 반드시 이에 한정되는 것은 아니고 당해 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 용이하게 설계변경 가능하고, 이러한 변형예는 본 발명의 기술적 범위에 포함됨을 알 수 있다.
이하, 본 발명의 다른 실시예를 설명한다. 다른 실시예에서는 일 실시예와 동일한 구성은 동일한 부호를 병기하고 동일한 구성은 작용과 효과가 동일하므로 이에 대한 상세한 설명은 생략하며, 다른 실시예에서는 한 실시예와 다른 구성만을 설명한다.
참고로, 도 6 내지 도 9에서 표시되지 않은 도면의 부호는 도 1 내지 도 5를 참조한다.
도 6은 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 케이블 수납이 가능한 휴대폰 케이스의 분해 사시도이고, 도 7은 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 케이블 수납이 가능한 휴대폰 케이스의 결합 사시도이며, 도 8은 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 케이블 수납이 가능한 휴대폰 케이스의 도 7 A-A'선을 나타낸 단면도이고, 도 9는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 휴대폰 케이스가 거치대로 사용되는 상태를 나타낸 도면이다.
도 6 내지 도 9를 참조하면, 상기 수납부(110)는 상기 케이블(200)이 끼움 고정되고, 측면과 만나는 후면부 일단에 구비될 수 있다. 상기 수납부(110)는 힌지부(117) 및 고정 지지부(119)를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 힌지부(117)는 상기 수납부(110)의 양측에 형성되고, 상기 케이블(200)이 회전될 수 있도록 하기 위하여 구비된 고정 홈(117a); 및 상기 고정 홈(117a)에 축 결합되고, 상기 데이터 케이블(230) 양측에 구비된 고정 축(117b)을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 고정 축(117b)은 상기 케이블(200)을 사용자가 원하는 각도로 억지 회전시켜 고정할 수 있도록 그 단면이 다각형으로 형성될 수 있으며, 상기 고정 홈(117a)은 상기 고정 축(117b)과 부합되도록 동일한 형상으로 형성될 수 있다.
즉, 상기 힌지부(117)에 의해 축 고정된 상기 케이블(200)을 외측 방향으로 회전시켜 상기 케이스(100)가 가로 방향의 휴대폰 거치대로도 사용될 수 있다.
상기 고정 지지부(119)는 상기 케이스(100)의 측면 상에 위치하고, 상기 요철(231)과 대응되는 형상으로 형성되며, 상기 케이블(200)이 끼움 고정될 수 있도록 구비될 수 있다.
즉, 상기 케이블(200)이 외부충격에 의해 이탈되거나 사용자의 의도와 상관없이 회전되는 것을 방지하기 위하여 구비될 수 있다.
이상, 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예를 설명하였지만, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 본 발명이 그 기술적 사상이나 필수적인 특징을 변경하지 않고서 다른 구체적인 형태로 실시될 수 있다는 것을 이해할 수 있을 것이다. 그러므로 이상에서 기술한 일 실시예는 모든 면에서 예시적인 것이며 한정적이 아닌 것으로 이해해야만 한다.

Claims (10)

  1. 휴대폰이 체결 고정되고, 내부에 수납부가 구비된 케이스; 및
    상기 케이스에 구비된 수납부에 끼움 고정되는 케이블을 포함하되,
    상기 케이블은,
    일측에 USB 포트가 구비된 외부 기기와 연결되는 USB 단자;
    타측에 휴대폰 포트에 연결되는 휴대폰 단자; 및
    상기 USB 단자와 상기 휴대폰 단자 사이를 연결하여 데이터를 전송시키는 데이터 케이블을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 수납이 가능한 휴대폰 케이스.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 수납부는,
    상기 USB 단자가 끼움 고정되는 제 1안착부;
    상기 제 1안착부와 이격되게 구비되고, 상기 휴대폰 단자가 끼움 고정되는 제 2안착부; 및
    상기 제 1안착부와 상기 제 2안착부 사이에 형성되며, 상기 케이블이 외부로 노출되어 이탈될 수 있도록 관통된 형상으로 구비된 관통부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 수납이 가능한 휴대폰 케이스.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 데이터 케이블은 일측에 형성되고, 일측 또는 타측 방향으로 굴곡질 수 있도록 하는 요철을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 수납이 가능한 휴대폰 케이스.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 데이터 케이블은 상,하 또는 좌,우 방향으로 굴곡지도록 형성되고, 길이방향으로 신축성을 갖도록 하는 주름관을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 수납이 가능한 휴대폰 케이스.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 데이터 케이블은 상기 케이스 외부로 노출되도록 구비된 돌기를 포함하되,
    상기 돌기는 일측 방향으로 힘을 가압하면 상기 데이터 케이블이 일측 방향으로 굴곡지면서 상기 데이터 케이블이 상기 케이스에서 이탈될 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 수납이 가능한 휴대폰 케이스.
  6. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 케이블은 상기 USB 단자 일측에 체결 고정되는 USB 데이터 저장부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 수납이 가능한 휴대폰 케이스.
  7. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 수납부는,
    상기 케이블이 끼움 고정되고, 측면과 만나는 후면부 일단에 형성되며, 상기 케이블을 외측으로 회전시킬 수 있도록 하는 힌지부를 포함하되,
    상기 힌지부는,
    상기 수납부의 양측에 형성된 고정 홈;
    상기 고정 홈에 축 결합되고, 상기 데이터 케이블 양측에 구비된 고정 축을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 수납이 가능한 휴대폰 케이스.
  8. 제 7항에 있어서,
    상기 힌지부는 상기 케이블을 억지 회전시켜 회전 각도를 조절할 수 있도록 단면이 다각형으로 형성되고, 상기 케이블이 외측으로 회전 되어 상기 케이스가 휴대폰 거치대로도 사용될 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 수납이 가능한 휴대폰 케이스.
  9. 제 7항에 있어서,
    상기 수납부는 일측에 상기 케이블의 요철과 대응되도록 형성되고, 상기 케이블이 끼움 고정될 수 있도록 하는 고정 지지부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 수납이 가능한 휴대폰 케이스.
  10. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 케이블은 일측면에 날짜, 시간, 충전중 표시 및 데이터가 전송되는 것을 표시할 수 있도록 하는 플렉서블 디스플레이부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 수납이 가능한 휴대폰 케이스.
