일반적인 휴대폰용 케이스는 외부의 충격으로부터 휴대폰을 보호하고, 액정표시 장치나 몸체의 흠집이나 파손을 방지하는 용도로 사용되며, 통화시 손에 느껴지는 촉감을 부드럽게 하고 휴대폰의 외관을 미려하게 꾸미는 용도로 사용 되어지고 있다.

본 발명에 따른 휴대폰용 케이스는, 수납부가 마련되어 명함 및 카드 등을 보관 및 휴대할 수 있고, 수납부를 오픈하기 위한 개폐부의 설치 및 개폐가 용이하며, 개폐부의 설치를 위한 힌지부가 외부로 돌출되지 않으므로 외관이 미려해지고, 휴대폰의 거치가 용이한 등의 효과가 있다.

이하, 첨부한 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 휴대폰 케이스에 대해 상세히 설명한다. 본 발명은 다양한 변경을 가할 수 있고 여러 가지 형태를 가질 수 있는 바, 특정 실시 예들을 도면에 예시하고 본문에 상세하게 설명하고자 한다. 그러나, 이는 본 발명을 특정한 개시 형태에 대해 한정하려는 것이 아니며, 본 발명의 사상 및 기술 범위에 포함되는 모든 변경, 균등물 내지 대체물을 포함하는 것으로 이해되어야 한다. 각 도면을 설명하면서 유사한 참조부호를 유사한 구성요소에 대해 사용하였다. 첨부된 도면에 있어서, 구조물들의 치수는 본 발명의 명확성을 기하기 위하여 실제보다 확대하여 도시한 것이다.
제1, 제2 등의 용어는 다양한 구성요소들을 설명하는데 사용될 수 있지만, 상기 구성요소들은 상기 용어들에 의해 한정되어서는 안 된다. 상기 용어들은 하나의 구성요소를 다른 구성요소로부터 구별하는 목적으로만 사용된다. 예를 들어, 본 발명의 권리 범위를 벗어나지 않으면서 제1 구성요소는 제2 구성요소로 명명될 수 있고, 유사하게 제2 구성요소도 제1 구성요소로 명명될 수 있다.

도 1 및 도 2를 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 휴대폰 케이스(100)는 몸체부(110) 및 개폐부(120)를 포함할 수 있다.
몸체부(110)는 휴대폰의 측면부 및 배면부를 덮도록 휴대폰과 결합될 수 있다. 일례로, 몸체부(110)는 휴대폰의 측면부 및 배면부를 덮어서 휴대폰과 결합되기 위하여, 저면부(110a), 측면부(110b)를 포함할 수 있다. 저면부(110a)는 휴대폰의 배면부를 보호할 수 있다. 저면부(110a)는 직사각형 플레이트 형상을 가질 수 있다. 측면부(110b)는 휴대폰의 측면부(110b)를 보호할 수 있다. 측면부(110b)는 저면부(110a)의 가장자리로부터 상측으로 수직하게 연장될 수 있다. 일례로, 측면부(110b)는 저면부(110a)와 일체로 형성될 수 있다.
몸체부(110)는 수납부(111), 제1 개구부(113), 제1 힌지부(114)를 포함할 수 있다.
수납부(111)는 저면부(110a)에 형성될 수 있다. 일례로, 몸체부(110)가 내면에 수납부(111)를 형성하기 위하여, 측면부(110b)의 둘레를 따라 휴대폰 지지턱(112)을 형성할 수 있다. 휴대폰 지지턱(112)은 몸체부(110)가 휴대폰과 체결될 때 휴대폰의 배면 가장자리를 지지할 수 있다. 이때, 몸체부(110)의 저면부(110a) 내면은 휴대폰의 배면부와 일정 간격으로 이격될 수 있다. 따라서, 휴대폰 지지턱(112)에 의해 휴대폰의 배면과 몸체부(110)를 구성하는 저면부(110a)의 내면이 이격되는 간격만큼 수납부(111)를 형성할 수 있다.
제1 개구부(113)는 수납부(111)로 카드 또는 명함 등을 삽입할 수 있도록 한다. 제1 개구부(113)는 저면부(110a) 하부에 형성될 수 있다. 제1 개구부(113)는 직사각형 형상으로 개구되는 형태일 수 있다.
제1 힌지부(114)는 개폐부(120)와 결합될 수 있다. 제1 힌지부(114)는 제1 개구부(113)의 좌측 및 우측에 마련될 수 있고, 핀삽입구멍이 형성될 수 있다. 제1 힌지부(114)는 평상시 제1 개구부(113)의 내측에 위치해있다가 개폐부(120)가 상측으로 회동될 때 개폐부(120)를 따라 상측으로 들려질 수 있다. 일례로, 제1 힌지부(114)가 개폐부(120)와 함께 동작되기 위하여, 제1 힌지부(114)는 제1 개구부(113)의 길이방향을 따라 길게 연장되어 장방형으로 형성될 수 있다. 이때, 제1 힌지부(114)의 하단은 몸체부(110)와 연결될 수 있고, 그 하단을 제외한 전체 길이가 몸체부(110)와 분할되게 형성될 수 있다. 이러한 경우, 제1 힌지부(114)가 갖는 두께는 몸체부(110)의 저면부(110a)가 갖는 두께보다 얇게 형성될 수 있다. 이에 따라 제1 힌지부(114)는 하단을 기준으로 상부가 상측으로 들려질 수 있고, 어느 정도의 탄성을 가질 수 있다.
개폐부(120)는 제1 개구부(113)에 결합되어 제1 개구부(113)를 개폐할 수 있다. 개폐부(120)는 제1 개구부(113)가 갖는 형상과 동일한 형상으로 형성될 수 있다. 일례로, 개폐부(120)는 단면 형상이 ㄱ자 형상일 수 있다. 개폐부(120)는 제1 개구부(113)에 결합되기 위하여, 제2 힌지부(121)를 포함할 수 있다. 제2 힌지부(121)는 제1 힌지부(114)와 결합될 수 있다. 일례로, 제2 힌지부(121)는 개폐부(120)의 좌측 및 우측에 형성될 수 있고, 제1 힌지부(114)와 대응하는 일측면에 제1 힌지부(114)에 결합되는 힌지핀이 형성될 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시예에서, 몸체부(110)는 체결부(115)를 포함할 수 있고, 추가적으로, 손가락 끼움부(130)를 더 포함할 수 있다.
체결부(115)는 손가락 끼움부(130)가 몸체부(110)에 결합될 수 있도록 한다. 일례로, 체결부(115)는 제1 개구(115a) 및 제2 개구(115b)를 포함할 수 있다. 제1 개구(115a) 및 제2 개구(115b)는 몸체부(110)의 저면부(110a) 중앙에 길이 방향을 따라 연장되어 장방형으로 형성될 수 있다. 제1 개구(115a) 및 제2 개구(115b)는 동일 선상에 배열될 수 있고, 제1 개구(115a)는 제2 개구(115b)의 하측에 위치하고, 제2 개구(115b)는 제1 개구(115a)의 상측에 위치할 수 있다. 제1 개구(115a)는 직사각 형태로 형성될 수 있다. 제2 개구(115b)는 제1 개구(115a)보다 폭이 좁을 수 있다.
손가락 끼움부(130)는 휴대폰 케이스의 사용시 사용자의 손이 끼워져서 휴대폰 케이스 및 휴대폰 케이스를 용이하게 파지할 수 있도록 한다. 일례로, 손가락 끼움부(130)는 밴드(131) 및 제1 내지 제3 조립부재(132, 133, 134)를 포함할 수 있다.
밴드(131)는 손가락 끼움부(130)의 사용을 위해 제1 개구(115a)의 외측으로 인출될 수 있다. 밴드(131)는 제1 개구(115a)의 외측으로 인출되기 위하여, 예를 들면, 밴드(131)는 얇은 시트 형태일 수 있다. 밴드(131)의 폭은 제1 개구(115a)의 폭보다 작을 수도 있고, 동일한 폭을 가질 수도 있다. 밴드(131)는 제1 개구(115a) 및 제2 개구(115b)가 갖는 길이의 합보다 긴 길이를 가질 수도 있고, 제1 개구(115a) 및 제2 개구(115b)가 갖는 길이의 합과 동일한 길이를 가질 수도 있다. 밴드(131)는 플렉시블한 소재로써, 예를 들면, 실리콘 또는 고무일 수 있으며, 밴드(131)의 재질은 특별히 제한되지 않는다.
제1 조립부재(132) 및 제2 조립부재(133)는 밴드(131)가 체결부(115)에 체결되도록 한다. 제1 조립부재(132)는 밴드(131)의 하단에 결합되고, 제1 개구(115a)의 하단측에 체결될 수 있다. 제1 조립부재(132)가 제1 개구(115a)의 하단측에 체결되기 위하여, 예를 들면, 제1 개구(115a)의 하단측에 체결구멍을 형성하고, 제1 조립부재(132)의 일면에 체결돌기를 형성할 수 있다.
제2 조립부재(133)는 밴드(131)의 상단에 결합되고, 일측이 제2 개구(115b)에 삽입될 수 있다. 제2 조립부재(133)는 제2 개구(115b)를 따라 슬라이딩될 수 있다. 제2 조립부재(133)가 제2 개구(115b)를 따라 슬라이딩되기 위하여, 예를 들면, 제2 조립부재(133)는 일측면에 제2 개구(115b)에 삽입될 수 있는 크기의 슬라이딩 돌기(133a)가 형성될 수 있다.
제3 조립부재(134)는 몸체부(110)의 외측에서 제2 조립부재(133)의 슬라이딩 돌기(133a)와 결합될 수 있다. 제3 조립부재(134)는 몸체부(110)의 외부로 노출되어 사용자의 조작에 의해 제2 조립부재(133)를 제2 개구를 따라 슬라이딩시킬 수 있다. 제3 조립부재(134)는 슬라이딩 돌기(133a)와 결합되기 위하여, 일측면에 구멍(134a)을 형성할 수 있다.
손가락 끼움부(130)는 제3 조립부재(134)를 제외하고는 밴드(131), 제1 조립부재(132), 제2 조립부재(133)가 몸체부(110)에 내장될 수 있다. 일례로, 밴드(131), 제1 조립부재(132) 및 제2 조립부재(133)가 몸체부(110)에 내장되기 위하여, 몸체부(110)는 제1 단턱(116) 및 제2 단턱(117), 덮개(118)를 포함할 수 있다.
제1 단턱(116) 및 제2 단턱(117)은 저면부(110a) 중앙, 즉 제1 개구(115a) 및 제2 개구(115b)가 형성된 중앙에 형성될 수 있다. 제1 단턱(116)은 제2 단턱(117)보다 낮게 형성될 수 있고, 제2 단턱(117)은 저면부(110a)의 내면보다 낮게 형성될 수 있다. 제1 단턱(116)의 내측으로는 밴드(131), 제1 조립부재(132) 및 제2 조립부재(133)가 수용될 수 있다.
덮개(118)는 제2 단턱(117)과 저면부(110a)의 내면 사이에 결합될 수 있다. 덮개(118)는 제1 단턱(116) 및 제2 단턱(117)을 커버하고, 밴드(131), 제1 조립부재(132) 및 제2 조립부재(133)의 이탈을 방지할 수 있다. 일례로, 덮개(118)는 길이가 긴 직사각형 플레이트이다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 휴대폰 케이스를 이용하면, 몸체부(110)가 내측에 수납부(111)를 구비하므로 수납부(111) 내에 카드 및 명함 등을 넣어서 보관 및 휴대가 가능하다.
또한, 몸체부(110)의 수납부(111)를 개폐하기 위한 개폐부(120)의 설치 및 개폐가 용이하다. 즉, 개폐부(120)는 제1 힌지부(114) 및 제2 힌지부(121)에 의해 설치 및 개폐될 수 있는데, 제1 힌지부(114)는 제1 개구부(113)의 길이방향을 따라 길게 연장되어 장방형으로 형성되고, 전체 길이가 몸체부(110)와 분할되게 형성되어 있으므로 제1 힌지부(114)는 탄성을 가진다. 따라서 제1 힌지부(114)와 연결되는 개폐부(120)는 탄력적으로 몸체부(110)에 설치될 수 있다.
개폐부(120)가 제1 개구부(113)를 개방하기 위하여 회동될 때는, 개폐부(120)가 90°이하의 각도로 회동되면 제1 힌지부(114)가 갖는 탄성력에 의해 개폐부(120)는 즉시 제1 개구부(113)에 닫히게 되고, 개폐부(120)가 90°이상의 각도로 회동되면 제1 힌지부(114)가 제1 개구부(113)의 외측으로 완전히 상승하므로 개폐부(120)는 열리게 된다. 개폐부(120)가 열린 상태에서 제1 힌지부(114)의 탄성력은 상측으로 작용하므로 개폐부(120)의 열린 상태가 유지될 수 있고, 이때, 개폐부(120)로서 휴대폰을 바닥에 거치시킬 수 있다.
이와 같이 개폐부(120)는 제1 힌지부(114)가 탄성력을 갖도록 구성되는 것에 의해 설치 및 개폐가 용이해질 뿐만 아니라 거치대로서의 기능도 가질 수 있다.
한편, 제1 힌지부(114)는 몸체부(110)와 일체로 형성되어 외부로 돌출되지 않고 평상시 제1 개구부(113) 내측에 위치하였다가 개폐부(120)의 회동시에만 제1 개구부(113)의 외측으로 인출되는 형태이므로 휴대폰 케이스의 외관을 헤치지 않으며, 이에 따라 휴대폰 케이스의 외관이 미려해질 수 있다.
또한, 손가락 끼움부(130)가 구비되므로 휴대폰 케이스(100)를 휴대폰과 결합한 상태에서 손가락 끼움부(130)에 손가락 일부를 끼운 채로 사용하면, 휴대폰을 사용하는 과정에서 휴대폰이 손에서 미끄러져서 낙하되는 것을 방지할 수 있다. 따라서, 사용상의 편의성이 증대될 수 있다.
한편, 손가락 끼움부(130)는 몸체부(110)에 내장되는 구성을 가지므로 평상시에는 몸체부(110)에 내장되어 있다가 사용자가 손가락 끼움부(130)에 손가락을 끼우고자 할 경우에만 외부로 인출될 수 있다. 즉, 손가락 끼움부(130)의 제3 조립부재(134)를 개폐부(120)와 멀어지는 방향으로 밀면 몸체부(110) 내에 내장된 손가락을 끼울 수 있는 밴드(131)가 몸체부(110)의 외부로 인출될 수 있다. 따라서, 휴대폰 케이스(100)를 결합하여 휴대폰을 사용하는 사용자가 필요시에만 손가락 끼움부(130)를 외부로 인출하므로 평상시에 휴대폰을 사용하는 과정에서 손가락 끼움부(130)에 의한 간섭이 발생되지 않을 수 있고, 휴대폰 케이스(100)의 외관이 미려해질 수 있고, 필요시에는 간편하게 밴드(131)를 몸체부(110)의 외부로 인출하여 손가락 끼움부(130)를 사용할 수 있다.
도 5는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 휴대폰 케이스를 설명하기 위한 분해 사시도이고, 도 6은 도 5에 도시된 돋보기가 휴대폰 케이스에 장착된 상태를 나타낸 측면도이다.
도 5를 참조하면, 휴대폰 케이스(200)는 몸체부(210)가 제2 개구부(211), 가이드 슬롯(212)을 포함할 수 있고, 추가적으로, 돋보기 장착부(240) 및 돋보기(250)를 더 포함할 수 있다.
제2 개구부(211) 및 가이드 슬롯(212)은 돋보기 장착부(240)가 몸체부(210)에 결합되도록 한다. 제2 개구부(211)는 몸체부(210)의 측면부(210b) 일측에 형성될 수 있다. 가이드 슬롯(212)은 몸체부(210)의 저면부(210a)에 형성될 수 있고, 제2 개구부(211)에 연장될 수 있다.
돋보기 장착부(240)는 돋보기(250)를 장착할 수 있다. 돋보기 장착부(240)는 제2 개구부(211)에 삽입되어 가이드 슬롯(212)에 체결되고, 가이드 슬롯(212)을 따라 슬라이딩되면서 몸체부(210)의 내측 및 외측으로 수납되거나 인출될 수 있다. 일례로, 돋보기 장착부(240)는 가이드 슬롯(212)에 체결되기 위하여, 제1 부재(241) 및 제2 부재(242)를 포함할 수 있다.
제1 부재(241)는 일측 단부에 가이드편(241a)이 형성될 수 있고, 다른 일단에 힌지부(241b)가 형성될 수 있다. 가이드편(241a)은 가이드 슬롯(212)이 갖는 넓이와 동일하거나 작게 형성되어 가이드 슬롯(212)을 따라 슬라이딩될 수 있다.
제2 부재(242)는 일측에 제1 부재(241)의 힌지부(241b)와 체결되기 위한 힌지부(242a)가 형성될 수 있고, 다른 일측에는 돋보기 지지부(242b)가 형성될 수 있다. 돋보기 지지부(242b)는 돋보기(250)가 결합될 수 있다. 일례로, 돋보기 지지부(242b)는 돋보기(250)가 결합되기 위하여, 서로 마주하는 제1 지지편(242b') 및 제2 지지편(242b'')이 형성될 수 있다. 제1 지지편(242b') 및 제2 지지편(242b'')의 사이에는 돋보기(250)가 삽입되기 위한 삽입부(242b''')가 형성될 수 있다. 제2 부재(242)는 상면부에 수용홈(242c)이 형성될 수 있다. 수용홈(242c)은 제2 부재(242)가 힌지부(242a)를 중심으로 회동될 때 몸체부(110)의 측면부(110b)와 접하여 그 측면부(110b)를 수용하기 위한 수용홈(242c)이 형성될 수 있다.
돋보기(250)는 몸체부(210)의 수납부(213)에 수납되고, 필요시 돋보기 장착부(240)에 결합되어 사용될 수 있다. 돋보기(250)는 직사각형 플레이트 형태로 형성될 수 있다. 돋보기(250)의 중앙부는 볼록렌즈이다.
본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 휴대폰 케이스(200)를 이용하면, 돋보기(250)를 통해 휴대폰의 액정 내의 글자, 이미지 등을 확대하여 크게 볼 수 있다. 즉, 몸체부(210)의 수납부(213)에서 돋보기(250)를 인출하여 돋보기 장착부(240)에 장착한 후 돋보기 장착부(240)의 제2 부재(242)를 상측으로 회동시키면 도 6과 같이 돋보기(250)는 휴대폰의 상측으로 마주할 수 있다. 따라서, 돋보기(250)를 통하여 휴대폰의 액정 내의 글자, 이미지 등을 크게 볼 수 있다.
상기에서는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 참조하여 설명하였지만, 해당 기술 분야의 숙련된 당업자는 하기의 특허 청구 범위에 기재된 본 발명의 사상 및 영역으로부터 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 본 발명을 다양하게 수정 및 변경시킬 수 있음을 이해할 수 있을 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 내면에 형성되는 수납부(111, 213), 하부에 형성되는 제1 개구부(113), 상기 제1 개구부(113)의 좌, 우측에 마련되는 제1 힌지부(114)를 포함하는 몸체부(110, 210);
    상기 제1 개구부(113)에 결합되어 상기 제1 개구부(113)를 개폐하며, 상기 제1 힌지부(114)와 결합되는 제2 힌지부(121)를 포함하는 개폐부(120)를 포함하며,
    상기 제1 힌지부(114)는
    상기 제1 개구부(113)의 길이방향을 따라 길게 연장되어 장방형으로 형성되고, 상기 몸체부(110, 210)와 연결되는 하단을 제외한 전체 길이가 상기 몸체부(110, 210)와 분할되어 있고, 상기 제1 개구부(113)의 개방을 위해 상기 개폐부(120)가 상측으로 회동될 때, 상기 몸체부(110, 210)와 연결된 하단을 기준으로 상부가 상기 개폐부(120)를 따라 상측으로 들리도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대폰 케이스.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 몸체부(210)는 상부 일측에 형성되는 제2 개구부(211)를 포함하며,
    상기 제2 개구부(211)에 삽입되어 상기 몸체부(210)와 결합되는 돋보기 장착부(240);
    상기 수납부(213)에 수납되고, 상기 돋보기 장착부(240)에 장착될 수 있는 판상의 돋보기(250)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대폰 케이스.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 몸체부(210)는 상기 제2 개구부(211)에 연장되는 가이드 슬롯(212)을 포함하며,
    상기 돋보기 장착부(240)는 상기 가이드 슬롯(212)에 체결되어 상기 가이드 슬롯(212)을 따라 상기 몸체부(210)의 내측 및 외측으로 수납 및 인출되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대폰 케이스.
  4. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 몸체부(110, 210)는 중앙에 길이 방향을 따라 형성되는 체결부(115)를 포함하며,
    상기 체결부(115)에 체결되고 사용자의 손가락이 끼워질 수 있는 손가락 끼움부(130)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대폰 케이스.
  5. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 체결부(115)는 제1 개구(115a) 및 상기 제1 개구(115a)의 상측에 마련되는 제2 개구(115b)를 포함하며,
    상기 손가락 끼움부(130)는 밴드(131), 상기 밴드(131)의 하단에 결합되어 상기 제1 개구(115a)의 하단측에 고정되는 제1 조립부재(132), 상기 밴드(131)의 상단에 결합되어 일측이 상기 제2 개구(115b)에 삽입되는 제2 조립부재(133), 상기 제2 조립부재(133)와 결합되어 상기 몸체부(110, 210)의 외부에 노출되는 제3 조립부재(134)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대폰 케이스.
