Description

매직 푸시
본 발명은 휴대단말기 등에 다양하게 사용될 수 있는 매직 푸시에 관한 것이다.
휴대단말기의 일종인 셀룰러폰(cellular phone)은 이동 중에도 음성통화 및 무선통신이 가능한 개인용 통신수단의 하나로서 많이 활용되고 있다. 근래에는 음성통화 외에 인터넷 통신과 멀티미디어 기능 등 컴퓨터 지원 기능을 추가한 지능형 단말기인 스마트폰(smart phone), 태블릿 컴퓨터(Tablet PC) 등이 주로 활용되고 있다.
한편, 사용자는 손에 휴대단말기를 쥐고서 사용하는 것이 일반적이다. 그런데, 스마트폰 등과 같은 휴대단말기는 큰 화면으로 인해 폭이 넓은 편이기 때문에, 손이 작은 사용자는 한 손으로 휴대단말기를 쥐고 조작하기가 불편할 수 있다. 휴대단말기를 쥐고 사용할 때, 손에서 미끄러지거나, 자칫하여 타인과 부딪혀 휴대단말기를 떨어뜨릴 경우, 휴대단말기의 파손 또는 고장을 일으킬 수 있다.

도 1 내지 도 5를 참조하면, 본 발명의 제1 실시예에 따른 매직 푸시(100)는 부착 패드(110)와, 스트랩(120)과, 걸림 돌기(130), 및 스트랩 가이드(140)를 포함한다.
부착 패드(110)는 한쪽에 부착면을 갖는다. 부착 패드(110)의 부착면에는 양면 테이프 등의 접착 부재(111)가 접착될 수 있다. 접착 부재(111)의 노출된 접착 면이 휴대단말기용 보호케이스(10)의 후면에 접착됨으로써, 부착 패드(110)는 휴대단말기용 보호케이스(10)의 후면에 부착될 수 있다. 부착 패드(110)는 휴대단말기(20)의 후면에 부착되는 것도 가능하다.
다른 예로, 부착 패드(110)는 접착 부재(111) 대신, 젤 타입의 점착 시트를 구비할 수 있다. 이 경우, 부착 패드(110)는 휴대단말기용 보호케이스(10) 또는 휴대단말기(20)에 손쉽게 착,탈될 수 있다.
부착 패드(110)는 형태를 유지하기 위해 딱딱한 재질의 심 부재(110a)를 외피(110b)로 덮도록 구성될 수 있다. 외피(110b)는 스트랩(120)의 재질과 동일한 재질로 이루어질 수 있다. 부착 패드(110)는 경질의 플라스틱, 금속 등과 같은 재질로 이루어질 수도 있다. 또한, 부착 패드(110)는 사각형상으로 이루어진 것으로 도시되어 있으나, 다양한 형상으로 이루어질 수도 있다.
도시하고 있지 않지만, 다른 예로, 부착 패드(110)는 영구 자석을 내장할 수도 있다. 이 경우, 휴대단말기용 보호케이스(10)의 후면 또는 휴대단말기(20)의 후면에는 영구자석과 자력으로 붙을 수 있는 자성 금속패드가 부착될 수 있다. 부착 패드(110)에 영구자석이 내장되는 경우, 심 부재가 생략될 수도 있다.
스트랩(120)은 부착 패드(110)의 부착면 반대쪽에 상하로 길게 연장된 형태로 배치되며, 상단이 부착 패드(110)의 상측 부위에 고정된다. 스트랩(120)의 상측 부위는 리벳(121) 등에 의한 체결 방식으로 부착 패드(110)에 고정될 수 있다. 다른 예로, 스트랩(120)의 상측 부위는 재봉 방식으로 부착 패드(110)에 고정될 수도 있다.
스트랩(120)는 구부러질 수 있게 구성된다. 스트랩(120)는 가죽 재질로 이루어질 수 있으나, 고무, 우레탄, 실리콘 등의 재질로 이루어질 수도 있다. 스트랩(120)는 일정한 좌우 폭을 갖도록 형성될 수 있다. 스트랩(120)은 부착 패드(110)의 좌우 폭보다 좁은 좌우 폭을 가질 수 있다. 한편, 스트랩(120)의 상,하,좌,우 방향 설정은 설명 편의를 위해 예시한 것이므로, 예시된 바에 한정되지 않는다.
걸림 돌기(130)는 스트랩(120)을 사이에 두고 부착 패드(110)의 반대쪽에 배치되어 스트랩의 하단에 고정된다. 걸림 돌기(130)는 돌기 몸체(131), 및 돌기 헤드(132)를 구비할 수 있다. 돌기 몸체(131)는 일단이 스트랩(120)을 관통하여 볼트와 나사 결합됨으로써 스트랩(120)에 고정될 수 있다. 돌기 몸체(131)는 원기둥 형상으로 이루어질 수 있다.
돌기 헤드(132)는 돌기 몸체(131)보다 넓은 단면적을 갖도록 돌기 몸체(131)의 타단에 형성된다. 돌기 헤드(132)는 돌기 몸체(131)보다 큰 지름을 갖는 원기둥 형상으로 이루어질 수 있다. 여기서, 돌기 헤드(132)는 돌기 몸체(131)에 동축을 이루게 형성될 수 있다. 돌기 헤드(132)는 돌출 단의 모서리가 면취된 형태로 이루어질 수 있다.
스트랩 가이드(140)는 포켓 부재(141)와, 가이드 홀(142)과, 하측 걸림 홀(143), 및 상측 걸림 홀(144)을 구비한다. 포켓 부재(141)는 스트랩(120)의 하측 부위를 부착 패드(110)와의 상단 개구를 통해 끼운 상태로 상하이동을 안내하도록 부착 패드(110)의 부착면 반대쪽에 고정된다. 포켓 부재(141)는 부착 패드(110)와의 사이에서 상단 부위가 개구되고 하단 부위 및 좌,우측 부위가 폐쇄될 수 있다. 따라서, 포켓 부재(141)는 부착 패드(110)와의 사이에 상단이 개구된 포켓 공간(141a)을 가질 수 있다. 포켓 부재(141)는 하단 및 좌,우측 가장자리가 재봉 방식 등에 의해 부착 패드(110)에 고정될 수 있다. 물론, 포켓 부재(141)는 접착제에 의해 부착 패드에 접착될 수도 있다. 포켓 부재(141)는 스트랩(120)과 마찬가지로, 가죽 재질, 고무, 우레탄, 실리콘 등의 다양한 재질로 이루어질 수 있다. 포켓 부재(141)는 사각 형상으로 이루어질 수 있다.
포켓 부재(141)는 스트랩(120)의 좌우 폭보다 넓되, 부착 패드(110)의 좌우 폭과 동일한 좌우 폭을 가질 수 있다. 따라서, 포켓 공간(141a)의 좌우 폭이 스트랩(120)의 좌우 폭보다 넓게 되어 스트랩(120)의 하측 부위가 포켓 공간(141a) 내에서 상하로 원활히 이동할 수 있게 된다. 가이드 홀(142)은 걸림 돌기(130)를 끼운 상태로 상하 이동을 안내하도록 포켓 부재(141)에 형성된다. 가이드 홀(142)은 일정한 좌우 폭을 갖고 상하로 길게 연장될 수 있다. 가이드 홀(142)의 좌우 폭은 돌기 헤드(132)의 좌우 폭보다 작되, 돌기 몸체(131)의 좌우 폭과 동일하거나 넓을 수 있다. 따라서, 걸림 돌기(130)는 가이드 홀(142)에 끼워져 상하로 이동할 때 이탈 방지될 수 있다.
하측 걸림 홀(143)은 스트랩(120)이 부착 패드(110)에 나란하게 펼쳐진 상태에서 걸림 돌기(130)를 걸림 처리하도록 가이드 홀(142)의 하단에 형성된다. 하측 걸림 홀(143)은 돌기 몸체(131)의 지름과 동일한 지름을 갖는 안착 홀부(143a), 및 돌기 몸체(131)의 지름보다 작은 폭을 갖고 안착 홀부(143a)로부터 연장되어 가이드 홀(142)과 연결되는 연결 홀부(143b)를 포함할 수 있다.
이 경우, 돌기 몸체(131)는 가이드 홀(142)로부터 연결 홀부(143b)를 거쳐 안착 홀부(143a)에 끼워질 수 있다. 이 상태에서, 돌기 몸체(131)는 연결 홀부(143b)에 걸려 안착 홀부(143a)에 락킹 방식으로 유지될 수 있다. 따라서, 걸림 돌기(130)가 하측 걸림 홀(143)에 걸림 처리되면, 스트랩(120)은 부착 패드(110)에 나란하게 펼쳐진 상태로 유지될 수 있다.
상측 걸림 홀(144)은 스트랩(120)의 하측 부위가 상측으로 밀려 스트랩(120)의 중앙 부위가 구부러진 상태에서 걸림 돌기(130)를 걸림 처리하도록 가이드 홀(142)의 상단에 형성된다. 상측 걸림 홀(144)은 하측 걸림 홀(143)과 동일한 형상으로 이루어질 수 있다. 상측 걸림 홀(144)의 안착 홀부(144a) 및 연결 홀부(144b)는 하측걸림 홀(143)의 안착 홀부(143a) 및 연결 홀부(143b)와 동일한 형상으로 이루어질 수 있다.
상측 걸림 홀(144)은 가이드 홀(142)을 사이에 두고 하측 걸림 홀(143)의 반대쪽에 배치되어 가이드 홀(142)에 연결된다. 여기서, 상측 걸림 홀(144)은 가이드 홀(142)을 기준으로 하측 걸림 홀(143)과 대칭되게 형성된다. 따라서, 걸림 돌기(130)가 상측 걸림 홀(144)에 걸림 처리되면, 스트랩(120)은 중앙 부위가 구부러진 상태로 유지될 수 있다.
한편, 매직 푸시(100)는 고리 부재(150)를 더 포함할 수 있다. 고리 부재(150)는 스트랩(120)의 상단에 결합될 수 있다. 고리 부재(150)는 스트랩(120)에 대해 회전 가능하도록 스트랩(120) 상단의 연결 홀에 끼워져 결합될 수 있다. 따라서, 고리 부재(150)는 된다. 고리 부재(150)는 D-형상으로 예시되어 있으나, 다양한 형상으로 이루어질 수 있다.
전술한 매직 푸시(100)의 사용 예들에 대해, 도 1 내지 도 5와 함께, 도 6 내지 도 12를 참조하여 설명하면 다음과 같다. 여기서, 매직 푸시(100)가 휴대단말기용 보호케이스(10)의 후면에 부착된 경우를 예로 들고 있으나, 휴대단말기(20)에 부착된 경우에도 동일한 방식으로 사용될 수 있다.
먼저, 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 매직 푸시(100)는 사용자에 의해 부착 패드(110)를 통해 휴대단말기용 보호케이스(10)의 후면에 부착된 상태이다. 그리고, 걸림 돌기(130)가 하측 걸림 홀(143)에 걸림 처리되어, 스트랩(120)은 부착 패드(110)에 나란하게 펼쳐진 상태이다.
이 상태에서, 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 사용자가 걸림 돌기(130)를 가이드 홀(142)을 따라 상측 걸림 홈(144)으로 밀어서 걸림 처리한다. 이 과정에서, 스트랩(120)의 하측 부위가 포켓 부재(141)의 포켓 공간(141a) 내에서 상방으로 이동하게 되고, 그에 따라 스트랩(120)의 중앙 부위가 부착 패드(110)의 부착면 반대쪽으로부터 볼록하게 구부러져 고리 모양의 공간을 만든 상태로 유지된다. 그러면, 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이, 사용자는 스트랩(120)의 고리 모양 공간에 손가락(30)을 걸고 휴대단말기용 보호케이스(10)를 쥘 수 있게 되므로, 휴대단말기용 보호케이스(10)에 장착된 휴대단말기(20)를 한 손으로 안정되게 쥔 상태로 사용할 수 있게 된다.
이후, 스트랩(120)을 전술한 형태로 더 이상 사용할 필요가 없게 되면, 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 사용자는 걸림 돌기(130)를 가이드 홀(142)을 따라 하측 걸림 홈(143)으로 밀어서 걸림 처리한다. 이 과정에서, 스트랩(120)의 하측 부위가 포켓 부재(141)의 포켓 공간(141a) 내에서 하방으로 이동하게 되고, 그에 따라 스트랩(120)의 중앙 부위가 부착 패드(110)와 나란하게 펼쳐진 상태로 유지된다.
다른 예로, 도 7 및 도 8에 도시된 바와 같이, 사용자는 전술한 과정을 통해 스트랩(120)의 중앙 부위를 고리 모양으로 만들어 매직 푸시(100)를 바닥에 두면, 휴대단말기(20)를 경사진 상태로 거치하는 스탠드 기능을 할 수 있다. 이때, 매직 푸시(100)는 사용자에 의해 휴대단말기용 보호케이스(10)의 상하 중앙선을 기준으로 한쪽에 편향되어 휴대단말기용 보호케이스(10)에 부착된 상태일 수 있다.
이 경우, 매직 푸시(100)의 좌,우측 부위가 상하로 뉘어진 상태에서, 사용자가 매직 푸시(100)의 좌,우측 부위 중 어느 부위를 바닥에 두는가에 따라 휴대단말기(20)의 거치 각도가 달라질 수 있다. 또한, 사용자가 매직 푸시(100)를 휴대단말기용 보호케이스(10)에 부착하는 위치에 따라 휴대단말기(20)의 거치 각도가 달라질 수 있다. 따라서, 사용자는 휴대단말기(20)의 거치 각도롤 원하는 각도로 변경할 수 있다.
다른 예로, 도 9에 도시된 바와 같이, 매직 푸시(100)가 고리 부재(150)를 구비하는 경우, 사용자는 고리 부재(150)를 이용하여 차량 내부에 매직 푸시(100)를 걸어둘 수 있다. 이를 위해, 차량 내부에 거치 홀더(40)를 부착해둘 수 있다. 거치 홀더(40)는 홀더 패드(41), 및 홀더 돌기(42)를 포함한다. 홀더 패드(41)는 접착 부재에 의해 차량 내부에 부착될 수 있다. 홀더 돌기(42)는 걸림 돌기(130)와 동일한 형상으로 이루어져 홀더 패드(41)에 고정될 수 있다.
사용자가 고리 부재(150)를 홀더 돌기(42)에 걸게 되면, 매직 푸시(100)를 거치 홀더(40)에 걸어둘 수 있게 되므로, 휴대단말기(20)는 차량 내부에 거치될 수 있다. 사용자가 고리 부재(150)를 홀더 돌기(42)로부터 분리하게 되면, 매직 푸시(100)가 거치 홀더(40)로부터 분리될 수 있으므로, 휴대단말기(20)는 차량 내부에 거치된 상태로부터 해제될 수 있다.
다른 예로, 도 10에 도시된 바와 같이, 사용자는 고리 부재(150)에 목걸이 스트랩(50)을 끼울 수 있다. 따라서, 사용자는 목걸이 스트랩(50)에 의해 휴대단말기(20)를 목에 걸어서 사용할 수 있다.
또 다른 예로, 도 11에 도시된 바와 같이, 고리 부재(150)에 열쇠(60)를 끼움으로써, 매직 푸시(100)를 열쇠 홀더로 사용할 수 있다. 이 경우, 부착 패드(110)는 젤 타입의 점착 시트나 영구 자석을 구비함으로써, 매직 푸시(100)를 냉장고 등에 착,탈해서 사용할 수 있다. 혹은, 열쇠(60)를 끼운 매직 푸시(100)를 차량 내부 등에 거치해둘 수도 있다.
도 12는 본 발명의 제2 실시예에 따른 매직 푸시에 대한 사시도이다. 도 13은 도 12에 있어서, 부착 패드의 카드 수납구에 대한 카드의 수납 및 인출 과정을 설명하기 위한 사시도이다. 도 14 및 도 15는 도 12에 도시된 매직 푸시에 의한 휴대단말기의 거치 예들을 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
도 12를 참조하면, 본 발명의 제2 실시예에 따른 매직 푸시(200)에서, 부착 패드(210)는 포켓 부재(141)의 좌우 폭보다 넓은 좌우 폭을 갖는다. 따라서, 부착 패드(210)는 증대된 부착 면적으로 휴대단말기용 보호케이스(10) 또는 휴대단말기(20)의 후면에 안정되게 부착될 수 있다.
부착 패드(210)는 카드(70)의 좌우 폭보다 넓은 좌우 폭을 갖고, 카드(70)의 상하 길이보다 긴 상하 길이를 가질 수 있다. 이 경우, 부착 패드(210)는 카드(70)를 수납하도록 형성된 카드 수납구(216)를 포함할 수 있다.
예컨대, 부착 패드(210)는 상단이 개구되고 하단 및 좌,우측 가장자리가 폐쇄되도록 결합된 2장의 시트 부재들(217a, 217b)을 포함할 수 있다. 여기서, 시트 부재들(217a, 217b)은 하단 및 좌,우측 가장자리가 재봉 방식 등에 의해 결합될 수 있다. 물론, 시트 부재들(217a, 217b)은 접착제에 의해 서로 접착될 수도 있다. 시트 부재들(217a, 217b) 사이의 내부 공간이 카드 수납구(216)를 형성한다.
부착 패드(210)는 하단의 일부 부위에 절개 홈(218)을 가질 수 있다. 절개 홈(218)은 카드 수납구(216)와 통하게 형성된다. 절개 홈(218)은 반원 형태로 이루어질 수 있다. 도 13에 도시된 바와 같이, 카드 수납구(216)에 카드(70)가 수납된 상태에서, 사용자는 절개 홈(218)을 통해 카드(70)를 상방으로 밀어 냄으로써, 카드(70)를 카드 수납부(216)로부터 손쉽게 꺼낼 수 있게 된다.
스트랩(120)은 부착 패드(210)의 상하 중앙선을 기준으로 한쪽에 편향되어 배치될 수 있다. 이 경우, 도 14 및 도 15에 도시된 바와 같이, 스트랩(120)의 좌,우측 부위가 상하로 뉘어진 상태에서, 사용자는 스트랩(120)의 좌,우측 부위 중 어느 부위를 바닥에 가깝게 두는가에 따라 휴대단말기용 보호케이스 내(10)의 휴대단말기(20)의 거치 각도가 달라지게 된다. 따라서, 사용자는 휴대단말기(20)의 거치 각도를 원하는 각도로 변경할 수 있다.
본 발명은 첨부된 도면에 도시된 일 실시예를 참고로 설명되었으나 이는 예시적인 것에 불과하며, 당해 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이로부터 다양한 변형 및 균등한 타 실시예가 가능하다는 점을 이해할 수 있을 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명의 진정한 보호 범위는 첨부된 청구 범위에 의해서만 정해져야 할 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 매직 푸시는 휴대단말기 등에 부착되어 휴대단말기를 안전하게 휴대할 수도 있으며, 휴대단말기를 바닥에 세워둘 수 있다.

Claims (5)

  1. 한쪽에 부착면을 갖는 부착 패드;
    상기 부착 패드의 부착면 반대쪽에 상하로 길게 연장된 형태로 배치되며, 상단이 상기 부착 패드의 상측 부위에 고정되는 스트랩;
    상기 스트랩을 사이에 두고 상기 부착 패드의 반대쪽에 배치되어 상기 스트랩의 하단에 고정되는 걸림 돌기; 및
    상기 스트랩의 하측 부위를 상기 부착 패드와의 상단 개구를 통해 끼운 상태로 상하 이동을 안내하도록 상기 부착 패드의 부착면 반대쪽에 고정되는 포켓 부재와, 상기 걸림 돌기를 끼운 상태로 상하 이동을 안내하도록 상기 포켓 부재에 형성된 가이드 홀과, 상기 스트랩이 상기 부착 패드에 나란하게 펼쳐진 상태에서 상기 걸림 돌기를 걸림 처리하도록 상기 가이드 홀의 하단에 형성된 하측 걸림 홀, 및 상기 스트랩의 하측 부위가 상측으로 밀려 상기 스트랩의 중앙 부위가 구부러진 상태에서 상기 걸림 돌기를 걸림 처리하도록 상기 가이드 홀의 상단에 형성된 상측 걸림 홀을 구비하는 스트랩 가이드; 를 포함하는 매직 푸시.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 부착 패드는 상기 포켓 부재의 좌우 폭보다 넓은 좌우 폭을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 매직 푸시.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 스트랩은 상기 부착 패드의 상하 중앙선을 기준으로 한쪽에 편향되어 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 매직 푸시.
  4. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 부착 패드는 카드를 수납하도록 형성된 카드 수납구를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 매직 푸시.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 스트랩의 상단에 결합되는 고리 부재를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 매직 푸시.
