일반적으로 휴대기기용 수납케이스란 휴대폰이나 MP3 플레이어 등과 같은 휴대기기를 수납할 수 있도록 형성된 것이다. 휴대기기는 각종 전자부품이 내장되어 있고, 외부에는 카메라 렌즈, 키패드, 디스플레이화면이 노출되어 있으므로, 외부에서 가해지는 충격에 의해 파손되거나, 이물질로 인해 오염될 우려가 있다. 이에 따라, 종래에도 휴대기기를 수납하여 안전하게 사용 및 휴대할 수 있도록 구성된 휴대기기용 수납케이스가 제시된다.
일반적인 휴대기기용 수납케이스의 크기는 내부에 수용되는 휴대기기의 크기및 형상과 대응되도록 제조된다. 그러나, 휴대기기들의 크기 및 형상은 서로 상이한 것이 일반적이다. 따라서, 어느 하나의 휴대기기에 맞는 휴대기기용 수납케이스를 다른 휴대기기에 사용하기 어려운 문제점이 있다.
본 발명은 다양한 크기 및 다양한 형상의 휴대기기가 수납될 수 있게 한 휴대기기용 수납케이스를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

이하 첨부된 도면에 따라서 본 발명의 기술적 구성을 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 1 및 도 2를 참조하면, 본 발명의 바람직한 일실시예에 따른 휴대기기용 수납케이스(100)는, 제1몸체부재(110)와, 지지부재(120)와, 접착부재(130)를 포함한다.

즉, 종래의 휴대기기용 수납케이스는 특정 형상의 휴대기기의 카메라의 위치와 크기에 맞게 카메라가 맞닿는 부분이 관통되도록 제조하는 것이 일반적이므로, 휴대기기마다 다른 형상의 수납케이스를 제조하여야 한다. 그러나, 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이 본 발명의 휴대기기용 수납케이스(100)는 노출부(150)를 형성하여 휴대기기(10) 형상에 상관없이 카메라(11)가 외부로 노출될 수 있도록 할 수 있다. 그러므로, 다양한 크기의 휴대기기(10)를 수납하더라도, 사용자가 휴대기기(10)에 포함된 카메라(11)를 용이하게 사용할 수 있게 한다.
한편, 도 1로 되돌아가서, 휴대기기용 수납케이스(100)는 제2몸체부재(160)를 더 포함할 수 있다.
제2몸체부재(160)는 지지부재(120)의 일단에 탈착가능하게 결합된다. 제2몸체부재(160)는 휴대기기가 지지부재(120)에 안착된 상태에서 휴대기기의 노출된 부분, 즉, 휴대기기의 상면을 외부의 접촉으로부터 보호한다.
이를 위해, 지지부재(120)의 일단은 고정홈(123)이 형성될 수 있고, 제2몸체부재(160)의 일단(162)은 고정홈(123)에 수용될 수 있는 형상으로 절곡되게 형성될 수 있다. 고정홈(123)은 지지부재(120)의 좌측 단부로부터 우측 단부를 따라 형성되고, 좌측 단부는 개구되게 형성되고, 우측 단부는 개구되지 않게 형성될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 고정홈(123)이 알파벳 ‘L’형상으로 관통된 형상인 경우, 제2몸체부재(160)의 일단(162)은 고정홈(123)의 형상과 동일한 알파벳 ‘L’형상으로 이루어질 수 있다. 이에 따라, 제2몸체부재(160)의 일단이 지지부재(120)의 좌측에서 우측방향으로 고정홈(123)에 수용되게 한다. 여기서, 지지부재(120)와 제2몸체부재(160)의 탈착구조를 전술한 구조로 한정하지는 않는다.
한편, 제2몸체부재(160)에 미도시된 수납부를 형성하여 판형거울, 카드 및 신분증을 수납하는 것도 가능하다. 또한, 제2몸체부재(160)의 일면에 미러스틸, 거울, 반사필름 등을 배치하여 거울로 사용하는 것도 가능하다.
한편, 제2몸체부재(160) 적어도 일부는 투명한 소재로 이루어질 수 있다. 이는, 제2몸체부재(160)가 휴대기기를 감싸더라도, 휴대기기의 디스플레이부가 제2몸체부재(160)의 투명한 부분을 통하여 외부로 보이게 하기 위함이다. 상기 투명한 부분은 젤리소재로 이루어질 수 있다. 이와 다르게, 상기 투명한 부분은 투명 필름으로 이루어지는 것도 가능하다.
상기와 같은 구조에 의해 사용자가 제2몸체부재(160)를 필요로 하지 않는 경우, 제2몸체부재(160)를 지지부재(120)로부터 분리하여 사용할 수 있다. 그리고, 사용자가 제2몸체부재(160)를 필요로 하는 경우, 지지부재(120)에 제2몸체부재(160)를 결합하여 사용할 수 있다. 또한, 다양한 형상 및 다양한 크기로 이루어진 휴대기기를 휴대기기용 수납케이스(100)에 수납하더라도, 휴대기기의 상면과 대응되는 형상의 다양한 제2몸체부재(160)들을 교체하여 사용할 수 있다. 또한, 제2몸체부재(160)가 노후되거나 파손되는 경우, 제2몸체부재(160)만 교체할 수 있으므로, 수리비용을 절감할 수 있다.
또한, 상기와 같은 구조에 따라 다양한 소재로 이루어진 제2몸체부재(160)들을 교체하여 사용하는 것도 가능하다. 예를 들어, 가죽 소재로 이루어진 제2몸체부재(160), 합성피혁으로 이루어진 제2몸체부재(160) 등을 사용자의 취향에 따라 교체하여서 사용할 수 있다.
한편, 휴대기기용 수납케이스(100)가 제2몸체부재(160)를 포함하는 경우, 제1몸체부재(110)와 제2몸체부재(160)는 자성부재(111,161)를 더 포함할 수 있다. 자성부재(111,161)는 제1몸체부재(110)와 제2몸체부재(160)의 일단에 형성된다. 자성부재(111,161)의 내부에는 자석 또는 금속이 배치될 수 있고, 외부면은 가죽 또는 합성피혁으로 이루어질 수 있다. 휴대기기가 휴대기기용 수납케이스(100)에 수납된 상태에서 자성부재(111,161)들은 인력에 의해 서로 접촉되어 제2몸체부재(160)가 휴대기기의 외면을 감싼 상태가 유지될 수 있게 한다.
한편, 휴대기기용 수납케이스(100)는 걸림턱(121)을 더 포함할 수 있다. 걸림턱(121)은 지지부재(120)의 가장자리의 상면으로부터 상방으로 돌출형성된다. 이러한 걸림턱(121)은 지지부재(120)에 안착된 휴대기기가 자중이나 외력에 의해 이동되는 것을 방지한다. 걸림턱(121)의 변형예로 탄성핀일 수 있다. 걸림턱(121)의 다른 변형예로 회전힌지에 의해 결합된 고정핀일 수 있다. 사용자가 걸림턱(121)을 사용하지 않는 경우에는, 회전시켜서 지지부재(120)에 형성된 미도시된 홈이 수납한다. 그리고, 사용자가 걸림턱(121)을 사용하길 원하는 경우에는, 지지부재(120)에 형성된 미도시된 홈으로부터 고정핀을 회전시킨다.
이상의 설명은 본 발명의 기술 사상을 예시적으로 설명한 것에 불과한 것으로서, 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 본 발명의 본질적인 특성에서 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 다양한 수정, 변경 및 치환이 가능할 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명에 개시된 실시예 및 첨부된 도면들은 본 발명의 기술 사상을 한정하기 위한 것이 아니라 설명하기 위한 것이고, 이러한 실시예 및 첨부된 도면에 의하여 본 발명의 기술 사상의 범위가 한정되는 것은 아니다. 본 발명의 보호 범위는 아래의 청구범위에 의하여 해석되어야 하며, 그와 동등한 범위 내에 있는 모든 기술 사상은 본 발명의 권리범위에 포함되는 것으로 해석되어야 할 것이다.
본 발명의 휴대기기용 수납케이스를 이용하여 휴대폰이나 MP3 플레이어 등의 휴대기기를 편리하게 수납하여 휴대할 수 있다.

Claims (6)

  1. 제1몸체부재;
    상기 제1몸체부재 상에 형성되어 휴대기기가 안착되는 지지부재;
    상기 지지부재 상에 형성되고, 접착력을 갖는 젤(gel)형태로 형성되어 상기 휴대기기가 접착되는 접착부재; 및
    상기 휴대기기가 접착부재에 접착된 상태에서 상기 휴대기기의 폭에 맞게 간격이 조절되도록 형성되어 상기 휴대기기가 이탈되는 것을 방지하는 파지유닛;
    을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하는 휴대기기용 수납케이스.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 파지유닛은:
    상기 휴대기기의 좌우 양측 단부와 접촉되는 제1파지부 및 제2파지부; 및
    일단은 상기 제1파지부에 고정되고, 타단은 상기 제2파지부에 고정되어 상기 제1파지부와 상기 제2파지부가 서로 가까워지는 방향으로 이동되게 하는 탄성부;
    를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대기기용 수납케이스.
  3. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 파지유닛은,
    상기 휴대기기의 측면과 평행하도록 상기 제1파지부 및 제2파지부의 일단으로부터 연장형성된 연장부; 및
    상기 연장부에 슬라이딩 이동 가능하게 결합된 것으로, 슬라이딩 이동됨에 따라 상기 휴대기기와 접촉면적이 변경될 수 있게 하는 적어도 하나의 접촉부;
    를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대기기용 수납케이스.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 지지부재와 상기 제1몸체부재의 적어도 일부에 관통되게 형성되어 상기 휴대기기의 바닥면에 형성된 카메라가 외부로 노출되게 하는 노출부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대기기용 수납케이스.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 지지부재의 일단에 탈착가능하게 결합된 제2몸체부재를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하는 휴대기기용 수납케이스.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 지지부재의 가장자리의 상면으로부터 상방으로 돌출형성되어 상기 지지부재에 안착된 상기 휴대기기가 이동되는 것을 방지하는 적어도 하나의 걸림턱을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하는 휴대기기용 수납케이스.
