종래 휴대폰 케이스의 용도는 외부의 충격으로 부터 휴대폰을 보호하고, 액정표시 장치의 스크래치나 파손을 방지하는 용도로 사용되며, 통화시 손에 느껴지는 촉감을 향상시키고 휴대폰의 외관을 아름답게 꾸미는 용도로 사용되어지고 있 다.

상기 제1스토퍼부는 상기 렌즈체회전공간부의 상면을 따라 방사상으로 돌설되는 요철부로 이루어지고, 상기 제2스토퍼부가 구비되는 렌즈체의 하면에는 하단에 단턱이 형성된 요입홈이 더 형성되며, 상기 제2스토퍼부는, 상기 요입홈에 인입되어 단턱에 의해 지지되며 상기 요철부에 끼워지는 볼과; 상기 요입홈에 인입되어 상기 볼의 승하강이 가능하도록 하는 스프링으로 이루어진다.
또한, 상기 케이스는, 휴대폰의 후면에 끼워지고 상기 렌즈체수용부와 헨즈체회전공간부 및 렌즈체가 구비된 제1케이스와; 상기 제1케이스의 일단부에 일단부가 결합되는 제2케이스로 이루어진다.
상기 제1케이스와 제2케이스는, 상기 제1케이스의 일단부에 결합홈이 더 형성되고, 상기 결합홈에 결합되도록 상기 제1케이스의 일단과 대응되는 제2케이스의 일단부에 결합돌기가 돌설되어 이루어진다.
또한, 상기 제2케이스의 후면에는 보조수용부가 더 돌출형성되고, 상기 보조수용부의 내부에는 스틸러스펜을 끼워 고정하는 고정편이 더 구비되어 이루어진다.
본 발명은 접사렌즈(close-up lens), 어안렌즈(fish-eye lens), 광각렌즈(wide-angle lens)가 모두 구비된 렌즈체를 휴대폰 케이스의 후면에 구비하여 접사촬영, 어안촬영 및 광가촬영이 가능하도록 할 뿐만 아니라, 휴대폰에 끼워지는 케이스에 구비됨으로써 별도로 휴대하지 않아도 되어 휴대성 및 사용성의 향상을 기대하고, 렌즈체가 회전가능하도록 구성함으로써 필요한 렌즈를 휴대폰의 카메라 렌즈에 위치하여 사용할 수 있어 렌즈를 직접 손으로 잡지 않아도 되어 렌즈에 손때와 같은 이물질이 묻게 되는 것을 방지할 수 있으며, 케이스의 내부에 스틸러스펜을 구비할 수 있어 스틸러스펜의 분실방지 및 스틸러스펜의 휴대성을 높일 수 있으며, 스틸러스펜이 수용 보관되는 보조수용부의 돌출된 형상에 의해 휴대폰을 눕혔을 때 휴대폰의 세워짐 각을 유지할 수 있어 휴대폰을 경사지게 눕힐 수 있기 때문에 동영상 감상 등의 사용에 따른 만족감을 크게 향상시킬 수 있다.

이하, 본 발명의 구성 및 작용을 첨부된 도면에 의거하여 좀 더 구체적으로 설명한다. 본 발명을 설명함에 있어서, 본 명세서 및 청구범위에 사용된 용어나 단어는 발명자가 그 자신의 발명을 가장 최선의 방법으로 설명하기 위해 용어의 개념을 적절하게 정의할 수 있다는 원칙에 입각하여 본 발명의 기술적 사상에 부합하는 의미와 개념으로 해석되어야만 한다.
도시된 바와 같이 본 발명은 휴대폰 케이스는, 케이스(10)의 후면으로부터 돌출되는 렌즈체수용부(20)와, 상기 렌즈체수용부(20)의 내측에 위치되어 휴대폰(1)의 카메라 렌즈(2)와 대응되는 제1구멍(31)이 통공되고 중앙에 회전돌기(32)가 돌설된 렌즈체회전공간부(30)와, 상기 렌즈체회전공간부(30)의 회전돌기(32)에 끼워지는 끼움부(41a)가 하단에 구비되어 상기 끼움부(41a)가 끼워지는 회전돌기(32)를 축으로 회전하는 몸체(41)와, 상기 몸체(41)의 둘레부를 따라 구비되어 휴대폰(1) 카메라 렌즈(2)와 대응되는 상기 제1구멍(31)에 대응되게 위치되는 접사렌즈(42), 어안렌즈(43), 광각렌즈(44)가 각각 구비되고 상기 제1구멍(31)에 대응되게 위치되는 제2구멍(45)이 통공된 렌즈체(40)가 포함되어 이루어지고, 상기 렌즈체(40)의 상면에는 사용자가 손으로 눌러 렌즈체(40)를 회전시킬 수 있도록 하는 파지부(50)가 더 형성되어 이루어진다.
상기 렌즈체수용부(20)는, 휴대폰(1)의 후면에 끼워져 결합되는 케이스(10)의 후면으로부터 돌출형성되는 것으로, 상기 렌즈체수용부(20)의 돌출 구성에 의해 상기 렌즈체회전공간부(30)가 자연스럽게 형성된다.
상기 렌즈체회전공간부(30)는, 렌즈체(40)가 상기 회전돌기(32)를 축으로 하여 회전되는 공간이며, 렌즈체회전공간부(30)에 돌출된 회전돌기(32)에 상기 렌즈체(40) 몸체(41)의 하단에 구비된 끼움부(41a)가 끼워짐으로써 상기 렌즈체(40) 몸체(41)의 회전이 가능하다.
이와 같이 렌즈체(40)를 돌려 회전시킴에 따라 렌즈체(40)의 몸체(41)에 각각 구비된 접사렌즈(42), 어안렌즈(43), 광각렌즈(44) 중 어느 하나의 렌즈를 상기 카메라렌즈(2)와 대응되는 제1구멍(31)에 위치하여 원하는 촬영을 할 수 있다.
따라서, 휴대폰 케이스(10)의 후면에 접사렌즈(42), 어안렌즈(43), 광각렌즈(44)가 구비된 렌즈체(40)가 구성되어 있기 때문에, 별도로 렌즈들을 휴대하고 다니다가 사용할 때 휴대폰에 장착하여 사용하게 되는 불편함을 해결할 수 있으며, 비용절감 효과에 따른 소비자의 구입비용에 부담을 주지 않는다.
상기 렌즈체(40)의 상면에는 사용자가 손으로 눌러 렌즈체(40)를 회전시킬 수 있도록 하는 파지부(50)가 더 형성되어 이루어진다.
이에 따라, 사용자가 접사렌즈(42), 어안렌즈(43), 광각렌즈(44) 중 어느 하나의 렌즈를 상기 카메라렌즈(2)와 대응되는 렌즈체회전공간부(30)에 통공된 제1구멍(31)에 위치하는 과정에서 렌즈들을 직접 파지하지 않기 때문에 렌즈에 손때와 같은 이물질이 묻게 되어 야기되는 문제점을 해결할 수 있다.
상기 파지부(50)는, 도시된 바와 같이 상기 렌즈체(40)의 몸체(41)로부터 요입되어 형성되거나 또는 몸체(41)로부터 돌출되게 형성할 수 있는 것으로 사용자가 손가락으로 누르거나 잡아 상기 몸체(41)를 회전시킬 수 있는 것이면 된다.
상기 렌즈체회전공간부(30)의 상면에는 제1스토퍼부(33)가 더 구비되고, 상기 렌즈체(40)의 하면에는 상기 제1스토퍼부(33)에 대응하는 제2스토퍼부(46)가 더 구비되어 이루어진다.
이에 따라, 렌즈체(40)의 몸체(41)를 회전시켜 상기 렌즈체회전공간부(30)에 통공된 제1구멍(31)에 상기 접사렌즈(42), 어안렌즈(43), 광각렌즈(44) 중 어느 하나의 렌즈를 위치할 때 상기 제1스토퍼부(33)와 제2스토퍼부(46)에 의해 상기 접사렌즈(42), 어안렌즈(43), 광각렌즈(44) 중 어느 하나의 렌즈가 상기 제1구멍(31)에 정확하게 대응되도록 위치할 수 있다.
이 때, 상기 제1스토퍼부(33)와 제2스토퍼부(46)는, 다양하게 변형 실시될 수 있음은 물론이며, 본 발명에서는 상기 제1스토퍼부(33)는 상기 렌즈체회전공간부(30)의 상면을 따라 방사상으로 돌설되는 요철부로 이루어지고, 상기 제2스토퍼부(46)가 구비되는 렌즈체(40)의 하면에는 하단에 단턱(47a)이 형성된 요입홈(47)이 더 형성되며, 상기 제2스토퍼부(46)는, 상기 요입홈(47)에 인입되어 단턱(47a)에 의해 지지되며 상기 요철부로 이루어진 제1스토퍼부(33)에 끼워지는 볼(46a)과, 상기 요입홈(47)에 인입되어 상기 볼(46a)의 승하강이 가능하도록 하는 스프링(46b)으로 이루어지는 것을 예로 하여 설명한다.
이와 같이 구성된 제1스토퍼부(33)와 제2스토퍼부(46)는, 사용자가 상기 렌즈체(40)의 몸체(41)를 돌리면, 상기 요철부로 이루어진 제1스토퍼부(33)를 타고 상기 제2스토퍼부(46)를 구성하는 볼(46a)이 넘어가게 되며, 상기 접사렌즈(42), 어안렌즈(43), 광각렌즈(44) 중 어느 하나의 렌즈가 상기 제1구멍(31)에 위치하였을 때 렌즈체(40)의 몸체(41)를 돌리는 것을 멈추면, 상기 요철부로 이루어진 제1스토퍼부(33)를 타고 넘어가던 상기 제2스토퍼부(46)의 볼(46a)이 하강되어 상기 제1스토퍼부(33)에 걸리게 되어 상기 접사렌즈(42), 어안렌즈(43), 광각렌즈(44) 중 어느 하나의 렌즈가 상기 제1구멍(31)에 위치되고, 위치된 접사렌즈(42), 어안렌즈(43), 광각렌즈(44) 중 어느 하나의 렌즈는 상기 렌즈체(40)의 몸체(41)를 회전시키지 않는 한, 위치가 고정되어 촬영 중에 렌즈의 위치가 유동됨에 따라 야기되는 문제점이 해결된다.
본 발명인 휴대폰 케이스는 도 5 및 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 케이스(10)는, 휴대폰(1)의 후면에 끼워지고 상기 렌즈체수용부(30)와 렌즈체회전공간부(30) 및 렌즈체(40)가 구비된 제1케이스(110)와, 상기 제1케이스(110)의 일단부(111)에 일단부(121)가 결합되는 제2케이스(120)로 이루어진다.
또한, 상기 제1케이스(110)와 제2케이스(120)는, 상기 제1케이스(110)의 일단부(111)에 결합홈(112)이 더 형성되고, 상기 결합홈(112)에 결합되도록 상기 제1케이스(110)의 일단부(111)와 대응되는 제2케이스(120)의 일단부(121)에 결합돌기(122)가 돌설되어 이루어진다.
이에 따라, 상기 제1케이스(110)와 제2케이스(120)를 각각 분리한 상태에서 상기 휴대폰(1)의 후면에 결합하거나 분리함이 용이하여 예를 들어 강성의 재질로 케이스(10)를 구성할 때 쉽게 결합하거나 분리할 수 있다.
즉, 부드러운 합성수지 또는 고무재질 등으로 케이스를 구성할 경우에는 휴대폰(1)의 후면에 케이스를 분리하고 결합함에 큰 무리가 없으나, 케이스를 강성의 플라스틱 등으로 구성할 경우에는 케이스의 늘어남이 어렵기 때문에 도 5 및 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 케이스(10)를 제1케이스(110)와 제2케이스(120)로 분리하여 구성하면 쉽게 결합할 수 있다.
또한, 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 제2케이스(120)의 후면에는 보조수용부(123)가 더 돌출형성되고, 상기 보조수용부(123)의 내부에는 스틸러스펜(124)을 끼워 고정하는 고정편(125)이 더 구비되어 이루어진다.
이에 따라, 휴대폰에 기록하거나 터치할 때 사용하는 스틸러스펜(124)을 제2케이스(120)의 보조수용부(123)에 쉽게 결합하여 사용할 수 있기 때문에 스틸러스펜(124)의 수용부가 별도로 구성되지 않은 휴대폰에 쉽고 용이하게 스틸러스펜(124)을 수용 보관할 수 있다.
또한, 도 8에 도시된 바와 같이 휴대폰을 책상 등에 올려놓은 후, 예를 들어 동영상 등을 감상할 때 상기 보조수용부(123)가 제2케이스(120)의 후면으로부터 돌출형성되어 있음에 따라 휴대폰을 일정각도 경사지게 올려놓을 수 있어 동영상 등의 감상이 용이하게 이루어질 수 있다.
이와 같이 본 발명은 다양하게 변형실시가 가능한 것으로 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 들어 설명하였으나, 본 발명은 이러한 실시예에 한정되는 것이 아니고, 상기 실시예들을 기존의 공지기술과 단순히 조합적용한 실시예와 함께 본 발명의 청구범위와 상세한 설명에서 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야의 당업자가 변형하여 이용할 수 있는 기술은 본 발명의 기술범위에 당연히 포함된다고 보아야 할 것이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 케이스(10)의 후면으로부터 돌출되는 렌즈체수용부(20)와;
    상기 렌즈체수용부(20)의 내측에 위치되어 휴대폰(1)의 카메라 렌즈(2)와 대응되는 제1구멍(31)이 통공되고 중앙에 회전돌기(32)가 돌설된 렌즈체회전공간부(30)와;
    상기 렌즈체회전공간부(30)의 회전돌기(32)에 끼워지는 끼움부(41a)가 하단에 구비되어 상기 끼움부(41a)가 끼워지는 회전돌기(32)를 축으로 회전하는 몸체(41)와, 상기 몸체(41)의 둘레부를 따라 구비되어 휴대폰(1) 카메라 렌즈(2)와 대응되는 상기 제1구멍(31)에 대응되게 위치되는 접사렌즈(42), 어안렌즈(43), 광각렌즈(44)가 각각 구비되고 상기 제1구멍(31)에 대응되게 위치되는 제2구멍(45)이 통공된 렌즈체(40)로 이루어지고,
    상기 렌즈체(40)의 상면에는 사용자가 손으로 눌러 렌즈체(40)를 회전시킬 수 있도록 하는 파지부(50)가 더 형성되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대폰 케이스.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 렌즈체회전공간부(30)의 상면에는 제1스토퍼부(33)가 더 구비되고,
    상기 렌즈체(40)의 하면에는 상기 제1스토퍼부(33)에 대응하는 제2스토퍼부(46)가 더 구비되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대폰 케이스.
  3. 청구항 2에 있어서,
    상기 제1스토퍼부(33)는 상기 렌즈체회전공간부(30)의 상면을 따라 방사상으로 돌설되는 요철부로 이루어지고,
    상기 제2스토퍼부(46)가 구비되는 렌즈체(40)의 하면에는 하단에 단턱(47a)이 형성된 요입홈(47)이 더 형성되고,
    상기 제2스토퍼부(46)는, 상기 요입홈(47)에 인입되어 단턱(47a)에 의해 지지되며 상기 요철부로 이루어진 제1스토퍼부(33)에 끼워지는 볼(46a)과;
    상기 요입홈(47)에 인입되어 상기 볼(46a)의 승하강이 가능하도록 하는 스프링(46b)으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대폰 케이스.
  4. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 케이스(10)는, 휴대폰(1)의 후면에 끼워지고 상기 렌즈체수용부(30)와 렌즈체회전공간부(30) 및 렌즈체(40)가 구비된 제1케이스(110)와;
    상기 제1케이스(110)의 일단부(111)에 일단부(121)가 결합되는 제2케이스(120)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대폰 케이스.
  5. 청구항 4에 있어서,
    상기 제1케이스(110)와 제2케이스(120)는,
    상기 제1케이스(110)의 일단부(111)에 결합홈(112)이 더 형성되고,
    상기 결합홈(112)에 결합되도록 상기 제1케이스(110)의 일단부(111)와 대응되는 제2케이스(120)의 일단부(121)에 결합돌기(122)가 돌설되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대폰 케이스.
  6. 청구항 4에 있어서,
    상기 제2케이스(120)의 후면에는 보조수용부(123)가 더 돌출형성되고,
    상기 보조수용부(123)의 내부에는 스틸러스펜(124)을 끼워 고정하는 고정편(125)이 더 구비되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대폰 케이스.
