도 1은 본 발명 휴대폰 보호 케이스를 도시해 보인 분리 사시도이고, 도 2는 본 발명 휴대폰 보호 케이스를 도시해 보인 결합 사시도이며, 도 3은 본 발명 범퍼 휴대 케이스에서 카드 수납부를 도시해 보인 사시도이고, 도 4는 본 발명 휴대폰 보호 케이스에서 커버의 저면을 도시해 보인 사시도이다.
본 발명 휴대폰 보호 케이스(1)는 배면에 카드 케이스(2)를 부착한 다음 카드 케이스(2)에 형성된 카드 수납부(3)에 카드(8)를 삽입하여 수납한 다음 카드 수납부(3)를 밀폐하는 커버(4)를 슬라이딩 작동하여 수납된 카드(8)를 외부로 밀어내어 사용자가 손쉽게 인출할 수 있는 구성이다.
또한, 커버(4)와 카드 수납부(3) 사이에 탄성부재(9)를 연결하거나 제거하여 커버(4)를 탄성력에 의해 자동으로 원상복귀하거나 수동으로 작동하는 구조이다.
따라서 본 발명은 전면이 개방된 휴대폰 보호 케이스(1)를 마련한 다음 상기 휴대폰 보호 케이스(1)의 배면으로 카드 케이스(2)가 결합된다.
상기 카드 케이스(2)의 배면에는 내측으로 카드 수납부(3)가 형성된다.
상기 카드 수납부(3)는 상부와 일측이 개방되고, 개방된 일측에는 카드(8)를 삽입 및 인출할 수 있는 삽입구(10)가 형성되며, 상기 삽입구(10)의 안쪽 양측에는 길이방향으로 마주하게 가이드 레일(14)이 형성되고, 상기 가이드 레일(14)의 끝단 중앙에는 체결 고리(6)가 형성되어 탄성부재(9)가 연결되며, 상기 가이드 레일(14) 사이에 위치하는 바닥면에는 상부방향으로 돌출되어 교통카드 및 신용카드를 포함한 카드(8)를 상부 방향으로 가압하여 임의로 인출되는 것을 방지하도록 스토퍼(5)가 형성된다.
상기 스토퍼는(5) 카드 수납부(3)에 수납된 카드(8)가 휴대폰 보호 케이스(1)를 휴대하고 다니는 과정에서 카드(8)가 이탈되는 것을 방지한다.
또한, 카드 수납부(3)에 탄성부재(9)를 사용하지않고 수동으로 커버(4)를 작동하는 경우 임의로 커버(4)가 슬라이딩 작동하는 것을 방지하도록 일방향으로 돌출되게 스토퍼(5)가 형성된다.
상기 스토퍼(5)는 두개가 한 쌍으로 형성되어 이격된 상태로 배열되고 탄성력에 의해 원상복귀하며 커버(4)의 저면 또는 카드(8)를 가압한다.
상기 카드 수납부(3)의 상부를 밀폐하도록 결합되는 커버(4)는 양측에 가이드 돌기(7)가 형성되어 가이드 레일(14)에 끼움 결합되고, 상기 가이드 돌기(7)가 형성된 안쪽 끝단 중앙에는 저면으로 돌출된 체결 돌기(12)가 형성되어 탄성부재(9)가 연결된다.
상기 탄성부재(9)는 고무줄 또는 스프링을 사용하는 게 바람직하다.
상기 카드 수납부(3)에 결합된 커버(4)를 밀어서 슬라이딩 작동하면 커버(4) 저면에 위치한 가압 프레임(13)에 의해 카드(8) 배면을 가압하여 삽입구(10)를 통해 카드(8) 일부가 외부로 노출되고, 커버(4)를 밀지않으면 탄성부재(9)의 탄성력에 의해 커버(4)가 원래대로 복귀하는 구조이다.
또한, 카드 수납부(3)의 바닥면에는 일부를 절개하여 상부방향으로 돌출되게 형성되어 탄성력에 의해 수납된 카드(8)를 상부방향으로 가압하는 탄성편(15)이 형성된다.
도 5는 본 발명 휴대폰 보호 케이스에서 커버의 작동상태를 도시해 보인 사시도이고, 도 6은 본 발명 휴대폰 보호 케이스에서 카드의 인출상태를 도시해 보인 사시도이며, 도 7은 본 발명 휴대폰 보호 케이스를 도시해 보인 단면도이고, 도 8은 본 발명 휴대폰 보호 케이스의 작동상태를 도시해 보인 단면도이다.
본 발명은 휴대폰 보호 케이스(1)에 휴대폰을 삽입하여 장착하고 카드 수납부(3)의 삽입구(10)로 각종 카드(8)를 삽입하면 스토퍼(5)와 탄성편(15)에 의해 카드(8)가 커버(4)방향으로 가압하여 삽입구(10)를 통해 임의로 인출되는 것을 방지하고 가압된 상태를 유지하여 휴대가 용이하다.
또한, 카드 수납부(3)에서 카드(8)를 인출하기 위해서는 사용자가 손가락으로 커버(4)를 삽입구(10) 방향으로 밀면 가이드 레일(14)에 삽입된 가이드 돌기(7)를 따라 슬라이딩 작동하면 커버(4)의 저면에 형성된 가압 프레임(13)에 의해 카드(8)의 일측을 밀어서 삽입구(10)로 일부 돌출되어 사용자가 손쉽게 인출할 수 있도록 유도한다.
또한, 커버(4)에서 손가락을 분리하여 가압이 해지되면 탄성부재(9)의 탄성력에 의해 커버(4)가 원상복귀하여 임의로 커버(4)가 슬라이딩 작동하는 것을 방지한다.
도 9a, b는 본 발명 범퍼 휴대 케이스의 제품 사진으로 카드 케이스에서 카드 수납부와 커버를 도시한 사진이다.
도 10은 본 발명 휴대폰 보호 케이스의 다른 실시예를 도시해 보인 분리 사시도이고, 도 11을 도 10을 도시해 보인 커버의 저면 분리 사시도이며, 도 12는 도 10을 도시해 보인 커버의 저면 결합 사시도이다.
본 발명 휴대폰 보호 케이스(1)는 크게 휴대폰 보호 케이스(1)와, 커버(4), 카드 이동부재(27), 스프링(21, 21'), 버튼(28)으로 구성된다.
상기 휴대폰 보호 케이스(1)는 개방된 전면으로 휴대폰을 분리 및 결합하고, 배면 일측에는 카드(8)를 삽입 인출할 수 있도록 삽입구(10)가 형성되어 카드(8)를 수납할 수 있는 카드 수납부(3)가 형성된다.
또한, 커버(4)는 휴대폰 보호 케이스(1)에 배면에서 내측으로 형성된 카드 수납부(3)를 밀폐하고, 저면에는 양측으로 각각 스프링 삽입홈(17, 17')이 형성된다.
상기 스프링 삽입홈(17, 17')의 일측에는 이격된 상태로 각각 형성된 이탈방지돌기(25, 25')와, 상기 이탈방지돌기(25, 25')와 스프링 삽입홈(17, 17') 사이에 가이드 홈(16, 16')이 형성된다.
상기 이탈방지돌기(25, 25') 사이에는 작동편 스토퍼(18)가 위치한다.
상기 스프링 삽입홈(17, 17')의 양측에는 길이방향으로 마주하게 형성된 이탈방지레일(19)이 형성되어 카드 수납시 직선으로 슬라이딩 작동하도록 유도한다.
또한, 작동편 스토퍼(18)와 인접되게 버튼공(20)이 일체로 형성된다.
상기 이탈방지돌기(25, 25')는 스프링 이탈방지편(26, 26')의 슬라이딩 작동시 간섭되어 카드 이동부재(27)가 완전 분리되는 것을 방지한다.
상기 스프링 삽입홈(17, 17')에 스프링(21, 21')이 삽입되어 슬라이딩 작동하는 카드 이동부재(27)는 카드 수납부(3)에 삽입된 카드(8)를 스프링(21, 21')의 탄성력에 의해 가압하도록 카드 가압편(22)이 형성되고, 상기 카드 가압편(22)의 양단에는 스프링 삽입홈(17, 17')의 외주면에 밀착되어 슬라이딩 작동하도록 각각 대향지게 돌출된 가이드 편(23, 23')이 일체로 형성된다.
상기 가이드 편(23, 23')의 일측에 스프링 고정 돌기(24, 24')각각 형성되고, 상기 스프링 고정돌기(24, 24')에는 스프링(21, 21')의 일측이 끼워지고 타측은 스프링 삽입홈(17, 17')에 각각 삽입된다.
상기 스프링 고정돌기(24, 24')의 일측에는 슬라이딩 작동시 가이드 홈(16, 16')에 삽입되어 이탈방지돌기(25, 25')에 선단이 간섭되도록 스프링 이탈 방지편(26, 26')이 형성된다.
상기 스프링 이탈 방지편(26, 26')의 선단은 이탈방지돌기(25, 25')에 걸려지도록 직각으로 절곡된 구조로 형성된다.
상기 스프링 이탈 방지편(26, 26')사이에는 작동편 스토퍼(18)에 간섭되도록 돌출된 작동편(29)이 일체로 형성된 카드 이동부재(27)를 구성한다.
또한, 버튼공(20)에는 버튼(28)이 결합되어 좌우 방향으로 슬라이딩 된다.
따라서 카드(8)를 삽입구(10)로 삽입한 다음 카드를 안쪽으로 밀면 카드 이동부재(27)는 버튼(28) 방향으로 이동하면서 가이드 홈(16, 16')으로 스프링 이탈방지편(26, 26')과 가이드 편(23, 23')이 이동하고, 스프링 삽입홈(17, 17')에서 스프링(21, 21')이 압축된 상태에서 작동편 스토퍼(18)에 작동편(28)이 걸려진 상태로 고정된다.
상기 작동편(29)이 작동편 스토퍼(18)에 걸려져 간섭되면 버튼(28)은 후진하는 작동편(29)에 의해 버튼공(20)에서 일측으로 슬라이딩 작동하여 대기 상태를 유지하여 카드 수납부(3)에 카드(8)를 수납한 상태로 보관하고, 카드(8)를 인출할 경우에는 버튼(28)을 슬라이딩 작동하여 작동편 스토퍼(18)에 걸려진 작동편(29)의 간섭을 해지한 다음 스프링(21, 21')의 탄성력에 의해 카드 이동부재(27)가 슬라이딩 작동하여 카드(8)를 삽입구(10)로 가압하면 삽입구(10)로 돌출된 카드(8)를 용이하게 인출할 수 있다.

Claims (6)

  1. 휴대폰 보호 케이스에 있어서,
    전면이 개방된 휴대폰 보호 케이스(1) 및 상기 휴대폰 보호 케이스(1)의 배면으로 결합된 카드 케이스(2)와,
    상기 카드 케이스(2)의 배면에서 내측으로 위치한 상태에서 상부와 일측이 개방되고, 개방된 일측에는 카드(8)를 삽입 및 인출할 수 있는 삽입구(10)가 형성되며, 상기 삽입구(10)의 안쪽 양측에는 길이방향으로 마주하게 가이드 레일(14)이 형성되고, 상기 가이드 레일(14)의 끝단 중앙에는 체결 고리(6)가 형성되어 탄성부재(9)가 연결되며, 상기 가이드 레일(14) 사이에 위치하는 바닥면에는 상부방향으로 돌출되어 교통카드 및 신용카드를 포함한 카드(8)를 상부 방향으로 가압하여 임의로 인출되는 것을 방지하도록 스토퍼(5)가 형성된 카드 수납부(3); 와
    상기 카드 수납부(3)의 상부를 밀폐하도록 조립하면 양측에 가이드 돌기(7)가 형성되어 가이드 레일(14)에 끼움 결합되고, 상기 가이드 돌기(7)가 형성된 안쪽 끝단 중앙에는 저면으로 돌출된 체결 돌기(12)가 형성되어 탄성부재(9)가 연결된 커버(4); 와
    상기 카드 수납부(3)에서 커버(4)를 밀어서 슬라이딩 작동하면 커버(4)의 저면에 위치한 가압 프레임(13)에 의해 카드(8)의 배면을 가압하여 삽입구(10)로 카드(8)가 일부 인출되고, 커버(4)를 밀지않으면 탄성부재(9)의 탄성력에 의해 커버(4)가 원래대로 복귀하는 것을 특징으로 하는 카드수납과 인출이 용이한 휴대폰 보호 케이스.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 스토퍼(5)는 두개가 한 쌍으로 형성되어 이격된 상태로 배열되고 탄성력에 의해 원상복귀하면 커버(4)의 저면 또는 카드(8)를 상부방향으로 가압하는 것을 특징으로 하는 카드수납과 인출이 용이한 휴대폰 보호 케이스.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 탄성부재(9)는 고무줄 또는 스프링으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 카드수납과 인출이 용이한 휴대폰 보호 케이스.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 카드 수납부(3)의 바닥면에는 일부를 절개하여 상부방향으로 돌출되게 형성하여 탄성력에 의해 수납된 카드(8)를 상부방향으로 가압하는 탄성편(15)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 카드수납과 인출이 용이한 휴대폰 보호 케이스.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 탄성부재(9)를 제거하여 커버(4)를 수동으로 슬라이딩 작동할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 카드수납과 인출이 용이한 휴대폰 보호 케이스.
  6. 휴대폰 보호 케이스에 있어서,
    개방된 전면으로 휴대폰을 분리 및 결합하고, 배면 일측에는 카드(8)를 삽입 인출할 수 있도록 삽입구(10)가 형성되어 카드(8)를 수납할 수 있는 카드 수납부(3)가 형성된 휴대폰 보호 케이스(1)와;
    상기 휴대폰 보호 케이스(1)에 배면에서 내측으로 형성된 카드 수납부(3)를 밀폐하도록 분리 및 결합되고, 저면에는 양측으로 각각 형성된 스프링 삽입홈(17, 17')과, 상기 스프링 삽입홈(17, 17')의 일측에는 이격된 상태로 각각 형성된 이탈방지돌기(25, 25')와, 상기 이탈방지돌기(25, 25')와 스프링 삽입홈(17, 17') 사이에 형성된 가이드 홈(16, 16')과, 상기 이탈방지돌기(25, 25') 사이에 위치하는 작동편 스토퍼(18)와, 상기 스프링 삽입홈(17, 17') 양측에는 길이방향으로 마주하게 형성된 이탈방지레일(19)과, 상기 작동편 스토퍼(18)와 인접되게 버튼공(20)이 일체로 형성된 커버(4); 와
    상기 카드 수납부(3)에 삽입되어 카드(8)를 스프링(21, 21')의 탄성력에 의해 가압하는 카드 가압편(22)과, 상기 카드 가압편(22)의 양단에는 스프링 삽입홈 홈(17, 17')의 외주면에 위치하여 슬라이딩 되도록 돌출된 가이드 편(23, 23')과, 상기 가이드 편(23, 23')의 일측에 각각 형성된 스프링 고정 돌기(24, 24')와, 상기 스프링 고정돌기(24, 24')는 스프링 삽입홈(17, 17')에 삽입된 상태에서 스프링 삽입홈(17, 17')에 각각 삽입된 스프링(21. 21')과, 상기 스프링 고정돌기(24, 24')의 일측에는 슬라이딩 작동시 이탈방지돌기(25, 25')에 간섭되도록 각각 돌출되게 형성된 스프링 이탈 방지편(26, 26')과, 상기 스프링 이탈 방지편(26, 26') 사이에는 작동편 스토퍼(18)에 간섭되도록 돌출된 작동편(29)이 일체로 형성된 카드 이동부재(27); 와
    상기 버튼공(20)에 결합되어 좌우 방향으로 슬라이딩 되는 버튼(28); 과
    상기 버튼(28)을 슬라이딩 작동하여 작동편 스토퍼(18)에 걸려진 작동편(29)의 간섭을 해지한 다음 스프링(21, 21')의 탄성력에 의해 카드 이동부재(27)가 슬라이딩 작동하여 카드(8)를 삽입구로 가압하는 것을 특징으로 하는 카드수납과 인출이 용이한 휴대폰 보호 케이스.
