[규칙 제26조에 의한 보정 05.09.2014]　진공 또는 방수 케이스
본 발명은 진공 또는 방수 케이스에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 밀봉이 완전히 이루어지도록 하여 주머니의 내부로 물이나 이물질이 투입되지 못하도록 한 진공 또는 방수 케이스에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 정보 통신 산업의 발달에 힘입어 휴대폰을 포함한 통신장비의 보급이 보편화되어 있으면, 휴대폰의 경우, 휴대폰에 관련된 액세서리 산업도 발전을 거듭하고 있다.
상기한 휴대폰의 액세서리 중에는, 휴대폰을 비나 물로부터 보호하는 방수케이스가 개발되고 있는 실정에 있고, 개발된 제품 중 일부는 특허청에 출원되어 있다.
특허청에 출원된 출원 건 중, 2000년 07월 22일자, 출원번호 제20-2000-0020974호(고안의 명칭 : 방수용 휴대폰 케이스)의 실용신안등록청구범위는 " 공기층(1)을 갖는 에어백(2)의 상부에 요홈(5) 및 돌출조(6)를 갖는 파스너(7)를 형성한 투입구(3)를 형성하고, 에어백(2)의 하부에는 주입구(4)를 형성한 통상의 방수용 휴대폰 케이스에 있어서, 투입구(3)의 하부 외주면 양측에는 통공(8)(8')이 형성된 걸이판(9)(9')을 부착 형성하되, 일측 걸이판(9)의 중간부에는 벨크로 테잎(10)을 부착 형성하고, 타측 투입구(3)의 외측면 선단에는 전기한 벨크로 테잎(10)과 대응되는 또 다른 벨크로 테잎(10')을 부착형성하여 됨을 특징으로 하는 방수용 휴대폰 케이스. 그러나, 상기한 방수용 휴대폰 케이스는 에어백의 내부로 물이 투입되지 못하도록 밀봉이 한 번만 이루어지기 때문에 밀봉이 완전하지가 않아 투입구를 통해 에어백의 내부로 물이나 이물질이 투입되는 문제점이 있었다.
이로 인해, 에어백의 내부에 물이나 이물질에 의해, 에어백의 내부에 저장된 휴대폰이 고장 나는 심각한 문제점이 있었다.

따라서, 본 발명은 상기한 종래 기술에 따른 제반 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 개량발명된 것으로서, 본 발명의 목적은 밀봉이 완전히 이루어지도록 하여 물이나 이물질이 주머니의 내부로 투입되지 못하도록 하는 진공 또는 방수 케이스를 제공하는 데 있다.
그러나 본 발명의 목적은 상기에 언급된 목적으로 제한되지 않으며, 언급되지 않은 다른 목적들은 아래의 기재로부터 당업자에게 명확하게 이해될 수 있을 것이다.
상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 진공 또는 방수 케이스는,
투입구를 구비한 주머니와;
상기 주머니의 투입구로 물이나 이물질이 투입되지 못하도록 외면에서 상기 주머니를 압착하는 경첩식 여닫이 구조를 가진 압착수단을 포함한다.
이상에서 상술한 바와 같이 본 발명에 따른 진공 또는 방수 케이스는 밀봉이 완전히 이루어지도록 함으로써, 물이나 이물질이 주머니의 내부로 투입되지 못하는 효과가 있다.
이로 인해, 주머니의 내부에 저장된 휴대폰을 장시간 사용할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
그리고, 본 발명의 진공 또는 방수 케이스의 주머니에 휴대폰 뿐만 아니라 디지털 카메라, 음식물 또는 진공된 음식물, 액세서리 및 휴대폰용 액세서리 등을 장시간 보관할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

이하, 본 발명에 따른 진공 또는 방수 케이스의 바람직한 실시 예를 설명한다.
하기에서 본 발명을 설명함에 있어서, 관련된 공지 기능 또는 구성에 대한 구체적인 설명이 본 발명의 요지를 불필요하게 흐릴 수 있다고 판단되는 경우에는 그 상세한 설명을 생략할 것이다.
도 1은 본 발명에 따른 진공 또는 방수 케이스의 제1실시예를 나타낸 도면이고, 도 2는 도 1의 진공 또는 방수 케이스의 분해도이며, 도 4는 도 2의 경첩식 여닫이 구조를 가진 압착수단의 분해도이다.
도 1, 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이 제1실시예의 진공 또는 방수 케이스(100)는,
투입구(102)를 구비한 주머니(106)와;
상기 주머니(106)의 투입구(102)로 물이나 이물질이 투입되지 못하도록 외면에서 상기 주머니(106)를 압착하는 경첩식 여닫이 구조를 가진 압착수단(108)을 포함한다.
여기서, 상기 주머니(106)와 경첩식 여닫이 구조를 가진 압착수단(108)의 재질은 합성수지이다.
그리고, 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 경첩식 여닫이 구조를 가진 압착수단(108)은,
몸체의 끝단부 내면에 설치되어 상기 주머니(106)를 압착하는 압착돌기(114)를 구비함과 아울러 상기 압착돌기(114)로부터 일정간격을 두고 외면에 체결홈(900)을 구비하며 상기 체결홈(900)의 중앙 상면에 관통공(902)을 구비한 연결부(904)로 이루어져 주머니(106)를 압착하는 전면압착부재(118)와;
상기 전면압착부재(118)의 압착돌기(114)가 끼움 되도록 상기 전면압착부재(118)의 압착돌기(114)에 대응되게 몸체의 중부 내면에 수용홈(402)을 구비함과 아울러 몸체의 끝단부가 상기 전면압착부재(118)의 체결홈(900)에 수용되도록 관통공(906)을 구비한 체결부(908)로 이루어져 주머니(106)를 압착하는 후면압착부재(126)와;
상기 전면압착부재(118)의 체결홈(900)에 후면압착부재(126)의 체결부(908)가 끼워질 때, 상기 전면압착부재(118)가 잘 회동 될 수 있도록 체결부(908)의 관통공(906), 연결부(904)의 관통공(902)으로 삽입되는 와이어(500)를 포함한다.
상기 전면압착부재(118)는 "ㄱ"자 형상으로 이루어지는 것이 바람직하고, 상기 후면압착부재(126)는 "역 U"자 형상으로 이루어지는 것이 바람직하다.
여기서, 상기 후면압착부재(126)가 "역 U"자 형상으로 이루어진 이유는, 주머니(106)의 투입구(102)로 물이나 이물질이 투입되지 못하도록 하기 위함이다.
상기와 같이 구성된 제1실시예의 진공 또는 방수 케이스(100)의 조립과정 및 동작을 설명하면 다음과 같다.
여기서, 제1실시예의 진공 또는 방수 케이스(100)의 조립과정은 조립자에 따라 얼마든지 조립순서는 변경될 수 있다.
먼저, 경첩식 여닫이 구조를 가진 압착수단(108)의 조립과정을 살펴보면,
압착돌기(114)와 체결홈(900)과 관통공(902)을 구비한 연결부(904)를 포함한 "ㄱ"자 형상의 전면압착부재(118)를 위치시킨다.
그리고, 수용홈(402)과 관통공(906)을 구비한 체결부(908)를 포함한 "역 U"자 형상의 후면압착부재(126)를 위치시킨 후, 상기 전면압착부재(118)의 체결홈(900)에 후면압착부재(126)의 체결부(908)를 끼운다.
그리고, 상기 전면압착부재(118)가 잘 회동 될 수 있도록 체결부(908)의 관통공(906), 연결부(904)의 관통공(902)으로 와이어(500)를 삽입한다.
상기 경첩식 여닫이 구조를 가진 압착수단(108)이 조립이 완료되면, 투명한 재질의 합성수지시트로 이루어진 투입구(102)를 갖는 주머니(106)를 위치시킨다.
그리고, 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 주머니(106)의 투입구(102)의 외면에 경첩식 여닫이 구조를 가진 압착수단(108)을 설치한다.
상기와 같이 제1실시예의 진공 또는 방수 케이스(100)의 조립이 완료되면, 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 경첩식 여닫이 구조를 가진 압착수단(108)의 전면압착부재(118)를 시계방향으로 회전시킨다.
그리고, 상기 전면압착부재(118)의 압착돌기(114)를 상기 후면압착부재(126)의 수용홈(402)에 끼운다.
따라서, 상기 압착돌기(114)에 의해 주머니(106)의 투입구(102)가 압착된다.

여기서, 제2실시예의 진공 또는 방수 케이스(100)의 조립과정은 조립자에 따라 얼마든지 조립순서는 변경될 수 있다.
먼저, 경첩식 여닫이 구조를 가진 압착수단(108)의 조립과정을 살펴보면,
압착돌기(114)와 체결홈(900)과 관통공(902)을 구비한 연결부(904)와 잠금홈(122)을 포함한 "ㄱ"자 형상의 전면압착부재(118)를 위치시킨다.
그리고, 수용홈(402)과 관통공(906)을 구비한 체결부(908)와 잠금부재(116)를 포함한 "역 U"자 형상의 후면압착부재(126)를 위치시킨 후, 상기 전면압착부재(118)의 체결홈(900)에 후면압착부재(126)의 체결부(908)를 끼운다.
그리고, 상기 전면압착부재(118)가 잘 회동 될 수 있도록 체결부(908)의 관통공(906), 연결부(904)의 관통공(902)으로 와이어(500)를 삽입한다.
상기 경첩식 여닫이 구조를 가진 압착수단(108)이 조립이 완료되면, 투명한 재질의 합성수지시트로 이루어진 투입구(102)를 갖는 주머니(106)를 위치시킨다.
그리고, 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 주머니(106)의 투입구(102)의 외면에 경첩식 여닫이 구조를 가진 압착수단(108)을 설치한다.
상기와 같이 제2실시예의 진공 또는 방수 케이스(100)의 조립이 완료되면, 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 경첩식 여닫이 구조를 가진 압착수단(108)의 전면압착부재(118)를 시계방향으로 회전시킨다.

상기 발명의 상세한 설명은 단지 본 발명의 예시적인 것으로서, 이는 단지 본 발명을 설명하기 위한 목적에서 사용된 것이지 의미 한정이나 특허청구범위에 기재된 본 발명의 범위를 제한하기 위하여 사용된 것은 아니다. 그러므로 본 기술 분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이로부터 다양한 변형 및 균등한 타 실시예가 가능하다는 점을 이해할 것이다. 따라서 본 발명의 진정한 기술적 보호 범위는 첨부된 특허청구범위의 기술적 사상에 의해 정해져야 할 것이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 투입구(102)를 구비한 주머니(106)와;
    상기 주머니(106)의 투입구(102)로 물이나 이물질이 투입되지 못하도록 외면에서 주머니(106)를 압착하는 경첩식 여닫이 구조를 가진 압착수단(108)을 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 또는 방수 케이스.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 경첩식 여닫이 구조를 가진 압착수단(108)은,
    몸체의 끝단부 내면에 설치되어 상기 주머니(106)를 압착하는 압착돌기(114)를 구비함과 아울러 상기 압착돌기(114)로부터 일정간격을 두고 외면에 체결홈(900)을 구비하며 상기 체결홈(900)의 중앙 상면에 관통공(902)을 구비한 연결부(904)로 이루어져 주머니(106)를 압착하는 전면압착부재(118)와;
    상기 전면압착부재(118)의 압착돌기(114)가 끼움 되도록 상기 전면압착부재(118)의 압착돌기(114)에 대응되게 몸체의 중부 내면에 수용홈(402)을 구비함과 아울러 몸체의 끝단부가 상기 전면압착부재(118)의 체결홈(900)에 수용되도록 관통공(906)을 구비한 체결부(908)로 이루어져 주머니(106)를 압착하는 후면압착부재(126)와;
    상기 전면압착부재(118)의 체결홈(900)에 후면압착부재(126)의 체결부(908)가 끼워질 때, 상기 전면압착부재(118)가 잘 회동 될 수 있도록 체결부(908)의 관통공(906), 연결부(904)의 관통공(902)으로 삽입되는 와이어(500)를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 또는 방수 케이스.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 전면압착부재(118)의 외면 일측에는 잠금홈(122)이 더 설치될 수 있고, 상기 후면압착부재(126)의 하부 외면 일측에는 상기 전면압착부재(118)의 잠금홈(122)에 결합되어 상기 전면압착부재(118)를 잠금하는 잠금부재(116)가 더 설치될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 또는 방수 케이스.
  4. 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 경첩식 여닫이 구조를 가진 압착수단(108)의 후면압착부재(126)의 하부에 설치된 관통공을 리벳팅하여 상기 후면압착부재(126)와 주머니(106)를 결합할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 또는 방수 케이스.
  5. 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 전면압착부재(118)와 후면압착부재(126) 사이에,
    상기 전면압착부재(118)와 후면압착부재(126)가 여닫을 수 있도록 경첩식으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 또는 방수 케이스.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 주머니(106)는,
    제1합성수지주머니(700)와; 상기 제1합성수지주머니(700)에 제2합성수지주머니(702)를 결합한 것으로,
    여기서, 상기 제1합성수지주머니(700)와 상기 제1합성수지주머니(700)에 제2합성수지주머니(702)를 결합시, 상기 제1합성수지주머니(700)의 가장자리에서 일정거리 안쪽지점과 제2합성수지주머니(702)의 가장자리에서 일정거리 안쪽지점을 열 또는 기타 방법으로 부착하여 상기 제1합성수지주머니(700)와 제2합성수지주머니(702)가 수납물의 수납했을 때, 적정한 모양이 유지될 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 또는 방수 케이스.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    주머니(106)의 외면 일측에는,
    상기 진공 또는 방수 케이스(100)를 신체의 일부에 착용할 수 있도록 팔걸이벨트(940)가 설치될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 또는 방수 케이스.
