그리고 상기 이동플레이트(120)의 하면에는 상기 복수의 고정홈(110a)에 선택적으로 삽입되는 돌기(120a)가 형성될 수 있다.
따라서 상기 돌기(120a)는 상기 제1방향(D1)에서 왕복 이동하면서, 상기 복수의 고정홈(110a)에 선택적으로 삽입되어 안착될 수 있다.
그리고 상기 돌기(120a)는 반구 형상일 수 있고, 상기 복수의 고정홈(110a)은 상기 반구 형상의 상기 돌기(120a)와 대응되는 형상일 수 있다.
상기 돌기(120a)가 상기 복수의 고정홈(110a) 중 어느 하나에 삽입되면, 외부의 힘이 가해졌을 때만, 상기 돌기(120a)가 상기 복수의 고정홈(110a) 중 어느 하나에서 이탈될 수 있기 때문에, 상기 모바일 기기(20)는 상기 접이식 케이스(10)에서 노출된 후 고정될 수 있다.
한편, 상기 이동플레이트(120)에는 상기 돌기(120a)의 양측에 절개부(120L)가 구비될 수 있다.
상기 절개부(120L)에 의해 상기 돌기(120a)가 형성된 상기 이동플레이트(120)의 제1부분(1201)은 탄성변형이 가능하기 때문에, 상기 돌기(120a)가 상기 복수의 고정홈(110a)에 각각 삽입되거나, 상기 복수의 고정홈(110a)에서 이탈될 때, 상기 돌기(120a)와 상기 복수의 고정홈(110a)간의 마찰에 의해 그 표면이 변형되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
그리고 상기 이동플레이트(120)의 상면에는 탄성재질의 접착부(140)가 구비될 수 있다.
상기 접착부(140)는 상기 제1부분(1201)이 변형될 때 변형되기 때문에, 상기 모바일 기기(20)가 상기 이동플레이트(120)에 설치된 후에도 상기 제1부분(1201)은 탄성변형이 원활히 이루어질 수 있다.
도 7은 본 발명의 다른 실시 예에 따른 돌기를 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
도 7을 더 참조하면, 상기 돌기(120b)는, 상기 제2방향(D2)으로 길게 형성되며, 상기 제1방향(D1)으로는 볼록한 곡면을 구비할 수도 있다. 이에 따라 상기 복수의 고정홈(110a)도 상기 돌기(120b)와 대응되는 형상일 수 있다.
상기 돌기(120b)가 상기 복수의 고정홈(110a)에서 이탈될 때, 상기 돌기(120b)에 가해지는 하중을 분산시킬 수 있어서, 상기 돌기(120b)와 상기 복수의 고정홈(110a)간의 마찰에 의해 그 표면이 변형되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
도 8은 본 발명의 또 다른 실시 예에 따른 기기 슬라이딩 장치의 사시도이고, 도 9는 도 8의 C-C 단면도이고, 도 10은 도 4의 D-D 단면도이다.
도 8 내지 도 10을 참조하면, 본 발명의 또 다른 실시 예에 따른, 모바일 기기 슬라이딩 장치(200)는 고정플레이트(210)와 이동플레이트(220)를 포함할 수 있다.
그리고 상기 고정플레이트(210)는 외부평면(211)과 내부평면(212)을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 내부평면(212)은 상기 외부평면(211)의 내측에 배치된다.
상기 내부평면(212)은 외부평면(211)보다 하측으로 함몰되며, 상기 제1방향(D1)으로 길게 형성될 수 있다.
그리고 상기 복수의 고정홈(210a)은 상기 내부평면(212)에 형성될 수 있다.
상기 이동플레이트(220)은 돌기(220a)가 하면에 형성된 제1부분과, 상기 고정플레이트(210)에 고정된 가이드 편(230)에 삽입되는 제2부분을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 외부평면(211)에 의해 상기 돌기(220a)는 상기 내부평면(212)의 외부로 이동이 제한된다. 따라서, 상기 돌기(220a)가 형성된 제1부분의 탄성이 떨어진다고 하더라도, 상기 이동플레이트(220)가 상기 고정플레이트(210)로부터 이탈되는 것이 방지되기 때문에, 상기 모바일 기기(20)가 상기 접이식 케이스(10)에서 이탈되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
한편, 상기 외부평면(211)의 단부에는 상기 내부평면(212) 측으로 상향 경사진 경사면(211a)이 형성될 수 있다.
그리고 상기 외부평면(211)의 하면과 상기 경사면(211a)의 최저점간의 거리(T1)은, 상기 외부평면(211)의 하면과 상기 고정홈(210a)의 최저점간의 거리(T2)보다 짧을 수 있다.
이러한 상기 경사면(211a)은 상기 돌기(220a)를 상기 내부평면(212)으로 안내하기 때문에, 상기 이동플레이트(220)를 상기 고정플레이트(210) 내부로 장착하는 것이 쉽게 이루어질 수 있다.
이상에서, 본 발명의 실시 예를 구성하는 모든 구성 요소들이 하나로 결합하거나 결합하여 동작하는 것으로 설명되었다고 해서, 본 발명이 반드시 이러한 실시 예에 한정되는 것은 아니다. 즉, 본 발명의 목적 범위 안에서라면, 그 모든 구성 요소들이 하나 이상으로 선택적으로 결합하여 동작할 수도 있다.
또한, 이상에서 기재된 기술적이거나 과학적인 용어를 포함한 모든 용어들은, 다르게 정의되지 않는 한, 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의해 일반적으로 이해되는 것과 동일한 의미가 있다. 사전에 정의된 용어와 같이 일반적으로 사용되는 용어들은 관련 기술의 문맥상의 의미와 일치하는 것으로 해석되어야 하며, 본 발명에서 명백하게 정의하지 않는 한, 이상적이거나 과도하게 형식적인 의미로 해석되지 않는다.
그리고 이상의 설명은 본 발명의 기술 사상을 예시적으로 설명한 것에 불과한 것으로서, 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 본 발명의 본질적인 특성에서 벗어나지 않는 범위에서 다양한 수정 및 변형이 가능할 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명에 개시된 실시 예들은 본 발명의 기술 사상을 한정하기 위한 것이 아니라 설명하기 위한 것이고, 이러한 실시 예에 의하여 본 발명의 기술 사상의 범위가 한정되는 것은 아니다. 본 발명의 보호 범위는 아래의 청구범위에 의하여 해석되어야 하며, 그와 동등한 범위 내에 있는 모든 기술 사상은 본 발명의 권리범위에 포함되는 것으로 해석되어야 할 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 모바일 기기를 보호하는 접이식 케이스에 구비되어, 상기 모바일 기기를 상기 케이스의 내/외측으로 왕복시키는 슬라이딩 장치에 있어서,
    상기 접이식 케이스의 내부에 설치되는 고정플레이트;
    상기 모바일 기기가 고정되며, 상기 고정플레이트에서 제1방향으로 왕복 이동하는 이동플레이트; 및
    상기 제1방향과 수직한 제2방향의 상기 이동플레이트의 양단이 각각 삽입되도록 서로 마주보는 방향으로 절곡되며, 상기 제1방향으로 상기 이동플레이트의 이동을 가이드하는 가이드편을 포함하고,
    상기 고정플레이트의 상면에는 상기 제1방향으로 복수의 고정홈이 서로 이격되어 형성되고,
    상기 이동플레이트의 하면에는 상기 복수의 고정홈에 선택적으로 삽입되는 돌기가 형성된 모바일 기기 슬라이딩 장치.
  2. 모바일 기기를 보호하는 접이식 케이스에 구비되어, 상기 모바일 기기를 상기 케이스의 내/외측으로 왕복시키는 슬라이딩 장치에 있어서,
    상기 접이식 케이스의 내부에 설치되는 고정플레이트;
    상기 모바일 기기가 고정되며, 상기 고정플레이트에서 제1방향으로 왕복 이동하는 이동플레이트; 및
    상기 제1방향과 수직한 제2방향의 상기 이동플레이트의 양단이 각각 삽입되도록 서로 마주보는 방향으로 절곡되며, 상기 제1방향으로 상기 이동플레이트의 이동을 가이드하는 가이드편을 포함하고,
    상기 고정플레이트는,
    외부평면과,
    상기 외부평면보다 하측으로 함몰되고, 상기 제1방향으로 길게 형성되며, 내부에는 상기 제1방향으로 복수의 고정홈이 서로 이격되어 형성된 내부평면을 포함하고,
    상기 이동플레이트의 하면에는 상기 복수의 고정홈에 선택적으로 삽입되는 돌기가 형성되며,
    상기 돌기를 상기 내부평면으로 안내할 수 있도록 상기 외부평면의 단부에는 상기 내부평면 측으로 상향 경사진 경사면이 형성되고,
    상기 외부평면의 하면과 상기 경사면의 최저점간의 거리는, 상기 외부평면의 하면과 상기 각 고정홈의 최저점간의 거리보다 짧은 모바일 기기 슬라이딩 장치.
