일반적으로 조립식 테이블은 상판을 상부판과 하부판을 결합하여 형성하여 그 하부판의 저면에는 넛트체를 매입하되, 그 축선방향을 삼각형의 모서리 방향으로 퍼지게 하고, 이에 나사부가 형성된 다리봉체를 나사 삽입하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 것으로서, 탁자용 다리의 분해 및 조립이 가능하도록 한 기술이다.
상기 선행기술은 상판의 저면에 너트를 매입하고, 다리의 상단부에 나사부를 형성함으로써 휴대시나 보관시 상판과 다리를 분해하여 부피를 최소화할 수 있도록 하고는 있다.

그리고 상판(100)에는 상판(100) 및 받침판(300)에서 분리된 지지대(200)를 고정하기 위한 홀더(110)가 형성된다. 홀더(110)는 대략 'C' 형상으로 이루어져 지지대(200)의 외주면을 감싸 고정하게 된다. 홀더(110)는 '도 2'에 도시된 바와 같이 스커트(120)에 탈착 가능한 구조로 결합될 수 있으며, 필요에 따라 상판(100)에 일체로 형성될 수 있다.
지지대(200)는 상판(100)의 하측에 배치되며, 막대 형상으로 이루어져 상판(100)을 지지하게 된다.
지지대(200)는 둘 이상의 파이프(210)를 상호 포개어 넣거나 빼낼 수 있는 구조로 연결함으로써 길이 조절이 가능하게 형성된다. 즉, 지지대(200)는 텔레스코픽(telescopic) 구조로 이루어진다.
도시된 바에 의하면, 지지대(200)는 세 개의 파이프(210)로 이루어지며, 중단에 위치한 파이프(210)와 하단에 위치한 파이프(210)의 상단부에는 각각 내측에 끼워진 파이프(210)를 가압 고정하게 되는 가압레버(220)가 장착된다.
받침판(300)은 지지대(200)의 하측에 배치되며, 상판(100) 및 지지대(200)가 쓰러지지 않도록 이들을 받치게 된다.
받침판(300)은 지지대(200)에서 분리된 상태에서 상판(100)의 스커트(120) 내측으로 진입될 수 있도록 스커트(120)보다 작은 면적을 차지하게끔 형성된다.
제1결합유닛(400)은 상판(100)과 지지대(200)를 상호 분리 가능하게 결합시키는 것으로서,
'도 3'에 도시된 바와 같이, 상판(100)의 하면에 장착된 제1암(female)결합부재(410);지지대(200)의 상단부에 장착되어 제1암결합부재(410)에 분리 가능하게 결합되는 제1수(male)결합부재(420); 그리고 상판(100)의 각도조절을 위한 각도조절수단(430);를 포함하여 이루어진다.
여기서 제1수결합부재(420)는 제1하부바디(421); 제1하부바디(421)의 상면에 돌출 형성된 제1돌출부(422); 그리고 제1돌출부(422)의 전면 및 후면에 각각 요입 형성된 제1전방걸림홈(423) 및 제1후방걸림홈(424);을 포함하여 이루어지고,
제1암결합부재(410)는 상판(100)의 장착부(160)에 결합되는 제1상부바디(411); 제1수결합부재(420)의 제1돌출부(422)가 진입하도록 제1상부바디(411)의 하면에 요입 형성된 제1요입부(412); 제1돌출부(422)가 제1요입부(412)에 진입한 상태에서 제1수결합부재(420)의 제1전방걸림홈(423)으로 진입하도록 제1요입부(412)의 내벽에 돌출 형성된 제1전방걸림돌기(413); 그리고 제1요입부(412)에 진입한 제1돌출부(422)의 후방에 배치되도록 제1상부바디(411)의 하면에 회전 가능하게 장착되고, 회전동작에 의해 제1수결합부재(420)의 제1후방걸림홈(424)으로 진입하거나 제1후방걸림홈(424)에서 퇴거하는 제1후방걸림돌기(414)를 갖는 제1고정레버(415);를 포함하여 이루어진다.
그리고 각도조절수단(430)은 지지대(200)의 상단부에 장착된 캡부재(431); 단부가 캡부재(431)의 측면으로 노출되도록 캡부재(431)에 장착된 회전축(432); 제1수결합부재(420)의 제1하부바디(421) 하면에 돌출 형성되고, 캡부재(431)의 측면에 접하도록 회전축(432)에 회전 가능하게 끼워지는 회전플레이트(433); 회전축(432)의 단부에 나사결합되어 회전플레이트(433)를 가압 고정하는 노브(knob, 434); 회전플레이트(433)와 마주하는 캡부재(431)의 측면에 회전축(432)을 중심으로 방사상으로 배열되도록 돌출 형성된 다수의 걸림부(435); 그리고 각 걸림부(435)의 사이사이로 진입하도록 회전플레이트(433)의 측면에 돌출 형성된 다수의 대응걸림부(436);를 포함하여 이루어진다.
결국, 제1결합유닛(400)은 제1수결합부재(420)의 제1돌출부(422)를 제1암결합부재(410)의 제1요입부(412)에 삽입한 후 제1고정레버(415)를 회전시켜 제1암결합부재(410)와 제1수결합부재(420)를 상호 고정하는 것에 의하여, 상판(100)과 지지대(200)를 상호 분리 가능하게 결합시키게 된다.
즉, 사용자는 제1고정레버(415)를 회전시켜 제1암결합부재(410)와 제1수결합부재(420)를 상호 결합하거나 분리함으로써 상판(100)과 지지대(200)를 용이하게 결합 및 분리할 수 있다.
또한, 사용자는 각도조절수단(430)의 노브(434)를 회전축(432)의 단부에서 풀고 회전플레이트(433)를 회전시킨 후 다시 노브(434)를 조임으로써 상판(100)의 각도를 용이하게 조절할 수 있다.
한편, 각도조절이 완료된 상판(100)은 각 걸림부(435) 및 각 대응걸림부(436)가 상호 맞물리는 것에 의하여, 조절된 각도를 안정적으로 유지할 수 있다.
제2결합유닛(500)은 지지대(200)와 받침판(300)을 상호 분리 가능하게 결합시키는 것으로서,
'도 4'에 도시된 바와 같이, 지지대(200)의 하단부에 장착된 제2암(female)결합부재(510); 그리고 받침판(300)의 상면에 장착되어 제2암결합부재(510) 또는 제1결합유닛(400)의 제1암결합부재(410)에 분리 가능하게 결합되는 제2수(male)결합부재(520)를 포함하여 이루어진다.
여기서 제2수결합부재(520)는 받침판(300)의 상면에 결합되는 제2하부바디(521); 제2하부바디(521)의 상면에 돌출 형성된 제2돌출부(522); 그리고 제2돌출부(522)의 전면 및 후면에 각각 요입 형성된 제2전방걸림홈(523) 및 제2후방걸림홈(524);을 포함하여 이루어지고,
제2암결합부재(510)는 지지대(200)의 하단부에 결합되는 제2상부바디(511); 제2수결합부재(520)의 제2돌출부(522)가 진입하도록 제2상부바디(511)의 하면에 요입 형성된 제2요입부(512); 제2돌출부(522)가 제2요입부(512)에 진입한 상태에서 제2수결합부재(520)의 제2전방걸림홈(523)으로 진입하도록 제2요입부(512)의 내벽에 돌출 형성된 제2전방걸림돌기(513); 그리고 제2요입부(512)에 진입한 제2돌출부(522)의 후방에 배치되도록 제2상부바디(511)의 하면에 회전 가능하게 장착되고, 회전동작에 의해 제2수결합부재(520)의 제2후방걸림홈(524)으로 진입하거나 제2후방걸림홈(524)에서 퇴거하는 제2후방걸림돌기(514)를 갖는 제2고정레버(515);를 포함하여 이루어진다.
결국, 사용자는 제2고정레버(515)를 회전시켜 제2암결합부재(510)와 제2수결합부재(520)를 상호 결합하거나 분리함으로써 지지대(200)와 받침판(300)을 용이하게 결합 및 분리할 수 있다.
한편, 상기와 같은 구조에 의하면 제1암결합부재(410)와 제1수결합부재(420)의 결합구조 및 제2암결합부재(510)와 제2수결합부재(520)의 결합구조가 동일한 방식으로 이루어지는데,
이에 따라, 상판(100), 지지대(200) 및 받침판(300)을 각각 분리한 상태에서 제2결합유닛(500)의 제2수결합부재(520)를 제1결합유닛(400)의 제1암결합부재(410)에 결합하여 받침판(300)을 상판(100)의 스커트(120) 내측에 수납하고, 지지대(200)의 각 파이프(210)를 포개어 상판(100)의 홀더(110)에 장착함으로써, '도 5'에 도시된 바와 같이 테이블을 사용하지 않을시 부피가 최소화되도록 각 부품을 조립하여 용이하게 휴대 및 보관할 수 있다.
뿐만 아니라, 상기와 같은 구조에 의하면 상판(100)을 용이하게 교체할 수 있게 되는데, 이에 따라 각기 다른 기능을 갖는 다수의 상판(100)을 구비하여 사용자의 목적에 맞추어 교체하여 사용할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
즉, '도 1'에 도시된 바와 같이 평판 형상의 범용 받침대, '도 6'에 도시된 바와 같이 다수의 통기공(140)이 관통 형성된 랩톱컴퓨터(laptop computer)용 거치대, '도 7'에 도시된 바와 같이 다수의 음식수용부(150)를 갖는 식판 및 장기판, 바둑판, 체스판 등의 보드게임용 게임판(미도시)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 2종 이상의 상판(100)을 구비함으로써 다용도 테이블 패키지를 제공할 수 있는 것이다.이하, '도 8' 및 '도 9'를 참조하여 본 발명의 다른 실시예를 상세하게 설명하되, 상기한 실시예와 동일한 구성에는 동일한 도면부호를 부여하며, 이에 대한 중복설명은 생략하기로 한다.
'도 8'에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 의한 조립식 테이블은 받침판(300)의 상면에 장착된 태양전지(600); 그리고 태양전지(600)에 연결된 모바일기기용 충전케이블(700);을 더 포함하여 이루어진다.
이와 같은 구조에 의하면, 상판(100)에 모바일기기를 올려놓고 사용하는 동시에 태양광을 이용하여 모바일기기를 충전할 수 있다.
그리고 '도 9'에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 또 다른 실시예에 의한 조립식 테이블에 의하면, 상판(100)은 다수의 통기공(140)이 형성된 랩톱컴퓨터용 거치대로 이루어지고, 받침판(300)의 상면에는 태양전지(600)가 장착되며, 상판(100)의 하면에는 태양전지(600)와 연결된 냉각팬(800)이 장착된다.
이와 같은 구조에 의하면, 상판(100)에 랩톱컴퓨터를 올려놓고 사용할 때에 통기공(140) 및 냉각팬(800)이 랩톱컴퓨터의 열을 방열하여 랩톱컴퓨터를 안정적으로 사용할 수 있게 한다.
이상에서 본 발명을 설명함에 있어 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 특정 형상과 구조를 갖는 "조립식 테이블 및 이를 이용한 다용도 테이블 패키지"를 위주로 설명하였으나 본 발명은 당업자에 의하여 다양한 변형 및 변경이 가능하고, 이러한 변형 및 변경은 본 발명의 보호범위에 속하는 것으로 해석되어야 한다.
상기와 같은 본 발명은 테이블을 사용하지 않을시 부피가 최소화되도록 각 부품이 조립됨으로써 휴대 및 보관이 용이하므로 다중이 모이는 학교나 공공장소에 사용하면 유용하다.

Claims (9)

  1. 상판;
    상기 상판의 하측에 배치된 지지대;
    상기 지지대의 하측에 배치된 받침판;
    상기 상판과 상기 지지대를 상호 분리 가능하게 결합시키는 제1결합유닛; 및
    상기 지지대와 상기 받침판을 상호 분리 가능하게 결합시키는 제2결합유닛;을 포함하되,
    상기 제1결합유닛은 상기 상판의 하면에 장착된 제1암(female)결합부재와, 상기 지지대의 상단부에 장착되어 상기 제1암결합부재에 분리 가능하게 결합되는 제1수(male)결합부재를 포함하여 이루어지고,
    상기 제2결합유닛은 상기 지지대의 하단부에 장착된 제2암(female)결합부재와, 상기 받침판의 상면에 장착되어 상기 제1암결합부재 또는 상기 제2암결합부재에 분리 가능하게 결합되는 제2수(male)결합부재를 포함하여 이루어져,
    상기 받침판은 상기 제1암결합부재와 상기 제2수결합부재의 상호 결합에 의해 상기 상판의 하면에 분리 가능하게 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립식 테이블.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 지지대는 텔레스코픽(telescopic) 구조로 이루어지고, 상기 상판에는 상판 및 받침판에서 분리된 지지대를 고정하기 위한 홀더가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 조립식 테이블
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 상판의 하면에는 가장자리를 따라 돌출된 스커트가 형성되고,
    상기 상판의 하면에 결합된 상기 받침판은 상기 스커트의 내측에 수납되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립식 테이블.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제1수결합부재는
    제1하부바디;
    상기 제1하부바디의 상면에 돌출 형성된 제1돌출부; 그리고
    상기 제1돌출부의 전면 및 후면에 각각 요입 형성된 제1전방걸림홈 및 제1후방걸림홈;을 포함하여 이루어지고,
    상기 제1암결합부재는
    제1상부바디;
    상기 제1돌출부가 진입하도록 상기 제1상부바디의 하면에 요입 형성된 제1요입부;
    상기 제1돌출부가 상기 제1요입부에 진입한 상태에서 상기 제1전방걸림홈으로 진입하도록 상기 제1요입부의 내벽에 돌출 형성된 제1전방걸림돌기; 그리고
    상기 제1요입부에 진입한 상기 제1돌출부의 후방에 배치되도록 상기 제1상부바디의 하면에 회전 가능하게 장착되고, 회전동작에 의해 상기 제1후방걸림홈으로 진입하거나 제1후방걸림홈에서 퇴거하는 제1후방걸림돌기를 갖는 제1고정레버;를 포함하여 이루어지며,
    상기 제2수결합부재는
    제2하부바디;
    상기 제2하부바디의 상면에 돌출 형성된 제2돌출부; 그리고
    상기 제2돌출부의 전면 및 후면에 각각 요입 형성된 제2전방걸림홈 및 제2후방걸림홈;을 포함하여 이루어지고,
    상기 제2암결합부재는
    제2상부바디;
    상기 제2돌출부가 진입하도록 상기 제2상부바디의 하면에 요입 형성된 제2요입부;상기 제2돌출부가 상기 제2요입부에 진입한 상태에서 상기 제2전방걸림홈으로 진입하도록 상기 제2요입부의 내벽에 돌출 형성된 제2전방걸림돌기; 그리고
    상기 제2요입부에 진입한 상기 제2돌출부의 후방에 배치되도록 상기 제2상부바디의 하면에 회전 가능하게 장착되고, 회전동작에 의해 상기 제2후방걸림홈으로 진입하거나 제2후방걸림홈에서 퇴거하는 제2후방걸림돌기를 갖는 제2고정레버;를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 조립식 테이블.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제1결합유닛은 상기 상판의 각도조절을 위한 각도조절수단을 더 포함하되,
    상기 각도조절수단은
    상기 지지대의 상단부에 장착된 캡부재;
    단부가 상기 캡부재의 측면으로 노출되도록 캡부재에 장착된 회전축;
    상기 제1수결합부재의 하면에 돌출 형성되고, 상기 캡부재의 측면에 접하도록 상기 회전축에 회전 가능하게 끼워지는 회전플레이트; 그리고
    상기 회전축의 단부에 나사결합되어 상기 회전플레이트를 가압 고정하는 노브;를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 조립식 테이블.
  6. 제5항에 있어서,
    상기 각도조절수단은
    상기 회전플레이트와 마주하는 상기 캡부재의 측면에 상기 회전축을 중심으로 방사상으로 배열되도록 돌출 형성된 다수의 걸림부; 그리고
    상기 각 걸림부의 사이사이로 진입하도록 상기 회전플레이트의 측면에 돌출 형성된 다수의 대응걸림부;를 더 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 조립식 테이블.
  7. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 받침판의 상면에 장착된 태양전지; 그리고
    상기 태양전지에 연결된 모바일기기용 충전케이블;을 더 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 조립식 테이블.
  8. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 상판은 다수의 통기공이 형성된 랩톱컴퓨터용 거치대로 이루어지고,
    상기 받침판의 상면에는 태양전지가 장착되며,
    상기 상판의 하면에는 상기 태양전지와 연결된 냉각팬이 장착된 것을 특징으로 하는 조립식 테이블.
  9. 상판;
    상기 상판의 하측에 배치된 지지대;
    상기 지지대의 하측에 배치된 받침판;
    상기 상판과 상기 지지대를 상호 분리 가능하게 결합시키는 제1결합유닛; 및
    상기 지지대와 상기 받침판을 상호 분리 가능하게 결합시키는 제2결합유닛;을 포함하되,
    상기 제1결합유닛은 상기 상판의 하면에 장착된 제1암결합부재와, 상기 지지대의 상단부에 장착되어 상기 제1암결합부재에 분리 가능하게 결합되는 제1수결합부재를 포함하여 이루어지고,
    상기 제2결합유닛은 상기 지지대의 하단부에 장착된 제2암결합부재와, 상기 받침판의 상면에 장착되어 상기 제1암결합부재 또는 상기 제2암결합부재에 분리 가능하게 결합되는 제2수결합부재를 포함하여 이루어져,
    상기 받침판은 상기 제1암결합부재와 상기 제2수결합부재의 상호 결합에 의해 상기 상판의 하면에 분리 가능하게 결합되고,
    상기 상판은 평판 형상의 범용 받침대, 다수의 통기공이 관통 형성된 랩톱컴퓨터용 거치대, 다수의 음식수용부를 갖는 식판, 장기판, 바둑판, 체스판으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 2종 이상의 것이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 다용도 테이블 패키지.
