우선 본 발명을 설명하기에 앞서 그 구성을 도 1 , 2를 참고하여 살펴보면, 실내 및 실외의 청소를 위한 밀대 걸레에 있어서, 하부 일 측 및 타 측에 중앙부를 중심으로 상호 대향을 이루는 끼움부재(110)가 구성되는 본체부(100); 상기 본체부(100)의 상부에 사용자가 파지할 수 있도록 구성되는 손잡이용 자루(200); 상기 본체부(100)의 하부에 결합 및 분리가 가능토록 구성되되 일 측 단부 및 타 측 단부에 상기 끼움부재(110)가 끼움 되는 끼움부(310)가 형성되고, 일 측에 탈부착이 가능한 청소포(320)가 구성되는 베이스판(300); 으로 구성된다.
상기한 바와 같이 구성되는 본 발명을 더욱 상세하게 설명하면,
먼저, 도 1, 2에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 본체부(100)는 하부에 결합되는 베이스판(300)의 형상과 동일 또는 유사한 형상으로 형성되는 것이 바람직하며, 본 발명에서는 상기 본체부(100)가 사각 판 형상으로 형성되는 것으로 도시하였다.
또한, 상기 본체부(100)의 하부 일 측 및 타 측에는 본체부(100)의 중앙부를 중심으로 상호 대향을 이루는 끼움부재(110)가 각각 구성된다.
즉, 상기 끼움부재(110)는 상기 본체부(100)의 하부 전, 후 및 좌, 우측에 각각 상호 대향을 이루도록 구성될 수 있으며, 본 발명에서는 상기 끼움부재(110)가 상기 본체부(100)의 하부 좌, 우측에 각각 상호 대향을 이루며 구성되는 것으로 도시하였다.
도 1, 2에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 손잡이용 자루(200)는 상기 본체부(100)의 상부에 사용자가 파지할 수 있도록 길이방향으로 길게 형성되어 구성되고, 상기 본체부(100)의 상부에 축 결합되어 회동이 가능토록 구성될 수 있으며, 도시하지 않았지만 사용자가 필요에 따라 길이 조절을 할 수 있도록 다단의 형태로 형성되어 구성될 수 있다.
도 1, 2, 4에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 베이스판(300)은 상기 본체부(100)의 하부에 결합 및 분리가 가능토록 구성되되 일 측 단부 및 타 측 단부에 상기 끼움부재(110)가 끼움 되는 끼움부(310)가 형성되고, 일 측에 탈부착이 가능한 청소포(320)가 구성된다.
여기서, 상기 청소포(320)는 종래의 일반적인 물을 흡수하여 바닥면, 벽면 및 천장을 닦을 수 있도록 하는 다양한 걸레, 헝겊, 행주 및 청소포 등이 적용되어 사용될 수 있다.
즉, 상기 끼움부(310)는 상기 본체부(100)의 끼움부재(110)가 끼움 되어 상기 본체부(100)의 하부에 베이스판(300)이 결합될 수 있도록 형성되는 것이다.
또한, 도 2, 6에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 베이스판(300)은 상기 베이스판(300)의 평단면의 크기는 상기 본체부(100)의 평단면의 크기보다 크게 형성되는 것이 바람직하며, 이는 상기 끼움부재(110) 및 끼움부(310)에 의해 상기 본체부(100)의 하부에 결합된 베이스판(300)의 외주 일부분이 상기 본체부(100)의 외부로 돌출되어 사용자가 발을 이용하여 베이스판(300)의 외주를 눌러 상기 본체부(100)로부터 베이스판(300)을 손쉽게 분리할 수 있도록 하기 위함이다.
또한, 도 3, 6에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 본체부(100)의 내부에는 자석(120)이 내삽 되어 구성되고, 상기 베이스판(300)은 상기 자석(120)에 부착이 가능한 금속재질로 구성된다.
여기서, 상기 자석(120)은 필요에 따라 상기 본체부(100)의 내부 또는 하부에 하나 이상 다수개가 구성될 수 있으며, 본 발명에서는 상기 본체부(100)의 하부 내측 중앙부에 내삽 되어 형성되는 것으로 도시하였다.
상기 베이스판(300)은 상기 자석(120)의 인력에 의해 부착되는 다양한 금속재질로 구성되는 것이 바람직하다.
즉, 상기 본체부(100)의 하부에 베이스판(300)이 끼움부재(110) 및 끼움부(310)에 의해 1차적으로 결합되고, 상기 자석(120)에 의해 2차적으로 견고하게 고정될 수 있도록 하는 것은 물론, 사용자가 상기 본체부(100)를 지면과 이격시키며 들더라도 상기 베이스판(300)이 본체부(100)로부터 분리되지 않아 바닥, 벽면 및 천장을 손쉽게 청소할 수 있도록 하는 것이다.
한편, 도 14에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 베이스판(300)이 자석(120)에 부착되는 금속재질로 구성되지 않을 시에는, 상기 베이스판(300)의 내부에는 상기 자석(120)에 부착이 가능한 자성체(m)가 구성되는 것이 바람직하다.
즉, 상기 베이스판(300)의 경량화를 위하여 상기 베이스판(300)을 플라스틱과 같은 자석(120)에 부착되지 않는 합성수지 재질로 구성할 시, 상기 베이스판(300)의 내부에 상기 자석(120)에 부착이 가능한 자성체(m)를 구성하여 상기 베이스판(300)의 내부에 포함된 자성체(m)에 의해 상기 베이스판(300)이 상기 자석(120)이 구성된 본체부(100)의 하부에 부착되어 견고하게 고정될 수 있도록 하는 것이다.
또한, 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 끼움부재(110)는 본체부(100)의 하부 일 측 및 타 측에 각각 중앙부를 중심으로 상호 대향을 이루며 구성되되, 상측에서 하측으로 길게 형성되고, 상기 끼움부(310)는 상기 베이스판(300)의 일 측 끝 단부 및 타 측 끝 단부에 외측에서 내측으로 내삽 되어 형성되되 끼움부(310)에 끼움 되는 끼움부재(110)의 내측면이 끼움부(310)의 내측면에 맞닿도록 형성된다.
즉, 상기 본체부(100)의 끼움부재(110)의 내측면이 상기 끼움부(310)의 내측면에 맞닿으며 상기 끼움부(310)에 끼움 됨으로써, 상기 베이스판(300)이 일 측 또는 타 측으로 이동하는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 하는 것이다.
또한, 도 7, 8에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 본체부(100)의 일 측 끝 단부 및 타 측 끝 단부에는 힌지(h)가 각각 구성되고, 상기 각각의 끼움부재(110)의 상측 단부는 상기 각각의 힌지(h)에 수직 회동이 가능토록 연결 구성된다.
즉, 상기 본체부(100)의 일 측 끝 단부 및 타 측 끝 단부에 각각 구성되는 힌지(h)를 이용하여 상기 본체부(100)의 하부에 베이스판(300)을 결합시킬 시에는 상기 각각의 끼움부재(110)를 힌지(h)를 축으로 하부로 회동시켜 상기 베이스판(300)의 끼움부(310)에 끼움 하여 결합시킬 수 있도록 하고, 상기 베이스판(300)을 분리하여 상기 본체부(100)를 사용하지 않을 시에는 상기 각각의 끼움부재(110)를 힌지(h)를 축으로 상부로 회동시켜 상기 본체부(100)의 하부면이 지면 등에 맞닿아 안정적으로 지지되며 보관될 수 있도록 하는 것이다.
또한, 도 9, 10에 도시된 바와 같이상기 본체부(100)의 일 측 끝 단부 및 타 측 끝 단부에는 슬라이드부(s)가 각각 형성되고, 상기 각각의 끼움부재(110)는 상기 각각의 슬라이드부(s)에 상, 하부로 슬라이딩이 가능토록 연결 구성된다.
즉, 상기 본체부(100)의 일 측 끝 단부 및 타 측 끝 단부에 각각 형성되는 슬라이드부(s)를 이용하여 상기 본체부(100)의 하부에 베이스판(300)을 결합시킬 시에는 상기 각각의 끼움부재(110)를 슬라이드부(s)를 따라 하부로 이동시켜 상기 베이스판(300)의 끼움부(310)에 끼움 하여 결합시킬 수 있도록 하고, 상기 베이스판(300)을 분리하여 상기 본체부(100)를 사용하지 않을 시에는 상기 각각의 끼움부재(110)를 슬라이드부(s)를 따라 상부로 이동시켜 상기 본체부(100)의 하부면이 지면 등에 맞닿아 안정적으로 지지되며 보관될 수 있도록 하는 것이다.
먼저, 도시하진 않았지만 하기될 제 1베이스판(300a), 제 2베이스판(300b), 제 3베이스판(300c) 및 제 4베이판(300d)의 상면 및 하면에는 탈부착이 가능한 청소포(320)가 각각 포함되어 구성되는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 도 11, 12에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 베이스판(300)은 일 측 단부 및 타 측 단부에 끼움부(310a)가 형성되는 제 1베이스판(300a)과 일 측 단부 및 타 측 단부에 끼움부(310b)가 형성되는 제 2베이스판(300b)으로 구성되되, 상기 제 1베이스판(300a)과 제 2베이스판(300b)의 일 측 단부는 상호 접힘 및 펼침이 가능토록 연결 구성되어, 상기 제 1베이스판(300a) 및 제 2베이스판(300b)이 접힘되는 방향에 따라 상기 제 1베이스판(300a)의 상면이 제 2베이스판(300b)의 상면에 맞닿고, 상기 제 1베이스판(300a)의 하면이 제 2베이스판(300b)의 하면에 맞닿도록 구성된다.
여기서, 상기 제 1베이스판(300a) 및 제 2베이스판(300b)에 각각 형성되는 끼움부(310a) 및 끼움부(310b)는 동일한 크기 및 형상으로 형성되어 상기 제 1베이스판(300a) 및 제 2베이스판(300b)이 상면 또는 하면이 맞닿으며 접힘 될 시, 상호 연통될 수 있도록 하는 것이 바람직하며, 이는 상기 끼움부(310a) 또는 끼움부(310b)로 끼움 되는 끼움부재(110)가 끼움부(310a) 또는 끼움부(310b)에 연통되는 끼움부(310b) 또는 끼움부(310a)까지 삽입 끼움 되어 상기 제 1베이스판(300a) 및 제 2베이스판(300b)이 상기 본체부(100)의 하부에 결합되어 고정될 수 있도록 하는 것이다.
다시 말해, 도 12에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 제 1베이스판(300a) 및 제 2베이스판(300b)의 상면이 상호 맞닿도록 접은 후, 상기 본체부(100)의 하부에 뒤집어가며 결합하여 상기 제 1베이스판(300a) 및 제 2베이스판(300b)의 하면을 각각 사용할 수 있도록 하고, 상기 제 1베이스판(300a) 및 제 2베이스판(300b)의 하면이 상호 맞닿도록 접은 후, 상기 본체부(100)의 하부에 뒤집어가며 결합하여 상기 제 1베이스판(300a) 및 제 2베이스판(300b)의 상면을 각각 사용할 수 있도록 하는 것이다.
즉, 사용자가 상기 제 1베이스판(300a) 및 제 2베이스판(300b)으로 구성되는 베이스판(300)의 도합 4면을 선택적으로 교체해가며 사용할 수 있어 청소를 보다 효율적으로 수행할 수 있도록 하는 것이다.
또한, 도 13에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 제 1베이스판(300a)의 타 측 단부에는 일 측 단부 및 타 측 단부에 끼움부(310c)가 형성되는 제 3베이스판(300c)의 일 측 단부가 상기 제 1베이스판(300a)과 상호 접힘 및 펼침이 가능토록 연결 구성되고, 상기 제 2베이스판(300b)의 타 측 단부에는 일 측 단부 및 타 측 단부에 끼움부(310d)가 형성되는 제 4베이스판(300d)의 일 측 단부가 상기 제 2베이스판(300b)과 상호 접힘 및 펼침이 가능토록 연결 구성되되, 상기 제 3베이스판(300c) 및 제 4베이스판(300d)의 타 측 단부는 상기 제 1베이스판(300a) 및 제 2베이스판(300b)의 접힘 및 펼침에 대응하여 제 3베이스판(300c) 및 제 4베이스판(300d)이 상호 접힘 및 펼침이 가능토록 연결 구성된다.
여기서, 상기 제 3베이스판(300c) 및 제 4베이스판(300d)에 각각 형성되는 끼움부(310c) 및 끼움부(310d) 또한 상기 끼움부(310a) 및 끼움부(310b)와 동일한 크기 및 형상으로 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
즉, 상기 제 1, 2베이스판(300a, 300b)으로 구성되는 베이스판(100)에 상기 제 3, 4베이스판(300c, 300d)을 추가적으로 구성하여 사용자가 상기 제 3, 4베이스판(300c, 300d)의 4면을 추가적으로 사용할 수 있도록 하며, 그로 인해 상기 제 1, 2, 3, 4베이스판(300a, 300b, 300c, 300d)으로 구성되는 베이스판(300)의 도합 8면을 선택적으로 교체해가며 사용할 수 있도록 하는 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 결합 및 분리가 용이한 밀대 걸레에 의하면, 손잡이용 자루를 이용하여 밀면서 청소할 수 있도록 하는 본연의 목적을 그대로 유지함과 동시에 사용자가 끼움부재를 이용하여 본체부의 하부에 베이스판을 용이하게 결합할 수 있도록 하여 사용상의 용이성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 하고, 사용자가 청소 중에 베이스판에 구성된 청소포의 일면이 오염될 시 사용자의 발을 이용하여 베이스판의 일 측을 눌러 본체부로부터 분리한 후에 베이스판을 간편하게 뒤집어 재사용할 수 있도록 하여 청소를 간편하면서도 신속하게 수행할 수 있도록 하는 유용한 발명인 것이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 실내 및 실외의 청소를 위한 밀대 걸레에 있어서,
    하부 일 측 및 타 측에 중앙부를 중심으로 상호 대향을 이루는 끼움부재(110)가 구성되는 본체부(100);
    상기 본체부(100)의 상부에 사용자가 파지할 수 있도록 구성되는 손잡이용 자루(200);
    상기 본체부(100)의 하부에 결합 및 분리가 가능토록 구성되되 일 측 단부 및 타 측 단부에 상기 끼움부재(110)가 끼움 되는 끼움부(310)가 형성되고, 일 측에 탈부착이 가능한 청소포(320)가 구성되는 베이스판(300); 으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 결합 및 분리가 용이한 밀대 걸레.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 본체부(100)의 내부에는 자석(120)이 내삽 되어 구성되고,
    상기 베이스판(300)은 상기 자석(120)에 부착이 가능한 금속재질로 구성 또는 내부에 상기 자석(120)에 부착이 가능한 자성체(m)가 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 결합 및 분리가 용이한 밀대 걸레.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 끼움부재(110)는 본체부(100)의 하부 일 측 및 타 측에 각각 중앙부를 중심으로 상호 대향을 이루며 구성되되, 상측에서 하측으로 길게 형성되고,
    상기 끼움부(310)는 상기 베이스판(300)의 일 측 끝 단부 및 타 측 끝 단부에 외측에서 내측으로 내삽 되어 형성되되 끼움부(310)에 끼움 되는 끼움부재(110)의 내측면이 끼움부(310)의 내측면에 맞닿도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 결합 및 분리가 용이한 밀대 걸레.
  4. 제 3항에 있어서,
    상기 본체부(100)의 일 측 끝 단부 및 타 측 끝 단부에는 힌지(h)가 각각 구성되고,
    상기 각각의 끼움부재(110)의 상측 단부는 상기 각각의 힌지(h)에 수직 회동이 가능토록 연결 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 결합 및 분리가 용이한 밀대 걸레.
  5. 제 3항에 있어서,
    상기 본체부(100)의 일 측 끝 단부 및 타 측 끝 단부에는 슬라이드부(s)가 각각 형성되고,
    상기 각각의 끼움부재(110)는 상기 각각의 슬라이드부(s)에 상, 하부로 슬라이딩이 가능토록 연결 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 결합 및 분리가 용이한 밀대 걸레.
  6. 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,
    상기 베이스판(300)은 일 측 단부 및 타 측 단부에 끼움부(310a)가 형성되는 제 1베이스판(300a)과 일 측 단부 및 타 측 단부에 끼움부(310b)가 형성되는 제 2베이스판(300b)으로 구성되되,
    상기 제 1베이스판(300a)과 제 2베이스판(300b)의 일 측 단부는 상호 접힘 및 펼침이 가능토록 연결 구성되어, 상기 제 1베이스판(300a) 및 제 2베이스판(300b)이 접힘되는 방향에 따라 상기 제 1베이스판(300a)의 상면이 제 2베이스판(300b)의 상면에 맞닿고, 상기 제 1베이스판(300a)의 하면이 제 2베이스판(300b)의 하면에 맞닿도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 결합 및 분리가 용이한 밀대 걸레.
  7. 제 6항 있어서,
    상기 제 1베이스판(300a)의 타 측 단부에는 일 측 단부 및 타 측 단부에 끼움부(310c)가 형성되는 제 3베이스판(300c)의 일 측 단부가 상기 제 1베이스판(300a)과 상호 접힘 및 펼침이 가능토록 연결 구성되고,
    상기 제 2베이스판(300b)의 타 측 단부에는 일 측 단부 및 타 측 단부에 끼움부(310d)가 형성되는 제 4베이스판(300d)의 일 측 단부가 상기 제 2베이스판(300b)과 상호 접힘 및 펼침이 가능토록 연결 구성되되,
    상기 제 3베이스판(300c) 및 제 4베이스판(300d)의 타 측 단부는 상기 제 1베이스판(300a) 및 제 2베이스판(300b)의 접힘 및 펼침에 대응하여 제 3베이스판(300c) 및 제 4베이스판(300d)이 상호 접힘 및 펼침이 가능토록 연결 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 결합 및 분리가 가능한 밀대 걸레.
