밀대청소기
본 발명은 밀대청소기에 관한 것으로 보다 상세하게는 거실 또는 마루 등 주거공간의 실내ㆍ외 바닥면을 닦는데 필요한 걸레포 탈부착이 용이한 밀대청소기에 관한 것이다.

[발명의 배경이 되는 기술]
일반적으로 주택구조는 주로 바닥에 앉아서 생활하는 좌식 생활 패턴에 의해서 수시로 방이나 거실의 바닥을 청소하게 되며 주로 걸레를 이용하여 쪼그려 앉은 자세로 바닥을 닦는 형태를 취하게 되는 바, 오랜 시일이 지나면 무릎관절이 시리거나 허리가 아프거나 하는 등의 부작용을 초래하기도 한다.
이에, 최근 서구식 생활습관과 더불어 의자에 앉아 생활하는 시간이 많은 현대인들은 쪼그려 앉은 상태로 바닥을 닦는것을 기피하게 되며, 이러한 사람들을 위해서 서있는 상태로 청소할 수 있는 여러가지 청소도구가 고안되어 시판되고 있다.
이와 같은 청소도구들은 통상 사각 본체의 중앙부에 밀대가 결합되어 사용자가 밀대를 밀고 당기는 과정에서 본체가 바닥면에 설치되는 걸레포를 왕복운동 함으로써서 바닥면의 청소가 이루어지게 된다.

이와 같이 종래의 청소용 대걸레이거나 밀대걸레는 걸레포의 교환시 사용자가 손으로 직접 걸레포를 잡고 교환하기 때문에 교체가 불편하며, 또한 더러워진 걸레포를 잡고 교환하기 때문에 위생적이지 않은 문제점이 있고, 또한 상기 걸레포를 교환하기 위해 사용자가 허리를 숙여야 되는 문제점이 있다.

상기 제 1 접착부(16)와 제 2 접착부(32)는 탈부착이 가능한 자석, 벨크로테이프 등으로 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
이와 같이 상기 제 1 접착부(16)와 제 2 접착부(32)가 자석으로 구성되는 경우에는 상기 결합판재(20)의 통공(22)이 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 바닥부가 밀폐된 홈부로 형태가 이루어져 이물질이 결합판재(20)의 통공(22)으로 이물질이 유입되는 것을 방지할 수도 있다.
상기 본체(10)의 결합돌기(14)와 이와 결합되는 결합판재(20)의 통공(22)은 서로 체결결합되는 것으로 서로 대응하도록 하나 내지 둘이상으로 구비되는 것이 바람직하며, 상기 통공(22)의 모양은 원형, 타원형, 사각형등의 여러가지 모양으로 이루어질 수 있다.
이와 같이 상기 본체(10)와 상기 결합판재(20)를 결합하여 이루어지는 것으로 보다 용이하게 체결하기 위해 상기 결합판재(20)의 상부면에는 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 삽입홈부(24)가 형성되어 상기 본체(10)와 상기 결합판재(20)의 결합이 용이하도록 할 수 있으며 또한, 상기 본체(10)의 결합돌기(14)가 상기 결합판재(20)의 통공(22)에 용이하게 체결되어 결합하는 효과가 있다.
상기 결합판재(20)의 삽입홈부(24) 상단에는 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이 걸림돌기(26)가 형성되어 상기 본체(10)의 판재(12)가 상기 결합판재(20)의 삽입홈부(24)에 삽입되어 결합되는데 이때 상기 결합판재(20)의 삽입홈부(24)는 소정의 공간을 형성도록 하여 상기 본체(10)의 판재(12)가 상,하로 이동 될수 있도록 한다.
이와 같이 상기 본체(10)의 판재(12)가 상기 결합판재(20)의 삽입홈부(24)에 삽입되어 결합되는 것으로 상기 결합판재(20)의 분실을 방지할 수도 있는 효과가 있으며, 또한 도 8에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 본체(10)의 결합돌기(14)가 상기 결합판재(20)의 통공(22)에 삽입되어 결합이 더욱더 용이하게 하고, 상기 본체(10)의 결합돌기(14)에 구비된 제 1 접착부(16)와 결합되는 상기 걸레포(30)의 탈부착이 용이한 효과가 있다.
상기와 같이 상기 본체(10)의 판재(12)와 상기 결합판재(20)가 하나의 일체로 결합되어 이루어진 또한 다른 실시예로 도 9에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 본체(10)의 판재(12)의 일측면에는 통공(19)이 구비된 홈부(18)가 형성되며 상기 홈부(18)의 통공(19)에 삽입결합되도록 상기 결합판재(20)의 일측면에는 축(28)이 설치되는 것이 바람직하다.
즉, 도 10 에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 결합판재(20)의 축(28)을 기점을 회동하기 때문에 상기 본체(10)의 결합돌기(14)가 상기 결합판재(20)의 통공(22)에 용이하게 결합될 수 있는 효과가 있다.
상기 본체(10)의 판재(12)에 결합되는 상기 결합판재(20)를 보다 용이하게 탈부착함과 동시에 걸레포(30)를 탈부착 할 수 있도록 도 11 에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 본체(10)의 판재(12)와 상기 결합판재(20)가 탄성부재(40)로 연결결합되어 이루어지는 것이 바람직하다.
즉, 도 12a,12b에 도시된 바와 같이 청소시 사용자가 하부로 지속적으로 힘이 작용하기 때문에 상기 본체(10)의 판재(12)와 상기 결합판재(20)가 결합된 상태로 있으며, 청소가 완료 및 걸레포를 교환하기 위해 상기 본체(10)의 판재(12)에 결합된 손잡이 봉(17)을 들어 올리면 상기 탄성부재(40)에 의해 상기 본체(10)의 판재(12)와 상기 결합판재(20)가 분리되어 걸레포(30)가 해체되는 것이다.
상기 탄성부재는 탄성스프링, 판스프링 등으로 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
이와 같이 상기 걸레포(30)의 해체시 상기 결합판재(20)의 통공(22)으로 걸레포의 일부분이 말려 올라갈수 있기 때문에 도 13에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 결합판재(20)의 하부에 다수의 돌기(26)를 형성하여 상기 결합판재(20) 하부면과 상기 걸레포(30)의 제 2 접착부(32)가 맞닿는 면에 마찰력을 증대시켜 상기 본체(10)의 결합돌기(14)가 상방향으로 이동할때 상기 걸레포(30)의 일부분이 상기 결합판재(20)의 통공(22)으로 말려 올라가지 않도록 하는 효과가 있다.
상기와 같이 걸레포(20)의 해체시 상기 결합판재(20)의 통공(22)으로 걸레포가 말려올라가는 것을 더욱더 방지하기 위해 상기 결합판재(20)의 통공(22) 내측에는 방지부재(50)를 설치하여 더욱더 걸레포(30)가 말려올라가는 것을 방지함과 동시에 상기 걸레포(30)와 상기 본체(10)의 결합돌기(14)를 더욱더 용이하게 해체할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
상기 방지부재(50)는 도 14에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 결합판재(20)의 통공(22)에는 하방으로 돌출된 돌기(50-1)를 형성하여 해체시 상기 돌기(50-1)에 의해 상기 걸레포(30)가 상기 결합판재(20)의 통공(22)으로 말려올라가는 것을 방지할 수 있고, 도 15에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 결합판재(20)의 통공(22) 내측에 탄성력을 지닌 고무부재(50-2)를 설치하는데 상기 고무부재의 중심부에는 십자형 관통공을 형성하여 상기 결합판재(20)의 통공(22)에 상기 본체(10)의 결합돌기(14)를 결합시 도 16a에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 고무부재(50-2)의 십자형 관통공을 관통하여 상기 걸레포(30)와 결합되면 상기 고무부재(50-2)는 하방으로 밀려있다가 해체시 도 16b에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 본체(10)의 결합돌기(14)가 상기 고무부재(50-2)의 십자형 관통공으로부터 이탈되면 상기 고무부재(50-2)는 원상복귀되어 밀폐되어 상기 걸레포(30)가 상기 결합판재(20)의 통공으로 말려올라가는 것을 방지함과 동시에 상기 결합판재(20)의 통공(22)에 이물질이 유입되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
이와 같이 본 발명의 밀대청소기(1)는 도 17a에 도시된 바와 같이 사용실시예로 소정의 판재(12) 하부면에는 소정의 길이로 돌출된 결합돌기(14)가 형성되고 상기 결합돌기(14)의 하단면부에는 제 1 접착부(16)가 형성되며 상기 판재(12)의 상부면에는 손잡이 봉(17)이 설치된 본체(10)와 상기 본체(10)의 결합돌기(14)에 삽입되어 결합할수 있도록 통공(22)이 구비된 결합판재(20)에 결합시킨 후 상기 본체(10)의 결합돌기(14)에 형성된 제 1 접착부(16)에 일측면에는 제 2 접착부(32)가 형성된 걸레포(30)를 결합시킨다.
이와 같이 결합된 밀대청소기(1)를 이용하여 청소가 완료되거나 걸레포를 교환하기 위해 도 17b에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 본체(10)의 손잡이 봉(17)을 당겨 올리면 상기 본체(10)의 결합돌기(14)와 결합된 걸레포(30)가 분리된다.
상기와 같은 본 발명의 밀대청소기는 걸레포를 사용자의 손을 닿지 않고 걸레포를 용이하게 교환할 수 있어 위생적이며, 걸레포를 교환하기 위해 사용자가 허리를 숙이지 않고 교환할 수 있어 교환이 편리한 효과가 있다
이와 같이 본 발명의 밀대청소기는 걸레포를 용이하게 교환할 수 있는 것으로 걸레포를 이용하는 스팀청소기 등에도 적용될 수도 있다.

Claims (7)

  1. 실내ㆍ외 바닥면 청소를 위한 밀대청소기에 있어서,
    소정의 판재 하부면에는 소정의 길이로 돌출된 결합돌기가 형성되고 상기 결합돌기의 하단면부에는 제 1 접착부가 형성되며 상기 판재의 상부면에는 손잡이 봉이 설치된 본체와;
    상기 본체의 결합돌기가 삽입되어 결합할 수 있도록 통공이 구비된 결합판재와;
    상기 본체의 결합돌기에 형성된 제 1 접착부와 결합되도록 일측면에는 제 2 접착부가 형성된 걸레포;를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 밀대청소기.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 결합판재의 상부면에는 삽입홈부가 형성되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 밀대청소기.
  3. 제 2항에 있어서,
    상기 결합판재의 상부면에는 걸림돌기가 형성되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 밀대청소기.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 본체의 판재의 일측면에는 통공이 구비된 홈부가 형성되며 상기 홈부의 통공에 삽입결합되도록 상기 결합판재의 일측면에는 축이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 밀대청소기.
  5. 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 항에 있어서,
    상기 본체의 판재와 상기 결합판재가 탄성부재로 연결결합되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 밀대청소기.
  6. 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 항에 있어서,
    상기 결합판재의 하부에는 다수의 돌기가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 밀대청소기.
  7. 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 항에 있어서,
    상기 결합판재의 통공 내측에는 방지부재가 설치되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 밀대청소기.
