이하, 첨부한 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예를 더욱 상세하게 설명한다. 도면상의 동일한 구성요소에 대해서는 동일한 참조부호를 사용하고 동일한 구성요소에 대해서 중복된 설명은 생략한다. 그리고, 본 발명은 다수의 상이한 형태로 구현될 수 있고, 기술된 실시 예에 한정되지 않음을 이해하여야한다.
이때, 도 1의 (a) 내지 (c)는 본 발명의 일실시 예에 따른 다용도 침대를 도시한 도면이고, 도 2의 (a) 및 (b)는 본 발명의 다른 실시 예에 따른 다용도 침대를 도시한 도면이고, 도 3은 본 발명에 따른 다용도 침대를 또 다른 실시 예를 도시한 단면도이고, 도 4의 (a) 및 (b)는 본 발명에 따른 다용도 침대를 또 다른 실시 예를 도시한 단면도이고, 도 5의 (a) 및 (b)는 본 발명에 따른 다용도 침대의 또 다른 실시 예를 도시한 도면이고, 도 6은 본 발명에 따른 다용도 침대의 시트부재가 메쉬망으로 형성된 것을 도시한 도면이고, 도 7은 본 발명에 따른 다용도 침대의 외측에 커버부재를 설치한 것을 도시한 도면이다.
본 발명은 단순한 구성으로 공기를 주입하여 침대의 설치가 완료되는 것으로 부피가 작고, 가벼워 설치 및 이동이 간편한 다용도 침대(50)에 관한 것으로서, 도 1 내지 도 7에 도시한 바와 같이 크게 내부에 강화섬유사(T)가 구비되는 이중공간지로 형성되는 본체(100)가 3분절되어 사용자가 누울 수 있는 침대부(110)와, 상기 침대부(110)의 좌우 양단에 구비되어 지면에 지지되는 다리부(120)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
보다 상세히 설명하면, 상기 본체(100)는 내부에 강화섬유사(T)가 형성된 이중공간지로 형성되고, 일측에 구비되는 공기주입구(100a)를 통해 공기를 주입하여 쉽게 본 발명에 따른 다용도 침대(50)를 구성할 수 있으며, 내부에 구비된 강화섬유사(T)에 의해 일정 두께를 유지하면서 강도가 형성되어 외력에 의해 쉽게 변형되지 않아 안정적으로 사용이 가능하며, 사용이 완료된 후에는 공기를 배출시켜 부피를 작게함으로써 본 발명에 따른 다용도 침대(50)의 운반 및 보관을 용이하게 한다.
이때, 상기 침대부(110)에는 도 1의 (b)에 도시한 바와 같이, 사용자의 얼굴이 위치되는 홀(112)을 더 형성할 수 있으며, 사용자가 엎드린 상태에서 얼굴이 홀(112)에 위치되므로 편안하게 엎드린 자세를 취할 수 있게 되는 것이다.
또한, 상기 본체(100)는 다리부(120)에 의해 지면에 기립되게 설치되는 것으로, 침대부(110)에 사용자가 누운 상태에서 다리부(120)가 안정적으로 지지되어 사용자의 무게나 마사지 중 추가적인 하중이 침대부(110)에 가해지더라도 안정적으로 지지된 상태를 유지할 수 있도록 구성된다.
그리고, 상기 다리부(120)는 용도에 따라 다양한 높이로 제작 설치될 수 있음은 물론이다.
한편, 상기 본체(100)는 좌우의 다리부(120)를 지면을 향해 접을 수 있도록 침대부(110)와 다리부(120)가 연결되는 연결부(130)의 내측에 강화섬유사(T)를 제거하게 된다.
즉, 도 1의 (a) 및 (b)에 도시한 바와 같이, 강화섬유사(T)가 제거된 연결부(130)를 기준으로 침대부(110)와 다리부(120)가 구분되며, 다리부(120)를 지면을 향해 접을 수 있도록 연결부(130)의 외측 부분의 원단을 절개하거나, 일부를 제거하고, 원단이 절개 또는 제거된 부분에 다리부(120)가 침대부(110)에 대해 직각에 가깝게 형성되도록 제거된 원단보다 크게 보강부(132)를 덧붙이게 되고, 이때, 강화섬유사(T)가 제거된 연결부(130)는 보강부(132)가 외측으로 약간 볼록하게 팽창하게 된다.
상기와 같은 구성에 의해 침대부(110)의 좌우 양측에 보강부(132)의 돌출에 의해 단턱이 형성됨으로써 침대부(110)에 누운 사용자의 신체를 양측에서 지지하거나, 미끄러져 떨어지는 것을 방지할 수 있어 보다 안정감 있게 누울 수 있게 되는 효과가 있다.
한편, 도 2의 (a) 및 (b)에 도시한 바와 같이, 본 발명에 따른 다용도 침대(50')는 상기 본체(100)의 연결부(130')는 서로 재봉, 접착제에 의한 접착 또는 열융착될 수도 있다.
즉, 상기 연결부(130')의 중앙부가 상부면 및 하부면이 열융착 등에 의해 얇게 형성되어 다리부(120)의 절곡이 보다 용이하게 이루어질 수 있는 효과가 있다.
이때, 상기 연결부(130')는 지지력이 약해 본체(100)가 기립될 수 없으므로 후술하는 지지프레임(140) 또는 시트부재(150)로 안정적인 지지가 가능해진다.
또한, 상기 침대부(110) 및 다리부(120) 각각에 공기주입구(100b,100a)가 구비되어 각 구성별로 공기를 주입할 수 있도록 구성됨이 바람직하다.
한편, 도 3의 (a) 및 (b)에 도시한 바와 같이, 본 발명에 따른 다용도 침대(50")는 침대부(110)와 다리부(120)가 별개의 이중공간지로 제작되고, 다리부(120)의 상단에 침대부(110)가 안착되며, 상기 침대부(110)와 다리부(120)의 연결부분에 접착시트(160)가 접착되어 지면에 기립된 상태를 유지할 수 있도록 구성될 수도 있다.
즉, 상기 침대부(110)와 다리부(120)가 연결되는 내측 및 외측에 접착시트(160)가 접착됨으로써 침대부(110)가 다리부(120) 상부에 안착되어 기립된 상태를 유지할 수 있도록 구성되는 것이다.
또한, 상기 침대부(110) 및 다리부(120) 각각에 공기주입구(100b,100a)가 구비되어 각 구성별로 공기를 주입할 수 있도록 구성됨이 바람직하다.
한편, 본 발명에 따른 다용도 침대(50)는 상기 본체(110)의 다리부(120)의 간격이 서로 벌어지거나 좁혀지지 않고 평행하게 기립된 상태를 보다 안정적으로 유지할 수 있도록 지지프레임(140)이 더 구비될 수 있다.
이때, 상기 지지프레임(140)은 상기 다리부(120)의 사이에 일정 간격으로 다수개가 설치되는 것으로, 상기 다리부(120)의 서로 마주하는 측면에 구비되는 결합부재(122)에 상기 지지프레임(140) 결합된다.
즉, 도 4의 (a) 및 (b)에 도시한 바와 같이, 상기 지지프레임(140)은 수평 방향으로 형성되는 수평부의 양단이 수직하게 상측으로 절곡 형성되어 수직부가 형성되고, 상기 결합부재(122)에는 상하로 관통된 관통공(122a)이 형성되어 관통공(122a)에 지지프레임(140)의 수직부가 각각 끼움 결합된다.
그래서, 상기 지지프레임(140)의 수평부는 지면에 지지되고, 수직부는 다리부(120)에 고정된 상태가 되도록 하여 사용자의 무게나 마사지 중 추가적인 하중이 침대부(110)에 가해지더라도 다리부(120)의 간격이 서로 벌어지거나 좁혀지지 않고 지지프레임(140)의 수평부의 길이만큼 일정 거리 이격된 상태를 유지할 수 있도록 하여 다용도 침대(50')가 더욱 안정적으로 지지될 수 있도록 하는 효과가 있다.
이때, 도시하지는 않았지만 전술한 다용도 침대(50',50")에도 이러한 구성을 적용할 수 있음은 물론이다.
한편, 본 발명에 따른 다용도 침대(50)는 도 5에 도시한 바와 같이, 상기 본체(110)의 다리부(120)의 간격이 서로 벌어지거나 좁혀지지 않고 평행하게 기립된 상태를 보다 안정적으로 유지할 수 있도록 시트부재(150)가 더 구비될 수 있다.
이때, 상기 시트부재(150)는 상기 다리부(120)의 하단을 연결 설치하도록 설치되는 것으로, 상기 다리부(120)의 서로 마주하는 외측면 및 시트부재(150)에는 서로 대응되는 접착부재(124)가 각각 구비되어 서로 접착 결합된다.
즉, 상기 접착부재(124)는 벨크로테이프, 지퍼, 스냅단추 등 다양한 결합 수단으로 이루어질 수 있으며, 상기 시트부재(150)는 도 5의 (a)에 도시한 바와 같이 다리부(120)의 하단을 연결하도록 다수개가 일정 간격으로 설치될 수도 있고, 도 5의 (b)에 도시한 바와 같이 하나의 시트부재(150)로 다리부(120) 전체를 고정하도록 설치될 수도 있다.
또한, 상기 시트부재(150)는 재봉, 접착제에 의한 접착 또는 열융착 등에 의해 다리부(120)에 고정 접합 설치될 수도 있다.
그래서, 상기 시트부재(150)에 의해 다리부(120)의 간격이 고정되어 사용자의 무게나 마사지 중 추가적인 하중이 침대부(110)에 가해지더라도 다리부(120)의 간격이 서로 벌어지거나 좁혀지지 않고 시트부재(150)에 의해 고정된 거리 만큼 일정 거리 이격된 상태를 유지할 수 있도록 하여 다용도 침대(50)를 더욱 안정적으로 지지할 수 있도록 하는 효과가 있다.
아울러, 도 6에 도시한 바와 같이, 상기 하나의 시트부재(150)로 다리부(120) 전체를 고정하도록 설치된 경우 상기 시트부재(150)가 상측으로 가고, 침대부(110)가 지면에 닿도록 뒤집어서 시트부재(150)에 누울 수도 있다.
그래서, 상기 시트부재(150)에 사용자가 눕게 되면 시트부재(150)가 사용자의 체형에 맞게 오목하게 변형되면서 신체를 밀착 지지하게 되어 안정감 있는 지지가 가능하게 된다.
또한, 상기 시트부재(150)를 메쉬망 형태로 형성하여 통기성이 향상되도록 구성하면 사용자가 시원함을 느낄 수 있게 된다.
이때, 상기와 같이 구성되는 다용도 침대(50)의 나머지 구성은 전술한 실시 예와 동일하므로 그에 대한 상세한 설명은 생략하기로 한다.
또한, 상기와 같은 전술한 실시예에서 지지프레임(140)과 시트부재(150)를 동시에 적용할 수도 있는 등 다양하게 구성할 수 있음은 물론이다.
아울러, 도시하지는 않았지만 전술한 다용도 침대(50',50")에도 이러한 구성을 적용할 수 있음은 물론이다.
한편, 본 발명에 따른 다용도 침대(50)는 도 7에 도시한 바와 같이, 침대부(110) 및 다리부(120) 외측 전체를 커버하는 커버부재(160)가 구비되어 침대부(110) 및 다리부(120)를 손상이나 오염으로부터 보호할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 상기 커버부재(160)의 디자인을 다양하게 함으로써 심미성을 높일 수 있도록 구성할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 커버부재(160)는 지퍼, 벨크로테이프 등 고정수단에 의해 커버부재(160)를 씌우거나 오염이나 손상 시 세탁 및 교체가 용이하도록 구성할 수 있다.
그리고, 상기 커버부재(160)는 상부에 솜, 구스 등 소재를 내장하고, 퀼팅 처리 등 봉제 가공하여 보다 안락함을 제공할 수 있도록 구성될 수 있음은 물론이다.
아울러, 도시하지는 않았지만 전술한 다용도 침대(50',50")에도 이러한 구성을 적용할 수 있음은 물론이다.
따라서, 전술한 바와 같은 본 발명에 따른 다용도 침대(50,50',50")에 의하면, 단순한 구성으로 공기를 주입하여 다용도 침대의 설치가 완료되는 것으로 부피가 작고, 가벼워 설치 및 이동이 간편하며, 상기 본체의 다리부의 사이에 지지프레임 또는 시트부재를 더 구비함으로써 보다 안정적으로 지지할 수 있으며, 마사지용 침대 뿐만 아니라, 일반 침대 등으로도 사용할 수 있고, 시트부재를 메쉬망으로 형성하면 사용자가 시트부재에 누울 때 통풍이 잘되어 시원함을 느낄 수 있다.
여기서, 일반 침대로 사용할 경우에는 사용자의 얼굴이 위치하는 홀(112)에 별도의 폐쇄구(미도시)를 사용하여 홀(112)을 폐쇄하거나, 침대부(110)에 홀(112)이 형성되지 않도록 하여 사용하게 된다.
이상에서는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예를 설명하였으나, 본 발명의 권리범위는 이에 한정되지 않으며, 본 발명의 실시 예와 실질적으로 균등한 범위에 있는 것까지 본 발명의 권리범위가 미치는 것으로 본 발명의 정신을 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 당해 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의해 다양하게 변형 실시가 가능한 것이다.
본 발명은 다용도 침대에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 단순한 구성으로 공기를 주입하여 침대의 설치가 완료되는 것으로 부피가 작고, 가벼워 설치 및 이동이 간편한 다용도 침대에 관한 것이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 내부에 강화섬유사가 구비되는 이중공간지로 형성되는 본체가 3분절되어 침대부와 침대부의 좌우 양단에 구비되어 지면에 지지되는 다리부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다용도 침대.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 침대부에는 얼굴이 위치되는 홀이 더 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다용도 침대.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 본체의 침대부와 다리부가 연결되는 연결부의 내측에는 강화섬유사가 제거된 것을 특징으로 하는 다용도 침대.
  4. 제 3항에 있어서,
    상기 연결부는 재봉, 접착제에 의한 접착 또는 열융착 중 어느하나 인 것을 특징으로 하는 다용도 침대.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 본체의 다리부의 사이에 연결 설치되는 지지프레임이 더 구비되되,
    상기 다리부의 서로 마주하는 측면에는 상기 지지프레임이 결합되는 결합부재가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 다용도 침대.
  6. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 본체의 다리부의 하단 외측에는 접착부재가 구비되고,
    상기 접착부재에 접착되어 상기 다리부의 하단을 연결 설치하기 위한 시트부재가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다용도 침대.
  7. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 다리부는 침대부에 접착시트에 의해 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다용도 침대.
  8. 제 6항에 있어서,
    상기 시트부재는 메쉬망으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다용도 침대.
