플레이트(10)의 양 측단에는 상기 보조플레이트(20)가 회동 가능하도록 회전축(21)에 의해 조립되는데, 회전축(21)은 보조플레이트(20)의 상측으로 돌출 형성되고, 이에 대응되는 플레이트(10)면에는 결합구멍(11)이 형성되어 서로 결합되도록 되어 있다.
그리고, 플레이트(10)의 결합구멍(11) 외측으로는 결합구멍(11)의 중심을 동심으로하는 마주하는 한 쌍의 안내홈(12)이 형성되어 있으며, 안내홈(12)의 동일 방향의 단부에는 확장된 형태의 유도홈(13)이 형성되어 있다.
보조플레이트(20)의 상기 회전축(21)의 외측으로는 상기 안내홈(12)에 끼워지기 위한 안내핀(22)이 돌출 형성되어 있는데, 이 안내핀(22)의 선단부에는 구형의 확장된 유도구(23)가 형성되어 있다.
따라서, 상기 보조플레이트(20)의 안내핀(22)이 플레이트(10)의 안내홈(12)에 끼워지기 위해서는 안내핀(22)의 상단에 형성된 유도구(23)가 안내홈(12)의 확장된 부분인 유도홈(13)을 통해서 끼워진 다음 측 방향으로 회전하면 보조플레이트(20)가 쉽게 이탈되지 않고 조립된 상태를 유지하게 되고, 보조플레이트(20)는 플레이트(10)에 대하여 상기 안내홈(12)의 길이만큼 회전각을 갖게 된다.
각 보조플레이트(20)의 전·후방으로도 지지대(40)가 형성되어 있으며, 이렇게 플레이트(10)와 보조플레이트(20)에 형성된 지지대(40)에 의해 보조기구(100)는 전체적으로 길이방향으로 터널을 형성하게 된다.
쿠션부재(30)는 충격을 흡수하고 감촉을 부드럽게 할 수 있도록 충분한 탄성을 갖는 재료로 선택되어지게 되며, 상기 플레이트(10)와 보조플레이트(20)의 평면 형상과 같은 형상으로 이루어져서 플레이트(10)와 보조플레이트(20)의 윗면으로 부착된다.
상기 쿠션부재(30)는 플레이트(10) 및 보조플레이트(20)와 착탈이 이루어질 수 있도록 구성되며, 이를 위해 플레이트(10)와 보조플레이트(20)의 윗면과 쿠션부재(30)의 밑면에는 대응되는 매직테이프(31)가 부착될 수 있다.
그리고, 각 지지대(40)의 하단에는 볼(42)이 내장되어 그 일부가 지지대(40)의 밑면으로 돌출되도록 함으로써 보조기구(100)가 지면에서 쉽게 이동될 수 있도록 되어 있다.
도 5는 본 발명에 따른 지지대의 일실시예를 나타낸 부분 사시도이고, 도 6은 상기 도 5의 요부를 나타낸 측단면도로서 이들 도면을 참조하면, 지지대(40)의 외측을 감싸는 보조지지대(41)가 더 구비되어 이 보조지지대(41)가 상·하로 이동되어 지지대의 높이를 조절하도록 되어 있다.
이를 위해 상기 지지대(40)의 측면에는 다단계의 걸림턱(43)이 형성되어 있고, 상기 지지대(40)의 외측과 보조지지대(41)의 내측 사이에는 걸림편(44)이 설치되어 있는데, 걸림편(44)의 일단은 버튼(45)으로 되어 스프링(46)에 의해 보조지지대(41)의 외부로 돌출된 상태를 유지하고, 타단은 상기 걸림턱(43)에 탄성적으로 걸리는 상태를 유지하도록 됨으로써, 상기 버튼(45)을 누르면 스프링(46)의 탄력에 저항하여 걸림편(44)의 단부가 걸림턱(43)으로부터 이탈하여 보조지지대(41)가 지지대(40)에 대하여 상·하로 이동할 수 있게 된다.
이렇게 보조지지대(41)가 설치되는 경우에는 상기 볼(42)은 보조지지대(41)의 하단에 설치된다.
한편, 본 발명에 따른 쿠션부재(30)는 별도의 커버(도면에 도시안됨)로 감싸진 형태로 사용할 수 있는데, 이 커버는 섬유원단으로 되고, 일단이 지퍼 등에 의해 개폐되도록 함으로써 사용 시 커버만 분리하여 세척할 수 있도록 구성할 수 있으며, 이 경우 커버의 밑면에 매직테이프(31)를 부착하여 상기 플레이트(10)에 착탈시킬 수 있을 것이다.
도 7은 본 발명에 따른 쿠션부재의 다른 실시예도이고, 도 8은 상기 도 7의 측단면도로서 이들 도면을 참조하면, 쿠션부재(30)의 일단에 소형 모터(50)에 의해 동작되는 선풍기(51)가 설치되고, 이로부터 발생되는 바람이 통하도록 통풍로(52)가 쿠션부재(30) 전체에 고루 형성되어 있다.
상기 모터(50)는 배터리나 전원 연결에 의해 동작되도록 할 수 있다.
이에 따라, 더운 환경에서는 상기 선풍기(51)에 의해 쿠션부재(30)로부터 바람을 공급하여 시원하게 사용할 수 있게 된다.
도 9는 본 발명에 따른 쿠션부재의 다른 형태를 보여주는 것으로서, 쿠션부재(30)의 상단에 온열매트(60)를 더 설치할 수 있는데, 이 온열매트(60)는 쿠션부재를 감싸는 커버의 내부에 삽입하는 형태로 사용할 수도 있을 것이다.
이와 같은 본 발명의 작용을 살펴보면 다음과 같다.
본 발명은 도 10에서와 같이 측면으로 누워서 밑의 다리는 보조기구(100)의 하측에 위치하고, 상측의 다리는 보조기구(100)의 위, 즉 쿠션부재(30)의 윗면에 얹는 형태로 하여 사용하게 된다.
그리고, 넓적다리와 발 부분은 보조기구(100)의 보조플레이트(20)상에 위치하게 되는데, 인체 구조상 무릎부분과 발목부분은 관절이 있어서 무의식적으로도 움직일 수 있고, 그에 따라 다리의 전체적인 모양이 조금씩 변할 수 있는데, 이 경우에는 각 보조플레이트(20)가 회전축(21)을 중심으로 회전되어 다리의 움직임에 맞추어 유동됨으로써 다리의 움직임에 거부감이 없게 된다.
다리와 다리가 서로 겹쳐지지 않고 분리된 상태를 유지함에 따라 상측의 다리로 인한 무게감이 전혀 없으며, 상측의 다리 또한 평면적이고 탄성적인 지지가 이루어짐으로써 골반이나 허리 등의 올바른 자세를 유지하면서 편안한 다리의 안정이 이루어지게 된다.
이러한 다리의 보조는 특히 병원 등에서의 다리 환자가 사용할 시 유용하게 적용될 수 있을 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 보조기구(100)의 사용 시 사용자의 신체적 차이나 성향에 따라 지지대(40)의 높이를 조절할 수 있는데, 이는 보조지지대(41)의 양 측으로 돌출된 버튼(45)을 누르고 상·하로 이동시키는 것에 의해 이루어진다.
즉, 스프링(46)에 저항하여 버튼(45)이 눌려지면 버튼과 일체로 형성된 걸림편(44)의 단부가 지지대(40)의 걸림턱(43)으로부터 분리되어 지지대(40)와 보조지지대(41)가 서로에 대하여 이동할 수 있게 되며, 이동된 상태에서 버튼(45)을 놓으면 스프링(46)의 탄력에 의해 버튼(45)은 다시 외측으로 돌출되고, 걸림편(44)의 다른 쪽 단부는 해당 위치의 걸림턱(43)에 걸려서 고정되는 것이다.
보조기구(100)는 사용 중에 쿠션부재(30)를 분리하여 교환할 수 있으며, 커버를 씌워서 사용하는 경우에는 커버만을 쿠션부재(30)로부터 분리하여 세척할 수 있다.
그리고, 쿠션부재(30)에는 내장되는 선풍기나 온열매트 등에 의해 시원하게 또는 따뜻하게 선택적인 사용이 가능하다.
본 발명에 따른 쿠션부재(30)는 다양한 형상이나 기능이 부가될 수 있는데, 예를 들면 쿠션부재의 윗면에 무수한 지압돌기를 형성하여 지압이 이루어지게 할 수 있으며, 쿠션부재의 윗면 형상을 다리의 형상에 맞도록 형성함으로써 다리가 더욱 안정적으로 지지되도록 할 수도 있을 것이다.
이상에서 설명하고 도시한 바와 같은 실시예는 본 발명의 권리범위를 한정하는 것이 아니라 본 발명의 청구범위에 제시된 구성요소의 예시적인 사항에 불과하며, 본 발명의 명세서 전반에 걸친 기술사상에 포함되고 청구범위의 구성요소에서 균등물로서 치환 가능한 구성요소를 포함하는 실시예는 본 발명의 권리범위에 포함될 수 있다.

Claims (9)

  1. 장방형으로 이루어지는 플레이트의 윗면에 쿠션부재가 설치되고, 상기 플레이트의 하측에는 양 측으로 지지대가 설치되어 터널을 이루도록 함으로써 사용자의 한 쪽 다리는 상기 플레이트의 하측에 다른 쪽 다리는 플레이트의 상측으로 얹어서 옆으로 누웠을 때 다리 사이에 끼워서 사용토록 된 다리 보조기구.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 플레이트의 양 단에는 보조플레이트가 회전축에 의해 회전 가능하게 연결 설치되고, 상기 보조플레이트의 윗면에도 쿠션부재가 설치되어 있으며, 보조플레이트의 하측에도 마주하여 지지대가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 다리 보조기구.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 회전축의 주변으로 플레이트에는 안내홈이 형성되어 있고, 보조플레이트에는 상기 안내홈에 끼워지는 안내핀이 형성되어 플레이트에 대한 보조플레이트의 회동각을 제한하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 다리 보조기구.
  4. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 쿠션부재는 착탈수단에 의해 착탈이 가능하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 다리 보조기구.
  5. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 쿠션부재는 플레이트로부터 분리되는 것으로서 별도의 커버에 의해 감싸지고, 상기 커버의 밑면과 상기 플레이트의 윗면에 매직테이프가 설치되어 착탈이 이루어지도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 다리 보조기구.
  6. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 지지대에는 높이 조절수단이 더 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다리 보조기구.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서,
    상기 높이 조절수단은,
    상기 지지대의 측면에 형성되는 다단계의 걸림턱과;
    상기 지지대의 외곽을 감싸는 형태의 보조지지대와;
    상기 지지대의 외측과 보조지지대의 내측 사이에 설치되며, 일단은 버튼으로 되어 스프링에 의해 보조지지대의 외부로 돌출된 상태를 유지하고, 타단은 상기 걸림턱에 탄성적으로 걸리는 상태를 유지하게 되는 걸림편;을 포함하여 이루어지며,
    상기 버튼을 누르면 스프링의 탄력에 저항하여 걸림편의 단부가 걸림턱으로부터 이탈하여 보조지지대가 지지대에 대하여 이동될 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 다리 보조기구.
  8. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 지지대의 하단에는 다수의 볼이 내장되어 그 일단이 지지대의 밑면으로 돌출되도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 다리 보조기구.
  9. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 플레이트에는 모터에 의해 구동되는 선풍기가 설치되고, 상기 쿠션부재에는 선풍기에 의해 발생되는 바람이 통하도록 통풍로가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 다리 보조기구.
