본 발명의 제2 관점에 따르면, 사용자의 머리를 지지하도록 형성되는 머리 지지부; 일단부가 상기 머리 지지부의 양 측면에 각각 결합되면서 상기 머리 지지부와 직교하는 방향으로 연장되어 타단부가 자유 단부로 이루어지는 어깨 지지부;를 포함하며, 상기 머리 지지부는 후방부 하면에서 가상의 편심 회전축이 위치되어 상기 머리 지지부의 전방부가 하방향으로 회전되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 베개가 제공된다.
본 발명의 제1 및 제2 관점에 있어서, 상기 머리 지지부는 육면체나 사면체의 입면체로 형성되되 상면과 후방부를 형성하는 후면을 연결하는 하면이 라운드지게 형성될 수 있다.
본 발명의 제1 및 제2 관점에 있어서, 상기 머리 지지부는 빗면이 하면을 향하는 단면 직각 삼각형 형태로 형성될 수 있다.
본 발명의 제1 및 제2 관점에 있어서, 상기 어깨 지지부의 타단부 측의 하면에는 오목하게 라운드진 요홈부가 형성될 수 있다.
본 발명의 제1 및 제2 관점에 있어서, 상기 어깨 지지부는 2단 절곡된 형태로 이루어지며,절곡된 단부의 하부에는 상방향으로 라운드진 요홈이 형성될 수 있다.
본 발명의 제1 및 제2 관점에 있어서, 상기 어깨 지지부는 길이방향으로 길이조절 가능하고, 상기 머리 지지부에 대하여 높이조절 가능하게 구성될 수 있다.
본 발명의 제1 및 제2 관점에 있어서, 상기 머리 지지부의 양측에는 복수의 결합 돌기가 형성되고, 상기 어깨 지지부의 일단부는 세로 방향의 높이조절 장공이 형성되며, 상기 어깨 지지부의 외측에서 상기 결합 돌기에 나사 결합되어 상기 어깨 지지부에 고정되는 조절 노브를 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
본 발명의 제1 및 제2 관점에 있어서, 상기 어깨 지지부는 상기 머리 지지부에 결합되는 결합부 및 상기 어깨 지지부의 중간부 중 적어도 하나 이상의 개소에서 회전가능하고, 소정 회전위치에서 선택적으로 고정되게 구성되는 회전 조정 수단을 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명의 제1 및 제2 관점에 있어서, 상기 회전 조정 수단은 회전부의 대향하는 면 중 하나에 구비되는 탄성 결합돌기; 회전부의 대향하는 면 중 다른 하나에 구비되어 상기 탄성 결합돌기가 삽입 안착되는 라운드진 결합홈; 상기 탄성 결합돌기에 일체로 형성되어 외측으로 노출되게 구비되어 사용자가 조작가능하게 구성되는 노브를 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명의 제3 관점에 따르면, 사각 형태의 일변 양단부에서 전방으로 연장되는 어깨 지지부가 형성되며, 중앙부가 개방된 개구부가 형성되는 머리지지부 바디; 내부에 상부 개방된 수용공간을 가지며, 상기 머리지지부 바디의 하면에서 일측으로 편심되게 결합되는 회전 지지체; 상기 머리지지부 바디의 개구부를 커버하면서 그 머리지지부 바디의 상면에 결합되는 쿠션 부재; 및 상기 머리지지부 바디와 회전 지지체 간을 고정시키고, 상기 머리지지부 바디와 쿠션 부재 간을 고정시키는 고정 수단;을 포함하는 기능성 베개가 제공된다.
본 발명의 제3 관점에 있어서, 상기 어깨 지지부는 하면이 라운드지거나 단면 형태가 아크 형태로 형성되고, 상기 회전 지지체는 반 원통형 또는 반 물방울형으로 형성되며,상기 회전 지지체의 수용 공간에는 인체에 유익한 기능을 제공하기 위한 숙면 도움 향신료 및 원적외선을 방출하는 물질 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 기능성 물질이 수용될 수 있다.
본 발명의 제3 관점에 있어서, 상기 머리지지부 바디와 쿠션 부재 간을 고정시키는 결합 수단은, 상기 머리지지부 바디의 상면과 상기 쿠션 부재의 하면 간을 탈착 가능하게 결합시키는 벨크로 부재로 이루어질 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 기능성 베개에 의하면 다음과 같은 효과를 제공한다.
첫째, 본 발명은 사용자의 몸이나 머리를 강제로 고정하지 아니하더라도 사용자 자체의 자중으로 어깨를 지지시켜 사용자가 수면 중 무의식적으로 옆으로 돌아눕는 동작을 저지할 수 있어 잠버릇을 교정할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
둘째, 본 발명은 취침 중에 베개를 이용하면서 어깨를 지지 후퇴시켜 바른 자세를 유지할 수 있도록 하여 나쁜 자세로 인해 발생할 수 있는 증상을 완화 또는 교정할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
셋째, 본 발명은 수면 시 인체의 두부에 혈액순환과 마시지 등 다양한 유용한 기능을 제공할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
넷째, 본 발명은 어깨 교정용 건강 보조 기구로서도 활용할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

이하, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예에 따른 기능성 베개에 대하여 첨부 도면을 상세히 설명한다.
먼저, 본 발명의 제1 실시 예에 따른 기능성 베개를 도 1을 참조하여 설명한다. 도 1은 본 발명의 제1 실시 예에 따른 기능성 베개를 나타내는 도면이다
본 발명의 제1 실시 예에 다른 기능성 베개는, 도 1에 나타낸 바와 같이, 사용자의 머리(후두부)가 안착되는 머리 지지부(100); 일단부가 상기 머리 지지부(100)의 양 측면에 각각 결합되면서 직교하는 방향으로 연장되어 타단부가 자유단부로 이루어져 어깨 전방부를 지지하는 어깨 지지부(200);를 포함하며, 상기 머리 지지부(100)는 후방부(즉, 상기 어깨 지지부(200)와 반대되는 측)에 무게 중심이 위치하는 단면 형태를 갖도록 구성되거나, 상기 머리 지지부(100)는 후방부 하면에서 가상의 편심 회전축이 형성되어 상기 머리 지지부(100)의 전방부가 하방향으로 회전되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 머리 지지부(100)는 예를 들면 도 1에 나타낸 바와 같이 후면(111)과 상면(112)을 형성하는 이웃하는 두 면(111, 112)이 편평하게 형성되고, 상기 후면(111)과 상면(112)을 연결하는 하면(113)은 라운드지게 형성된다.
또한, 상기 머리 지지부(100)는 단면 직각 삼각형 형태로 형성될 수 있다. 이 때 빗면이 하면을 형성 또는 바닥을 향하는 면으로 이루어진다.
이에 따라, 상기 머리 지지부(100)는 무게 중심이 후방에 위치하게 되고, 사용자의 머리가 안착될 때, 베개는 후방부를 회동축으로 하여 전방부가 하방향으로 회전하려는 힘을 받게 된다. 그러므로 아래에서 자세히 설명될 어깨 지지부(200)도 하방향으로 힘이 작용하게 되어 사용자가 머리 지지부(100)를 벤 상태에서 어깨를 눌러주게 된다. 이에 대해서는 아래에서 좀 더 상세히 설명한다.
계속해서, 상기 머리 지지부(100)는 목재(편백나무 등), 수지류(인체에 무해한 수지) 등 다양한 재질로 이루어질 수 있으며, 상기 머리 지지부(100)에는 외부 및/또는 내부에 숯, 세라믹, 황토, 옥, 자성체, 한약재 등의 기능성 물질이 교체가능하게 구비될 수 있다. 또한, 상기 기능성 물질은 어깨 지지부(200)에도 구성될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 머리 지지부(100)는 머리 후두부의 경락부위에 상응하는 중앙부에 복수의 마사지 돌기가 더 구성될 수 있다. 여기에서, 상기 마사지 돌기는 상기한 숯, 세라믹, 황토, 옥, 자성체, 및 한약재 구비 마사지 볼 등의 기능성 물질로 이루어질 수 있다.
또한, 상기 머리 지지부(100)에는 머리 후두부의 경추부에 상응하는 위치에 경추부를 물리적으로 마사지하기 위한 마사지 수단 및/또는 열을 발생시키기 위한 온열수단이 더 구비될 수 있다.
예를 들면, 상기 마사지 수단은 자체 배터리 또는 외부 전원의 전력원으로 전력을 제공받아 회전 롤링하면서 경추부를 마사지하기 위한 한 쌍의 롤링 부재로 이루어지거나, 에어백 및 공기주입장치를 구성하여 유압 공기를 유출입 시킴으로써 경추부를 마사지하도록 이루어질 수 있다. 물론, 상기 마사지 수단에는 베개의 일측 또는 제어 케이블로 연결되는 컨트롤러에 의해 제어될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 온열 수단은 예를 들면 자체 배터리 또는 외부 전원의 전력원으로 전력을 제공받아 열을 발생시키는 히팅 부재로 이루어질 수 있다.
다음으로, 상기 어깨 지지부(200)는 머리 지지부(100)에 결합되는 일단부 측으로부터 직교되게 연장되는 타단부 측으로 상향지면서 연장되도록 이루어진다. 또는 상기 어깨 지지부(200)는 타단부 측의 하면이 상방향으로 오목하게 형성되는 라운드진 요홈부(210)로 이루어지는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 상기 어깨 지지부(200)의 일단부는 머리 지지부(100)에 회전가능하게 결합되고, 소정 회전위치에서 선택적으로 고정되도록 회전 조정 수단(220)이 구성되어 이루어질 수 있다. 다시 말해서, 상기 어깨 지지부(200)의 일단부와 머리 지지부(100)는 힌지 결합되고, 어깨 지지부(200)의 일단부와 머리 지지부(100)의 대향면 중 하나에는 탄성 결합돌기가 구비되고 대향면 중 다른 하나에는 탄성 결합돌기가 삽입 안착되는 라운드진 결합홈이 형성될 수 있다.
여기에서, 상기 탄성 결합돌기는 어깨 지지부(200)의 일단부의 외면에서 사용자가 인입출 가능하게 조작할 수 있는 노브(221)가 일체로 형성되어 그 탄성 결합돌기가 라운드진 결합홈에 결합되어 고정된 상태를 해제하여 회전된 위치를 조정할 수 있다.
이에 따라, 상기 어깨 지지부(200)는 머리 지지부(100)에 회전 가능하게 결합되고, 소정의 회전 위치에서 탄성 결합돌기가 라운드진 결합홈에 안착 결합됨으로써 해당 위치에서 고정된 상태로 유지될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 어깨 지지부(200)는 2단 절곡된 형태로 이루어질 수 있다. 다시 말해서, 상기 어깨 지지부(200)는 머리 지지부(100)에 결합되는 선형부와, 상기 선형부의 단부에서 상방향으로 절곡되는 절곡부, 및 상기 절곡부의 끝단에서 상기 선형부와 동일 방향으로 또는 상기 선형부보다 상향으로 경사지게 연장되며, 하부가 라운드진 요홈이 형성되는 연장부로 이루어질 수 있다.
여기에서, 상기 연장부는 상기 절곡부와 결합된 측에서 상기한 바와 같은 회전 조정 수단(220)이 구성되어 연장부가 상기 절곡부에 대하여 회전위치 조정 가능하게 구성될 수 있다.
계속해서, 상기 어깨 지지부(200)는 길이방향으로 연장하게 구성될 수 있다. 예를 들면, 상기 어깨 지지부(200)를 구성하는 연장부는 상기 절곡부와 볼트 부재를 통해 결합된다.
구체적으로, 간단한 일 실시 형태로, 상기 연장부와 절곡부(또는 절곡부가 생략된 경우에는 절곡부 대신에 선형부) 중 하나에는 볼트 결합구멍이 형성되고, 다른 하나에는 볼트 부재가 구성되어 연장부를 절곡부에 대하여 회전시킴으로써 볼트 부재의 나사산 피치 간격만큼 늘어나거나 줄어들도록 조정할 수 있다. 여기에서, 상기 볼트 부재에는 안정된 간격 조절 유지를 위하여 복수의 너트가 구비될 수 있다(도 2 참조).
또한, 다른 실시 형태로 상기 연장부와 절곡부(또는 절곡부가 생략된 경우에는 절곡부 대신에 선형부) 중 하나에는 길이방향으로 천공된 가이드 장공 및 상기 가이드 장공에 직교하는 복수의 길이조절 홈이 형성되며, 다른 하나에는 상기 가이드 장공을 따라 가이드되고 소정 위치의 상기 길이조절 홈에 삽입되는 가이드 돌기가 구성되어 연장부를 절곡부(또는 선형부)에 대하여 길이조정 할 수 있게 된다.
한편, 도 2는 본 발명의 제2 실시 예에 따른 기능성 베개를 분리하여 나타내는 도면이다.
아래에서 설명되는 제2 실시 예에 따른 기능성 베개는 분리형 구조로 이루어지는 것으로, 기본적인 구성은 제1 실시 예와 동일 또는 유사하다. 제2 실시 예의 기능성 베개의 설명에서 상기한 제1 실시 예와 동일한 구성요소에 대해서는 동일 부호를 부여하며, 그에 대한 설명은 생략하거나 간략히 한다.
본 발명에 따른 제2 실시 예의 기능성 베개는, 도 2에 나타낸 바와 같이, 중앙부가 하방향으로 오목하게 형성된 머리 지지부(100)의 양측에는 복수의 결합 돌기(151)가 형성되고, 상기 어깨 지지부(200)는 머리 지지부(100)에 결합되는 일단부(기단부)에 세로 방향의 높이조절 장공(251)이 형성되며, 상기 어깨 지지부(200)의 외측에서 상기 결합 돌기(151)에 나사 결합되어 상기 어깨 지지부(200)에 고정되는 조절 노브(252)를 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 어깨 지지부(200)의 타단부(선단부)는, 2개로 분할되어 구성되고 일측 분할부(253) 및 타측 분할부(254) 중 하나에는 볼트 결합구멍(255)이 형성되고, 다른 하나에는 볼트 부재(256)가 구성되어 타측 분할부(254)를 일측 분할부(253)에 대하여 회전시킴으로써 볼트 부재의 나사산 피치 간격만큼 늘어나거나 줄어들도록 조정할 수 있다.
여기에서, 상기 볼트 부재(256)에는 안정된 간격 조절 유지를 위하여 복수의 너트(257)가 구비될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 제2 실시 예는, 상기 결합 돌기(151)와 높이조절 장공(251)이 형성되는 대신에, 그 어깨 지지부(200)의 일단부(기단부)에 상기 제1 실시 예에서 설명한 회전 조정 수단(220)이 구성될 수 있다.
상기한 바와 같이 상기 어깨 지지부(200)의 회전 위치 및/또는 길이 연장은 베개를 사용하는 사용자의 신체 조건이나 사용자의 사용 조건에 맞게 조절할 수 있도록 하여 사용성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
한편, 상기한 본 발명의 제2 실시 예의 기능성 베개에서 상기 머리 지지부(100)에는 도 2에 나타낸 바와 같이 쿠션 부재(140)가 부착되어 구성될 수 있다.
상기한 바와 같이 구성되는 본 발명의 제1 및 제2 실시 예에 따른 기능성 베개의 동작과 작용 효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
인체의 중심 골격에 대해 영향을 주는 부위를 일반적 관점으로 살펴보면, 머리는 크고 무거우며 그에 비해 목은 가늘고 짧고, 가슴부위는 옆으로 견관절을 통하여 좌우 상지가 위치하여 넓게 이루어져 있다.
사용자는 본 발명의 어깨 지지부(200)를 사용자의 어깨 전방부에 위치시킨 다음, 머리 지지부(100)에 머리를 베고 눕게 되면, 사용자의 머리 자체의 체중으로 머리 지지부(100)에 무게를 가하게 되고, 이에 따라 어깨 지지부(200)에서는 하방향으로 힘이 가해져 어깨 부위를 누르게 되어 목 받침(베개 기능)과 함께 양 어깨가 펴지면서 목이 구부러지는 것을 보호 해 준다.
이와 같이 목과 어깨 부위가 사용자 자신의 체중으로 무게를 가하게 되어 어깨의 펴짐과 함께 머리가 등 쪽으로 위치하고, 목이 구부러지는 것을 보호해 주어 편안하고 안정된 휴식을 취하며 혈관이 확장됨으로써 혈액이 머리 방향으로 공급이 원활하게 된다.
이러한 본 발명의 기능성 베개를 활용함으로써 머리를 베는 힘으로 양 어깨 부위를 누름으로써 좌우측 어느 쪽으로도의 뒤척임을 방지하여 무의식적인 잠버릇도 교정할 수 있게 되고, 시간적 및 경제적으로 손실 없이 일자목이나 거북목을 예방하고, 교정하는 것이 가능하다.
다음으로, 본 발명의 제3 실시 예에 따른 기능성 베개를 도 3을 참조하여 상세히 설명한다. 도 3은 본 발명의 제3 실시 예에 따른 기능성 베개를 분리하여 나타내는 도면이다.
아래에서 설명되는 제3 실시 예에 따른 기능성 베개는 분리형 구조로 이루어지는 것으로, 기본적인 구성은 제1 및 제2 실시 예와 동일 또는 매우 유사하다. 제3 실시 예의 기능성 베개의 설명에서 상기한 제1 실시 예와 동일한 구성요소에 대해서는 동일 부호를 부여하며, 그에 대한 설명은 생략하거나 간략히 한다.
본 발명의 제3 실시 예에 따른 기능성 베개는, 도 3에 나타낸 바와 같이, 일변의 양측 단부에서 전방으로 연장되는 어깨 지지부(311)가 형성되며, 중앙부가 개방된 개구부(312)가 형성되는 머리지지부 바디(310); 내부에 상부 개방된 수용공간(321)을 가지며, 상기 머리지지부 바디(310)의 하면에 일측(어깨 지지부(311)가 형성되는 측과 반대되는 측)에 편심되게 결합되는 회전 지지체(320); 상기 머리지지부 바디(310)의 개구부(321)를 커버하면서 그 머리지지부 바디(310)의 상면에 결합되는 쿠션 부재(330); 및 상기 머리지지부 바디(310)와 회전 지지체(320) 간을 고정시키고, 상기 머리지지부 바디(310)와 쿠션 부재(330) 간을 고정시키는 고정 수단을 포함한다.
상기 머리지지부 바디(310)는 목재(편백나무 등), 수지류(인체에 무해한 수지) 등 다양한 재질로 이루어질 수 있다.
상기 머리지지부 바디(310)의 어깨 지지부(311)는 하면이 라운드지게 형성되거나 단면 형태가 호(아크) 형태로 형성될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 머리지지부 바디(310)의 어깨 지지부(311)의 기단부(proximal end)에는 경추 부위를 마사지시키기 위한 복수의 마사지 돌기가 더 구성될 수 있다. 여기에서, 상기 마사지 돌기는 상기한 숯, 세라믹, 황토, 옥, 자성체, 및 한약재 구비 마사지 볼 등으로 이루어질 수 있다.
상기 회전 지지체(320)는 반 원통형 또는 반 물방울형으로 형성되며, 목재(편백나무 등), 수지류(인체에 무해한 수지) 등 다양한 재질로 이루어질 수 있다.
상기 회전 지지체(320)의 수용 공간(321)에는 인체에 유익한 기능을 제공하기 위한 기능성 물질이 구비될 수 있다. 상기 기능성 물질로는 숯, 세라믹, 황토, 옥, 자성체, 한약재 등으로 이루어질 수 있다.
다음으로, 상기 쿠션 부재(330)는 파형의 메모리폼과 같은 쿠션 부재로 이루어질 수 있다.
또한, 상기 머리지지부 바디(310)와 회전 지지체(320) 간을 고정시키고, 상기 머리지지부 바디(310)와 쿠션 부재(330) 간을 고정시키는 고정 수단에 있어, 상기 머리지지부 바디(310)와 회전 지지체(320) 간을 고정시키는 결합수단은, 볼트 체결 구멍과 볼트 부재로 이루어질 수 있다.
그리고 상기 머리지지부 바디(310)와 쿠션 부재(330) 간을 고정시키는 결합 수단은, 상기 머리지지부 바디(310)의 개구부(312) 주변과 상기 쿠션 부재(330)의 하면 사이에 형성되는 벨크로 부재와 같은 탈착 수단으로 이루어질 수 있다.
이에 따라 상기 쿠션 부재(330)를 머리지지부 바디(310)로부터 용이하게 탈착시킬 수 있고, 개방된 머리지지부 바디(310)의 개구부(312)를 통해 회전 지지체(320)의 수용 공간(321)에 구비되는 기능성 물질을 사용자가 선택한 기능성 물질로 교환 또는 교체할 수 있게 된다.
한편, 상기 머리지지부 바디(310)에 구성되는 어깨 지지부(311)는, 기단부 측으로부터 연장되는 선단부(distal end) 측으로 상향지면서 연장되도록 이루어거나, 선단부 측의 하면이 상방향으로 오목하게 형성되는 라운드진 요홈부가 형성되어 이루어질 수 있다.
또한, 상기 어깨 지지부(311)의 기단부는 회전가능하게 결합되고, 소정 회전위치에서 선택적으로 고정되도록 회전 조정 수단이 구성되어 이루어질 수 있다. 다시 말해서, 상기 어깨 지지부(311)의 기단부는 힌지구를 통해 회전가능하게 구성되고, 상기 힌지구에서 일면에는 탄성 결합돌기가 구비되고 대향하는 타면에는 탄성 결합돌기가 삽입 안착되는 라운드진 결합홈이 형성될 수 있다.
여기에서, 상기 탄성 결합돌기는 외측으로 연장되어 사용자가 인입출 가능하게 조작할 수 있는 노브가 일체로 형성되어 그 탄성 결합돌기가 라운드진 결합홈에 결합되어 고정된 상태를 해제하여 회전된 위치를 조정할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 어깨 지지부(311)는 제1 실시 예의 어깨 지지부(200)과 같이 2단 절곡된 형태, 길이방향으로 연장하게 구성될 수 있다.
이와 같이 상기 제3 실시 예에 따른 어깨 지지부(311) 또한 회전 위치 및/또는 길이 연장이 가능하게 구성될 수 있어 베개를 사용하는 사용자의 신체 조건이나 사용자의 사용 조건에 맞게 조절할 수 있도록 하여 사용성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 제3 실시 예에서 상기 머리지지부 바디(310)와 회전 지지체(320)에는 머리 후두부의 경추부에 상응하는 위치에 경추부를 물리적으로 마사지하기 위한 마사지 수단 및/또는 열을 발생시키기 위한 온열수단이 더 구비될 수 있다.
이상에서 설명한 바와 같은 본 발명에 따른 기능성 베개에 의하면, 사용자의 몸이나 머리를 강제로 고정하지 아니하더라도 사용자 자체의 자중으로 어깨를 지지시켜 사용자가 수면 중 무의식적으로 옆으로 돌아눕는 동작을 저지할 수 있어 잠버릇을 교정할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 기능성 베개에 의하면, 취침 중에 베개를 이용하면서 어깨를 지지 후퇴시켜 바른 자세를 유지할 수 있도록 하여 나쁜 자세로 인해 발생할 수 있는 증상을 완화 또는 교정할 수 있고, 수면 시 인체의 두부에 혈액순환과 마시지 등 다양한 유용한 기능을 제공할 수 있으며, 어깨 교정용 건강 보조 기구로서도 활용할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
본 명세서에서 설명되는 실시 예와 첨부된 도면은 본 발명에 포함되는 기술적 사상의 일부를 예시적으로 설명하는 것에 불과하다. 따라서, 본 명세서에 개시된 실시 예는 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 한정하기 위한 것이 아니라 설명하기 위한 것이므로, 이러한 실시 예에 의하여 본 발명의 기술 사상의 범위가 한정되는 것은 아님은 자명하다. 본 발명의 명세서 및 도면에 포함된 기술적 사상의 범위 내에서 당업자가 용이하게 유추할 수 있는 변형 예와 구체적인 실시 예는 모두 본 발명의 권리범위에 포함되는 것으로 해석되어야 할 것이다.
본 발명은 인체에 유용한 효능을 포함하는 기능성 침구 또는 어깨 교정용 건강 보조 기구에 이용할 수 있다.

Claims (13)

  1. 기능성 베개로서,
    사용자의 머리를 지지하도록 형성되는 머리 지지부;
    일단부가 상기 머리 지지부의 양 측면에 각각 결합되면서 상기 머리 지지부와 직교하는 방향으로 연장되어 타단부가 자유 단부로 이루어지는 어깨 지지부;를 포함하며,
    상기 머리 지지부는 상기 어깨 지지부의 타단부와 반대되는 측에 무게 중심이 위치하는 단면 형태를 갖도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는
    기능성 베개.
  2. 기능성 베개로서,
    사용자의 머리를 지지하도록 형성되는 머리 지지부;
    일단부가 상기 머리 지지부의 양 측면에 각각 결합되면서 상기 머리 지지부와 직교하는 방향으로 연장되어 타단부가 자유 단부로 이루어지는 어깨 지지부;를 포함하며,
    상기 머리 지지부는 후방부 하면에서 가상의 편심 회전축이 위치되어 상기 머리 지지부의 전방부가 하방향으로 회전되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는
    기능성 베개.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 머리 지지부는 입면체 형태로 형성되되 상면과 후방부를 형성하는 후면을 연결하는 하면이 라운드지게 형성되는
    기능성 베개.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 머리 지지부는 빗면이 하면을 향하는 단면 직각 삼각형 형태로 형성되는
    기능성 베개.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 어깨 지지부의 타단부 측의 하면에는 오목하게 라운드진 요홈부가 형성되는
    기능성 베개.
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 어깨 지지부는 2단 절곡된 형태로 이루어지며,절곡된 단부의 하부에는 상방향으로 라운드진 요홈이 형성되는
    기능성 베개.
  7. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 어깨 지지부는 길이방향으로 길이조절 가능하고, 상기 머리 지지부에 대하여 높이조절 가능하게 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는
    기능성 베개.
  8. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 머리 지지부의 양측에는 복수의 결합 돌기가 형성되고,
    상기 어깨 지지부의 일단부는 세로 방향의 높이조절 장공이 형성되며,
    상기 어깨 지지부의 외측에서 상기 결합 돌기에 나사 결합되어 상기 어깨 지지부에 고정되는 조절 노브를 포함하여 구성되는
    기능성 베개.
  9. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 어깨 지지부는 상기 머리 지지부에 결합되는 결합부 및 상기 어깨 지지부의 중간부 중 적어도 하나 이상의 개소에서 회전가능하고, 소정 회전위치에서 선택적으로 고정되게 구성되는 회전 조정 수단을 포함하는
    기능성 베개.
  10. 제9항에 있어서,
    상기 회전 조정 수단은
    회전부의 대향하는 면 중 하나에 구비되는 탄성 결합돌기;
    회전부의 대향하는 면 중 다른 하나에 구비되어 상기 탄성 결합돌기가 삽입 안착되는 라운드진 결합홈;
    상기 탄성 결합돌기에 일체로 형성되어 외측으로 노출되게 구비되어 사용자가 조작가능하게 구성되는 노브를 포함하는
    기능성 베개.
  11. 사각 형태의 일변 양단부에서 전방으로 연장되는 어깨 지지부가 형성되며, 중앙부가 개방된 개구부가 형성되는 머리지지부 바디;
    내부에 상부 개방된 수용공간을 가지며, 상기 머리지지부 바디의 하면에서 일측으로 편심되게 결합되는 회전 지지체;
    상기 머리지지부 바디의 개구부를 커버하면서 그 머리지지부 바디의 상면에 결합되는 쿠션 부재; 및
    상기 머리지지부 바디와 회전 지지체 간을 고정시키고, 상기 머리지지부 바디와 쿠션 부재 간을 고정시키는 고정 수단;을 포함하는
    기능성 베개.
  12. 제11항에 있어서,
    상기 어깨 지지부는 하면이 라운드지거나 단면 형태가 아크 형태로 형성되고,
    상기 회전 지지체는 반 원통형 또는 반 물방울형으로 형성되며,
    상기 회전 지지체의 수용 공간에는 인체에 유익한 기능을 제공하기 위한 숙면 도움 향신료 및 원적외선을 방출하는 물질 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 기능성 물질이 수용되는
    기능성 베개.
  13. 제11항에 있어서,
    상기 머리지지부 바디와 쿠션 부재 간을 고정시키는 결합 수단은, 상기 머리지지부 바디의 상면과 상기 쿠션 부재의 하면 간을 탈착 가능하게 결합시키는 벨크로 부재로 이루어지는
    기능성 베개.
